a by-product of the way that society has
evolved now understanding of effective
communication because without going into
any political agenda we've been raised
in accustomed to a society where it's
all about a financial abundance and
having to move towards greater financial
liberation and we've kind of removed
beyond the happiness factor an
interpersonal engine because that's
between the way things that have evolved
and not to put a rider on spin on it but
there's so much more aspects to our
human development and who we are as the
unique identity that it's time for new
conversations it's quite time for us to
understand indirect bullying at an ever
greater capacity and until we start to
understand how to move beyond bullying
how to open up our ability to
communicate effectively and how to get
our needs met in a way that creates
energy for everybody in our life odds we
we're not going to be able to live a
greater prosperity and happiness within
ourself and our own emotional state and
see others have the same level of
abundance
indirect bullying evolved from a lack of
understanding and awareness of our own
emotional state and be able to solve our
problems in an effective level that has
people stepped into their truth
indirect bullying is ultimately somebody
is way that they've evolved in their
world to get their needs met whether
that be financially or career was all
within their relationships or
development as a human being and often
those people aren't aware of what's
going on to them and that's the
interesting part of appaling which is
why it's time for a new conversation
because without making anybody right or
wrong but without laying here insane to
that yes time for you to approach this
bully deal that face up to that issue
while beginning to understand your own
emotional state and going to look to
that of others you can start to open up
your communication and your awareness of
other people's values or intentions

people's needs to keep moving and keep
stepping into the 9 to 5 grind everybody
is under stress everybody's got things
going on and so a lot of times indirect

people needing to keep moving forward
and really being in their only limited
state of evolution and so therefore they
just keep solving problems in whatever
way or shape or form they can which is
not always the best way to go about it
and it's not always coming from the
worst intention sometimes people partake
and step in the indirect bullying
because they don't know any other way
they've never been demonstrated or
showed to any other way of effectively
getting their needs met I understand
this all too well because my parents
were very much
indirect bullies in their relationship
which is ultimately psychological abuse
indirect bullying is very much
psychological abuse because if we don't
have the time or the capacity to
understand people as they intended us to
take the time to not step into
overwhelming stress and have to pursue
and put one over other people when we
can in order to create something greater
we are partaking in psychology abuse and
a lot of people do that in order to
build a financial abundance to create a
greater level of wealth in their life
because they can you are starting to see
a lot of substance abuse and numbing out
of psychological pain and sacrifice of
our relationships because when we
sacrifice interpersonal synergy and the
happiness factor and our own
relationships we are partaking in
indirect bullying and so
when people exist in the paradigm of
relationship development in their own
house your own household and growing
families and in their greater families
ultimately what the outcome is is
indirect bullying because it's all about
the ego and who is right and if we
persist to develop our family
connections their family relationships
now peer development through being right
we start to step into the nasty
tendencies ourself and everybody has
them everybody to agree has a certain
level of niceness personality disorder
and yet it's only through the balancing
out of that nice ISM through our level
of altruism and the fundamental want to
want and desire to speak many
development and to see our relationships
blossom that we start to move into a
greater interpersonal synergy we start
to see our workplace environments in our
peer group and social environments and
our community environments start to
evolve to afraid a level of fundamental
fun and connection and contribution to
one another indirect bullying is very
much where we're starting to see the
segregation of partner classes trends
rich in the poor because what's happened
is people's needs to fundamentally
continue to meet their financial
requirements in order to not have the
bank foreclose on their level of
abundance in their life as people do
some crazy stuff in order to keep moving
forward to keep moving beyond the road
rage of the parameters of society
the way the Western world has got so now
and the frustration of people's
financial conditions and positions
really has people starting to enjoy and
step into greater levels of indirect
bullying and that's where we're starting
to see a lot more volatile volatility
and ego secrecies of out of balance
existence and acting sense existential
depression starting to evolve into our
world so I has people come out and scape
the pain through very various forms of
negative activities and components of
their expression of their identity and
has people's inability to effectively
connect with their truth and speak the
truth at any given time the reason why I
can turn the camera on just talking to
like this and not have to press pause
not have to stop to evolve that is
because I've had to come to understand
the fundamentals in direct pooling in my
own life my relationships my mother and
father and their relationships their
greater family which ultimately removes
the blame in the shame and the guilt
from anyone in particular but begins to
put the shame and guilt on to the
greater consensus and the family
development without without the regard
to want to bring others attention to the
negativity or negative aspects of
himself but more the greater fundamental
desire for me to step up my own formal
issue to continue to understand those
family members and them people in my
life as they intended to be excluded for
what's going on top
the issues of showing up for them
because by understanding them and the
issues that were showing up to them
ultimately is what teaches me about in
direct link to an ever greater capacity
and sees me start to be able to step
away from the scourge you cluster bomb
of that indirect bullying
because through understanding my parents
my family my brother my peers they
intended to be understood in any given
component and moment in time of my life
has really allowed me to escape the
fundamentals of what that cost me I've
always been a very empathetic person and
so if I step into the blame and shame of
the people in my life who I've perceived
as bullies in my life for whatever
reason ultimately to step into the same
vindication and creation of what was
happening between mine and their
relationships yet the resolution to
indirect bullying is the greater desire
to understand one another as we intend
to be understood and to move beyond it
noise you're welcome and to start to
build a greater interpersonal and
community synergy based upon a desire to
want to build that happiness back into
our life you know the results of the
indirect bullying in my life had me
institutionalized four times into a
mental institution with serious anger
issues that evolved from my relationship
my mother and father because of their
inability and effective communication to
solve problems and to resolve issues as
they showed up that indirect bullying
really internalized a lot of stress and
two more inside of me because I was very
creatively expressive human being and
young adolescent which was not being
understood by my parents which was not
being allowed to evolve in my unique
identity
and that had me inwardly explode in so
many different ways because the way that
mom and dad dealt with their issues miss
their problems that showed up was to
just to lash out and to point the finger
of blame and shame run Elston to
vindicate based upon their desire to
want to keep creating a financial
abundance for themself and that cost
them substantially that costume
massively in what showed up for them you
know and when we start to step away from
that understanding of indirect bullying
what happens is we start to realize a
greater need for fun and connectivity
and relationship develop we start to
understand the importance of
communicating and understanding one
another as we intend to be understood
because it's through understanding one
another that we get to see who those
people are in our life we get to see and
build greater levels of love and
abundance in our life we get to
understand our kids and they're only
less unique personalities and their own
little unique idiosyncrasies and we
start to allow ourself to help them
solve the problems that create a greater
fundamental level we start to see their
little personalities evolve through the
abrasive nature of life if we don't
start to break down our relationships
now workplace environments to want to
see each other's families evolve
ultimately it's going to cost us our
self our own and that is the outcome of
indirect bullying the outcome of
indirect bullying we're seeing in
society today through the fundamentals
of mental health issues growing at an
integrated capacity and divorce rates an
all-time high
the youths revolt and
the segregation between the generations
and the generational gap and the gap
between the rich and the poor is all
outcomes of indirect bullying because
we're all trying to hustle and flow to
get our needs met and often we don't
stop to understand what those needs are
often we don't stop to understand what
our values are all the values of those
people in life and often we don't stop
to understand what it is one another is
trying to create and we going to stop
and want to see those people evolved
because of that hustle and flow of the
peak-hour traffic in the grind down our
own Europe with down our own life and
lifestyle which awfully costs audiology
it costs our freedom of liberation to
actually express herself build greater
capacity to resolve issues when a person
sins you of our relationships and
develop a greater level of love and
connection with our partners and build
intimacy into our relationships you know
the costs of seeing mum and dad for
shooing down the financial growth that
they did and they did really well for
himself and is still doing really well
for himself
but what that cost them personally is
within their own relationships within
their own self-esteem and self-worth
it's had them recluse away from the
world and not be able to build great
levels of intimacy into their life and
their lifestyle with a partner and with
the people around them and I've had to
love them for that
so in this video an indirect bullying
those people will they be family members
partners work workplace mates or
associates and colleagues or even your
peer group in social group those people
who are partaking that integrate
indirect bullying that you're dealing
with often don't understand their own
emotional state or what their needs are
to try to get the mat so they're just
reacting responding in the way that
they've experienced in life before
that's allow them to get their needs met

connect and communicate with those
