Hello foodies welcome to this show I am your new foodie friend Riddhi Kamani.
Today we are going to make very famous or I can say world famous gujarati farsan nylone
khaman but we are going to make it very instant you don't have to wait for a day or a twelve
hours it's just a game of thirty minutes only.
So first of all we are going to make batter for the instant dhokla so let's see the
ingredients.
One cup besan(Gram Flour), half tablespoon citric acid or nimbu ke phool, one and half
tablespoon sugar, pinch of turmeric powder, one and half tablespoon of semolina or rava,
salt as per taste, eno one and half tablespoon(Fruit Salt), two tablespoon of oil.
For tempering you need cumin seeds, mustard seeds and asafoetida, chopped green chillies,
coriander leaves and curry leaves and one cup of water.
Add one cup besan then add one cup of water.
Mix it properly make sure that there should be no lumps.
You can see there is no lumps in the batter.
Now add just pinch of turmeric powder, half tablespoon of citric acid, one and half tablespoon
of sugar, one and half tablespoon of semolina.
First you have to mix these all ingredients very well.
Grease the tray with oil.
Now add two tablespoon of oil you can add cooking oil again mix the batter very well.
Mix it like this at last add one and half tablespoon of eno or fruit salt and mix it
quickly.
You have to do this procedure very quick and beat it for two to three minutes the mixture
get fluffy you can see the consistency and quickly pour this mixture into tray.
And directly put it into the hot steamer cook it on a medium flame for twenty to twenty
five minutes.
So exactly after twenty five minutes open your steamer and press knife like this if
it's get clean out then your dhokla is ready take out the tray.
Give it a rest for ten minutes at least.
Now take one plate put t like this and flip the vessel you can see nice fluffy dhokla.
Now cut the dhokla in the square shape.
You can see the texture nice and fluffy texture.
Now for tempering purpose put the pan on the heat.
Add about one tablespoon of oil now add one tablespoon of cumin seeds, mustard seeds and
asafoetida let them crackle.
Now add green chillies, fresh coriander leaves now add water about half cup of water.
Now add two tablespoon of sugar mix all these.
Add two to three curry leaves and mix it well cook it for two minutes.
You can add sesame seeds also our tempering is ready.
Now put it aside.
So let's start plating.
Arrange the pieces of dhokla like this pour the tempering.
You can serve it with green chutney or ketchup anything you want.

House Freedom Caucus Will Support Obamacare Repeal Proposal

The House Freedom Caucus, which last month banded together to block a House Republican
effort to overhaul Obamacare, has decided that a revised plan to modify the health care
law is good enough to support.
The revised proposal includes an amendment that allows states to opt out of major portions
of Obamacare.
The amendment was developed through the work of Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows, R-N.C.,
and Rep. Tom MacArthur, R-N.J.
The amendment lets states apply for waivers from an Obamacare provision that will not
allow insurers to charge higher premiums for sick people and from another that mandates
minimum insurance coverage requirements.
Instead, states can offer high-risk pools as an alternative.
�While the revised version still does not fully repeal Obamacare, we are prepared to
support it to keep our promise to the American people to lower healthcare costs,� the Freedom
Caucus said in a statement.
�We look forward to working with our Senate colleagues to improve the bill.
Our work will continue until we fully repeal Obamacare.�
One conservative group seconded the Freedom Caucus.
�While we�re still short of full repeal, this latest agreement would give states the
chance to opt out of some of Obamacare�s costliest regulations, opening the way to
greater choice and lower insurance premiums,� Club for Growth President David McIntire said
in a statement.
Now that conservatives are on board, the question remains whether a sufficient number of moderate
Republicans will join them to pass the legislation.
�We think the MacArthur amendment is a great way to lower premiums, give states more flexibility,
while protecting people with preexisting conditions,� House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wisc., said Wednesday.
�We think it�s constructive.�
Ryan said the amendment �helps us get to consensus� but did not say how close Republicans
are to the 216 votes needed to pass the measure.
However, Rep. Ryan Costello, R-Pa., said that the changes made to attract conservatives
represented, to him, the kind of concerns that �obviously make me have to think long
and hard about it.�
�We as a team all recognize we need to get to yes.
The devil�s in the details of getting there,� said Rep. Chris Collins, R-N.Y., a moderate
who supports the bill.
