have a quick question for you and it's kind of important but I keep frigging

man and try not to let the kids know I'm recording because otherwise I come in

screaming I was wondering if any of you ever noticed like a faking problem I

don't mean I don't mean like tremor or you know like the jumpy tremors or the

spasms or the fibro I mean like I guess it'd be I can I don't know if it's low

blood sugar but it feels like it like I was seeking soul and it is better now

water grab the little sandwich and the floor we went to grocery shopping and I

got only five big grocery so it's a good enough amount and I wasn't feeling good

at all so I don't know I ate a little bit I

don't need a bunch because no stomach issues going on so I offered something

like that but my I was very curious to see how many of you have fibromyalgia or

any other chronic illness that hasn't just I was trying to record for ability

I am holding it I'm holding the phone and certainly my fault so it's not

shaking at that but before it was too shaky

Griese tormenting so yeah how many of you guys deal with that I'd really like

to know it's really curious by the way I have an end Alaska be in a colonoscopy

coming up I was actually thinking about logging it obviously not blogging me if

you guys are curious kinda how it goes I mean I'll do it if you've been really

really talking to otherwise I gladly but you know it was something I was curious

on myself and not many people want to film or

Artists, musicians, fashion designers, photographers, novelists � there are so many different

types of �creatives� out there.

The arts elicit such admiration around the world from the general public for the ability

to create something so brilliant, yet so intrinsic.

As outsiders, people often seem baffled.

How did they do that?

I can�t do that.

But that is exactly what creativity is: seeing the possibilities, and turning them into art.

While some see something and ask how it came to be, creatives spend their time seeing what

could be.

Psychologists have long been trying to measure creativity, often doing so by using divergent

thinking tasks, in which you must create as many uses as possible for mundane objects.

It is those who can see numerous and diverse objects that are considered more creative

than those who can only see a few common things.

For instance, I remember taking a creativity test in elementary school.

One question showed an image of a girl too short to reach the shade on a door window

to pull it down.

The question asked me to draw as many solutions as possible for the little girl to reach the

shade.

Students drew rockets on the bottom of the girl�s feet, springs, and so on.

Others simply drew a chair.

According to science, among the five major personality traits we behold, there is one

that drives our creativity.

This is called openness to experience, or openness.

Openness is believed to be the best predictor of performance on divergent thinking tasks.

It also predicts real-world creative achievements, and engagement in everyday creative pursuits.

While some people are fine assuming a chair is just a chair, or a rocket can only be used

for space, others have an innate curiosity that drives them to examine things from all

angles, resulting in higher openness.

Regarding research on the matter, Luke Smillie, Senior Lecturer in Personality Psychology,

University of Melbourne and Anna Antinori, PhD candidate, University of Melbourne, conducted

a study published in the Journal of Research in Personality that found open people, along

with bringing a different perspective to things, also genuinely see things differently than

the average individual.

Of their study, the team said:

We wanted to test whether openness is linked to a phenomenon in visual perception called

binocular rivalry.

This occurs when two different images are presented to each eye simultaneously, such

as a red patch to the right eye and a green patch to the left eye.

For the observer, the images seem to flip intermittently from one to the other.

At one moment only the green patch is perceived, and at the next moment only the red patch

� each stimulus appearing to rival the other.

Participants in binocular rivalry studies sometimes see a fused of scrambled combination

of both images, like the middle one above, which, according to this study�s authors,

can be seen as sort of a creative solution to the problem.

Across three experiments, we found that open people saw the fused or scrambled images for

longer periods than the average person.

Furthermore, they reported seeing this for even longer when experiencing a positive mood

state similar to those that are known to boost creativity.

Our findings suggest that the creative tendencies of open people extend all the way down to

basic visual perception.

Open people may have fundamentally different visual experiences to the average person.

Perhaps it�s frustrating to think �creatives� see the world �better� than a �normal�

person, but there�s also a downside.

Some people with heightened openness have issues with mental illness, including proneness

to hallucination.

But also, there�s no such thing as better.

Every perspective is beautiful, no matter the amount of openness involved.

Regardless, it is interesting to note that there is science behind why some people can

create

things that others simply cannot.

hey everyone it's Chantai so today I want to do like a quick little mini drugstore

beauty haul because um I was running out of a few things and then also if you go

back and watch a few of my other videos I look really washed out in pale and

that's because it's summertime and I'm looking persons I don't really go out a

lot but I think my skin would Ken that much but it did but I am going to try

and go out more this summer and try and get a much better tan since I am vitamin

D deficient so look I'm giving you guys a lot of information but here we go

let's go to the hall ok so the first thing I got is this Maybelline fit me um

setting powder I definitely need this because in the summer time my face is

always oily so the setting powder is helping this not look like an oily mess

the next thing I got is this it's really cute this model is really cute I find it

actually grabbed my attention the color is black brown by L'Oreal it's so

luminous feline I like it I'm wearing it on my eyelashes I just hold one coat on

and then I got this beauty blender I believe it's my very own you see little

grab this box yes we all and valuable blend artists I

got it because it's pink I thought I was like I need this as a thing good yeah so

well so I get I got this covergirl finishing powder I've actually never

used finishing powder before but I thought oh that cream this is

interesting I've looked it up and I'll research it and apparently um well you

can use finishing powder every day if you wanted to but most people use it for

special occasions if you're going to like a photo shoot or something so and

this one actually prevents shine as well it's the loose powder it's insurance

loose and honey and then it comes with this little thingy I just thought was

cute but I first was like I don't need this cousin all plan on using it but

still it's good cute oh I didn't show you guys the the Maybelline fit me

see it opens like this then you open it like that I really hope it's not

reflecting to us yeah there's a mirror and it comes with this little pad see

that I've been using and then I got these eyelashes even though I typically

don't wear lashes I'm trying to get into lashes my lashes are it's kind of short

I choose all mascara that license them but still for special occasions on

certain days I was still like a little bit more length so I'm going to trying

figure out how to use eyelashes and what's taken next I got this

what is it L'Oreal True Match concealer it's in a medium deep and I just take

this and I put it under my eyes because I have dark spots under my eyes and from

my own base I don't really use foundation because I don't have like

acne or anything or is that much that much discoloration so I just use BB

cream on my face and I use BB cream and deep right now and then I use this

concealer in medium deep because the concealer I was using before was way too

light as well as the BB cream I was using before because in the winter I use

medium I use medium deep yeah medium / deep BB cream because I'm

really pale in the winter but in the summer adding a little bit more tanner

um and then I got this brush by Wet n Wild

it's I chose because it's really cute and I needed to onion powder brush it

let's see and it's cruelty free so that's pretty cool oh yeah I just use

this for my setting powder now well I um bracelet with my studded with the

setting powder since I started using it I take the pad that's inside after I put

my BB cream on and I Pat it all over to make sure it's matte because in the

summer I guess so oily and then at the end when I'm done with everything I just

take this and I lightly brush it tap it off and just go over it just to make

sure it's as matte as possible because trust me by the end of the day I'm going

to be so oily but yeah that's the end of my haul if
