I'm from San Francisco, California.

I am the fourth generation

of crazy San Franciscans.

Yeah, they're pretty crazy...

I am an artist, photographer, graphic designer,

YouTuber and many, many, many, many more things.

Recently I have been creating YouTube Channels to

help inform people what it's like to be

a Deaf/HoH person

in a world that was designed for hearing people.

Me being Deaf myself, I have

faced many different obstacles

simply because,

hearing people are not educated

on what it's like as a Deaf/HoH person.

A majority of hearing people view

being Deaf as a bad thing.

As an awful disability to have.

As something they wish will never happen to

them or anybody in their family.

And when a large amount of people start to think like that,

it becomes very easy for the person with the disability

to start thinking like that as well.

That kind of perspective on those with disabilities

needs to stop.

And I want to change that.

Not only for the Deaf/HoH now,

but for the future generation of

Deaf/HoH kids that there will be.

No one should have to feel like that.

Like they're broken,

like they're disabled,

like they can't do something simply because

they have a hearing loss.
