Rumors... How often have you ever heard around a cheap "thrill" grandmothers from next door about some man? I think I had to, not once. And have you noticed the false propaganda or anti-propaganda of any candidate? I am sure that Yes. What about not very truthful advertising in Newspapers and on television? Also, is the place to be. That combine it all? False information or, in other words, hearsay. Of course, properly used lies can help in the development of the company, advertising, security and financial prosperity. If the fictional "legend" is a "hole" through which can pass truthful information, then the lie can turn to his master a completely different place and will only aggravate the situation. No, you can't lie - it's a fact. Grandma's time - nothing to do, politics is power and money, etc. In our example, consider the use of truthful rumors. Yes, there are. Despite the fact that in most cases it really hurts the eyes, there are people who use truthful positive aspects discuss business. Someone does it consciously, somebody intuitively, however, the end result is important. It will be about advertising on the Internet. Traveling in the network, by 10-30%, and sometimes 50-70 (depends on who is traveling and where) we come across advertising. Let me Express my opinion: this is something like the propaganda deputies. Even if not to take the lie into account, the similarity is still very high: the same caustic, annoying, directly, is not always true, by any means, etc. It's bad enough that our advertising hurts the eyes of our potential customers. Nowhere to go... and no, still there is much... can be "diluted" boring, some interesting information... Do you trust any source of information? Learn from this source that parsley is so rich in vitamin C and onions, you will continue to eat onions? This is a small example. If you continue to "chew", the sale of which in the regional market to change for the better: Luke or parsley? You know what I mean? Of course, such publications are "live" at the expense of direct advertising, but this is indirect, they do not even think. What do you think, whether there are they money, if they met with any major seller of parsley, and would suggest him to place somewhere in the newspaper, in any position, even, perhaps, the most inconspicuous, is this seller? As already mentioned, on the Internet, few people think about such "indirect" sale of goods, which is a pity. How it would be nicer to read an interesting article about any product, knowing that in this article, you do not sell, and subsequently unobtrusive ads precisely such a product. Often there is a description of the type: "But there is so-and-so, in General, look it up yourself". This is a big minus to the seller. What you benefit from it? Idea number one is a qualitative representation of the information about the product. If you are reading this article then you probably already have your product, your service, or are going to start to sell your products or services. Accordingly, before giving anywhere their ads, think about whether it would be possible to insert also indirect advertising, i.e., for example, any article in the same newspaper. As it happens in the network? I hope you already know that without the representative of the site it is unlikely that you will earn online. Accordingly, you probably already have your network resource that familiarizes your customers with your product or service. Of course, you support it: place the useful and interesting information related to your product. What should I do? Write an interesting article using the information posted on your website, and host it on our servers, similar to the category of your product with a small reference on your website. If you do not have a website, then include contact information. Remember that the client is not interested in your need in a great selling product, he is interested in information associated with the product, and subsequently the product itself. Idea number two is to ask someone to sell his product. Since the Internet is already a lot of affiliate programs, then you may have to offer do not have to. If, nevertheless, you are interested in the organisation there is a related affiliate program with a product that you would like to sell, then write a letter to the address of the organization with a proposal to efficiently sell their product or simply write an advertising article.

Target Beauty: Festival Hair How-To - Duration: 3:47.
- Hi, everyone, I'm Mr. Kate,
and I'm here with Target Beauty,
and I am going to show you three ways
to get festival-inspired hair.
So we are going to be doing a deconstructed flower crown,
some polished beachy waves, a side braid.
It all sounds amazing. Let's do it.
Flower crowns have been ruling snaps,
but let me tell you they're even better in real life,
especially in springtime.
To start, I'm prepping with texture spray.
My hair is clean, so this will give it a little grittiness
to help it hold.
And you'll just spray it all over
and work it into your hair.
If your hair is thinner,
this will also help give you some lift, too.
Now divide your hair in half.
Beginning just behind your ears,
do a simple braid all the way down
and secure with a clip to hold it together.
Repeat on the other side
and don't worry about making your braid perfect,
'cause you're gonna mess it up a little bit later.
Once you're done braiding, remove the clip
and wrap the pigtail over the top of your head.
Secure the ends with a bobby pin
and tuck in any crimpy areas.
Repeat with the other braid.
Tuck the spiky ends underneath the other braid
so the braids look seamless.
Check your braids, see if there's any loose areas,
and just secure those with some bobby pins.
I'm taking the pointed end of a teasing comb
and separating the hair within the braids
to add some extra lift and volume.
I like to frame my face by pulling on a few hairs.
These are baby hairs.
They're just the shorter layers that you have
around your hairline.
Make these look a little more romantic
by wrapping the face-framing pieces
around a curling iron just for a few seconds.
Finish with a serum to smooth the ends,
and this also helps separate the hair a bit.
Now for the flower part of your flower crown.
I prefer faux flowers since they won't wilt.
Cut a few sprigs, and then sporadically
stick the stems into the braid and secure with pins.
Now you're ready to peace out.
Let me tell you, loose beachy waves
are always in style, and this polished take
is easier to get than you might think.
Start with serum to help smooth your ends
and protect them from the heat.
I like to casually separate my hair into three sections,
bottom, middle and top, and then secure with clips as I go.
For this look, I'm using a 1 1/2-inch barrel iron.
Safety first, guys!
This wand comes with a glove to protect your hands,
if you like.
Beginning with the bottom layer,
wrap a small section around the iron.
I'm making sure to hold the bottom two to three inches
of my ends since the key to nailing this look
is keeping the ends straight.
For a more natural-looking wave,
alternate the direction of the curls,
wrapping towards your face and away from your face.
Repeat for each layer and spritz with wave spray
for separation and hold.
Then you can finish with some serum
to add shine if you need it.
And that's it! Yay!
I love this look, and you can wear it
dressed up or down.
Braids are a must-wear this season,
but I'm gonna flip the script on this classic look
and give them an edgy flair.
Using a comb, start with a deep part
near the crown of your head,
and then comb the hair into one-inch sections.
I'm using clips to help keep my hair in place.
Start at the bottom and begin to do a tiny French braid,
working your way up from your ear, towards the part.
You're basically doing an upside-down French braid.
Keep it as tight and close to your head as possible.
Secure with a clear elastic and finger-comb the ends
into the rest of your hair.
Repeat these steps a few more times
or enough to cover the side of your head.
I'm doing three braids, but depending on the thickness
of your braid you could do more or less.
You can smooth any flyaways with a bit of pomade.
I'm finishing this look by curling the ends of the braids
in with the rest of my hair.
This just integrates the whole look
and adds texture and volume.
And there you have it,
an edgy way to rock braids this season.
That's it, everyone! Thanks so much for watching.
Do check back for the next episode,
and don't forget to subscribe.
Bye. Mwah!

BAKED BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS - Duration: 4:12.
Hello everyone it is barry here welcome to my virgin kitchen todays recipe is up there
with one of those top recipes that everyone loves this is actually not my own recipe a
lot of you guys sent me this to try because you want me to share it with my community
this is actually from the bbc good food website these are some buffalo chicken wings, I have
just had one and they are phenomenal I will still put the recipe and bits with my version
of it on the website but do please give these a go.
Check that shot out look at that and they are baked too which is awesome so lets show
you how I did it, in terms of the preparation you are going to make a marinade and most
of these you are pouring out teaspoons and tablespoons not much at all the biggest thing
you need to do is get some garlic cloves and chop it up so if you have not got a gadget
like I have and roughly chop it but I used my rocker thing I got really excited as it
hoovers it up it is a really cool gadget so I was excited to show you the new part of
the extension so I delivered the bowl for the marinade from that part of the house and
pushed in that garlic I also added in some olive oil some cider vinegar which for reference
does not taste like cider at all some smoked paprika (I love paprika) and in a dash of
Worcester sauce for some tang some celery salt, now a lot of people ask me what did
the chicken mcnugget factory smell like, 100% one of the seasonings they used was celery
salt, it smelt just like that, it is crazy.
Some good quality pepper sauce and also some runny honey, give that a mix together and
a taste just tweak to your own liking, I added some extra pepper sauce because I wanted a
cheeky bit of spank.
When it comes to chicken wings you can actually get the wings precut in the shops individually
but I actually had to buy the bits that were all joined together so it is quite easy to
do you just need a good sharp knife and slice firmly between the two joins to separate the
two pieces any leftover pieces of chicken can be used in stock but you are left with
some really nice wing I nearly said ring then I lost my wedding ring last night think that
is why it is on the brain, if you are struggling with it a little tip I found was to use a
rolling pin and bash your knife and really get through it easy, so all you are going
to do is add some good bits of chicken in to your marinade and spoon it all around get
it nice and coated cover it in cling film then shove in the fridge which I decided to
show this angle again from the new part of the house which is weird I used to park my
car there, so that is in there ideally if you can leave it overnight that would be even
better, and here is a pug shot for no reason, I may start adding pug shots to videos every
single one so grab a lined baking tray and lift with some tongs the wings that have been
marinated bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes just to initially get them cooked
through and that coat on there you can actually brush them if you want to get that extra coat
but you need to reserve the marinade for later on.
After that first bake in the oven, turn up the oven temperature as that will give it
a real nice crisp finish but also drizzle on some more marinade so brush that all on
there then pour the whole marinade on top and drizzle it all over push it around get
it all coated kind of like you are lathering yourself in sun lotion on the beach, shove
that in the oven again for around 20 minutes until lightly charred, it was smelling so
good in the kitchen bring it out be careful when you take it out as the tray is bubbling
you do not want to put your finger in that, I nearly did, so then it was a case of arranging
on a plate I had some sour cream dip which I put in a dish and stacked around the plate
and I think I caught boston having a sneaky look, but pretending he was not, but he was,
dunking it in that sour cream dip having a nibble was phenomenal so good, I absolutely
love this recipe really hope you give it a go, as I say it originated from the bbc good
food website so check that out too, if you do try it send me a picture I would love to
see how you get on any recipe requests let me know down below and do not forget to subscribe
for regular recipes and food fun, I am going to demolish all of those right now, oi stop
it, you get dog biscuits.

How To Vlog Like A Boss - Duration: 7:22.
I'm going to do that again.
For the bright side of branding, business, and being your own boss.
Hey, boss.
It's Sunny Lenarduzzi.
Welcome to the Sunny Show, for the bright side of branding, business, and being your
own boss.
I don't often do this, but when I do it's usually someone pretty rad, and I'm very,
very, very excited to have a very special guest on the Sunny Show today.
Amy Shmittauer is a new media triple threat, YouTuber, key not speaker, and author, and
one of the OG YouTuber in our social media and marketing space with her channel, Savvy
Sexy Social.
I have mad respect for this woman, and in her new book, Blog Like a Boss: How to Kill
it Online with Video Blogging, she shares tips and tactics to create videos that get
you the attention that you deserve.
I invited Amy to share some of those tips and tactics and her genius with all of you,
so without further ado, I will let the Vlog Boss herself take it away.
Hey, there.
I'm Amy from Savvy Sexy Social on YouTube.
What's up, bosses?
I'm the Vlog Boss.
Nice to meet you.
I want to share just a couple of tips on how you can vlog like a boss.
Why would I be telling you that?
Because I wrote a book about it.
Okay?
We're going to have some fun.
The first, most important thing is to have a plan.
You want to know what your brand is going to be about and how people are going to talk
about you when you're not in the room, which usually you're not in the room, because you're
in your own room making videos.
What is it that you want people to say about you?
What is it that you want people to repeat to their friends, so that they will tune into
you as well?
This is going to define the type of videos that you make, the type of vlogs that you
share with the world, so make sure that you've defined that for yourself.
It'll really give you a great understanding of what territory you want to play in versus
what's not going to work out.
Number two, look at the camera like it's a human being.
I mean, come on.
You're talking to people.
You are not talking to a device.
Okay.
Maybe you're talking to a device, but it's not supposed to be like that.
This is actually a vehicle for your message.
It's going to reach people.
It is going to affect their lives.
It's going to make them better.
It's going to entertain them maybe a little bit.
Whatever it is your purpose is, it's for a person.
It's not for your own complexity.
Make sure that you keep that in mind, because it is so critical that you come off that way.
It is the capital and number one mistake people make is that they don't look at the camera
like it's a person.
I've named my person.
I'm thinking of her right now, and that's what makes the impact.
You don't have to have a ton of experience.
You even can be working on how much you know about your space, but if you don't look at
the lens of the camera like it's a person, you won't get as far.
That's the one thing you could do to be 10 to 100 times better than everybody else that's
trying to do this.
Number three, don't introduce yourself at the beginning of a video.
That's right.
That's what I said.
Don't introduce yourself at the beginning of a video.
Now, unless it's a shtick and it's something you say on repeat every single time at the
beginning of your videos, so much so that your audience could repeat it back to you
for you, just don't do it.
If they clicked on a title they thought was interesting in a social feed or search, they're
there for that purpose.
You should treat them like they've been watching you forever, like this isn't your first video.
You should be treating them like they are already loyal, because the sooner that you
do, the sooner they actually will be.
That's what makes content so binge-able, and that's what we need, especially in a place
like YouTube, where we get more traffic and more excitement toward our stuff when we keep
people watching videos.
That's what YouTube wants from us.
That's what every social platform wants from us.
Keep your stuff binge-able by not wasting a lot of time in the beginning with your elevator
pitch.
It's a safe place, at least it feels like, to be when you press record to start talking
about yourself, but in fact that's your call to action.
Wait for it until the end.
If your audience makes it to the end of the video, they're going to be thrilled, and tickled,
and excited to learn who you are and what they should do next.
Next, stop worrying about what kind of camera you have.
I'm pretty sure if you're watching this, you have a smart phone.
Your probably watching this on a smart phone.
Guess what else that thing can do.
Yeah.
You guessed it.
Your smart phone can vlog too.
You know what?
There's some things we got to do sometimes, like audio and lighting, and you know what?
It's called the sun and maybe a little bit of carpet.
We can work with what we have, get started with what we have.
Sunny is such an amazing example of this.
She just got started with what she had, and look at how amazing that that impacted you.
You're still here, and she's continued to grow.
The same things happened for me.
I started with the camera I had in 2007.
We didn't even have smart phone video yet, but I found a way to make video anyway, without
having to spend a bunch of my own income, and that's what made it work, because I used
what I had.
I got it out there, and I stayed consistent.
That's my last tip.
If you really want to vlog like a boss, you will trust that your audience, no matter how
small, wants you to be there.
They want you to show up so bad.
All you have to do is that.
Decide what your schedule is.
It can be once a week.
It might be once a month right now.
If that's reality, then just do it.
Just do it.
Don't decide, "Oh.
I went too long.
I guess I quit now."
It's not about that.
They're still expecting you to come back.
If you say that you're going to, then do it.
Stick to the schedule that makes sense for you.
Upgrade it when you have time.
Industry standard on YouTube is once a week, so do not be afraid of once a week if that's
the deal for you.
Remember that they still are expecting you, so if you've been putting off that next one,
you've still got a chance.
Those are my tips for how to vlog like a boss, and I hope that you enjoyed them and are potentially
interested in reading a little bit more about that.
Thanks, Amy.
Those tips were awesome, and I know everyone's going to get so much out of it.
Hey, you guys.
Through the magic of YouTube ...
I know.
It's incredible.
... we happen to make make it together, so this is great.
Thank you for the tips.
They were rad.
Of course.
Of course.
We're both here at Social Media Marketing Worlds.
We used the opportunity to actually see each other in real life.
Who knew?
Who knew this happens?
People do this.
Yeah.
There's a world outside of the internet.
It's crazy.
It's crazy.
Amazing.
So, Amy, you have something special for the viewers?
Yeah.
I would love for you guys to get a copy of my book, Vlog Like a Boss, which, like an
idiot, I'm not holding in my hand right now, but that's okay.
Just go check it out.
The link, I think you're going to put it in there.
Below.
I want to give away a few copies, because Sunny let me hang out with you guys today.
Absolutely.
Giving away three copies of the book.

Former nurse claims to communicate with extraterrestrials? - Duration: 15:05.
In this video, former nurse talks to aliens, I want to show you 3 UFO MUFON cases and responding
to comments about UFO proof, keep watching.
Hi, I'm Heathcliff and this is Lions Ground.
I hope you have a fantastic day.
On April 3, Megan Palin, author of News.com.au, published a remarkable story about a former
nurse named Kerrie-Ann who claims to communicate with extraterrestrials which contain a video
where she gives a lecture.
Here's a little piece of the video (0:20)
The
purpose of talking to aliens is to deliver the message to human and animals to help us
with one of the main targets 'The Awakening'.
If this story was published on April 1st nobody would take this story seriously.
She claims to communicate telepathically with aliens almost a decade.
They take over her body and share important messages.
"They're not waiting for the government to disclose their existence they're going
to do it themselves," I quote from the website.
Well, it's about time, hurry up.
I will leave a link in the video description so you can read the full article and watch
the video in question.
I'm a little bit skeptical about this kind of stories.
Maybe you remember me doing an interview with Annemarie Smit, a psychic.
after reading this story, I think, what's next?
A book?
I'm not saying she's lying but just saying be careful with accepting her words.
I don't care how convincing someone sounds, the evidence is the only key to the truth.
UFO cases
First MUFON case, 82929, Agassiz, British Columbia, Canada, March 21st.
According to the description, the witness was in the hot tub and looked up and saw this.
In this 2 minute video, it starts with 4 orbs, and slowly they start to disappear to 3 lights,
2 until they fully disappeared.
I have not verified anything, so what I say is not factual.
But it could be flares.
Download the video yourself and study the footage.
I will leave the case number and link below.
Than, case 82923 occurred in Atlanta, US on April 1st.
It looks almost the same as the previous footage.
So if you want to investigate I would start with.
What's near?
Did they plan paradiving event?
It looks quite low, is there a building standing, is the witness not confused with lighting
inside?
The witness says the lights are spreading but I don't see it.
When you download the video and move forward and backward fast you don't see any difference.
So case 82923, MUFON.com I will leave a link and case number in the video description.
The next one is clearly a spot on the windshield, lol.
Case 82916, Melbourne, Australia.
I don't see anything else than that black spot, maybe a dead fly, on the windshield.
Again I will leave a direct link with the case number in
the video description.
Now I am going to respond to a few comments made below the video "Why UFO Proof falls
under top internet hoaxes: Behind the mask"
Lets start with the e-mail I received today from UNIROCK or Jason.
He wrote: "Thank you so much my friend.
No worries, kyle will try to get back at you but he will not be able to.
His claims are weak.
In this challenge you will always come out ahead.
You have integrity.
Kyle is a faker, a hoaxer, it is why he did not ask third phase the questions he should
have.
You have nothing to worry about I've talked to many people, they are all disgusted at
kyle and they all look up to you in this community.
Don't let kyle get to you, you have the upper hand… just my advice.
Thank you again.
"
First of all, thank you first and your support in the investigation.
You came with very important information about Kyle.
Guys, his channel is featured on my channel as an Honorable lion.
I have much respect what he did and secondly, he's a former US soldier, which i sincerely
respect.
I am not worried about Kyle.
Yes, he will try everything now to save his ass right now.
Someone asked during a hidden live session about my video.
His only response is ...and PS take a good look at his face ....
that's a face of a lying thief.
What do you expect "Yes, I pretended I had cancer and I left state with the money," say
Dilema Radio an underground pure rap/Hip Hop Radio from the US.
I have seen many people come and go on Youtube.
I have experienced a lot of crazy things before Kyle.
Kyle will go too, and if he continues people now know about him.
Maybe it's a coincidence but I always say.
People who advertise with the word truth are those you need to worry about.
Because in my opinion, truth does not have to be sold, it speaks for itself.
The fact is, he's a smooth criminal and today you need to watch out for Identity theft which
is hot right now.
I kicked him off from my Facebook.
No thank you.
But UNIROCK, he forgets another person, also a former US soldier is on to him right now
who has easy access to things than both of us.
He better can stop that bullshit before I am going to publish everything.
He doesn't want me to do that.
Buddy Bolton said: "I can't / can believe Kyle ripped off all those people - what a
huge scumbag!!" Yeah I know, the nerve he has to judge others.
He's not in a position to judge people.
Thanks for your support my brother.
Another video by DropbearKelly, "As a cancer sufferer, I'm disgusted and so angry.
My deep felt, sincere condolences to you and your family upon losing your cousin.
I'm so very sorry for your loss Heathcliff.
RIP Elizabeth.
I'm getting close to remission with 2nd bout of cancer as you know, anyone who could lie
about such a horrendous thing to go through and especially lie to their loved ones, who
they thus put through the horror that is suffering from and getting treated for cancer.
That is wicked beyond belief.
And to ask others for money?
That ppl, is pure scum and evil.
"
Mrjucepa from Spain said in Spanish, "This piece of shit ..... he should be put in jail
.....". Yes, you're absolutely right.
A person with that status would be a jail bitch.
Last and not least Alien Addict said "I'm sure your Cousin is Proud of you mate.
6th time I've watched this now I wish I could say I enjoyed your video Heathcliff but this
has made me Sad angry and I want answers, as I'm sure everyone does that is a Fan of
Kyle."
Yeah, I leave it up to you to tell people because that's something private.
But yeah, you understand exactly how it feels just like Dropbearkelly.
I couldn't say goodbye to my cousin just like my father, so it's deep.
But this gives me the power to snap the neck of UFO proof.
TO all the people who watched the video and placed comments.
Thank you so much for your massive support.
Don't fall for his words, because he's a con artist.
Protect yourself.
The only people you can trust are the people you really love, who picks you up when you're
down and the person you see in the mirror.
Nobody else.
Be careful, the internet is filled with delusions and I believe Kyle is a great example.

I'll see in the next video.

Beauty and the Beast - Duration: 10:21.
[Elizabeth Viatkin:] Hey!
This is Elizabeth from Havana in Cuba.
And you're watching WhatImDoingRightNow.
[ Mechanism whirring ]
[Michael Aranda: ] Good morning, kitten.
Good morning, other kitten.
[Michael:] I did not sleep terribly well last night,
so I feel pretty groggy.
I'm playing with this FeiyuTech gimbal again today.
I don't know how to tell how much battery power it has left
so I'm not sure when I expect this thing to die.
It's raining a little bit.
This thing is certainly… heavier than just holding a phone.
[ Jeep engine starts ] My arm is hurting a little bit.
[ High pitched hum ] [Katelyn Salem:] Ooh my—
(Laughing) I'm a little squeaky.
I'm a little bit squeaky.
[Michael:] I wonder if there's a way to change how…
quickly this thing reacts to turning it.
It feels really sluggish.
[Katelyn:] Yeah, it does a little bit.
[Michael:] I want it to react quicker when I point
the camera in any given direction.
When—When I point the handle in a given direction,
I want the camera to be there more quickly.
This thing really has a problem maintaining a level horizon.
I mean, now it's all… wonky.
[Nicole Sweeney:] I think…
I think it is... it is…
[Nick Jenkins:] Fine.
[Nicole:] ...fine.
[Nick:] Oh, yeah, I agree.
[Michael:] We're about to film Sociology, episode 11.
(Reading) "How many cultures are there in the world?"
[ Dance music ]
[Hank Green:] It's just—it's so [Andrew Rizzo:] It's easier.
[Hank:] It's so much less accidental pregnancy.
[Hank:] Are you filming right now!?
[ Michael chuckles ] God damn it.
[Caitlin Hofmeister:] Hi Michael!
Hi Katelyn!
[Andrew:] Look at all these toys!
[Hank:] I didn't take my shirt off…
[Michael:] Did you finish your work?
[Ceri Riley:] Uh… no.
[Michael:] Hm.
But look how stable this shot is.
[Ceri:] Wow… so stable.
[Michael:] I know.
[Michael:] I think I said this yesterday, but my least favorite thing
about this gimbal device
is that it seems like… it ends up being kinda tilty.
And I found the instructions for this thing online,
and I... followed the directions
to reset its horizontal rotation, and it, uh… didn't help.
So, I don't know.
[Katelyn:] Is it always tilting more, like, this way?
[Michael:] It seems to depend which side the gimbal ends up on.
It—It tilts downward, away from the side being held.
[Michael:] Such a smooth car ride!
[Katelyn:] Ooooh!
It's 'cause I have a luxury vehicle.
[Michael:] I'm surprised that this thing's battery is still going.
So— [Katelyn:] Have you been using it
during the day?
At work? [Michael:] I haven't used it a ton
But, like...
[Michael:] I didn't even charge the battery after I opened the box.
[Katelyn:] Yeah.
[Michael:] So I—I'm impressed that it's still going.
Battery, plus.
Tiltiness, negative.
I guess instead of "plus" and "negative"
I should have said "plus, minus" [Katelyn:] [Laughs] Yeah.
[Michael:] Kelsey…
Is that a squahsh?
[Kelsey:] (In an accent) A buttahnut squahsh?
[Michael:] A squahsh.
[Katelyn:] It's a squish.
[Michael:] What are you gonna do with that squahsh?
[Kelsey:] Uh… it's a secret.
[Michael:] Oh.
Okay.
[Kelsey:] It's not… to eat…
[Michael:] What do you have in your hand, Kelsey?
[Kelsey:] It's a vegan version of a food
that...
I did not think anyone would dare to make vegan.
Are you gonna guess?
[Michael:] Pig feet.
[Kelsey:] Tuna.
[Michael:] Vegan Tuna.
[Kelsey:] It was strange enough that I picked it up.
And I said, "I'm gonna buy it because I'm curious."
[Michael:] (Reading) Ingredients are: Pea protein, pea starch, water, olive oil,
potato starch,
sea salt, seaweed powder, organic agave nectar, organic apple cider vinegar, black pepper...
konjac powder?
I've never heard of that.
And ginger.
It's, uh…
"100% plant based - So delicious!"
[Kelsey:] I'm sure the first part of that's true,
I think the second part is maybe, uh, debatable.
[Michael:] Do you like tuna?
[Kelsey:] Yeah, tuna's fine,
which is why I was like, "Oh, this is interesting enough
that I'll pay (scoffing) $5 for it."
[Michael:] (Astonished) That was $5?!
[Kelsey:] $5 for a thing of tuna!
Regular tuna, if you go to the store, it's like 60 cents for a can of tuna.
So this better just… blow my mind.
[Michael:] Ehh…
[Michael:] Vegan tuna, customer reviews…
[Kelsey:] (Distantly) Oh!
[Michael:] (Reading) "I wish I could give 0 stars."
[ Kelsey laughs in the background ]
[Michael:] "I have been vegan for a long time and am used to proxies.
This is, hands-down, the grossest thing I've encountered as a vegan."
[Kelsey:] Is this from their website?
[Michael:] Uh, this is from veganessentials.com.
[Kelsey:] Are there any positive reviews?
[Michael:] This person who gave it 5 stars says,
"I've had this several times now, prepared in different ways.
I prepared it like tuna the first time, with Vegenaise
and onion on bread and it was alright, nothing special.
After that, I found myself crave it.
[ Katelyn chuckles ] So I had that again and enjoyed it more.
More recently I used it as filling for vegan tacos and OMG, so good!
Should be called 'vegan helper' as it is almost exactly like ground beef!"
(Sarcastically) Which is exactly what I want from my tuna...
[Kelsey:] … What?
[Michael:] (Continues to read) "Amazing and delicious.
Love it.
Will buy more in the future.
Thank you."
[ Michael laughs ] [Kelsey:] Uh....
[Michael:] We are about to see the new "Beauty and the Beast" movie.
Kelsey, how do you feel about Emma Watson?
[Kelsey:] She's a hottie.
[Katelyn:] Hueh?
[Michael:] Katelyn?
[Katelyn:] Yeah?
[Michael:] How do you feel about Emma Watson?
[Katelyn:] I think that if I could be any other person in the world,
I would wanna be Emma Watson.
[Michael:] Ceri?
[Ceri:] Mhm?
[Michael:] How do you feel about Emma Watson?
[Ceri:] Positively.
[ Katelyn laughs ] [Michael:] I too feel positively
about Emma Watson.
If I had the opportunity to be friends with Emma Watson,
I would take it.
Do you know what else I would be excited to do with Emma Watson?
[Katelyn:] I can guess…
[Michael:] Spread the good news of feminism, of course.
[Katelyn:] Oh, yeah, I mean...
[Ceri:] I was gonna guess "eat a burger."
[Michael:] Eat a burger?
That's up there too!
[Michael:] Hey, look at this little dog up here!
[Kelsey:] (Excitedly) Hi! Come here!
[ Dog barks ] Oh, are you gonna be mean?
[ Dog barks more ] [Katelyn:] (Imitating the dog) I don't know
you, get away!
[Michael:] Toddly.
[Todd Williams:] Michael!
[Michael:] How do you feel about "Beauty and the Beast"?
[Todd:] Nostalgic.
I'm looking forward to it.
[Michael:] Look at this big line of people all waiting to see this movie.
[Todd:] They're all gonna sing.
[Michael:] I—I don't— I don't want it.
Todd just pointed out to me that there's a high chance
that people are gonna start singing along with the songs in this movie.
[Kelsey:] You don't wanna sing with?
[Michael:] That's not the movie experience that I'm after.
[ Dance music ]
[Michael:] Okay, so without, uh, needing to explain,
out of 5 stars, how many would you give it?
[Todd:] Ehh, Wh—wh—what's an "ehh"?
Like 2, 3?
[Ceri:] 3.
[Katelyn:] 3.
[Michael:] I would give it two stars.
There were a lot of things that bothered me a little bit about it.
But mainly…
I feel like, in a story, the most important thing is characters
and we went, like, 75% of the movie without seeing anybody think about anything.
It was just, like, people doing stuff without thinki—
I don't know if it's like a script problem
or an editing problem or a directing problem or somewhere in between,
but the pacing felt weird.
[Katelyn:] Yeah, the pacing—
everything was going by really quickly.
[Michael:] So fast!
Like, you didn't see anyone stop and think— [Katelyn:] It was like you didn't get a break.
Yeah.
[Michael:] Until there was the scene when Beast decides to let Belle go
and that was the first time where I was like, "Oh!
Acting!
Someone's thinking about something!"
I feel bad only giving it two stars because, you know,
some day when Emma Watson and I
are like really good friends... [ Katelyn laughs ]
I'm going to have to explain to her that I didn't really like her "Beauty and the
Beast" movie.
But— [Katelyn:] That's funny that you say that
'Cause that's like—I was thinking about what I wanted
to rate this movie, like, "Awwww!
Emma!
[ Ceri laughs ] I'm sorry, but it wasn't that great."
[Michael:] The sounds design the whole time was really,
like super compressed sounding and loud.
To the point where it was hard to hear all the time
what people were actually saying.
Especially when the music was going on.
[Katelyn:] I feel like that was sort of
the theater's fault.
[Todd:] Yeah.
[Katelyn:] Because when they were playing the previews and stuff, it sounded just like…
they went out for the screen, but then they didn't
get the right speakers—
[Todd:] High quality speakers.
[Katelyn:] They—they skimped out on the speakers.
[Michael:] I was super disappointed the first time
that Emma shows up and she started singing
[ Kelsey groans ] [Michael:] Because it was like
super obvious that she was super autotuned.
It was very divorced from the visuals going on
and what I mean by that is
when she goes into her house and she sees her dad and he's singing
you could tell that he was singing live while they were filming it
and they used that audio.
But pretty much everywhere else in the film, they obviously recorded the song first
and then were lipsyncing to it and it never really gelled.
It never really felt like I was watching someone actually sing.
[Todd:] Speaking of singing, did you hear the lady behind you singing?
[Michael:] We were, like, most-way through the movie and I was, like, (excitedly) "Yes!
No one has sung yet."
But then, uh, "The Tale as Old as Time" started,
and then someone back there started singing
and I was like "Dammit."
[Katelyn:] One of the things that I did like about this is that the…
songs still felt very much like the original— They didn't change
a bunch of stuff about that.
They didn't, like, try to spice it up or anything.
It just— it felt like the original songs.
[Michael:] But, honestly, the singing thing would bother me
not-at-all if I felt like... the story itself had been well-told;
and I don't feel like it was.
In a cartoon I feel like it's easier to get over the fact
that there's a human falling in love with a non-human,
but when it's live-action…
I felt weird.
It was a little bit too beastiality-y. [Todd:] Well I—I kept—
[Michael:] My feeling is, if you really, really want to see this movie: go see it.
But, if you're like, "Eh...On the fence;" (stage whispering) maybe wait until it's
on Netflix.
Emma, I'm so sorry.
[Michael:] I was looking back at my running history for this year so far
and I found that I have crossed over the 100 mile mark.
I think right now I'm at 106 miles for the year.
So that's a fun milestone to have passed.
However…
I want to run 2017 miles in 2017; that means that I am currently
99 miles behind schedule.
So, for the next 99 runs, if I just add an extra mile,
then, uh...
I'll catch up.
Or I could just add an extra 3 miles to the next 33 runs.
I dunno.
But, uh…
I'm about to get a jog in and I'm going to try to throw some extra
milage on it.
I ran 4.66 miles, and now I'm sleepy.
Tomorrow, though, is going to be very exciting because it's Todd's 30th birthday.
So there's some… fun activities planned.
I guess with that, I'll see you tomorrow.
