Trump Orders Complete Disclosure of UFO Data Kept by CIA In Area 51 - politics - Duration: 4:56.Trump Orders Complete Disclosure of UFO Data Kept by CIA In Area 51
As he spoke to astronauts on the International Space Station on Monday, President Donald
Trump has ordered the Central Intelligence Agency and National Security Agency to review
and release all files concerning space aliens and Unidentified Flying Objects or UFOs.
Trump promised to take this step in his inaugural speech.
He said: "We stand at the birth of a new millennium, ready to unlock the mysteries of space, to
free the Earth from the miseries of disease, and to harness the energies, industries and
technologies of tomorrow.
"A new national pride will stir our souls, lift our sights, and heal our divisions."
It comes as a surprising development to some, as Trump hasn't commented on the issue of
extraterrestrial life and has never before specifically said that confidential UFO sighting
papers should be released.
Talking to Astronaut Peggy Whitson on the ISS, however, Trump recommitted NASA to a
Mars mission during his second term, i.e. the early 2020's.
During her campaign Hillary Clinton made it clear she would do all she could to release
secret files on UFO's.
Of course, her husband Bill Clinton made the same promise and never did.
The truth is still out there.
The Baltic Sea anomaly is a 60-metre diameter circular rock-like formation on the floor
of the northern Baltic Sea that emerged in June 2011.
The CIA has proof that it is really a crashed alien UFO Submersible.
Russian intelligence performed a study in 2008 theorizing that the Baltic Anomaly is
in fact, an alien spacecraft that accidentally emerged from subspace or "hyperspace," on
the ocean floor within the Earth's basaltic crust.
They shared these extraordinary findings with the CIA.
Soon the world will know--unless the deep state gets to Trump first.
HyperNormalisation is a 2016 BBC documentary by British filmmaker Adam Curtis.
In the film, Curtis argues that since the 1970s, governments, financiers, and technological
utopians have given up on the complex "real world" and built a simple "fake world" that
is run by corporations and kept stable by politicians.
The film was released on 16 October 2016 on the BBC iPlayer.
The term "hypernormalisation" is taken from Alexei Yurchak's 2006 book Everything was
Forever, Until it was No More: The Last Soviet Generation, about the paradoxes of life in
the Soviet Union during the 20 years before it collapsed.
A professor of anthropology at the University of California, Berkeley, he argues that everyone
knew the system was failing, but as no one could imagine any alternative to the status
quo, politicians and citizens were resigned to maintaining a pretence of a functioning
society.
Over time, this delusion became a self-fulfilling prophecy and the "fakeness" was accepted by
everyone as real, an effect that Yurchak termed "hypernormalisation".
One chapter begins with a montage of unidentified flying object (UFO) sightings recorded by
members of the public in the United States.
It argues that the phenomenon surrounding UFOs in the 1990s was born out of a counter-intelligence
operation designed to make the public believe that secret airborne high-technology weapons
systems the US military tested during and after the Cold War were alien visitations.
Top secret memos forged by the United States Air Force Office of Special Investigations
were allegedly leaked to ufologists who spread the manufactured conspiracy theory of a government
cover-up to the wider public.
The method, called perception management, aimed to distract people from the complexities
of the real world.
American politics are described as having become increasingly detached from reality.
Curtis uses the collapse of the Soviet Union at the end of the 1980s as an example of an
event that took the West by surprise because reality had become less and less important.
A Jane Fonda workout video is shown to illustrate that socialists had given up trying to change
the real world and were instead focusing on the self and encouraging others to do the
same.
The video is intercut with footage of Nicolae Ceau?escu and his wife, Elena, being executed
by firing squad and buried following the Romanian Revolution in 1989.

The Power To Heal Ourselves Is Increasing - Duration: 8:22.The Power To Heal Ourselves Is Increasing
New studies are showing that placebos are becoming more effective in treating illness.
Researchers are perplexed by recent studies that have placebos performing very well compared
to new and experimental pharmaceuticals.
Meanwhile the science of Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) is echoing what mystics and shaman have
been saying forever which is that we have untold powers to heal ourselves!
Spirit and science converging
This coming together between the spiritual and scientific communities shows an unprecedented
opportunity for humans to embrace vibrant, healthy, thriving lives.
Recent research on placebos comes from a McGill University and is published in Pain, the Journal
of the International Association for the Study of Pain.
I first learned about this in a wonderful article by Carolyn Gregoire in Huffington
Post titled, Placebo Effect Puzzle Has Scientists Scratching Their Heads.
I highly recommend reading the entire article which shows how the placebo effect is exploding
in the United States, but nowhere else.
This may have something to do with the fact that the United States has 5% of the worlds
population yet consumes 75% of the worlds prescription drugs.
The sugar pill is working
The analysis revealed that in U.S. trials conducted in 1993, pain medications were rated
to be an average of 27 percent more effective than placebo pills.
In the 2013 trials, however, the pain medication was only 9 percent more effective than the
placebo.
The difference wasnt attributed to decreased effectiveness of the medication, but instead
to a greater response to the placebo.
In other words, the sugar pill has become nearly as effective as medication in alleviating
pain.
Carolyn Gregoire in Placebo Effect Puzzle Has Scientists Scratching Their Heads
The above study focused on pain-killers, but similar results have been observed for anti-depressants.
With more than 1 in 5 Americans taking mental health drugs the number of people seeking
alternatives and preventative measures continues to grow.
Yoga, meditation, healthy diet, and exercise do not come in the form of a pill but tend
to address the larger picture of wellbeing that is too often overlooked by the medical
establishment.
Although placebo may not be a viable treatment option, there are other treatments that on
average work as well as antidepressants, [such as] physical exercise and cognitive behavioral
psychotherapy.
As far as we know, these alternatives dont make people worse.
 Irving Kirsch, Time Magazine
Tuning into our trauma
All of this points to the innate ability our bodies have to self-regulate, seek balance
(homeostasis), and heal.
You would think that we would be eager to listen to our own bodies when they speak to
us through symptoms, yet we usually do the exact opposite by numbing the pain or ignoring
what we feel.
Peter Levine, author of Waking the Tiger, is an expert in trauma resolution and a lead
voice in field of Somatic Experiencing, which invites us to tune in to our bodies as well
as our emotions in order to reclaim our health.
Through hundreds of hours of client sessions, Levine began to witness how clients bodies
told their stories of trauma, even if the clients had no specific memories.
Once Levine guided them into the sensate experience of trauma, the body then took over and finished
what was unprocessed, or incomplete.
Clients receive the added gifts of increased body awareness, a stronger connection to self,
a shift in deep-seated patterns, a more regulated nervous system, and a sense of mastery.
Why do humans need to be guided at all?
The biggest obstacle is how inattentive and unfamiliar we are with our physical sensations.
Our big, sophisticated brains constantly out-think and override our bodily needs.
We are trained to ignore signs of hunger, pain, discomfort, injury, danger, as well
as pleasure, saturation, and fulfillment.
Whats astonishing is how forgiving and responsive the body is.
As soon as we tune into it, shifts begin to happen.
 Peter Levine
Prescription of the future
The mind, our beliefs, emotions, and lifestyle play a much larger role in our wellbeing than
we tend to recognize.
While researchers are wondering how to avoid the dreaded monkey-wrench of the placebo effect
in testing new drugs, the general public is recognizing that taking charge of ones health
doesnt need to always start with a call to the doctor or a new prescription.
If the placebo effect continues on its current trajectory, American pharmaceutical companies
may find it increasingly difficult to get consumers to buy new drugs.
By learning the bodymind language of symptoms and illness you can learn what is being repressed
or ignored in your psyche and emotions and the affect this is having on your physical
body.
Deb Shapiro, author of Your Body Speaks Your Mind
Popular books like Your Body Speaks Your Mind are a significant indicator that a new paradigm
in health is upon us.
Science and spirituality, like the brain and body have lots to gain by embracing the wisdom
that the other has to share.
We are evolved enough to know that the answers we seek arent always either/or.
A balanced and holistic approach is a prescription for wellbeing.
So keep your doctors number close by but also take the power of your health into your own
hands.
Your body will thank you for listening to it, your emotions will release freely when
they feel welcome and your quality of life will increase.
Placebos may not be the miracle cure after all, but what they might be showing us is
that we already possess an untold capacity for self-healing.

12A - Two Person Zero Sum Game and Pure Strategy - Duration: 9:34.In this video, I'll talk about two-person zero-sum games and pure strategies.
In a previous video titled Decision Trees and Decision Making under Uncertainty, we
assume a single decision maker chooses the optimal strategy without reference to the
effect of decisions of others.
In many business situations, there are usually more than one decision makers.
The decision made by one decision maker would affect how other decision makers react.
We can use game theory to making decisions in cases where two or more decision makers
have conflicting or common interests.
In game theory, the decision makers are usually called players, and the decision making process
is usually called a game.
In this video, we will only consider the games with two players, player 1 or the row player,
and player 2 or the column player.
In this example, Player 1 must choose 1 of 3 strategies, 1, 2, and 3.
Simultaneously, player 2 must choose 1 of 3 strategies, A, B, and C.
If player 1 chooses strategy 1 and player 2 chooses strategy A, then player 1 will win
$2 and player 2 will lose $2.
If player 1 chooses strategy 1 and player 2 chooses strategy B, then player 1 will lose
$1 and player 2 will win $1.
And so on.
This matrix is called the payoff matrix or reward matrix.
It only shows the payoffs of player 1.
The payoff of player 2 in each cell is just the opposite of the payoff of player 1.
So we simply omit it in this matrix.
Some basic assumptions.
In a two-person zero-sum game, every dollar that one player wins comes out of the other
player's pocket, so the two players have totally conflicting interests and the payoffs
always add up to zero.
Both players are rational and each chooses a strategy that enables him or her to do the
best he or she can.
Both players have the knowledge about the payoff matrix.
Now, let's try to find the optimal strategy for player 1 and the optimal strategy for
player 2.
For player 1, if he chooses strategy 1, then player 2 will choose strategy C so player
1 will lose $3 to her.
Note that, -3 is the smallest number in row 1 of the payoff matrix.
Similarly, if player 1 chooses strategy 2, then player 2 will choose strategy B so player
1 will lose $5 to her.
-5 is the smallest number in row 2.
If player 1 chooses strategy 3, then player 2 will choose strategy B so player 1 will
win only $3, instead of $4 or $5 from her.
3 is the smallest number in row 3.
Out of these three possible outcomes, player 1 should choose the strategy with the largest
value, 3, which is the maximum value of the row min.
Therefore, the best strategy for player 1 is strategy 3.
By choosing strategy 3, player 1 can ensure that he will win at least $3.
For player 2, if she chooses strategy A, then player 1 will choose strategy 3 to win $4.
Note that, 4 is the largest number in column 1 of the payoff matrix.
If player 2 chooses strategy B, then player 1 will choose strategy 3 to win $3.
3 is the largest number in column 2.
If player 2 chooses strategy C, then player 1 will choose strategy 2 to win $6.
6 is the largest number in column 3.
Out of these three possible outcomes, player 2 should choose the strategy so that player
1 will win the smallest amount from her.
It is 3, which is the minimum value of the column max.
Therefore, the best strategy for player 2 is strategy B. By choosing strategy B, player
2 can ensure that player 1 will win at most $3.
This game has a saddle point, 3.
A saddle point is a payoff that is simultaneously equal to the max of row min and the min of
column max.
If a two-person zero-sum game has a saddle point, then we call the common value the value
of the game to the row player.
So, this game has a value of 3 to player 1.
A saddle point can also be thought of as an equilibrium point.
Neither player would want to move away from this saddle point.
The two-person zero-sum game is a special case of the two-person constant-sum game.
A two-person constant-sum game is a game in which, for any choice of both player's strategies,
the sum of the two players' payoffs is a constant value c.
A two-person zero-sum game is just a two-person constant-sum game with c=0.
If the sum of the two players' payoffs is not a constant value, then this type of games
are called two-person nonconstant-sum games.
Here is an example of a two-person constant-sum game.
Two radio programs are competing for an audience of 10 million listeners.
They each have three options, broadcasting news, music, or celebrity interviews.
If radio program 1 broadcasts news and radio program 2 also broadcasts news, program 1
will have 6 million listeners and program 2 will have 4 million listeners.
If program 1 broadcasts news and program 2 broadcasts music, program 1 will have 5 million
listeners and program 2 will have 5 million listeners.
And so on.
For every cell, we only show the number of listeners of program 1 because we can calculate
the number of listeners of program 2 by subtracting the number of listeners of program 1 from
the total of 10 million listeners.
The minimum values of the rows are 5, 2, and 1, respectively.
The maxmin is 5.
The maximum values of the columns are 9, 5, and 8, respectively.
The minmax is 5.
So the max of row min = the min of column max = 5.
This is a saddle point, and the value of the game to radio program 1 is 5.
Some games may have more than one saddle point.
For example, this is a zero-sum game.
The minimum values of the rows are -1, 0, and -2, respectively.
The maxmin is 0.
The maximum values of the columns are 0, 0, and 3, respectively.
The minmax are 0 and 0.
So the max of row min = the min of column max = 0.
We have two saddle points, and the value of the game to player 1 is 0.
Some games may have no saddle point.
For example, this is a constant-sum game.
The sum is 10.
The minimum values of the rows are 5, 2, and 1, respectively.
The maxmin is 5.
The maximum values of the columns are 9, 6, and 7, respectively.
The minmax is 6.
Because 5 is not equal to 6, we don't have a saddle point.
That means, at least one player will benefit by moving away from maxmin or minmax.
For example, for this minmax 6, player 2 will benefit by moving from column B to column
A so the payoff of player 1 will be reduced from 6 to 5.
Similarly, for this maxmin 5, player 1 will benefit by moving from row 1 to row 2 so the
payoff of player 1 will be increased from 5 to 9.
For this type of games, we will introduce a method for finding an equilibrium using
mixed strategies in another video.
Okay, that is about two-person zero-sum games and two-person constant-sum games.
Thanks for watching.
