Тайные практики цигун с гранд-мастером Цзи Сяоганом Кай Хэ Secret qi gong practice wiht Grand Master - Duration: 6:13.
Well, Let's do a bit of Kai He, ok?
- Ok.
What does Chinese "Kai He" include indeed?
Obviously hands.
"Kai" is the action, "Kai" means opening, "He" means
closing.
So we've got the simple move to and fro.
Now is the question moving to what exactly?
Where?
To the edge of the universe-space: further and further, very-very far.
And moving back
Where?
Back to what?
To your brain. To your spinal cord – brain inside your spine.
So we've got the expansion till the edge of the space
and compression till your spinal cord, to your central
nervous system.
- Yes, nervous system and come back.
For simple people it is easier to feel
spinal cord, it is better.
So we are coming back to the spine and spinal
cord, right?
- Yes, it is better.
It is clear that hands are moving, they only help.
Mind is the most important.
What will only hands do?
In thousands of schools people work only with hands but not mind.
Mentally, also the energy needs to go till the edge,
it must actually go there.
And from there – from the edge we start "He"
- compression till your spine.
Then from here – from your center -
from you spine we start "Kai"
till the egde of the Space.
There we say "hello, hello", become acquainted, and together we are coming back
home.
"He".
Where is home?
Actually home is our nervous system, our brain and our spinal cord,
we should get the feeling there.
From there we do - "Kai".
Then "He".
These moments need to be understood. What is "Kai" and what is "He".
"Kai" is when we are opening.
Who is exactly "we"?
Who is opening?
Nerves have their own aura.
It is very similar with the human soul.
It is like we are opening ourselves till the edge of the space.
What can reach the edge of space?
Of course, not our muscles and not the nerves.
Nerves have their aura.
It is the whole system,
you can say "sole".
Exactly this goes till the edge of the space.
And it meets and contacts the sources of universe there.
"Hello, hello" and we've become bigger, more powerful.
And together we are doing "He"
and coming back home.
- And basically the "sources of universe" is Tao itself.
- Of course.
That's why here we are yet in and out.
In reality there is no home here.
Everywhere is home for us.
We are opening all the borders.
The only difference here is "He" - our nervous system, conscious part, and the edge-edge of space - "Kai", where the sources of universe are. It is the unconscious, natural and true part.
They have the same subtle vibrations.
If anything is lower.
How come they can unite?
The movement of the hands is only a form.
It is like different regimes of a washing machine.
It is not really important by what form you are "opening" and then "closing".
Of course, they give us different feelings but same things are inside.
What things?
Sources of universe.
Or it is called "our sole".

FUSION MODS WHAT, WHERE, WHY IN MASS EFFECT ANDROMEDA - Duration: 8:34.
This video fine viewers is all about Fusion Mods in Mass Effect Andromeda, how to get
each one, what the Kett it does and how this could be useful for you.
Remember folks, if you like this kind of content, be sure to hit that like button as not only
does a fairy give birth when you do, but it also helps me work out if the content I'm
doing is actually the stuff you want to see.
Right, that's enough jibber-jabber, let's get into the video.
<title: Fusion Mods>
A fusion mod is a special kind of mod that only fits into that big old mod slot located
on your chest piece.
Fusion mods like other mods give a buff, not only are these buffs super powerful, but they
also come with a big sacrifice to something else.
They can be gained in lots of ways, each more complex and daring than the previous, but
really it's just stuff like, defeat this big nasty, clear this big nasty place etc etc
It should also be noted that there is a cryo pod that you will unlock as you progress through
the game that significantly reduces the negative effect present on the fusion mods making them
one hell of a lot more tempting
So without further delay lets go over these bad boys!
<Fusion Mod of Shielding>
The Fusion Mod of Shielding will give you 50% extra shields but at the price of 50%
of your health,
This mod is gained by completing the Vault on EOS
This bad boy is more useful than you may imagine, without an exact setup for you, I will state
that if used with some shield boosting skills and maybe even a bio-converter on your weapon
with regen skills, this coulda be potentially extremely powerful, the bio-converter takes
5% of your health, so it will just take half of the number it would have if you didn't
have this mod on, if anything making it easier to regen from, and as the shield gained is
a percentage to, it's just gravy!
<Fusion Mod of Biotic Mastery>
The Fusion Mod of Biotic Mastery increases your Biotic Power Damage by 30%, but decreases
your Weapon, Melee, Tech and Combat Power Damage by 20%,
This fusion mod can be gained by defeating the Architect on EOS,
It is an almost purely Adept mod, though has its uses elsewhere, but for the Adepts out
there this is an insane beast of a mod.
<Fusion Mod of Resistance>
The Fusion Mod of Resistance increases your damage resistance by 20 but causes you to
lose 50 health every time you Evade.
This mod can be gained by completing the Vault on Voeld.
Its uses, however, are a little iffy, I see this only being useful for Tanks, although
surely even they evade from time to time, but I could see it working with a high health
regen setup, as far as I know the damage resistance is total so works with your shields too and
not just health.
<Fusion Mod of Hovering>
The Fusion Mod of Hovering increases the duration of your hover by 100%, but it also reduces
your Weapon Damage by 30%.
This mod can be gained by defeating the Architect on Voeld.
At first thought this has its uses as you can negate the negative effect by using the
Aerial Performance Optimizer augment that gives you 35% increased Weapon Damage when
hovering, but that would still require hovering to do decent damage with a weapon, if you
used it as a biotic player it would give you increased air time, but surely that would
help only against melee beasts as with other it would put you out in the open for longer.
I'm not sure I fully understand this ones use, so if it has one and you know, please
stick it all up inside the comments, because I don't have the foggiest.
<Fusion Mod of Robotics>
The Fusion Mod of Robotics increases Tech Construct Health by 25% but reduces shields
by 50%
This mod can be gained by completing the Havarl Vault.
This seem to mostly suit either a puppetmaster Engineer or a Sentinel, Sentinels are all
about the Power Armor so could take a few hits to the shields, purely depends how much
you want to invest into your marionettes.
<Fusion Mod of Rapid Deployment>
The Fusion Mod of Rapid Deployment increases power recharge speeds by 50% but reduces weapon
damage by 30%
The mod can be gained by completing the Vault on Kadara.
This could be very powerful for any power slinger and a good Boss Fight alternative
to those using the Fusion Mod of Adrenaline, depending on your skills and how fast your
recharge speed is, depends how good this Fusion Mod is in comparison to the Adrenaline, though
this is far more specific to playstyle.
<Fusion Mod of Battering>
The Fusion Mod of Battering increases melee damage by 30% but decreases Weapon, Tech,
Biotic and Combat Power by 20%
This mod can be gained by defeating the Architect on Kadara.
This has Vanguard written all over it and even then it's a specific type of vanguard,
to few, this is super uber beast mode powerful, to most, it's a never use.
Its uses are obvious, no point rambling on further.
<Fusion Mod of Rupture>
The Fusion Mod of Rupture gives 25% increase Weapon Headshot slash Weakpoint Damage but
reduces weapon clip size by 70%
This mod can be gained by completing the Vault on Elaaden.
This mod as pointed out by a few viewers can be used to extreme power by using with weapons
that have only 1 shot in the clip anyway, stack on certain augments and mods and have
a fairly insane damage day.
This actually sounds like a fun thing to do, so I might make a complete build for this
Fusion Mod when I get it, to really get all of the power out of it.
<Fusion Mod of Tech Mastery>
The Fusion Mod of Tech Mastery gives a 30% increase to Tech Power Damage but reduces
Melee, Weapon, Biotic and Combat Damage by 20%
This mod can be gained by defeating the Architect on Elaaden,
Finally one for the Engineers, it's fairly simple, if you use tech powers almost exclusively,
then go go gadget fusion mod.
<Fusion Mod of Health>
The Fusion Mod of Health gives you 100% extra health but 50% lower shields.
This mod can be gained by completing 'The Journey To Meridian' and killing a certain
mob, I won't name the mob for spoilery reasons.
This is essentially the opposite of the mod of shielding, depending where your skill points
are, depends which one to go for.
Even if you just have a separate chest piece for killing architects in insanity, this would
be amazing as your shields aren't all that useful against an Architects.
<Fusion Mod of Adrenaline>
The Fusion Mod of Adrenaline recharges your active powers on kill but reduces your power
recharge speed by 50%
This is a very good mod, in my opinion, it is the best out of the fusion mods, it loses
some value in insanity, but it's still the best there to really, even if you aren't focused
on power slinging, you no doubt at least use a concussive shot or Weapons Cloak.
This mod can be gained by completing a quest and doing a lil' treasure hunt on Havarl.
This part contains spoilers which is why I left it till last, the spoilers are a quest
name and how to solve a puzzle,
Click off or continue now...
You have been warned
The quest in question is 'A Dying Planet', once you have completed that quest you will
receive an email from Addison, read the email then you can start the mini treasure hunt.
Go to a cave in the central Wildlands east of Pelaav research station, just inside there
is a Remnant console, activate this console then scan it, going from the console is a
powered cable underground, follow the cable until you come to a wall, on this wall are
ledges to jump up, go up them, there are a few more on a wall on top of the original
wall, up there is another console, activate this console and a beam of light will point
from that console to another just over the canopy, go toward that and there will be more
ledges to climb on to get up there.
You will find yet another console up there, activate it and then take the gravity well
right by it, this will take you across the canopy to yet another god damn console, activate
that console and solve the Remnant puzzle it provides, once you have done that, use
the gravity well right by it and you will be transported once more across the canopy
to a secret room where a chest is waiting, with the mod inside.
I'm currently not where my computer is which is why this isn't a weapon showcase, those
field test showcase vids take 2 days to make and I didn't have that much time before I
left, so whipped up a few of the quicker ones off of my list.
I'll be back Friday though so fear not, for more is to come!
Remember to hit that like button if you enjoyed this video or learned anything new and or
useful, if it drove you to depression with just how damn terrible it was, then feel free
to whack that dislike button and if you haven't already, maybe think about subscribing, we'd
love to have yer, got loads of Mass Effect Andromeda vids and many many more to come.
Thanks for watching folks, have an awesome day!

AM I GOING ON SHARK TANK IN DENMARK? - Duration: 5:56.
good morning good morning good morning
today we have web development which is
gonna be good hopefully the entire class
has sort of been communicating with our
teacher on facebook the last week
because we have an assignment and none
of us can figure out how to do so
hopefully she'll give us the answers
today so we can move on and never work
in magento again good i'm running really
late and should probably have left the
house like five minutes best-case
scenario maybe 10 okay so class is over
it was great the teacher is still
amazing we're allowed to postpone our
assignment boot group though we have
like an extra two weeks now I'm hurrying
home because I have a agreement with a
repair man who's supposed to be at my
house now so hopefully he isn't pretty
probably is so I have to hurry home and
help him get into our apartment so we
can actually fix what needs to be fixed
so far great day magento is still a
terrible system don't ever create a web
shop in magento there's just so much
stuff that sucks in magento they're sort
of trying to be this secure web shop
alternative and just use WooCommerce
just and if you like younger than any
new thing is better I mean it is
ridiculously hard to use I have to this
some sort of mistake in my system right
now that means that i can only i can
only use that was the police that was
why i was tired kinda nervous i can only
use my site from a safari web browser if
i try for prohm or firefox it doesn't
work and like that's just not gonna cut
it okay no no I'm not gonna do that I
think we made it home before you made it
out here unless that's the guy over
there I don't think so i think we made
it now we just have to clean a little
bit before the repair guy gets in
oh look you for this we have a trash can
once again later on today I'm going to a
sort of seminar for companies that's
gonna be super interesting i hope it's
sort of based on this famous TV show
here in denmark sort of like shark tank
and coming to our school to see some of
our pictures and it's hopefully I'll be
really interesting from also a little
bit nervous because I signed up as a
company which I think might have been a
business mistake because I think that
may mean that I have to pitch in front
of the famous people which I'm not super
interested in doing some I'm kind of
like I don't know if I'm gonna pitch for
them I'm gonna share it with our
hopefully like I'm gonna do everything
in my power not to because no I'm not
I'm gonna try and get a chance to pitch
for them but i'm not sure if it's gonna
be possible because there's going to be
a lot of people there and not everyone's
going to be able to pitch we're gonna do
it my best and hopefully hopefully i can
learn something i'm really excited about
this actually cuz like yeah some really
interesting people are gonna come down
but I'm not like you guys not going to
know any of them the Danish people will
probably know them and it's time to
leave for the shark tank I'm kind of
excited about it and I'm kind of scared
but hey it's not like my job is on the
line or anything looking forward to it
my dressing room I stores and what not
does he follow you know yes
interesting pitch is he a cool internet
xfinity Garcia Garcia okay so a quick
update I ran out of space I promised to
record one of my friends about to pitch
and that kind of meant that I had no
more memory space but what happened
basically was a lot of people pitched we
have this guy with the producer and this
guy's are representing the show and they
are telling people if they should apply
for the show or not and giving him some
overall feedback so all in all great
experience good yeah also kind of a
waste of time no I didn't say that but
I'm glad I went I learned something and
I don't know I don't know like I would
have just wasted time back here if I
didn't go so I'm okay with it but I
still kinda had hope for some something
a little bit more I would have liked
twist in stating to be there nevermind
that has pretty much been my day I got
home from my parents place and there
were so nice as to give me dinner so
i'll be okay for like the next couple of
days which is great because i really
hate I hate that and was so nice to get
everything fixed in the house as well so
I guess that's really it I didn't finish
the upload of my app mostly because i'm
so worn out from all the web development
and the chair will begin to experience
but hopefully all of that will be up
soon i also plan on doing a whole
marketing thing on facebook for the app
none of you guys are going to see that
so i can tell you guys that hopefully
that will be done as well maybe a little
commercial i don't really know yet but
all of that is like very very far away I
really hate whenever I talk to you guys
actually nine out of 10 times my closets
are just standing open like there's no
reason for it I could just have them
closed always but I don't do that but
yeah that's going to be it for this
video at least thank you so so very much
for joining me I make videos every
single day and I love doing so and I'm
not going to stop anytime soon so thank
you to you for watching it and if you
knew click the subscribe button enjoy
yeah I'll be back tomorrow take care

Storytelling
This is the story of the small hole
Not as big as the crater of a volcano.
No no no no,
That is very big.
Nor is the hole in the ice,
where fish and seals swim.
Brr, it's cold.
And not the hole in the meadow,
where many animals come and go.
Such as a rabbit, a spiral a worm.
Nor is it the hole in my drawing.
Uy, uy.
That happened to me when deleting.
Buf, what a mess.
In this hole the water disappears after my bath.
But I do not mean that hole!
No no.
That's the hole in the bathtub.
And is not the hole in the cheese, which so bad smells!
That's the hole that made the mouse.
And I do not mean the hole in the lock of the door,
I look through occasionally.
Wow, how many things behind the door.
If I can even spy on .
And much less I mean
the wormhole in the apple that I don't want to eat.
A hole made by a worm.
And I do not mean my silly hole in my pants.
That's a hole I made when I fell.
No no no!
The small hole that I mean,
the little hole that I mean,
It is in my belly,
where I can tickle.

Hubble Views Jupiter at Opposition - Duration: 2:33.
If your night sky is clear this weekend, try taking a look at
Jupiter, our solar system's largest planet. Jupiter is in
opposition on April 7th, meaning the planet is directly opposite
in the sky from the Sun and it's relatively close and bright.
Jupiter is rising as the Sun sets and setting as the Sun
rises, so it's up all night long in the constellation Virgo, and
depending on the time of night, you can view three or four of
Jupiter's largest moons through binoculars or a small telescope.
And if you want to know what Jupiter looks like through a big
telescope, here's an image of Jupiter that NASA's Hubble Space
Telescope took just a few days ago, on April 3rd, 2017.
Hubble regularly takes observations of Jupiter as part of its Outer
Planets Atmospheres Legacy program, or OPAL. That program
has been able to observe movements in Jupiter's clouds to
measure the speeds of Jupiter's winds, study color changes, and
watch changes on the Great Red Spot, a huge storm on the planet.
The Great Red Spot is larger than the size of Earth,
and has been shrinking over the past 100 years, becoming more
and more round. The OPAL program makes global maps of Jupiter
that can be rendered onto a spherical model, and the team
will be working in the coming weeks on a new set of global
maps of Jupiter from these latest observations. So this
image we've shown you is really just a preview of what's to come.
But that's not the only way Hubble observes Jupiter.
Hubble has been able to observe auroras on Jupiter in
ultraviolet wavelengths with its Space Telescope Imaging
Spectrograph. And Hubble has been able to observe the greater
Jovian system of Jupiter and its moons - it's taken images like
this one of Callisto, Europa, and Io transiting across the
disk of Jupiter; Hubble has observed Ganymede's auroras move
in a way that suggests the moon has an underground saltwater
ocean; and Hubble has seen evidence of water vapor plumes
erupting from the surface of Europa. NASA uses Hubble
observations of Jupiter to help guide its robotic planetary
explorers - the global maps of Jupiter from the OPAL program
provide context for the Juno spacecraft's up-close
observations, and Hubble's evidence of water vapor plumes
on Europa provides targets for the upcoming Europa Clipper
mission. So while you're looking at Jupiter in your own night
sky, take a minute to celebrate the robots and spacecraft, like
the Hubble Space Telescope, that are ever expanding what we know
about our solar system.

Frame By Frame | Brotherhood Workshop Documentary (LEGO Stop Motion) - Duration: 5:53.
- A lot of the times people who have a dream
will pursue that dream, and when they hit a closed door
they'll just sit there and knock on that door.
While I was knocking on that door,
the other one next to me opened.
(electronic music)
Lego was actually one of the very first toys
I was introduced to.
My parents when they took us to the toy store,
they saw Lego, they recognized it from their own childhood
and that's what they would buy for us.
Growing up as a homeschool military kid,
I didn't have a lot of friends
and because we moved every three to four years
whatever friends I did have, I would be
uprooted from very quickly.
I ended up spending a lot of time
developing my skills as a stop motion
animator because that was something
that I could carry with me.
They were the stories that I came up with
in my own head when I was feeling lonely
and they were a way for me to have adventures
that I wasn't necessarily able to have as a child.
I was a big fan of Star Wars
and the Indiana Jones movies
and Lord of the Rings when that came out.
My dream was never actually to be a stop motion animator.
Stop motion was the means that was readily
available for me to be a filmmaker.
It wasn't until midway through college
that I said you know what?
I'm over Lego now.
I don't need toys anymore, I'm an adult.
(pleasant music)
In that timeframe I was just feeling
discontent with where I was at work,
that I wanted to move on to something better
but I didn't know what that something better was.
I took a day where I just spent the entire day
in prayer and expressing my heart to God
saying I can't keep working this day job
while feeling I need to do something bigger and better.
And as I was driving home, I just had a burst of inspiration
it was hey, stop by the Lego store,
buy a Lego Lord of the Rings set
and I made a one minute video and put it on YouTube.
Within the first week it had almost 100,000 hits.
My hope was to do some Lord of the Rings parodies
and get in front of Peter Jackson.
The Hobbit movies were in production
at this point and I really wanted to work on them,
but that's not who actually ended up finding the videos.
It was the Lego group, who were at that time
producing the toys for The Hobbit.
And so they contacted me and said hey,
you obviously love Lego, you obviously
love The Lord of the Rings.
Do you want to do some advertisements for Lego The Hobbit?
We are going to include them on the Bluray editions
of the second Hobbit film, and I said yes,
yes I would very much like to do that.
That really is what jumpstarted my career
and got me to where I am now.
My life just kind of went full circle.
My very first animated video was a Lego lightsaber battle
and now I am one of the primary vendors
doing video content for Lego Star Wars.
A lot of people talk about how patient
stop motion animators are.
For the record I don't feel patient.
Stop motion actually is one of the few forms
of filmmaking where you actually get instant results.
As I'm shooting it, I see each frame
as it's progressing.
I am getting instant gratification, 24 frames per second.
My favorite video that I've done to date
is called The Aggravation of Smaug.
It was the fourth video that I did for Lego The Hobbit.
I have a relationship with the Lego group
where they'll send me the script
and they'll send me the storyboards,
but then they'll say do your thing with it.
One scene in particular, the storyboard shows
shot of ruins, hobbit runs across screen,
dragon runs across screen.
What I ended up doing in my video
was camera following the hobbit
as he runs across the bridge.
Hobbit runs through an archway, dragon gets stuck
in archway, loses the hobbit, busts out,
gets angry, starts smashing things,
starts scaring orcs.
Hobbit comes running back, he sees him.
Trips, falls down, and then goes after him again.
Figuring out how the character's gonna saunter,
what sort of expression they're gonna have,
that's something where I feel like
my attention to detail really adds value to the project
and just lets me have fun with it.
I didn't get to where I am easily.
There were so many days, so many weekends
that are spent hardly seeing sunlight,
just in a dark studio
and a lot of the time I ask myself is this worth it?
Should you just cut back, just work a normal
40 hour week like other people do
and be content with where you're at?
But when I look back on the past four years of my life
and say if I had asked myself that question then,
I would not be here where I am now.
I have no regrets with those decisions.
(pleasant music)
Life has a habit of working out.
Everything hard will pass some day.
I know that at the end of my life
I'm going to be with my creator
and I'm going to be satisfied with how life turned out.
That just gives me a lot of peace
each and every day.

March Reads // Exit West, The Unseen World, Wing Jones, etc! [CC] - Duration: 11:31.
This is definitely a hazard of some sort. As of
the day I'm filming this, March 27th, I've
read 20 books this month. I've already
made videos on about nine of them, so if
you're interested in my thoughts on
Between the World and Me by Ta-Nehisi
Coates or Human Acts by Han Kang, I
recommend my Bodies and Singularity video.
Both very different, but important
stories with powerful voices that I
recommend. And then for a bunch of YA
contemporaries I read this month,
including If I Was Your Girl by Meredith
Russo, The Sun is Also a Star by Nicola
Yoon, We Are Okay by Nina Lacour, The Hate U
Give by Angie Thomas, Under Rose-Tainted
Skies by Louise Gornall or Radio Silence
by Alice Oseman, go check out my previous
video. I loved all of these in very
different ways and I talked about them
there. And of course my review of Strange
the Dreamer by Laini Taylor. Now, onto
the rest. I read two new releases about
the refugee experience this month the
first one was The Refugees by Viet Thahn
Nguyen. This is a collection of short
stories about self identity in
Vietnamese American refugees. I really
liked the story The Other Man, which is
the story of a young man coming over to
America during the Vietnam War and
coming to live in an apartment in San
Francisco with a gay couple. It's a story
of him grappling this his identity as a
refugee, as well as his identity as a gay
man. Other than that, I kind of agree with
a lot of the reviews I've seen that this
was not a super memorable collection of
short stories. I know that Nguyen wrote
The Sympathiser and won the Pulitzer
for it last year so maybe stick to that
because it sounds like a much more
engaging story than I found this
collection of short stories to be, but
that's just me. The other book I read
about refugees this month is one that's
being talked about quite a bit on
booktube because I believe it's in
the Book of the Month Club box this
month and it is Exit West by Mohsin
Hamid. This is story of Nadia and Saeed.
Nadia is very independent and strong
willed and makes choices that she really
sticks to. Saeed falls for Nadia in one of
their classes and they come together in
a very unique way to escape their
war-torn country that they love as it
falls apart. They escaped using these
doors that lead to other countries where
they become refugees and ultimately
explores how so many people around the
world are refugees and what it means to
be one and become one. I really like the
magical realism of the doors themselves
because as Hamid has said, it isn't about
the journey for the refugees, it's about
their identity before and after they
make that journey to a new place. I just
thought that was a great tool to explore
that and it's something that I found
really engaging throughout the story.
There was a brief moment of self-harm
and it mentioned
suicide, so I just wanted to mention that.
Overall, I really liked the story and if
you're looking for a book about the
refugee experience I highly recommend
this one. Speaking of doors, let's talk
about Every Heart a Doorway by Seanan
McGuire. Great segue, I know. Every Heart a
Doorway is a story of a home for people
who have fallen down rabbit holes, gone
through the backs of wardrobes, and
entered doors to other worlds before
somehow, for some reason, then ending up
back in the real world. They don't know
how to accept their new old lives and so
they come to this home until they reacclimatise
or find their old doors again.
This book dismantles all sorts of
stereotypes and calls out loads of
different problematic cultures without
ever feeling preachy or forced. It
dismantles toxic masculinity and
homophobia and transphobia, it explores
gender expression and asexuality and
loads of other issues in a regrettably
too short novel. Because of the length, I
didn't feel like I connected with the
story or the characters very much. I
really liked the idea and the characters
but I just didn't feel like I got enough
of any of that to feel invested in it. I
feel like if the book had omitted the
murder mystery aspect that it actually
has in it, it would have given more time
to explore all these other things and
would have worked better for me
personally. I liked it and I will be
picking up the second book when it comes
out this summer, but ultimately I just
wanted more. next I read a novella called
The Melody of You and Me by M Hollis
because I want to read more books with
pansexual main characters, but I actually
really did not enjoy it. It's a very
short novella, I read it on eBook in
under an hour and it's basically just a
meet-cute between these two girls, one of
them is pansexual, and one of them is a
lesbian and it's the start of their
relationship but it just felt so
two-dimensional to me. Nothing about
these people felt real, the writing was
incredibly forced, the dialogue didn't
sound like how people talk at all. There
was this one point where one of the
characters is looking for her girlfriend
at a university that she's never been to
and she's looking for the ballet studio
and what she says is something along the
lines of, "I am looking for a class to
meet my friend Josie there" and it's like
that's not- if you were going into a
place you've never been, you just go up
to someone and say, like, "hey do you know where
the ballet studio is?" You wouldn't be
like, I am looking for a class because I
know a person in the class, like that's
just not how people talk. I really like
the sex positivity of it all and the
normalization of things like female
masturbation but ultimately it just was
not for me at
all. I did not appreciate the writing. I'm
really happy other people seem to like
it, though. I hope I can find more books
with pansexual representation that
speaks a bit more to me and feels a bit
more real. After that, I listened to the
audiobook of Unfiltered: No Regrets, No
Shame, Just Me by Lily Collins. I
absolutely love lily collins, I've always
loved Lily Collins, I've loved here for
years, so I knew as soon as i saw this
book was coming out that i had to either
read or listen to it. It was, you know, a
young celebrities memoir, but i did
still love reading it and learning a bit
more about her experiences in the
business having grown up in it because
her father is, of course, Phil Collins. She
writes about her experiences with
abusive relationships and eating
disorders and it all felt very real and
raw while also being optimistic and
hopeful. I love Lily, so it was really fun
for me and I recommend it if you're also
interested in Lily. Next was the
Argonauts by Maggie Nelson, which was a
fantastic exploration primarily on
motherhood and queer identity. It does
reference a lot of literary criticism
and high literary culture that was
essentially lost on me having not
studied English or philosophy or
anything like that. I think perhaps it
could have benefited from maybe
footnotes or something like that I don't
know but it was a fascinating look into
Nelson's life and she was very honest
about her experiences in a way that I
found super educational and honest and
refreshing. Next I read The Vegetarian by
Han Kang which I believe was also
translated by Deborah Smith, just like
Human Acts. Having loved Human Acts and
finding it such a interesting and
different and unique, powerful read, I was
expecting to really like this other work
from Han Kang, especially as I believe it won the translated Man Booker Prize last
year and won tons of other awards. The
Vegetarian is the story of a woman who
has become a vegetarian very suddenly
after having an incredibly vivid dreams.
The novel is split into three sections,
the first one narrated by her husband,
and then her brother-in-law and then her
sister and essentially it just explores
how this change really alters her life
as well as the lives of those around her,
especially in a culture that does not
really have vegetarians generally. I'm
going to be honest while Human Acts do
not have enjoyable content, I loved
reading experience because I felt like I
was being told a story that I'd never
been told before. But this was a much
less enjoyable experience, it was strange
and uncomfortable and often not in a way
that I personally found was earned. I
don't know. I'm sure there's loads that
can be said on it. I bet it'd be really
interesting to break
down in an academic setting and study it,
but I just really did not enjoy my
reading experience of it. Also huge
trigger warning for self-harm and
especially sexual assault and rape and I-
it was just not good for me. After that, I
moved on to The Unseen World by Liz Moore.
I heard loads about the story at the end
of last year and I've been really
excited to get my hands on it and it was-
I lived up to the expectations. The
Unseen World is a nonlinear narrative
telling the story of Ava and her father
David. David raised Ava by himself in a
computer science lab where he was
essentially developing AI. When David
starts to lose his memory, Ava begins to
put pieces of his life together to
figure out his full story and full past. I
love Ava and the rest of the cast of
characters and all their different
dynamics throughout, throughout the time
of this novel which takes place
throughout a lot of Ava's life. Moore's
writing is beautiful, but not
necessarily in a lyrical way just in a
way that she puts all the perfect words
together, if that makes sense, like it
just clicked so well. It's a story about
family and identity and had a really
mysterious quality that made me unable
to put it down throughout the entire
reading experience. I'm going to put an
interview with Liz Moore down below that I
really liked especially when she talks
about artificial intelligence, but be
aware there are spoilers in that video, so
maybe read the book first and then watch
the interview. The next book is Wing
Jones by Katherine Webber. Wing Jones is the
story of a Chinese African-American
teenager called Wing, whose brother is
kind of the all-American boy on track to
get a football scholarship while she just
quietly goes through high school. Then
one night her brother gets into a car
accident while driving drunk and two
people end up dead. This is the story of
how that event changes the lives of the
entire family and all of his friends and
how she takes up running as a way of
coping with the grief and anger she's
experiencing. Wing's family is the
sweetest thing ever especially her
grandmother's Granny Dee and Lao Lao who
constantly get into different arguments
especially because of their cultural
differences as Granny Dee is black and
Lao Lao is Chinese. it is worth noting that
Webber is not Chinese African-American,
but she did live in China for years and
she's married to a Chinese man, I believe,
and she also worked with a ton of
sensitivity readers to ensure that she
didn't misrepresent cultures. I met her
at a signing here in London and she
talked a lot about how she really did
not want to hurt her readers by
misrepresenting certain cultures and so
she made a concentrated effort to not do
that and to work to make sure that she
gave it the best representation possible,
which I thought was really great, so it's
not ownvoices but as
an outsider I think she did a really
great job with both cultures. Symptoms of
Being Human by Jeff Garvin is the story
of gender fluid Riley who is trying to
come out to their parents right at the
start of their fathers re-election to
the Senate, as well as starting a new
school. Riley is advised by their
therapist who is only person who knows
about their identity to start an
anonymous blog. The blog gets super
popular when Riley advises a trans girl
to come out to her parents and she ends
up getting beaten by her father and it
takes-it's gets picked up by national
news. I appreciate the depiction of
anxiety in this book and I do love that
there's some gender fluidity in the YA
world, but I didn't feel like the story
was entirely natural. The story felt like
a lot of Riley telling the reader what
gender fluidity is rather than it coming
out naturally in conversations. I'm not
gender-fluid and neither is the author
from what it can find so I'm not sure if
this was 100% the best representation.
Again, I like this book and I am happy
that exists it just felt a little forced
to me. I also just haven't done enough
reading on it to say if it's adequate
representation, but if you have read it
let me know down below yourself. And the
final book I have to talk to you about
today does not come out until July
13th, but it is Juniper Lemon's
Happiness Index by Julie Israel. After
her sister dies, Juniper is just a mess.
She uses a happiness index to chronicle
all the positive parts of her day, which
she started doing while her sister was
still alive. Then she finds a love letter
that her sister had written to a
mysterious "You" and also loses one of her
happiness index cards that conveys a
secret that she never wants to tell
anyone. The story then follows Juniper as
she tries to find the missing index card
as well as mysterious "You" that her
sister was dating and along the way she
finds herself with this kind of group of
unconventional friends that help remind
her that there is more to life than her
grief. This is a debut novel and I think
that Israel's is a great job of
subverting your expectations of more
generic characters by putting different
twists on all of them. It was a quick
read, but it was really sweet and smart
and funny and heartwarming and I did
really love these characters. I'd love to
read actually another book- I don't often
say this with contemporaries- but I'd
love to read another book about the
characters in this story. This is an ARC
copy and i just realized what they wrote
in Kayley's happiness index, oh, I have to
fill that up! How sweet. And that's
everything! I tried to make videos along
the way so that the
end of the month wrap-up wouldn't be
this long, but here we are, life goes on.
Let me know if you've read any of these
books in the comments or if you have any
thoughts on them and let me know what you
read this month, as well. I'll see you all
next time. Bye!

Trump Goes Full Psychopath In Tirade Against CNN President - Duration: 4:45.
According to a report from the New York Times, back in 2016 Donald Trump sent an email to
CNN president Jeff Zucker where he said that, "It's very unfortunate Jeff that you were
reporting so many negative things about me and I always find a way to get even."
That particular sentence from Donald Trump, the man who was the Republican nominee, want
on to become the president, is currently the president of the United States.
"I always find a way to get even."
That is a psychotic statement if I've ever heard one.
Again, this man is our president.
This is how Donald Trump has always lived his life.
If you wrong him or if he perceives that you have wronged him, he will get even.
He will make your life a living hell.
At least he thinks he will.
He's not a bully.
I'm tired of using that word.
I know I've said it and I know a lot of people say it, but this goes beyond being a bully.
Donald Trump is a psychopath.
Donald Trump has psychopathic tendencies.
The desire to get even with anyone who you perceive as having wronged you is psychopathic.
That is what Donald Trump is today.
That's what he's always been.
We're starting to see more and more of this come out.
Again, in this email that he sent to Jeff Zucker was from 2016 but he hasn't changed
in the six or eight or 12 months since he's sent this email.
He's still out there attacking the media.
Instead of actually talking and doing important things as his job, as the president of the
United States, he's too busy getting on Twitter and attacking people who disagree with him.
We saw it this past weekend with Chuck Todd.
We've seen it with the senators and representatives and Obama and other former politicians.
He's still out there attacking Hillary.
Donald, you are the president of the United States.
I know you don't follow the news other than Fox, but the rest of us do.
There are really horrible things happening all around the planet right now, right now
and you're worried about what the media says about you.
I remember covering the George W. Bush administration.
Every day a new negative story and not just negative horrible things that the administration
had done.
There were plenty of times where people just took to the internet, took to the media to
make fun of the guy because he couldn't even string a sentence together, but for all of
the attacks that George W. Bush got from the media.
He didn't care.
He let it go.
Whatever.
Screw it.
I'm still going to do the White House correspondence dinner.
It's funny.
I can take a joke.
For all of his flaws, George W. Bush could at least understand that people didn't like
him and it doesn't necessarily matter.
It should have mattered to a degree but not to the degree that you let things get to you.
You have never pointed out an instance where CNN reported something that was completely
incorrect about your administration or about your campaign.
You can't point to anything that they've lied about.
You can get pissed off if you want about negative coverage, but unless you can prove them wrong,
you don't have a leg to stand on.
Not everything about you is positive.
Not everything about anybody on this planet is positive.
You've got to learn to let it go because your psychopathic tendencies are going to get the
United States in a hell of a lot of trouble.
The things that we see unfolding all around this globe.
The issues that you refuse to take any leadership on could easily come here.
To be honest, most likely be initiated by you because you're so hell bent on seeking
revenge or as you say, you always find a way to get even because that's what your priorities
are.
It's not about helping anybody in this country.
It's not about making America great again.
It's about looking at your enemies and finding ways to make their lives miserable so that
you can feel a little bit better about yourself.

Undertaker Undergoing Surgery, Kurt Angle Wrestling In WWE Update! | WrestleTalk News April 2017 - Duration: 3:42.
Hello and welcome to the WrestleTalk News!
I'm Oli Davis, and I'll be replying to as many comments on this video as I can.
After the four hour Hall of Fame, two-and-a-half hour NXT TakeOver, seven hour Wrestlemania,
three hour Raw, two hour Smackdown, one hour 205 Live and one hour NXT, you're either
sitting there going, 'I can no longer survive on anything less than 24 hours of original
in-ring wrestling programming every week'.
Or, like me, you might have collapsed after Tuesday night's Smackdown muttering: 'no,
no more wrestling.
I'm done with wrestling.
WWE, you completed wrestling.
You win' Good news for the former, because the WWE
Network are adding even more shows.
First up, announced in what now seems like an eternity ago on Saturday afternoon, WWE
confirmed that their long-awaited Women's Tournament will finally take place in the
Summer.
Bayley made the announcement at WWE's Business Partner Summit - sounds like a riot - alongside
Stephanie McMahon, Triple H, Alexa Bliss and Asuka.
The tournament will be broadcast on the WWE Network, just like last year's Cruiserweight
Classic, and will feature 32 women from 17 different countries.
Also, on 205 Live, UK Champion Tyler Bate [IMAGE], Mark Andrews, Pete Dunne, Trent Seven
and Wolfgang came out on stage while Tom Phillips announced: "Arriving in the near future, a
new WWE UK Championship weekly show."
As if all that WWE stuff wasn't enough to watch already, we're trying out a new show
here on WrestleTalk.
The latest episode is up today, with me and Luke Owen shooting the wrestling breeze - the
expression, not Tyler - and there will be new episodes going up tomorrow and Saturday
too.
After his apparent retirement at Sunday night's Wrestlemania - which I totally didn't cry
at - The Undertaker is going under the knife for his various physical injuries.
Dave Meltzer has reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that The Deadman "is getting more
surgeries now" after holding off his long-needed full hip replacement until his wrestling retirement.
That he's finally undergoing these procedures suggests he really is done competing.
Mick Foley was also putting off hip surgery while he was the onscreen general manager
for Monday night Raw.
Now he no longer has that fictional job, Foley has revealed on Facebook that his operation
will take place on the 19th April.
The man who's replaced Foley as Raw GM, Kurt Angle, has done yet another interview
saying he will wrestle again in WWE.
Only this time, there's a slight - but significant - change of wording.
In all the times before, Angle has stressed that he hasn't had any actual talks with
WWE about returning to the ring, and that discussions have only been about the Hall
of Fame.
But following his induction, Kurt told ESPN's Jonathan Coachman:
"I do know that there's a chance of Kurt Angle wrestling again...I really think that
Kurt Angle is not done wrestling.
I think it's safe to say that I will be wrestling back in that WWE ring again."
Want to know how WWE should've turned Sasha Banks heel at Wrestlemania 33?
I fantasy book it all for you in the brand new episode of The WrestleTalk Show.
And Matt Hardy is teasing his Broken gimmick for WWE.

I've been Oli Davis, and that was wrestling.
