Amazing Images Of Our Changing Earth, #2 - Duration: 3:04.
These impressive images showing the passage of time, allow us to better understand the
dramatic changes constantly happening all over our planet.
In just two days, a mile long block of ice split from Antarctica's Pine Island Glacier
and dropped into the sea.
This is the fastest melting glacier in Antarctica.
These so-called calving events are increasing as the West Antarctic Ice Sheet's slide
into the ocean accelerates.
Infrared sensors make the forests of China red in this image showing the Yangtze River
before and after the completion of the Three Gorges Dam in 2012.
Construction of the Dam — which you can see in the bottom righthand corner — forced
over one million people to relocate, and triggered 3,400 earthquakes.
The effects of thirty years of coal mining in Wyoming's Power River Basin are seen
here.
This area produced 22 percent of the U.S. coal supply in 2014, but USGS officials estimate
that these mines have less than 20 years of recoverable coal remaining.
Looking North to Greenland's ice sheet, we see the exceptionally early melting that
is now taking place.
Melting encourages more melting. When ponds develop the surface darkens, absorbing
more sunlight than ice does.
That meltwater also creates and flows through crevasses to the base of the glacier, speeding
up ice flow.
In Kamchatka, an unusually warm, dry winter contributed to a massive wildfire that burned
nearly 600,000 acres in a matter of weeks.
Not only is the fire glowing orange in the 2016 image, but you can also see where the
blaze was naturally contained by rivers to the east and west.
In the 25 years between when these two images of India's sprawling capital were taken,
its population nearly tripled from 9.4 to 25 million and is now second only to Tokyo.
Delhi is expected to have 37 million residents by 2030.
On a plateau 18,670 feet in the Peruvian Andes we find Qori Kalis, the largest glacier in
the world's largest tropical ice cap.
In 1978 it was still advancing, but 41 years later it had retreated dramatically, leaving
behind a 60 meter deep lake.
Switching gears, we see the explosion of the shrimp farm industry on the western shoreline
of Sonora, Mexico.
While it has created profits and jobs in this arid region, concerns have arisen about its
effect on the ecosystem and over property rights to communal coastal lands.
Texas' Lake Meredith is just a fraction of what it was in 1990.
A continuous drought has taken its toll on the American southwest.
Causing much of what little vegetation there was in the region to continue dying off.
And in Iowa we see the effects of near-record flooding along parts of the Missouri River.
After a winter of heavy snow and rain, dams in Montana and Dakota were forced to send
record amounts of water into the floodplain, causing levees downstream to fail, inundating
communities like Hamburg.

How do you deal with those negative people that keep showing up in your life?
I have come to believe that nothing in this world happens by accident and that there is
a lesson to learn from everything and everyone.

If you don�t understand this, you will get lost, however intelligent you are.

Well, apparently I don�t always walk the talk.
I have to confess to you that I have times when I feel like I can�t take it anymore.
There are people who know exactly what buttons to push, how to push them and when to push
them.
I am not perfect.
When it happens it�s like I can�t think clear anymore and I forget everything I stand
for, everything I believe in.
It lasts for a while but then I go back to who I really am and what I really want my
life to look like.
�How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours.� ~Wayne Dyer
It can be hard sometimes, it can be overwhelming but you can do it.
Those people that keep showing up in your life, they are there because that�s exactly
where they have to be and you need to accept that and you need to look for the lesson.
If you like games, and I know most of you do, you will start having a lot of fun on
this journey called life, on this process.
When something negative is happening to you, when something terrible is coming your way,
when somebody at work, or at home, or on the street is really trying to make your life
harder, look for the lesson.
Those are the people who are here to teach you something, those are your teachers and
if you don�t master the lesson you won�t be able to move forward in life and you will
keep experiencing the same problems over and over again.
You will keep attracting the same people and the same circumstances that make you feel
so mad, so angry, so frustrated.
There are a lot of people out there who hate their jobs, hate their lives, people who lack
self-esteem and they are trying to do everything they can to make the lives of those around
them miserable too.
When you are confronted with people like this, don�t let them get to you.
Always remember to look for the lesson.
Try to see why is it that they act the way they do.
Nobody is evil because they love to be evil.
I discovered that those people who are constantly looking for ways to hurt those around them
are people who are in a great deal of pain, people who have suffered and are still suffering.
People who have no love for themselves and people who see themselves as being worthless
and of no value.
It is a mask that they wear, a mask to protect themselves from more suffering.
Because they don�t want to experience more pain, they act in ways that are pushing the
people around them away.
They act in ways that others find repulsive, unorthodox and self-destructive.
It is easier for us to judge and reject than to understand and empathize with them.
People can�t seem to understand that nobody really enjoys this kind of behavior.
It is all an act, a mask.
And if you think you can�t do this, if you think you can�t understand their actions
and behaviors, if you don�t want to understand it, then try to smile politely.
Smile and don�t allow their toxic energy to get to you.
Don�t allow them to make their problems your problems.
Don�t allow them to make their frustration and unhappiness your unhappiness.
You have to be aware of the fact that it�s not about you, it�s all about them and how
they are really feeling on the inside, how lonely, sad, unhappy and frustrated with everything
that happened and is still happening to them.

affected, they will take advantage of you and they will take away all your power, all
your energy in no time.
This kind of people will show up in your life over and over again, there is no end to them
and this is why you have to learn how to deal with them, how to respond to them and how
not to allow them to affect you.
It is all in the way we choose to look at things, people and situation that will make
us feel frustrated, depressed, worried or positive, energized, powerful, blissful and
worthy.

It's a redmi 4x, not redmi note 4x, the redmi 4x

And we have shown you all the other phones except this one. Now we are going to show you this one as well
so you will know what all redmi 4/ redmi note 4 have to offer

On the bottom of the box there is a black dot
This means that the phone is black
We are going to check it later
This is the classic leaflet with instructions in Chinese
It shows that you can put 2 sim cards or 1 sim and 1 micro sd
Which is nice if someone has 1 sim card and wants the extra storage space
since this phone has 2gb ram and 16 gb rom
So if someone needs the extra storage space he won't be able to put a second sim card
Here you can see that they no longer put the sim tray key in that leaflet
where you could lose it or something happening now you can put it in here and store it
This is the micro usb cable in white colour
And the charger in white colour as well at 2a so it will charge the phone very fast
Let's see the phone
Even though the charger was white the phone is black
I think it's very beautiful
Some people don't like the black colour
Most people like a white phone
I always liked the phone to be black This one is all black
Let's check what it has
On the back it has the camera at 13 mp, a led flash and a fingerprint sensor
as most Xiaomi phones nowadays
The Xiaomi logo a bit lower
On the bottom there is as always a speaker and a microphone as well as a micro usb slot
On the side the power button and the adjust volume buttons
On the top there is the jack for the hands-free, ir blaster that's on all Xiaomi phones, useful for some
On the left side the sim tray that as we said you can either put 2 sim cards
or 1 sim card and 1 micro sd card which can be up to 256gb
A lot of storage space
On the front there is the camera 5 mp which can record a video at full hd
The speaker and a light sensor
Lower on the front as always it has the 3 buttons as in all Xiaomi phones
This one is black it comes out in 3 colours This phone doesn't come out in classic colours
It comes out in pink, gold, black and let's say something like a champagne colour
I liked the black colour, i don't think the other colours would fit me
It looks very nice
I liked it a lot if it had 3gb ram i might have left the mi5 and take this
It comes out with android 6 marshmallow The screen is at 720p
Like most redmi phones it has hd screen not full hd
It has the snapdragon 435 so with 8 cores at 1.4 gHz
2 gb ram and out of the 16gb rom after the os is installed it's left with 10gb
So if you want to have video, music etc in the phone you will have to use 1 sim card and 1 micro sd
It has 4100 mAh battery which means it's going to last for a long time with the hd screen,
but if you are using the 4g it's going to drain faster
It lasts 400 hours on stand by and 36 hours talk time
Usually it's not exactly like that, it depends on how you use it
But I think it will last for 2 days with medium use, if you use it a lot it will last at least for a day
4000 mAh battery will last 1 day for sure
It has radio, bluetooth, dual band wireless connection
So it has everything, the only thing i think it's missing is 1 extra gb ram,
some people might be ok with 2gb but i think it should have 3 or maybe even 4gb
Since the more ram it has the better
