SP4ZIE & ATHENA SVARAR - ANNAT ÄN YOUTUBE? | #AskCokeTV - Duration: 3:49.

-Hi and welcome to CokeTV Sweden. Here we are, just goofing as usual. -Yes.

And you taught me a trick today... this thing.

-Yes, like this. -Or I haven't learned it yet.

-It's quite nasty but still... -It's as impressive now as when I was like 5.

Yes, and another thing that's impressive are our viewers questions.

Yes, and that's what we're going to talk about today because this is another Q&A-video.

Yes, where's the bucket?

Here it is!

-"When are you going to get a fidget spinner?" -Ah!

Honestly, I don't get the hype about it. I really don't.

-The thing is... In my community, the "League of Legends cummunity. -Yes?

We had spinners before it was cool.

And they were shaped like the weapons in the game, so they were really sharp... very dangerous.

I've heard that "fidget spinners" are made to calm people.

-Yes, it's a stress thing. It's like a stress ball. -Yes, when you're sitting like this you use your spinner...

...that... yeah, makes you...

-But... both you and I are doing this with our knee all the time. -Yes, both you and I need one.

-We'll get one then. -Yes.

Next Q&A we might have one.

"How much have you slept in one day?"

I don't sleep that long. I think the longest I have slept is...

Maybe 10 hours, that's my record.

I do not understand.

As a gamer I should be up all night, but I'm actually quite good.

I usally get out of bed at like 7am.

Yes, Jonas is this annoying, ambitions morning person who walks around in his robe...

...and coffee cup, whistling for himself.

Sits down at the table with the legs crossed. Picks up the newspaper and just...

"What's your lucky number?"

Number 4.

-5. -Why 5?

Ehm... Because that was my number when I was sporting as a kid.

And since then I've always been number 5.

I think I read some time in a horoscope or something....

...that "Your lucky number is number 4."

And I thought that sounded good, so since then I've convinced myself that my lycky number is 4.

-But can I just ask you... Do you believe in horoscopes? -Sometimes.

But only when it's good horoscopes, not when it's "horror scopes".

When it's not good news.

"What would you name your kid if you lived in the 19th century?"

-What a twist. -Definitely.

-"Edwith von Smithburger -"Edwith von Swiftburger"?

-That's if you're upper-class though. -It sounds like "burger".

von Smithburger.

Lord von Due.

Oh, so your kid would also be British? Our kids could hang out.

Yes, yes.

-Last question. -Yes. Already?

What do you THINK... in "Caps Lock"...

"What do you think you would have done if you wouldn't be famous on YouTube?".

Love, love.

I think that either I would work with radio or some kind of sales job.

Because I think that's fun. I've done that in the past.

-I can see that. -Can you imagine?

It's quite hard for me to answer that question because I actually am doing other things than YouTube.

-Yes, and you just started with YouTube. -Yes, exactly.

Exactly. It's like... I work editorial too... with different shows.

Where I'm doing things behind the camera.

So I'm in the media branch more than in the "YouTube world".

So for me it's quite natural that I would work with media.

-I think so too. -Yes.

-Thanks for wathcing this Q&A guys. -Yes.

-Keep send us you questions. -Write them down below.

Yes.

-Don't forget to subscribe. -No.

When do the bucketlist-episodes air?

Every Thursday at 3pm.

Don't miss it.

-Bye. -Bye.

Life in Japan // He DIDN'T expect this! (+ BIG Announcement!) - Duration: 12:16.

Alright, you ready 3 2 1, GO!

Hello every-waHHHH

Boomer's back for another video!!

L: This is your (B: second!) L: Say it in Japanese?

This is his second time, "Nikai-me", in Japan.

We have just been checking a few things out

I've been showing him around and like as we're going he keeps saying like

Do that really how that works like is that really how it goes?!

So today we're going to talk about some of these strange things or things he didn't quite anticipate

Or may not have really been ready for here in Japan.

Before we get into that I wanted to let you guys know,

we have a special announcement!

Mm-Hmm

Actually the first announcement is that we are starting a new channel. YAY!!

But I want to get into too much detail because that is going to kind of reveal our special special announcement.

We have a special announcement to share with you guys, and that's going to be over on our new channel

It does not have a name yet

So please enjoy the 30,000 character long link at the bottom so in the meantime before we do that

We are going to use this video here to get into it

Japanese culture shock and just generally some crazy stuff that we weren't ready for.

The first thing I noticed was the

Fonts, I had the most trouble

Just recognizing different fonts.

I asked him to go to the combini and pick me up a riceball. What happened?!

I was looking for one specific flavor, the pictures were of no help and

There's a different font and I couldn't read it!

I had to ask for the specific flavor that I liked because I could not find it myself.

Just because the font was a little bit different once I got back

and Loretta was like

It says "Tuna-Mayo" right there. And then of course you say you're like

"Oh, of course." I got it though!

#DatFontTho

We also went to our first hockey game.

In Japan, in NIkko.

Even the taxi driver was like

He was like, "Wait is something going on today?"

L "Yeah, we're going to the hockey game!"

Taxi Driver: "We have HOCKEY?!"

We saw one of their only two goals that happened

The Ice Bucks scored two goals that game.

But like as soon as they won the goal the entire crowd suddenly had all of this like ...gear!

Yeah

Like, color guard and the drums of war!

We're just like, "Where did this even come from?!"

Like at a hockey game int he states

you sing or chant along with like the organ music. Yeah

But you know like this is like organized. Yeah

It was pretty cool though. Some good spirit!

Another thing that we didn't quite expect was the voltage here in Japan.

If you are from the U.S.

I think Canada might be similar as well

but in the U.S.

The voltage is pretty close to the range of like voltage here in Japan

which means that you don't have to actually get an adapter

for your electronics.

Computer's fine, cellphone charger's fine,

But for some reason your hair clipper

just like B: they didn't like it!

This is NOT normal. NOT normal. L: 3-2-1...

Can't it's like my teeth just like...screech.

So in general it is safe to bring your electronics from the states

Just be slightly aware some things that are like high-powered

They may be a little finicky

USUALLY it's OK though.

When I was walking around I noticed a lot of water bottles on the street.

L: That are strapped around the street lights. B: So what are those?

I'm going to go out and say that it's rain water

Like you think it's catching rainwater?

Catching the rainwater, recyling it, I dunno.

It's for... I'll give you a hint!

L: Neko. B: for CATS?!

What do the cats need that water for?!

They don't need the water it's for their safety

To keep them from clawing at the wooden

electric poles, oh

B: Oh really? Oh that's crazy!

There's so many like stray cats in Japan,

and they're like "lLook! Scratching post on every corner--*ELECTRICUTES*"

Yeah, yeah, that's what my landlady says

as far as she knows, the water bottles

are there to keep the cats from getting electrocuted

It's called a "Neko-Yoke"

Like the word bug-spray (mushi-yoke), it's a cat repellant!

The next thing that boomer was not ready for

This one's kind of my favorite...

So I was giving Boomer a tour of my campus.

I said we should go and eat it one of the food stalls

they have a roast-beef rice bowl food truck that you can order from

So you had a roast-beef rice bowl topped with Yuzu-kosho.

So, yuzu-kosho is no joke!

You probably thought it was more like yuzu the fruit

That's exactly what I thought, maybe a little sweet.

But instead it's really strong, spicy, pasty

It's very salty very salty very very salty

So they just schmeared that all over your roast beef

and let's just say it didn't agree with you!

It did not agree with me, no.

So we went RUNNING to the student center,

to the bathroom - *GIGGLES*

He came running out of the bathroom afterwards like

"your bathrooms in Japan are SO WEIRD!"

Yeah, it's like a TROUGH in the ground!

"There's a TROUGH in the ground?!"

B: It was not good! L: Let's just put it this way...

If you're never seen a traditional "Washiki" Japanese toilet before

you don't even know what you're looking at.

Figuring out how to take your twosies

Yeah, it definitely takes some thought!!

But you were backwards!!!

I was backwards... it's true!

and it was hard to.....

It was very hard to......balance?

Hold myself up?

I'm not used to being in such a position

while performing such maneuvers!

Everything turned out okay in the end, but it was an interesting experience

You're like grappling onto the door while balancing.

You looked really flustered, coming out of the bathroom like "WHAT WAS THAT?!"

So my dad says he really wants to try out Japanese toilets

Don't worry, dad. This is not those toilets!

There's bidet, nice, high-tech toilets

this is very low-low-low low tech.

I don't think you're even supposed to use that one for the two-sies!

Well it was the only one available, so

What always got me is that Japanese people

the majority of them will wait.

When the movie is over and the credits start rolling

they will just wait through the entire credits!

Until it's like "Technicolor, Fujifilm, Kodak Productions..."

and the copyright date is written out in roman.

They will wait until the very VERY end!

You're the opposite. At the movies, we like RUN.

Movie's done and you're like GOTTA GO!!

WE'RE DONE!!

It's in English, and I'm just looking around

and everyone's actually looking at the screen!

Like, are you guys actually reading the names?!

You can't be???

People Japan, what are you trying to do??

What do you get out of watching the English credits all the way to the end?!

Maybe it's like a respect thing? I don't know...

When I go to the movies, we never wait through the credits

We wait to make sure there's no teaser clip, and if it looks fine, then we just kind of leave.

Another thing is things we didn't expect to see!

For example, you mentioned a lot of cars.

Yeah, I saw a lot of different foreign cars

French cars, or like even last night I saw an Alpha Romeo

It's not never common in the U.S.

it used to be more popular back in the 60s and 70s

There were Alpha Romeo's but they were like sports cars.

I saw, kind of like a sedan Alpha Romeo

and Peugeot, which is a French car.

I've already seen like a dozen of those

So I guess like if you're into cars

It'll be fun to see like the different types of cars that people drive here.

We noticed a lot of things that already died out in America

But are still kind of existing in Japan

And I'm not just talking about fax machines

Like I know we all wonder why Japan still uses fax machines...

(just email it!)

But there were some other things we noticed

like "Is that really still a thing?!"

In our neighborhood, there was a restaurant and bar

that had a sign for Zima!

Which most of you probably have no idea what it is

I remember it from my childhood as like

similar to a smirnoff ice or like a wine cooler

You look in the like early 1990s. Oh

like in the 1990s or early 2000s.

It just took a minute like... WOW.

Really??? It's still there?!

It's probably BEEN there since the 90s!

Something that's difficult here if you're just getting settled

is that you probably don't have a credit card here.

It's one thing if you have a credit card AND income in dollars

but if you come and move all of your banking here

then when you order things online

For example, if you want to buy a plane ticket home

but realize you don't have a credit card...

Or like, I'm buying a bunch of furniture!

I went to Nitori and they said to just

order it online because the shipping's cheaper.

And at first I was weirded out by "Convenience Store Pay"

that just seem kind of strange

the only other option was Chakubarai - or C.O.D.

(Not Call of Duty, guys!)

Cash on Delivery!

Which is like a thing from way back in the day

I haven't heard about Cash on Delivery

since the same time as Zima.

Those are both things from like 20 years ago

That would NOT work in the states

It just wouldn't work.

There's a reason they don't do it anymore!

So yeah... that's like crazy!

They Japanese guy came over with his Fanny Pack

then you have to give them exact change.

It was just shocking to do C.O.D.

Those are just a few of the things that we've been noticing in the past week or two.

That seemed odd or interesting

I look we'd love to hear your funny stories in the comments below and

Also, we still have our special announcement

that feeds into WHY

we've been experience all these new things!

So if you would like to check out our NEW channel...

Please go check that out the link will be below in the description

We hope to see you over there

as well in the comment section!

So, thank you for tuning in again!

See you over there!

When Did Multicellular Life Begin? - Duration: 3:29.

Hey there!

Welcome to Life Noggin.

You humans are strange and complex creatures.

You've got all these organs and tissues working together in just the right way for

you to function.

Not all life is like this.

In fact, the first lifeforms on Earth consisted of just single cells, all on their lonesome.

We're still learning how these simple species became complex beings… and eventually, you.

It's clear it didn't happen all at once.

The main theory is that multicellular organisms started out as cells grouped together in colonies.

Some scientists count these as the first complex life forms.

But many think that for it to truly be multicellular life, the cells have to be connected, communicating,

and cooperating with each other.

Depending on how you view it, there were between 13 and 25 branches of complex organisms that

evolved into different types of animals, plants, fungi, algae, and bacteria.

Each lineage evolved in its own way, but most ended up with similar types of cell structures.

So if we know the different branches, why can't we just trace them back to see how

they started?

Well, it's not quite that easy to find fossils.

And the ones we do find aren't always very clear.

But recently, scientists discovered what is probably the oldest evidence of multicellular

life that isn't just cell colonies.

Buried 2,600 feet under South Africa, they found a possible fossilized fungus that is

2.4 billion years old.

And complex life might have existed even before that!

The chances of any organism being fossilized are pretty low, which means some pieces of

the story are likely missing.

Besides fossils, scientists look for evidence of the conditions needed to support life.

This is similar to how they look for life in space — they might not find aliens, but

they can locate water, which is necessary for all life that we know of.

If liquid water exists on a planet, it's possible life survived there as well.

On Earth, they study rocks to look for evidence of oxygen in the atmosphere billions of years

ago.

Even with this evidence, it's hard to know when complex life really started.

And to make it even more difficult, scientists think some species went from single cells

to multicellular colonies and back, based on the conditions.

So what made the transition stick?

As life evolved, there may have been advantages for certain cells that stayed together.

These so-called "ratcheting mechanisms" likely prevented the cells from reverting

to their old, solitary ways.

For example, as cells evolved to do different tasks, they could have relied on each other

for support.

One cell might have made a necessary compound while another created an important molecule.

This meant they were stronger together than apart.

We obviously need a lot more research to understand how and when life became multicellular, but

one thing is clear: humans are just one species in a long line of intricate and complex beings.

And in my opinion, you're also the coolest.

What's your favorite form of complex life?

People?

Cats?

That 2 billion-year-old fungus?

Let me know in the comments below.

Oil Free - Stovetop Granola Recipe - 2 Ways - Healthy Oats Recipe For Weight loss - Skinny Recipes - Duration: 5:24.

oil-free stovetop granola recipe. hey guys I am nisahomey and welcome back

to my channel. today I am sharing two easy and healthy granola recipes for

weight loss it's gluten free, vegan, oil free, and made with natural sugar. this

granola is a super healthy snack not just for you but for the whole family.

this is a more healthier option than store-bought granola as it is made with

whole grains and naturally sweetened. homemade granola tastes so much better

than store-bought granola and it's much cheaper and healthier than store-bought

granola and making them on the stovetop makes it more easier to make than in an

oven, as it just takes roughly under 10 minutes to make it on the stovetop. this

granola recipe is made without dates and having a batch of this granola will

definitely make your life easier especially on those busy mornings or you

can have it as a quick snack on the go. so let's get started with the recipe. I'm

using a heavy bottomed the cast iron pan to make this granola you can also use an

iron kadai or a heavy bottomed steel pan once the pan is heated put the flame on

the lowest and then add in 1/2 cup rolled oats, rolled oats has more fiber

and is less processed. do not use instant oats for this recipe. add in 1 cup puffed

rice

and in one cup poha or beaten rice which is also known as a aval in Malayalam. I'm

using the thick variety of poha made from red rice. on medium to low flame

toast them on the tawa and make sure that you stir it on and off so that it

does not get sticked to the bottom of the pan. to know whether the oats and

the poha has the toasted well, just take few pieces in your hands and crumble it

if it is crispy and crunchy then it is toasted and once it starts to turn light

golden brown in color, add in 1/2 cup roughly chopped cashew nuts and mix well

and continue to toast on low to medium flame. also remember to keep stirring on

and off remember that I am using a cast iron pan

and it retains more heat than an ordinary pan. now add in 3 tablespoons

jaggery if you are making this for kids you can adjust sweetness to your

taste. Here I am using unrefined cane jaggery which usually comes in this

consistency, so I'm just scooping about 3 tbsp of jaggery. if you are using

ordinary jaggery you can use 1/4 to 1/3 cup of grated jaggery or even up to 1/2

cup if you are making it for kids. the jaggery will start to melt with the

heat and mix the ingredients very well so that the jaggery is coated nicely

with the ingredients. after about 2 minutes add in 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds.

pumpkin seeds are rich in iron, zinc, magnesium, and omega-3 fatty acids. they

help to balance blood sugar levels, boost your immunity, helps to fight

inflammation, promotes better sleep, and helps you reduce post menopausal

symptoms. add in 1/4 cup flax seeds, flax seeds are full of healthy fats and fiber.

helps to lower cholesterol, they are high in omega-3 fatty acids, high in magnesium,

antioxidants and flax seeds also helps in weight loss. add in 2 tbsp chia

seeds, the essential fatty acids in chia seeds boost metabolism, cleanses your

colon. they are an excellent source of antioxidants. the high omega-3 and

omega-6 content in chia seeds helps in heart health. add in 1 tbsp cinnamon

powder, cinnamon helps to prevent blood sugar spikes, and

they are a rich source of antioxidants and now mix everything well for about a

minute or two and then switch off the flame and add in 1/3 cup black raisins

and again give it a mix and then transfer it to another Bowl. now divide

the granola into two parts the cinnamon flavored one is my kids favorite and I

like my granola to have some chocolate flavor

so I'm adding in about 2 tbsp raw cocao nibs and the 1 tablespoon raw cacao

powder. mix this really well so that the cocoa powder is nicely coated with the

ingredients. add in 1/4 cup dried strawberries. the chocolate and

strawberries makes a great combination and they will also add some sweetness to

the granola, though they may not be as sweet as the cinnamon granola, you can

adjust sweetness to suit your taste. I like the light bitter raw taste of cocoa.

once the granola has cooled down transfer it to a glass container and

cover it with a tight lid and my oil free and healthy homemade granola is ready

this granola can be kept in room temperature for up to a month or even

longer if kept in an airtight glass container. you can store some granola in

your office or even have a small batch in your handbag so that you can snack

healthy between meals. do try my version of oil free stovetop granola and stay

away from store-bought ones which may be loaded with preservatives, refined sugar,

and unhealthy fats. if you like to see more such healthy recipes please give a

thumbs up. if you are new to my channel please click the subscribe button so

that you can stay updated when I post new videos thank you for watching and

until next time take care bye bye

DCS: F-5E Tiger II Tacan Navigation - #5 Tutorial - English subtitles - Duration: 31:23.

Hi and welcome again to Revientor reborn this is DCSw and you are looking hte planificator

today I am teach you about the tacan navigation with the F-5E

for that I wanted to show to you this map

my plane is here, and you can see the route on the map

but you also know the F-5 do not have any way to feed you with those waypoint of the mission planner

I am going to use tacan navigation with a small detail of visual navigation

what is hte tacan navigation?

you know there are some emitters on the ground as the vor/tacan

is a structure that emitted and received waves and with that waves we are going to know where an how far the station is

now from the jutasi tacan station 44x, with the ruler, I am in heading 223 at 51nm

I am going to go to my wp1, over that lake

that place is in the heading 115, 60nm

I will takeoff from batumi, I will set the tacan of kutasi

The idea of this circle is the effective range of the tacan at mid-altitude

due the mountains the signal could be blocked and the pilot must need to fly higher

in this 65nm of cycle, at 10000 must not be a problem

one of the ways to use the tacan is fly direct to the tacan and then get that heading and then when you arrive to that point yo set the other tacan, but that get too much fuel

the idea is fly almost direct to the point

you can do this with more points and tacans

then when in the hsi I know I am near the point I will change to the next tacan

I will also know that is the correct point to the visual landmark, the lake

we could perform a visual navigation with about the tacan

for this flight, the visual navigation must be, once I takeoff, flyover the runway and get the heading 082 for 91 nm and find a lake with that form

Ican not calculate how long I have been flying, you can estimate it, but you need a visual landmark

must be a big landmark not small one like a bridge

a mountain with some strange visual aspect, lakes, big rivers

for example this cross of rivers, if it was big enough to see it from the altitude, will be a good landmark

the tacan as much farder the point is, will be less accurate

visually you can see the lake and will be a good hint to fix the position

in case there was no more tacans, we can keep heading 082 until find this 3 cities and there will be the airport where I want to arrive

this is a Turkish F-5

you know if you want to see one skin of yours in my videos you only have to ask

we are ready to takeoff, we just go with the tacan thing

you know to set the tacan channel must to use this panel, I have 16x selected,

the tacan that I am going to use is the 44x, this 16x is this current airbase

you see this two knobs, with the mouse wheel or holding the left click holding you can move the digits

this one is the same

and the click will change the band X or Y

yes 44x

I set directly the tacan that I decide to use to navigate

that is the radial that we are going to use at 60nm

for the moment I do not get the tacan signal

it´s normal due the trees and the ground, houses....

it´s not the same, get the tacan from the base where you are that you can see it visually

let´s take off, do not forget to trim

I have a transport container is not a fuel tank

pitot on, oxy ok, breaks full

engine full power

steady parameters

ready

breaks out, afterburner

over the runway I use only the differential brakes, not the rudder be careful

150 knots and airborne

trim as required

now we have to wait for the tacan to get the lecture

afterburner for a while

afterburner out

turn left to overfly own base

there is some interference in the tacan

we are at 54 nm

and the tacan heading is 040

continuing to the left, we already have the altitude needed

there are some interferences in low altitude

now we are at 10000 feet

now I have to go to the radial 115 at 60nm

for the moment I will fly to my own base

well be cool have a kind of autopilot to record this videos easily

you know the F-5 is not FBW airplane and this is the old fashion way

this is the instrument, just simple remember, the selected tacan must be in T/R mode and the navigation in tac

later I will explain the function while traveling

the HSI is the main instrument for this

the tacan is on the edge of the narrow at my left

because I want the radia, 115, with the curse knob set that radial

and the 60nm will see it there

now I am at 56 nm, If I keep the tacan constantly in that position I will keep that distance

fuc*** trim

because I want to keep almos that distance,

I understand that I can get the heading a bit to the left,

100 for example

at the first those nm will decrease but then will increase again

But I will take the radial almos in the 60nm point

forget the altitude in this video xD

some TACAN fuctions are

this knob for the first digit

as you can see the max is 12

the second one is for the final digit, or using the click change the band

the tacan volume

and the test signal button

if we use it, the HSI is also tested

as you can see the HSI get blank a few sec and then get the signal

again

the test

always when the arrow points to the right you have to thing if you have lecture or not

and finally the tacan lecture

this other knob with the off position, rec , if you set that you will get only the heading not the distance

rec is receive, because you do not transmit you can not get the distance

T/Ris transmit and receive, with this you get the heading and the distance

then AA rec is the same as Rec but for aerial station

only heading, for a tanker

in AA T/R you can set a tacan and the wigman setting that tacan + 63 will get your signal to measure distance and know how far from you he is

the heading not but the distance we can know it

with a tanker the kc10 you can get both, heading and distance

in small planes the equipment can not be so big to allow know the heading only distance

get back to the T/R mode we are at 43nm

I don´t want to use the F10 view

but this a tutorial I will use it

090 heading will be a parallel and 100 I am going a bit fur away

because I decided heading 100 I will keep it

to show you how I can know If I am wrong or good direction, I am not to fix it now because I saw the map

remember radial 115 60nm

this lake, in the current heading I will arrive to the other lake

I will keep this heading, but how you can know if you are in not good direction??

I am at 43nm, and I am already getting far away from the tacan

It Is not a crystal clear one but is the commonest

normally you will fly making some S

because you are near 60nm, could be better get approaching to the radial

I will keep this heading a bit longer

the HSI, as you can see it´s a compass, with the CRS that is the radial that you want to fly over

that radial, imagine if you are over the tacan, and you get heading north, you radial is 360

but if you come from the north to the tacan, you can be in the radial 360, or 180, it´s the same,

the only difference is where the tacan is, If I have the heading 180 and the tacan is behind me I am over the 180 radial, if It is in front of me I am over the 360

if you want to land in the runway 180, you will set the tacan to 180 radial but in that particular case you want to get the tacan in front of you while you are heading 180

because I want to go to the radial 115 I set the 115 heading in the HSI

there are only 9nm to get the point in nm but the radial is not near ... now it´s time to fix this...

I am seeing the lake

is my lake?

that is my point I will go there just directly

for that you have to merge tacan and visual nav

that was the lake where I was heading with 100 but now it´s fixed

I am algos the point 7nm and the radial is near

the other tacan is the 22x if I am not bad

now I am heading the lake

over the lake I can switch to the tacan 22x

or set now the 22x and follow the landmark visually

see this, now the lines is almost complete, I will turn right to get the correct 115 heading

the navigation point do not be precise

other thing if if you have a target in this point, you will need to be more precise but for that you have toor coordinates

you can see, going to the right..... the radial is vertical on the HSI now, heading 115 at 60nm

as you can see this does not match with the map... wonderful DCS design...

for this functionality this works

because we have to play with enough space

now I set the 22x tacan and I want to fly directly to the tacan

as simple as keep the arrow to the top of the instrument

I proceed

there is the tacan audio

I like to hear it, but you can lower or turn it off

I am already to just see the city and land

This base have the runway 14 and 32

I want to land in the runway 14

this one

the radial 140 is this one

If I want get this position in the north and then land, could I get the radial 31 in the map

I will set the 14 , is this long line both radials

now I am show you the delai in ckapit

radial 140

now I am fly directly to the tacan

I will keep the tacan on mi right, why?

there for example

I you want to land in a runway, 14, you usually set the radial 140, and you have to play with the tacan arrow, and the curse arrow in the same half of the instrument

doing that you will go to the other side of the tacan, over the radial 320, ready to land on the runway 14

see my plane, the current heading

fly directly

and flying to the radial 140 10nm for example I will end in this other side

the trick is that the narrows pointing to the same place

this line of dot´s divide the instrument in the half

keep the tacan arrow and cursor one in the same half

with that trick you will get the correct position to land in that curse runway

as I see that I am to going to far away because I am at 36nm

I am going to close to the runway getting the tacan arrow at 45º of my trajectory

or something less

this is tacan navigation

for example If i want to go to other point, radial 320 15nm

I could set it and fly from that point to the tacan and I will see the base

but normally to land you set the same course as the runway number is

I will cut the video to get closer to the base

I am at 19nm, and the tacan curse is almost aligned

I have to turn right to align to the runway 14

remember the tacan do is not over the runway you have to visual or ils alignment to land

the are the 3 airbases and this one is the target, and look the bad alignment with the tacan

because the F-5 do not have ILS I visually can handle this

I Hope you understood how to align with the runway, as you can see both arrows are in the upper part of the instrument

and the from/to all is looking to the same side

the arrow of to/from indicate only the half where the tacan is

it´s a fast reference to know where the tacan is

Iam not going to land just overfly the airbase

as close you are of the tacan, will be more difficult to keep the curse

because small variation are big changes when near

3nm

now you will see how the HSI fast change the to/from arrow and the tacan one

as you can see thas fast movement because I overfly the station

now when the curse arrow is upwards and the tacan arrow is downwards you are in the radial selected

because the arrows are opposite one each other

before I was in the radiol 32, but to land we usually do that

remember for visual navigation, note the headings, reference landmarks, and get other headings for more visual navigation marks

the landmarks you must know them by photo or something

small errors could get a really big difference in navigation if you do not keep the headings

always get support of the tacan stations or adf stations

and the heading of the hsi instrument is just a visual reference to know were to go

do not forget here select the tacan to make it works

in DF this do not work and the signal DF is showed

that was the video I hope you enjoyed and subscribe all your family, grandma grandpa everyone, be happy
