2 year natural body transformation- FROM SKINNY TO MUSCLE

HE IS MY SON!

He was always different then everybody else.

He didn't know how to train, he didn't know the science behind training, behind nutrition

what to eat, which exercises to do

He kept going!

He made great results in a short period of time

In just a couple of months he gained muscle and lost fat.

Everyone will tell you that's impossible, it can't be done...

He did it madafaka!

At the beginning everyone was supporting him.

His family, his friends, they were all saying keep it up

But that's life.

As long as they are better than you

They are gonna tell you: you're great.

But after he surpassed them,

After he got better

They were all saying: you should STOP, you're retarded, this ain't for you.

That's how it goes!

He reminds me of me, because he never stopped.

First time I saw him, I sad to myself: THIS MADAFAKA AIN'T GONNA STOP!

And that's how it went!

He never asked me for anything.

He didn't know how to workout

he was doing everything wrong

He couldn't bench press 100 lbs.

He never asked me for anything.

I taught him a lot.

I saw passion, creativity, pain!

If you know me

I'm not going to give you sh*t

If you are not willing to give it yourself.

I'm gonna assist you

but I'm not gonna do it for YOU.

He wanted to do this.

He focused himself

into training, into improving.

And that's how he got here.

I mean, you don't have to know everything about everything.

You just have to focus on whatever YOU want to do.

Whatever you're good in

Keep improving, getting better

And eventually, you might get there.

You might be SOMEONE.

That's it!

Hello guys, I'm Ken and you are watching our program.

At the beginning I was training break dance, I was good at it, but than our dance team disbanded.

After that I started riding a monocycle.

I was thinking about going to the gym.

but i had bad conditions.

I didn't know how to do it, which exercises, nutrition..

I didn't know anything.

I came to the gym and saw a bunch of more successful people than me.

Every morning, I was thinking about weights, about food, better lifestyle...

Making better decisions

I searched for information, things that motivate me

I did everything to achieve my goal.

I was very weak, I could not do even 1 pull up

My muscle didn't even exist.

As long as you are "GOOD" its good

As soon as you become better in anything,

programming, gaming, fitness training...

People don't like that.

If you are good at teamwork, you are most likely to have similar friends.

A tavern will not help you to reach your goal, but it will tech you how to fail.

I failed many times, there were a lot of things I don't want anyone to experience.

...always returning me to the bottom, but I always came back.

Everyone is against you, they don't want you to be strong.

They wanna see you weak.

They want you to be happy, always smiling,

Fake smile!

I was going step by step.

People who didn't see me for a while couldn't believe that I made these results.

How is it possible, what are you taking, what are you eating, it's impossible that you're not taking something...

Of course I'm taking. I'm eating food and drinking water just like you.

But I'm giving my best!

That's the reason why majority of people can't succeed, they didn't put everything they have into this.

I've always looked for friends with higher goals.

They motivated me to continue.

I'm not strong, how I'm going to be, I'm not the best at this.

They are people a lot better than me

But the most important is that I'm gonna continue improving in every aspect.

People can't teach me something, if they don't know anything.

Why am I gonna be with you if you can't help me to improve myself.

You have to make something that no one made before, sell something new, unseen...

To create something new.

You have to be thankful, too

If I was like: I need this, I need that in order to do something...

I wouldn't be here right now.

I would be in places where I would listen to things I don't wanna hear.

Every person in the world has ambition.

We all have something that's pushing us forward.

But the thing is: You are listening your family, your friends

They always want to change you.

I'm going to to what I LOVE

There will be hard times.

THIS IS ONLY A BEGINNING.

That's it from me.

Thank You!

prince Harry girlfriend meghan markle in a loving relationship': The Queen is 'fully supportive' - Duration: 2:48.

prince Harry in a loving relationship': The Queen is 'fully supportive' of her grandson's

romance with Meghan Markle.

It appears that Prince Harry is not the only royal that Meghan Markle has been able to

win over.

The Queen is apparently equally charmed and is said to be 'fully supportive' of her grandson's

relationship with the actress.

The Prince, who has been dating Miss Markle for several months, is said to have received

the royal seal of approval from his grandmother.

Speaking to US magazine a source claimed to be a 'Buckingham Palace insider' said that

Her Majesty is 'fully supportive' of Harry's romance.

They added: 'Shes delighted to see Harry in a loving relationship'.

MailOnline has contacted the palace for a comment.

The actress and the monarch are yet to be introduced and Miss Markle, 35, will not be

given the opportunity to meet the Queen over the festive period either.

It is understood she will not be accompanying Harry to Sandringham to spend Christmas with

the Queen.

Meghan returned to Toronto for Christmas with her family on Tuesday after enjoying a week

in London wither boyfriend Harry.

The pair went shopping for a Christmas tree and attended The Curious Incident Of The Dog

In The Night Time at a West End Theatre.

However, royal duty beckoned for Harry this week, and Meghan jetted back to Toronto where

she is based to spend the festive season apart from her boyfriend.

Only close family and occasionally friends join the senior royals at Sandringham, and

it's too soon in Harry's romance with the Suits actress for her to be invited by the

Queen.

However, Harry made sure to drop her off at Heathrow airport personally on Sunday morning.

The actress was accompanied by airline staff prior to boarding her flight, while the prince

was flanked by five police protection officers.

He will spend Christmas at the Queen's Norfolk estate, but is expected to be reunited with

his stunning girlfriend in the New Year.

Harry is no doubt feeling a little deflated over the separation as he was looking somewhat

glum on official royal duty on Tuesday.

The Prince joined William and Kate at a Christmas party hosted by the youth charity The Mix

in London, attended by representatives of their Heads Together campaign.

Yesterday Harry joined the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge for the Queen's annual pre-Christmas

lunch this afternoon.

The Queen's annual pre-Christmas lunch is a royal tradition and allows her to catch

up with more distant relations, who are not invited to join her at the Sandringham Estate

in Norfolk on the 25th. thanks for watching.

Hot n New Ep. 69: XD 818 Heist 20x10 -24 - Duration: 4:24.

(hip hop music)

- Hey guys, Shawn again, Custom Offsets,

Custom Offsets TV, on the YouTube.

Got episode 69 of the Hot New for ya.

What we got here today is the XD Heist.

It's also called the XD 818, but I call

it the Heist because I can't remember numbers very well.

This ones gonna be a 20, and then

it's gonna be a 10 wide, get a measurement.

So it's about 10 wide, and then this ones gonna

be a negative 24 offset.

So you're looking at a lip, measure this

as a lip wheel, of about three inches.

So it's not real big lip, because

they're putting this bump out real close to the face.

And the reason is for these big chunky spokes.

Because this is kind of more of a concave wheel.

So that one you're probably better

off just measuring the concavity of it.

And I would say it's probably about four inches.

From here to that face, because the front

of that's pushed back a little past

the lip that they've got in there.

So this a one, two, three, four,

five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10 spoke wheel.

And like I said these spokes are pretty chunky.

They're a good inch thick, and about inch and a half.

Just short of inch and a half, inch and three eighth's.

Wide as far as the spokes go, and then

like I said, it's got that concavity.

So it dives out from the center,

and then comes out towards the lip.

It doesn't quite come all the way to the edge.

It leaves a little bit of lip all the way around

the wheel so that it's got, you know

a little more character to it there.

And then as far as the face of it,

it's an exposed lug nut, so this would

definitely be something you could run

the spiked lug nuts on.

And then for finish, this is gonna

be their satin black, so it's a little shinier

than a matte black, but it's not like a glossed black.

It's right in the middle there.

It's more of a satin, it's got, you know,

a dull finish to it, and then it's got

the machined rivet look to it all the way around.

So it's got plenty of character.

It's definitely one of those wheels

that catches your eye.

As far as sizes, they've got pretty

much every single size, it's one

of those things I was lookin' at.

They've got 16x8's, and 17x8's.

17x9's, they've got multiple offsets

in those, 18x8's, 18x9's.

Multiple offsets again, so you

can kind of get any look that you want.

They've got 20x9's, and multiple offsets.

And then they've got the 20x10's,

like the ones we're lookin' at here.

And 20x12, should be gettin' even more aggressive.

With 12 inch wide, and that's gonna be negative

44 offset, so that one should have

you know good six inch concavity, to it.

And then 22x9 and a half, so that's

gonna be the largest size that they come in.

And that's just gonna be your two inch

taller, but right around the same width.

A 9 and a half, runs pretty close to that 10 wide.

As far as the measurements go.

So, price point, you're gonna right in

that medium range, still competitive.

But you're gonna pay for the name brand.

With XD, and the quality wheel.

So as far as finishes go, there's this

one in the satin black, and then

the other one is gonna come back.

I think it's a gloss, no it's satin

black again, but what they're gonna do is

they're gonna mill the edges.

So they're gonna have the milled

edges all the way around, I guess I should

call it on the edges of all the spokes.

So that's where you're milling's gonna come through.

And give it some character, so.

That's pretty much it, you got the

chrome XD series, and then the milled edges.

And all of the milled rivet styled, all the way around.

That's gonna come up on both finishes.

So that is your XD Heist, XD 818,

that is your Hot New on that bad boy.

So snap up a set, they're pretty sweet.

Subscribe, make sure you like, appreciate you guys.

Peace.

Prince Harry's girlfriend Meghan Markle reveals what she and her TV alter ego have in common in a bo - Duration: 2:20.

Prince Harrys girlfriend Meghan Markle reveals what she and her TV alter ego have

in common in a book celebrating female Game Changers.

Meghan Markle writes that her TV alter ego's life is 'a tad more dramatic than mine' in

an essay for a new book celebrating female game changers.

But since the news of her relationship with Prince Harry thrust the actress into the glare

of the global spotlight, it's likely Meghan has been on more of a roller-coaster than

even her Suits character Rachel Zane.

Meghan, whose contribution to success manual The Game Changers is understood to have been

written just a fortnight before her relationship with the royal was made public, also reveals

what she and Rachel have in common - 'our ambition and our taste in shoes'.

The actress also writes that she and her Suits character, an aspiring attorney, are both

'strong willed and driven' in the book.

Meghan appears in The Game Changers: Success Secrets from 40 Women at the Top, alongside

the likes of Arianna Huffington, Gwyneth Paltrow and supermodel Elle Macpherson.

The women featured share advice and life lessons in the success manual, billed as a guide to

becoming a 'fearless, fabulous girl boss'.

Described by the authors Samantha Brett and Steph Adams as 'a force to be reckoned with',

Meghan was asked to feature in the book in recognition of her work as women's ambassador

to the UN and founder of the lifestyle website The Tig as well as as a successful TV actress.

The California-born star, 35, who flew back to Toronto this week following a trip to see

Prince Harry in London, says she manages to squeeze everything in because she is a 'go-getter',

but also because she pursues projects she is 'passionate about'.

One of her key pieces of advice to the book's readers is: 'Don't give it five minutes if

you're not going to give it five years'.

Other successful female stars featured in the new book include media mogul Arianna Huffington,

who advises women to 'experiment and take risks', and stylist to the stars Rachel Zoe,

who says: 'Don't expect a pat on the back for everything you do.'

thanks for watching.

FODMAP DIET ADVICE AND FOOD RECOMMENDATIONS #SSSVEDA [CC] - Duration: 11:39.

Good morning internet fam!

Hope you are doing well today, I've already been up, walked Alton, now I've showered,

ready to get going on the day.

(upbeat music plays)

(music plays)

So I am going to need your guys' help. I have not vlogged consistently since

the last time we did VEDA, which was last August.

So, of the reasons I like doing VEDA is

because it's an opportunity to practice

and to build consistency, and I don't know if

you dare look back to my really early

videos you will see I had some bad

habits. The bad habits consisted of...

eye rolling, saying "umm" too much and saying

"you know" too much. I've consciously tried to do

better about not doing those things, but

many times I'm not aware because

it's not until I'm sitting down in

Premiere and editing that I actually see

how many times I do those annoying

things. So if you see me eye-rolling or

saying "umm" or "you know" or even "like" just

drop me a little reminder note down

below: either "you did a lot today" or "hey

you're doing great, I didn't hear any" that

just would really be awesome and help me

out. So I'm going to finish my lunch and

then I'm going to check back in and

spend the most of this video talking

about a food issue that I think affects

a lot of people but is not really well

known. And offer my suggestions for how me

and Andrew have dealt with this in our own

family. So see in a bit.

Hey everybody, so like I hinted at earlier, what I want to

talk about today is an issue that I've

seen surfacing in social media among

friends and acquaintances, so I thought

it might be interesting or helpful to

make a video today about the FODMAP diet.

Now before I get too down the road with

this I want to say that I'm not a doctor.

I'm not doing medical advice. This is

more lifestyle sharing, so if you're

having any kind of gastrointestinal

issues or stomach problems please consult

your own physician and make whatever diet

changes you feel is best for you. One

approach with the FODMAP diet is an

elimination diet which basically says

you try to eliminate all sensitive type

foods and then slowly reintroduce to see

maybe what your triggers are. How I came

to learn about FODMAP was because a

couple years ago my husband was

having some issues, some stomach issues,

and he mentioned it to a doctor and the

doctor said, "Oh have you tried FODMAP?"

and we didn't even know the fogmet-- FODMAP

existed. So what is FODMAP? Well,

according to Wikipedia, which i'm going to read here:

The term FODMAP is an acronym

derived from Fermentable Oligosacchardies, Disaccharides,

Monosaccharides and Polyols

Although FODMAPS are naturally present in food

and the human diet, FODMAP restriction

has been found to improve symptom

control in people with IBS (irritable

bowel syndrome) and other functional

gastrointestinal disorders. So Andrew

tried it and after about six months he

noticed marked improvement in his

symptoms. The downside of FODMAP is its

not a very fun diet. Most diets aren't I

guess, but this has a very weird what we

call "No-No" list. You shouldn't eat onions

but you can have scallions. You shouldn't

have-- you can have like melon like

cantaloupe, but you can't have watermelon.

So what are some of the things on the "No-No list?"

Well unfortunately garlic, onions,

that includes garlic powder onion powder,

artichoke, asparagus, baked beans.

Any fruits that contain high fructose-- wow I

didn't know this and he's been eating it-- (chuckling)

apples, apricots, avocados, blueberries,

This seems like a pretty strict list

Andrew does eat some of these foods and

doesn't have an issue. That's the other

thing you'll find with a different

FODMAP "No-No Lists," they somewhat

contradict themselves at times which is

why I go back and say sometimes doing an

elimination diet is the way to go

because what you may be sensitive to may

not be what the next person is sensitive to.

And really by and large gluten, gluten-free.

Thankfully the marketplace has responded

pretty well to people with Ciliac

disease and other gluten intolerances, so

happily we're finding that there's more

gluten-free alternatives. I wanted to

share with you a few products that we

use, have found and we've enjoyed after

some trial and error. One of which might-- I

would say my favorite right now is this

um, I don't know if you can see this, but Schar brand.

I went to Sprouts the other week and kind

of hit the mother load. Initially I only

found these in Whole Foods, these

crackers, but at Sprouts they had not

only the crackers, but they had cookies,

pizza dough, ciabatta bread, regular bread

both white and whole wheat. I

recommend this. And then for pasta--

speaking of pasta, we like this brand.

It's this organic gluten-free Bionaturea.

You know this camera is supposed

to have auto focus, I swear doesn't work.

Well, I'll link it below, but this is

what the package looks like. And, you know,

cooking gluten-free pasta isn't that bad

especially if you like your pasta

somewhat el dente. I really can't tell a

difference and actually when I'm eating--

since I've switched to eating gluten-free

pasta, I have a much less bloated feeling

after eating like spaghetti or something.

So I'm actually-- its because-- it says it's made

with rice, potato, and soy. So yeah and

then for a dessert item, these are

gluten-free cookies made by the taste--

I'm sorry, Tate's Bake shop. And talking

about seasoning, even though garlic and

onions are a basic to most dishes for a

seasoning base one trick you can try, and

what I've used with moderate success is

using celery seed. Celery seed provides

somewhat of that kind of oniony flavor

at least without being onion. So that's a

seasoning trick.

As far as bread, he mostly eats Udi's

gluten-free. And again with beverages,

with a high fructose corn syrup,

thankfully more companies are making

things with real sugar. Personally you

know, even though I'm not FODMAP, I don't

like consuming high fructose corn syrup.

I don't think it's necessarily the

healthiest and even though I know soda

itself isn't healthy, I'd rather have a

soda with real sugar than

high-fructose corn syrup. That's one

thing that made this transition a little

bit easier is that before Andrew was

even diagnosed or went to the doctor and

found out about the FODMAP option, we'd

already started reading labels, reading

food labels, thinking about and making it a

priority to understand what we were

eating and where it was coming from. So

yeah, I hope this has been helpful or

informative for you. I understand that it

can seem overwhelming but rest assured

that there are a lot of options out

there and I think if you just, like with

anything, take baby steps, pick your

battle, you will find that you'll feel

better. And that's really the thing, I

mean Andrew is now motivated to follow

the diet because he feels so much better.

That's it for FODMAP. Let me know if

you have any questions below, happy to

answer them if you want. I'll put links

about or these information about the

products I talked about here and you

know we can continue the chat in the comments.

Woot-Woot!

Exporting tomorrow's vlog! Wahoo!

I am keeping on my schedule.

Go me! Go me! Go me!

What do you say Alton? Are you excited for me? Huh?

I think he is.

What do you say Snoopy?

Are you proud?

Are you proud of Jody?

Whoo-Whoo! Whoo-Whoo!

But now it is time to get ready for

dinner because after dinner much as I

was hoping to chill I need to get going

on my taxes. So I ordered some stuff from

Amazon and I don't know why-- Okay, I ordered four items,

and they decided even though I

ordered them all on the same day, they

sent them all in four different boxes. Okay,

I ordered some pens...

Here, I will give you a sneak peek. I'm going to talk about these

in a future video. But I ordered... where did they go? to go I

I ordered these pens.

Come on you stupid camera, focus.

And they sent them....

In this box, ok. Those pens, in this box.

I mean, part of why I like shopping at Amazon

is because quite honestly much

to my husband's chagrin, I know if I

order things I won't like go into

Target and buy a bunch of crap that I

don't-- well, I shouldn't say I don't need, but I

find stuff. Like "Oh, this would be

cute, or, I could use this, or whatever.

So I'm like, trying to save money. But if I

realized how they were going to send stuff

given the environmental impact, think I

would you know take a second thought.

(music plays)

(Alton squeaking his chicken toy) Get your squeaky chicken!

Yeah! (squeaking noise continues)

(Alton squeaking his chicken toy) Get your squeaky chicken!

Squeaky chicken, oh yeah! Oh yeah!

Do-Do-Do, Do-Do-Do-Do-Do

Somebody a happy boy? Somebody--

You gonna get the camera?

Get it

Yeah, Where's your chicken? Get it?

Common, get it. Get your chicken.

(clapping noise)

Oh! Butt scratches! Oh!!

So, thanks for watching. Hope you're having a

good week, And I will see you tomorrow!

Bye!
