MITCH McCONNELL. THIS IS KIND OF THE ROAD THAT

FOLKS EXPECTED HIM TO GO DOWN ONCE DEMOCRATS MADE IT CLEAR

LIKE YOUR COLLEAGUES ON THE SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, THAT

THEY WOULD TRY TO FILIBUSTER. >> THERE ARE BATTLES WORTH

FIGHTING, AND THIS IS ONE. JUDGE GORSUCH WILL NOT BE A

JUSTICE FOR ALL OF THE PEOPLE. THOSE OF US WHO SAT THROUGH FOUR

DAYS OF THE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE HEARINGS, I CERTAINLY CAME TO

THE CONCLUSION THAT HE WOULD JUST CONTINUE THE TREND OF THE

ROBERTS COURT TO MOVE TOWARD CONTINUING TO SUPPORT

CORRESPONDENT INTERESTS OVER INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS.

AND THERE ARE SO MANY DECISIONS LIKE THIS, 5-4 DECISIONS.

IN FACT, TODAY IS EQUAL PAY DAY. IT'S TAKEN WOMEN THIS LONG TO

MAKE THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT IT TAKES A MAN TO MAKE AT

THE END OF THE YEAR. ONE OF THE 5-4 DECISIONS THAT

I'M SURE JUDGE GORSUCH WOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE RIGHT OF

LIMITING LILY LEDBETTER, THE CASE THAT SURPRISED ALL OF THE

COURT WATCHERS, IN WHICH THEY REALLY CONSTRAINED A WOMAN'S

ABILITY TO GET HER DAY IN COURT FOR DISCRIMINATORY PAY.

THAT'S WHY EVERY MEMBER OF THE SUPREME COURT MAKES A DIFFERENCE

AND WHY THE MOST CONSERVATIVE PEOPLE IN THE COUNTRY,

ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS THE -- WELL, YOU KNOW WHICH

ORGANIZATIONS, ARE SUPPORTING JUDGE GORSUCH.

TO THE TUNE OF SPENDING OVER $10 MILLION ON HIS BEHALF.

CONSENSUS ON LEGISLATION. I DON'T THINK THERE IS, AS MY

FRIEND SHELDON WHITEHOUSE SIDE THIS MORNING, I DON'T THINK

THERE IS AN APPETITE TO MOVE DOWN THAT ROAD FOR LEGISLATION.

PRESIDENT OBAMA DID NOT GET REELECTED AND THAT HE WOULD

STYMIE HIS EFFORTS AT EVERY TURN.

IT'S ONE OF THE REASONS THAT LED US TO CHANGE THE RULES TO ALLOW

FOR AN UP OR DOWN VOTE ON THE PRESIDENT'S NOMINEES, BECAUSE

HUNDREDS OF JUDICIAL NOMINEES AS WELL AS APPOINTMENTS WERE BEING

HELD UP BY THE REPUBLICANS. THEY FILIBUSTERED OVER 500

TIMES. SO WE ARE WHERE WE ARE.

I AM HOPEFUL THAT, AS WE GO FORWARD, THAT THERE WILL NOT BE

A NUCLEAR OPTION ON LEGISLATION. AS I SAID, NOBODY IS FORCING

MITCH McCONNELL TO GO DOWN THIS PATH.

IF HE REALLY CARED ABOUT A SUPREME COURT, LIFETIME

APPOINTMENT, MAKING DECISIONS THAT IMPACT OUR LIVES FOR

DECADES, THAT THAT PERSON, ALL THOSE NOMINEES, SHOULD GET AT

LEAST 60 VOTES TO GO FORWARD. I DON'T THINK THAT'S BEING

UNREASONABLE. >> DO YOU THINK YOU CAN FLIP

THAT ARGUMENT IF YOU'RE, FOR EXAMPLE, MITCH McCONNELL AND

SAY, HEY, DEMOCRATS ARE THE ONES WHO COULD NOT FILIBUSTER, RIGHT,

AND SORT OF MAKE THE OPPOSITE ARGUMENT FROM THAT PERSPECTIVE.

BUT IN MY VIEW, A JUSTICE NOMINEE WHO IS SUPPORTED BY THE

FACT, ONE OF THE REASONS THAT THIS WHOLE NOMINATION, I THINK,

IS BEING FAST-TRACKED, FASTER THAN ANY OTHER SUPREME COURT

NOMINEE, WITH NOT GIVING PEOPLE IN AMERICA A CHANCE TO REALLY

WEIGH IN, IS BECAUSE THERE IS A VERY IMPORTANT CASE HAVING TO DO

WITH SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE THAT THESE CONSERVATIVE

GROUPS WOULD WANT JUDGE GORSUCH'S VOTE ON.

Yesterday, I asked myself how the globalists will fit all their planned crises together

in a coherent chain of events.

The answer came to me today: if the globalists go for it this year, the NWO transition will

take place in three phases�

Phase One � Initial US vs China war crisis, global economic crisis, May Day chaos in the

streets, and Trump replaced with Pence (late-April thru May)

Phase Two � Wealth confiscation (bank bail-ins), crisis building between US and Russia, and

a formal BRICS proposal to implement the NWO�s �gold-backed� financial system and UN

�reforms� as the solution (May thru September)

Phase Three � War crisis with Russia, counter-coup in America (Pence replaced with Rand Paul),

total system shutdown, and a reboot into the Putin-led NWO (September onward)

it's chocolate Cadbury chocolate expects

guys come on so the cadbury eggs we have

in America are like this small and they

have like sugar like doing things in it

so I thought that this one would have

the same thing but I guess just like way

too big to have all that sugar inside so

the next thing I have is our views jaffa

cakes I have no idea there so it lets

leave it 10 spongy cake with that which

with the orange e center all right um

let's have it go this is very popular

okay all right it has like orange stuff

in it which obviously was expecting to

set it I really liked orange jelly stuff

but it's not bad oh I'm in my boring

what's up next I'm going to try this

crunchy cereal bottom so I thought this

would be fitting because it's double

know how in the UK there's like

candy bars in America that have liked to

good I'm trying for dish snack so these

are from high schoo salt and vinegar

flavor potato crisps I wonder how these

really weird actually I would think

America would have more oily chips

mean they're not bad example excuse i'm

definitely going to avoid the next thing

i have is the digestive from mix like 50

these this is a milk chocolate because i

don't want to get the plain one because

i like milk chocolate also in the u.s.

digestives are supposed to like give you

fibers you can eliminate or get rid of

sort i Jes or

so we only have less than 1 gram of

fiber so I'm a little bit Wow oh these

also came highly recommended so up i got

them in all these three chocolate

like a big hit and photographer

choice probably not they kind of taste

like if you've ever had a graham cracker

before it kind of tastes like a more

like bitter version of a graham cracker

but it's not bitter it just tastes like

people in the world lie a lot of people

lie okay I however do not okay I do not

lie to you guys I tell you the truth I

did not want to even make that video

explaining everything it was very hard

for me to make that video so let me just

go ahead and explain myself a little bit

for you guys you guys can understand

this a little bit better the the timing

of the video when it went up on the

first of April obviously April Fool's

Day that was seriously guys it was not

planned to be that way it was just

coincidence looking at my face if you

don't believe me I'm sorry I really am

Tuning Up a Riding Lawn Mower - Duration: 6:19.

Hi, Wayne here from Sears PartsDirect.

Today we're going to tune up a riding lawn mower.

Tuning up your mower engine every year helps your engine last longer and perform better.

The first step is to gather the supplies for the tune-up.

You need an oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, motor oil and spark plug—or 2 spark plugs

if your engine has 2 cylinders.

Many mowers have a sticker under that hood that lists part numbers for these supplies.

Of course, you need a drain pan or container to catch the old oil.

Use a container with a spout or a cover so you can carry the old oil to a collection

facility after the oil change.

Also grab a strap wrench to loosen and tighten the oil filter.

If you lost the oil drain tube that came with your mower (like I did), then you need one

like this.

This little hose helps you drain the oil directly into the oil pan without making a mess.

Once you gather the supplies, run the mower for a few minutes in a well-ventilated area.

This will warm the oil so it drains easily.

Park the mower on a level surface.

Set the parking brake and remove the ignition key.

Lift the hood and disconnect the spark plug wire (or wires if your engine has more than

one cylinder).

Now we're ready to get started with the oil change.

To give you a better view, we've removed the hood.

Remove the fastener from the lower right dash cover.

Carefully slide the dash cover up slightly to release the locking tabs and remove the

cover.

Remove the oil drain valve cap and install the oil drain tube.

Put an oil pan under the drain tube to catch the draining oil.

Push in and turn the drain valve counterclockwise to unlock it and then pull the drain valve

outward to open.

Remove the oil dipstick, taking care to keep debris out of the dipstick opening.

Let the engine oil drain until it stops completely.

Push the drain valve in and turn clockwise until the pin locks.

Remove the oil drain tube and reinstall the drain valve cap.

Reinstall the dash cover and secure it with the fastener.

Now that we've drained the oil, we'll replace the oil filter.

Remove the fastener from the lower left dash cover and pull off the cover to access the

oil filter.

Move the oil drain pan under the oil filter to catch drips from the filter.

Use a strap wrench to turn the oil filter counterclockwise to unlock it.

Remove the filter and wipe off any oil spills off the mower frame.

Lubricate the new oil filter's seal with a light coat of new oil.

Position the new filter on the engine and turn the filter clockwise to lock it in place.

Pull the oil drain pan from under the mower.

The final step is to add the new oil.

Because some oil might remain in the mower after you drain it, you might end up adding

less than the amount specified in the owner's manual.

To avoid overfilling, follow these steps.

Pour clean oil through the dipstick tube, stopping several ounces before the full amount

specified in the owner's manual.

Wait a minute for the oil to settle in the engine sump.

To check the oil level, wipe the dipstick with a shop rag and push the dipstick all

the way into the dipstick opening and lock it, and then unlock it and pull it out.

If the oil doesn't reach the top of the full mark on the dipstick, add a little more

oil, wait a minute and check again.

Repeat until oil reaches the top of the full mark.

Reinsert the dipstick.

Next, we'll change the air filter.

This engine uses a foam pre-filter and air filter, so replace both when you tune up the

engine.

Turn the air filter cover retaining knobs counterclockwise to release and pull off the

air filter cover.

Release the air filter from the intake tube and pull out the filter.

Slide the new pre-filter over the new air filter and attach to the intake tube.

Slide the filter into the housing and reinstall the air filter cover.

Turn the retaining knobs clockwise to lock the cover in place.

Now it's time to replace the spark plug.

Use a spark plug wrench to remove the spark plug from the engine cylinder.

Using a gap tool, set the gap on the spark plug to the gap specified in your owner's manual.

For this engine, the gap is .03 inches.

Thread the new spark plug into the engine and tighten it with the spark plug wrench.

Don't reconnect the spark plug wire yet.

The last item we'll replace on this engine is the fuel filter.

Use two pinch-off pliers to clamp the fuel line on both sides of the fuel filter.

Place a shop rag under the filter to catch fuel.

Release the hose clamps and pull the fuel line off each side of the fuel filter.

Remove the filter and wipe up any spills.

Connect the fuel line to each side of the new filter using the pliers.

Release the hose pinch-off pliers from each side of the fuel filter.

Reinstall the lower left dash, and tighten it with the fastener.

Reconnect the spark plug wire and lower the mower hood.

Now that we have everything installed, we'll start the engine and re-check the oil level.

In a well-ventilated area, we'll run the engine for a few minutes to move the oil through

the engine, and then shut it off and check the oil level.

Allow a minute for the oil to settle in the engine sump.

Lift the mower hood and check the oil level one more time.

Add oil if needed to hit the full mark on the dipstick.

Now you can dust off your hands and pat yourself on the back for taking such good care of your

engine.

The engine will pay you back with years of efficient and dependable service.

What Level Is Ash Ketchum's Pikachu?! (Pokemon Theory) - Duration: 8:10.

Hey guys, HDvee here!

Now if you're like me, you've seen the Pokemon Anime, and of course, you'll most

likely know about all of the mysteries surrounding it too, such as why Ash Ketchum doesn't

age, who Ash Ketchum's father is and why Poliwag is named Poliwrath in the Pokerap,

these questions have stuck with us for as long as we can remember.

However, another big question that has been floating around since the start of the Pokemon

anime, is of course, what level is Ash Ketchum's Pikachu?

Ash has travelled with his trusty Pikachu since the start of the anime all the way up

to his current adventure in Alola, so with all of that travelling, Pikachu should have

surely gained a bucket load of experience by now and so, should be a pretty high level.

But on the other hand, some of the battles that Pikachu loses really make you scratch

your head and make you wonder what is actually going on with this little electric mouse.

Well, in today's video we take a look at what level is Ash Ketchum's Pikachu?

Now before we even begin looking at what level Ash Ketchum's Pikachu is, we first have

to decide if levels even exist in the Pokemon Anime, seeing as it's barely ever mentioned

and some Pokemon, such as Ash's Bulbasaur or Squirtle, take part in loads of battles

but haven't evolved yet.

However, looking back at the very first series of the Pokemon Anime, an episode actually

sheds some light on this question.

In the episode titled, 'The School Of Hard Knocks', it goes into quite a bit of detail

about levels of Pokemon in the Anime, so let's look at a brief summary of the episode.

While searching for firewood in the foggy woods, Ash and Pikachu discover a bunch of

prep-school kids bullying a classmate named Joe.

They're all students at Pokémon Technical Institute, which offers classes that allow

trainers to enter the Pokémon League without getting badges.

But Joe says the rough treatment is necessary so he'll be strong enough to graduate.

Still, Ash doesn't like the idea, and demands to meet the person responsible for this "tutoring"

program.

We soon meet this leader, a conceited girl named Giselle.

Brock and Ash are smitten by her looks, but Misty wants to battle.

To Misty's surprise, Giselle's Rock-type Graveler defeats her Water-type Starmie, proving that

matching up types is only one of several factors that determine victory.

As Giselle gloats, Ash challengers her, and Pikachu faces her Cubone.

In multiple parts of this episode, the levels of Pokemon are mentioned.

For instance, Joe talks about the Pokemon Pidgey, and how it evolves into Pidgeotto

at level 18 and Pidgeot at level 36, he also explains the different levels in which this

Pokemon learns certain moves such as it being able to learn whirlwind at

level 21.

This is one of the very few episodes in the anime where the fact that Pokémon learn certain

moves on certain levels is mentioned, or that Pokemon even have levels at all.

So, seeing this mentioned in the Pokemon anime is clear proof that levels do infact exist

in the universe of the Pokemon Anime, so Pikachu has to have some sort of level.

So now that we know that Pokemon do infact have levels in the Pokemon Anime, let's

take a closer look at Ash's Pikachu.

Later on in the episode, Giselle explains that with at least 2 months experience, Ash's

Pikachu should be around level 25, but that it probably isn't there yet.

So going on from this episode in the Pokemon Anime, which is episode 9 may I add, so pretty

close to when Ash Ketchum actually started his Pokemon journey, Pikachu should be level

25, but isn't yet, so let's say that he's around level 20, give or take.

So let's move on to the next piece of information.

In the Pokemon games, a Pikachu learns Thunder at level 58, and Ash's Pikachu learned Thunder

back in Episode 42 of season one, so around the time of this episode being aired, Pikachu

had to be at least level 58, unless Ash taught Pikachu thunder through the use of a TM, but

we never actually saw that happen so it's safe to say that Pikachu learnt the move by

itself.

And since that episode, Pikachu made Team Rocket blast off hundreds of times and has

been in almost every gym battle since.

It also defeated Two Legendary Pokemon and was in a Pokemon contest.

So if it was level 58 less than halfway through season one, and it's done ALL this plus so

much more since then, it's only logical that Pikachu would be coming up to level 100,

right?

Well, this is where it gets awkward.

As you probably already know, Ash's Pikachu lost to Trip's Snivy in the first episode

of the Pokemon black and white anime.

People like to make memes about how Ash's Pikachu seems Unstoppable at times, but still

loses easy battles like to a level 5 Snivy.

So, if Pikachu was a really high level, like it should be, why is it losing to a level

5 starter Pokemon that also has never battled before?

It just doesn't seem to make that much sense to me.

However, Trip's Snivy used Leaf Tornado in order to defeat Pikachu, a move which it

can't learn until level 16.

So unless Trip got lucky and received the most powerful starter Pokemon in the history

of Pokemon, it's fair to say that Pokemon don't learn moves like they do in the Pokemon

games, even though we've already gone over the fact that Pokemon do learn moves at certain

levels in the Pokemon Anime back when Joe was talking about it in that episode from

Season one.

At the end of the day, there are so many inconsistencies in the Pokemon Anime that it's gotten to

the point where you kind of just have to roll with it, I mean Ash has been 10 years old

now for nearly twenty years for goodness sake.

The most logical explanation for Pikachu's level is that it corresponds with the situation

he's in.

For example, being able to take out a Regice would mean that Pikachu's level would have

been high in that situation because he was facing a Legendary Pokemon, and then when

he fought Trip's Snivy, his level dropped in order to correspond with that situation,

because let's be honest, if Ash's Pikachu was level 100 like it should be, every single

episode would just involve Ash easily defeating strong trainers and gym leaders seeing as

his Pikachu's level would completely outclass everything it comes up against, and that just

wouldn't be fun to watch at the end of the day.

But with that, wraps up this video.

Charging a Riding Lawn Mower Battery - Duration: 1:53.

Hi, Wayne here from Sears PartsDirect.

Today we're going to talk about how to charge the battery in a riding mower.

You may need to charge the battery before starting your mower for the first time in

spring.

And you should fully charge your battery before storing your mower for the winter.

Of course, you also need to charge the battery if it's unexpectedly dead—perhaps because

you left the ignition switch on and drained the battery.

Most riding mowers use 12-volt batteries, but some models built before 1980 use a 6-volt battery.

Use a charger that matches the voltage for your battery.

Also, use a charger with an output of 10 amps or less.

Charging a battery with more than 10 amps can damage it.

You can charge the battery without removing it from the mower.

Wear work gloves and eye protection when charging your battery.

First, unplug the battery charger from the outlet.

Lift the seat and connect the red charger cable to the red, positive battery terminal.

Connect the black charger cable to the black, negative battery terminal.

Set the battery charger to 12 volts and 10 amps or less.

Plug in the charger.

The charger should fully charge the battery in one hour at the 10-amp setting.

You might have to charge the battery longer if your amp setting is lower.

Some chargers shut off automatically when the battery reaches a full charge.

Unplug the charger once it indicates the battery is fully charged.

Disconnect the charger cables from the battery and lower the seat.

There you have it—a fully charged battery, ready for use or storage.

Welcome to the 21st Annual Shepard

Symposium on Social Justice.

This Symposium has deep roots in our community,

and was begun by Omowale Akintunde

and Margaret Cooney, from the College of Education

in 1996-97.

This Symposium was started as the Symposium

for the Eradication of Social Inequality,

and the mission was to start

a dialogue between faculty, staff,

students, and the greater community on

issues of social justice in the context

of education.

This Symposium brought hope to our community.

But in 1998, Matthew Shepard was beaten

and left for dead on the outskirts of Laramie.

Only days later would he pass away

as a result of his injuries.

The University of Wyoming, Laramie,

and the community were outraged

that this young man had been killed for

being himself...for being gay.

When Matt was murdered, the anonymous donor

who provided the endowment for the Shepard

Symposium was particularly disturbed by

the brutality and senselessness of the loss.

A few years later, he established

the generous gift to the University of Wyoming

to endow the Symposium in Matt's memory.

This donor worked, for many years,

for the Union Pacific Railroad,

and invested his money well.

He was not a graduate of UW.

He was a frugal man,

and sometimes lived in a small cabin on a

piece of land west of Wheatland, Wyoming.

He was a fan of film, Morris Dees,

and the Southern Poverty Law Center.

His first major gift to the University of Wyoming

was an addition to the original Fine Arts Center,

and his endowment to the Symposium

allows his concern for social justice to continue

to educate and touch us all.

This donor has since passed, yet

we remember and tell his story every year

in gratitude for his courage and compassion.

Matt Shepard is remembered as

being not only a UW student, but for

being a social activist.

In 2002, the Symposium for the Eradication

of Social Inequality changed its name

to bear his name, as a living reminder

that life is precious and meaningful.

It is in his name that we work every year

to build a program and continue the dialogue

around issues of inequality, social justice,

diversity, and change.

This year, our Symposium fits that

theme called Rebel Health: Wellness Without Borders.

Our Symposium looks to

deconstruct the definition of what it means

to be healthy, and for whom

that gift is reserved.

We will have many keynote speakers

and some incredibly special guests.

Dr. Robert Bullard, known

as the father of environmental justice,

will join us for our first keynote address.

We will also be visiting with

Dr. Alison Kafer, and talking about her

Crip Manifesto for Social Justice.

Dr. Drew Brown will be talking with us about

cultural ideas of race, sports, and

masculinity, and redefining our idea of sport.

We will also have the chance to talk with

Aparna Rajagopal-Durbin:

"Grappling with the unconscious bias

and navigating difficult conversations on campus."

We have many incredible sponsors for this event.

Many of them are listed here,

however we have several very special sponsors

and those who have worked very hard

to make this event one that is

both accessible and sustainable.

In the spirit of social justice in action,

the Planning Committee has worked

closely with two student groups,

the Abilities RSO and the Sustainability Club,

to make this symposium maximally

accessible and sustainable.

In addition to physical access, all non-workshop

presentations will have real-time captioning.

Audio description devices will be provided upon request,

and a low-sensory room will be available

for all conference attendees.

Additionally, presenters have been given guidelines

to better plan for accessibility.

In order to make this Symposium a zero-waste event,

all meals are totally vegan,

and the Sustainability Club is working with

Acres Student Farm to compost all materials.

These are exciting initiatives, and we hope to

continue to build upon them in the future.

But we want to recognize our student leaders

for their tremendous work in implementing

these elements into the Symposium this year.

We are committed to having an open,

accessible, and sustainable Symposium.

In order to be as welcoming as possible,

we also ask that you forego using fragrances.

Don't wear perfumes/fragrances,

and take down the scented products.

Please use the unscented pump soaps

that we will provide in the bathrooms,

and not the soap from the wall dispensers.

Most of the presentations in the Central Ballroom

will be live-streamed and captioned.

Please sit near the screen by the stage

We have a little more information

on our zero-waste event.

We don't want to be feeding the fill,

so our event is entirely vegan to meet those ends,

because those are the compostable wastes.

Well, what does it really mean to be zero-waste?

I mean, what in the world could that indicate?

Because of course we're still going to

be generating waste.

But what this means is that we're

designing products and processes

to systematically avoid and eliminate waste,

conserve and recover all resources, and

not burn or bury them.

The goal is to reach 90 percent diversion

through actions such as resource reduction, reuse,

recycling, and composting.

In our efforts to do this, we will be recycling,

we will be composting, and in fact

you may not know it, but Acres Student Farm does an

incredible job of composting a huge amount of waste --

not only from our event, but

throughout the Laramie community.

How can you help? Well, absolutely,

BYOE -- bring your own everything. [Laughing.]

Bring your Nalgene, bring your

reusable coffee mug, bring things that

are limited in the amount of packaging

that you will have to throw away.

Take your notes on a tablet or a laptop.

Go paperless, and if you're a presenter,

please consider sustainability along

with accessibility.

Sometimes this is a balance.

Sometimes we have to use paper

in order to increase access.

But wherever possible, please reuse,

and avoid bringing things that are non-recyclable

or non-compostable.

Sometimes it may seem confusing to relate

environmental justice and social justice.

That is, why does the health of the Earth relate to

the rights of those who have

been most disenfranchised?

Well, on an Earth with finite resources,

often the most marginalized groups benefit the least

from the wealth and resources on our planet,

and suffer the most from the environmental injustices.

Underprivileged communities are often

placed near waste-dumping zones of society,

experience the highest pollution rates,

or see rises in environmentally related

human health issues.

This is why we are striving to create an event

that encourages lifestyles where all beings

are given the chance to thrive.

How to continue zero waste efforts

after the Shepard Symposium?

This is something to do all the time, 24/7.

BYOE all the time.

Avoid using single-use, disposable

materials whenever possible.

And, look to buy, look to reuse, instead of

getting something new, or to buy used

instead of getting something new.

Start your own compost, or encourage your

community to collect household food scraps.

This is a little tougher in Laramie

than it is in some climates, but talk to us

if you want to know a little more

about composting in this dry environment.
