Happy Friday and welcome to watch Aperitiivi (Aperitif)

This weekend we're having an international market here in Tampere

You can taste different flavors from countries all over the world

We just visited there and got something to taste

So we chose this one

This is Hungarian pastry called "langos"

It has sour cream, garlic, cheese, red onion and caviar

And as a drink we have this non-alcoholic cider from Åland

Yes, and it's gooseberry flavored

It should be smooth and delicious

Let's have a taste

Mmm...

It's absolutely delicious

Very nice

Very nice!

I like it!

Great combo

Now that we have the international market here in Tampere as well as craftbeer festival for the weekend

So we thought of talking about events coming this summer here in Tampere

We had to check the event list and it seems like there are so many events coming this summer

So I'm sure there well be an event for everyone

But these are our top 5

First we have Tammerfest where all of the greatest Finnish names will be performing

From Haloo Helsinki to Popeda and beyond

I just heard about this event called Tampere wine village

But it's coming on 24th to 29th of July here in Tampere

There will be wine tasting but also some food available

So this one seems to be an event for us

And in August there is an event called Pintxo competition

I don't know how to pronounce it

There are small dinner or lunch portions for sale for 3 euros in participating restaurants

So the restaurants will serve 3 euro portions and everyone can vote their favorite

So everyone who tastes these portions can vote for their favorite

I found out about this last year but only after the event so I'm so looking forward to this this summer

And of course the legendary Chilifest 18th to 20th of August

And there's also Tulli beer fest happening together with Chilifest

So this one seems to be an event for us as well

Beer and spicy food

And different chilies to try

And then there is Blockfest

This years main act will be Little Wayne

Which summer event are you looking forward the most?

Comment below

Have a nice weekend!

Bye bye!

How To Poach An Egg - Duration: 4:01.

Hello!

Today I'm going to show you how I make a poached egg.

This morning, I woke up and I'm in a very high pain, low energy kind of mood.

So, I wanted something delicious and easy to make I threw some bacon in the oven

and now I'm going to poach me an egg.

I'm from the south and I love a good fried egg, but for me it can be a little fiddley

to get the egg yolk just perfect and I like a good, runny egg yolk.

So, I will have the written instructions on my blog, let's get started!

It doesn't take long to make and like I said, it's very easy and simple.

First we are going to need a pot of water.

I'm going to put it on my eye over here and get my heat turned on.

Now I'm just going to let this pot of water heat up.

You don't want boiling water, but you do want a good bit of steam coming up and some bubbles

coming to the surface.

I'll show you what mine looks like in a second and you will see.

While my water has been heating up, I went ahead and cracked an egg into a small bowl.

You can see that my water has heated up and it has a good amount of steam and tiny bubbles

coming up.

Now that my water has heated up, I'm going to take a wooden spoon and I'm going to create

a little cyclone in the pot of water for my egg to be poured into.

And this keeps the egg together and it holds it's shape a little bit better.

Now that I've got a good little cyclone going, I'm going to pour my egg into the middle of

the cyclone that I've made in the water.

And now I'm going to set my timer for 3 minutes.

If too much foam starts bubbling up, you can lay a wooden spoon across the top of the pot.

Make sure your water does not start boiling, if it does, adjust the heat.

Now that it's been 3 minutes, I'm ready to get my egg out with my slotted spoon.

Now I'm just going to give it a little shake to get the excess water off and it's ready

to go on my plate.

I can see right away that it's perfect and I'm so excited to dig in.

As you can see as I cut into my egg, the egg white is completely cooked and the egg yolk

is runny and perfect.

I hope ya'll liked this video tutorial.

5. I Narrowboat to Stratford-upon-Avon see William Shakespeare's birthplace & go down the River Avon - Duration: 5:17.

Heading south on the Stratford On Avon

Canal, Molly and I were once again

enjoying the scenery.

North of Wilmcote between bridges 54

and 55, is an example of how farmers are

diversifying. Hill Farm is in its final

stages of a new 50 birth marina and it's

due to open later this year. Out of the

blue I started cross Edstone Aqueduct.

At a hundred and forty-five meters in

length, it's the longest aqueduct in

England. Unlike many others, its towpath

is level with the bottom of the water,

rather than its top. It was completed in

1816 and then restored in 2003.

As the summer kicks in, the canal was bursting

with wildlife. A family of Moorhens go

for an afternoon stroll. And then at a

lock entrance, some baby ducklings eat

their breakfast.

North of Stratford-upon-Avon

is the Wilmcote flight of locks, in

groups of three, five and then three.

Halfway down, I was in luck, as I had

help from a Canal & River Trust

volunteer.

In a contrast from the quiet countryside,

the basin in the center of

Stratford-upon-Avon is packed with

thousands of tourists and entertainment.

I found a spot to moor up and purchased

a 7-day license from the Avon Navigation

Trust. Their boat is located in the basin.

The license was £50.00 for the week

and was due to start two days later.

Stratford-upon-Avon is a major tourist

location in the UK. Steeped in culture

and history, it's the birthplace of

William Shakespeare and is home to the

Royal Shakespeare Theatre. To be honest I

was a little nervous about going on the

River Avon. I'd heard all about it's

dangers and my Nicholson map was

littered with red navigation warnings.

Luckily though, I purchased The River

Avon Navigation & Visitor Guide. It

proved very useful. From mooring

information to navigating all the weirs

and locks. There were details about where

to position the boat and where to expect

currents. It was a lot more detailed than

any other map I'd seen and it felt like

it was written by local people, who used

the river frequently. I buddied up with

Narrowboat Morpheus, along with Annie

and Robin to travel down the river to

Evesham. If the basin is full there's

lots more mooring space on the river

opposite the RSC Theatre. As there'd been

very little rain, the river was extremely

calm. The weir's were relatively lifeless

and I noticed everything was very well

signposted, even if some had issues with

spelling! The river winds south past the

outskirts of Stratford with well

manicured gardens, leading down to its

edge. All the lock gates are metal and

are operated using a normal windlass. The

locks all have good landing stages,

before and after. The houses seem to get

larger and more grand as we went past

Weston-On-Avon. As well as the navigation

guidebook, all the bridges had good

signage, indicating what arch you should

and should not use. The long mooring

poles sticking out of the water at

Welford-On-Avon, indicated how much the

river levels can rise. So pleased it was

nice and low today. Most of the locks

have overnight mooring spots too. These

are all indicated with blue painted

posts. Whilst we waited for some boats to

rise in the lock ahead, Molly showed me

her new trick. {Yeah, good girl, good girl} And

had a mad Labrador moment.

We mixed it up a bit out of this lock. I went first.

Once again the calm Avon was set in

beautiful countryside.

Holiday parks lined the river's edge, as

we entered Evesham, where we were two moor

up for the night. Next time I leave

without Narrowboat Morpheus, heading south

on my own. The days got hotter, and Molly had her

first ever River swim. Don't forget to

click Subscribe if you want to follow my

journey. See you next time.

Game maker Studio 2 - Basic movement - Part 3 - no coding. (Collision) - Duration: 2:44.

What's up guys,

Welcome to part 3 of this video.

In the previous video we got our object to move and turn around.

Today I'm going to show you how to create a simple collision.

Again, We are using simple drag and drop commands, no coding.

Before we start.

You can Help this video rank higher on the searches by leaving a like or a dislike.

Don't forget to hate it or like it.

Okay, let's get started by opening the project

from yesterday.

If you don't have this project, check out the previous videos

it takes about 2 minutes to set it up.

Just follow the link down the description below.

So, let's make a new sprite.

Just right click on sprite and make a new one.

Let's make a simple block.

I'm going to make a quick design.

It's not necessary but I like to have something to look at.

Okay here is our sprite.

Let's make a new active object.

Let's insert a graphic into our new object.

Here is the sprite we just made.

Now, let's drag the object into the play area.

Make sure you have instances selected, not your background layer.

If you run the game and you collide with the block, you will notice that NOTHING happens.

so let's add a collision for our object.

First, let's double click on your block and make it a solid object.

Now, Let's double click on your main object and let's add a new event.

I'm going to select collision.

Pick the object which is going to be the block.

Now, from the toolbox, scroll down and let's select Jump to point.

Drag it out and let's set the X to zero.

And the Y to zero as well.

Make sure this is relative to itself, so check the checkboxes

Let's test the game.

The collision works but when we turn around, our object gets stuck inside the block.

That's because we manually set the center

of the sprite.

So let's fix the center of our sprite.

Simply double click your sprite and select Middle Center.

And that's it.

Let's test the game.

Walk to the block.

and you can see that this works great.

Very smooth collision.

Works on all four sides.

Let me add one more block, you can add as

many blocks as you want to.

And you can see that it works fine.

If you hated this video, please press the dislike button.

But if you liked the video, be sure to SMACK the like button.

Don't forget to subscribe, and Hit the bell next to the subscribe button.

I Hope you found this useful.

See you in part 4 of this video.

Bye now!

PATHIVETRAM - Tamil social thriller shortfilm [HD][ENG-SUB][SOUPBOYZ-OFFICIAL] - Duration: 25:33.

(Phone rings)

Hey mister, Keep it ready.

I will be back.

Hello, yes tell me Peter.

Prashanth, about that short film rate?...

Oh Peter, how many times I have told you?

How many times I have to talk about this?

Always the same fixed rate, there are no changes in that.

Ok fine fine, I will hang up the phone.

Hmmm. Okay hang it up.

Shall we start?

Ok sir.

Shall we start?

Yes. Why can't you shoot indoor?

I will provide green matte if you want.

Just change the background !

No sir, You can not change everything using green matte!

Oh come on Mister....

Thulasidas.

Yeah Thulasi right? Okay go on.

I thought it will be candid if we shoot outdoor.

Okay fine, Let's start the interview. -okay sir.

Sorry!

3..2..1..start.

Hi guys, I am your public power youtube channel admin Thulasidas.

And now the person sitting before us is,

the best famous trending youtube channel TN360 admin, Mr. Prashanth

Vanakam, sir

Sir now your channel has become very familiar like a TV channel

But that's not an easy job. You must have really worked hard for that.

It will be useful for upcoming admins like me,

if you share your methods and ideas that you used to develop your channel.

So please.

Actually when we started our channel, there were only three of us.

Now also the same three.

Peter, my channel cinematographer and editor.

Mr. Ramesh, my channel co-worker.

If you ask about our turning point, it will be very dramatic.

So, it's hard to believe.

I will share them with you, as you are asking.

(Singing an old song)

Get up you two. How long you will sleep?

Ramesh, get up.

Hey, Shut up and let me sleep.

Hey..Hey.. Get up soon!!

See this!!

Famous young doctor Mr.Manikavel, KILLS HIMSELF!!??

Hey what shall we do now? I am the who edited and uploaded it.

Poor guy! Now he is dead.

Hey Prashanth, Why are you silent? Say something.

Now, are you blaming me for his suicide?

Yes, he did this because of you.

No...No...it's because of me.

Peter, keep quiet for sometime.

"30">Prashanth, What shall we do now?

Actaually when i was young, many died because of dengue fever dude to lack of medicine.

My brother is one of them.

This medicine is the result of my ambition to do serve this soceity.

My main objective from the begininng is to provide this medicine for free to the society.

I worked really hard to find this medicine formula.

Come, It is getting late for the prank video.

HEY PRASHANTH!!

Come, let's go.

What prank we are going to do? You didn't tell at all.

Hey Prashanth, I am asking you only. What happened to you?

Ahhh..Today we will prank the public as if rowdies are surrounding them suddenly.

Oh super. We will do.

Hey Peter, Is it okay for you?

Okay we will do. No problem.

Here is the bluetooth.

Okay I am set.

Ramesh, keep connected with me in phone. Okay?

Yeah. Okay.

Come behind him when he comes in front of me. Okay?

Ramesh, CATCH HIM!!

How dare you kill my brother. -I didn't do anything. Why are you doing like this to an innocent passerby?

Why the hell he is taking a bottle? Leave me!

Heyyy..Ahhhhh..

Leave him. You got scared huh? Haha..

It is a prank show, sir. See there.

Peter, Is this prank okay? -Yes, It's nice. Superb.

It's nice. Right? - Yes. It's nice.

Look there. A boy is coming. Shall we prank him?

Get ready. Get ready.

Hello. He looks macho. So, don't touch him.

Yeah. I too thought of saying that. Let us maintain some distance.

Ramesh, Kill him!!

F**k !! Who the hell are you? Who sent you?

Hey, He is having a gun!!

Both of you go back or I will shoot you.

Prashanth, look at him. What to do? -Ramesh, Get back. Get back.

Ramesh, it is a fake gun. Hey are you scaring us with a toy gun?

Ramesh, he is just fooling us.

It is a toy gun right? Shoot us. Let's see.

Hey !?

Hey ! What happened?

Let's go, come. Come.

Okay, you go.

Sorry, sir. - What sir? Did you forget?

Sir, Is it a cinema story to forget?

But it seems like a cinema story, sir.

I told you in the beginning that no one will believe. And they will say it is dramatic.

Okay sir, leave it. Continue it.

Hey, what happened?

You won't say. I will see by myself.

Hey. That mobile I took from there. Does it belong to that killer?

What are you saying? Which mobile?

(Phone ringing)

I was shocked why a famous doctor in Tamilnadu like Manikavel is calling a rogue like him.

Then I cut the call and checked the SD card for any clues.

I caught a really shocking video.

Tell the formula, tell it!

In that video, he was threatening a man to tell the medicine formula.

The whole of Tamilnadu is thinking him as a good guy. So, I uploaded that video to show his true identity.

That video turned out to be a big turning point.

My channel subscribers hiked from 200 to 2000 over night.

A king like feel...

Peter was shouting after seeing the next day newspaper.

News about his suicide.

Then what happened, sir? - There is one more thing that I didn't share you.

If my guessing is correct, I thought that he will come again in search of his phone.

So,I kept it there again. But not as it is.

I fixed a spy camera and a mic that can work using a smartphone.

All the recorded videos will get saved to an app in our system. We can even watch it live.

The next day Dr.Manikavel suicide news came. But I doubted that a fraud like him won't do like this.

So, again we checked the spy camera. Then we found out that it was not a suicide it is a planned murder.

Then, no need to say what we would have done with that video.

Now the most famous Youtube channel TN360. That's it.

Super sir. Thank you viewers. Now we are having a small twist. -What? What did you say?

I asked you how to develop a youtube channel. But you are developing some story. -Shit! who the hell are you?

What the fuck! -Are you going to tell the truth or not?

What do you want? - Tell me how you developed your channel!

Then you won't say? Tell the truth. -NO..NO..NO!!

Cool.Cool. It looks like you must have very much affected by me.

Now what?

I should tell how I developed my channel. Right?

At first.. -Wait a minute...

Now tell me.

I have been wondering for many days. Likes, views, subsribers. Only these were running in my mind always.

What I will do with this 200 subscribers? Fuck you prank shows and movie reviews.

I was thinking what shall I do next. This turned into a fire inside me.

Manikavel was the first one to burn in that fire.

I got a nice idea with the fake gun that I bought for the channel uses.

So I took it that day without telling others. I was afraid because I don't know how my friends will react. But..!!

What happened ? You came so quickly.

No one is coming. It is very irritating. -Let's go to some public places.

No no it won't suit. Did you forget last time police caught our camera?

Then what shall we do now?

I have another plan. How long we will be doing prank shows?

It will go good only if my friend Vishnu comes here. Ramesh, Call Vishnu immediately.

VISHNU...He is none other than my school friend. He will do anything for me.

I explained my plan to Vishnu and my team mates.

All the things that I told you about the gun shot, cellphone and the entire prank show was a well set drama.

The same evening, we went to Dr. Manikavel's house for interview. But we went for another reason...

Sir, we are coming from YouTube channel TN360 to take a small interview.

Interview? -Just five minutes, sir.

okay come in.

Peter and Ramesh stood in their position as we planned.

I kept the doctor engaged by my interview without diverting.

Actually Peter didn't cover our interview at all.

He covered all the rooms in that house.

We recorded each rooms perfectly using the tripod.

Dr. Manikavel didn't get a single doubt on us.

Finally the interview got over.

He doesn't know that I shook hands to slit his throat.

We called Vishnu and took a video as if Dr.Manikavel his threatening a guy to give the formula.

Then we imported the video into the editor and blurred our faces.

We merged green screen footage and the room footage.

Peter struggled very much to do that.

We morphed Ramesh's face with doctor's face.

We changed that video perfectly with camera tracking so no one can identify it.

We coverted it into landscape from portrait and to 3gp format. We uploaded that video after breaking the pixels.

That video went viral but unexpectedly he commited suicide.

Again I called Vishnu to come.

Peter was very afraid after seeing the news. But I was thinking how to change that news into views!

Suddenly I got an idea.

I asked him to take out the bed room footages of that doctor's house.

After Vishnu came, I told them that we can make a video that its not a suicide but planned murder using green screen.

Peter didn't accept it but Ramesh scolded him to do it.

Once again we did face blurring, green screen removing, camera tracking, 3gp converting.

TN 360.. SUBSCRIBE NOW!

The famous young doctor Manikavel didn't kill himself. It's not a suicide, HE IS KILLED!!

If a YouTube video must go viral, everything is in it's title.

So I uploaded the video with pubic figure name to stir their eagerness.

Likes, views and subscribers came more than I expected.

Finally it even reached the TV news.

Vanakam. Today's headlines...

Famous young doctor in Tamilnadu Mr.Manikavel killed himself after a video was spreading about him.

And another video is also spreading telling that it is not a suicide but a planned murder.

The police have registered a case and enquiring whether it's a suicide or murder.

We uploaded a fake video that it's not a suicide but a planned murder.

He didn't threaten anyone for the formula and no one killed him.

What are you going to do by knowing this?

More than half videos that we upload are fake in our channel.

We had put movie reviews by watching pirated theatre prints from Tamilrockers.

Sometimes we had put reviews without watching the movie if the competetion is heavy.

Who are you to ask all these?

Who am I?? You don't know who I am. But I know you very well.

You asked me whether I am affected by you. Yes. I am affected by you.

"30">Do you remember one girl's video that you uploaded before two months?

"30">You will know if you have uploaded one video. You have done many videos how you will know?

That girl is none other than my sister...

I didn't come to talk for my sister. I came for all the sisters life that you have ruined.

You did vfx using my sister's photo for likes and views. For this you can...!

Sorry..

Viewers.. Guys like him will uploaded videos like doctor's trickery, this director with this heroine...

..the other face of this socialist, converstaion between these two for developing their channel.

When this Jio sim was launched, everyone even literates, illeterates are watching and believing such videos.

You are even destroying guys who want to do good.

Viewers.. -Hey..hey..Thulasidoss.. enough.. stop it stop it..

Is it enough to stop me alone? There are thousands of Youtube channel admins like me in Tamilnadu. How you will stop them?

Did you hear that??? Did you hear what he is saying? He is asking how you will destroy other admins.

Yes..we can stop. If you stop believing their videos, good guys will come forth to help.

Once you stop believing them, these guys will vanish quickly.

I want to tell one last thing. Don't believe anyone who is misusing the social network. Thank you!

Rumours if you do good.. rumours if you do bad..rumours..rumours... YOU!!!!

What you see is false. What you hear is false. Enquiring thoroughly is the truth.

The Unbelievable Benefits of Being Bored - Duration: 6:21.

this episode has been brought to you by

our super generous supporters on patreon

Bored yet? I hope so! When was the last time

you were bored for an extended period of

time

I mean bored--like bored. No phone to look

at. No computer, no podcast no

conversation nothing to turn to but the

inner recesses of your exuberant mind

palace for a lot of people this might be

hard to pinpoint as studies show that

Americans spend more than 10 hours a day

in front of screens consuming media and

entertainment this might not be such a

great thing

good stuff producers Matt Weber and Sam

grant explore the unbelievable benefits

of being bored. this is an example of me

being bored. So beneficial.

The modern concept of boredom dates back to the

dawn of the Industrial Revolution for

the first time in history massive

numbers of the population were engaged

in mundane tasks like repetitive factory

work that isolated them from social

interaction for extended periods of time

but we evolved under much different

circumstances. Our early ancestors kept

their brains occupied by simply needing

to survive mapping out new areas figure

out how to defend against predators and

discovering new technology. We have an

inherent instinct to want to keep the

brain active in discovery in other words

we as a species have evolved to be

literally uncomfortable when we aren't

using our minds in new ways. This is

boredom. The most intense forms of

boredom come when we feel isolated and

trapped in a mundane tasks such as

repetitive factory work this may explain

why when we have a lack of stimulation

we gravitate towards anything that will

resolve that need even if it's not

necessarily as productive as we'd like

it to be and with the advent of the

smartphone and the Internet humans are

spending more time in front of a screen

consuming media and less time being

bored than ever before however I'm

comfortable the state of boredom might

be it may also have benefits that we are

missing out on more and more as our

ability to distract ourselves increases

in a study on boredom at the University

of Lancashire a group of people were

given a phone book and told the copied

entries onto a piece of paper for an

extended period of time. Other groups did

no activity then both were asked to come up

with as many uses for a pair of plastic

cups as they could. In all cases the

group assigned to copy the phone book

did much better than the group that did

not. In other words the group that was

subjected to the boring task were much

more creative so another study was

conducted similar to the first where one

group did no activity before the cup

exercise one copied numbers out of a

phone book but a third group has added

to simply read the phone book. They found

that the group

that simply read the phonebook did even better

than the group that copied the numbers

there have been many studies similar to

this all with similar outcomes resulting

in the conclusion that boring tasks and

most especially passively boring tasks

enhance creativity and thought. So what

is exactly going on here? Basically all

this says that our minds are in a more

creative state when they're allowed to

wander. Although not known until recently

daydreaming has actually become accepted

as a major part of our cognitive

processes. Ever think of something

seemingly out of the blue? that's because

as you daydream the brain allows itself

to access the default mode network this

network is most active during periods

where the mind is awake and allowed to

wander and studies have shown that as

well as being stimulated spontaneously

during restful periods

it is also stimulated when reflecting on

the past and future, thinking about

oneself and thinking about others. The

state is also believed to promote more

active pathways to subconscious mind and

in general lets the brain explore and

analyze the information contained within

studies have also shown that those who

let their brains linger in the state

more often than others have a better

working memory that is they're able to

perform multiple tasks at once better

than those who do not these areas are

different from those active during a

sleep cycle and are most stimulated when

you're awake and bored

so this is why it seems like our best

ideas come in the shower we're accessing

the default mode Network. but this

network isn't engaged when we're

watching TV or on our phones or

intentionally distracting ourselves with

entertainment while you might think that

watching a YouTube video on your phone

or scrolling through a news story your

mind could wander in the same way but

studies have shown that these activities

especially those were visual cues and

plot have a relation are far less likely

to let your mind wander and access the

default mode network while we are

becoming increasingly isolated in terms

of human interaction our isolated

activities differ from those of an

industrial revolution era factory worker

or someone sitting and reading a phone

Hannah (BarefootVlogs) | The Road to Nerdfighteria - Duration: 3:46.

So I was in the sophomore year of my

college experience, it was Christmas

break, and my sister sees a package in

the mail from a certain warehouse in

Missoula, Montana. It was a poster

that said, "Keep Calm and DFTBA," and it was for her

best friend for Christmas.

And I was like, "What is DFTBA?" She's just like,

"It means don't forget to be awesome."

"That's cool, but why???" So she showed

me Hank's Jokes video and then a couple of

John's videos and then a couple of Hank's

videos, and I enjoyed them. It took me a few

switches to realize that they were not

the same person. I'm not so observant but,

there you go! I made a note to check into

them because I really enjoyed their

videos and I was like, "How many? How long

have they been doing this? Five years?

Okay, yeah! I want to see what's going on

here!" With Christmas break over, I go back

to college, and during my homework breaks

and then late into the night, I would

watch their videos and started just

watching them from the beginning, because

they were starting to make references

that I had no clue what they were

talking about and I needed to figure it

out from the beginning. I went back

five years and I don't know how people

watch all of their videos. It's been 10

years. That's a lot of videos! Anyways, it

was a bit of a crazy time in my life. I

was still trying to figure out who I was

and where I fit into the world and how

that worked, and here come along two

brothers who have such an interesting

perspective on life. They understand that

the world is complex, we need to

imagine others complexly, and that's

important and I just really enjoyed how

much they tried to live their life in

accordance to their values. And their

perspective on life maybe wasn't

optimistic, but it was definitely full of

hope, and I needed that hope and I was so

happy to have it. I remember when I was

watching through their videos, I was so

sad that I hadn't discovered them sooner.

I had just missed Project for Awesome

2011 and I was so bummed about that. I

was bummed that there were no more

response video and there were no more

scavenger hunts, and

no more birthday collaboration

extravaganzas. That's okay, because I

found my people now. And I remember quite

when I started reading the comments and I

didn't read them often, but enough to

realize that nerdfighteria was a fun

community of people. When I went to other

areas of the Internet, I realized how great

Nerdfighteria was when I realized

that not all comment sections were full

of awesome. Every time that the

Vlogbrothers talked about how Nerdfighteria

blew away their expectations and

they should have learned by now not to

underestimate Nerdfighteria, I was like, "I

wanna be a part of this. I want to be a

part of this community." So I started

making videos on my own. I wanted to

create something and give back a little

bit after consuming so much media from

them. I was like, "I need to create

something, so I'm gonna make a video and

let my voice be heard." As I was

starting to make videos, I started

getting comments from this one gal in

particular, who kind of discovered my

channel and invited me to look at hers, so

it did. And really love them. Her name's

Liz, AKA high-waisted pantaloons, and I'm

pretty sure hers was the first video of

this channel, which is great! Through

her, I started discovering more of the

small youtuber community and realized

that these people, like their videos, are

kind of some of my favorite. Sometimes

more than like the high production

stuff. Still have never been to a

conference and that makes me sad, but we

will get there eventually. I found my

smaller communities that is a small

little area of Nerdfighteria that I can

be a part of and I love it. Thank you for

letting me share my voice and my story

with all of you. DFTBA!

Home Insurance Chappaqua NY | Homeowners Insurance Chappaqua NY | Levitt Fuirst - Duration: 2:58.

Insurance is not a commodity.

Those people that own significant assets soon learn that there are insurance companies that

specialize and provide the coverages that you don't get with standard insurance companies.

Ken asked us thorough questions about what our needs were.

We brought in our policies and we went over what we had, and he went over what we possibly

didn't need, and where we should be adding things, and covered all of our areas of concerns.

Areas and things that we hadn't thought about.

Levitt-Fuirst really brought to light the fact that our homeowners policy only covered

the house and did not necessarily cover a lot of our valuable content, such as art and

jewelry.

There are many types of different insurance that Levitt-Fuirst provides.

One would be high value homeowners insurance, another would be collectors insurance, umbrella,

automobile, and also travel accident insurance.

What is different about the way the agency runs is we're not order takers.

We're more of risk advisors.

What does being a risk advisor mean as opposed to just selling insurance?

It means having the foresight and asking the questions to understand what the unexpected

might bring, and then coming up with the proper insurance product to protect against that

eventuality.

Jason came to my home and was able to compare that I was considering an insurance to what

other products were out there.

This really opened my eyes to the difference that personal insurance coverage can provide.

While we're one of the largest independently owned insurance brokers our clients can call

me on their cells 24/7 to deal with questions, problems, claims.

Last year over the winter we had a serious flood.

We were away when it happened, and when we found out about it I had absolutely no idea

what to do.

The first thing I did was I picked up the phone, I called Ken on his cell phone, and

said "Okay, I got this.

Don't worry about it I'm going to your house now.

I will call and have the restoration company come."

By the time we landed back in New York it was already in process of being taken care

of.

I love helping people.

I enjoy, whether I'm dealing with a business owner or a family, trying to solve their problems

and provide them an answer and a solution to their needs.

I would highly recommend Levitt-Fuirst, not only for their personal care but their expertise

in multiple facets of insurance.

What you get from Levitt-Fuirst is caring dedication to you, and they make you feel

like you're part of the family.

I Drank a Giant Slurpee! (BYO Cup Day & Arts Festival) - Duration: 3:35.

Hey guys, it's Sarah here from sarahntripity

and welcome to my vlog.

Today I'm going to Reston, Virginia

to celebrate the Northern Virginia Fine Arts Festival.

It's apparently a very competitive festival for artists,

where about 800- 1000 different artists apply to be in it,

and only about 200 make it.

I've personally never gone to it,

but I'm very excited to see some really cool artwork.

So if you want to learn more, or see what it is

stay tuned.

(My Dad and his broken leg)

(We bought a print of this photo!)

By Lorri Honeycutt

Dad: Did you push two? Sarah: I did push two.

Sarah: I did!

Sarah: I pushed it!

Dad: Well now it's good. They can get in if they want.

Dad: ...or not. Sarah: yeah or not.

Sarah: I swear I pushed two.

Dad: Well I didn't see a light on.

Elevator: Going down. Sarah: No, not yet!

Sarah: Woah! They give you no time

Sarah: Ok, we made it.

We just left the festival

it was really, really nice

and I loved it.

There were hundreds and hundreds of amazing artists there.

I didn't really take too much video though,

just out of respect for them.

I don't personally feel that you should take too many photos and videos of other people's artwork,

just as a plagiarism thing, and also out of respect for the artist.

But definitely some amazing artwork.

You guys should definitely go next year.

It's really, really great.

I think right now we're going to head off either

to get some lunch or we're going to go to 7-Eleven.

Because it's Bring Your Own Cup Day.

So I don't know what exactly we're going to do,

but I'll keep you guys posted.

Just went to 7-Eleven

for Bring Your Own Cup Day

and I have this giant, gross, separated slurpee.

Don't forget to give this video a thumbs up

and subscribe.

If you want to know more information about the festival,

or just my channel in general,

make sure to check out the decription box below.

I always put more info for you guys.

...so stay tuned for more!

Subscribe and follow for more! @sarahntripity

Thank you!

filing sleeve for CD's - Origami Instructions - Duration: 4:52.

hello dear friends of the folded sheet

I'm tavin from tavin's origami instructions

and today I'll show you how

to fold a filing sleeve for CD's and all

you need is a hole punch a piece of

paper and CD to fold around

here's the hole punch; ordinary one

depending on standard you're using the

CD will fold around in a bit and the

sheet of paper I'm using a standard A4

sheet with American letter format will

work just as fine and you start by

folding it in half on the long edge make

sure the corners meet nicely and then

just crease so now we need the CD we put

it right into the center at the bottom

and then like about a finger wide we'll

fold up a bit just like that and that is

where our CD will sit in in a bit like

this so now we turn the whole other

writers around and fold it in 45-degree

angle like this so those lines here are

parallel

we will just fold as tight and it goes

without moving the CD about the corner

is where the city is hitting the paper

both signs then turn it around and

create flaps on the left and the right

side and fitting around the CD if you're

doing it a little more snugly the CD

will not move about as much inside of

the case but it will be harder to get it

in and out and close the case so that is

up to you so I think it should have a

little whiggling space to move so you can

close it easily and so you fold those

two flaps inside just like that now you

turn it around and fold down the bottom

that will be the top of the lid of the

case also fold the corners then turn

around one last time and just fold the

corners in so they fit around like this

and open it up again

and you see those have a little overlap

that's just fine and fold in the corner

this is where the top will be closed

then fold it up again and this is now

lock mechanism off your CD case

open it up a little bit push it in and

now you're done that is a CD case and so

we can put it in our folder we'll just

punch holes in if you want to be careful

you can first take out the CD but it

should just be centered and will fit

perfectly

that is your filable CD case neat and

ready whenever you need to go to you

know have archived the files in that

folder in a digital format or you just

have a bunch of CDs going about loosely

and if you want to have it more loosely

and so you don't need to remove it from

the folder just put it on the top

instead of below the flaps and then you

can

put it inside your folder without

needing to remove it from the folder you

can insert an excerpt the city and if

you like this I'm very happy if you

subscribe and take a look at my other

videos see you next time bye bye

you
