Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Star Bodies.

Today we are going to discus: Can a tummy tuck be performed on someone with a flat belly?

In this channel we discuss everything you need to know

to get that star body that you want.

Welcome back!

There is a huge misconception on what the goal of a tummy tuck is.

People have this impression that to have a tummy tuck,

you need have to have an enlarged abdomen or a big belly.

This is not true.

To determine if you need a tummy tuck, we need to take a look at the skin tone and the excess skin.

Many times, women do have an enlarged abdomen due to excess weight or extra baby fat.

Other women appear to have a flat abdomen but actually have excess skin on the lower abdomen

or have poor skin tone.

When this is the case, performing liposuction alone will lead to unsatisfactory results.

For this reason, a tummy tuck can also be applicable.

This procedure can be performed to remove the excess skin, regardless if you have an enlarged belly or not.

Remember, the tummy tuck also will remove some of the fat and will tighten the muscles of the abdomen.

So in general, if you have excess skin, you will need a tummy tuck.

It is not a matter of appearance, but how your skin tone is and how much excess skin you have.

mean seems legit you know the world war

two it seems like I has the same colors

seems like it's in the right position

and it seems like it's actually saying

the thing is and just like I mean it's

kind of unlike not believable first of

all I mean look at the trashcan why's it

next to a trashcan and the person that

even posted this said that so the user

actually said that this was a picture

inside of activision HQ itself now this

sounds crazy to me again i'm not sure if

this is fake or real i'm not saying it's

fake I'm not saying it's real tell me

what you guys think in the comments do

you think this is fake or real but just

what he's saying sounds like really

really crazy like why would somebody in

Activision in the Activision's

headquarters take a picture of you know

the boxart next to a trash can with a

very blurry I mean it could be a whole

process to just set up like hike for the

game but it's still like our know it

it's very like non believable but then

again at the same time I mean just look

but I'm pretty sure it just says

Activision on the bottom right and then

on the back and might say sledgehammer

but it just you know it looks fake it

seems messy to be right on top of

Activision I feel like you did they put

it on the front you know box art it

would be to the left of the of the

activision and kind of in the middle you

know the lower middle part because

that's what they did with advanced

warfare so I feel like they would do

that plus it's just I don't know man

this doesn't seem real it doesn't seem

like a real you know call duty boxer

because it's so different you know most

of them have at least a person on the

front like looking towards you which is

actually very crazy if you think about

it there's always a like out and not the

protagonist but there's always a

character that you can clearly see on

the box or so honor this could be real

but obviously you're just too good to be

true in my opinion and this is most

likely fake we have the blurry 1 i'm not

sure tell me what you guys think about

even if they are fake on the plus side

this is making activision or

sledgehammer just push their teaser

Tiny House Break Up? - Duration: 7:28.

Hey I'm Sean and I'm Jackie.

And this is Rookie Roost.

It's been so long.

Feels weird.

So this video is going to be about a topic that I've been asked about quite a bit, especially

since the format changes that happened with the videos, where Jackie's been a little less

present.

Or a little more randomly present.

And that is just what the hell are we or were we or what's the history of our relationship.

Yeah.

Yeah.

K.

So let's start with how we met.

How did we meet.

Online.

On the internet.

Where everything happens these days.

We got to talking and one of the first things that I said to her was "I assume you like

tiny houses."

That's exactly that.

And she responded yes.

And that's kind of like the initial thing we kind of bonded over.

And the reason that I kind of assumed she was into tiny houses was because like her

profile was all about sustainability, and kinda alternative living and kinda kicking

the status quo.

Yeah.

Yeah.

So yeah, then we decided to build a house.

The day we met we started talking about tiny houses.

Kinda going over what we'd want in a tiny house.

And we weren't even really thinking about the romantic, or dating aspect of it all,

it was more just of a common interest.

We were both really interested in the building and the lifestyle of it.

And so before we were really even like really acting like any kind of a couple, or dating

or anything, we were actually designing a tiny house in a coffee shop, like within the

first month of meeting, yeah, that all we did just met up every week and played around

in Sketch Up, and started making budgets and stuff.

Really without any understanding of what the future would hold for us.

The kind of baseline was that we both decided that no matter what - we didn't even know

if we'd really go ahead and build something, it was kind of just a fun thing to think about.

And then when we kind of got more serious about it, we kind of took it with the attitude

that no matter what happens, we would both want the house in the end.

So one of us - like we wouldn't want to design a house according to one our needs and specifications

it would have to be suitable for both of us.

If you think about it, it's kind of like having a kid, I mean, realistically, who know how

long you're going to be with anybody.

And people commit to having kids all the time, it's just something you want in your life,

right?

And at the end of the day, if you're not working out, that doesn't mean the kid now becomes

a problem.

You just deal with it.

The tiny house is really our kid, when it comes down to it.

We just both have custody.

I just have more time with it, right now you know, and she sees it on weekends.

Even though right now we're working under the assumption that I'm going to have it and

live in it, I'm not closed off to the idea that she could have it and live in it, it

really just depends on who achieves the lifestyle where it makes sense for them.

Yeah, it's kind of interesting because both of us have very different plans, but we're

also people who change our minds a lot from year to year about how we want to live our

lives.

To say that someone is for sure going to have it in 3 years is really, it doesn't make sense.

It's not us.

We don't plan that way.

So we met back in september of 2015, and now it's april of 2017, and the house construction

started in July of 2016, so what happened in all that time between?

We spent the first couple months kind of just messing around the idea and sort of playing

with designs, kind of just having a hobby of messing around with tiny house designs.

I just said the same thing twice.

And then when we got a little more serious about going forward with the build, we can

up with the idea that we really wanted to try and document it, and kind of go forward

with the YouTube project.Really from the beginning of our friendship or relationship or whatever

it's been all about just collaborating on something.

And actually the tiny house wasn't the first video project we did.

We did this really lame, pretty funny gaming video stuff - shadow shot and a heavy machine

gun - that was really good actually.

Yeah I was pretending to play video games.

That was just an experiment.

It was fun.

And so it kind of made sense to live together because we wanted to save money - saving money

was important, cause we thought we'd one day build a house - yeah and we were you know,

trying to be boyfriend and girlfriend, at the time.

So that also made sense.

But we were never a typical romantic relationship, it just never was that.

We were always more just interested in the same things, and needed to be around each

other every day so that we could brainstorm and plan things and work together on ideas.

And so moving in together kept it so that we could plan every day, like the tiny house

became this obsessive thing, we were always working towards building it and designing

it, and then the YouTube aspect started so we were always collaborating on that.

Even if we didn't have a place to build it.

Yeah we didn't have a place to build it for the longest time and as soon as we did things

really ramped up.

And that was all good.

We worked tirelessly every day, we got the exterior of the house done, then we kind of

took a break.

And it was just a little bit after that where we both decided, hey, we'd actually like some

kind of other relationships in our life, and now that the house was build and we could

take a breather from it, it made sense to kind of part, and try other things.

Yeah winter was hitting and think that we kind of burnt ourselves out, from working

so hard, and we needed a break from it - and each other - yeah, realizing that a break

from the house, hey, may as well take a break from each other too, cause we've been around

each other so much, working so hard.

It just, yeah.

You need a balance.

That kind of brings you up to where we are right now.

We've just been once a week, sometimes a little more, little less, Jackie will come and help

me on the house.

Working under the assumption that I'll eventually own it, I'm working on the YouTube channel,

so it makes sense that I kind of take full responsibility for the house, because I still

want to do that thing with YouTube.

Well, and your plans of owning it are a little bit more stable than mine I think.

My eventual plan if the house end up solely with me is to buy a property, probably with

another house on it, or maybe build another house on it, and rent out the house, and use

the property to continue on with the YouTube channel.

Cause really it's YouTube that I want to do.

Making videos and being creative is kind of always been my thing, and the tiny house and

that just kind of got merged.

Yeah and I guess like the only thing that would stop you from doing that would just

be like the expense of it.

Living where we do, property is extremely expensive, so we're not entirely sure that

that is going to work out for him.

But maybe, hopefully.

But if it doesn't, then I have to take the house for whatever reason, which I'm really

hoping is that last case scenario but - she's paid for most of the house, the house is still

very much hers - yeah, and that's the funny thing is that you know, I don't even have

proper plans for it.

My initial plan was to take it actually travelling around, but then I thought about it, that's

not good for a tiny house, you're not supposed to move it around, so.

Now it's kind of like I think I need to do the travelling first, then figure out if I

can find a place for it.

Cause I don't know, it doesn't make sense for it to be mine.

You know.

Who knows when that day may come?

But if worse case scenario does happen and he can't take it, I do have property that

I can put it on.

It's not in an ideal location, but my family owns property that I could put it on.

I think that there's always going to be a place for it regardless.

Sweden � Craving more of a science fiction-style existence?

Perhaps you should seek a job with one of the companies at Epicenter, an employment

hub in Sweden.

The Associated Press reported Monday that companies there have begun implanting microchips

in their employees, marking the first time the practice has been used on a broad scale.

�What could pass for a dystopian vision of the workplace is almost routine at the

Swedish start-up hub Epicenter,� AP reports.

�The company offers to implant its workers and start-up members with microchips the size

of grains of rice that function as swipe cards: to open doors, operate printers or buy smoothies

with a wave of the hand.�

Epicenter, home to more than 100 companies and about 2,000 workers, began offering the

implants in January of 2015.

Now, about 150 workers have been chipped.

�The biggest benefit, I think, is convenience,� Patrick Mesterson, Epicenter co-founder, told

AP.

�It basically replaces a lot of things you have, other communication devices, whether

it be credit cards or keys.�

A �body hacker� shows up at your office, ready with a preloaded syringe.

He injects the chip into the fleshy part of the hand near the thumb.

Now you�re a cyborg.

The chips use near-field communication technology, the same as in credit cards.

When swiped by a reader a few inches away, data flows via electromagnetic waves.

The chips are passive, meaning they contain information but can�t read other devices.

The technology isn�t new.

Such chips are used for things such as tracking deliveries and virtual dog collars.

And there have been other, isolated cases of companies chipping their employees in the

past.

But Epicenter is bringing it to a whole new level, and workers there seem alright with

the idea.

In the article, the general attitude is perhaps best captured by the comment of one 25-year-old

worker:

WHEN SHOULD YOU SEE A DIETITIAN? - Duration: 7:52.

Hi everyone welcome back to my tannel... blah blah, tannel that's not a word.

(MUSIC)

Hi everyone, my name is Kim I am a registered

dietitian; Welcome to my channel. So today

we'll be talking about when is it time,

how do you know it is time, for you to

see a dietitian? So this can definitely

be a very tricky question. So there are

two reasons why I am making this video.

The first reason is, is because a lot of

you have been emailing me and asking me

questions about your personal health and

it is very, very hard to answer those

questions so that's why I always defer

you to go to your primary care provider

and see a dietitian. Someone is able to

look at your labs, look at your history

and physical and fully assess you and

give you counseling and advise from that

point. The second reason why I'm making

this video is because seeing I am a

clinical dietitian, I do work in an

inpatient setting and I also do see

outpatients. So I just wanted to share

with you from my personal experience the

times when individuals do come to me. The

information that I am share with you

today is my personal opinion; other

dietitians out there may not agree with

me other primary care providers may not

agree with me so everything in this

video is reflective on my own personal

belief. So the first reason why I think

individuals should see dietitians is

related to weight management. So it can

be anything from weight gain to weight

loss. So individuals which MAY need to

see a dietitian for weight gain are

individuals which do suffer from an

eating disorder. Now with seeing a

dietitian for weight gain for

individuals which do have eating

disorders there are specific types of

dietitians. Not all dietitians are

well-versed in handling

individuals that you have eating

disorders because of course you know

there is a whole entire psychological

component that goes along with it. So an

experienced dietitian is the way to go.

As well for individuals which want to

lose weight there's some dietitians

which do have certifications in weight

management and this weight loss could be

something as non-invasive as dieting and

exercising to something a little more

invasive such as gastric bypass surgery.

Dietitians can help individuals lose or

gain weight or even if you're an

individual out there and you've been

doing everything right you're exercising,

your dieting and you're still not losing

weight or you're still not gaining weight a

dietitian can help in that aspect as

well. The second reason an individual

wants to see a dietitian is if you have

a new diagnosis and the diagnoses that

I'm focusing on is diabetes,

hyperlipidemia or hypertension. Those

three seem to be the big boys. Something

I didn't want to say it is very tempting

if you're diagnosed with a new disease

to go on the internet, to go on the world

wide web and research some things on

your own and then put it into play in

your personal life. The world wide web

does have some credible websites and they

do have some websites that are not

really scientifically, evidenced-based. So

the world wide web is not your personal

dietitian so that is another reason to

sit down and see a dietitian if you are

diagnosed with a new disease state. Another reason an

individual one to see a dietitian is for

GI gastrointestinal issues.

(Belly growl)

And this can range from anything related to

constipation to celiac disease and

everything right in between

there. A lot of individuals do have

some stomach upset and I'll tell you the

truth, stomach upset is not something

pretty! It can definitely alter your

social life. Seeing a dietitian to find

out what foods can help you manage your

bowel disease a little bit better is

worthwhile. So the fourth reason why you

need to see a dietitian or someone would

want to see a dietitian is if you have

any food intolerances or food allergies.

Knowing what foods you can and can't eat

if you have any type of food

sensitivities is a reason why you

want to see a dietician. A dietitian

will be able to equip you with the

necessary skills that you do need in

order to decipher "is this something that

is safe to eat if I do go to this party

or is this something safe to eat if I do

go out to this restaurant?", so knowing

what your options are a dietitian can

definitely fill you in on all of that.

The fifth reason and I think this is the

most unknown reason why someone would

want to see a dietitian is just really

to check up on your general health. A lot

of people don't realize that they can

visit a dietitian just to make sure that

they're eating properly. So for

individuals just like you or I who want

to know you know "Am I getting the

adequate intake of the different

vitamins as well as different minerals?"

that's one you would want to see a

dietitian. A dietitian is able to break

down the nutrients in your food and

assess it, compare to the recommended

daily allowances to see if you're

getting the proper amount of food. I wanted to say

that this list that I gave you is not

exhaustive because individuals that are

pregnant or trying to get pregnant,

individuals that may be training for the

Olympics or training for some type of

sport may need dietitian intervention

as well. Individuals that have cancer can

see dietitians as well. People that have

tube feedings may need to see dietitians

as well. So there's a multitude of

different reasons why individuals can

see a dietitian. So let me say when seeing

a dietitian one-on-one it can get a

little pricey I'm not even gonna lie.

Some insurance companies depending on

what type of insurance you have can

cover you for treatment. As well there's

some dietitians who are in private

practice that do take cash payment so

when you guys are looking to see

what dietitian I do want to see first

call your insurance companies and see

will they pay for you to see a

dietitian. I wanted to tell you

dietitians they're very underutilized

but, they are an integral part of your

overall health. Some dietitians are more

experienced than others in certain

realms like for instance, I would say I

have no idea where I would start in the

realm of being a sports dietitian or a

community dietitian that is something

that I do not practice on a daily basis

but, when it deals with the clinical...(I GOT YOU). So

guys this was just another video to

encourage you to see a dietitian I'm

Pence presents new healthcare offer to Freedom Caucus

White House officials presented an offer to the conservative House Freedom Caucus on Monday

night as they seek to revive the ObamaCare replacement bill.

Vice President Pence and other White House officials presented an idea at the Freedom

Caucus meeting to allow states to choose to apply for waivers to repeal two ObamaCare

regulations that conservatives argue are driving up premiums.

Those two regulations detail ObamaCare's essential health benefits, which mandate which health

services insurers must cover, and "community rating," which prevents insurers from charging

sick people higher premiums.

Conservatives had previously called for the bill to repeal those regulations outright,

but the deal now being discussed would give states a choice by allowing them to apply

for a waiver from the federal government.

Freedom Caucus members expressed openness to the proposal but cautioned that they need

to review the legislative text, which they hoped would be available within the next 24

hours.

Multiple lawmakers said the White House is hoping to have a vote as soon as this week,

though Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.), the Freedom Caucus chairman, cautioned against setting

"artificial" deadlines.

"There is no deal in principle; there is a solid idea that was offered," Meadows told

reporters after the meeting.

"We're certainly encouraged by the progress we seem to be making," he added.

He said that repeal of the two regulations in question would provide enough yes votes

to pass the bill but cautioned that the Freedom Caucus needs to review the legislative language

and make sure it is adequate.

No lawmakers who were previously opposed to the American Health Care Act have switched

their position because there is currently a lack of detail, Meadows said Monday night.

House leadership has not taken a hands-on approach so far to the revived negotiations

and as recently as a week ago was essentially saying the bill was dead.

There is also the question of how moderates would respond to the proposal.

Centrists previously objected to adding repeal of the essential health benefits to the bill.

Rep. Chris Collins (R-N.Y.), a member of the centrist Tuesday Group, argued that giving

states the choice, and making them meet certain standards in putting together a waiver application,

could allay centrist concerns.

White House officials met with a group of centrists, as well as House Energy and Commerce

Committee Chairman Greg Walden (R-Ore.) earlier in the day.

It's unclear whether the changes would pass muster under Senate rules governing a filibuster.

Meadows indicated that officials are checking to at least make sure that the changes would

not be "fatal" to the entire bill under the rules, though it is still possible the provisions

would end up being struck out in the Senate.

While Meadows emphasized that the ban on denying coverage to people with pre-existing conditions

would not be repealed, Democratic health experts point out that allowing insurers to charge

sick people higher rates could effectively put coverage out of reach.

Meadows argued that a "stability fund" under the measure could subsidize higher premiums

to bring down the cost for sick people.

Lawmakers are also looking at better directing those $115 billion in stability fund dollars

to target them toward reducing premiums.

Meadows indicated there would not be time for a Congressional Budget Office analysis

of the changes if the new bill were voted on this week, which is sure to draw an outcry

from some.

That would mean lawmakers would not be certain of the cost or coverage effects of the bill

when they voted.
