What a nice surprise.
The Trailer for the new Annabelle : Creation, formerly named Annabelle 2, was released yesterday.
If you have seen the first Annabelle movie, or you are familair with The Conjuring franchise,
you might know the evil and possessed Anabbelle doll very well.
Let's take a look at the new footage together and analyse what we see, scene by scene.
When an old bus is driving into the screen, we see an old House, which on second thought
appears to be an orphenage.
What's interesting, is the fact that the house appears to be in the middle of nowhere.
Which means.. should anyone ever need help.. well, help might be very far away.
We see a blond girl getting of the bus, and she is really excited about this new place.
That could mean, that she hasn't only seen good times, during her short and young life.
A closer look at the house also tells us that it might not be taken care of as well as it
should.
When the group of Orphans, who seem all to be girls, are shown the inner of the house,
we can clearly see something what appears to be one piece of a doll face.
It makes you instantly wonder where the other half of the face might have ended up.
The next shot introduces us to a man, who appears the be the manager of the orpahanage,
and he is the person who basically shows the young girls their new 'room' , which is located
upstairs ond the second floor of the house.
A lot of very old and iron beds are lined up in a very bright, but still in a way constricting
way.
It gives us the impression, that what ever terrible things could happen in this house,
this is one of the rooms where it could take place.
When the blonde girl, touches the door handle, of what appears to be anotehr room close by,
she get's told to never touch that handle again, since it's off limits.
Well, this can only mean that something terrible must have happenend in their.
Could it be, that someone might have even died in there ? Maybe a spirit is locked inside
? The man seems to very very seious about it, if you look at his expression.
Probably some terrible memories, that haunt him as well..
Then we see the place in the middle of the night, and an old vinyl placer appears to
go off by itself.
And the music throws us back to the Conjuring movies, which use the same type of music.
So only one word comes to mind, when we are listening to it: Annabelle.
The music appears to come out of the room, that young girl was told is never supposed
to be opened.
Curious about these strange noises, she is deciding to still open the door.
And in fact.. as we get a glimpse of the room, it becomes pretty evident, that it is indeed
the room of Annabelle.
We got introduced to it a bit earlier, when Screenshots were released, that depict the
doll sitting on the same bed.
Suddenly the creepy music stops.. and we see a doll, that judging by the dress and hair,
looks exactly like Annabelle herself from behind, standing at a brightened up window..
staring outside into the nothingness, while her fingers are tapping on the window glass.
We get the feel, that she want's to get out.. or might be afraid of something.
The face of the girl gets reflected in the window itself, and it appears to be a real
girl this time.
She asks's the blonde girl, if she can help her.. and as the blond girl want's to know
with what she need's help with..
Annabelle suddenly turns and we see a rotten, almost charred face, with yellow demonic eyes,
and an evil look on her face.
Shaken up in fear, The blonde girls falls the floor, as we see a white crucked hand,
with blood red nails.
What instantly pops to mind, is the similarity to a scene, we were shown this week as well,
in remake Trailer for the upcoming IT movie.
What a coincidence.
As the blonde girls crawls towards the door, we shee another shot from the outside of the
house the next day.
As we learn that tha blonde girl's name is Jennis, we basically now by this point, that
infact the creepy girl in the door from last night, is in fact the deceased daughter of
the orphanage manager.
Jennis at this point seems to find old photos of Annabelle in the hallway of the house,
and she seems to realize, that infact something terrible must have happened to her, and she
must have a connection to this place in some way.
The next shots shows a terrible car accident, which clearly was the reason for Annabelle's
passing.
The upcoming car hit the young girl right into the head.
What see next, is the upepr part of Annabelle's doll, with a ripped open face.
There must be a deep meaning of some sort, showing us the doll at this point.
Could it mean, that the spirit of the young girl, has some kind of connection to this
doll?
The parent's, who are now narrating the scenes, are speaking about their wish, to make contact
to their little girl again, and we see them walking into their living room, where annabelle,
again, is standing at the window.
They are talking about some kind of contact, which could mean that they had a seance or
some sorts, to contact the deceased little girl.
The mother tells us, that Annabelle then was asking for permission, to get into of of their
dolls, to stay with them forever.
And they said yes to the ghost's wish.
As the old door opens into a dak room, we can hear the distinct Annabelle music box
music playing.
And we see the Annabelle doll sitting there.. in pure darkness.
The next scene shows 2 girls sitting in the middle of the old bedroom, undearneath a blanket,
as the light goes out.. the flashlight malfunctioning, and annabelle is sitting in her infamous rocking
chair.. very close to the girls.
Suddenly, a hand out of nowhere grabs the face of the left girl.
It appears to be a demon of some sort.
And that demon apparently is ocming after Jennis, as we see her being pushed in her
wheel chair, by the evil creature.
And she get's thrown in something that looks like a barn of some sorts.
When you watch this scene the first time, some similarities to the nun from Conjuring
2, might come to mind.
We then see jennis at night in the old orphenage, being haunted by what she calls The evil presence.
As a black cloud of mist manifests itself and a the Wheelchair is spinning on its own.
The hautings are getting really bad now, and we learn that the doll itself is causing the
havoc.. the devil.
Another scene let's us known, that their must also have been some kind of exorcism, held
by a priest, that might even have made the whole situation a whole lot worse.
Then a glimpse of the Devil himself.
The last shots depict's the dead Annabelle girl, sitting at a little doll table, with
the Annabelle doll, and her mother is froxen in fear, as the become's wittness of her daughter's
bone's craking, and disturbing movement, as she is about, to turn and leap towards her
mother.
What the mother sees next, must be indescribebly hideous, as her eyes tell us how afraight
she must be.
The trailer deos a great job in getting us excited, for the upcoming movie, that is supposed
to be released later in 2017.
