Hi Everyone – Welcome to my channel, I am AVNI.
Before we start, I would like to wish you all a very "Happy Navratri"
Today's recipe is sweet and Navratri special
I will be cooking "SABUDANNA KI KHEER" (Rice pudding using Tapioca Sago (Sabudana)).
People love having this sweet and it's frequently cooked during the fasting days of Navratri.
It's very tasty, easy and doesn't need much time to cook.

Take 1 bowl of sabudana (Tapioca Sago in English)
Soak it in water for half an hour
Add 4 bowls of milk to the pan (use the same bowl size which we used for soaking sabudana)
Also add, ½ cup of water
make sure when you boil milk, Milk should not stick to the bottom of the pan or else it will smell and taste bad.
After 1 Boil, reduce the heat of your stove to medium and keep stirring.
After a minute or so add the water soaked sabudana which we prepared before.
Lower down the heat of the stove and keep stirring
Make sure the milk didn't get stick to the bottom of the pan
Now we will add some sliced cashews, Pistachios, almonds, charoli (Chironji in Hindi), raisins etc.
Adding these dry fruits while boiling will add flavor to the milk instead of adding it to the end.
Add ½ teaspoon of "Cardamom powder) – it gives an awesome aroma to this dish.
If you want – you can also add Saffron (kesar in Hindi) in here too.
Add 1/3 cup of sugar (you can add sugar as per your taste).
Mix it well and keep stirring, Let it cook on low flame for few minutes.
As you can see, it's prepared and ready to serve.
You can garnish this dish with any dry fruits, I used pistachios, almonds and cashews for garnishing.

Today I am gonna show you about Aptoide App Store which is as similar as Play Store,
But probably you could say why I suggest Aptoide instead of Play store.
There are lots of reason behind this, first of all,
There are many apps available on Play Store which are not available
lke "Lucky Patcher", We have to download .apk if we need them, but these apps are available on Aptoide.
Secondly you got all the versions of any app
Like sometimes an update came for an app and after updating that app do not work properly,
then we needed the old version which we can easily download from Aptoide.
And the 3rd thing is you can create your own App store and share
these apps with other people.
I have also created Billi4you here, please follow it.
And 4th and most important feature of this application is "Spot&Share".
If you want to share any app with your friends & family, you can directly share this from Aptoide.
And it work similar as "Shareit" but it has some more unique features,
like, you can create a group and multiple users can join this group
and you can share any app with multiple users.
So let's download the app, link is given in the description
I show you how to use this app and what are its properties.

I have already downloaded and installed the app so,
I just open it "Aptoide" and after that,
simply slide it, you can also sign up, join or login if you want to,
