How to Read a Newspaper While Driving the Car - Duration: 4:09.

In this video, I'm going to show you how

to read a newspaper while driving in

Sugars said to me once that "the more

that you learn the more that you'll earn."

So since that time I've made it a point

to try and learn as much as I possibly

can. Now one of the things I like to do

is to consume a lot of information but

I'm always looking for ways to do that

smarter and also faster. Recently

I've been using a system that's been

working great and it involves two apps

that you need to download to your

smartphone it's available both on Apple

and also on Android as well. The first

one is called Flipboard and the second

one is called Pocket and Flipboard is to

collate all of your information and

Pocket is to consume. What am I talking

about? Well let me explain. So the first

app is called Flipboard, and Flipboard is

a smartphone app that you can download

for free. Once you then have it

downloaded what you can do is you can

basically connect Flipboard to all the

news services that you care about. Some of

those could be local in your country or

some of them could be other publications

like the New York Times or The Wall

Street Journal. You can also subscribe to

major blogs around the world including

TechCrunch and Mashable and also you can

follow certain people who are effective

like aggregators who find information

about certain industries and bring it

all together for you. So once you've

connected to the new services that you

care about what you simply do is you

flip and how you do that is literally by

flicking your finger and you can quickly

see the stories that you care about.

What I do is I do this once every morning

and once every night and it literally

takes me two minutes to find all the

content which is relevant for me. So what

I do is I keep flicking like I'm doing

right now until I find a story that I

actually care about. Once I found a

story that I care about I don't read it

then and there and that's the important

step because if I was to that may take

me five or ten minutes and it would mean

I may miss out on a whole bunch of other

content which is coming up next. So when

I see a story that I like

and I want to consume what I do is I

click on a button down the bottom and I

actually then add that to another app

that I have installed which is called

Pocket. What that's doing is saving

that particular story so I could read it

at a later time so i continue this

process for a couple of minutes and

during that time I can normally scan

between 50 to 100 articles and normally

what I've done is I've found the four or

five so really care about that are

relevant to me right now and I simply

click on that same button below and I

add them to pocket then later when I'm

driving to the office I think we opened

the pocket app click on an article and

then I start playing the audio it really

is as simple as that and often by doing

this I can consume 5 to 10 articles just

on the drive to the office now I even go

one step further with this because if I

read an article that I really like one

of the other things that I do is I

market as a favorite and then what

happens is my virtual assistant will

then log in once a day and see the

articles that I have now favorited and

we'll share it on social media now the

other cool thing about pocket is once

it's saved you can actually consume that

information offline as well so the other

time were actually have articles read to

me is while I'm in the air flying if I

have no access to the internet what I

might do is go back and read 10 or 20

articles and I can do that while I can't

do other work so again it's about how to

maximize your time so you can do more
