Living In A Car: How To DYE YOUR HAIR GREY - Duration: 8:21.
So the other day I dyed my hair. And in this lighting plus this grey wall...
it's kind of hard to see the color, but I'll put a reference picture here so you can see what it looked like when I first did it.
And I asked very very frequently how I dye my hair gray because I do do it myself.
And another common question I get, once people find out that I live in a car, is how I go about doing it
like as far as the "where". So I'm gonna talk about the logistics and then the step-by-step process.
Like the actual products that I use and like the order that I do them
everything. If you just want to know like what materials I use like brands or
amount whatever then I will put a time stamp here so you can- you can skip to that.
Real quick I want to cover the other question because it's really
simple. I mean, I have dyed my hair outside, I've dyed my hair at school, this
time around I actually dyed my hair at the gym. All you really need is a good
amount of water and then something to contain the water, you know the runoff,
when you rinse your hair that way you can dispose of it safely later.
Yeah, so, as you can see it's pretty much the same as dyeing your hair in a house the only
thing is like I just have to assess my situation and the environment and then
find whatever place is most convenient, so it's not like the same place every
single time, but it's really not that difficult.
Now before I get into the actual process and the things that I use. I feel like I'm obligated to say like I
Like I have no hair license, I've never gone to school for this. Like I'm going to straight up tell you that what I do to my hair is very very damaging.
So just a fair- fair notice disclaimer right there, like if I were you I probably
wouldn't do this, but I'm me and I really wanted gray hair so I just went for it anyways.
And just to cover a few other questions I get about my hair ...
So how straight it is right now, this is just how naturally straight it is.
Um- and then the haircut that I have... I actually haven't cut my hair in
I really have no idea how long. The reason, part of the disclaimer here,
that I have this layer, is because I am super super impatient when it comes to my hair
and I'm like "Yo Thug Life" if I mess it up it will grow back it's whatever. Not- not
a great outlook to have when it comes to your hair, but like- but I mean that's just me.
So, I have bleached this stuff so much that it kind of fried off. Yeah, I know,
horrible! But yeah as far as like my hair the haircut it's just a fried and my
hair is just naturally super super straight. So you can see my roots here
they're black that is my natural hair color. And so in order for me to get this
grey or the- because I've had like a spectrum of colors when it comes to
grey, like I've had like the super white silver then I've had like really really
dark gray and everything in between. I use the same stuff to get it, it's just a
different ratio of mixing things. So in order to get it this color or any of
those colors in the grey vicinity. I had to make it like super super super blond
in order for this to work. Otherwise the grey toner that I mix in with
everything it just wouldn't- it wouldn't take. And I mean, like the thing is like
you know, I'm not sure about your hair, I'm just telling you what I do and how my hair
works. Everybody's hair is different, but when my hair- cuz obviously-
so my hair's black, I bleach it it's going to be super brassy kind of orange right.
Like as long as it's blond, even if it's still a little brassy, like that's really not a big deal.
So it's like black right here, like the first like half inch. And then it's kind
of this like brassy brown color. And thennn it gets super grey. Like you can kinda
see it better here. Anyways, if I wanted that to not happen, like the brassiness
in between the black and the gray, then I would simply have to bleach my roots to
get them pretty blond and then put the concoction of colors over that, but I
didn't wanna do that because I didn't want to consistently keep like bleaching
it cuz that's how this happened. Cuz yeahhh this hair actually
used to be like down to here. Now- now it's not. Anyways, um yeah, I guess let me show you how I get my hair grey.
Okay so for supplies I use a developer, a black dye, a grey toner, a mixing bowl, a brush, and some gloves.
And then I also bring with me a towel and a hairdryer.
Specifically the grey toner that I use is by Wella it is their color charm line and it is called Cooling Violet the number is 050.
And then for the black dye it is ion color brilliance, this is their permanent hair color and the color itself is Midnight Blue Black.
So for the first step I just need the mixing bowl, the brush, and black dye.
The black dye is what controls the degree of darkness my grey turns out
However, this is also what gives my hair a green tone when it fades.
So I usually try to keep it pretty light that way the green won't be so
crazy. And I just kind of eyeball this, and typically I start by drawing a star
pattern. So if I want it super silver I'll only do two lines, but this time I'm
actually trying to go pretty dark so I'm going to put a lot.
Step 2: I take the Wella cooling violet toner and just dump the whole thing into the bowl.
The amount you want to use should depend on your hair. Like I use the whole thing because
my hair is a solid medium length, but when it was shorter I would only use
half of the bottle and when I would do that I would put less of a black dye as well.
Next for Step 3 I add some of this ion 30 volume developer, and again I
just eyeball it, but roughly the measurement is a 1:1 ratio of developer to the Wella toner.
Then Step 4 would just be to take a brush and mix it all together.
So it's really important to take a minute and work this thoroughly, make sure that the black dye mixes very well because it likes to stay
in big pieces and if you leave it like that you're going to end up with random
strips or spots on your hair that are way darker than others. So the finer that
you can get the black dye the better. After doing that for a while this is the
consistency and the color of what it all kind of comes out to be and this is what I'm going to put on my hair.
Okay, so real quick. this is what
my hair looked like before I dyed it this time around. Just to give you an idea of
how light you want your hair to be at the start in order for this to really
work well because the lighter your hair is the better it's going to take.
And also just as a reference point for what this concoction looks like when it fades.
So now that I've got the mixture all done the 1st Step of actually
dyeing it is gonna just be to brush my hair out. Then I just rinse it in some
warm water and towel dry it. I just find that damp hair is easier to work with.
Step 3 is to just get the mixture, which has turned a more purpley black by
now, and the gloves and start dividing my hair into sections so that I can layer it on.
For the sections I usually just put my hair half up half down and then
split each section left and right. So nothing fancy. And then I just start to
apply this everywhere the only method to the madness is to not get it on my scalp
or my skin. And once I'm done I'll just take something and kind of wipe around
my scalp to make sure that I got all the excess off.
Step 4 is to play the waiting game. If I'm doing a lighter silver grey then
I'll leave it on for about an hour, but if I'm doing a darker one like this then
usually 30 minutes. And then after that I just rinse it out.
This last Step is totally optional, but after I rinse out the dye, I like to blow-dry my hair and
brush it a little bit just to see how it turned out.
So here is the finished product. And as you can see it is by no means
perfect or professional. And just for reference, here's what it looked like
later that day fully dry and in the sunlight. So I've tried countless ways of
getting my hair gray and this has just been what works best for me. I've used
this method for the past two years or so, but I mean if you want to do this with
as little damage as possible I definitely recommend having it professionally done.
Alright, so that is how I get my hair this color. And where I actually dye my hair.
If you are thinking about going grey... good luck lol. Unless you're blonde, then it
shouldn't be too big of a deal. Anyways, I hope I answered your guys's questions

🔥Day Trader Strategy with Higher highs and Lower Lows - Duration: 8:37.
the hard right edge is currently trading at 1,900 roughly bouncing up and down
today so we're going to actually go back and I'm going to give you a really clear
way where you can identify these market trends so you can tell if the market is
going to be more bearish today or more bullish we're going to go a long way
back so we can really drill into this
picking a random point in the chart let's start moving forward we're looking
for are the peaks and the valleys basically when you get a high peak and
then you get a lower peak and a lower valley that means that the general trend
is down we'll start by the easiest way is just outlining these we'll start here
we had a peak and then the market started to go down when it made a valley
or a "v" formation here we'll mark this off again the market rallied where the bowls
wanted to push the market up past its previous high but they weren't able to
make it so we ended with another peak so this is a high and then a lower high we
have our low and then we got again was another valley here or a lower low a lot
of times when traders trying to get into positions they start seeing the market
rocket down and they will just want to hop in you often can avoid that though
because the market will pull back up the market is not a one-sided event you have
buyers and sellers for every seller there's a buyer so when the market
starts getting pushed down people start seeing that as a value the bowls think
that fact that hey this is such a great price
for this why don't I get in now and then I can ride it up to its previous high
what happens here though on this next lower high is the fact that the Bulls
who are charging the market up gets stopped and they realize this has very
important the fact that they got stopped at a lower high than the previous time
they rallied the market what this proves to them is the fact that they're losing
strength in successive one two three they've lost strength every single time
and the Bears of one out so three times in a row now forcing them down so what
do you end up with a sharp fall down the market followed by another Valley this
is again really important because you see we have one two three lower lows
again even if you want to get into the market here you don't need to and you
can often wait for the market to pull back up because the Bulls will not just
give up on this market they're going to want to keep continuing to add on to
their positions because in the end a bull has a mindset that the market will
go up eventually so yet again they rally and they create another peak but you'll
see just like with the previous ones we have again a lower peak this is really
important because yet again they've been forced down to the market and once they
realize the fact that they can't push the mark up and break one of these
higher peaks the market gets pushed down yet again to create another lower low
now here you see a more substantial rally from the Bulls they push the
market back up again but because they've gotten hit so hard even though they do
move the market up to a peak of 2075 from a low of 2061 it
still doesn't break the previous high right here at this point any bull who is
seeing this is seeing a consistent downtrend in the market it creates a lot
of fear in them and then often will result in panic selling as you'll see
here where the market just falls down to a new lower low this is followed by
another rally to create a new peak and then yet another lower low because that
new peak again was lower than the previous you have to put yourself in the
mind of a creator when they're going long and when they're going short a lot
of traders only choose to either be bullish or bearish they only trade
either long or short it's good to have a mindset where you're open to trading
either long or short you have to be able to take a look at whatever position you
are about to take and say if the market was flipped upside down would I want to
take that same position if it was a short position flip the market upside
down would you still want to take that position if it were a long position it's
good to be on both sides of the market because you have the most freedom and
flexibility when we're actually dealing with sensitive is on the right-hand edge
I'm going to be drilling down into 15-minute charts to get better entry
prices because trading on 60 can be extremely expensive depending on your
account size and the 15-minute can give you very similar signals with just micro
tuned so you can pick perfect entries
here's where we got our first reversal where on this day the Bulls were able to
push the market past this previous high now you'll see this quite often
when a long trend like this has been continuing down anyone who started out
here with a short and continually move their stock down every time a new peak
was made so their stops would have started up here puts out of the high and
then move down when this peak formed to here when this peak formed they move
their stock down and since a short sold there now continually in the money
they're just trying to protect our profits when they got a new peak here
they move their stock down to here and that kept them in even when this market
pushed up here but they decided to move their stop down here and then waited for
the market as it rocketed down and then again when market made another peak they
move their stop down to here as is a really key time after a long time of the
market continually making lower lows and lower highs a lot of stops are going to
be right in this area so as soon as this level is broken people that are just
taking profit not so much even taking long trades but only protecting their
short trades profit will have their stops here so you can have a lot of
quote-unquote forced buying people here don't necessarily think the market is
going to be going up but their stops are being triggered so this acts identical
to like dyers coming into the market adding on to their positions
