Hello everyone!
Welcome to this week's video.
Today we are looking at the three words Two/Too/To.
When you're speaking it won't matter so much because we pronounce them the same but it's
very important to know which to use when, especially when writing them.
We will start with the easiest one.
Two.
T-W-O.
Two.
This is just the word for the number 2.
For example I have two apples.
I have two hands.
The next one we have too.
T-O-O.
Too is used for two reasons.
Two uses.
The first is to say also or as well.
For example I will have a coffee too.
I will also have a coffee.
I will have a coffee too.
The second way we use it is with excessive amounts or extra stuff.
For example I drink too much coffee.
There's an excessive amount of coffee.
I have too much money.
I have extra money.
The last one.
To.
T-O.
To is a lot harder.
There's so many different ways we use this word.
So i will tell you the main ones and then you will be able to workout which word you
use in which situation.
So to is a preposition.
We use it mainly with directions or places, or as a goal or target.
We use it in between periods of time and we use it with the infinitive form of a verb.
Let me give you some examples so it's a little easier.
I am driving to London.
You are speaking to him.
I will be gone 5 to 10 minutes.
With the infinitive verbs we use it for example, To sleep, To drive, To speak.
So that should be enough to give you an idea of how to use this one.
I will now give you some examples where I will miss out using these words and i want
you to fill them in.

Remember the easiest way is to think firstly am I referring to the number.
So I would need to use T-W-O.
If not am I referring to excessive or an extra where I would use T-O-O or am I trying to
say also or as well, which is also T-O-O or am I using a preposition.

An Easy & Healthy Recipe for Besan Chilla | Nutritious Vegetarian Snack Recipe - Duration: 2:54.
Quick, easy and highly customizable, besan chillas are perfect for a tasty breakfast
or evening snack.
We start by sifting the gram flour or besan into a mixing bowl.
The sifting helps prevent lumps and gives us a nicely smooth mixture.
To this add in some salt for seasoning
Also drop in a little asafoetida or hing which helps with digestion.
Give this a good amount of red chilli flakes for a much needed spice hit.
You can add less if you can't handle the heat.
Now add some kasuri methi for that earthy goodness
Now mix it all up with a whisk.
The whisking helps take care of any pesky lumps.
Start adding water, a little at a time.
Whisk as you pour it in.
You want a slightly runny consistency, thinner than a dosa batter.
If you accidentally add too much water, don't worry, just add in some more flour to compensate.
And you'll be fine.
Chop up some vegetables to make your chilla healthier.
We'll cut some onions really fine.
Don't cut your veggies too chunky because you want your chilla to be thin and smooth.
Cut up some tomatoes too.
These go fabulously well with besan so are a highly recommended addition.
And you always need some freshness which can be achieved by adding a generous dash of coriander.
Customise the chilla to your taste!
Remember to have fun with it.
Evenly mix all these through
In a hot pan pour some oil.
Then carefully spoon in your chilla mix.
Spread it around if the veggies topple onto each other.
Give it a couple minutes on the first side.
When you start seeing the small bubbles you're set to flip.
Cook the second side for 2 to 3 minutes.
You want these to still feel tender.
If overcooked, they will become chewy
You want to cook this on medium heat, if cooked too fast the outside will darken but the middle
will remain uncooked.
Serve these hot and fresh.
Serve them with ketchup or chutney and your simple and yummy besan chillas, hot from the
glamrs kitchen are ready to gobble up!

But the regular tour lasts for two hours and costs $79
You can join the tour in three different places:
Rotorua, Matamata or this place in the middle of nowhere which is the closest point
But it least we're already nearby the movie set
It is really easy to get here by car
Because the last 7 km are full of the signs showing the way to this parking
And I think it's the best place to start the tour
Otherwise you will spend extra half an hour or an hour in the bus

Deadly blast hits St. Petersburg metro, 11 killed - Duration: 2:15.
A bomb attack on the St. Petersburg subway system has killed at least eleven and injured
around 40.
No group has claimed responsibility yet,... but one suspect has been identified.

The train was leaving the Technology Institute station and heading to the Sennaya Ploshchad
station when an unidentified explosive device went off.
Russia's National Anti-Terrorist Committee said another explosive device had been found
at another station, hidden in a fire extinguisher, but had been defused.
Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said in a Facebook post that the explosion was a terrorist attack.
An anti-terror investigation has been opened, but other possible causes are being investigated.
Russia's Interfax news agency quoted a law enforcement source as saying that it was carried
out by a suspected suicide bomber with ties to radical Islamists, though no group is yet
to claim responsibility.
Local media said police were searching for a man recorded on CCTV, who was thought to
have been involved in the attack.
But Interfax reported that the man had come forward and been eliminated from inquiries.
Local media have also reported that the suspect was a man in his early 20s from Central Asia,
though there are conflicting reports on whether he was a suicide bomber.
President Vladimir Putin, who was in the city when the blast occurred, visited the scene
on Monday evening and laid flowers at a makeshift shrine.
Russia has suffered numerous bomb attacks in the past, with security experts saying
the country has become a potential target for Islamic State attacks due to Russia's
military intervention in Syria.
If the incident is confirmed to be a terrorist attack then the Kremlin will likely argue
that its campaign to back the Assad regime in the fight against IS is warranted.
However, some parts of Russian society may see the metro attack as a proof that Russia
should not be involved in Syria.
The attack has brought global condemnation, including from the U.S. and the UN.
St. Petersburg, meanwhile, has closed all of its metro stations and has declared a three-day

Why Hair Transplants are Not Advised When Hair is Still Dense, and How to Thicken Thinning Hair - Duration: 8:34.
Thank you for your question. You've submitted several very good photos from the top of the
scalp and different views of your hair, describing you've been losing hair since 2008 to 2009.
You are concerned about hair thinning and hair loss progression, and ask about the better
option between PRP or hair transplant
I can share with you my approach to situations like yours, which we see every day in our
practice. A little background: I'm Board-certified cosmetic surgeon, and Fellowship-trained oculofacial
plastic and reconstructive surgeon. I've been in practice in Manhattan Long Island
for over 20 years, I am also the founder of TrichoStem™ Hair Regeneration Centers, which
uses a technology we developed over several years, as a non-surgical alternative to hair
transplant that uses PRP. I will share with you our approach to situations like yours.
It's very important to understand what your options are and certainly you cover two significant
ones: PRP and hair transplant. We should also cover the option of medical therapies such
as minoxidil and finasteride. Minoxidil is a topical drug with some potential benefit
in prolonging the growth cycle of thinning hairs, and stimulate short-term growth of
finer hairs to help improve coverage. Minoxidil requires daily use, and does not stop the
hair loss progression so you can still have continued thinning, but it does have a role.
The other drug to consider is finasteride, better known by trade name Propecia. This
is drug has been around since the late 90s which blocks an enzyme that converts testosterone
to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). This drug is very popular, and prescribed for many years.
Unfortunately people have become afraid of using this drug, which started several years
ago because of reports of long-term sexual side effect after stopping the drug.
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) does have some benefit in hair loss as it does stimulate
hair growth, but, in my experience, the results of PRP are relatively short-term. The injection
is done so you get a little growth, but you have to come back typically every month to
keep pushing the hair to continue to grow. PRP also doesn't stop hair loss progression.
Hair transplant, which we have been doing for many years, is probably not the best choice
for you because you have decent hair density. If you actually place hair grafts in areas
of thinning, you will actually lose a lot of your existing hairs.
I'll discuss the option we developed in our practice called Hair Regeneration. Hair
Regeneration evolved out of treating hair transplant patients with the goal of improving
outcomes in terms of the grafts, as well the healing of the donor area with Acellular matrix,
a material for advanced wound healing. The material serendipitously caused thinning hairs
to actually get thicker in some cases, and hair got thicker in areas where we weren't
transplanting.
This became very interesting thing for me, so I decided to work on developing a process
as a standalone treatment without hair transplant. I worked on this for several years, and developed
an algorithm and a system. People like yourself come to us around the world for Hair Regeneration,
which is a combination of Acellular matrix and platelet-rich plasma, in a single episode
injection.
In some patients, we do a booster injection to improve the growth of very fine hairs that
were revived and reactivated when the first treatment was done, usually around 15 months
later.
Basically with Hair Regeneration, we're able to stop progression, regrow hair that's
not growing where hair follicles are present. There's a certain percentage of hair follicles
not growing because because of a prolonged resting stage called a prolonged telogen phase.
The treatment stops hair loss progression induces the shed of thinning hairs to allow
for the regrowth of thicker hairs.
What we have observed from 5 to 7 years of experience is that 5 years out, 99 percent
of men and women have had improvement and have been stable. We follow our patients very
closely, so we see them every 3 months. We are able to document this for the duration
of 5 years. It's been extremely successful for us, and I think someone like yourself
will probably a very good candidate for our technologies such as Hair Regeneration.
Distinguish PRP alone from the Hair Regeneration technology and learn about this method. I
think it is important to not completely discount the possibility of using hair loss drugs,
but unfortunately lot of people are afraid of taking finasteride. Refusing to take it
means you have no option other than allowing hair to fall and disappear, then undergo hair
transplantation. We've been able to stop that cycle and help people with Hair Regeneration
to get a sustainable result for at least 5 years. I hope that was helpful, I wish you

Spring is in the air.
The temperatures in many regions are rising fast and the highs will top 20 degrees Celsius
this afternoon, so a light jacket is all you'll need for an afternoon stroll.
But those of us in the central region will need both a light jacket and a face mask because
we're expecting high levels of fine and ultra fine dust, which will linger throughout the
day.
Drinking plenty of water is essential on a dusty day, and some foods that help the body
combat fine dust are garlic, seaweed and water celery.
These foods are natural detoxifiers that help the body flush out toxins.
Moving on to today's highs.
It will get up to 21 degrees Celsius in the capital, while Daegu and Gwangju will see
highs of 23 degrees under partly sunny skies.
There is some welcome rain on the way starting tomorrow afternoon, which is Arbor Day here
in Korea.
The rain will linger till Thursday afternoon, while the southern regions will see rainfall
till Friday.
The rain tomorrow will bring temperatures down to 14 degrees Celsius here in Seoul.
