MEDIA COVERUP Whats In This New Harvard Study Will Have Trump Jumping For Joy!

By Anastacia Warner

This Harvard study just proved what we all know: that the media is intentionally bashing

President Trump and has been since DAY 1!

This is what the President has been saying for some time:

The study was done at the Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy and it

analyzed news coverage for President Trumps first 100 days in office, comparing it with

the same time period for Obama, Bush, Jr. and Clinton.

What the study found is that news negativity towards Trump was almost twice (80% negative)

what it was for Obama (41% negative).

Go figure!

Media coverage was also somewhat negative for Clinton (60% negative) and Bush, Jr. (57%

negative), but, really, one thing is CLEAR, and now proven:

THE MEDIA HAS BEEN TRYING TO UNSEAT PRESIDENT TRUMP SINCE DAY 1!

The U.S. news outlets that put out the most negative stories about President Trump are

CNN and NBC, with 93% of their stories about Trump being negative.

They were followed closely by CBS (91% of its stories are negative), then NYT (87% negative),

WaPo (83% negative) and the Wall Street Journal (70% negative).

In fact, the only U.S. news outlet that actually WAS fair and BALANCED, was Fox, which ran

52% of stories with a negative tone and 48% with a positive tone!

Well, this tells me everything I need to know and what we already knew: no matter what President

Trump does, most of the major U.S. media outlets are out to get our President!

Lets reward the media that actually provides a fair and accurate picture of our President,

so we can make our own decisions about him.

And lets help shut down those others!!

Tony?

Tony, are you there? Hello?

Breathe.

Easy, easy.

You remember this one, right?

It's a shame the government didn't approve it.

There's so many applications for causing short-term paralysis.

Ah, Tony.

When I ordered the hit on you,

I worried that I was

killing the golden goose.

But, you see, it was just

Fate that you survived that.

You had one last golden egg to give.

Do you really think that just because you have an idea, it belongs to you?

Your father, he helped give us the atomic bomb.

Now, what kind of world would it be today if he was as selfish as you?

Oh, it's beautiful.

Oh, Tony, this is your Ninth Symphony.

Ah. What a masterpiece. Look at that.

This is your legacy.

A new generation of weapons with this at its heart.

Weapons that will help steer the world back on course,

put the balance of power in our hands.

The right hands.

I wish you could've seen my prototype.

It's not as...

Well, not as conservative as yours.

Too bad you had to involve Pepper in this.

I would have preferred that she lived.

What do you mean, he paid to have Tony killed?

Pepper, slow down. Why would Obadiah...

Okay, where's Tony now?

I don't know. He's not answering his phone.

Please go over there and make sure everything's okay.

Thank you, Rhodey. I know a shortcut.

Everybody's Freaked Washington Nuclear Facility Admits Second - politics - Duration: 4:11.

"Everybody's Freaked" - Washington Nuclear Facility Admits Second Radiation Leak, Workers

Contaminated

Just under two weeks since the emergency at the Hanford nuclear facility in Washington

state (following a tunnel collapse), NBC's local affiliate King5 reports Hanfords

owner, The U.S. Department of Energy, is scrambling to deal with a second emergency - signs have

emerged that a massive underground double shell nuclear waste holding tank may be leaking.

The tank is known as AZ 101 and was put into service in 1976.

The tanks life was expected to be 20 years.

Now it has been holding hot, boiling radioactive and chemically contaminated waste for 41 years.

As King5 reports, a seven-person crew was undertaking a routine job around 7 p.m. Thursday

night.

They had deployed a remote controlled devise into the safety space of what is known as

a double shell tank.

The device is used to evaluate structural integrity of the aging tanks.

Normally, equipment lowered in this two-foot wide outer shell of the tank comes up clean.

But not this time.

A radiation specialist on the crew detected higher than expected readings.

Radiological monitoring showed contamination on the unit that was three times the planned

limit.

Workers immediately stopped working and exited the area according to procedure, said Rob

Roxburgh, deputy manager of WRPS Communications & Public Relations, the government contractor

in charge of all 177 underground storage tanks at the nuclear site.

Everybody was freaked, shocked, surprised, said a veteran worker, who is in direct contact

with crew members.

(The contamination) was not expected.

Theyre not supposed to find contamination in the annulus (safety perimeter) of the double

shell tanks.

"We are of course concerned it might be a leak," a Washington state Department of Ecology

spokesperson said.

The AZ 101 contamination event comes just 10 days after a tunnel collapse at Hanford

that caused a site wide emergency.

On May 9, workers found a 20 by 20 foot cave in of a tunnel used to store highly radioactive

and chemically contaminated equipment from the Cold War-era.

Worse still, as The Wall Street Journal reports, a workers clothing was exposed to radioactive

contamination at the site late Thursday, in what Gov. Jay Inslee called an alarming

incident that should prompt federal officials to expedite their cleanup of the decommissioned

facility.

Detection equipment was then used to check for contamination that might have become airborne

and adhered to the workers.

They found radioactive material on one worker in three spots: on one shoe, on his shirt,

and on his pants in the knee area.

According to workers in the field, the contaminated items were removed, bagged and appropriately

disposed of.

Governor Jay Inslee called on the federal government to investigate after the contamination

was discovered."This comes on the heels of last week's tunnel collapse.

It is another urgent reminder that Congress needs to act, and they need to act quickly."

The May 9th incident should serve as an urgent reminder of the challenges in cleaning

up the Hanford site that require a rededication of attention and resources in order to ensure

progress continues moving forward, the governors said in their letter to the Republican

president.

The longer it takes to clean up the facilities and structures that store mixed chemical and

radioactive waste, the farther and farther they get past their useful lives - causing

degradation and more risk of failing.

OUR CREEPY VACATION EXPERIENCES | Dolan True Stories - Duration: 12:07.

• From looming strangers to wandering ghosts, the Planet Dolan crew re-enact some of the

best true stories from our subreddit about the creepiest things we've experienced while

on vacation.

I'm Nixxiom – or – Hellbent and today I'll be your narrator.

Number 10 was submitted by danasialeenikiya Andiemations

When Andiemations was 21, she went on a vacation to Hawaii with her boyfriend, Adam.

They were having fun, but as they walked on the beach they saw a really, really old guy.

He stared at Andie, but Adam noticed it first and told her.

She glanced at him and got creeped out.

Andie told Adam that she had to go to the bathroom, so she went inside their hotel to

use the bathroom.

As she walked out, she saw him staring at her from the hallway.

Now she was really freaked out.

He just stared at her with a blank expression, not saying anything.

She went to Adam, but didn't see the old man for the rest of the night.

They went into their hotel room and, while they were having sex, the old man suddenly

opened the door and stared at Andie.

He pointed at her and said, "I want the girl, I want the girl!"

At that point, Andie screamed.

Adam pushed him out, slammed the door, and called hotel security.

Apparently, the old man was a rapist who had actually been convicted of rape.

He was taken to jail.

Number 9 was submitted by huahakzreddit Danger Dolan

Three years ago, Danger Dolan was with his brother and their parents at a hotel near

the Black Sea.

His dad bought a room for Dolan and his brother.

That night, Dolan heard a girl scream.

He thought he was dreaming, but then heard a knock at the door.

It was an iron door, so no one could've entered.

Once he got comfortable, he heard another knock, but this time at the balcony.

Dolan saw a dark man with yellow glowing eyes.

He just stood there, watching them.

Dolan hit his brother in the butt to wake him up and, when he saw him, called 911.

When the police arrived, their father was like, "What the hell?!"

The police found some footprints all over the floor, as well as fingerprints and blood

in the bathroom.

On the second day, they decided that they needed to get out of there... fast!

Number 8 was submitted by Alyssatiny8386 Honeybits When Honeybits was 9, her family went to Disneyland.

It was their last day there, and her mom was sick so she stayed in the room.

So Honeybits, her dad, her step sister, cousin, and baby brother went to walk around and check

out the shops.

They went into a gift shop where Honeybits walked around, looking at candy when a man

walked up to her and asked if she wanted him to buy her candy.

She said, "I am not supposed to talk to strangers."

That's when he said, "come on" and grabbed her.

He started dragging Honeybits as she screamed… but everyone thought she was throwing a fit

until her step sister yelled to her dad, and then yelled at a man who was walking in with

his family to get that man.

The guy tackled him, and Honeybits' dad started punching and kicking him until security

came and took them to the office.

The man told the cops that Honeybits was his kid, and they believed him.

She spit at the cops and ran into the bathroom where she stayed until her mom came and got

her.

The cops asked her questions before taking her to the next room and asking her who that

man was… the same man who had grabbed Honeybits.

She said she didn't know, and the man was arrested.

Honeybits ended up getting a bunch of candy from the cops.

Number 7 was submitted by ThatRandomPerson212 Melissa

When Melissa was 7, her and her family stayed in a motel.

At midnight, she woke up and looked outside the window.

She saw an ominous figure wearing a creepy mask.

When Melissa glanced at the time, the figure was gone but something was left behind.

It was a piece of scrap metal that said, "you didn't see anything."

Melissa thought, "He was probably trying to break in somewhere."

Just then, he appeared right outside her window and looked at her.

She quickly ducked down, then looked up again and he was gone.

Her family doesn't believe her.

Number 6 was submitted by Frankwad1 Pringle When Pringle was about 11, him and his family

went to London.

As they were driving, they hit something.

Once they got out, Pringle started throwing up and crying because he didn't want to see

a dying animal.

But then he looked under the back tires, and both tires were clean.

He looked around and got back in the car with his family.

As they drove away, he looked behind them and saw two red eyes, staring at him.

It had a horrifying grin with messed up teeth.

Pringle never went to London again.

Number 5 was submitted by _Dragon_Flame_ MKyleM When MKyleM was 11, him and his family went

to Gettysburg for a re-enactment of the Civil War.

Since it was a re-enactment of the Civil War, they had to sleep in tents.

During the night, he had to use the restroom and, when he was done, started to walk back

to the tent.

It was really quiet and dark, so MKyleM ran to the campground… but then stopped to see

a man in a civil war jacket with a bloody face.

MKyleM was so scared he couldn't move.

The man started walking towards him, so he started to run, but when MKyleM blinked the

man was right in front of him.

He was so scared he couldn't move or breathe.

Then the man said in a scary voice, "You shouldn't have come here."

MKyleM screamed so loud the whole campground woke up.

His mom ran to see what was wrong.

When she asked what was wrong, he answered, "The man in the Civil War jacket said we

shouldn't have come here!"

That's when the whole campground flew off the handle.

Number 4 was submitted by Cookiehead101 Legna When Legna and his family were in New York,

they took a taxi to get to their hotel.

When they got there, the man said, "Alright that will be 20.53".

They gave him the money, but then he said, "I said 50.00 dollars".

They were very confused, so Legna said, "No, its 20.53."

Then the man got very angry and pulled a knife.

He said, "Give me the money or die".

So they gave him the money.

They never rode a taxi again.

Number 3 was submitted by ShogunAssassin_Alice Doopie

When Doopie was nine, she took a vacation with her family to Lancaster, Pennsylvania,

to visit a few relatives over the summer.

They were staying at her Aunt Pandora's house for the week.

One evening, while she was getting ready for bed, Doopie noticed a little girl playing

near the river next door.

She looked up at her, smiled and waved, and Doopie waved back.

She noticed at that moment that the girl looked a bit...wet, like she just went swimming,

but she didn't think much about it afterwards.

The next morning, Doopie asked, "Can I play with the little girl next door?"

Her aunt asked, "What girl, sweetheart?

The neighbors don't have children."

Doopie said, "I saw her last night, wearing a pink dress."

Her Aunt Pandora's face turned a bit pale.

Quickly, she said, "You're mistaken.

It's probably because you're tired."

So she just let the conversation go.

Some years later, when she turned 15, Doopie went to visit her aunt again and, the night

before she left to go back home, asked her about the little girl she saw when she was

nine.

Her aunt told her that the little girl was the daughter of the neighbors, and she wound

up drowning the summer before her family came to visit.

Number 2 was submitted by Echo_Flower_Moon Gooby

Gooby, her sister, and her brother were on vacation to go to MinCon and stayed at a hotel.

Something creepy caught her eye.

It was a creepy shadow on the left wall across from them.

It was walking closer.

Another time they went in their hotel room to see the bathroom door open.

The staff said that they never left the door open.

Then, in the middle of the night, her sister said that she felt uncomfortable.

Gooby's brother checked under the mattress to see a woman's dead body.

They never went to that hotel ever again.

Number 1 – What is the creepiest thing that I've ever experienced while on vacation?

Huge thanks for

the folks over on our Planet Dolan subreddit for

submitting their stories.

We have another question for you: "What's the creepiest thing a stranger has ever said

to you?"

[Scanner][Uniscan][Android] - Duration: 5:55.

Speak, people, beauty?

Today I come to speak a little and show in practice, what is the use and how to use the

uniscan.

Uniscan is a very simple web vulnerability scanner and can be used directly by the shell.

It will be very useful in future videos, so I decided to bring it over soon.

It uses Perl to run, so you may need to resolve some dependencies to run it without problem.

Leaving for installation.

Update the repositories of your GNURoot, Linux Deploy, or any device based debian.

After that install the dependencies, which will be shown.

Remembering that I will be leaving in the blog, the list of commands for those who have

doubts, and also in the channel of the telegram.

Well, after installation of the pending, download the uniscan, using the wget.

After that check with an ls, if the file has been downloaded.

It is compressed, so we must extract it.

To do this, use the command tar xvf, plus the name of the compressed file.

Done, now verify that the uniscan folder has been created.

In my case, this -old, because I had already downloaded it before.

You must login with, cd uniscan 6.1.

Inside the folder give the files permission with the command, chmod, 777, followed by

an asterisk.

Done that is just to abuse the uniscan.

As it is a perl script, execute first perl, followed by the name of the script and its

extensions.

These are the uniscan parameters, which you can use.

Following now we will perform a test scan.

I'm going to run the test on a site for these cases, testphp.vulnweb.com.

Whenever you do some tool testing, use this site.

It has several vulnerabilities to exploit and you have no risk of getting into trouble.

I will perform a test of the tool causing the uniscan to check the directories, files,

static and dynamic tests.

In this case, the syntax would look like this.

Ready now only start the scan, as I used many parameters will take a while, I will try to

show only the part that interests us.

First he checks, which directories and files.

Here's an analysis of robots.txt.

The blaind sql injection vulnerabilities.

SQL injection vulnerabilities.

Which are the ones we'll explore in a future video.

Here some XSS flaws appear.

I'm going to have to cancel the scan because it's been long enough.

If you need any of the fault links just copy them to another place and save them for a

possible exploit of the failure.

I confess that this is one of my favorite scans, only losing to acunetix.

Remembering that the tool should be used for intrusion testing, not for committing crimes.

So guys this was the video I hope you have liked, leave your like and sign up.

Thanks bye.

Wild Rose Walking Cane - Duration: 5:36.

Well hello everyone, Looks like it's going to be another beautiful

day today.

I just wanted to share with you a new cane that my wife designed.

And uh, I roughed it out.

And it's made from a naturally crooked piece of uh Pacific Yew Wood.

Its a really hard wood.

Real dense grain to it.

And what I like about this so much is that it has a light colored sap wood for about

a quarter of an inch, and then inside of that is a really pretty, orangish, pinkish colored

wood.

And so I was able to utilize that color difference and go deeper into the roses and, uh, bring

out some of that interior color.

I really like the way this stick turned out.

Brenda took the time to draw out each petal, or each rose on and the leaves.

And we've already put this in the etsy shop.

So it's for sale in there.

I really like the way this turned out.

It's a good solid, little cane.

I love these knots and things in this area.

After Brenda drew the design on here, uh, I roughed it out with my tools, and, uh, and

then I handed it back to her and she took the time to carefully, uh smooth it all out,

put the details in the leaves.

She spent a lot of time working on this to make it look just right.

Yesterday, we were out looking for material for new canes and walking sticks.

I really enjoy getting out this time of the year and seeing the green mountain sides,

and, uh, you know, the wild flowers and everything.

And I came across a piece of Mountain Mahogany that had fallen.

And it had just the right crook on it to make a cane.

Mountain Mahogany is about the hardest wood we have growing in our part of the country.

It has a pretty colored wood.

And so, it should make a really nice, stout cane.

My next project that I'm going to be working on, is a, just a regular Rattlesnake walking

stick.

And uh, which I'm going to start working on right now.

And uh, I appreciate you watching, I appreciate the patrons for supporting the channel.

And uh, I'm going to be putting out a, uh, I've already put out a tutorial video series

on Patreon if anybody's interested in, uh, learning the whole process of what I do when

I make a Rattlesnake walking cane.

And so, if you're interested, you can go to Patreon and I think the pledge is for those

who have pledged five dollars, you can watch that tutorial series.

And I'm thinking about putting out a, the same tutorial, uh, as a single video.

It's about an hour long.

Uh, for rent here on Youtube.

So, you know, if you're interested in that, that will be available soon.

So, anyway, Thanks for watching!

And I'll get busy on my next project.

How to Build an Immortal Energy Body - Duration: 8:15.

How to Build an Immortal Energy Body

By Tanja Taljaard

Harnessing Your Own Innate Powers Fancy calming your mind, healing your internal

organs, channeling chi into your bones and building an immortal energy body, by using

nothing more than your attention and a basic skill you were born with?

These are but a few of the numerous holistic health benefits available to us all.

A dear friend of mines Grandmother was fond of saying ten deep breaths will cure

anything.

It is only much later in life that I began to understand the profundity of these carefully

chosen words.

Of all the processes we entertain in our busy lives, our breath seldom garners the attention

it deserves.

To some extent, we may be forgiven for taking this vital life-supporting process for granted.

The very fact that it carries on, without too much effort on our part, may be precisely

the reason its healing potential remains largely concealed.

Fortunately, the subtle connection between our awareness and breath has been understood,

and shared, by the masters of many martial and spiritual traditions throughout time.

Universal Life Force

There is also a common understanding and acceptance among these ancient traditions that we exist

in, and are connected to, an all-encompassing energy field.

This life force wears many labels.

In the Taoist traditions of the East, it is known as Qi or Chi.

In Japan, it takes the name Ki.

In Indic yoga traditions it is called Prana and in Hawaii, it is Mana.

Irrespective of which tradition you follow, when it comes to increasing this life force

within, the practice of bringing focused awareness to your breath is common to all.

Strengthening Your Bones

Qigong masters have long known that this life force flows at five different levels; the

skin, the flesh, the meridians, the organs, and the bones.

Taoists understood the concept of the skeleton as a dynamic energy structure that can be

maintained in optimum shape, and that the natural process of decay can be prevented.

An adept of this path will practice techniques at the various levels to strengthen their

Qi.

It is their awareness of the subtle breath, the breath that penetrates through every

pore in the skin that is then guided through the bone marrow with their attention

that strengthens their energy bodies.

This simple action activates a very powerful law of energy work that states that any place

in our bodies we place our attention, a flow of energy is generated in that direction.

If we were to move our attention from the tip of our index finger to our wrist, over

and over again, warmth, tingling, heaviness or subtle vibration of the finger may be experienced.

From the finger, the practice may be continued to the rest of the fingers and gradually up

the arms, up the legs and the rest of the skeleton.

Immortal Energy Body

A very common and major goal of most Taoists is to achieve longevity and immortality, rather

than enter the regular afterlife.

The twofold approach includes outer alchemy and inner alchemy.

Generally speaking, outer alchemy strengthens the physical body using moving meditation

and various herbal formulas.

Inner alchemy strengthens the energetic body with still meditation and cultivating chi.

Although different, these two approaches are usually used together to complement each other,

eventually resulting in self-cultivation.

In Taoism, ones soul or energy is intertwined with the vital energy, which is what nourishes

your soul.

Ridding the body of impurities can increase this energy, as does leading an upright, moral

and benevolent life.

Internal alchemy includes sophisticated visualization, strict dieting, specific sexual exercises,

and self-control.

The many different types of meditation all revolved around the common idea of breathing.

Much of a Taoists time is spent meditating.

A popular rule of thumb for breathing techniques include holding ones breath for 12 heartbeats,

better known as a little tour; 420 heartbeats is the grand tour, and the most prominent

achievement in breathing is holding ones breath for 1000 heartbeats.

Breathe

The Buddhist meditative practice of Anapana Sati occurs at the confluence of our awareness

and our breath.

Through continually returning ones attention to the breath, the practitioner is ushered

towards a state of inner peace, releasing mental and physical tension.

The Vipassana yogic tradition combines this awareness of subtle breath and bodily sensation

with objective observation, from one moment to the next.

The aforementioned Anapana meditation is to develop concentration, and Vipassana meditation

to develop wisdom.

Vipassana meditation involves really paying attention to whatever is happening to you

in the present moment (sensations in your body, emotions, thoughts) with equanimity.

Equanimity is the peace that comes from the power of observing; the ability to see, without

being caught up in what we see.

The Buddha described a mind filled with equanimity as abundant, exalted, immeasurable, without

hostility, and without ill-will.

In the Pali language, native to the Indian sub-continent, the most common word translated

as equanimity is Upekkha, meaning to look over.

Upekkha can also refer to the ease that comes from seeing a bigger picture.

Colloquially, in India, the word was sometimes used to mean to see with patience or

seeing with understanding.

By increasing both their awareness and their equanimity, the adept gain greater insight

into their reality.

The yogic practice of Pranayama, according to Swami Sivanandas teachings,

is the perfect control of the life-currents through control of breath, and is the process

by which we understand the secret of Prana, and manipulate it.

One who has grasped this Prana has grasped the very core of cosmic life and activity.

Breath is a physical aspect, or external manifestation of Prana the vital force, and thus Pranayama

begins with the regulation of the breath.

The yogi stores a great deal of Prana through the regular practice of Pranayama

If building an immortal energy body or holding your breath for a thousand heartbeats seem

a bit ambitious, start by closing your eyes and take a deep breathactually take ten,

and you might just feel much better for it.

Makeup/Skincare Freebies - Part One - Duration: 6:23.

Wow, I just realized that my room is super boring.

Um... here's a flower! *throws flower at camera*

*Instant replay in slow motion*

*Transitional beep*

*Background fades to clouds, title appears*

Hey guys! Welcome to my channel.

By the way, I'm sorry if this video sucks.

Please note that it is my first video,

And I'm new to this whole "Youtube" thing...

If I'm talking too fast, you can turn on subtitles

... which I provided by pressing the button marked cc

Either down here or down here, I have no idea.

Anyways, back on with the video.

So, basically over the course of the past few months I have been obtaining freebies

In this video, however, I will be showing you some of the

... beauty/skincare freebies that I've got so far.

So, the first thing I got was this gift set of Crabtree and Evelyn

... hand therapy creams of some sort.

*opens packaging* so...

There's the rosewater one, the pear and (pink) magnolia one,

and the lavender one.

They all smell, like, super good.

And I believe I got this by emailing the company, because I love their products,

and asking them for anything that they could send me.

I offered to, like, review and promote them. But they just sent it to me and didn't say anything, so.

Ya.

Alright, so the next products I got

are from Mother Dirt. They sent me a

shampoo, cleanser, AO+ Mist,

and a moisturizer.

So basically, I also love their products, and I asked them for anything that they could send me.

They said no, but then they sent me stuff so I have no idea either...

But, I'm super happy that I got it, because it's like a $100 value,

and their products are just simply amazing.

So, ya...

John Frieda

Basically, I got these from sampler.io (actually samplits), I think

*sorry for random lack of audio, don't know what happened!*

They send you free samples

of, from like, different companies

in exchange for like a review.

So what came with it was

a save $3 coupon, and a sample of their

luxurious volume shampoo, conditioner, and core restore.

So they're, like, separate so that you can rip them,

and you can use them, maybe for travel.

It's really convenient because they don't let you take too much (in your luggage).

I think it's pretty much the same for the other sample, let me check...

For some reason, I got the same thing twice...

but I'm not complaining, because it's a good thing!

So ya. Two of the save $3 coupons,

and a set of shampoo, conditioner, and in-shower treatment.

Oh wait, this is different!

This is the in-shower treatment, and that one's a core restore, whatever that means...

So I'm glad the company sent samples and I'm probably going to use them soon.

So the next products I received are actually from a website called Influenster.

Where they, like, send you products in exchange for reviews and, like, sharing them on social media.

So I got these complimentary and they were free and all.

I haven't opened them yet, but I did buy them

before I received them because I didn't know I was actually going to get them.

And I reviewed them but I kept them in the packaging because

it's super nice and I, like, always take forever to open beauty products

cuz I'm, like, scared to ruin them. They look so perfect when they're new.

So I got the Katy Kat Eyeliner and the Total Tease Mascara.

They both work super well and I would definitely recommend them.

So next we have this nail polish holder.

I got this for free with a purchase, I think, from Nail Polish Canada or something.

And basically you just put it here and it's easier to apply nail polish and it won't fall, or something.

So ya!

Alright, next I got stuff from Sunday Riley (Fitglow Beauty)

I'm pretty sure that they sent me one more sample but I don't know where it is.

So I got the Detox Gel Cleanser. Yeah, I'm sorry about this camera quality,

you probably can't see it. But there it is, and the Cloud Comfort Cream.

I also got this by emailing the company and asking them for any samples that they could provide

in exchange for reviews or social promotion, and they agreed.

So, I got them. Yay!

Lastly, I got these from Sappho. Long story short,

I contacted them again, well, not again, I contacted them,

and I asked them for anything that they could send me, and to my surprise, they sent me full size

products, but since I'm a vlogger, I guess that's why (I mean a blogger).

So I got this Rachel foundation, Taupe Grey Brow Pomade, Light Concealer,

Hazey Lip Gloss, a variety of brushes, Primer for dry skin,

and a pump for any makeup that I might have.

The best thing about Sappho is that all their ingredients are natural, cruelty free, and whatnot.

Lastly, I got this eyeliner sharpener

from Forever 21. They included it with a purchase, I don't know why, but they did, and I'm not complaining!

It's like really convenient, but I haven't used it yet. I haven't used any of my samples

because I'm scared to touch them.

But I was really grateful for that so ya!

So that's it for this video, but there's going to be a lot more of these videos coming up!

So if you want to see more, pleasseee subscribe, and like below. Comment any freebies that you've gotten over the past month, or anytime!

And yaaa!

You can check out the links below for good deals, links to the companies, and everything so that you can get free samples of your own!

Also, I'm hosting a giveaway on Instagram. Follow me @canadianproductreviews

and you can win a $250 Gift Card!

Just subscribe to my channel and follow the instructions in my Instagram post,

which you can find later.

How to Sew Art (Part 2 of 2) - SEWING WITH NANCY - Duration: 26:47.

Today on Sewing With Nancy  we continue with the mini series

of "How to Sew Art"

starting with a photo, choosing fabric

and then following steps

to turn a common digital image into great wall art.

Welcome back Tammie Bowser

who is really an innovator in this industry.

She'll show us how to transform

basic, ordinary batik fabric into fine art.

Tammie, it's treat to have you here.

Nancy, during the first episode we detailed how to use

a digital image from your camera

to create a pattern.

In this second episode the magic happens

cutting and adding the fabric, plus stitching the design.

"How to Sew Art"

That's what's coming next on Sewing with Nancy.

Sewing with Nancy

TV's longest-airing sewing and quilting program

with Nancy Zieman is made possible by

Baby Lock, a complete line of sewing, quilting

and embroidery machines and sergers.

Baby Lock, for the love of sewing.

Madeira, specializing in embroidery, quilting

and special-effect threads

because creativity is never black and white.

Koala Studios

fine sewing furniture custom-built in America.

Clover, making a difference

in sewing, quilting, crafting, and needle arts

for over 30 years.

Amazing Designs and Klassé needles.

During the first episode of "How to Sew Art"

Tammie and I showed how to create the pattern.

The pattern we created is going to make

the picture of her granddaddy.

Now, we don't expect our viewers to do your granddaddy, right?

Of course not.

We have a free trial for them of my software

they can download and do their own pictures.

So you can put in your own picture.

We're going to give you a review

of how we got to where we are today

but before that let's show you

some others of the great works of art that you've created.

The Trombone is one of my favorites.

It is, it was actually the first one

when I came up with this technique.

That's when I knew I had something magical.

And there are only how many fabrics in that quilt?

It says 12.

12 fabrics, it looks like 90, don't you think?

But it's not.

And then The Trumpet is not a person.

Most of your designs include people.

This is an inanimate object, and it's striking.

Yes, and what I like about this one

is that I had a lot of background space

which I usually don't have

so I start playing around with the stitching and texture.

So that's really awesome.

The bass player, the name of that piece is "Joyful."

Yes, it's "Joyful" because you can see

the joy in his face.

And it's really awesome that you can capture that emotion

in the fabric.

It's amazing.

So to work with any art design with the batik fabrics

you're going to start with an image.

The granddaddy image was one of his press shots

when he was an actor.

Yes.

And what a fun shot.

Let me get the glare off of there.

But it's a big image.

Yes, it is a big image.

We learned how to crop the image

and just take the most important part

which is his face and his shoulders

and make a nice portrait.

Here you can see how it's been cropped.

This is what Tammie was talking about.

At howtosewart.com you can get the software

to play around with

and then you adjust it to make a pattern.

Yes, you adjust it by

first of all you can crop to whatever

portion of the picture you want

and you can decide how many fabrics you want to use.

For this technique we use somewhere between six and 12.

And on the left side of the software

there's a little nob and you can--

There's a little slider that will let you choose.

And then you also smooth those pixels out

with the shape smoothing slider.

That will take away all those little pieces

and merge them into bigger pieces.

It's really fascinating.

And then you hit 'print'.

For this instance there were nine 8-1/2" by 11"

sheets of paper printed out.

I'm just going to show you

where this falls on the picture

it's in the upper left-hand corner.

I think you can kind of see how the hair continues

and the background is there.

And all those little dots are numbers

they're numbers one through six

because you chose to have six fabrics.

You'll see that in a minute.

Then you tile this together.

Yes, and you'll notice it says rows and columns.

It has a little numbers for the rows and columns

right on top.

That's to help you put it in order

tape it back together the right way.

Doesn't it look fun?

Like a cross-stitch

but it's going to be a lot faster.

And then, if you watch the first program

at nancyzieman.com, if you missed it

you'll see how to create a fusible web and parchment paper.

And then, Tammie, you've kind of smoothed--

Excuse me, smoothed out some of the lines.

Yes.

We were able to determine, since we're going to

simplify that background, we found the edge

of his hair and his shoulder

so that we can make this one big piece and simplify

and make it simple.

Then the fabrics, Tammie has a

great way of auditioning fabrics

so that you get six fabrics, light to dark

and they aren't going to be all mediums and all lights.

They're going to be light to dark.

And we auditioned and we used this value isolation tool.

You can see clearly

if the fabrics are lighter or darker

by just comparing them when you--

It's like going to the optometrist and saying

do you like A or B? B or C?

Exactly.

So we're giving you the little condensed version

of how we got to where we are right now

but this is where we ended up

in our first episode.

Now we'll set up the table to start making new magic.

In addition to printing out the tile pattern

the computer program will also print out

this value chart of one through six

light to dark.

You can see that Tammie has attached the six fabrics

that coincide with the numbers.

That's what's going to work with the pattern.

So you're going to work with fabric number five

I'm going to work with fabric number one.

First of all, let Tammie show you how this works.

This is quite phenomenal.

Remember, we found in the first episode

I showed you how to put together

this sandwich of fusible web.

It starts with a layer of parchment paper

and then we have a layer of fusible web

that has been sprayed with basting spray.

So it's sticky.

That's important, because it holds the fabric in place

and we'll never cut this.

Then there's the pattern underneath.

You can see right through the parchment paper

and right through the web

to see the pattern right through it.

So you're going to start from the outer edge

and trace a piece around your--

Yes.

You start from the edge.

I'm using a red pen so that you can see what I'm doing.

You just trace the first piece.

And this is fabric number five.

Then you peel the paper back.

Remember, you never, ever cut this web.

It's what's going to hold all the pieces together.

I'm cutting the--

I'm pulling back the paper.

It'll be easier to do

when you're not doing it upside down, right?

Yeah.

It's easy to do.

I'll move over here a little bit.

And you don't have to be super exact.

I mean, you follow the numbers

but if you go off the line a little bit--

I'll do it up this way so I can see.

Just cut it off and it'll be fine.

What if we tilted it this way?

Yeah, looking at it backwards too works.

Yeah, there you go.

Yeah, perfect.

And since this piece is a little bit big

I put it on, this is fabric number five.

You can see that it's fabric number five there.

I use a couple of straight pins

to pin it right to the paper.

This paper becomes my pattern piece.

I'm just putting in a few pins so it doesn't move.

This becomes really important when you have a piece that's--

This one is a pretty easy shape, kind of a rectangle.

But if it's a really weird shape

you just put more pins to keep it from moving around.

Yeah, so you can get the curves and the contours that are there.

If it's a really strange shape

you want to make sure you maintain that shape.

Then you just cut around the edge

leaving 1/8" or 1/16", just slightly bigger.

Again, you don't have to stress out

or be too worried about getting it wrong.

There's almost no way to get it wrong.

We've done all the prep already

so it's pretty guaranteed to be right.

And you know, Tammie's a really laid back person

and she takes it one step at a time.

I saw this whole thing and I thought

how am I going to get it all done?

Well, you just take it a little bit at a time

and really you can accomplish a lot.

After she gets this cut out then it will stick

to the tacky part of the fusible web.

We're almost there.

It's one big chunk of fabric that's done.

There we go.

That's the piece.

We take the pins out.

You have right sides up.

Yup, right-side up.

You don't have to remember to do some turning

of something upside down.

And then the paper becomes trash.

Then you put the fabric right in that spot.

You know exactly where it goes because--

And it sticks.

It sticks.

Now in this opposite corner

I've traced out one section.

They were almost all number ones.

This is of his collar.

Then I can place that right here.

And you're not having it exact.

An 1/8", 1/16" of an inch or whatever

we can lift this up a little bit

so we get it on the webbing.

But you can see how that positions into place.

Then you could do a big section

of his shirt collar over here

and just keep cutting and marking.

Let's go to the other one

and show them how to cut a small piece.

Because, you know, you might guess, we have a sample.

Of course.

We kept going, didn't want to make you wait.

So you can see how the magic is happening

piece by piece by piece.

But when you get into the face

you keep a lot of the detail.

You don't make big collars or whatever.

Yeah, you keep all the detail

and another thing, if there's

a bunch of little pieces that are the same number

and they're lined up next to each other

you can group them together, make it one bigger piece.

Let me see if I can show you.

See, right here it might look like

there's a bunch of little pieces

but really it's one big piece.

So you just make that one piece

cut it out.

Here's a number five that's been cut out.

You'd stick it on the fabric as Tammie's going to do.

There you really don't even have to--

It's small, so you can just hold it with your finger.

With the big one I wanted to show you

how to do a big one and use the pins.

Or if it's small, like this one

you could just hold it with your fingers.

Okay.

And I'm just cutting it slightly bigger.

And work on it a little bit at a time.

You don't have to do it all in one sitting.

Nope.

This is something that you do while you're relaxing.

If you're normally a little high-strung

and stress yourself out

this is a time when you learn to take it easy and relax

and follow the plan.

Just add piece by piece.

I hope you can see how the process is done on this quilt.

The next thing we do

after filling in all the images

is to do the stitching.

After all the pieces

have been positioned on the fusible web

it's time to separate the fusible web

from the paper backing.

Now, I know, we didn't get this all completed.

But I know Tammie

will finish that after the taping of the program.

Here you can see that we can just

peel away the paper backing.

Or excuse me, the web from the pattern.

Then, Tammie, on the design that

you're going to do the stitching

you've already backed it with batting and backing fabric.

Yes.

After peeling off that pattern off the back

I just put the whole webbing

and the fabric that's attached

right on top of the batting and iron it down.

You fuse it in place so it doesn't move.

Now the stitching is going to be free-motion stitching

so you're going to lower the feed dogs

drop them or cover them depending upon your machine.

Place a quilting, a free motion foot

on you machine, and then choose threads.

These are variegated threads

much like the batik fabrics we worked with.

Choose variegated threads in light, medium and dark

and do a little auditioning before you do the stitching.

Let me peel this back to show you.

In this corner we have a medium color.

Just unwind some of the threads

lay it on the fabric to see if it blends.

You don't want to change the value of the fabric

you just want to enhance it.

So use the variegated thread.

Cotton works really well for this instance.

Then you're going to let some of the magic happen

to liven up the fabric that hasn't been stitched.

Okay.

When you start stitching

I have a medium here so I'm going to stitch

on this medium fabric.

I'll pick an area and just surround it.

That's how, in the quilt of the granddaughters

you see the girl's face in the back

because I followed the shapes.

That made the picture show up in the thread too.

I'll start off by encircling the outside

and then I kind of scribble or do some sort of

repeating shape on the inside

of that outlined area.

I also like doing little circles too.

I'll show you that in just a second.

After you keep each section you might even do

a different design.

At the end it looks like you did a whole lot of fancy things

but really it feels like you're doodling.

There's nothing wrong with doodling.

No, I like doodling, myself.

So I did that whole little section

just that quick.

My suggestion, if you're nervous about free motion

just practice for a little while

and get comfortable with your machine.

Make yourself comfortable

and whatever you do just do a lot of it.

If you have a little crooked line

and you just have one crooked line

it's just going to look like a crooked line

but if you have 100 of them

it's going to look like you're a genius.

[laughter]

And that you are.

Now Tammie mentioned the granddaughters art quilt.

Here you can see it again.

The image of Avery and Luella

cute little girls, of course.

Then I'd like to show you

how she followed

when doing the stitching

the image itself.

Now here's a close-up.

You get the whole image further away

but as you get closer up you can see the detail

of how she stippled around the edges

and then used different colors of thread.

And as we turn to the wrong side

you can see the face come alive again.

So not only do you have

an image on the right side

but you have an image on the wrong side.

So you can see, you just follow the fabric

that has been cut out.

Now if we look

at the image of Duke Ellington

this is really a pretty amazing scene.

There it is on the right side

and then, Tammie

you did some changes with the bobbin thread.

Yes, I changed the bobbin thread

with the top thread

and I was surprised to turn it over

and figure out that the picture

showed up in the thread on the back.

Not that you're going to see this

but this is just kind of a surprise image.

It's sort of a little special surprise.

But there's more than just stippling

that you have embellished with your quilts.

Yes.

Sometimes I like to add a little bit of sparkle.

Here's some--

Metallic fibers.

Yeah, metallic fibers are really beautiful

and they come in lots of colors.

I picked this nice dark one

to go with the flower.

The way I use it is

just break off a little bit

and just sprinkle it

wherever I want the sparkle.

I'll do that.

And then I'll just do the free motion

right on top

and let the stitching catch it.

I'm going to do some little spirals.

The stitching just holds it down.

Here's a finished image of B.B. King.

You're uncle was a professional photographer

and did this image.

Here I have the image, or the actual quilt

and you can see

that the metallic fibers

have been added in this area

just a little glitz, a touch of sparkle.

It adds such interest to this area.

But you have to have a little concern

about that when pressing, correct?

Yes.

It kind of melts, so you don't iron on it.

That's the very, very last step

before you do the binding.

It adds a lot of interest and brings focus

if you want something to be the center of attention.

Sure, of course.

Now speaking of binding, you have about the simplest

binding technique I have ever seen.

Yes.

It's okay not to bind.

To bind or not to bind.

Who needs all those rules?

You could just not bind it.

So on the granddaughters quilt

the edges have just been cut and stitched.

You could secure stitch around the edge

but that's it.

Then you could add a sleeve to the back

so it could be hung in a very traditional way.

So that's one way

of really not finishing it.

This is a raw edge appliqué.

It's okay to do this very untraditionally.

Then on the Duke Ellington quilt

you just stitched a binding to the fabric

and brought it to the wrong side

and hand stitched it into place.

So that you do not have a traditional binding

like we put on, cut a strip 2-1/2"

and do all fancy stitching.

This just brings it to the back

stitch it, and Wow.

That's it.

It makes it clean--

like a painting with no edge at all.

If I am in an accident, did I somehow "attract" it? | Demetra Jiova - #AskDemetra Series(8B) - Duration: 6:27.

Most of the people have been exposed to this

new idea, I mean in recent years this new

idea of the "Law of Attraction" and yes

that is a law that actually is Universal

and by Universal I don't mean just our

universe but I mean Creation. So, most

people are a little bit aware of it

whether they believe that idea or not.

But most people have heard that: "Law of Attraction".

Quantum physic-ally -and again

I'm not going to go very deep, right now-

exists this idea -and all the experiments

so far prove it right- the idea is: all

the possibilities, all the different

conditions in this universe already

exist. Remember that idea of Time not

being linear? So it means even the

past, the present and the future, all

possibilities exist. It's almost like

there was a deck of cards -like we play

cards- and I think they are 52, if I'm

correct, and you know, imagine that

was All That Is, All Creation, so all

possible combinations of them, in any way,

either in pairs of two or three of them or five

or fifty-two or whatever, there is a

specific number that can exist there, so

imagine all of that already exists, now

you have a deck of cards, in your hand

and you play with them and rearrange

them. Whenever you arrange them in any

specific way have you really created

something new?

-Yes

-No, because it already exists. But.. -Yes, but there is a new combination. -It's new for you!

Is it a new combination? Because

already we know there's a specific

number of combinations that can exist

with 52 cards. Statistically all exist.

Have you experienced all of them: no. For

you it's a new experience, for the Universe it is not!

So it depends from which

perspective you are seeing it, right? So

in this sense, now, let's go back to

people, right? Or situations or an accident.

The possibility of that

accident existed in the universe, now

which one part of you: is your

consciousness going to meet that

possibility? And if yes, do you have then

the, you know, responsibility of choosing

it? I truly believe yes. But you don't

have the responsibility of creating it, so

there are two different responsibilities

here that make all the difference. Because

sometimes when people talk about

"deep" ideas like: there's no coincidence.

And let's say there is a victim of a

horrible accident that was not her fault,

let's say it's a woman, let's say she was

raped or something, right? It's very hard

to go to that person and say, you know what?

You attracted it.

-Exactly

-Obviously she did not attract it consciously.

Now, was the

possibility -for the universe- of that

already happening? (Was it) An existing possibility?

Yes! According to my research, according to

Quantum Physics, according to this theory: Yes.

Now, why did she go and meet that

one instead of the possibility of that

event not happening? That has to do with

her vibration, and now we'll go deeper

into: what is vibration? What is that idea

of creating your universe with your

thoughts and your emotions? So let's say

we're here in LA, like we are

today, so there is a certain amount of

radio stations broadcasting in this area.

Imagine you had a radio, you know, next

to you and let say it was one of those

old ones, not the digital ones, where you

could actually tune it with..

-You mean a tune button radio.

-Yes, so all a sudden, you

tune your radio to one of those 100

radio stations, right? And we are listening to

that music. Does that mean that the

rest: 99 of them cease to exist as

vibration in this room?

-No.

-No they will

always exist whether you tune into/with

them or not. So even though you can't hear,

you can't obviously see those, you know,

wavelengths, they do exist in this room.

So why is your radio station only, kind

of, projecting or experiencing one of

them?

-Because I'm choosing it?

-Right and how do you practically choose it?

There is a specific vibration.. Right! I know.

But just to give a bit of science: there is a

specific vibration, wavelength, of that

radio station, right? And then you tune in and

go and find that, right? Keep in mind, it's

a similar thing with that I said before: they

already exist: 100 of them, but you go and visit

one of them, by tuning your receptor to

the vibration of that radio station.

It's almost like we are radios and we vibrate

in a specific frequency, that has to do

with our emotions and you know, thoughts

in that specific moment. It changes

moment, per moment, per moment. Because you

change the way you think and feel: moment, per moment.

Now all these possibilities

Quantum Physic-ally that we talked about

in the universe, all those conditions, all

those specific re-arrangements in this

universe. They're the re-arrangements actually

of all the particles already exist. It's

like those 100 radio stations, now, which

one you're going to experience, has to do with

which one you're gonna tune into with

your vibration. If I'm thinking right now

that I'm a victim, you know what? I'm

gonna go and attract the situation where

I will be the victim. Am I doing it

consciously? Of course not, most of the

times no one would choose that

consciously. There are things you choose

constantly and there are things you don't choose consciously.

Now why would you

unconsciously or subconsciously choose

something you don't like? Because you

were trained to and then we'll go back

to the convictions. If I was trained to

expect that something powerful or more

powerful than me, could actually make me

a victim and I truly believe that. I'm

tuning into that possibility of the

universe and then I'm attracting all

those possibilities where I will be the

victim of something. But the good news is

also: all the things you expect and you

believe are true and are positive,

will also come meet you. Or to be

politically correct, you will go and meet

them. Because they already exist as

possibility in the universe. So the

conclusion here would be -and I think

you're going to agree- so if that's how

things work in a sense -and we're

simplifying here of course but let's

simplify a little bit- if that's how

basically things work, like, we go and

meet those vibrations. Wouldn't it be very

important for each one of us to take

care of our thoughts and our emotions, so

in a sense, take care and improve our

vibration and make our vibration go and

"meet" the things we like, more than the

things we don't like. -Exactly. - What do you think?

Tea Leaf Eggs | Marbled Tea Eggs | 茶叶蛋| Simple Egg Recipe - Duration: 4:12.

Hi guys, today we gonna learn how to make Tea Leaves Eggs

If you love eggs, you gonna love this recipe

This is a very simple easy recipe

and what you need to know if what kind of ingredients you need

Tea Leaves eggs are prefect for breakfast. It goes well with noodles as well

So let's get started

We have six eggs

We also have 2 teabags

So this is black tea bag

Also 1 tablespoon of Chinese tea

You can use any kind of Chinese tea you like

this one I have is Oolong tea so pick the one you like

This is tangerine peel. This is very very a important ingredient

1 cinnamon stick

2 bay leaves

4 star anises

All these ingredients are important. You can adjust to your taste

We also need 5 tablespoons of soy sauce

This is the soy sauce I use. Also you can use dark soy sauce

It's pretty much give the colour and the taste to the eggs

We gonna boil the eggs first. Let's move to the stove

We add all the eggs into the pan first

Then we add the cold water

Ok. Then we move to the stove

We gonna boil the eggs for 10 mins in medium heat

Ok. When it is done. We take out the eggs

The step we gonna do now is break the shell of the eggs

So we slightly hit it

Just wanna break a little bit of it so that the sauce later on can get inside the eggs

So use a spoon to hit it gently

It's quite easy

That's how it looks

okay

Then we add the eggs into the pan

Add all the ingredients

The spices

The tea leaves

and the soy sauce

Fill the pan with water until it covers all the eggs

Firstly we heat up the content to boil

When it comes to boil, we gonna turn it to medium to low heat

Then boil for 30 minutes

The reason that we boil it for 30 minutes is because we want the spices to release their flavours to the water

Now we have already boiled the whole content for 30 minutes

We gonna turn off the heat

and then leave it here for about 3 hours so that the eggs have enough time to absorb all the flavours of the ingredients

This is done and let's have a look

You can smell very nice aroma

This is prefect

This is prefect with noodles

This is done and enjoy!

This for watching. Please like and subscribe my channel. See you next time!
