Top 10 Minecraft CAMO SKINS! - Best Minecraft Skins - Duration: 10:19.

Hey there!

What's going on guys!

Last week I posted my first Top 10 Skins video I have posted in

a long time and I mentioned that I would create another one this weekend if we hit 50 likes.

Well, we got to our goal so here I am.

I recieved a few people asking for a Top Camo Skins video... and I like that idea.

It's not something I would have really thought of doing so thanks for the suggestion but

I'm still going to put my own twist on it as I always do!

Let's go ahead and get started with this one!

I hope you enjoy!

*Music*

So Minecraft Camo skins are always something that will be around.

You can really create them off of any type of blocks... so there's going to be new ones

created with new releases and such.

I can only choose ten skins to put in videos, so I picked 10 skins that I thought turned

out decent and could possibly work okay...

Oh, and a couple of other skins too but you'll see what I mean.

I spent pretty much this whole time talking not about this skin but anyways this is a

Cobblestone camo skin as you can see!

In all of the showcases, I'm going to put the blocks behind the showcase skin to help

you out in seeing if it works as a camoflauge!

The next skin we have here is a dirt camo skin.

Now, this one could be useful if you're near some sort of mountain or something that has

dirt ledges.

I'm not sure off too many dirt structure builds.

I'm sure there are plenty of dirt houses around survival servers and such but in terms of

camoflauging in something like Sky Wars or Survival

Games, I'm sure you'd probably have settle with camoflauging around some sort of dirt

pillar structure or landscape.

I did find a grass block camo too, but I figure dirt

probably would work out better.

So I said in the intro that I like to put my own spin on my videos.

Of course, it's my content and I like to have fun with it.

So that's what I'm doing with this skin.

I know it's probably not what some of you are looking

for but hear me out.

How often are you going to be running around in a skin that looks like a dirt block?

Really?

I mean when you're messing around with a camo challenge?

So, here's an option for those who are looking for an actual camoflauge styled skin in terms

of a theme rather than actually trying to camo in Minecraft.

I'll have one more of these types of skins later on in the video.

The skin creator calls this one the Grass Camo Dude, AKA Bob, What have you done.

The next skin we have is a nether rack skin.

Of course, solid for the nether.

Obviously in games, this would work on a nether themed map.

Or if there just happens to be some random netherrack in a normal themed map...

But yeah.

I thought about how effective this may actually be in the actual nether.

Say you're on some SMP and you're playing a

trick on you're friend or something.

You may actually be able to put this one off if you don't have name tags on or whatever.

I don't know guys.

I'm just trying to be creative while thinking about these skins.

Here, of course, we have a Stone Brick Camo Skin.

If I remember to do so, I'm going to try to remember to put this skin up against an actual

building.

As you may or may not know, the map I use in my videos is actually

a map from an old SMP, Stellar SMP.

I've continued building my town on the map but I don't really utilize any of the builds

from other people so why not let's try that there.

This skin would be decent for trying to camo around a stone brick type build or structure.

Obviously you won't be finding stone brick in a typical generated

world so yeah.

The next skin we have in this video is another

one of those that I decided to add in because it fits the actual theme of the video.

Remember, I said I try to make content my own way and add in some things that you

may not really expect when I start the video.

This skin here is a Ghillie Suit skin.

Skins like this remind me of a series I watched called Survival of the Fittest with some of

the the YouTubers that I to watch.

BDoubleO and KYR_Sp33dy, specifically.

They all had camo type skins on to try to fit into

the landscape and idk, these types of skins just make me think of that.

So these last 4 skins are going to be all Minecraft Camo skins to blend in with blocks

in the game.

This skin here, is, of course, a sand camo skin.

I always feel like I need to say something like "This would be great

for blending in with sand."

But then I realize, that you would already know that and it would be pointless for me

to say something like that.

Anyways, yeah...

I'm sure this skin would work out well in the desert because, well, sand.

So there ya go.

Desert themed maps and stuff, just throw this skin on

and be ready to go.

The final three skins in the video, I put as the

top 3 because I feel like they are some pretty common blocks to build with in terms of map

making.

This one here, is, of course a bookshelf.

I know that bookshelves are obviously a pretty common decoration block and I'm sure they

are used plenty in maps.

If you think of something like Minecraft Murder Mystery, you could potentially use

this out in an indoors map if there is a library in the map just to try it out.

It may work.

It may not work.

I don't know.

But you can try.

So, as I said, these final skins are going to be pretty common blocks and this skin is

a stone camo skin.

Obviously, you find stone everywhere in Minecraft so this can be

useful in most gamemodes that you play.

Hide near a mountain, hide underground, hide next to a stone strucutre.

Yeah, you get the point.

A stone camo skin that is good for hiding near a stone block.

Isn't that just the greatest concept in the world that you've ever heard of?

Fantastic.

Wonderful.

Amazing.

To end off, we have this wood camo skin.

Of course, based off of Oak logs.

So, I write scripts out for these videos videos.

I record myself talking and reading what I wrote

down to make it easier and hit points about the skins and make jokes that I want to.

It's a process to do.

Anyways, the point I'm getting to is that this video wasn't as easy

as others.

Finding what to say about skins that look like blocks, well, it isn't necessarily the

easiest thing to do so I hope I did okay.

And yes, me talking about this now was a way to not have to talk too much about

this wood camo skin.

hahha

So, that's gonna do it for this one guys!

Thank you all so much for watching!

I want to mention that I recently hit 17,000 subscribers and a big part of the reason for

bringing back this series was because it was great for my channel and so many people enjoyed

it.

So for that, I thank those of you who watch this series and helped me hit

17,000 subscribers.

Feel free to check out my Things You Didn't Know About Minecraft series for some interesting

Minecraft Facts, My Optifine Cape Designs series to see some

cool Optifine Capes, and My top 5 Seeds series to see some really cool Minecraft Seeds.

Anyways, enough shameless self-promotion.

Thank you all so much for watching!

I hope you enjoyed!

I'm outta here, See ya!

Women of Fashion Inspiring Change - Duration: 2:51.

Sustainable fashion, ethical fashion, let's make that a term that just means fashion.

Later.

It certainly doesn't now.

I love fashion.

I hate the way it's gone.

It's so quick these days, the turnaround, you have no idea where anything's made.

It's just a system and realising that the system can't really be stopped but there are

ways that you can possibly make things better for some of the people that are involved in it.

I think we shouldn't necessarily get deterred by the enormity.

That's something that personally impacts me a lot.

How do I even scratch the surface on the 800,000 people employed in garment manufacturing in

Cambodia alone?

You start to realise that this is huge, it's real and it's happening now and it's very very big.

So we have to change that.

I think when we understand this piece of clothing, this handbag, just didn't come out of thin air.

There's people behind it and those people should be known, they should be celebrated

and they should be treated with much more than just respect.

They should be treated with dignity just like anyone else.

There's no one solution.

I think it's lots of little things that people can do to make it better.

If we just make small changes and start to really understand the impact our

purchases have, I think if everybody does that then it can start to make some changes.

Often times, we buy without thinking and understanding the ramifications of that.

And I think that's the most empowering thing too, is look there is direct impact and direct

effect on what I can do as an individual.

I can buy and shop better.

Be aware because you can find something really beautiful but then you don't really realise

the impact it can have.

Look at the care label, it has all the information because usually you're required to put all

that information on there.

See where it's made.

And then maybe do more research.

Is this a brand that you support?

Do you think these are brands that reflect who you are as a person?

If you buy products from happy people it's going to be good for you too.

It's karma.

The most exciting part is that this entire thing can shift, I think, very rapidly.

And it needs to.

It's not one of the problems that is unsolvable.

It's not one of the problems that requires head scratching.

There's so much potential to just get it right.

And that is exciting.

I think the power belongs to the consumer actually.

We all have tiny little voices but altogether we can sing a great song and change the industry.

20 Ways How to Make Small Room look Bigger - Duration: 13:56.

Small rooms and living with a minimalistic approach are important these days, because

with our growing population, we need to make the most out of what we've got.

This video is going to check out 20 unusual and creative ways you can go about making

small rooms look much larger!

Of course, they won't physically be any bigger; but it's the experience within the

room that you have, that truly counts.

1. Paint (or use wallpaper) on the ceiling to make the room appear much taller!

When you do this, there is a plethora of routes to be taken.

You can select the color you would prefer on a personal level, which is a lot more customizable

than most options.

Anything that can draw the human eye towards the ceiling of your room, will help it appear

bigger.

If you've always pondered how to make the most out of such a tiny space, these tips

will help immensely.

2.

Use lighter colors on both your walls and floors - Darker colors will make it seem as

if the room is closing in on you (or in some cases, comfortably cozy!), whereas lighter

colors will make things appear more open.

They reflect light and allow the room to have an airy sense about it, which is wonderful

for making it seem larger.

3.

DON'T put furniture up against walls - When you put your furniture up against a wall,

it will make everything feel like it's stuck together.

In order to combat this, you must push your furniture away from the walls - creating a

sense of space (some would even consider it an illusion of sorts!).

Your furniture deserves better than that, anyways; you probably paid a pretty penny

for it.

Unless you had a customized console table, of course!

4.

Hidden storage - Hidden storage compartments are going to be your best friend, as they

allow you to keep things in place without the requirement of too many furniture items.

It's minimalism at its finest!

You can find hidden storage compartments of all kinds on the internet, and you could even

turn it into a DIY project; creating storage space under your bed or couch has never been

this fun.

If you spot an item at a furniture store that handles more than one process, it's probably

going to be beneficial for your small space.

5.

Shelves near the ceiling - Like we talked about before, drawing the eye upwards is an

important part of this process.

When you've got various accessories located higher up on the wall (near the ceiling),

people are going to take notice; the most obvious ones to implement would be shelves.

Any sort of shelf is not only useful for the storage of books, and many other trinkets;

but it's great for making the room appear a bit larger.

Even the smallest rooms in the world can seem comfortably sized with a few shelves near

the ceiling.

In most cases, you can just build them yourself!

6.

"The Cantaloupe Rule" - You may have heard of this before, which is good; this rule is

when all of the accessories within your small room, need to be larger than a cantaloupe.

If you have an abundance of trinkets and other things (like vases or anything of that nature)

that are small, it's going to make the room feel crowded - with fewer pieces at a larger

scale, the room will open up and allow people to breathe a little better.

You can buy bigger vases just about anywhere, but some will tickle your fancy more than

others.

7.

Striped Floors?

It might seem a bit odd to some, but as pinstripe pants help make your legs look a

bit longer, pinstripe flooring will allow your rooms/home to look a bit bigger as well.

Striped floors may not be practical to some, but there are people out there that will absolutely

love this look; this is a recommendation that comes from Kelly Edwards, a host on the Style

Network (from the show "Tacky House").

8.

Go with the unexpected arrangement - Furniture arrangements can be a little boring at times,

but it's up to you to spice things up.

When you use a generic arrangement, it isn't going to do anything to the room; you have

to take some chances.

Break the rules!

If you feel like putting a Lazyboy armchair in the middle of the room, so be it; just

make sure that everything comes together in a reasonable manner.

9.

Hide accent pieces away until you need them for guests - If guests aren't around and

you have several accent pieces that take up a decent amount of space, it's probably

better off for you to keep them stored away until guests arrive.

You'll need more surfaces to host dinner parties and such on when the guests come over,

but for regular living, there's no need to crowd your living space in that sense.

It will give you a better to everyday living.

10.

Avoid heavy materials - The absorption of light is a big issue with smaller rooms.

When you have a lack of light, it's going to seem that much smaller; which is why you

need to avoid heavy materials.

These materials will suck up most of the light, leaving you very little to work with!

11.

Match your walls with your curtains - Matching is a common thing to be seen, especially when

it comes to interior design.

When you match your curtains and walls, it will seem as if the entire room flows into

one being; there's no separation, making it come off as being much larger than it usually

would.

12.

Keep your windows clean - Clean windows will allow more light into the room, but it will

also just make the setting a much more sensible one.

Dirty windows can distract the eye quite a bit, and you need to make sure the glass is

clean on both sides.

I would suggest using a spray bottle with water/vinegar, and some old newspaper.

13.

Monochromatic color schemes - When you go with the monochromatic look (which is when

you pick one color, and decide to work with that one alone, or maybe a few shades higher/lower),

it adds continuity to your rooms.

Everything comes together, but it doesn't seem cluttered by any means; all of your accessories,

furniture and anything else can be based off of your first color.

14.

Keep your floor clean - This would fall under the same category as the window aspect, because

keeping your floor clean will allow guests to look at it with ease.

If you've done all of that hard work to make your floor apparent in the room, why

not keep it clean as well?

15.

Remove clutter - If there is any sort of clutter in your room, make sure you dispose of it

quickly (and properly).

Clutter is the #1 problem in small rooms, as it makes them appear even more petite.

Keep them clean and you'll notice a big difference.

16.

Your paint should be from dark to light, and from low to high - When your lighter colours are

at the top of the room, it's almost like rising to the heavens.

A baby blue base that consistently fades into white not only looks amazing, but it will

make the room appear larger as a result.

17.

- Creative corners - The corners of your room are a place to get creative, as this is where

you need to draw the eyes of your guest.

Using pieces of furniture (like an armchair) or even just a bookshelf could do the trick.

Don't just go about hanging tons of paintings around.

It makes the wall feel cramped up!

It's better to hang them near the corners.

18.

Properly sized furniture - If your furniture isn't of the proper size, how can you expect

to make a good impression?

Using large couches and armchairs within a small room is a problem, because it doesn't

mesh well with the setting.

Figure out the proper sizing for your furniture needs, and then go from there.

19.

Reflect as much light as possible - In smaller rooms, you can make use of mirrors and shimmering

fabrics to reflect more light around the room.

Light has a tendency to make things seem larger than they are, especially when it comes to

tiny rooms.

There many different accessories to be considered that shimmer and reflect light, so it's

a great addition to be made.

And finally, 20

Personalize it to your liking - With

everything we've talked about today, the job isn't handled correctly unless you've

personalized the space to your liking.

The only individual you should be worried about pleasing is yourself, regardless of

how many guests are going to be coming over throughout the year.

If you're happy with the results, so be it!

How to work in Community Services - Gaynor's story - Duration: 3:04.

My name is Gaynor Holmes and I'm the Senior Case Manager for a Child Community Agency

that's funded by the Department of Health & Human Services.

I chose this career because I was raised in a single family and from a very you g age

I saw there was a difference between myself and other families.

From a very young age I decided I wanted to work with children

I secured the job I have now with my current employer following the community services

diploma through Chisholm Chisholm prepared me very well in working

with families and children They helped me to understand the dynamics

of families and the importance of positive family functioning.

It wasn't all theoretical, it was practical.

What really inspired me were the real life stories that came from women and families

and children that had suffered adversity in the community or disadvantage or an injustice

A light bulb moment for me coming out of Chisholm was, when I had learned so many different

theories – child development theories, social economic disadvantage… you know, health

education and employment.

I sort of sat there and wondered how all of this fits into one situation and when I began

working with families in the home I realised that all of those areas intersect to create

positive family functioning A day in my life as a case manager, I have

ten cases that I work with at any one time.

I spend roughly about 4 hours per week with each family, so that's a full time role.

I work with newborn babies and sometimes babies in utero all the way through to families.

I love working with young kids.

[I also have a responsibility to my organisation, so I am a senior family violence worker.

I hold the portfolio for our organisation.

So I do what we call reflective practise groups for my team where I educate my team on elements

of family violence and case management.

And I'm proud of that.

I enjoy the work that I do, it's extremely varied.

In ten years' time I see myself working specifically in family violence and working

with children who have been subjected to family violence.

It's a passion of mine and I would actually like to write a book at some stage about my

journey through family violence and through adversity and how I was able to manage out

of that The most rewarding thing about my work is

seeing families get back on their feet and having fun, we have fun with the kids.

There's nothing more rewarding than hearing the child's side of things, their view,

their feelings, and being able to encourage them to be the best little humans that they

can be.

This is the free consultation I talk about later.

If we are compatible, thats the beginning of

our beautiful relationship to get you the immigration approvals you need.

This is what two of my clients Dan and Ying, had to say: Ying comes from China and I helped

her get her Fiance visa, and after the wedding to get her Green Card.

Hello Fred!

Thank you very, very much for all of your hard work.

I purchased Fred Wahl's package for the "Front Loaded K-1 Visa Petition" and also

the "Adjustment of Status Petition Package."

My fiancee from China and I were very glad we did.

He coached us every step of the process.

He helped us by letting us know exactly what to do

and he prepared a very professional package of

all of our documents to submit to start the process.

He then guided us every step of the way from submission,

thru the consulate interview process, getting her visa,

travelling to the U.S., getting married and getting thru the Green Card interview!

He really did a great job getting everything together for us and I cannot recommend his

services highly enough!

We will use his services again in 2 years to "Remove Conditions on Residency".

Thank you Fred!

Now, lets talk about "the Income Requirements for

Marriage based immigration to the USA?

In order to successfully petition for your spouse or

fiancee to come to the USA, or obtain a Green Card after marriage,

you the US sponsor must demonstrate to Immigration that you have

enough income coming in, to support your spouse, and household.

The minimum financial requirement is that you must have income

equal to and preferably more than 100% of the poverty

income level where you live to be eligible to sponsor for a

Fiancee Visa, and over 125% of the poverty level to be

eligible for Spousal Visa or Adjustment of Status.

Each year the Department of Health and Human Services

publishes their Poverty Guidelines.

The new Poverty Guidelines have risen about $200 from last year.

As of March 2017, for residents in the continental US the Financial Eligibility requirements

for Permanent residency are as follows.

Required Annual Income (For Fiancee Visa) $16,240, if 2 Persons in Family or Household

$20,420, if 3 Persons in Family or Household $24,600, if 4 Persons in Family or Household

For each Additional person add $4,180

Required Annual Income (For Spousal Visa or Green Card)

$20,300, if 2 Persons in Family or Household $25,525, if 3 Persons in Family or Household

$30,750, if 4 Persons in Family or Household

For each Additional person add $5,225

The Financial eligibility thresholds are lower for

active military, and higher for residents of

Alaska or Hawaii.

Proving your Income.

Normally you provide your most recent Federal Tax Return,

3 to 6 pay stubs showing 'Year to date' earnings, plus a letter from your employer confirming

your job, and what your expected annual pay is.

If your income might be low, but you have 'money in the bank' your cash assets, can

be used as a alternative for annual income.

'Cash' assets are assets which can be easily converted

(sold)to cash.

For example: stocks, bonds, certificates of deposit, cash in the bank

You may have a lot of other assets such as your car, boat, coin

collection, business or investment property but because these

can NOT be easily turned to cash immigration will not accept

them as alternatives to annual income.

The one exception to an asset that is hard to convert, but

CAN be counted is your home.

If the market value of your home is higher than your mortgage you

may use the equity just like a cash asset.

$5 cash assets is the equivalent of $1 annual income

For example, a retired Fiancee Visa sponsor living in California,

with NO income, and no dependents would need to have

5 times $16,240 or $81,200 in cash assets to quality for the Fiancee

Visa.

Alternatively a combination of income and assets will work.

For example, if the sponsors income is $10,000 per year,

then he should have $31,200 cash or convertible assets

to qualify.

$16,240 - $10,000 = $6,240 x 5 = $ 31,200 cash assets needed.

What if you don't have enough income OR assets?

In that case you can ask a relative or friend to act as a joint-sponsor.

Just like buying a car, your joint-sponsor could 'co-sign' your loan.

When a joint-sponsor is used the size of the household increases.

The combined household (for the financial calculations) would include

the household size of the sponsor combined with the household

size of the co-sponsor.

For example, a college student petitioning for his fiancee,

asks his father to joint-sponsor.

Both the college student and the father would each complete an

affidavit of support.

The student's household is just 2 persons, himself and his fiancee.

The father's household would be father, mother, and the two siblings

still living at home.

Thus the combined household would be 6 persons,

and the combined income of both sponsor and joint-sponsor

would have to be $32,960 or more.

A joint-sponsor can be used for any Spousal Visa or

Adjustment of Status petition, and can be used for MOST

Fiancee Visa petitions.

Not all consulates allow the use of a joint-sponsor for a Fiancee Visa.

For example: Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and Nigeria do not.

If you are applying for a Fiancee visa and need a joint-sponsor,

before filing the petition, best is to contact the consulate directly and

confirm whether the consulate's policies permit the use of a

financial joint-sponsor.
