How To Stay Motivated When You Feel Like Giving Up - Duration: 3:35.

hi guys welcome back to ANDRAMARIAWELLNESS.COM

Today I'm going to be

talking to you guys about what to do when you

just don't have any more motivation or

inspiration left and you're just about

to give up so i used to be a little bit

naive and i used to think that once i

had my business setup I was kind of just

be inspired all the time and that's

definitely true most of the time but not

all of the time so I'm going to give you

things that I do when I do feel like my

motivation and my inspiration is running

low so I could continue building my

vision and building my business so the

first thing that I do is I visualize

myself on my deathbed so this may sound

funny but it actually always does the

trick I picture myself on my deathbed

being a hundred years old looking back

at my entire life and I like to see all

the things that I've achieved and see

the thread that weaves through and

creates the story of my life and it

really inspires me to think that I'm

going to sit there on my deathbed and

look back at my life and think wow that

was just an incredible life that I lived

so that really inspires me to keep going

and keep creating my dream vision

another thing that I do is I think about

people that I admire and actually go and

I either watch their videos or I read

their stories or biographies and it

really inspires me when I read the story

of somebody that came across a massive

challenge and they overcame it and this

shows me that you know we're all going

through the same thing the same

struggles and because they were able to

figure it out but I can figure it out so

it really motivates me when I see that

they've achieved their dreams to keep

going and work on my own another thing

that I do is I turn to quotes so some of

my favorite motivational quotes that

keep me going are the following the

difference between those who want and

those who have is that one kept going

while the other stopped another favorite

quote of mind is if you don't build your

dream life someone else will hire you to

help them build thurs and finally a

third favorite quote of mine is to be

yourself in a world that is constantly

trying to make you something else is the

greatest accomplishment so I have these

quotes saved on my phone and I take a

look at them and come back to them when

I'm feeling

a little bit flat and they always just

hit that nerve within me to help me keep

going the final thing that I do is I

simply just take a break sometimes when

you're working and you're working and

you're working it can just get

overwhelming and too much so I'm a big

fan of not working on weekends I

sometimes have to unfortunately but I

try to switch off as much as possible

and not even think about work because

that really helps me come into the game

refreshed on a Monday morning and it

makes me inspire to go back to work

because I haven't been working for like

a gazillion days straight or sometimes

it's something more significant like a

holiday and when you step away from a

problem that you're trying to solve

often when you get back into it with

fresh eyes it's so much easier to

approach and a lot more fun as well what

I'm also going to do for you guys it's a

link to some of my favorite videos down

below that I kind of go back to time and

time again when I watch what I'm feeling

a bit flat and they always seem to pick

me up in just the right way to help me

keep going if you like this video make

sure to subscribe hit the like button

below and I will see you next week for

our weekly video

if you ever need a helper hey you should

know that'll be there nobody helped love

you better

Trump Team Asked Carter Page To 'Cease' Calling Himself A Campaign Advisor - Duration: 6:54.

Trump Team Asked Carter Page To Cease Calling Himself A Campaign Advisor

Days after Carter Page visited Moscow for the second time last year, the Trump transition

teams lawyer asked the former campaign policy advisor to cease misrepresenting

his role on the campaign, according to a letter obtained by The Daily Caller.

It has come to our attention that you may be holding yourself out as an advisor

to Mr. Trump in making statements to the media and in other contexts, Donald McGahn wrote

in a Dec. 22 letter to Page, an energy consultant who joined the campaign in March.

As you know, you were merely one of many people named to a foreign policy advisory

committee in March of 2016 a committee that met one time and one time only.

You never met Mr. Trump, nor did you ever advise Mr. Trump about anything,

added McGahn, who now serves as White House general counsel.

You are thus not an advisor to Mr. Trump in any sense of the word, he continued.

Two weeks earlier, Page had visited Moscow, where he has said he met with an executive

of Rosneft, the Russian oil company.

At that time Page had no affiliation with the campaign.

He officially left his unpaid foreign advisor position in September following weeks of scrutiny

over another visit he made to Moscow.

That first trip, in early July, drew the attention of the media as well as, according to recent

reports, the FBI.

In a commencement speech at the New Economic School, Page criticized U.S. foreign policy.

The bureau opened an investigation into possible illegal ties between the Trump campaign and

Kremlin in late July.

In September, after Page left the campaign, the FBI obtained a warrant from a Foreign

Intelligence Surveillance Court judge to monitor Page.

In the application for the surveillance warrant, the FBI cited Pages visit to Moscow as

well as a case from 2013 in which a Russian spy ring attempted to recruit the businessman.

The warrant application also cited an uncorroborated dossier alleging that the Trump campaign tapped

Page to negotiate with Russian operatives to influence the presidential election.

McGahns letter contradicts those allegations.

Given that you had no role with Donald J. Trump for President, Inc., or the President-Elects

Transition Team, or with any other entity associated with Mr. Trump, we ask that you

immediately cease suggesting to anyone that you are anything other than a former member

of an advisory committee who never actually met with the President-Elect, reads the

letter.

Do You Think Carter Page Had A Major Role In The Trump Campaign?

Completing this poll entitles you to Daily Caller news updates free of charge.

You may opt out at anytime.

You also agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

The Daily Caller reported the Trump teams cease and desist request last month.

Fox News first reported the contents of the letter on Saturday.

The Trump team has scrambled to distance itself from Page in recent months, as more details

of the FBIs investigation have been leaked.

Trump campaign officials have said that Page was brought onto the campaign amid a mad dash

during the GOP primaries to fill out the campaigns policy team.

Trump named Page and several other new members of the foreign policy team during a March

interview with The Washington Post.

Trump campaign officials have told TheDC that Page was persistent in fighting for a larger

role in the campaign, submitting policy proposals and asking to attend meetings.

But the officials have insisted that Pages proposals did not shape campaign policy.

Update: Page provided TheDC with a letter he sent to McGahn on Dec. 22.

In it, Page said that the extremely false perception that he was representing himself

as a Trump campaign adviser may have been based on frequent and continued mischaracterizations

in the mainstream media.

On every instance when I have been asked about my current role throughout this year,

I have simply noted that my affiliation is: Managing Partner of Global Energy Capital

LLC,' Page wrote.<

Whenever I have been pressed hard to clarify my prior support of the Trump campaign in

the period since September 2016, I have done nothing more than admit that I previously

served as a member of the campaigns foreign policy team as the President-Elect stated

in his meeting with the Washington Post Editorial Board on March 21, 2016.

Magatha Grimtotem - Patch 7.2 Follower Quest [Lore] - Duration: 7:38.

Hello everyone!

With patch 7.2 we have Maiev Shadowsong on the Broken shore who informs us that we need

to rally a new champion to bolster our ranks.

The Shaman return to the Maelstrom where advisor Sevel informs them about a visitor.

She orders entry, but the guards will net her pass without approve so we head up to

the overlook to see who's knocking on our door.

"I am Magatha of the Grimtotem tribe, and I will be heard!"

Magatha Grimtotem always believed that she should be one to lead the tauren and not Cairne

Bloodhoof.

When Cairne ended up in Mak'Gora with Garrosh Hellscream, she saw the perfect oppertunity.

As was tradition, fighters had their weapons blessed but instead of just blessing it, she

added a bit of poison to the weapon and 1 single strike did the rest.

Cairne who lived his whole life with honor, died betrayed, and of course Garrosh wasn't

too happy with this.

When Magatha made her move and took over Thunderbluff, she was foolish enough to believe that the

warchief would stand at her side.

Instead he send her a message, telling her that he was looking forward to hearing of

her demise and tht she ws one her own, as friendless and disliked as she had ever been.

Baine, with the financiel aid of Theramore, was able to rally troops and retake the city,

banishing Magatha and all those that remained at her side.

Times didn't get any better for the Grimtotem as Magatha found herself captured by the twilights

hammer.

We set her free and worked together on stopping the twilights hammer from blowing up thousand

needles and in the end, not only did we set her free, we also equipped her with some very

powerful artifacts, amongst them was the Doomstone.

Her final words was that if our paths would ever cross again, we would die, but seems

like events in Legion have changed that.

The Grimtotem have come under attack, she has lost a few possessions that are dear to

her, and she wants our help.

If we do, she will offer her services against the Legion

"Keep your friends close.

Let's go child.

We must save my tribe."

"You head forward from here while I go the opposite way.

I will find you afterward."

At the Darkcloud Pinnacle we find the Grimtotem Tauren fighting for their lives.

While we go about freeing her people from their cages and killing a whole bunch of demons

along the way, we also focus on getting back the Doomstone which was taken from Magatha.

This artifact of power belongs in her hands, not theirs so we take on doomsayer Baelresh

and reclaim it.

"You want the Doomstone, Shaman?

Come, take it!"

Of course it doesn't get much easier when your shaman is on a pvp realm, either way,

we return to Magatha after cleaning up the mess here and she already got her Windserpent

Arikara back, which the tauren believe to be a creature of vengeance.

We're not handing over this powerful artifact so easily though.

It's safer in Nobundo's hands and the crone refuses to leave its side, so she's

welcome to make us a portal back to the Maelstrom or else we'll simply leave alone with it.

"How do you expect to use the power of the Doomstone if you cannot even open your own

portal?

Foolish child."

Back at base we have Muln Earthfury who's not too happy with this monster walking around

in our sacred space.

She murdered their chieftain and he wants us to kick her out, something that most players

probably agree with.

Nobundo knows that it's infuriating for the tauren to have her here, but it's more

of a liability to have her out in the world.

It's better if we keep an eye on her so Muln spits at Magatha's feet in disgust

as he walks away.

We're trusted with keeping the Doomstone safe for now while they prepare an appropriate

home for it and while our troops were scouting on the Broken Shore, they've stumbled upon

something quite unsettling.

The Legion is busy forcing Azeroth to bend to its will and we cannot allow this any longer!

Do you hear it Shaman?

The rumble of earth as it tries to fight against the Legion's will.

They've assembled their infernals from Azeroth's stone and now they're trying to bring them

to life.

"If you think I'm going to let the Doomstone out of my sight, you're horrible mistaken.

Let's get on with it."

We go about sabotaging their foolish rituals while also healing up our people who were

wounded while trying to stop the legion before we arrived.

The eredar in the are are abusing the power of all of Azeroth's elements, forcing them

to their command with the fel magic.

They succeed to do this through curioisities that the Legion has developed, cores of power

that correspond to each element.

We go about, taking their source of power away by collecting fire, water, earth and

air power cores.

"The powers of water are generally restorative, the most passive and weak of elements.

What did the Legion think to do with it?"

"Consider the majesty of earth...so sturdy, protective, immutable.

Yet when it but shudders, capable of such grand destruction."

"The demons have their fel fire, so they assume they can control Azeroth's as well.

Oh, how wrong they are" "Can you hear the wind, child?

It screams for help, for salvation from the Legion."

Smolderon calls from across the battlefield.

Now it's his realm that's being violated as up on the hill, a demon who calls himself

"the flameripper' is using the power of his realm.

He is extremely powerful and we must take him down, whatever the cost.

"That fiend ravages not only your people, but the land itself!

If there was ever cause to use the Doomstone, that time is now!"

"The Earthen Ring stands with you!"

"That's it!

Give in to the power!"

We have no other choice but to use the Doomstone which tremendously increases our power, but

it's a little bit too much to handle...

"Your power is too great!

You cannot control it!"

"Such power...such chaos!

HAHA" "Pull yourself together, child!

What is wrong with you?"

The artifact knocked us out cold, but we able to save the elements from the Legion's control.

However, it came at a great cost to both our health and our fellow shaman as many of them

came back wounded, dragged along by their fellow shaman.

We have witnessed the havoc the Doomstone can wreak.

It does not belong in the hands of any being, mortal or otherwise, so we place it on a pedestal

within the Order Hall to keep it safe.

Magatha believes we are foolish.

We think we have great power, but we know nothing.

The Doomstone should be used for the greatness it can accomplish!

It will waste away sitting in the Maelstrom.

Perhaps it was a mistake coming here.

Nobundo has requested that the Grimtotem stay.

She stays for her own reasons, not because he asked.

If we need her or her warriors to earn our keep, they will oblige.

But remember your place.

"You will not be rid of the Grimtotem so easily child.

We will earn our place."

Another powerful ally recruited to our cause and we have bolstered our strength against

the Legion once more.

That is how shamans obtain their new champion, although some are not too happy with it.

Magatha has a very dark history and I personally like that she stays true to her character,

where as other champions are extremely happy to join the fight, she's selfish, arrogant

and doesn't give a damn about us being the leader.

She's there for her own reasons, which I can appreciate, but at the same time I think

this deserved more.

Perhaps have Baine show up instead of Nobundo to explain that we're doing this for the

greater good and that his father always thought it wise to keep your enemies close.

Something more to justify her being here in the order hall besides Nobundo taking charge

and inviting her in.

Who knows where the story might go from here though, but this is where we'll end the

video.

Thank you very much for watching everyone, subscribe if you like my videos, leave a like

if you enjoyed this one aaaand until next time guys...see ya!

The Retail Bubble Has Now Burst A Record 8,640 Stores Are Closing In 2017 - Duration: 11:59.

"The Retail Bubble Has Now Burst" A Record 8,640 Stores Are Closing In 2017

by Tyler Durden

Thousands of new doors opened and rents soared.

This created a bubble, and like housing, that bubble has now burst.

- Richard Hayne, Urban Outfitters CEO, March 2017

The devastation in the US retail sector is accelerating in 2017, and in addition to the

surging number of brick and mortar retail bankruptcies, it is perhaps nowhere more obvious

than in the soaring number of store closures.

While the shuttering of retail stores has been a frequent topic on this website, most

recently in the context of the next "big short", namely the ongoing deterioration in the mall

REITs and associated Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities and CDS, here is a stunning fact

from Credit Suisse:"Barely a quarter into 2017, year-to-date retail store closings have

already surpassed those of 2008."

According to the Swiss bank's calculations, on a unit basis, approximately 2,880 store

closings were announced YTD, more than twice as many closings as the 1,153 announced during

the same period last year.

Historically, roughly 60% of store closure announcements occur in the first five months

of the year.

By extrapolating the year-to-date announcements, CS estimates that there could be more than

8,640 store closings this year, which will be higher than the historical 2008 peak of

approximately 6,200 store closings, which suggests that for brick-and-mortar stores

stores the current transition period is far worse than the depth of the credit crisis

depression.

As the WSJ calculates, at least 10 retailers, including Limited Stores, electronics chain

hhgregg and sporting-goods chain Gander Mountain have filed for bankruptcy protection so far

this year.

That compares with nine retailers that declared bankruptcy, with at least $50 million liabilities,

for all of 2016.

On Friday, womens apparel chain Bebe Stores said it would close its remaining 170 shops

and sell only online, while teen retailer Rue21 Inc. announced plans to close about

400 of its 1,100 locations.

Broken down by retailer, either in bankruptcy or not yet:

Another striking fact: on a square footage basis, approximately 49 million square feet

of retail space has closed YTD.

Should this pace persist by the end of the year, total square footage reductions could

reach 147M square feet, another all time high, and surpassing the historical peak of 115M

in 2001.

There are several key drivers behind the avalanche of "liquidation" signs on store fronts.

The first is the glut of residual excess retail space.

As the WSJ writes, the seeds of the industrys current turmoil date back nearly three decades,

when retailers, in the throes of a consumer-buying spree and flush with easy money, rushed to

open new stores.

The land grab wasnt unlike the housing boom that was also under way at that time.

Thousands of new doors opened and rents soared, Richard Hayne, chief executive

of Urban Outfitters Inc., told analysts last month.

This created a bubble, and like housing, that bubble has now burst.

The excess retail space means that North America has a glut of retail outlets, as well as far

too many shopping malls, something which is becoming apparent as sales per capita decline.

On a per capita basis, the US has roughly 24 square feet of retail space per capita,

more than twice the space of Australia and 5 times that of the UK.

The over-storing, including the influx of fast-fashion and off-price chains, has resulted

in a brutally competitive landscape that made difficult for retailers to raise prices.

A pair of mens dress pants costs less today than they did a decade ago, Manny

Chirico, chief executive of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger parent PVH Inc., said in a

recent interview.

* * *

Then there are retail rental rates, which across top US markets, such as New York, remain

the highest in the world.

For years, retailers could afford the egregious demands by landlords.

But as overall traffic and volumes have declined, this has also prompted an exodus of outlets

even among the most desired locations, leading to a surge in "fors rent or lease" signs popping

up in unexpected places like Madison Avenue's "golden mile."

According to the FT, on New Yorks Fifth Avenue, the worlds most expensive shopping

street, vacancy rates have jumped from 10 per cent a year ago to 16 per cent, according

to Cushman & Wakefield.

Rents there have fallen for the first time since the recession and the trend is not

over, the consultancy warns.

Vacancy rates across SoHo have climbed to 18 per cent, from 12 per cent a year ago,

according to Jones Lang LaSalle.

The newfound caution among retailers has had a very significant and fast negative

impact on retail property, says Chris Conlon, chief executive of Acadia Realty, a real estate

investment trust.

It is not just prestigious streets that have been hit.

Malls are also hurting, as chains from Sears to Macys shut hundreds of stores.

Analysts at Green Street Advisors argue that low growth is the new normal, while

market rents are becoming decoupled from tenants revenue growth as more sales move online.

[Rents] are at a price point now that exceeds what retail sales can perform, says Spencer

Levy, global head of research for CBRE.

He notes that a stronger US dollar also hurts sales in New York, where deep-pocketed foreigners

historically flock for deals.

* * *

Then there is the online migration, which recently made Jeff Bezos, owner of Amazon,

the world's second richest man.

As the WSJ adds, as retailers rushed to expand their physical footprint, the internet was

gearing up to do to apparel companies what it had already done to booksellers: sap profits

and eliminate what little pricing power these chains commanded.

Despite the view that shoppers prefer to try on clothing in physical stores, apparel and

accessories are expected this year to overtake computers and consumer electronics as the

largest e-commerce category as a percentage of total online sales, according to research

firm eMarketer.

Helena Cawley, 37 years old, said she used to be a die-hard department-store shopper.

But with two small children, the Manhattan entrepreneur doesnt have time to visit

physical stores the way she once did.

I buy much more online now, she said.

With free returns and free shipping, its so easy.

Ironically, that shift to online shopping has come at a high cost to retailers.

It is less profitable to do business online than in a brick-and-mortar store, largely

due to the higher shipping, customer-acquisition and technology costs of the digital world.

Retail margins on average fell to 9% last year from 10.5% in 2012, according to consulting

firm AlixPartners LP.

Over that period, e-commerce sales increased to 15.5% of total sales from 10.5%.

The internet has also made it easier for consumers to comparison shop, thereby erasing any pricing

leverage retailers may have had.

The internet has acted as the great price equalizer, said Joel Bines, the co-head

of Alixs retail practice.

* * *

Yet while the retail bubble may have burst, does that mean the conventional brick-and-mortar

industry is doomed?

Perhaps not:

Retailing has gone through shakeouts before, whether it was the superstores such as Wal-Mart

Stores Inc., Target Corp. and Kmart that killed mom-and-pop shops, or category killers like

Barnes & Noble Inc. and Toys R Us Inc. that did the same to smaller booksellers and

toy chains.

And even today, there are chains that continue to grow, such as off-price retailer TJX Co

s., which is opening hundreds of stores under its Marshalls, T.J.

Maxx and HomeGoods banners, as it steals market share from Macys Inc. and other traditional

department stores.

This is not the end of retailing as we know it, Mr. Bines said.

People are not going to stop going to stores. He's right, however in the meantime there

will be an avalanche of defaults: compounding the retail decline is the debt that retailers

have added to their balance sheets in recent years, either through leveraged buyouts or

to fund share buybacks.

That leverage has become a problem as profits dry up.

According to Moodys Investors Service, the amount of debt coming due for 19 distressed

retailers is set to more than double over the next two years.

Many retailers were slow to seize on the significance of these changes.

When business was bad during the 2015 holiday season, many chains blamed unusually warm

weather.

But when the most recent holiday season once again failed to produce robust sales growth,

retailers realized this was a structural change, Credit Suisse analyst Christian

Buss said.

With all that in mind, is Amazon assured of becoming the world's first trillion-dollar

stock, perhaps hitting the milestone even before Apple?

Perhaps, then again, chains such as Wal-Mart have stepped up their game.

In a bid to better compete with Amazon.com , the giant retailer has been scooping up

e-commerce startups, including Jet.com and ModCloth.

And just this past week, PetSmart Inc. bought Chewy.com, a fast-growing online rival.

Others have given up waiting for a recovery that seems always out of reach and are settling

into what appears to be the new normal.

Were planning as if the environment is not going to improve, Jerry Storch,

chief executive of Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord & Taylor parent Hudsons Bay Co., told analysts

earlier this month.

In the meantime, expect more store closures, more bankruptcies (recall "According To Fitch

These Eight Retailers Will File For Bankruptcy Next"), and, of course, far lower asset prices,

both for retail equities and mall REITs, as well as the underlying CMBS securities that

for years funded the US retail (and especially mall) bubble, which has now violently burst

Zuni ELder Shares Ancient Knowledge About Our Future Relationship With Extraterrestrials - Duration: 9:59.

Zuni ELder Shares Ancient Knowledge About Our Future Relationship With Extraterrestrials

By Arjun Walia

Below is a statement from Chief Looking Horse, delivered in his native Lakota language, at

the United Nations Tillman Chapel.

It is the embodiment of a confluence of prophecies that speak to the necessity of activating

a new level of consciousness for the benefit of humanity and the Earth.

Although their statement illuminates the nuclear crisis at Fukushima, the fundamental message

is for humanity to spiritually awaken to protect and restore the sacred.

We are a part of Creation; thus, if we break the Laws of Creation, we destroy ourselves.

We, the Original Caretakers of Mother Earth, have no choice but to follow and uphold the

Original Instructions, which sustains the continuity of Life.

We recognize our umbilical connection to Mother Earth and understand that she is the source

of life, not a resource to be exploited.

We speak on behalf of all Creation today, to communicate an urgent message that man

has gone too far, placing us in the state of survival.

We warned that one day you would not be able to control what you have created.

That day is here.

Not heeding warnings from both Nature and the People of the Earth keeps us on the path

of self destruction.

This self destructive path has led to the Fukushima nuclear crisis, Gulf oil spill,

tar sands devastation, pipeline failures, impacts of carbon dioxide emissions and the

destruction of ground water through hydraulic fracking, just to name a few.

In addition, these activities and development continue to cause the deterioration and destruction

of sacred places and sacred waters that are vital for Life. (source)

What does this have to do with Native North Americans and supposed extraterrestrials?

I will explain.

Many are coming forward to share their stories that have been passed down generations, and

one of them is Zuni Elder Clifford Mahooty, a retired civil/environmental engineer (BSCE-NMSU-1969).

He has worked on many programs within environmental justice for Indian tribes, and tribal housing

projects in the USPHS as a commissioned officer in water, waste water, and EPA enforcement

in environmental compliance.

Mahooty is active in the Zuni orders of the Kachina, Galaxy Medicine Society, and Sun

Clan leadership, and is a wisdom keeper of Zuni history.

According to Mahooty, our relationship to the star people is spiritual, and directly

connected with the caretaking of our planet:

In the future, there will be things that will be happening that will be directly related

with the Sky People.

I did not make this up, I did not read a science fiction book, this is just based upon ancestral

knowledge which is you can spend a whole, maybe 20 to 30 years and listen to it and

not really understand it, but the reason I think that I understand it is because of many

things that are happening right now.

He is referring to the destruction of our planet, which is interesting because contact

experiences all seem to share a common message: Its time to take care of our planet.

One of the most astonishing UFO witness cases, for example, comes from a supposed encounter

with over sixty schoolchildren in the town of Ruwa, Zimbabwe, on September 16th 1994.

The children claim to have seen multiple hovering objects that resembled what we would describe

as spaceships, and an extraterrestrial being walk out of it.

Many of them received the same message about the need to look after our planet.

They describe these events like a person talks about something that has happened to

them.

I can tell that these are people of sound mind telling me something.

Dr. John Mack, Professor of Psychiatry, Harvard Medical School (source)

You can read more about that story here, and you can view more footage of some of the children

speaking about the event, decades after it happened, here.

Mahooty also discusses this concern for the well-being of our planet:

What we generally call the star people . . . are, in our system of religion and spirituality,

these are the ones that we might call guardians, and also the keepers of the universe and especially

of the Earth.

And these are the people that gave us the protocols and the ways to maintain this planet

and also the people, far far back, a long time ago, and so that, the teachings that

have passed on from generation after generation.

Theyve always been here, the people that are the keepers and the watchers.

Stephane Wuttunee, who is a Plains Cree and French Canadian author and storyteller, wrote

a piece for UFO Digest in 2008, explaining that his perception and understanding of

the ET phenomena as a Native person and its global implications comes from having

been partially raised within the culture itself.

In his article, he makes clear that, in his culture, they give far greater attention

to the seeking of the spiritual understanding of things rather than going after the truth

as people from dominant cultures tend to do.

This is part of the reason why we tend to stand back and view or listen at first rather

than barge in with questions or take the hard, direct approach.

I think its important to mention that spiritual understanding and implications are connected

to this topic, especially with all of the fear propaganda that is continuously pumped

out into the mainstream.

Yes, its going to ruffle a lot of feathers and interfere with the belief systems of many,

but sometimes its okay to put those aside to at least entertain another idea.

Wuttunee also addresses the Star People in his article:

Growing up, I cannot recall having ever heard anyone in my community speak of aliens

or Extraterrestrials, though I did hear of distant relations and Star People

living amongst the stars many times, mainly around campfires and during traditional ceremonies.

Far from being anything to be feared, Star People was just another term I grew up around.

I remember listening in awe and fascination at the thought of us having relations that

lived off and outside our world, and sometimes spoke to them in my silent moments at night.

I wanted to know who they were and what they looked like, if they had families like us,

etc.

In all honesty, the only time I was exposed to aliens per se was when I would go

to the outhouse and read the Weekly World News or the National Enquirer.

It wasnt until my later teens that I discovered that people from the dominant cultures were

talking about the same people as my elders did, though each sides sense of

perception of these people seemed radically different from one another.

He goes on two write about how his elders never really made any clear distinctions between

extraterrestrials and the spirit world: In fact, at times I heard Aboriginal elders blend

the two together and treat them as one, which I have to admit did kind of take me for a

spin when I was young.

Were our distant relations physical like us?

Did they also exist amongst us in spirit?

I had many unanswered questions, so I guess I from a fairly young age I had some unraveling

to do.

I hope this illustrates how deeply spiritual discussion of alien life can be.

This is one step the human race is going to take, and it seems we are currently going

through the process of integration.

We ourselves have to grow and evolve, in a spiritual sense, and start to understand

our connection to the planet and all life.

Frank Ocean isn't a Recluse Anymore and the World is Better For it - Duration: 3:18.

What's going on guys?

Nadeska here for Complex News...

Frank Ocean has been steadily releasing music over the past few weeks during his BLONDED

RADIO show on Apple Music'sBeats 1 station ...and honestly, the most surprising thing

about his big return to music...is that it hasn't really ended.

Sometimes we get the feeling that Frank is the sort of artist thatdoesn't need an audience—like

he might be just as happy singing to himself, instead of singing to a crowd.

So, after he released Endless and Blonde last year—we wouldn't have be shocked if he

took another hiatus, like the four years he took off after releasing Channel Orange.

As a matter of a fact, some fans probably expected him to do that...

But instead, he stuck around to work with Calvin Harris on a contender for song of the

summer....

And he also launched his radio show with Beats 1, where he'sinterviewed Jay Z and dropped

a few loosies....some of which have been better than other people's official album singles.

Five episodes of Blonded Radio have aired since it premieredin February, and the three

new songs he's debuted—"Chanel", "Biking," and "Lens"—have been pretty notable.

"Chanel" has a more refined version of the free-association songwriting heard we

heard on "Futura Free" "Biking" has wistful summer vibes, where he wonders about

marriage, children, and the limits of self-reliance.

And on both "Chanel" and "Biking," he references his new cash flow

"Lens" is the lightest song of the trio..it actually has more empty space than song (and

one version has a travis scott feature-- but anyway, we get the point that His grandfather

Lionel, aunt Janet, and his friend Matt all have a lens on him.

They see him much differently than we can.

Frank's surprising visibility right now creates a strange sort of anticipation, but

it's different from what we felt in the weeks leading up to Endless and Blonde.

At that point he was like a favorite uncle who disappears for long periods of time, then

shows up unexpectedly at the crib with a new car and a gift for you to unwrap.

BUT NOW... he's become more like a cousin who lives nearby but just wanders off pretty

often.

He shows up more often than that uncle, and always has aninteresting story to tell, but

you'll never 100% count on him being present in your life.

You're scared to get too accustomed, because he might just vanish tomorrow with no forwarding

address and an unpaid phone bill.

On his Blonded mixes, Frank plays a variety of music thathis fans might not even be familiar

with – from Arthur Russell to Guided byVoices.

And It's obvious that he has wide-ranging musical tastes and a great ear....but at the

same time, even though he's sharing more of his work, it always feels like we can never

get too close or attached to Frank.

There's no anticipating his next move, no telling whetherthese new songs will be part

of a larger or new full-length project.

We're just watching him now, more closely than we could before, but we still see very

little.

And somehow, it's more than enough.

So, thank you Frank.

We hope that you keep the music coming...

How to Create a Modern Finish - Duration: 4:33.

Hi there, it's Rosanne here from Country Chic Paint.

Although chalk-based paints are often associated with shabby-chic, distressed furniture, that

doesn't necessarily suit everyone's style.

That's why today I'm going to show you how to create a more modern looking furniture

finish with Country Chic Paint.

Stay tuned to find out more!

Modern home decor is generally known for clean lines and smooth finishes.

In this tutorial I'll show you the steps to achieve this look and feel with Country Chic Paint products.

To start, you'll want to use our Country Chic Paint synthetic bristle paint brushes

when you paint your project.

These brushes are all designed specifically to be used with our paint and they will create

a professional looking finish with minimal brush strokes.

Another great option is using our painting sponges which are perfect for applying smooth,

thin paint coats.

I painted this little chair a few days ago with two thin coats of Bliss, All-in-One paint

to give it opaque coverage.

As I mentioned, most modern-style furniture has clean lines and an opaque finish, so I'm

not going to distress this piece at all.

Instead, I would like to create a buttery smooth finish.

To achieve this, I'm going to show you how to wet sand and seal your piece with hemp

oil for a modern look.

Hemp Oil is a drying oil; this means that it polymerizes and hardens into a protective

coating for your furniture.

You can use it on raw wood, furniture pieces painted with Country Chic Paint, on leather,

or even on wooden floors.

Best of all, it's 100% natural and contains no chemical additives at all, so it's very

safe to use.

When applying Hemp Oil over a painted piece, you want to make sure that you give your project

at least a couple of hours to dry completely.

I'm going to use this painting sponge to apply the hemp oil to my piece.

It's easier to apply sparingly instead of using a brush.

The hemp oil is quite dark green, however as you apply it on your project, you'll

see it darkens the paint color but that will lighten as the oil dries.

It definitely does not make your piece look green.

When you're done applying the oil, you can rinse your sponge out with some warm water

and a gentle soap.

Now to achieve that buttery smooth finish, I'm going to gently wet sand my piece with

this 400 grit sanding paper.

I'm folding it around a sanding block to make it easier to use.

You want to make sure you keep your paper flat, and you want to use a light hand.

When you're happy with the smoothness, use a lint-free rag to buff away any excess oil.

Then you can let it sit for 12 hours so the oil can fully penetrate into the finish.

After you've let the first coat of oil dry for about 12 hours, you can use a clean, lint-free

rag again to buff and remove any excess oil that might be left on the surface still.

Depending on how much use your piece will get, you may want to add 1 or 2 more coats

to add more protection.

By using the ultra-fine grit sandpaper in combination with the hemp oil you can create

a stunning modern look on any project piece!

I hope you enjoyed this video!
