The Weirdest Star Wars Ripoffs Out There - Duration: 11:31.
One of the most popular ways to make a quick buck in Hollywood is to rip off a hit.
And that practice has a long, sketchy history in the film industry around the world.
After the massive success of 1977's Star Wars, it seemed like everybody got caught in the
space-craze, and the result was an entire subgenre of mockbusters that obviously wanted
to be in a galaxy far, far away…but never quite got there.
Here are a few of the strangest attempts to rip-off Star Wars.
Message from Space
Everybody in the world made a Star Wars knockoff in 1978, and Japan's legendary Toei Company
was no exception.
Message from Space stole its look and characterizations from Star Wars, and mixed it with manga and
anime — to generally bizarre results.
The most striking thing about Message from Space is that despite only having half the
budget of A New Hope, the special effects are surprisingly competent.
Well, except for maybe this.
Still, it pretty much owes its life to George Lucas.
Most obviously lifted from Star Wars is a princess on the run, seeking help from wide-eyed
space jockeys, accompanied by a funny robot.
On the other hand, Message from Space also had its own dramatic Yoda death scene way
before Star Wars ever did.
Aside from that, Message from Space feels like the movie a person might make if they'd
heard vague descriptions of Star Wars, but hadn't actually seen it.
A comedian in drag plays an evil empress, and instead of the Force, there are space
walnuts that fly around choosing people to do…something?
Still beats midichlorians, though.
Starcrash
When most normal, well-adjusted humans watched Star Wars, they didn't come away thinking:
"That movie was pretty great, but it needed more weird swimsuits."
As it turned out, Italian director Luigi Cozzi wasn't a normal person.
He quickly whipped up the movie Starcrash by 1979, a shameless Star Wars ripoff that
was basically an excuse to get nearly naked women on camera.
Starcrash tells the story of a war between a galactic Empire and the evil Count Zarth
Arn, who has a superweapon that the heroes have to go blow up.
Characters use lightsabers and fight evil robotic minions, but once those similarities
are out of the way, Starcrash reaches a level of incredible ridiculousness that George Lucas
could only touch in fever dreams.
"We've just survived and attack of the most powerful weapon in the entire galaxy!"
"We have?"
Heroine Stella Star spends most of the movie in a bikini, gets captured by a tribe of scantily
clad Amazons, is chased around by a giant robot woman…
"Look!"
"Whoa!
Run for your lives!"
...gets frozen, and helps the Empire win their giant space battle.
Plus, as a bonus, a young and beautiful David Hasselhoff.
Luigi Cozzi maintains that he came up with the script before Star Wars came out, though,
so who knows?
Maybe George Lucas was the one making the rip-off.
Cozzi definitely beat him to when it came to making one of the heroes the bad guy's
son.
"Noooooo!!!"
Turkish Star Wars
Also known as…uh... words we can't hope to pronounce, this movie is unique among other
ripoffs, because it literally lifts footage straight from A New Hope and plops it into
the movie.
The Death Star, the Millennium Falcon, X-wings, TIE Fighters, and the Mos Eisley Cantina — all
of these things can be found in Turkish Star Wars.
And that isn't the craziest thing about the movie.
The film starts with two pilots, Murat and Ali, crashing on a desert planet during a
space battle.
Past that, there isn't really any hope following the plot.
Ali accidentally summons a skeleton army by whistling.
There's a planetary shield made of human brain molecules that looks suspiciously like the
Death Star.
Murat karate chops monsters in half.
Somewhere along the way, a story happens.
When the movie came out, 20th Century Fox was evidently so stumped by it that they didn't
even try to sue.
Even today, Disney-owned Lucasfilm still hasn't taken action.
It's so bad they don't even view it as threat.
But Star Wars probably would have been even cooler if Luke ripped the head off of a Wampa.
The Shape of Things to Come
In 1979, Canadian director George McCowen set out to make his own Star Wars knockoff,
buying the rights to H.G. Wells' 1933 novel The Shape of Things to Come.
Since Canada isn't really known as a science fiction hotspot, it's easy to guess how things
turned out.
The film was already off to a rough start because H.G. Wells' book is actually a speculative
novel about the future of the world from 1933 to 2106, and it features a distinct lack of
robots.
Literally none of the things in the novel happen in the movie.
McCowen just shamelessly bought the rights just so he could use a title people might
know for his movie.
And like most movies of the era, The Shape of Things to Come had a pretty low-budget
look.
Plotwise, it's pretty much Star Wars, just set on Earth's moon after a "Robot War."
There's a bad guy who has a massive fortress, and a resistance movement trying to stop him.
McCowen thought if he made the bad guy use robot drones as his minions, nobody would
know it was a shameless ripoff.
He was wrong.
Yor: The Hunter from the Future
At first, Yor doesn't look much a Star Wars ripoff.
It starts as a barbarian sword-and-loincloth feature set to the sweet sounds of '80s hair
metal.
We've got a guy hunting dinosaurs, meeting magical people and seducing willing wenches.
Who could possibly hate that?
Then, suddenly, it's like the movie gets bored and goes full-on science fiction.
The second half of the movie is about an evil organization led by a guy dressed in black
robes that wouldn't look out of place in Knights of the Old Republic, evil minions who wear
knockoff Darth Vader masks, and laser battles.
Spoiler alert: turns out that Yor has actually been living on a post-apocalyptic, sci-fi
Earth.
With dinosaurs.
Which is pretty much every eight-year-old's dream.
This wasn't even just a case of the screenwriter mashing stuff together.
It's actually based off an Argentinian comic book of the same name, which was evidently
popular enough to bring to the big screen.
It's really not that bad an idea for a movie, but Yor deserves better.
Starchaser: The Legend of Orin
It's the story of a young miner who discovers a magic sword and embarks on an epic quest
to destroy an evil space empire with the help of robot sidekicks and a rogue criminal.
And it's not Star Wars.
Despite being an animated film, Starchaser: The Legend of Orin is waaay less kid-friendly
than Star Wars.
The characters swear a lot more and the violence is even worse.
And then there's the, erm, fembot.
The heroes pick up an oddly curvy, totally-not-C3PO lady-droid during their adventures.
Like C-3PO, she's pretty annoying.
So how do our heroes deal with it?
They stick probes in her robot butt to reprogram her.
Into a full-on sexbot.
Despite offering a terrifying view into the filmmaker's fantasies, Starchaser was pretty
groundbreaking.
It was one of the first 3D animated movies, and one of the first to combine computer graphics
with traditional hand-drawn animation.
Thankfully, those technologies were also used to make movies that weren't creepy Star Wars
ripoffs.
Space Mutiny
In 1978, Glen Larson managed to get Battlestar Galactica off the ground, after years of shopping
it around, because of the success of Star Wars.
Some might call it a total ripoff, but it found plenty of success in its own right.
Enough success that a South African production company wanted to cash in on it ten years
later.
The result was Space Mutiny.
Without the money for special effects, the production just decided to go the easy route
and steal effects shots from Galactica, use whatever office equipment they had around,
and film the thing in brick buildings, which were supposed to represent areas of a spaceship.
The story revolves around a mutiny on a colony ship, but the plot is skeletal at best.
Characters die, only to re-appear in the next scene, plot elements appear out of order,
and it feels like key pieces of dialogue were cut.
That doesn't mean the movie is without charm.
It has an awesome go-cart chase through the "engine room" of the ship, a cool hula-hoop
dance club, and B-movie icon Cameron Mitchell hanging around in a bathrobe.
The strangest element of the whole fiasco is that by 1988, ripoffs just weren't profitable
anymore, and the movie has too much stolen footage to stand on its own.
How they never got sued remains a space-mystery.
Battle Beyond the Stars
Schlock auteur Roger Corman threw his hat in the Star Wars ripoff ring with his 1980
film Battle Beyond the Stars.
For those who aren't familiar with Corman's body of work, the dude was well known for
making fast, cheap movies to capitalize on whatever craze was going on at the time.
He knew how to stretch a budget and made the most semi-competent movies he could, and Battle
Beyond the Stars was his most expensive movie to date, coming in at $2 million.
As a result, the film ended up being surprisingly competent.
It looked and felt just like Star Wars, but was more of a loose remake of Seven Samurai
in space.
Most importantly, the plot actually kinda makes sense.
Shockingly, it also had some future big names attached.
James Cameron was in charge of special effects and art direction.
James Horner wrote the score and liked it so much that he basically ripped himself off
and reused it for The Wrath of Khan.
"Khannnn!!!!"
All of that made Battle Beyond the Stars the most skillfully made ripoff from the era.
Even better, Corman, being the cheapskate he was, didn't break down the sets after filming
and just re-used them for yet another Star Wars ripoff, Space Raiders.
That guy knew how to get the biggest bang for his buck.
The Black Hole
Storywise, Disney's legendarily expensive The Black Hole actually has more in common
with Star Trek than Star Wars.
But with bumbling robot sidekicks, spaceships that look like Mos Eisley spaceport rejects,
and costumes that look like they're fresh out of the Death Star's supply closet, the
Star Wars connection is undeniable.
What makes this movie so bizarre is that it gets incredibly dark.
Robot villain Maximilian is a frightening cross between Darth Vader and a Cylon.
Biblical allusions and gruesome murder lurk around every plot point.
Humans get melded with robots.
And of course, we can't forget about the final scene, in which the characters are sucked
into the black hole only to find the most convincing interpretation of hell ever set
on film.
Sleep well, Mouseketeers!
There's arguably a good movie in the middle of The Black Hole, but Disney couldn't decide
whether to make it child-appropriate, or something more heady like 2001: A Space Odyssey.
Disney would have to wait a few decades to make actual Star Wars films.
Amazingly, the studio has also started working on remaking The Black Hole.
No word yet on whether Satan will make an appearance this time.

What The Cast Of Dawson's Creek Looks Like Today - Duration: 7:49.
In 1998, viewers first met the gang on Dawson's Creek.
It was a prime time drama that followed the romances, tragedies and aspirations of a group
of small town teenagers in fictional Capeside, Massachusetts, all with incredibly good looks,
and equally good vocabularies.
The show quickly ascended to insane levels of popularity.
And by the time it ended in 2003, it had become iconic.
Most of the young stars began their careers on the Creek.
Now here's a peek of what's become of them, almost 20 years later.
James Van Der Beek
In the title role of Dawson, James Van Der Beek spent six seasons playing one of the
most emotional dudes on television.
He was perpetually tormented by his feelings for Joey, who — twenty year old spoiler
alert! — ultimately chose Pacey in the series finale, leaving poor Dawson to work out his
issues alone with his video camera.
With the end of Dawson's Creek, Van Der Beek continued acting, sometimes taking roles that
directly poked fun at his real life persona, like on ABC's Don't Trust the B in Apartment
23.
Van Der Beek also took on roles that contrasted heavily with Dawson, like the dirtbag filmmaker
he played on One Tree Hill, and his two episode arc on CBS's Criminal Minds in 2006, playing
a serial killer with multiple personalities.
Van Der Beek won the Best Actor Award at the 2009 San Diego Film Festival for his role
in the film Formosa Betrayed, and then moved on to other TV roles like CSI: Cyber.
He also appeared in Kesha's "Blow" video in 2011.
In early 2017, Viceland announced that Van Der Beek would be producing, writing, and
starring in the network's first scripted series, called What Would Diplo Do?
Now in his forties and married with four children, Van Der Beek's career is still going strong.
But he'll always be Dawson to us…
Katie Holmes
Before she was picked to be Tom Cruise's wife, before she had a baby, and then made a run
for it — Holmes played Joey Potter on Dawson's Creek.
Joey was earnest and ambitious, perpetually pulled in by Dawson's emotional tractor beam.
Between the end of Dawson's Creek, and Holmes' divorce from Cruise in 2012, she starred in
2005's Batman Begins, as well as in a series of films, like Thank You for Smoking.
Unfortunately, her performances didn't really earn her many accolades.
Cruise and Holmes began dating in 2005, and married in 2006, after which Holmes took a
hiatus from acting while pregnant with daughter Suri.
When she returned to Hollywood in 2008, it was to star in the comedy flop Mad Money.
She came back to television in 2009 in the remake of Don't Be Afraid of the Dark, played
Jackie Kennedy in a TV miniseries — which she reprised in 2016's After Camelot — and
appeared on Ray Donovan in 2015, before announcing that she wouldn't be returning to the show
in 2016.
But that's hardly the end of her Hollywood career — not by a longshot.
Holmes has announced plans to direct a screen adaptation of Kathleen Tessaro's novel, Rare
Objects, and is set to appear in the film Coup D'Etat, opposite Michael Caine and Jason
Biggs.
Joshua Jackson
At the center of Dawson's Creek's most important love triangle was the impulsive and charming
Pacey Witter, played by Joshua Jackson.
With that credit under his belt, Jackson moved to London in 2003 to do a stint in the theater,
before returning to the States to appear in Bobby, Emilio Estevez's 2006 film about the
hours leading up to the assassination of Robert Kennedy.
Jackson's role in the Canadian independent film, One Week, which he also produced, won
him a Genie Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in 2010.
Jackson also had a five-season run as Peter Bishop on Fox's sci-fi drama, The Fringe,
which wrapped in 2013.
These days, you can catch Jackson on Showtime's The Affair, where he's once again involved
in a love triangle.
Only this time, it's Dawson-free.
Michelle Williams
From the moment Williams' character, Jen Lindley, arrived on the scene in Capeside in season
one, she was deemed the troublemaker, accidentally driving a wedge between Dawson and Joey.
Jen's death in the series finale may or may not have been an unfair end for her character,
but Williams' career had only begun.
After Dawson's Creek, Williams worked in a number of independent films before landing
a role in Brokeback Mountain, for which she was nominated for an Academy Award, and wore
this legendary dress to the ceremony.
Between 2001 and 2011, Williams made 25 films.
She won a Toronto Film Critics Award for Best Actress for her performance in Wendy and Lucy
in 2006, and continued to nab sought after roles in films such as Shutter Island, Mammoth,
Meek's Cutoff, My Week With Marilyn, and Certain Women.
In 2016, she was again nominated for an Academy Award, for Best Supporting Actress, for Manchester
by the Sea.
Unfortunately, her life off-camera hasn't been as picture perfect.
Williams met actor Heath Ledger on the set of Brokeback Mountain in 2004, and in 2005,
she gave birth to their daughter, Matilda Rose.
After Ledger's untimely death in 2008, Williams retreated from the media spotlight and, according
to E! News, has been vigilant about protecting Matilda from encountering the press.
Busy Phillipps
Phillipps made her first appearance on Dawson's Creek in season 5, as Joey's refreshingly
quirky college roommate, Audrey Liddell.
Audrey remained in the Capeside universe until the end of season 6.
An alum of the legendary but short-lived sitcom Freaks and Geeks, Phillipps had no problem
continuing her acting career after her run on Dawson's Creek — she won a Critics' Choice
Award in 2011 for her role as Laurie Keller on ABC's Cougar Town, and performed as a member
of the WorkJuice players in The Thrilling Adventure Hour, a stage production in the
style of 1940s radio, in Los Angeles.
In 2017, Phillipps appeared as a judge on Food Network's Chopped Junior, as well as
on an episode of the network's Star Plates.
According to Variety, Phillipps recently signed on to Tina Fey's The Sackett Sisters, a comedy
pilot for NBC, and currently stars on HBO's Vice Principals.
Philipps is married to screenwriter Marc Silverstein, who included the couple's 2007 wedding vows
in the 2012 film The Vow starring Channing Tatum and Rachel McAdams.
Phillipps and Silverstein have two daughters, Cricket and Birdie.
The actress has spoken to Vanity Fair of her deep and enduring friendship with fellow Dawson's
Creek costar Michelle Williams, and Phillipps' daughter, Birdie, is extremely close to Williams'
daughter, Matilda.
Meredith Monroe
The fast talking, overachieving, vulnerable Andie McPhee, played by Meredith Monroe basically
looks exactly the same now as she did then.
The actress left Dawson's Creek in season 4, and although she filmed scenes for the
show's finale in 2003, they didn't air.
After the show wrapped for good, Monroe joined the cast of CBS's Criminal Minds from 2005
to 2009, playing Haley Hotchner, the super-patient and ultimately unlucky wife of FBI Agent Aaron
Hotchner.
In addition, she's worked basically everywhere — on CSI, Private Practice, and on the Lifetime
movie The Husband She Met Online.
Kerr Smith
Jack McPhee, Andie's brother, briefly dated Joey — before coming out and allowing actor
Kerr Smith to play one of the first gay teens on TV.
Jack and Ethan's kiss in May 1998, at the end of season three, was the first on prime
time television.
Since the end of Dawson's Creek, Smith has appeared in the film Final Destination, as
well as the TV shows Life Unexpected, NCIS, CSI, Charmed, and The Fosters, where he's
been since 2014.

train through the mountains second we
need to ride a dog sled across the snow
and third we have to take a speedboat
over the water to the iceberg so to get
to Umi car
the first vehicle we need to take is a
tree let's look for the train station we

see you there okay see you soon
here we are on track number five um guys
this train is missing the engine we
needed engine or the train can't go I
can fix that I can build an engine with
my super shape power
this blueprint shows the shapes we need
first let's find the shapes that make
the back of the train engine
do we need the triangle in the circle or
the rectangle in the circles the
rectangle and the circles yeah now we
need the shapes to make the front of the
engine what shape do we need
yeah the rectangles and circles all
right we have all the shapes we need to
make a train engine super holy friend
look what we built together a super
engine awesome you move the engine for
our train nice work Gil come on Jamal
time to get on the train that's my dad
gotta go good luck Team Umizoomi thanks
Jamal all aboard
now let's take this train through the
mountains so we can save Umi car

need the longest curved piece which one
is the longest curved piece
that one it fits
Oh hit the brakes taeo
another piece of track is missing I'll
fix it
to fix the next part of the track you
need to find a medium zigzag piece which
one is the medium zigzag piece
that's it a perfect fit way to go
oh yeah I got it
another piece of track is missing I'll
fix it
we need the longest straight piece which
one is the longest straight piece
that one you got it Freeman gal me
friend we fix the train tracks that was
amazing
they're just chugging along birthday
junk just chugging along
watch this drink babe our friend alright
we made it through
listen I'm getting a call right here on
my belly-belly
yeah let's see who it is please calling
us Oh me car oh no your eyes hurt is
nothing it's getting smaller
don't worry umicar well be there soon we
have to get your Umi car before the
iceberg melts away quick let's see what
vehicle we need next to get to Umi car
we rode the train through the mountain
so next we need to take a dog sled
across the snow rent dog sled but where
in the world are we gonna find a dog
sled I have a girl he's our friend
Natasha and your dog hi
we heard Umi car was in trouble and we
want to help
oh thanks Natasha my dog is really good
at pulling dog sleds he can take you all
the way to iceberg Bay so we have a dog
all we need now is a sled I'll take care
of that I can build a dog sled with my
super shape
this blueprint shows the shapes we need
to build a dog sled first let's fill
this part the runner to make the runner
- we need a rectangle or a square a
rectangle now let's go the front of the
sled do we need a triangle or a crescent
I'm crashing all right we've done the
shapes to make a dog sled we need go
whoa nice dog sled whoo okay boys pick T
mamizou's all the way to iceberg Bay
whoop one last thing there's a special
word you have to say to make my dog run
you have to say mush say mush with us oh
well good luck thanks Natasha oh my gosh
here we come
on our way to Kaiser say mush mush mush
alone make this bread sleeve our friends
oh we're slowing down
oh this doggy looks tired
he needs a dog treat with a number on it
to give him running power hey I see a
dog treat up ahead
woof it has a picture of a heart on it
is a heart a number no a heart is a
shape only treats that have numbers on
them give this dog running power help me
look for a number treat up ahead when
you see a treat with a number on it say
number number yeah what number is it 4
it worked the number 3 save the dog you
running power resist
Oh doggy is losing his running power
again he needs another number treat
right let's look for one when you see a
treat with a number on it say number
number what number is it 9 yeah more
power the bigger the number the faster
you run
we're almost at iceberg Bay root whoo
but I think doggy needs one more number
treat to get in there when you see a
number treat say number number what
number is it 12 that's a big number
thanks for helping me find all those
number treats you were awesome boy hey a
25 number treat this will give you
enough running power to get all the way
home to Natasha

left now where are you me car
we're coming we took a train through the
mountain a dog sled across the snow what
do we need to take next
a boat we need a speedboat one speedboat
coming up this is a blueprint of a
speedboat first let's find the shape
that goes here which shape do we need
the triangle yeah that means the
windshield now let's find the shape that
goes here what shape do we need
that one the trapezoid saxophone the
boat
all right we found all the shapes we
need super soft
way to go life best aah
to save my friends we're glad to see you
too Umi car we need to find a way to get
you off this iceberg before it all melts
I know how to get Umi car off this
iceberg we can make him fly it's only
helicopter to turn Umi car into a
helicopter
he needs a propeller I'll build him one
piston builds a propeller with trapezoid
let's count how many we need count with
me 1 2 3 4 what chords trapezoid whoa
nice propeller Umi car we've gotta fight
loony car out of here before the last of
the ice melts to make Umi car fly we
need the propeller to spin to make it
spin we have to count to 4 tell with us
why 2 3 4 it's working the propeller is
spinning but to get off the ground we
need to tell faster come faster with
that 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 as fast as you can
1 2 3 4 1 2 3

🏓 All About Paddles 🏏 - BDSM Basics #23 - Duration: 20:11.
paddles are a fantastic toy they don't
take a lot of skill and it kind of like
the plug and play of the BDSM world so
stick around we're going to talk all
those paddles
hey guys thanks very much for checking
out this video
it is Morgan with BDSM relationships and
education today we are going to be
talking about paddles I packed some time
ago so how to pick out the perfect
paddle so that's what we're going to do
today I'm going to tell you all those
paddles and how to pick one that is
right for you
joining me today is Wulfgar my little
puppy who is sitting right here you can
kind of see his nose apparently if he
wants to be in all the videos yeah you
can see him there chewing on one of my
spreader bars let's not do that please
okay let's do that anyways um he's here
because he's a big crybaby and won't let
me shoot videos unless he's right beside
me so if you hear some weird noises or
stuff is moving in the background or on
suddenly like how to stop licking my
feet without laughs my dogs he also has
a foot fetish so there's that so hey
guys I just wanted to let you know as
well but I talk a lot about paddle use in
my new ish book, it's been out for a
little while but if you would like to
pick up your very own copy available in
softcover & eBook
on Amazon and I will include a link to
that but I do talk Allegro paddles in
here so you can check that out anyways
I'm sitting here you know this paddle
and swing swing you know but there is a
surprisingly huge range of sensations
that paddle can deliver and there's a
huge range of paddles themselves there's
all sorts this is a textured paddle made
from wood and we will talk about this in
just a little bit so there is a pretty
basic paddles construction there is the
blade so this is the part that you hit
people with and then there's the handle
this is the part you hold on to yeah
that's it um okay I said these are
pretty much idiot-proof so if you can
get your mind around hold ear hit here
well
you pass paddle 101 so other course
pedals can be embellished you know they
can have textured blades or different
things like that you can put a wrap on a
handle or you treat materials to make a
handle all kinds of fun different
embellishments I have put that down for
you then we back my dog in the head with
it because that totally was going to
happen he's moving around here and I'm
swinging a paddle and that's not gonna
end well okay so let's talk of those
paddle materials so you just saw a 1-1
and tons of wooden paddles here are you
can also have leather paddles so this is
a nice leather one put that here and I'm
sure I'll be coming back to this let's
see I don't have a rubber paddle or a
silicone out both of those are possible
I do have a silicone strap campus
company you made my straps also makes
paddle so keep that in mind if you are
looking for rubber or silicone there's
our silicone but you get a very similar
sensation with low dose vinyl you this
is like almost in the classification
that that yellow rope that I date um and
fun fur apparently fun fur on a paddle
is a thing look at that good all right
then you could also see what's feel I
don't have one of those acrylic I also
don't have one of those and you can have
bamboo palm wood plastics and of course
there is also a lecture of stamina
paddle that plug into your ECM unit and
have electrical plates on them so that's
pretty cool
a traditional animal similar to this one
if we use just look at this side it has
a large blade here it has a smaller
handle you can hold on to it and there
you go that is basically a paddle
nothing fancy there so the intensity is
going to depend
on both to the size and the material
that the paddle is made out of and you
can see this one's being marked up
pretty good on the other side I take
that one out when I'm doing a little
BDSM talks because I think it looks like
absolutely ridiculous and scary so I
like to bring it out and show people
because ridiculous and scary is all
about BDSM I don't know so then we have
textured paddles so if we look at this
side of the paddle this one has little
middle studs you can see they're fairly
low profile
they don't really stick as much so they
don't add a lot of sensation because of
that but something that is textured like
this one this is much more it's going to
definitely change the sensation because
of this rather extreme texture so that
is pretty you can also narrative there's
also this type of paddle where you can
see there's little you know I lied when
I said I didn't tell me what were paddle
this is the rubber paddle right here but
anyways you can see there's always
little ridges and bits of rubber
sticking out so that as to the distance
ation of this particular paddle and you
can see also that the handle here is
textured as well you can also have some
titles that are kind of like this this
is technically a paddle although it
doesn't have as anything to
differentiate the blade from the handle
it's just one long piece of wood which
has being stained and then had like a
thousand coats of clear coat on it this
one is very similar and it's like a
piece of thick round wood dowel possibly
and then it had some steps on it and of
course it's being painted we've got a
little bit of leather for a handle or
vinyl probably for the handle this was
made by somebody that I know in my local
community and I picked it up at epitope
fair so that's pretty cool I feel oddly
be made by people within my local
communities over the years so and if I
know where to get the pals like if you
can get them in various places like
accessible to everyone I will let you
guys know Elias and then we have how
that have holes in them um now how does
the rolls are a lot more intense because
this hole basically is get rid of any
kind of cushion of air that would exist
between the paddle and the surface that
you're getting with so without that
little cushion of air it becomes a much
more intense sensation and then you have
the estim paddles which again I don't
have one but they are going to be
generally more sticky and you can have
that electrical shock on contact and
it's best used with electro-conductive
gel so we would put that on the skin and
then have fun with the electrified
paddle I mean really who wouldn't want
to do that because that sounds awesome
to me I need to get one so then there
are in fridge paddles and these are the
ones that have like a word cutout into
them and the idea is that if you hit
hard enough with this title you'll leave
that word the impression of that word on
the bottom bottom so there are examples
of boots swivel paddles and they have
like it's the tread of a boot some
rubber part and then exact with wood and
it needs like an impression of you know
a boot so if you clean it stepped on so
else I want to give a quick note there
are items called vampire paddle they're
similar to vampires gloves it's
basically a paddle and it has small
spikes on it which are intended to draw
blood now I am NOT a fan of items like
this because there's the way not
sanitary
they are generally not even sanitary
fuse on one partner
never mind going from one partner to the
next now the reason for this has been
often a wooden paddle or some other
material
you cannot clean properly you can't
sterilize it in between uses and it's
very difficult if not impossible to
sanitize case what it would be
impossible to sanitize unless it it
feels really really well and so I don't
like playing at these things usually the
metal is not a higher quality metal
either so that can be a problem it could
rust if you put clean chemical on it and
it will likely rush if you are able to
run it through an autoclave or a
sterilizer so I just really am NOT a fan
of these types of toys anything in the
vampire range so if you really enjoy
those kind of things please make sure
that they are single person toys only
and that you are cleaning them to the
best of your ability in between each use
serving the cost over in disinfectants
and and please understand they are
certainly not feral by any stretch and
that you can cause infection and you
would be able to pass along a
blood-borne diseases such as hepatitis C
which can live on surfaces for a oh man
last time I checked the research it was
something like six to eight weeks but
every time I check it goes up where it
can live on services that you think you
cleaned so be aware that hepatitis C is
early very very light and it is just a
nasty nasty little disease so I
definitely if you have a partner that
has that side of C then this type of
play is not for you the other thing that
I don't like about these types of PAL is
that you know we are using the paddle
and we hit the person we draw blood and
then we draw back and little blood
droplets can come flying off or that
paddle they can be aerosolized and it's
really not cool I wouldn't feel
comfortable being at fellows dungeons in
anybody was playing with something like
that and I would want to save it within
my own playroom because they're quickly
blood droplets anywhere that only a
dirty smell
me to see so I can't really clean it so
again I personally wouldn't use those
types of towel I won't use anything that
is like vampire pal vampire blood none
of that stuff it's just not within my
risk profile and risk tolerance but I
didn't want to mention them so unless
talk here quickly
those are vinyl paddles now these things
this woman I don't even know I still
have it but it gives me ages ago and I
how long to it I think so that I would
tell people so awful why no paddles are
so this has like a steel thing in the
middle of it
well probably Nonya and steel it's
probably something cheaper but I can
feel it in there it's only maybe a
quarter of an inch sick so it's not
going to stand up very well
you have vinyl on this slide fun fur on
inside the fun fur it's supposed to sort
of blunt a lot of the impact the vinyl
is a little sticky but these types of
things and you can see here they don't
stand up very well
and I usually like I can be rough on my
voice when I treat them well at the same
time so it is something to be aware of
that these kind of things are really not
going to stand up for like moderate to
heavy use at all you're going to have to
buy a new one so for me I would just
prefer to buy new toys that are you know
good quality and support my local people
so basically when it comes down to
materials we're looking at a big plus
heavy plus rigid is going to give you a
lot of sub so this is a very funny pedal
you know it's huge it's rigid because
it's wood there's not any give to it
it's not too heavy though I will say
this is quite light so it loses a bit of
a stud there this is not the most
intense tile
I don't know I think that it is because
it looks scary generally texture is
going to increase the intensity so like
this guy and for the record this one is
a light see here yeah badass
means I have to take a look there I know
this is the same company that made or
the same people because it's just like
it's small uh you know small business
but the same people who made my socks
that I did a video on I'll link that up
there but anyways this one is quite
heavy because this is a good quality
good for you and just like you know
cheap whatever it's a decent wood and
it's quite heavy so this must quite
intense and I kind of like that this one
here is fairly light but it has to have
a small service area it's fairly intense
so then we if we know that heavy rigid
paddles are going to give us lots of Sun
on the other side of things small light
and flexible paddles are going to give
us more sting so when we are looking at
like say the rubber paddle and this one
also has a bit of steel in the handle
it's this one's a lot more flesh-like
tivities this one's a lot more question
this is sweet slip because most of the
things that I own they're made of
leather come from six which because they
do really good stuff but anyways so
these ones are kind of a mixture of
sudden sting this one is quite thingy
it's very light it's not flexible at all
but it is small so this one also from
six whips is sort of a strap paddle
thing it's just stiffened a little bit
and I think I feel a bit of steel in
there and not a higher percent but it is
a lot more flexible you can see I can
bend it there and it is small and light
and it is definitely singing the cool
thing about this is that on this side
you can actually feel the stitches a
little more and I've had some bottoms to
say that they can feel the stitching
when I hit them with it so back awesome
this is made of leather as well so
that's something to keep in mind when
you're looking at a paddle now the final
thing I could not have about paddle
without talking about four verticals or
improvised paddles you can use all kinds
of things that you can find pretty much
anywhere four paddles so think where
these spoons family a constant wooden
spoons I prefer bamboo wood spoons
because they stand up a little bit
better and they are a vendor is
renewable so it's a bit better than just
wood but I also find that they don't
break it evenly as the cheap wooden
spoons I also have a silicone spatula
for baking that makes a wicked wicked
paddle I've seen silicone schemes as
well so that's something that you could
use as a paddle you could you know be
inspired by this guy this one's a little
fancier but you know you could just take
a piece of wooden dowel stick one like
this so that it's not going to break and
use something like that if you are going
to make your own wooden ones I would
suggest sealing the wood and that way
it's a little more sanitary and I can
clean it one of my favorite paddle is
this guide and this came from Value
Village and this is actually a tool to
measure your portions of spaghetti so
this is a single portion of spaghetti
this down here is for portions of
spaghetti and when I go out to do talks
about videos them and talking about you
know impact play and stuff like that I
this is another one that I bring with me
all the time and I ask people if they
know what this is and inevitably
somebody will be like that to measure
you know somebody's junk so that the
first question that I get but somebody
usually if I brought some people over
the age of about 40 in the audience they
know that this is a tool to measure
spaghetti but this makes a fantastic
paddle it has a handle right here and
with the holes in it it hurts a lot so
this is a great paddle this is also
great if you're doing some of those like
domestic discipline style feeds where
you want our 1950s style scenes where
you want to have that like you know
homey kind of touch so that's nice
I also I
fortunately somebody broke it at one
place last uh you know demos at sexy
Palooza but I had this great counselor
paddle was just from Ikea I think it was
like a dollar or two dollars and it was
a big round pot holder with a bit of a
handle and it basically looks like a
ping-pong paddle
it was great for it to do the same phone
battle so those are harder to come
across nowadays it seems so I'm just
going to leave you by with a couple of
cool paddles that I have that I enjoy
friend of mine made a glory hole from
benzene actually glory hole tattle and I
really like that um you guys will see
this one hanging around in my dungeon I
think that is rather amusing now I
showed that too much so YouTube is being
like take it like restricting my my
videos a lot but that's a paddle and I
wish this one for a minute simulation
play because it can be humiliating and
you know nobody is going to measure up
to that baby huge and then equip I just
have this little guy this one is
perceptively is evil this one is also
very very seen and it's just a small
little thin thing but it is made over
believin oak and it hurts quite a bit so
I really enjoy that I want all of my
paddles I tend to give a lot of my
paddles different you know QC names so I
have this is the pink kitty stick and I
figure that if I give it a cutesy name
like that
then people won't be prepared for how
much it's going to hurt they think that
it's just something she was bluffing
like bring me my pink city sick okay I
think that I need to stop filming right
now because I'm getting silly anyway
thank you so much for watching my video
give me a thumbs up it was useful for
you if you have any questions about
paddles please like leave me comments
down below and I will answer them and if
needed I will make another video so
anyways guys thanks I will see you in
the next
Oh
