Having been pestered by CBS reporter John Dickerson over what great advice President

Obama had given him (and his wiretapping accusations); President Trump's frustration briefly boiled

over as he turned his back and remarked "ok, that's enough, thank you, goodbye," gesturing

for the reporter to leave The Oval Office...

As Washington Free Beacon reports, the exchange, which aired Monday, began when Dickerson asked

Trump if his predecessor had given him any advice since taking office.

Trump said Obama had been "very nice" initially but since then there had been "difficulties."

"Words are less important to me than deeds, and you saw what happened with surveillance,"

he said, calling it "inappropriate."

Trump was referring to a claim he made on March 4 that Obama tapped his phones during

the presidential campaign.

There is no evidence to substantiate the claim, but Trump has never retracted it.

When Dickerson pressed for details about the surveillance, Trump responded, "You can figure

that out yourself."

The reason he asked, Dickerson said, was that Trump called Obama "sick" and "bad" in the

March 4 tweet-storm that kicked off the saga.

"Look, you can figure it out yourself.

He was very nice to me with words, and when I was with him, but after that there has been

no relationship," Trump said.

Dickerson repeated his questioning about the wiretapping claim against Obama, but Trump

simply said Dickerson could "take it any way you want."

"But I'm asking you because you don't want it to be fake news," Dickerson said.

"I want to hear it from President Trump."

"You don't have to ask me," Trump said.

"Why not?"

Dickerson asked.

"Because I have my own opinions," Trump said.

"You can have your own opinions."

"But I want to hear your opinions.

You're the president of the United States," Dickerson said.

Trump finally waved his hand at Dickerson, saying, "OK, that's enough.

It took a month for them to arrive

The shipping took around two weeks

but we waited till they post the money

and the time between getting a mail about posting the money and a mail about shipping our order was quite long

I paid by PayPal

You can also choose a credit card but PayPal is much more easy for me

I use it quite often when I buy something on eBay

It was really easy for me but I've waited loooong untill they get the money

but they sent the package finally

As I already said, we ordered 2 versions of You Never Walk Alone

and one more CD but you'll see it later

Rep. Trey Gowdy said Tuesday he disagrees with two fellow members of the House Oversight

Committee who say former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn may have violated federal

law.

Rep. Jason Chaffetz, the Utah Republican who chairs the committee, and ranking Democratic

member Elijah Cummings of Maryland said last Tuesday they had seen no evidence Flynn, a

retired Army lieutenant general had complied with the law to disclose payments he received

for making a speech to the Russian government-run television station RT or that he had received

permission from the State Department or Pentagon to give the speech.

Gowdy, a Republican representing South Carolina, is a former federal prosecutor and told Fox

News Channel's "Tucker Carlson Tonight" that while Congress has a role to investigate issues

of the public interest or relating to the Constitution, "We are dreadful at investigating

crime, and we should not attempt to do so.

That is why you don't hear me alleging that people committed crimes."

"It doesn't stop your colleagues, I notice," Carlson interjected in reference to Chaffetz

and Cummings.

"It doesn't," Gowdy said, "and that disappoints me because I think you ought to wait until

all of the evidence is in and ask the jury to draw whatever conclusion you want."

A person has only one reputation, he said, and it is easy to accuse someone of a criminal

act.

Hello and welcome to Escuadron111, this is the section today discover and today we´ll cover the panel ENG & JET START

here, moving the throttle we can handle it

this is the panel, it have 4 switches

from right to left

there is the switch JetFuel with 3 position, Start1 and start2 and off

in BMS is´s just implemented the Start2

in both positions 1 and 2, it does the same thing

the main difference is the way the discharges are used

jet fuel is simply a turbine

that uses the hydraulic system B

it use an accumulator

or both accumulators

the JSF accumulator or the brakes one

start 1 you use the JSF accumulator and start 2 use both accumulators

this switch is held by electricity when pushed

for that you need at least batteries on

the pilot held for a sec one position and then the magnet will keep it there until finis the procedure

that hydraulic inside the accumulator will move the engine turbine to generate air flow

allowing the start sequence until self-sustain regimen

during that time the jet fuel is running

until max turning regimen, around 15 secs

this green light is not activated

before that 15 seconds, this green light will be on

the engine RPM will be increasing slowly until reach 25%

this is how to start the F16 engine

then if you jump the idle throttle position the engine start running autonomous

the fuel is flowing and the ignition is on, then the engine turbine keeps its movement autonomy from the JSF

around 55% RPM the jetfuel will stop

if not, the JSF still running until run out of hydraulic

this is how it works

why one or two?

some times, if there is to cold outside, of the airport ir in a elevated place, may be you need to use both accumulators

sometimes you can use it as shoot, if you miss the first try you have a second one

in ground this is all write down in the manual

if you miss both shot, the ground crew is going to be mad due the physical effort to charge the accumulator

you are going to use this one in air start also

if you miss the mid air start, since there is air flow in the turbine, you can have another try

the grown crew is not needed in mid air start :D

the next one is the ENG CONT

the normal thing is to keep the red cover down

but you can get this position

SEC position

looks like a little ugly here, because this is nor painted in red....

in this view we can see it much better

here, the engine is commanded by the principal mode or secondary mode

sec mode is hydrodynamic mode, in case of damage

this is only used when the engine es damaged, and the idea is have the nozzle full close, not allowing the use of afterburner

the normal operation the nozzle move according the RPM in this mode, not

this is a secondary mode, there is no power limitation in BMS but I suppose the real life, the engine loss thrust

when the EEDC has a fault this SEC mode is automatic ON

there it´s a light in the faults pannel

because the plane is off I can not show it to you

I almost can reed this....

here it´s the sec light

the next two switches are not implemented in BMS

this one in the real life

AB reset and Engine data

that positions are momentous, except normal

Afterburner reset

will reset the data according the faults registered by the computer

if those faults inhibited the afterburner, and they do not come up again, you get afterburner again

sometimes there are small fault or just not a fault only false fault

with this if the SEC mode was on in automatic, it will be off and the afterburner will be in use again

in norm

norm function :D

engine data, when used, the computer will take the info registered in all engine instruments for 8 seconds

NOTE: there is a limit of 32 seconds, 30 after the fault and 2 before. The pilot only can save 4 times.

the engine has recorded the data continued, and when the pilot push that button, the info is keep it stead of overwrote

that function is used, when the pilot have an indication or suspicion of a problem is happening

because the data is recorded before and after the selection, the pilot do not need hit the button in the precisely moment of the "bad engine sound" or what ever

later on, the pilot on ground with speak with the mechanic about what the pilot felt in cockpit plus the data recorded the mechanic team will can manage the repair or inspection

this is done automatically when a fault it´s detected

that it´s the priority one, priority two is the pilot selection

for example a surge engine stop, it´s not serious, that auto data saved can be overwritten by the pilot

there is a table of priority that the computer handle to know what data keep when the memory is full

if the pilot record something after the engine is stooped

if that engine stop it due a low priority data in that table, that is not important

but if the stop is due a engine fire, that data it is important

and the pilot data are overwritten

the next switch, the MAX POWER

it´s off, it will be funny put it on LOL

this is not implemented in BMS

also, in real life, this is not applicable to all F16 versions

this depends of the engine is using "that" F16

from the beginning of the F16, the engine has been improving and changing

first was Patt & Whitney engines

and after is General Electric company the one in charge of the engines

at the begging, with Patt & Whitney models

the model -200

sorry -220 model

that kind of engines had this function implemented

it´s based on give a extra boost to the engine

spending "life" of the engine

why use this? may be to avoid a missile or.... something

some parameters must be full fill to can give that extra boot to the engine

you can have the MAX POWER activated, but not all the time, that extra boots will be in use.

the parameters are, have the throttle full afterburner

more than 1.1 Mach of speed

this switch allowed to the engine

increase the internal temperature 22ºC (ITT) (Between turbines)

that is put more fuel in the mix and more pressure

with that extra temp, you are generating more energy

and more thrust as a result

when you move your throttle, the engine internal temperature it´s almost the same in the more important areas

this switch or functions must not be applied more than 5 minutes (by manual) it´s not recommended

more than that can generate permanent damage to the engine

for that, this switch is held by a copper wire to the guard to avoid it´s use in pace time

in case of use it, intermediately will be know because that copper wire will be broken

We have a review of new smartphone

Asus ZenFone Zoom S

At the end of last year ASUS was the only brand

that made the launch of ZenFone 3 family of smartphones

covering all markets

from entry-level to flagship

At the beginning of this year

ASUS announces the launch

of new ZenFone Zoom smartphone.

ZenFone Zoom S is another ZenFone 3 Zoom, which has actually made the camera zoom phenomenon

is three times the previous.

But the response is not as good as it should be.

ZenFone Zoom S is a special version of ZenFone 3,

focusing on both the front and main cameras.

But first.

let's take a look at the slightly modified design.

12 THINGS YOU NEED TO ELIMINATE IMMEDIATELY FOR BETTER HEALTH

It�s no secret that human beings have adopted a lifestyle that doesn�t really take health

into consideration, especially when we are talking about the large number of products

that we choose to surround ourselves with on a daily basis, many of which have serious

health concerns associated with them. What�s even more troubling is the fact that these

products are still approved as safe by government agencies despite all of the evidence clearly

showing serious cause for concern.

The list of concerning items can indeed be a long one, and again, when we are talking

about disease, there is a general and growing consensus in the scientific community that

many of these products are responsible for the exponential rise in various diseases that

plague us today, including cancer.

Here is a list of 10 things you should eliminate from your life for better health.

1. Artificial Sweeteners

Artificial sweeteners are everywhere, and two of the most common ones are aspartame

and sucralose (Splenda). These products have been linked to a number of diseases, such

as diabetes, heart attacks, strokes, and Alzheimer�s disease. They also promote obesity and disease

by disrupting your intestinal microflora. One of the largest studies of its kind recently

examined the link between diet drinks and cardiovascular issues, like heart attack and

stroke, in healthy, postmenopausal women. The research took place at the University

of Iowa, and the findings were presented at the American College of Cardiology�s 63rd

Annual Scientific Session in Washington, D.C.

60,000 women participated in the study, and it found that women who consumed two or more

diet drinks a day are 30 percent more likely to experience a cardiovascular event, and

50 percent more likely to die from a related disease.

A study out of Arizona State University, published in the Journal of Applied Nutrition, determined

that Aspartame causes brain damage by leaving traces of Methanol in the blood . Another

study published in the U.S. National Library of Medicine determined that long-term consumption

of Aspartame leads to an imbalance in the antioxidant/pro-oxidant status in the brain

(source). Another study published by Washington University�s Medical School outlines a possible

connection between aspartame and brain tumors.

2. Electronic Devices

Electronic devices and the radiation emitted by them is everywhere. It�s not uncommon

for people to engage in activities (like smoking) and then decades later, become aware of the

consequences, and electronic devices like cell phones and WiFi signals are another great

example.

This is what the world would look like if cell phone radiation was visible.

Dr. Martin Blank, Ph.D., from the Department of Physiology and Cellular Biophysics at Colombia

University, has joined a group of scientists from around the world who are making an international

appeal to the United Nations regarding the dangers associated with the use of various

electromagnetic emitting devices, like cell phones and WiFi.

Multiple studies have revealed that cell phone radiation can cause cancer. Did you know that

The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified radio frequency fields (including

those from cell phones) as a possible carcinogen in 2011 ? The dangers of cell phone use gained

a lot of mainstream credibility in 2011 when the World Health Organization (WHO) admitted

that cell phone radiation may cause cancer. The statement was based off of a cumulative

decision made by a team of 31 scientists, from 14 different countries, after reviewing

evidence that suggested this to be the case. You can read more about that here.

3. Pesticides

We recently published an article titled A Pregnant Woman Eating Organic Vs. Eating Conventinal:

It�s Time To Think About Your Baby.

In the article, we explain the difference between organic food and conventional food,

as well as provide a number of sources and studies showing clear concern about the pesticides

sprayed on our food and in the surrounding environment.

These chemicals have been linked to birth defects, cancer, Alzheimer�s disease, Parkinson�s

disease, autism and more. Using the Bradford Hill Criteria, the results of multiple studies

indicate that we have nudged ourselves into quite the dilemma.

Again, you can find all of the health concerns that are associated with the chemicals sprayed

on our food in the article linked above, and that doesn�t even include the environmental

concerns.

This is precisely why multiple countries have completely banned these pesticides from being

sprayed. In fact, 19 countries in Europe just banned Genetically Modified Crops from being

grown in their country, and that includes the pesticides that go with them.

4. Personal Care Products

Unfortunately, many personal care products are a terrible idea, and putting these products

on our skin makes absolutely no sense. For example, if we look at cancer, it�s caused

by physical carcinogens, chemical carcinogens, and biological carcinogens, all of which we

surround ourselves with on a daily basis, and all of which are in various personal care

products, such as many deodorants.

We recently wrote an article on how to prevent breast cancer through an armpit detox. The

article goes into detail about concerns with regard to aluminum, and how substances put

on our skin do not take long to penetrate and find their way into the bloodstream.

When it comes to cosmetics, there are thousands upon thousands of chemicals that are �okayed�

by corporate manufacturers, and considered safe. This is all that is needed; there is

no approved regulatory process for these chemicals and the potential harm they may cause.

Again, chemicals are very effectively absorbed through your skin. For example, the Faculty

of Pharmacy at the University of Manitoba, Canada, conducted a study to quantify how

many sunscreen agents penetrate the skin after it is applied. The results demonstrated significant

penetration of all sunscreen agents into the skin. We are talking about multiple chemicals

entering multiple tissues within the body.

When it comes to women, they tend to use several different products on a daily basis that can

contribute to an overload of toxic chemicals. Make-up is a huge source for heavy metals.

In the report Heavy Metal Hazard: The Health Risks of Hidden Heavy Metals In Face Make-up,

Environmental Defense tested 49 different make-up items, including foundations, concealers,

powders, blushes, mascaras, eye liners, eye shadows, lipsticks and lip glosses. Their

testing revealed serious heavy metal contamination in virtually all of their products.

96 percent contained lead 90 percent contained beryllium

61 percent contained thallium 51 percent contained cadmium

20 percent contained arsenic The Environmental Working Group has a great

database to help you find personal care products that are free of potentially dangerous chemicals.

Better yet, simplify your routine and make your own products. A slew of lotions, potions,

and hair treatments can be eliminated with a jar of coconut oil, for example, to which

you can add a high quality essential oil to for scent.

5. Commercial Cleaning Products

Having commercial cleaning products in your home is not a smart idea. Combined with the

rest of this list, it�s not hard to see how all of these products are associated with

the dramatic rise in disease we�ve seen over the past few decades.

We�ve covered this topic before, and outlined why these products are dangerous and what

alternatives you can use instead. Why We All Need To Stop Cleaning With Bleach is a great

example, so check it out if you�re interested to see where we are coming from.

Alternatives include baking soda, white vinegar, lemon juice, hydrogen peroxide, liquid castile

soap, organic essential oils, mixing bowls, spray bottles, microfiber clothes and more.

Why is it that these products could be manufactured to be much less hazardous, and in some cases

cheaper, but aren�t? It�s not hard to see why so many people believe that these

corporations have no problem in contributing to the decline of human health. A scary thought?

Yes, but there are things to do and preventative measures/ lifestyle changes you can make.

We are always talking about raising money and finding a cure for cancer, without a word

mentioned regarding cancer prevention.

6. Air Fresheners

When it comes to health, air fresheners are probably some of the worst products you can

have in your home. These commonly contain 2, 5-dichlorophenol (2, 5-DCP), a metabolite

of 1.4 dichlorobenzene. This stuff is present in the blood of nearly all Americans, has

been linked to lung damage, and has been known to cause organ system toxicity.

�Air fresheners have become a staple in many American homes and offices, marketed

with the promise of creating a clean, healthy, and sweet-smelling indoor atmosphere. But

many of these products contain phthalates (pronounced thal-ates) � hazardous chemicals

known to cause hormonal abnormalities, birth defects, and reproductive problems. NRDC�s

independent testing of 14 common air fresheners, none of which listed phthalates as an ingredient,

uncovered these chemicals in 86 percent (12 of 14) of the products tested, including those

advertised as �all natural� or �unscented.� � National Resources Defense Council

7. Plastic Food Containers & Bottles

Not long ago, German researchers discovered endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) that

could adversely affect development and reproduction, to be contained in 18 different popular bottled

water products. Of the 24,520 suspect chemicals found to be present in bottled water, the

one that showed consistent results and illustrated anti-androgenic and anti-estrogenic activity

is di(2-ethylhexyl) fumarate (DEHF). Endocrine disruptors are chemicals that can interfere

with the hormone system, they can cause cancerous tumours, birth defects, cardiovascular disorders,

metabolic disorders and as mentioned earlier, other developmental disorders.

There are other concerns, most notably bisphenol-A (BPA), bisphenol-S (BPS), and phthalates.

Study Shows Regularly Used BPA Alternative BPS Could Be Just As Dangerous

BPA Shown To Negatively Impact Brain Development

Your best bet here is to avoid plastic containers, and replace them with glass bottles and containers.

It would be wise to choose glass baby bottles as well.

8. Avoid Processed Meats

Apart from the obvious heart-breaking treatment, abuse and murder of billions of animals raised

for slaughter every year, The World Health Organization recently linked processed meats

to cancer, and recommended reducing processed meat intake to reduce the chances of contracting

cancer.

�Eating processed meat such as sausage and bacon can cause cancer in humans, the World

Health Organization�s cancer agency says. Monday�s official designation from the France-based

International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), part of the WHO, places processed

meat in the Group 1 list as �carcinogenic to humans.� The agency said it based the

classification on sufficient evidence for colorectal cancer.�

This came after years of multiple researchers making this link. Whether you believe it or

not, or don�t see it as alarming, the fact remains: reducing your meat intake (specifically

processed meat intake) is a great path towards a healthier life.

In fact, some experts are suggesting that going completely meat-free is a better option

for those looking to optimize their health.

�Studies are confirming the health benefits of meat-free eating. Nowadays, plant-based

eating is recognized as not only nutritionally sufficient but also as a way to reduce the

risk for many chronic illnesses.� � Harvard Medical School

It�s important to note that a very high and alarming percentage of Americans eat hardly

any vegetables whatsoever. According to the Wall Street Journal in 2011, approximately

80% of Americans who ate meat rarely consumed vegetables at all.

The American Dietetic Association weighed in with a position paper, concluding that

�appropriately planned vegetarian diets, including total vegetarian or vegan diets,

are healthful, nutritionally adequate, and may provide health benefits in the prevention

and treatment of certain diseases.� (Journal of the American Dietetic Association, July

2009) If you�re going to eat meat, it�s best

to make sure it is from an organic, free range grass-fed source.

9. Sitting In Your Chair

There�s a growing amount of research revealing that sitting in your chair (something many

of us do at work, school, etc.) could have some quite dramatic consequences on your health.

Prolonged sitting has been tied to a pre-curser for chronic disease and early death, even

if you exercise regularly and are in good shape.

A study published in the British Medical Journal found that prolonged sitting can increase

your risk of lung cancer by 50 percent. It�s also been found to increase your risk of death

in relation to several health problems.

10. Stress & Negativity

Science is starting to catch on to the idea that how you feel can directly alter your

genetic expression. It�s not just the environment that your genes respond to, it�s also your

conscious thoughts, emotions, and unconscious beliefs. Emotions can regulate genetic expression,

and a great book recommendation to find out more about that is called The Biology of Belief

& Spontaneous Evolution, written by cellular biologist Bruce Lipton.

Researchers at the HeartMath Institute are showing the same findings. They show how emotional

information is actually coded and modulated into the heart�s electromagnetic field.

They show that by shifting our emotions, we can change the information that is coded into

these magnetic fields. Their research also sheds light on the fact that different emotional

states are responsbile for creating different brain states. You can read more about that

Furthermore, findings in quantum physics are showing how factors associated with consciousness

can and do indeed have some sort of affect on our physical material world. You can find

out more about that here.

There is also the case of neuroplasticity, which is the idea that the brain is changeable,

adaptable, and malleable. It shows how the brain can change its structure by how we perceive

the world around us.

�Human thoughts and learning actually turn on certain genes in our nerve cells which

and Taiwan.

Apparently because the show is illegal there?

Strange that I don't remember narrowly escaping prison

when we went to Hong Kong and Taiwan last year

and met with multiple government officials.

I wrote to Apple CEO Tim Cook

at the beginning of the month

asking for an explanation,

and a demand to put the China Uncensored app on the app stores there.

And we started a petition!

Which I'm sure everyone watching this has signed.

Because you're all good people.

Tim Cook has not yet responded to my letter.

And I couldn't figure out why.

But now I think I've got my answer!

He's been too busy

winning the Free Speech Award

from the Newseum in Washington DC.

The Newseum,

besides being the all-time winner

of the punniest museum name,

also "promotes, explains and defends free expression

and the five freedoms of the First Amendment."

Which sounds great.

And they have some pretty cool exhibits.

Uh, back to the Free Expression awards.

The awards honor people who

"have taken personal or professional risks

in sharing critical information with the public,

have been censored or punished by authorities

or other groups for their work,

or have pushed boundaries in artistic

and media expression."

That's why Playboy founder Hugh Hefner

also won a Free Expression award.

I'm sure he got it just for the articles.

Tim Cook gave the longest

victory speech of the night.

According to Apple Insider,

he spoke of the importance

of freedom of speech,

"Not just the forms of speech

that entertain us,

but the ones that challenge us.

The ones that unnerve

and even displease us."

Wise words, Mr. Cook.

I totally agree.

But let's talk about what Apple is doing in China.

You see,

while Tim Cook was being honored

for his commitment to free speech,

Apple has been doing everything it can to help

the Chinese Communist Party censor.

For example,

when the Chinese government asked Apple

to remove the New York Times

from the app store in China...

...along with a bunch of other independent Chinese media...

...and an app that lets Chinese internet users

break through the Chinese Communist Party's

Draconian Internet censorship firewall...

...plus of course China Uncensored...

they did.

Because as Apple said,

"the content was 'illegal' in China."

Sure, last year Apple told the FBI

they wouldn't help in a terrorism investigation

for privacy and security reasons,

but that was the FBI!

The worst Apple could have faced

was probably a big fine.

But the Chinese Communist Party

could literally bring down

all of Apple's operations in China

tomorrow, for any reason at all.

Even when they bend over backwards

to kowtow to the Party.

Which just shows that they don't know

anything about kowtowing.

It's just like how one day,

the Chinese government offices

decided to ban Windows 8

and replace it with a Chinese knockoff—

and there was nothing Microsoft could do about it.

The Chinese Communist Party's arbitrary,

highly politicized control of the government

and the judicial system

strikes fear into the hearts of

every company operating in China.

So I understand why Apple is concerned.

They don't just make iPhones in China.

China is also the world's biggest consumer of iPhones.

I mean, the Communist Party

could just ban the sales of iPhones tomorrow

in the entire country.

I know it sounds crazy,

but it briefly happened in Beijing last year.

So Apple is facing a real threat

to its bottom line in China.

But at least by being so morally flexible,

and doing what the Chinese government tells them,

Apple has had smooth sailing in China.

Just kidding!

At every step of the way,

the Chinese regime has still made things

as difficult as possible.

In 2012,

Apple had to pay 60 million to a Chinese company

to get the rights to the name iPad in China,

because Chinese courts

wouldn't grant Apple the trademark.

And in 2013,

CEO Tim Cook was forced to issue a humiliating public apology

to Chinese consumers

after Chinese state-media

launched a largely false campaign

to smear Apple's customer service reputation.

Then in 2016,

Chinese authorities shut down the iBooks store

and iTunes movies just a few months

after Apple launched them in China.

And just this month,

Chinese authorities summoned Apple to court

over its app store.

So, I guess Apple has learned a lesson

from being the victim of

arbitrary, unfair actions by the Communist Party.

And that lesson is:

That's how Apple ought to treat everyone else!

So I'm not super surprised that Apple TV

banned China Uncensored in China.

Though I am surprised they banned our app

in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Unless that's just some more of that

backwards kowtowing on the One-China policy.

But you know what?

I say, if Tim Cook is willing to accept the

Newseum's Free Speech Award,

he should accept the responsibility it implies.

Mr. Cook:

Put your money where your mouth is

and make Apple stop removing media apps

from your app stores in Hong Kong and Taiwan,

as well as in mainland China.

Because remember,

"It's not just about making money,

it's also about making a difference in the world."

Path Of Spirituality 6 Spiritual Awakening Stages

Spirituality is a natural function, a state of reconnection with the Self, with our Essence.

In order to find it and develop it, we must take a fresh look on who we are, our lives,

and focus on the Essence.

To achieve our goal, we must pay attention to our sensations, emotions and thoughts.

Specifically: to encourage the positive ones (those that lift us) and to change the negative

ones (those that gets us down).

In other words, to learn to control them.

If not controlled, the Ego is trying to seize power and cut our connection with the Self,

to divide us.

Spiritual development means to choose to pay attention to the Essence.

A re-education process is possible only if we use our qualities and take attitude.

This includes 6 spiritual awakening stages:

1.

Authenticity and integrity

By paying attention to our own sensations and feelings, we get the big picture objectively.

A candid look, devoid of complacency, lies at the foundation of the inner edifice that

we project.

Being honest with oneself implies sincerity, humility and simplicity.

An honest look within must be reflected in the way we express ourselves, act and behave.

Thus, the basic qualities come to light: authenticity and integrity.

2.

Determination and patience

The display of authenticity encounters fundamental fears (fear of loss, unknown, etc.), which

are manifested in different forms � resistance, anxiety, denial.

All tempt us to question and revise our beliefs.

We feel that we are alone, isolated from the world, without protection� a very uncomfortable

sensation!

It takes determination, perseverance and courage to go on.

One might say it takes will as well, if the term itself wouldn�t be misunderstood: will

doesn�t imply getting at any cost what you have imagined in terms of beliefs and emotions.

It means making clear choices and follow them through.

It means deciding to relinquish control and surrender to the Essence.

This also requires patience and confidence, because changes are determined by the intelligence

of the body and heart, by the pace of what we have to heal and integrate, not by the

impulsive desires of our personality.

Refusing critics and accusations

When you feel bullied or stripped by another person, emotions are overwhelming.

The experience itself is very interesting, because it allows you to see your sensitive

sides exactly, thus learning more about yourself.

Usually you discover an old wound, a lack of affection, a reaction to rejection etc.

In other words, even if aggression is real, it is interesting to understand the message

behind it, which you need to take into consideration.

The situations we face are a reaction to something within ourselves, a manifestation of our inner

being.

Spiritual evolution begins the moment we cease to accuse others for our troubles, because

we understand that they are the reflection of our own wounds.

Spiritual attitude begins when we stop waiting for the others to satisfy our need for love

and attention, and we understand that we can be masters of our own lives when we relinquish

control and connect to our inner being.

Bonus: expanded consciousness will enable us to see injured and clumsy beings in others,

but also their bright side.

4.

Consciousness and responsibility

Working on developing these qualities, we develop and refine our self-consciousness.

Being more aware of what is going on within ourselves and everything around us becomes

a path to spiritual evolution.

It�s like stepping back to see the big picture and distinguish the real forces behind appearances,

behind the games of life.

Consciousness is the key to our evolution.

A sharp mind helps us understand that we are responsible for our lives.

This is another important step towards spiritual growth.

5.

A lucid and tender view

Becoming a lucid observer of our own being and facing the lights and shadows doesn�t

mean to keep a record of our flaws and imperfections and to feel guilty.

In connection with his inner being, the observer acts as a caring parent to the child�s development,

combining kindness and tenderness with rigor.

Effusing upon yourself all the kindness and compassion is an excellent way of healing

the soul and open to the Self.

6.

Laugh at yourself

A tender look on ourselves is proof that we can step back and see ourselves as a different

person.

In other words, it is a posture in which we can laugh at ourselves and everything else,

because we identify all the games that underpin our actions and attitudes: fear, power, seduction,

etc.

When we take ourselves too seriously, we are dominated by a certain rigidity of the mind,

which wants to make us believe that we are somebody, in which case there is no honesty,

nor simplicity.

Note: This laughter is accompanied by a tender, loving look upon us and others.

Love lifts us, irony holds us down.

Spiritual evolution is based on the recognition of our inner forces and how they work.

It is a quasi biological and neurological recognition of our forces and sensations.

It translates as an exchange

of vitality and energy.
