Hi everybody, welcome to my Musicraiser promo! My name's Giacomo Voli, I'm a musician and composer from Italy

the first exercise that you're gonna love a little

quads working but we're also getting your

butt lift and tht's really going to create

those stronger thinner leggs that I know

you want to walk across that is

different second exercise is a double

pulse lunge switch ok

so you can do this either hi impact or lower so let

me show you low impact the lower impact

will be pulse pulse step in pulse pulse

okay so you're definitely going to feel

that right you want to make sure you

stay at 90 degrees if you wanted to do

it with higher impact pulse pulse hop

it pulse pulse get a little bit of air time

and let me tell you when you do that and

you do it regularly, you're really

going to feel those quads working okay

definitely

lifting its toning and strengthening

third movement my favorite is lateral hops

okay so if you just hop side to side

as far as you can you want to know me

abductor and your abductor so that's

just your inner and outer thigh on here really

important because again we're shaping

and sculpting your legs okay fourth

movement that I absolutely love forward

cockpit so then your needs pop yourself

definitely tone both sides and this

movement get a star jump so kids with a

little bit you can do this is a wider

Hey guys! How are you? My name is Sarah and

I'm here on the EF YouTube channel to do a bit of guest vlogging.

I am an American who lives in Berlin, Germany

and today I'm going to be talking about shopping in Germany.

There are a few important things that you should definitely know

whenever you're going shopping in Germany. Let's get right to them.

First of all, most shops here in Germany are only open until around 8 o'clock.

It definitely depends on where you live.

Here in Berlin, I do have some shops that are open until 9 or 11. It depends.

It's definitely important to look up the opening hours of a shop.

In general, in Germany, most of the stores are open until 8pm and everything is typically closed on Sundays.

It's definitely a good idea to make sure you do all your grocery shopping before Sunday comes around.

It will be a little bit difficult on Sundays

because you will have to go to the train station to find an open grocery store.

It takes a little bit of getting used to, but you will eventually get used to the opening hours and if you're unsure,

you can always just look it up online before you go to avoid any disappointment.

If you are shopping here and you're looking for something specific and you need to ask a staff member for help,

it's always best to start with something friendly instead of just going straight into the question.

You can go up to them and say "Guten Tag" or "Guten Morgen"

before you get into what you're asking, if you know what I mean. It's always best to be friendly.

Those are my general tips. Now I want to get into my favorite type of shopping: grocery shopping.

There are definitely a few things you need to know when you go grocery shopping in Germany.

The first thing is that you always need to bring your own shopping bag.

If you're from the United States, you're probably used to plastic bags for free everywhere.

They do not do that here. It's very important to bring your own reusable bag.

Otherwise you will have to purchase a brown paper bag for a couple of cents,

but it's always best to bring your own bag because this is what locals typically do.

Use any kind of bag. People use backpacks or whatever they have.

The next thing is that you need to bring some coins with you –

a one Euro, two Euro or 50 Cent coin because the carts are attached to each other.

I'll insert a clip here to show how it works.

Basically, you have to put the coin into the shopping cart to release the cart so you can go around with it.

This just kind of ensures that you bring the cart back when you're done with it

and don't leave them scattered all over the store or in the parking lot or whatever.

So, make sure you have some coins handy. I often forget this one, so try to remember

to always have some coins in your pocket before you go to a grocery store.

The next thing that's important to know is how the recycling works here.

Pretty much all plastic and a lot of glass bottles have a small upcharge on them called "Pfand".

When you buy something, there will be a price and then an additional 10 or 15 cents,

which is basically the deposit to ensure you'll bring the bottle back.

So, when you bring the bottles back to the store, you will find a machine and you just put them in

and you will get your money back.

It will print out a little coupon that you can scan and it's just like regular money.

Just be aware that on top of the price you see for beverages, there will be a charge on top of that.

It's pretty easy to recognize which bottles have the Pfand recycling upcharge because

they're all marked on the back here, as you can see. It looks like that.

This just ensures that everything gets recycled.

If you're grocery shopping and you're a vegetarian or vegan, you're not going to have any problems

because a lot of products are clearly marked. The markings tend to look like this here.

There are other markings as well, but I would say these are the most common ones.

So, if you're vegan or vegetarian, just turn the package around,

look all over and you'll see the marking that lets you know what's vegan and vegetarian,

so you won't have to read all the ingredients.

The last thing that you should know is that not all stores accept credit cards or debit cards.

There are a lot of shops that only accept cash, so it's always best to have a few Euros with you

whenever you go shopping because you never know if they're going to accept credit card or not

or if the machines will go down. It's just good to have cash.

A good phrase to know is "we don't accept cards."

In German, this would be "Wir akzeptieren keine Kreditkarten."

Then you know they take no cards here.

If this happens to you and you need to find an ATM,

you can ask where the closest ATM is. In German, it's "Wo ist die nächste Bankautomat?"

If you keep all these tips in mind,

shopping and grocery shopping in Germany won't be any problem for you at all.

I seek refuge with Allah from the expelled Satan In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the

And all blessings and salutations on the Most Noble of Messengers, Sayyiduna Muhammad

and on his household, his companions, and the followers

and may Allah ﷻ be pleased with our Shaykh, sidi Ahmad at-Tijani

and on us on account of his sake, Ameen.

"And if they commit an immorality", [Quran 7:28]

The word "if / إِذَا" is a source of pride for the Arabs

Because most of the Arabs, in principle, did not like immoralities,

and (most of) them had good morals

so the word "if" reflects the case when - God forbid - they do commit that

Do you understand? "And if"

He ﷻ did not say, "And whenever they commit". No.

Now, the immoral acts here mean the major sins

When one of them committed one, he would say,

"And when they commit an immorality, they say,

'We found our fathers doing it' Shame on them!

Because their fathers had a better character, and more observing of moral code than them

the forefathers of the Arabs/Quraysh all the way up to our master Ismail ﷺ

were people who respected their neighbors, who loved and practiced the noblest of character-traits

so our Lord ﷻ didn't address this point. They said:

And when they commit an immorality, they say, 'We found our fathers doing it', [Quran 7:28]

Forget this point. The second point: "and Allah has ordered us to do it"

We must reply to this point: "and Allah ...... has ordered us to do it"

Pay attention: With our Lord ﷻ,

there is the divine command & prohibition, and there is also: the divine desire and the divine pleasure

"He is not pleased with thanklessness (kufr) for His servants", [Quran 39:7]

and He ﷻ does not command (His servants) except with what is good. Divine command is only with what is ?

And His pleasure (satisfaction) is with ? What is good.

However, our Lord ﷻ desires everything. The divine desire,

e.g. when someone drinks alcohol,

did he drink it in spite of Allah ﷻ (and His will)?

or is there a divine desire (in play)? "Doer of what He desires", [Quran 85:16]

And the proof ? It is (the fact that it) took place

What proves that this (event) is His desire? That it came to pass.

Because nothing happens in the universe except by (His) desire

by Whose desire? Allah ﷻ.

Our Lord ﷻ does not command (people to do) immoral acts, and He ﷻ is not pleased with them

though all of them fall under Allah's desire (that they come to pass)

Had they said, "And Allah desired it",

they would have been (closer to the truth)

but they said, "Allah had ordered us)". No. Allah ﷻ does not command anyone (to do that). Clear?

Hence, the Divine desire is one thing and the Divine command is another

and Allah has ordered us to do it. Say,

"Indeed, Allah does not command immorality", [Quran 7:28]

even though it is included in the Divine desire.

"Do you say about Allah that which you do not know?"

They claim, "Allah commanded us". How did He ﷻ do that?

Did He ﷻ send you a prophet who told you, "Commit immoral acts"?

or may be He ﷻ whispered to each one of you, in your ears, and enjoined lewdness upon you?

"say you falsely of Allah that which you know not?"

Their reply should be either yes or no.

They can say, "Yes, we say of Allah that which we do not know". Ok.

If they say, "No", then what is the proof?

i.e. how come you have this idea: that our Lord commanded you?

And (note the dialogue): very respectful and courteous set of questions and replies

Our Lord ﷻ could have attacked them, yes?

He ﷻ could have used very harsh words that they wouldn't like

But He ﷻ likes to endear Himself to all of His creation, even to the disbelievers

The Quran was not (really) revealed for the believers. After all, a believer (believes easily)

The Quran was mainly revealed for ? The ingrates (disbelievers) that they may believe

So do not think that Allah ﷻ is an enemy for the disbeliever. No.

Allah ﷻ deals gently with the disbeliever in order to draw him near (to Him ﷻ). Understood?

"Say: 'My Lord enjoins justice' ", (al-qist / القِـسـْط) [Quran 7:29]

and in another verse, "Indeed, Allah orders justice" (al-`adl / العَـدْل), [Quran 16:90]

There is a difference between al-qist an al-`adl. Our Lord ﷻ uses each word (for different purposes)

al-qist literally means "a share" e.g. he took his share (qist) of sleep

another took his share (qist) of rest

the first may feel rested after 4 hours while the second needs 5 hours (to feel rested)

each with his share (giving each his share is 'justice' even though the shares are not equal)

The word "al-qist" is usually used with balances (e.g. weights)

therefore, "And weigh with an even balance", [Quran 26:182 - 11:85]

the balance itself was named 'qistass', yes?

But when it comes to rules/judgments, Allah ﷻ uses the word 'al-`adl', e.g. [Quran 16:90]

also "when you judge between people to judge with ?" Not 'qist' .... but with `adl, [Quran 4:58].

Why is that? Because with "qist",

the two shares need not be equal (as in the rest-example used earlier).

for example, when Allah ﷻ says, "for the male, the shares of two females", [Quran 4:11 and 176]

this is not `adl. This is qist. (It is justice even though the shares are not equal)

But when it comes to `adl, the shares must be equal.

Therefore, when the verse "We have made you a just (وَسَطا) nation", [Quran 2:143] was revealed,

the Prophet ﷺ said, "Just (وَسَط) meaning `adl (عَـدْل)"

in other words, the word `adl indicates the middle point (al-wasat)

so when Allah ﷻ orders you to give each party an equal share, then this is called `adl

when every party gets a share that is sufficient for them even though the shares are not equal --> qist.

When the Prophet ﷺ said,

"He will fill the earth with both qist and `adl"

Who? The awaited al-Mahdi, peace be upon him

He will fill the earth with qist and ....

i.e. will establish qist and `adl whenever and wherever they are applicable

"after it was filled with transgression (zulm) and injustice (jawr)", he ﷺ added.

so the opposite of qist is zulm (ظُلم),

and the opposite of `adl is jawr (جَوْر).

Pay attention. The Arabs don't use words haphazardly. (They are very accurate)

"Say: 'My Lord enjoins justice' ", (al-qist / القِـسـْط) [Quran 7:29]

"And set your faces upright (toward Him) at every masjid (place of worship)", [Quran 7:29]

What does that mean? Previously, we mentioned that the earth is called al-Jannah.

Remember?

Here, we will call (the earth): al-masjid. One of the names of the earth? al-masjid.

That's what the Prophet ﷺ said: "The earth was made for me a place of prostration", [Muslim].

The earth is the masjid of the Messenger of Allah ﷻ.

you can pray in any part of it;

pray in a masjid, in a church, in a monastery, or in ....

masjid for you, all of it

"'The earth has been made for me a place of prostration and (a means of purification)"

The word (إِقَامَة from the verb وَأَقِيمُواْ) means to use everything for what is was prepared for;

to put everything in its proper place, i.e.

Uprightness (إِسْـتِقَـامَـة) is not just about 'walking a straight line'

Istiqamah is about establishing everything in its proper role and place;

in the way it was meant for it.

i.e. the uprightness of the earth is in its having an ellipsoidal shape.
