Waching daily Apr 24 2017

Hey, what's up?

John Sonmez here from simpleprogrammer.com.

I got a kind of a fun question here which is, "Should I still inform a potential employer

of my vacation plans even if I know they will negatively impact my ability to get the positions?"

I've actually been in this position before so I could give some direct advice.

This is from Sean and he says, "I've been in negotiations with a potential employer

for a fulltime senior role at an office location.

I feel I would be a great fit for the position, but without knowing of the opportunity prior,

I booked two trips, for the second month of the role.

I feel quite certain that the employer would dismiss my application if he knew of my prior

travel arrangements, but I think the employer would allow remote work if I'm a good fit.

When, if it at all, should I tell the employer about my travel plans?"

I'll read the additional info he has here.

He says, "I've been working in the field for 8 years, but recently got back from travelling

over 15 countries.

So I haven't actually worked since last year, and feeling quite rusty.

I love travelling perhaps more than coding, and I am carefully considering abandoning

coding for blogging and writing instead."

The reason why I read that additional info is because I think it makes—it's relevant

in this case the fact that he loves travel so much sort of tells him where he should

put his risk and what he should do in this situation.

I'll give you my story.

Back when I first got married—was getting married I had lost my job.

This was like September 11th like the 9/11 stuff.

I was looking for a new job and I really needed a new job and I interviewed for this contract

position and my wedding was scheduled.

It was scheduled for like a week after I started this new job, that I would get this new job,

but I needed to get the job.

What I did was I did not tell the employer when I was interviewing that I had a wedding

in a week, my wedding, that I would need to take off for a week essentially to get married.

I got the job and I did a really good job the first 5 days, Monday through Friday and

on Friday afternoon, I knocked on the boss' office and I was like, "Hey."

I made sure that he was super impressed with the work I was doing, I was working late hours.

I was doing a real good job and I said, "Hey, could I take off—I know I just started here,

but could I just take off for a week, next week, it's kind of important."

He was like, "That's kind of odd.

I mean you just started the job.

Why do you need to take off?

What could you possibly need to take off for?"

I was like, "Well, to get married.

He was like, "Are you serious?"

We had a good old time and he laughed about it and he says, "yeah, of course, you can

take out.

Don't worry about it.

It's not a big deal."

It could have gotten sour.

It could have gotten really bad but it went well.

I think in most cases—now, I debated a long time—we actually had this discussion.

He said, "Well, why didn't you tell me that you're going to—that you had this wedding

plan, that you're getting married?"

I told him, I said, "Well, I was afraid that I wouldn't get the job if you knew I was going

to have to go and leave in a week."

He said, "Oh, that makes sense."

We laughed about it, but I still got the feeling that I was probably right in what I did in

the fact that had I told him I probably wouldn't have gotten the job.

Now, you could say, "Is that the right thing to do or not?"

I don't know.

It worked out fine.

I knew I was a good fit for the job.

What does 1 week matter?

It wasn't like they had some kind of crunch.

Did it really matter if I took the week 3 months on the road or after the first week

that I started the job?

It's just kind of a weird thing to take a week after you started the job.

That's my story.

Now, in your case, what would I do?

I would probably do a very similar thing.

There's no need to reveal that information upfront, I don't think.

Now, if you know that they're working on a specific project that you're being hired for

that has a deadline that they're bringing you on specifically to do that's totally different.

I'm not telling you to lie and to be deceitful in any way, but you don't need to volunteer

information that could only hurt you and not help you.

There's no need to say that.

When you get to the negotiation process, when they're ready to sign the paperwork then you

could say, "Hey, one thing I just want to make sure that you're aware of, I just want

to make sure that you know upfront that I've got some vacation planned and you can get

that cleared."

Or you could be willing to—the other thing that I could say that you kind of got to be

willing to do if you're going to do this is that when it comes time and you do have to

ask your boss for that time off, you have to be willing to possibly cancel your trip

or to quit the job.

If you're willing to do that then not volunteering the information upfront I think is perfectly

valid but you've got to be willing to do that.

If your boss says, "No, no, no, you can't do that.

You can't take this time off."

Then you've got to be willing to make that choice.

I would say that in most cases it's not going to be a problem.

Like I said, I think, from my own experience it wasn't a big deal.

It was still something I wouldn't have volunteered upfront just because why do that, why hurt

yourself?

At the very least, get the job, get everything decided.

Don't let that being an influencing factor in you getting this job.

That doesn't make sense to me.

Shake the hands.

Get the contract in place.

If you want to, right before you sign the final thing, like I said, say, "Oh, by the

way, I'm sure this won't be a problem, but I just wanted to let you know, is that okay?"

Or if you want to bring that up into the negotiations at the negotiation phase that's totally cool.

Just don't do it at the interview.

That's stupid.

That doesn't make any sense.

Why volunteer the information there at the interview?

That's not going to help you.

Anyway, that's my advice on it.

If you've got some other advice or you've been in a similar situation leave a comment

below.

I'm curious to hear how many of you have done this.

It was kind of fun.

It was kind of interesting when I did it.

It worked out for me.

Maybe you've got a bad story where it didn't work out for you.

Let me know.

I'm curious to hear.

Anyway, if you like this video, go ahead and click that Subscribe button below and I will

Top 5 Reasons to Get Your Family Outdoors | PLUM LANDING on PBS KIDS - Duration: 2:41.

Top reasons to get your family outdoors

having fun with science.

Getting outside with kids is easier than you think.

I'm Rue Mapp, founder of Outdoor Afro.

I help families all over the country get connected to nature.

Here are my top five reasons to get outside.

Number one-- it's fun to explore nature together.

Go on a nature walk or fly a kite on a windy day

to experience the power of the wind.

All these things are science and they can't be done indoors.

Number two-- it helps children develop new skills.

Create your own cards to play Nature Bingo.

Instead of numbers use insects, birds, plants, or rocks.

This game helps kids with their matching skills

and shows them the many different living things

in their own neighborhood.

To develop more skills,

kids can map the objects to help them with their map reading,

or they can use a field guide to identify a bird or insect.

Number three-- it helps you connect with your family,

even revealing surprises.

Your cautious kid may have an adventurous streak

when searching out a great spot to find a squirrel,

or your spirited kid may surprise you

by quietly observing a spider weaving a web.

Number four-- it's good for your family's health.

It can lower blood pressure and heart rate,

improve eyesight and immune system functioning,

and cut the risk of obesity.

It's also good for your mental health-- it can help you relax,

reduce anxiety and ADHD symptoms, improve your mood,

and increase your focus.

Number five-- it's a great way to learn about the world.

Outdoor exploration inspires questions.

Even if you don't know the answers,

notice things and ask questions like,

"Why do you find so many worms on the sidewalk after it rains?"

Or "How do these little bugs make such crazy loud sounds?"

It can help kids become good observers, notice patterns,

and think about cause and effect.

For more simple science activities,

check out PLUM LANDING at pbskids.org/plumlanding.

There you'll find app suggestions

and printable nature activities

your family can do right in your own neighborhood.

Свой сайт знакомств - Duration: 4:04.

I've been in this business for over three years and frankly that is not the easiest way of earning. Competition is indeed very high and standard approaches rarely yield results. However, there are positive experience (otherwise I'd quit). We are talking mostly about Dating our women with their men. The most obvious way to earn - create your own Dating site. But there are major obstacles - firstly, the website you want to create (this is a need to involve a web designer and programmer - the cost is appropriate), spin (and in the Western market is worth a lot), plus pay for hosting and spend time on administration. After trying this way, I met the first 2 invested thousands of dollars only a year and a half. There are, of course, the variant with all sorts of branches - but then to promote a site is even harder (basically impossible). With respect to such sites that have visitors that the search engines - not the best. However, a couple of years ago I was lucky - I opened an affiliate account with SoulamtesTechnology and was earning $ 500-600 per month without any website. How? And. They paid for what their people were buying ' girls that you add manually to the site through a special form (your own). It was possible to keep statistics. I have accumulated about 300 ladies in a few months. I received $ 2.5 for every purchase of ' my players. For the time earned less than 5 thousand dollars. And the website did not open, spending hours a day on the force - and slept peacefully. Just closed the program - without a hint of return. And the firm was swallowed up by the other larger. Then I teamed up with several former partners from Australia and was attracted to their partners in another business (also from Sydney) and we started to build its system along the same lines. Only we have improved. Now everything is possible as before, plus two times more. Now you can not only manually add the questionnaire - and for free to Dating site. Moreover, the entire database is stored at us - and the partner can sell on your website ' with all the base. We can even provide for such website hosting for $ 5 a month - and no matter how many questionnaires - 5 or a million. Interestingly, this affiliate site does not visually linked to the main website, even if technically it's hard to spot - everything works as if the independent partner has a Dating website. What happens? Here's what: get a commercial website; without the cost of the software; without the large expense of hosting; you do not have a website (just add friends and earn money for what they write letter); the base is already there (sell someone else's address - earnings); price himself for all assign; credit cards can take (which is usually the cost requires); if the site is not promoted - does not matter (after all your profiles throughout the system sold) and so on and so forth. In my opinion, very sweet. It's only the beginning. The website is owned by Australian company Eproof Pty Ltd. There are still minor flaws, but the safety of equipment and questionnaires is guaranteed. In my experience I can say that earning from $ 300 per month. Hardworking can, of course, earn more. Now trying to help the beginners.

Trump Shatters 17-Year-Old Economic Record… Economy Roaring Back - Duration: 4:58.

Trump

Shatters 17-Year-Old Economic Record Economy Roaring Back

BY JOHN FALKENBERG

The American economy is booming, and just to add to the winning: the number of Americans

collecting unemployment checks fell to the single lowest it has been in 17 years. That

makes it the lowest number this century.

Put that in your legacy and smoke it, Obama.

The government reported Thursday that the last time unemployment offices sent out so

few check was in April of 2000.

Thats a long time ago. I mean, people have been born and lived long enough to get drivers

licenses between such times of economic prosperity.

According to a statement released by the Department of Labor: The advance number for seasonally

adjusted insured unemployment during the week ending April 8 was 1,979,000, a decrease of

49,000 from the previous weeks unrevised level of 2,028,000.

This is the lowest level for insured unemployment since April 15, 2000, when it was 1,962,000.

The 4-week moving average was 2,023,500, a decrease of 2,000 from the previous weeks

unrevised average of 2,025,500. This is the lowest level for this average since June 17,

2000, when it was 2,016,750.

Stephen Stanley, chief economist at Amherst Pierpont Securities, backed the data, claiming

that there was a steady downtrend in place in the pace of layoffs, according to Market

Watch.

And thats exactly the kind of trend we wanted when we voted Donald Trump into office.

After eight years of President Barack Obamas liberal (read: nonsensical) economic policies,

we needed economic prosperity and strong leadership.

Even more than that, perhaps, we needed predictability. American businesses never knew what regulation

the Obama administration would hit them with next or how it would impact their companies

operations. Trump has already rolled back some of that regulatory burden, and he has

promised more to come.

The American economy is getting just what it needs from the Trump presidency in

spades and we couldnt be happier.

Do you think Donald Trump is making Americas economy great again? Please share this amazing

story on Facebook and Twitter and let us know what you think.

What do you think about the way the American economy is responding to the Trump presidency?

Wladimir Klitschko Greatest Hits (HBO Boxing) - Duration: 3:00.

JIM LAMPLEY: Wladimir Klitschko has been a dominant presence

in the forefront of the heavyweight landscape

since winning a gold medal at the 1996 Olympic Games.

Now Klitschko will face perhaps his toughest challenge

to date in British titan Anthony Joshua,

in a classic match-up of experience versus youth.

April 29, on HBO's World Championship Boxing.

Here now, Wladimir Klitschko's greatest hits.

JIM LAMPLEY: Two big right hands from Klitschko

in the center of the ring.

Oh, the left hook glove of Peter!

And Calvin Brock is taking a beating.

And a big right hand by Klitschko,

and he thinks he's got Brock hurt.

Klitschko turned his head to slip a Brewster right hand,

now lands a 1-2 over the top.

Goes back to throwing his jab, and--

-(AUDIENCE CHEERING) -...stuns Brewster momentarily,

with a solid right hand.

He gets Haye against the ropes, and lands a left and a right.

There's a hard 1-2 by Klitschko, and he throws Povetkin

to the canvas.

And a left hook lands for Klitschko,

and down goes Pulev.

Right hand by Klitschko, down goes Byrd.

Straight right hand by Klitschko.

Jennings drops his hands to say, "Oh, you can't hurt me."

MAX KELLERMAN: Really good right hand by Klitschko.

JIM LAMPLEY: Best right hand of the fight!

And Lamon Brewster is getting the full Klitschko arsenal.

Klitschko thinks he might be able to finish him.

Byrd's in big trouble. Got hit with a massive left hook.

Another left hook! Another right hand! A left hook!

Byrd hasn't fired back yet.

A left hook and a push and Pulev is down

for the third time.

Klitschko again tapping Brewster repeatedly

with the jab.

Wladimir going a little bit wild here,

and leaving himself exposed as he knocks Brock down

-with a right hand. -(AUDIENCE CHEERING)

LAMPLEY: And that was a huge punch.

Povetkin is tiring, and Wladimir is hurting him

with every punch at this moment.

Now there's another knockdown.

Hard right hand by Klitschko! Momentarily wobbled Pulev again.

Another big right hand by Klitschko.

KELLERMAN: Well, that was a tough four-punch combination

Jennings just took in the 12th round.

LAMPLEY: Byrd badly wobbled, having trouble taking

the right-hand shots.

There's another knockdown for Byrd,

as Klitschko is completely dominating it.

And that's the end of the fight,

as Byrd's face is a bloody mask.

Down goes Pulev, on another left hook!

KELLERMAN: Wladimir Klitschko simply separated him

from his senses.

Pulev's brain told his legs, "Get up."

His legs couldn't do it.

LAMPLEY: A knockdown win for Klitschko

in the seventh round. Boom!

That's what heavyweights are supposed to do.

To see more of Wladimir Klitschko

tune into HBO Boxing.

I told you - you take that top down the

rain will come so this is Texas this is

North Texas and Fort Worth is like right

in here yep yep Arlington, Dallas, Fort Worth

what do you think

so I think we're going to stay inside

and do some mail today

[Music]

this is fantastic

this is a book that was sent and I'm

going to mispronounce your name so

apologies in advance this is Bastiaan

Woudt - I think is how you say it anyway

this is cool he writes hi Ted - As

promised I hereby send you the book of

my latest project Karawan shot in

Morocco the book is written in

Dutch and I included an english summary for you I

hope you enjoy it I also included two of

my little portfolio books which I make

every year which are also outstanding

these ones included are last year and

2015 keep up the good work on the

channel it's one of the few places on

YouTube where there is a deeper

understanding for photography love the

talks on photo books and please visit

more photographers in the artist series

amazing job all the best thank you

Bastiaan this is - I mean I am beside

myself this is awesome

this is from Pablo Contreras and he

writes dear Ted my name is Pablo

Contreras I'm from Buenos Aires

Argentina currently living in Brazil I'm

a pro photographer and video maker

working mostly with industrial

photography and fashion I'm also a

youtuber my channel is about travel

photography links are here you can see

there and I have a small TV show and an

educational channel regarding this mail

every year I publish my own calendar

this is a great gift for friends and

also the best way I've found to be into

my clients minds for an entire year

smart move it's actually cheaper than

Google Adwords and facebook ads when you

put it that way and also way more cool

this year I chose the amazing city of

Havana, Cuba I spent 10 days there and on

the first three days every wasn't even

able to photograph it was a totally

different world and talking to people

about Cuban history and culture was way

more interesting that immersion also

helped me to be away from photo cliches

so what was supposed to be a simple

vacation trip became a book project that

I am planning to develop during the next

years by following changes on the

island BF/AF Oh before and after Fidel

this calendar is kind of a spoiler of

what's coming next

Pablo thank you so much this is amazing

and what a fabulous idea this is a book

that comes from David Arnavat in Miami

Florida who writes dear Ted Forbes I am

writing you today to thank you for the

content you provide on the YouTube

channel, The Art of Photography I have been

watching it for some time and I feel

I've learned a lot your series entitled

photography assignments was very

interesting although I haven't done

assignments per se it did move me to

take the project in a different

direction what I have done is taken a

sketchbook and drawn out some

photoshoots that I would like to set up

my drawings are a little bit crude

though it has given me new photo

projects and ideas further your videos

have motivated me at times when I got

into photography "downs" to

continue making art - David this is

amazing and you know what I think the

cool thing is you know that was the

whole idea with photo assignments it's

not a college course it's what it is is

it's an activity that we can all

participate in and the whole idea is to

get us to think differently and do

something new and get out of ruts and

push ourselves creatively in our whole

way of creative thinking and taking that

in your own direction is awesome I'm

glad you've gleaned something from that

you should participate in Photo Assignments

though they are pretty fun anyway thank you

for the book David this is fantastic

next up is a zine that comes to us from

Jake Horne who writes Ted I've been

wanting to self publish a book for a

while and I thought a zine would be a

perfect way to dip my toe in the water I

don't know if you see a lot of landscape

inspired zines but I hope you enjoy mine

all shots were captured on medium format

Entertainment Weekly | 연예가중계 - Lim Siwan, Sam Hammington & William [ENG/中文字幕/2017.04.24] - Duration: 1:03:15.

(Episode 1668)

Hi, this is Entertainment Weekly. I'm Shin Hyunjoon.

Hello, I'm Jung Jiwon.

It's the fourth Saturday of April.

The weather is getting pretty warm.

Spring and autumn are getting shorter,

- so it looks like summer will come soon. / - Right.

To appreciate the spirit of spring,

I wore an outfit like a spring goddess.

Like a goddess?

- Can't you feel the spring spirit? / - I feel it,

but I don't know where to look.

Am I that radiant?

What?

If I hurt your eyes, you can just stare straight ahead.

- You don't hurt my eyes. / - I'm just scared.

People say I'm getting prettier.

Who said that?

- People around you? / - People around me.

I don't agree with them.

- Let's just get going. / - Okay.

Today, we're with Entertainment Weekly's

self-titled spring goddess,

and we're off to a lively start.

For the first news report, Sungeun and Jiyeon

Seunghye, will you present first?

Today, I met the main characters of

KBS2's daily TV series, "Unknown Women".

Like the title, there were a lot of things that were

missing like the actors' names as well as their flaws.

- Please stay tuned. / - Seunghye is much prettier.

She's like a goddess.

My name is Kim Seunghye.

Okay.

Before we get to that,

I interviewed one of the best actors in Korea,

Seol Kyunggu, and Chungmuro's rising star,

Lim Siwan.

However, these two people

despite their 21-year age gap,

showed a special on-screen chemistry.

There's a secret behind this on-screen chemistry

which I will reveal shortly, so please stay tuned.

Now I'm curious.

But first, it's time for This Week's Hot Click.

TVXQ's Jung Yunho has been discharged from the army,

and Eric and Na Hyemi are getting married.

This Week's Hot Click starts now.

He's the prettiest one.

I'm a sergeant in the reserve, Jung Yunho.

- It's been a long time. / - Salute!

TVXQ's U-Know has returned as a real man.

(Korea's son, Jung Yunho, in special forces unit)

Yunho was discharged last Thursday in Yangju.

Many fans and reporters were there to meet Yunho.

Yunho, who held the rank of sergeant in the reserves,

- made an appearance looking brave. / - Salute.

He's become manly after his two years of service.

I feel like time has started moving again.

This makes me feel...

It's a complicated feeling.

I was always TVXQ's U-Know,

but the army gave me a chance to put down everything

and grow as a person.

Right now, I'd like to have

some jjajangmyeon.

I'd also like a glass of soda.

That's what I want the most right now.

I know the feeling.

I expected this question.

The girl group Red Velvet was a huge support.

- He's lucky. / - They came to see me.

We also performed together, so I'm very thankful.

Yunho reported for duty last July in 2015

and showed exemplary behavior.

After nine months,

he was chosen to join a special forces unit,

and he became an honorary citizen of Yangju.

He didn't neglect his fans who waited a long time

- and made time for them. / - That's touching.

I'm confident that

- I've done well in the army. / - That's right.

It was a chance for me to appreciate

the responsibility of being a member of TVXQ.

I think I'll show a new side to me soon.

I will do my best from now on

to live up to your expectations.

He's so cool.

TVXQ has a lot in store.

We look forward to your next endeavor.

I'm looking forward to it.

Let's get married.

The star of idol stars, Shinhwa's Eric,

is getting married.

(Eric and Na Hyemi announce their wedding.)

I was surprised when he walked her home.

He didn't care, and he kissed her and sent her in.

I thought it was very cool.

There were some people on the street

You don't care about it when you're in a relationship?

- I don't care. / - You were just sending her.

I'm quite impulsive.

Last February, photos of Eric and Na Hyemi

being together were published by the media.

The two then admitted that they were in a relationship.

They met through a mutual friend,

became friends, and eventually started dating.

They have similar hobbies

and made each other comfortable in the relationship.

They gained attention as a good-looking couple

and suddenly announced their wedding last Monday.

They have a 12-year age gap.

Eric announced the news via social media

and thanked his fans.

The other group members didn't know beforehand.

The families of each party just met,

so he told them after the meeting.

The fans might feel a little disappointed

and surprised,

but we hope they show support and wish him happiness.

Their wedding will be held in private

at a church in Seoul on July 1.

We wish you a happy and long-lasting marriage.

- Congratulations. / - Congratulations. Be happy.

(Entertainment Weekly)

Byunggu... Wait, I mean Kyunggu.

What did you say?

(The interview was funny.)

I'm going to be a visually appealing actor.

(He'll concentrate on his image more than his acting.)

He has a bunch of alcohol in the trunk of his car.

I have no comment.

Wait. That makes me even more curious.

In ten seconds...

The interview of these two charming actors starts now.

This year, they've returned with

a powerful bromance that nobody expected.

- His face looks so big as he sits there. / - Welcome.

Nice to see you.

You guys came together for the movie, "The Merciless".

- The title is quite strong. / - That's right.

Don't trust love.

Trust the situation.

The crime action drama, "The Merciless",

portrays the loyalty and betrayal of two men.

The movie garnered a lot of attention from

the shocking transformations of these two men.

Are you still doubting me?

Loyalty and betrayal...

And love?

Yes, love.

There's love.

Apart from our relationship,

there's another character who intervenes.

- It's Kim Heewon. / - That's right.

He has a crush on me.

He went home crying.

Can you send him a video message?

Heewon, I love you too.

You're watching this, right?

Congratulations.

You've been invited to the Cannes Film Festival.

Congratulations.

Kyunggu, it's your fourth time being invited.

It's my fourth work.

Yes. What is it like?

I didn't expect this great luck.

It's an honor.

It's an opportunity for the whole world to see

this film.

I hope a lot of people can communicate

and understand each other through this film.

What about you, Siwan?

I think this will mean a lot to you.

This is your first time as an actor.

I didn't realize the meaning of the 40-percent ratings

of my first drama, "The Moon Embracing the Sun",

and I didn't know what a paying audience of 10 million

meant for my first movie, "The Attorney".

I don't really know how important it is

to be invited to the Cannes Film Festival,

but I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of

milestone this movie would become for me.

I'm going to only follow Siwan.

There might be some perks.

As you've mentioned before,

there are things that follow naturally.

What is your secret to success?

To try to find that from me,

I guess it comes from my name.

Your name?

My name means perfect timing.

For that, I think I have good timing.

That's not true.

He's capable. It's his ability.

Speaking of that, Byunggu...

I mean, Kyunggu...

I'm sorry, Kyunggu.

Please go easy on me.

How does Kyunggu become Byunggu?

In your opinion,

what are Siwan's biggest assets as an actor?

The director had a hard time

since Siwan called him day and night.

I'll try to re-enact the moment.

He'd act on the phone.

It's like he's on a phone call on the radio.

He'd ask, "How was it?"

- And the director is / - He's passionate.

very tired and sleepy.

"Can't we do this in person tomorrow?"

But he'd still call the next day.

He's persistent.

You tried so hard.

It was at the start of the filming, so

I was in doubt whether the director was trustworthy.

I didn't trust him very much.

- It's because... / - You can open up to us.

You can tell us.

When I first saw him, his clothes left

a strong impression on me.

(The director's appearance)

I was very surprised.

He has a unique fashion style.

But, I started to trust him

- after seeing him on set. / - That's the reason?

I think he's a very special person.

What do you think of Kyunggu?

He has starred in multiple box office films.

That's all in the past.

What makes you admire him the most?

The thing I admired the most is...

- What would it be? / - His biceps.

His biceps are really big.

I admired that the most.

I guess I'm not all that impressive to you.

I can't believe this.

You admire his biceps, not his acting skills?

I'm going to become a visually appealing actor...

I can't even dream of being like him acting-wise.

Through my biceps and chest.

I'll try to get muscles that look good as good as his.

Are you interested in fashion, Kyunggu?

Not at all.

Is that so?

This is my first time wearing a tailored suit.

I've never worn a vest before.

Can you show us?

It's cool.

(His biceps are indeed great.)

No wonder Siwan envies him.

That's cool.

(He returns as a visually appealing actor)

Is this entertaining?

Did you guys meet frequently after the filming?

We saw each other a lot after the film.

Did you eat or drink more?

Drinking is eating for me.

How much can you drink?

I can't drink that much.

He has a bunch of alcohol in the trunk of his car.

What does he mean?

There's this drink that the director and staff like.

I bought some of that.

We had mini get-togethers.

- That's amazing. / - "Mini"?

- To keep up the camaraderie? / - Yes.

You're always prepared.

Yes. He's always prepared.

I do my best.

What's there in "The Merciless"?

There's everything in "The Merciless".

There's a reason why we've been invited to Cannes.

Of course.

"The Merciless" is witty.

Your scale is too small.

Yours is bigger?

I did say "everything".

The presidential election is on May 9.

Please go out and vote.

And when "The Merciless" premieres,

please come and see it.

I hope you'll enjoy the film. Thank you.

We look forward to your performance in the film.

I wish you two the best.

The movie seems interesting.

(Entertainment Weekly)

Their performances

keeps you entertained in the evenings.

I'm here with the main cast of "Unknown Woman".

Hello.

It's good to see you.

- There's a lot of people. / - It's glamorous today.

I heard that the title was "Unknown Woman".

Could you tell us more about the show?

It represents KBS2's dramas

and boasts the highest ratings.

It also airs daily.

(End of introduction?)

Even the title is intense.

"Unknown Woman" is a story of two women

who had to abandon their children to save them,

and then regaining their lives to continue living.

It's a story of two strong mothers.

That looks scary.

I took a look at the backgrounds of the characters.

You sell your soul to save your child.

At the beginning, I concentrated on motherly love,

but the writer didn't agree about it.

She wanted to see the evil spirit of this woman.

I changed the character after that.

Is that so?

You're known to have worked with

many good-looking actors.

Yes. For example, today's hottest actor,

Park Bogum.

That's right.

My youngest son...

Bogum's character is Jongok's adorable youngest son.

They had great on-screen chemistry as mother and son.

(Bogum was Jongok's on-screen son.)

Do you know this?

Bogum picked you

as the actor that he'd like to act with again.

I'm thankful.

Is there an actor you'd like to have as a son?

Do I really need a son?

(She still wants to have romance.)

Just...

You're another on-screen mother.

She's too attractive to be a mother.

She showed a lot of her charm in previous works.

Do you have a dancing scene

in "Unknown Woman"?

I don't dance,

but my character is a jazz singer.

I don't have a proper dance scene,

but there might be some seductive...

- Seductive moves. / - That's right.

(Sensual and seductive moves)

I can hear the ratings soaring already.

I can hear it.

I heard that there's a love triangle in this drama.

Let's do it for fun.

We'll give you a chance to show off your charm.

That sounds good.

Jisuk, could you start first?

I don't have that much to show off.

I'll do something simple like this.

He's prepared.

I approve of this kind of charm. Great work.

That's great.

Is this really okay for TV?

I'm confident of my rear.

- I see. / - That's why I'm showing it off.

- I'm expecting a lot. / - That's quite a workout.

I can kick really high.

Really?

(He kicks flexibly.)

This is what I can do.

That's so cool.

- Next person. / - Byeon Woomin.

Byeon Woomin.

I can only do arm waves.

- You're so cool. / - I'm bad at dancing.

Those moves are so cool.

We're doing this for fun, but let's vote.

Ladies, pick your favorite.

One, two, three.

Woomin, why are you voting?

He's pointing.

Do you have a crush on my rear?

(He secretly fell for his rear?)

Park Yoonjae.

You're the prince of daily TV dramas, right?

You're flattering me.

- Are you a romantic in real life? / - No, not at all.

I get shy whenever people say that.

- Are you a manly man who is quiet? / - Yes.

Jieun is nodding too.

I didn't know he was manly.

(She found out about this just today)

That was caught on camera.

I think he's adorable.

He isn't very taciturn in real life.

He makes people comfortable.

I mean it's good to hear that he has a manly side.

(It's cool that he's manly.)

There's the president for older ladies, Yoonjae.

And there's the director for older ladies, Jisuk.

- I was a chief director. / - Chief director.

I'd like to be chief director.

You're the villain but

I heard that you are a loving husband in real life.

Living as a loving husband is being wise.

I think you have a hidden meaning in your words.

I really mean it.

Wait a minute. Let's see what is Woomin doing.

He's acting suspiciously.

I really mean it.

You're all talking right now,

but I don't know what Woomin is doing.

I thought he was single.

Because he pretended so much to be single.

Jisuk, were you okay when you returned home?

I was so shocked.

Will this part be okay to air?

(He became a total wreck.)

- A total wreck. / - I was going to say you must

love your wife a lot since you call her "Commander".

I don't think I can no longer say that.

- This is an honest interview. / - She said she can't.

I asked them what they don't have.

I'm a man without greed.

Why do you think so?

Because I have my lovely wife

and an adorable baby, I don't want anything else.

I'm a woman who doesn't have my man.

-Then... / - What does that mean?

- A boyfriend. / - Because I'm single.

I have neither a boyfriend nor a husband.

I don't expect a lot now.

- I just... / - She's the same age as my wife.

- Yes. / - Really?

And you say you're not greedy?

- That's funny. / - I see you have a grudge.

Rather than talking about something I want,

I'll mention something I don't want to have.

I want to have less body hair.

- I have so much hair. / - It has nothing

- to do with the drama. / - Like over here.

It's funny that he's actually showing us his body hair.

I think that's one of the reasons many women like you.

- Excuse me? / - Many older woman like you.

- You like hairy men? / - Well...

I feel so hot. You do too, right?

This drama will totally relieve your stress.

Please look forward to it.

- "Unknown Woman", let's go. / - Let's go.

- I can't wait. / - It'll be premiering next Monday.

Please look forward to it.

(Good luck to "Unknown Woman".)

- I look forward to watching it already. / - Yes.

And I wish Kyunggu and Siwan's movie all the best.

We're moving on to the next report prepared by Taejin.

I met a pair of close friends,

Kim Sooro and Kim Minjong.

They're so close that they share secrets too.

That's why we kept laughing during the interview.

Let's check out the fun interview with their

- sense of humor now. / - It sounds fun.

My family comes from Gwangsan.

Mine comes from Gyeongju.

Their friendship is well-known in the industry.

They are Kim Minjong and Kim Sooro.

Let's start the fun interview where we had

- a great time. / - I can't wait.

(An interview with the two fun guys)

At a ball park on a fine spring day, I was

able to see the two men showing great baseball poses.

They give loud shouts too.

He looks no less than a Major League player.

The theme of today's shoot is baseball.

You're good baseball players, right?

I used to be the owner of the celebrity baseball club.

You apparently throw good curveballs.

Yes. I've thrown many curveballs.

I studied on throwing curveballs when I was young.

Here it comes!

How unimpressive.

I can play billiards well too.

That's why I ended up with a three-cushion throw.

Please make sure to send this clip to

children's baseball teams in elementary schools.

Guys, you've never seen baseball like this, have you?

Now that they're having a break together,

I continued the interview with them a little longer.

Please say hello to the viewers.

Hello, I was on here a few weeks ago

for "The Celestial Collection" interview.

- Today... / - I watch that show.

- You did? The ratings were good. / - Yes.

I'm glad to be on Entertainment Weekly often.

I'm so happy for that.

- Minjong, it's been a while. / - Yes, it has.

- Hyunjoon, how are you? / - It's been good.

It's been a long time indeed.

He's been hosting it

- for eight years now. / - He's loyal.

It's time for him to quit.

He should have quit much earlier.

Much earlier?

No. We're not teasing you.

(Don't tease me anymore.)

- Don't be upset. / - Where did you find that clip?

- I heard you work together a lot. / - Yes, we do.

We're co-producers of the musical.

You established an acting academy

- together as well? / - Right.

You majored in film and I majored in theater.

- Right. / - I see.

There were only seven colleges that had those majors.

But there are over 150 now.

So there's a lot of supply,

but the chances for those students

to get an audition are reduced a lot.

We wanted to give those talented students more chances.

His intention was so noble

that I wanted to join him.

- Many people... / - Thanks to Minjong,

we got uniform jackets.

- Uniform jackets? / - Yes.

- Minjong gave the jackets to / - That's very cool.

- all the students as presents. / - With his own money?

I feel like I should keep doing such things.

(I'm not laughing because I'm happy.)

You acted together

- in "A Gentleman's Dignity". / - Right.

- Did you two become friends back then? / - Yes.

Before that, we just knew each other.

We were awkward at first because he's older than me,

but he was definitely a junior to me.

He is older, but I couldn't treat him as an older guy.

- It was awkward to address each other. / - Yes.

There's a TV show you're on that's creating a buzz.

- You're on "Celestial Collection". / - Right.

On the show, he introduces various treasures

in an interesting way that is easy to understand.

Since I like history,

I love doing that show. I'm so happy.

I made a segment on the Tripitaka Koreana.

I went to Haeinsa Temple for the presentation too.

It was really nice.

I was so surprised to see how he prepared for it.

I wondered how he could do it

- like that. / - Did you think he couldn't do it well?

Indeed.

I thought he didn't look like someone that would do it.

(Sooro is shocked.)

They're so close that

they don't have secrets from each other.

I checked on how much they knew about each other.

Let's check on their friendship.

(How much will they know about each other?)

- Please show your answers. / - Okay.

- Let's check Minjong's answer first. / - Five times.

"Sooro had to take the college entrance exam"

"four times"? Is that true?

- I had to take the exam five times. / - Five times?

- It's close to the correct answer though. / - Yes.

If you were not an actor,

I guess you would be polite to your senior, Minjong.

No. I would have made friends with him anyway.

What do you think Minjong believes in most?

- Me. / - Are you sure?

Yes. Because we're co-producing performances.

That means you should trust each other.

How much do you trust him?

There are times when I pretend to trust him.

(Sooro is flustered.)

What would Minjong like for a present?

A woman to get married to.

He should meet someone to marry now.

You've spent over

100,000 dollars on wedding gifts, right?

I don't keep count, but it'll be around that.

Do you really think this is the best present?

- If I could meet her, it would be the best. / - Sure.

Do you want to keep them as gifts?

- May I? / - No, thanks. Take them.

I'm glad to be on this show again. It's been a while.

- Hyunjoon, I think you should quit now. / - Okay.

See you around. Thank you.

- Hyunjoon! / - Sooro!

- Minjong! Let's go! / - Let's go!

- Why did they mention my name? / - Thank you.

It was a fun meeting.

I hope your friendship

- will last forever. / - That was so funny.

I should have shot the commercial together.

(Entertainment Weekly)

This famous baby is adored by viewers.

I met Sam Hammington and his cute son, William.

- He's adorable. / - He is.

He's really cute.

Please join the special doljabi for him too.

He's so cute.

(Both Sam and William are cute.)

Sam and his son, William,

has captivated the hearts of viewers.

- Let's meet the Hammingtons. / - Wow, the angle.

- Hello. / - Hello.

I usually do the introduction louder,

but I didn't for William.

- Really? / - They look so much alike.

- How old is he? / - He's adorable.

He's a little over nine months old.

- He's so cute. / - I see.

How do you feel today, William?

(He's flustered.)

- You speak so fluently. / - Good job.

At that moment, with a shine in his eye,

William holds out a finger for me.

Did he understand me even though we couldn't talk?

He does this

when he sees someone that looks like E.T.

(This is what he sees.)

E.T?

He's beloved on "The Return of Superman".

He's popular because of his various cute expressions.

- Beautiful. / - Did things change after the show?

(It changed this much.)

Did it change that much?

From Southeast Asia to the Middle East to South America

fans contact us and say it's fun and he's cute.

- So I'm very pleased. / - I see.

Because my child is loved so much.

He's so active in his interview today.

- You have a lot to say? / - He's beautiful.

- He's so cute. / - Did you get closer with your dad?

(William's dad is number one in his heart.)

Really? Is your dad number one?

Maybe I really look like E.T.

He keeps doing it.

(I'm shy.)

- What brings you here? / - How does he not even cry?

We came to shoot a car seat commercial.

In Korea,

- I'm afraid only 40 percent of parents / - Really?

purchase car seats.

That's why I wanted to highlight the safety issues.

Sam and his son are here to shoot their commercial.

His son is calm even though things are unfamiliar.

He's a well-behaved boy.

- Unlike my kid. / - He's so sweet.

He didn't even cry when others held him.

- Right. / - My daughter even hates to be in my arms.

Really?

You must be a stranger to her.

She only likes me when I play with her.

William?

You're adorable.

What is it like to be in high demand for commercials?

Gosh, thank you for clapping.

(I owe my success to the viewers.)

Should I just leave?

No, it's all right. We'd feel better if you stay.

It'll be safer for him.

When does he look most like you?

- When he frowns. / - When he frowns?

That's right.

Fans just can't get over how similar they are.

I think he's like me in a lot of ways.

William started to cry and in came the cavalry.

(Something to cheer William up)

This?

How did he react to it?

Is it cheese?

(A big smile)

- Look how happy he is. / - What is that?

- It's a snack. / - My wife has been

wanting to get him into acting.

I see now that he has a knack for it.

- He fooled me. / - Unbelievable.

Is there a moment during a shoot that moved you?

Yes, it was the day we went swimming.

Sam has been looking forward to this day.

(The children dive in.)

One, two, three.

He opened his eyes on his first attempt.

It was the moment that almost had Sam crying.

(I've had enough.)

I was proud when he first started to walk.

Everything he did on the show was memorable.

William, are you happy to be in the show too?

(Yes!)

(Is he a genius?)

Where are your manners?

Thank you so much for replying.

- He's so well-behaved. / - Anyway, we put together

a doljabi in advance for him.

We'll look back on his moments through each item.

- Isn't the interview a bit long? / - Let's do this.

I know.

- All right. / - Here you go.

I know what this one means.

- We have a stethoscope. / - Right.

Next, we have bread. Then dolls with a smiley face.

There's also a microphone,

and a few balls.

I'm really curious.

Which one do you like?

William's doljabi event.

What will he choose?

- He'll choose what's closer. / - He chose the dolls,

and responded with a sweet smile.

Thanks to his variety of facial expressions,

he's known to be very emotional.

There was a meaningful film that was released the day.

(Oh Yeseol and Kim Jeonggyoon)

It's about bullying, sexual assault,

and discrimination in society against the disabled.

It's a dark film since it's criticizing society.

I kept thinking this should never happen in reality.

I kept that in mind while I acted in the film.

The film that everyone must watch came out on April 20.

I hope you will love and support our film.

Thank you.

Preview by Hayden Paddon - 2017 WRC Rally Argentina - Michelin Motorsport - Duration: 2:05.

We're looking to forward to getting into a sequence of gravel rallies.

I have some very fond memories of Argentina.

We've been lucky enough to win there twice before.

Once in Group N, back in 2011.

It's obviously a rally I'll never forget.

The spectator presence in Argentina is what makes

the event so special, so unique.

Nowhere else in the world do we go where you get about half a million spectators.

There's a real party atmosphere.

I think Argentina is still the roughest round of the championship.

A lot softer and sandier.

A lot of hidden rocks.

Challenging for the cars, but the cars are built strong.

It's generally pretty easy, tyre choice, in Argentina.

Because of the soft road conditions, we're generally on the soft.

Last year, we did use a mix of hard and soft on the car.

But it still completely comes down to the weather.

There are three quite different days.

Day 1, generally quite fast, quite flowing.

You can really sort of attack.

There's a bit of room for error.

Day 2 is a little bit more technical…

…but also more probably harder-based-roads.

A bit more cleaning, and a bit more gravel.

Then, of course, Day 3.

Very mountainous, very spectacular.

Mina Clavero and El Condor.

They are the roughest, toughest stages of the championship.

It means the rally is not over until the last stage.

It's an iconic rally, one of a kind.

For the atmosphere, for the roads…

And we're really looking forward to getting back there.

Bathtub transformed into SUBMARINE! Amphibious Bathtub DIY #3 - Duration: 4:08.

Our bathtub is already able to swim and race downhill

Now we are transforming it into a submarine - so we need a second bathtub

The hull is finished, the cover is still missing

Now we are testing how much weight we need to pull it under water

So it is leakproof but it still needs more weight - right now i'm just floating

I'm afraid we need a new washing machine

Unfortunately the stones - we used as weight - crashed our window

Now we have to repair it

As soon as the glass is repaired, we are going to build a propulsion, an air refreshing system and a diving sytem

You will see all that in the next video!

If you have any ideas let us know in the comments!

And if you don't want to miss the next part, don't forget to suscribe!

Blev vi hypnotiserade? - REACTION VIDEO - Duration: 7:17.

Am I in focus? I don't know. Oh, look, hair.

Hey! I'm at home waiting for Kristina to come over.

We were hypnotized the other day.

Sounds crazy.

This came out on Kristina's channel on Friday,

There's a link to that here and in the description, for those of you who haven't seen it already.

And I'm one of you, I still haven't seen it

because today we're making a reaction video.

She's calling. Keyyo! Hello?

Okay, here she comes, hang on a second.

Keyyo: Hi.

Clara: But, no, ...

Keyyo: Hey. Clara: She's here.

Where was I, I can't remember. We're gonna react on our hypnosis anyway.

But before we start I just wanted to show you something in collaboration with Risenta!

This arrived in my mailbox the other day

it says "here's your package of food for #ayellowweek".

I'm a pescetarian, which means you're almost a vegetarian but you eat fish and seafood

so I was thrilled when Risenta asked me if I wanted to try to live yellow...

... or, to live vegetarian, together with them and their campaign #ayellowweek.

So I've recieved this box of food

I thought I'd show you the content, and next Monday we'll talk about how my veggie week was.

I thought we'd cook some food, actually.

Clara: Damn! Keyyo: Looks tasty!

"Here's everything you'll need for #ayellowweek".

"Bon appetit from us at Risenta."

Here's a shopping list and a gift card at ICA so I can get the food I need.

Like, the fresh food, onions and parsley and things like that.

Chichpea steaks! Chickpea balls! Rice and sesame mix!

Sounds delicious, doesn't it?

FUN!!!

For those of you watching this going like "wow sounds awesome I'd like to try that"

you can apply for recieving one of these boxes!

A hot tip if you're interested in vegetarian food but feel like you never know what to cook.

More info is in the description.

But finish watching this video before you explore that further!

Let's continue this video with KEYYO!

... KEYYOOOO

Keyyo: Do you have any dry-schampoo?

Keyyo: This is four days old...

Keyyo: You can't record this?!

Clara: No you're supposed to high five me.

Keyyo: Ah, sorry, there.

Keyyo: Hi, fun to be here, Risenta sounds great!

Clara: Kristina, you're here! Welcome back!

Keyyo: I am, thank you.

Clara: Please tell us about what you posted on your channel last Friday.

Keyyo: Yes, so, I posted a video in which the both of us experienced hypnosis.

Keyyo: You haven't seen it yet?

Clara: No, that's the thing. We wanted to make videos for both our channels.

Clara: So we decided to get hypnotized on your channel and react to it here on my channel

because we figured that we probably wouldn't be very aware of what we did during our hypnosis.

Keyyo: That's right. But the strange thing is that people think it's fake.

Like thanks, I know I'm a great actress, but not that great.

Clara: And we were skeptical on our way there, so we promised each other to not fake our reactions.

Clara: Even if we'd kill the mood if it wouldn't work, we promised not to fake anything.

We'd just go with the flow and see what happened.

And I kinda remember what happened, but it'll be fun to see how it looked.

Okay, let's go.

(Keyyo: Hi! I'm Keyyo.)

(Clara: Hi! I'm Clara.)

(Keyyo: Clever! Clara: Thanks.)

Keyyo: I just realised this lamp looks like a very scared smiley.

Clara: It looks scared shitless.

(Keyyo: Please welcome, Erik!)

Keyyo: I love how he applauses himself.

Keyyo: I didn't know we had a smoking dresscode.

Clara: We look very dressed down.

Clara: Ah, this one... I mean...

The warm up we did was extremely long?!

I expected a warm up where we should sit down, close our eyes, think about things, ...

Keyyo: ... look at twirling necklaces...

Clara: And what we ended up doing was waving our arms and shouting?

(Erik: I ALLOW MYSELF Keyyo: I ALLOW MYSELF)

(Erik: TO HAVE FUN Keyyo: TO HAVE FUN)

Clara: Did you see how awkward I felt there in that armchair? Can we watch that again.

Keyyo: "I'm next, I'm next"...

(Erik: Lower your arm slooowly... in sloooow moooootiiooooon)

Clara: You look so gone here, I remember thinking that you were in the hypnosis now.

Clara: Hypnosis? Hypnose? Keyyo: Hypnosisen.

Clara: I know you very well. I feel like I can tell when you enter your "acting mode".

Clara: But here, you were 100% genuinely chocked over the fact that you couldn't open your eyes.

Keyyo: It was just like I had eyelash glue in my eyes, or that was what it felt like.

Clara: It was hilarious seeing you like this.

Clara: I also got kinda scared.

(Erik: [...] "I've had enough". But you have to say it out loud, so that the people at home know that you've had enough.)

(Keyyo: I've had enough.)

Clara: She said, confidently. LOL so cute.

Keyyo: Now it's your turn! Clara: My turn..!

Clara: Here I just felt "what is he doing to me"

(Erik: Feel this! Backwards!)

Clara: He was like "feel backwards!" and I was like "okay I'll just fall backwards then"

Keyyo: It looks like one of those trust exercises. I would never trust a hypnotist.

Clara: But I felt like I trusted him. And I felt very relaxed here.

I felt soft in my body, calm and just... when he stood behind me and said something about " backwards

I was like "okay".

Keyyo: Move on. Clara: But did you see how gone I was here?!

Keyyo: Yes, it was like any Saturday night with you.

Keyyo: Kidding. Clara behaves.

(Erik: You feel like you're glued to the ground ...)

Keyyo: Do you remember what you thought here?

Clara: I remember thinking the words he said.

Clara: There weren't anything else than the words he said.

Clara: It felt safe to hear his words, so when he said I was glued to the floor, I was like "I'm glued to the floor".

Keyyo: This looks so crazy.

Keyyo: What was going on in your body?

Clara: I've never felt so heavy before. My body was counteracting my attempts to stand up.

Clara: What did you feel when you were watching it?

Keyyo: I just laughed. Clara: I can tell.

Keyyo: I love how we're having like a therapy session with him afterwards, he's like "how do you feel?"

Keyyo: Let's play with the different relations we could have!

We're a couple and he's our therapist.

Him and I are your parents.

Clara: What? You and him?!

Keyyo: Yeah.

Keyyo: Did you get the 20 kronor?

Clara: No. I couldn't grab them since I was glued to the floor.

Clara: The most asked question in your comment section is...

Keyyo: If I'm single and why I'm so hot.

Clara: And the second most asked question is if the hypnosis actually worked. And what do we say to that?

Keyyo: I say that you can start by taking out this earphone.

Clara: But omg you have such concentration difficulties

Keyyo: Yes! The hypnosis worked!

Clara: I can agree. Keyyo: I swear.

Clara: Thanks Kristina for being on my channel!

Keyyo: Thanks for - you got - you know - thanks. Thanks.

Clara: That's all for this week! I hope you enjoyed this video.

Take care and I'll see you guys as usual next week.

Then we'll cook some food!

Clara: Bye! Keyyo: Ah, bye!

Both: Bye!
