HOW TO LIVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE WITH A BUSY SCHEDULE - Duration: 5:59.

Hello everyone !

No, its lame, I have to find another intro.

RE ! And welcome back on my channel. If you are new on my channel, ...

... If you are new to my channel do not hesitate to tell me who you are, and where you come from, and if you know me for a while now, you probably have subscribed already and I love you ;)

I receive a lot of questions about my schedule, how I am able to study in a top-tier school & still be able to lead a healthy lifestyle, training 6 to 8 hours per week.

So in this video I am going to share my "secrets" so you can, too, combine a busy schedule WITH a healthy lifesyle. Let's go !

Let's start with the training part : How do I train ?

For those who follow me on Instagram, you surely already know that I mainly do weightlifting, and crossfit. Why ? Because these are the two activities which give me the best feelings and challenge me the most.

Plus, I can train WHEN I want, as you can choose when to train, and these sports really allow me to have the control of my body.

So on Monday I train chest & shoulders, on Tuesday its Leg Day, Wednesday Rest Day, Thursday Leg Day again, Friday Rest Day, Saturday Back, Bis and Tris and Sunday Crossfit session.

My training session can vary according to my schedule ; this year, my busiest days where Wednesday and Friday, these were my rest days.

And all my sessions last between 50 and 70 minute, never more.

Now onto the organization with my studies !

There are several aspects to mention concerning my studies : first; it was harder for me when I was preparing the exams for Sciences Po, but at the time I was not that much into fitness, I was just starting to workout at home.

So the training part started to be a real question when I got into Sciences Po, as I started to lift weights 4/5 times per week. And that is when I realized the crucial principle : YOU NEED TO ADAPT YOUR TRAINING TO YOUR SCHEDULE.

So on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, I was going to the gym before class, around 7:30 am; so yes, I woke up earlier, I had breakfast, went to the gym, ate my other breakfast and went to class.

And on week ends I went a little bit later so I can sleep a bit more lol, it was just before lunch. So really just adapt it to YOUR schedule and when it fits best !

And if you really have crazy hours of work, wake up earlier or go after your work day, most of gyms have flexible hours ;)

AND NOW onto the eating part ! If there is ONE crucial principle to follow, it is to respect the macro balance, aka eating balanced meals composed of carbs, protein and fats at every meal and snack.

One time though, someone had commented on my video : "you're not eating healthy, you have two sources of carbs on your plate". When I say you need carbs in your meal, I do not say only one : it depends on the carb source itself.

For examples, veggies are carbs, but they are so low in cals & carbs that I will always add another source to make sure I eat enough carbs in my meal.

So ALWAYS make sure when you make research or hear/read advice from someone that you understand the WHY. You always have to look for the logic behind every argument.

Concerning eating, you should also make sure you have a sufficient micronutrient intake. Micros are everything you know as vitamins / calcium / magnesium.

As you probably know, you can find them in high amounts in vegetables and fruits, but also in seeds, such as flax seeds, sesame seeds, and in superfoods such as spirulina or hemp.

Concerning the prep of food, my biggest tip is to prep it in advance. Personally, I do not prep every of my meal, because I love diversity, but if it is for you please do ! What I do is I prep my main sources of carbs, protein and fats and the day before or in the morning I combine them together according to what I feel like eating.

So as you can see, I really apply the same principles to all three aspects : consistency, determination and organization.

Why Hollywood Stopped Casting Eddie Cibrian - Duration: 4:08.

TV star Eddie Cibrian got his big break in 1994 when he landed a role on legendary soap

opera The Young and the Restless, and he started climbing the small screen ladder thanks to

shows like Baywatch Nights and Sunset Beach.

He's since continued his work with appearances in Ugly Betty and Rosewood, but Cibrian's

star status seems to have faded in recent years.

Instead of being known for his on-screen work, Cibrian makes more headlines for his off-screen

life.

Here's why.

Tabloid target

In March 2009, Eddie Cibrian was accused of cheating on his wife, future Real Housewives

of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville, with whom he shares two children.

He and married country singer-turned-actress LeAnn Rimes were caught canoodling on camera

while shooting their lifetime film Northern Lights together, and the two eventually split

from their spouses and got married to each other.

What made matters worse was the couple seemed to play the victim card about all the attention

their connection received from outsiders.

Cibrian said, "I don't know how people perceive me.

What I do know is when you reach a certain point in your career you're placed in this

unfair fishbowl.

Things unfortunately get magnified.

We are all human, we are all not perfect.

I love my family dearly, and I'm a great father.

It just saddens me that this is hurtful and being played out publicly."

If Cibrian wanted the tryst to stay out of the tabloids, though, he and Rimes should've

thought about the ones left behind because their exes simply refused to be silenced amid

the spectacle.

Exes and ohs

Brandi Glanville has spent many years dragging Eddie Cibrian and Leann Rimes' names through

the mud.

In fact, she's made an entire career as a reality star and author out of being jilted,

which keeps this testy love triangle squarely in the spotlight.

"I'm drinking wine and noone can say a damn thing."

And while Rimes' ex, Dean Sheremet, is less apt to capitalize on the unfortunate situation,

he's also spilled a few key details about the split that don't exactly bolster Cibrian's

reputation.

Speaking in 2015, Sheremet remembered his very first meeting with Cibrian, declaring:

"I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw this f---ing table.

He just felt like one of those guys from the beginning.

A total schmoozer.

Very Hollywood.

I never bought his shtick."

If that wasn't enough already, in 2017, Sheremet teamed up with Glanville to appear on the

reality show My Kitchen Rules to make sure their exes wouldn't ever live down the dirt.

Reality rejects

Given the amount of tabloid attention Cibrian and Rimes' relationship has received over

the years, you'd think the public would be itching for a peek inside the drama.

So, the two gave the reality scene their own shake by signing up to do a reality show called

LeAnn and Eddie in 2014.

To be fair to the couple, the show gave them an opportunity to finally come clean about

the truth of their relationship in a refreshingly honest way.

"Our relationship didn't quite start off like we had planned."

"We were both married to other people."

But viewers weren't interested in the whole truth.

The show premiered to "soft" ratings and eight episodes later, VH1 officially pulled the

plug on the show.

Although the reality flop might've been unexpected, it was actually pretty par for the course

of Cibrian's screen career.

Ratings roast

In recent years, much of Cibrian's resume has mostly involved bit parts or recurring

roles on various television shows, as well as corny TV movies.

One reason behind that may have to do with a string of high-profile letdowns, some of

which were canceled abruptly or never made it to air in the first place.

The most notable, of course, happened in the fall of 2011 when his NBC drama The Playboy

Club premiered to high controversy but incredibly low ratings.

After three disastrous episodes, the network unceremoniously pulled the plug on the series,

making it the first new network show of the season to get canceled.

He also saw another would-be NBC show prove to be dead on arrival in 2015 after the network

decided against picking up a sitcom which would've starred himself alongside Monica

Potter.

Cibrian did seem to get some new wind in his sails in 2016, when he landed a role in the

Fox crime drama Rosewood, but even that part only came about after Brian Austin Green walked

away from it, and the show was ultimately cancelled due to declining viewership.

All of these major misses might be due to circumstances beyond Eddie Cibrian's control,

but he does seem to be the lowest common denominator for a lot of unsuccessful shows.

Which means producers might consider him bad luck for their next projects and steer clear

of casting him in anything new.

lit it has 30 LED lights 24 in the outer ring and 6 in the inner ring now there

are many possible uses for this light stairs for safety in closets which don't

often have much light on the shelves for function and as a decorating theme or

feature in bathrooms they would be great to provide light only when you need it

in the middle of the night especially and they could be attached to walls or

ceilings almost anywhere I like the way the lights described in the instruction

manual is called quote low light automatic human body induction and also

called little Guardians I like that little guardian UFOs let's take a closer

look at the white it has a powerful magnet and magnets are not cheap they

are superior in many instances to the snap or screw on type attachments that

can break and that are sometimes difficult to manipulate this is so easy

here's the USB charging port and no batteries required that I really like

I'm not having to worry about keeping batteries on hand there's no electrical

wiring needed at all there does charge within a USB port when it's fully

charged it can last two to three months in the automatic mode before it will have to be

charged again they sticks on the wall or other surfaces and has a magnetic base

so the light comes right off no nails so here's a really cool feature you can

take the light off of the base and use it just on the table or the bookshelf

just by itself it's recommended that you charge the light for three hours before

use and the ones that we have right now have already been charged because it can

be rotated it is very versatile you can put it in many different formations and

gets light where you want the light and these lights are available in a warm

yellow not just the white

here yeah I think the camera doesn't pick up the color accurately for the um

warm yellow light looking at that we both look white but it's definitely

distinctive color now we have two of each color and we are going to install a

couple of these around the house and try them out

installation is very very very easy there's no hammer and nails required

here it's a sticky tab that the product comes with so that you can stick it

anywhere on the house

that looks really nice on the shelf yeah

I really have been needing a light for this closet this is perfect yeah I like the white light here

so I can see what coat or sweater or pair of shoes that we get out for it to

Family's all that we will ever have because when we're old

We lose everything else the people that are with us the people that love us for no matter what no matter if we're poor or rich

sick or healthy they're there for us and those are the people that really matter and those are your family and

so you know when you get a

Phone call that says your grandmother is not doing well and that your mom's out there

And you know that you're only ten hour flight away from seeing them then how you make that choice, and that's what we did

So here we are and it's been wonderful, and I'm so happy we came even though. We're freezing our butts off here

And we see all these people around and they were protesting against

It says I'm against circuses that use animals when everyone's started chanting they were chanting deficit

I'm for circuses without animals. I'm free services without

Reaching so many people gathering with signs and cents kindness, not cruelty. It's not even just using them for the entertainment

It's taking their lives away

Yeah taking the freedoms alive like their whole lives for what a half an hour circus show or a half an hour show at Seaworld

again

I think that's what a lot of people misinterpret about people who don't want to use animals in shows

They think as I did at one point

Well, what's wrong with a half an hour dolphin show or what's wrong with a half an hour seaworld show

But it's not about that

It's about the fact that it's their entire lives

living in a cage in poor conditions

Prison when they should be in the wild when they should be having the freedom that all sentient beings

Deserve in exchange for what us to pay 20 bucks to go see a Frickin circus show it's ridiculous

It's just that's one of the issues about humans is we think we have the right to do things like that when we don't I?

But some some time to time that you find we are so sweet

This we must be my path that I would take like a shortcut for my house to fill a little

It's actually the house that I grew up in my dad my grandpa and a couple of their friends

Actually built the entire house with their hands. They'd be building while we're living there so at a point

We like all lived in a kitchen and slept in the kitchen area and we're the rest of the house being soaked

It's been so crazy to come back here

Have all these memories this house and this place meant a lot to my family

I always think about like what my life would be if we didn't leave ukraine and if we stayed here

And we should go be many wonderful things

But it's God who knows what my life would be or where I would be right now, so I'm very grateful

I really do want to stress like halloween' I am starting to get like I am super happy with my body right now

I haven't been this happy with my body

I'd say within the past six months the past six months to a year at least have been bad for me

I've been getting fat. I've been gaining a lot of weight that like I really didn't want to gain it. Just like happen

I've been overeating all the time

But recently I've made it a promise to myself and to you guy that I am going to get a better body

I'm going to stop eating like I've been eating so healthy recently honestly my appetite recently has not been high at all

I will eat like miniscule things and be full already like I don't get it like I will eat a

Tiniest portion of something and get full I guess it's just because I've been doing that for the past couple weeks now and my body

Is starting to get used to that and anytime I try and eat a little bit more than that?

I just feel sick to my stomach so I've been eatin really really healthy plus when I am eating healthy

I'm not eating a lot of whatever

I'm eating so it's causing me to have major fat loss right now

And I'm also going to the gym every single

Day and killing my workout which I'm about to do right now you guys know every single morning

I've been hitting the gym

but I also hope that

Motivates you guys that are inspired to go to the gym to go to the gym and kill the workout and just start getting in

Shape even if you don't need to go get in shape. It does not hurt to go to the gym

And maybe play a little basketball

Just get out and be active and do something

Honestly playing basketball is like one of my favorite things to do especially to lose weight

I remember I used to play basketball every single night like a year ago

And I would lose so much weight by doing that. It's just it's really fun

You don't think about it compared to just like running on a treadmill for 30 minutes to an hour and feeling like you're a hamster

Just be active. I'm going to grind recently where I'm really trying to dedicate a lot of my time to my body

I really just want to look good overall

I'm tired of looking like I'm actually very very happy with the support that you guys have been giving me recently you guys

Understand what I'm going through right now and what I'm trying to accomplish in the end

I haven't really give you guys a body update and like the past month or two and I got a ton of

money I'm gonna tell you how almost lost $5,000 right after this what is a my

scrolling down in the classified section trying to find maybe a little quick

little job I can do get a quick little 50 hundred bucks now I saw ad for

somebody who needed their bicycle delivered somewhere I had no idea how to

add one but they needed their bicycle basically delivered from point A to

point B or they were having a shit apparently this bike is supposed to be

some limited edition bike supposed to be worth a lot of money so

they just wanted someone to make sure it got there safe thinking back on it now

I'm like there's clearly ups or another delivery service that you could have

used why would you need somebody on Craigslist to deliver something

especially if the bike cost that much but bro I'm 13 like I'm not thinking

about all these things and all these situations aren't coming in my head all

I'm thinking about is making them uh now apparently this man is offering like 5k

for it and I'm like why are you offering so much for a bike that doesn't make any

sense whatsoever so basically I emails him and he was asking for information

basically asking where I lived how would I be picking it up and so forth so forth

now this is how the story gets interesting basically the guy does not

live in New York or he doesn't live in the States the man lives like somewhere

international so jeans having it sent here I'm supposed to pick it up from the

airport bruh as I'm selling the story is selling dumber and dumber as it goes on

because like in my head now it would be like scam scam scam scam to

him so he said basically I'll have to go get it from the airport but before you

know I do that he would send me a check basically the cash I guess for the fees

or whatever and my Payton sending me money before I do too

knowing that tell me twice so this man said he is going to send me six thousand

five hundred dollars for a bike bro what do you send me so much money for a bike

he's telling me it's a special bike and he doesn't want to have to deal with

I forgot what he said he was saying some BS now that I think of it but he was

just basically saying yeah he'll send me six thousand five hundred to go and do

it so I had to wait for the mail to come for him to send the check to me now I'm

13 years old but I'm looking at the thing that I came in it came in like a

expedited uh envelope and it said like from Nigeria so I'm like doesn't this

man like lives totally somewhere else like I forgot where he said he lived

like Scotland or something like that like how are you sending stuff from

Scotland but it's going through like Nigerian mail like that doesn't make any

sense but I went and looked at the check and lo and behold it said $6,500 now

basically he told me that my pays five grand so I'm supposed to deposit the

6500 into my bank account and send him back the 1500 to a thirteen year old

I mean well for me that made sense like hey man maybe he wrote it wrong he

didn't want to rewrite it so hey I'm glad you send you that back but not I'm

thinking about him like you if you do this here dickhead so a lot of

the times before I make like big decisions like monetary decisions like I

usually pass it by my aunts or like close friends and stuff and basically

what happened was I gave it to one of my uncles and had them take a look at it

and they were like yeah man this is a scam girl they they do this all the time

they post all these ads on Craigslist and stuff and look for like takers to do

it because some people are gullible to do asically what it is is a Nigerian

email scam and yeah it's not really popular as much because people have

smartened up but back then maybe around 2007-2008 like it was happening like

crazy and people used to get conned by it a lot basically I'm really happy that

I ran it by my uncle because basically what happens is the check isn't real

there's no monetary value behind the check and when you have to deposit the

check like you can deposit it and the bank doesn't really know whether it's

real or not most of the time but if it looks good

they'll like make the funds available for you to take so after you do take the

funds funds don't really exist so when you do take that money that's basically

you taking the bank's money and after a while they'll see that the cheque is not

actually real so y'all have to end up paying back that money so basically what

what I had been do is I would have deposited that check for 6,500 and took

the money out and took my portion and sent the 1,500 to him but I would be in

the wrong and I would have to be at 6,500 back to the bank because none of

that money actually exists like that's actually the bank's money just be very

mindful of the craigslist ads that you open up and the emails that you send out

because most of the time they're not real just a side note I'm working on the

young lifestyle calm um I'm going to need you to go and sign up for that

email list so you can get the most recent tips and you can get the best

help I'm gonna start offering consultations for any newbies who just

want to know like what companies to start up with or just want to get a feel

for somebody who's been in the industry for a long time and know you can ask

CV Settings For Your Bell & Horn On Bachman Sound Value DCC Locomotives - Duration: 17:50.

today we're going to adjust some more CV's on our Alco S-2 Bachman locomotive

I'm TomKvichak and this is Toms Trains and Things this channel was

created to help other modelers who are need of guidance in pursuing their dream

of building a model railroad and today what are we going to do we're going to

adjust some more CV's on our economy decoder on our Bachman locomotive now

here is our favorite locomotive here the Alco S-2 9129 and the last time we

adjusted the speed in there the Acceleration Rate the Break Rate and the

maximum speed on there and this time we're going to adjust the Horn there's

three different horns available for it and we're going to adjust the beil rate

and let me see the the horns available are the Webco E2 the Leslie A145/A

200 combo which I like better and the Nathan P3 now on this one the default

one is theAlcoor the the WABCO E2 which is a I don't really like but I'm

going to set it up for the Leslie A125 and A200 combo that's a better sounding

horn and the valve we could adjust the bell rate we can make it faster we can

make it slower so that's what we're going to do on here we're going to show

you how to do that and we're going to do it adjusting CVs 1 1 4 and 1 1 5 now

there is a a horn volume control and a bell volume control 129

&130 and we'll play around with that a little bit - does it fault

setting for the horn volume control is 225 but I suppose that's the maximum

it can got the bell volume control is set at 60 so there's no documentation

that I could find or what the range is on it all it has is the default values

on there that you get from Bachmann on their documentation and the PDF if you

can get from their website we can also adjust the master volume control but I'm

not going to play with that right now that's 128 and the default on that is

192 so we're we might do that a little bit later on in a different series now

coming up after this one we're going to do consists and I have my here we go I

have myFA2 right here and I also have FB2 and we'll stick them together in

a contest and adjust the settings for that in another episode that will be in

the next episode so what we're going to do right now I have this sitting on a

track and you see right there

and it's operational and there's the bell

that's the default horn now we're going to change that but what I'm going to do

is I'm going to set this on a different stand while I'm doing it because right

now I'm holding the camera okay here we go with a good view of the locomotive

right there let me back it up a little bit so we're not looking at it so

closely here

okay there's the rate for the Bell

and then here's the horn now on both of those those are on the default value

well the bell rate ringing rate was set at 04 and it would decrease it it will

go faster and the horn selection the default is 00 which is the WABCO E2

that's this right here

okay the first thing I'm going to do is the first thing I'm going to do is I'm

going to change the rate of the bell which is CV 1 1 4 so I'll go over here

into program and it's on 1 1 5 right now I was playing around with it a little bit

so I'll go 1 1 4 and the default is 4

let me go it'll be easier right there so it's set the 03 right now I hit

enter it's taken it it says good go to exit I'll go put the power back on

okay now you see that's a little faster right there that's with 03 let's go to 02

let me shut it off I'll go to program it's already on 114

use this hand right here we'll go to 02 - hit enter and exit and we'll go put

the power back on now you can see that's going a little bit faster now if I get

down there on 01 it's probably going to be a lot faster but I think

I like 03 but right now we'll keep it right there we're going to work on

the Horn so the horn selection that's 115

so let's go to 115 and the default on this one is 00 now

that's the WABCO E2 but I like the dual horn so let's set it at 01 hit enter

hit exit put the power back on here's the horn now that sounded better with the dual horn

okay just for the sake of it I'm going to show you the Nathan P3 horn so we'll go

to program it's still on 115 and the Nathan P 3 is 02 okay so we'll hit

Enter exit then put power back on

well that's a half-decent horn okay I'm stuck between the dual horn and this one

now okay so I don't know which one I want so you're going to have to tell me

which one if you want that dual horn or this one right here the first one

the default horn I don't like at all okay so let's go back to the Bell this is good

Far-Left New York Mayor, Bill De Blasio, is no different.

De Blasio, a Clinton supporter and a critic of Donald Trump's immigration policies,

is now in hot water for using public money to cover his private bills.

In total, De Blasio used a blog post on Medium to announce that the city (i.e.

THE TAXPAYERS) will be paying approximately $2 million in his private legal fees, via

Politico.

De Blasio is currently being investigated for potentially illegal fundraising activities.

While De Blasio has managed to survive most state and federal charges against him, lawyers

did find that De Blasio's fundraising practices "violated the intent and spirit" of the

law, via New York Post.

Like his friend Hillary Clinton, De Blasio got off thanks to strange legalese.

However, the fact that the mayor is now tapping into public money in order to pay off his

own bills is certainly going to ruffle more than a few feathers.

Added to this scandal is the fact that as mayor, De Blasio has been an utter disaster

for New York.

After years of Republican control of the city, De Blasio, a hard-Left Democrat, has noticeably

changed the look of New York for the worse.

The homeless population, for instance, has increased in size and visibility, via New

York Times.

Under De Blasio, New York City went from being the model city in terms of crime control,

to once again being a thieves' paradise.

Even the Department of Justice has labeled De Blasio's approach to crime as "soft,"

via The Hill.

More infamously, De Blasio, who was an ardent supporter of Communist dictatorships long

before becoming the city's mayor, has become the epitome of anti-police politics.

After doing away with the Stop & Frisk law that reduced crime in New York's black and

Hispanic neighborhoods, De Blasio further raised the ire of the NYPD by publicly insinuating

that the department is racist.

When Black Lives Matter terrorist murdered officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu, other

NYPD officers turned their backs on De Blasio in a show of solidarity against the type of

politics that caused the murders in the first place, via Time.

De Blasio is just another example of the venal and corrupt Democratic class.

These people, all of whom hate President Trump, are not only liars, but they are petty grifters,

too.
