After meeting with Pope Francis at the Vatican, Trump traveled to Brussels for a North Atlantic

Treaty Organization (NATO) summit and concluded his trip in Sicily at the Group of Seven summit.

During a speech to members of the U.S. military on Saturday in Italy, he said his nine-day

tour was a "home run."

"We have been gone for close to nine days.

This will be nine days.

And I think we hit a home run no matter where we are," Trump said.

"We're thrilled to be here right now and we're getting on that very big plane and we're heading

back to Washington and the United States."

Today we are back for my first video for calculation of rentability !

Today, we gonna start with Ethereum Rentability.

Next will be Monero, cause they are the only 2 ones

available for cloud-mining on genesis mining !

All others are SOLD OUT, but they are trying to bring them back as soon as possible.

I'll add those others crypto when they'll be back.

How it works : i put some informations on screen

I'm gonna take the price of ethereum for the day and time i do the video.

with price comparasion between BTC,USD and EUR for 1 ethereum.

I'll do 3 simulations for 3 differents investments

Fist one will be for 1 MH.

Second one for 40 MH and third 100 MH !

U can have a look on.

Those are not the only ones, i made 3 choices

but u can do others on genesis (with a cursor)

I'll do an other video to show u.

So for 1 MH how do u do ? i'm gonna show u, like this u can do it by yourselves.

We use coinwarz website, Ethereum, Profit calculator.

So here we do put 1MH.

Power and power Cost 0 cause no fees from genesis.

Ethereum Price / BTC.

And Hardware costs, in USD, 29.1$,

no EUR price cause all is done with USD

For results, just have to scroll down a little bit.

U can see rentability daily,weekly,Monthly and Annualy.

So daily u'll have 0.16$,

and 4.93$ monthly.

A little difference because i made video a lately

and i didn't change screen informations :p

I did't change BTC price and he changed a little bit ! =)

So today we earn 0.16 $ and 4.94$

Return of investment = 6 months.

Beneficit = 16.66% per month.

For an investment of 29.1$. It's the first price u can buy for haspower, on genesis.

But for me,

For my personnal opinion, my vision of all this,

ethereum will still evolves.

So we can have a price rising (low when corrections),

but in long term, price for me will rise, just my opinion ;)

So can be less than 6 months.

Can be more than 6 months if price goes down (big correction).

In both cases, all is good !

because i don't think we gonna loose a good price

cause ethereum evolves all day and have big future coming.

U'll have your money back with 2 years contract.

And for me, we can be less than 6 months,

cause ethereum evolves and price will still rise.

For example, if u look back last week, when big rise on altcoins,

ROI was less than 5 months for the ethereum, when was 200$ for 1 Ethereum.

4.5 months to be honest, for ROI.

So very interesting.

For the second simulation, it'll be 40 MH.

Hash Rate = 40

Others 0

And price 1125.2 $

Click Calculate and as u can see, u have less days before ROI.

Because if u put more money, the money win with promo code is more important

And u have discount prices on genesis, when u put a big ammount in one time.

So very interesting.

Daily = 6.59 $ and Monthly = 197.73 $

ROI = 5.5 months and beneficit = 18.18%

And for the big one, u change to 100 MH,

Price 2715.03$

Click calculate and u see, we have less days again.

I put 5.5 months but we are like 5.4 months, less than 5.5 for sure.

Daily = 16.48$ and Monthly = 494.32 $

So very profitable, considering too that price of ethereum will rise for sure ;)

I'm gonna do a focus on difficulty, that changed all times.

Difficulty will rise proportionally if price rise

And we can see that sometimes, if price go down, difficulty goes doanw too.

As u can see on the chart, if price rise, difficulty rise too

An important thing to talk about.

All of u have his own thoughts, u had mine.

Again, that's all i share, my thoughts.

The calculation is quite simple.

And one of good things,

genesis-mining do payouts all days.

Payments are done between 7pm-midnight monday/friday and can be during day on week-end.

Important thing is that you have payouts ALL DAYS, 7/7 !

U have a part of your money back, all days, all days all days ! :)

It's not once per week, one per month or blocked.

Not one year contract like others websites.

We made it to Mokrin

and our room...

totally awesome!

We got here 2 seconds ago, and we already made a mess.

But it's

super cool!

And

If the sky is clear tonight,

probably from here,

we could see..

This was our room,

with a swing in it

This is the garden

You can simply take a bean bag,

put it on the grass and

work,

or you can walk barefoot on the grass.

We enjoyed doing this.

When and if you get bored, you can always take a bike and ride it in the village,

you don't need to pay extra.

This is the workspace.

Another meeting room or... workspace.

And what I liked best is that they didn't cut down the tree to make a cool terrace.

Of course when the sun is shining

it's way more pleasant.

You can bring a bean bag and work in the shade

under the tree.

In the summer, you can enjoy a cocktail

and work by the pool,

which is organic, meaning it doesn't have chlorine or other substances in it.

It has a system, which I don't know how to explain

It somehow filters the water.

And for those who don't want a private room, but would rather share it with other people,

we'll now show you the other accommodation options

These are the 2 single bed rooms with a private bathroom.

Pretty similar to the bigger ones.

So you have plenty of options at Mokrin House and you can find one suited for your budget.

We came here to document about co-working and co-living spaces.

Many people were wondering why they're so expensive,

but after we spent 2 nights here,

we came to realize it's not expensive at all.

Especially for what they offer.

And...

Yesterday I had a page-full of tasks and by the end of the day I managed to finish them all,

which made me super happy.

Because I didn't have to worry about anything: what to eat, who does the dishes...

I could focus solely on my work,

have lunch,

work again,

have dinner

and then finish the work-day, very happy about my productivity.

I have fun when I work, so excuse my enthusiasm

If you only want to travel, clearly this is not the place for you.

If you need to work on your projects, come here, it's quiet, you can hear the neighbour's geese,

you're in a small village, you can ride bikes, interact with locals,

you can go to Kikinda and see some "tree tunnel", but that's it, there aren't many things to do.

You come here to work.

Freelancers, digital nomads and companies that want to come here for team-building events,

or start-ups that can't afford an office space with rent and everything

so they can come here and work.

That house is..

The house in front of us is very old but was consolidated and renovated,

so there's a also a little bit of history behind this place.

The plan of the ones who started Mokrin House over the next few years is to transform this place into a global village.

One of the things I liked most is that you don't have the offices, bedrooms and kitchen all under the same roof,

you will inevitably get out a few times a day to move from one to another.

it on purpose I really want to know" and

the briefs that kind of gets mad at me

So i think the fact that we'll play on LAN is a positive factor for us.

We feel more loose playing on LAN...

...And when you are starting with this habit you don't feel as loose.

It means that you are acquiring experience and it's a normal thing.

When i started playing on LAN i had that problem too.

So i think that's a positive thing for us, coming to the LAN.

Playing online matches is good for everyone, it think our team isn't as good online

We're much better on LAN, while some teams fall on LAN

I don't know if that's the case with LG, but i hops it is.

And i hope we get the 2-0...

To test the NLD WOODCHIPPER I 'll use The CLAAS AXION 800 SERIES V2 And the Biobeltz Log Grapple RG 200

You over load a other tipper or dump the woodchip to the ground
