so maybe the maybe Charlotte's the antagonist in the series the opposite of

written and directed by Titanic Sinclair I would say that this is Titanic

series says here Papi's officially mainstream she not only gets her own

YouTube red series but unveils on the Sundance Film Festival that's a big deal

a lot of eyes gonna be on that that's cool it's no longer about internet fame

the internet star after she signs a deal with a television network for a series

of course it wouldn't be a papi series without some kind of macabre aspect as

puppy tries to become the next hot television star we make a pact with

Satan to become the most famous girl in the entire world this naturally results

in a religious cult attempting to kidnap her from a TV station Wow

that's the unwrapped poppy so you can see this is gonna be interesting

I know I know what you're wantin you want the fidgets spinner truth for

theories we'll get to that but first I'd like to say answer a question that

you're going to be asking me am I gonna cover the YouTube red series on that

poppy I don't know I can not say for sure if this is something that you would

like let me know in the comments maybe we can shoot for

of the characters some new characters will be introduced retrospectively

speaking if that's even a word I don't know I made it up but this is a big

thing for titanic's and Claire as he is the director and the writer of this this

is his work that's going to be presented to the world and I can already see that

it's going to be it's going to be very good very intriguing I think it mate not

only the internet by storm but I think it's gonna be an overall really good

series people are gonna want it I wouldn't be surprised I started asking

for it on Netflix I think Netflix would be a good move for

that I don't know there's so much it's so much up on the air on this one but

it's just it's just it was just important for me to say my piece about

it now moving on we've had a little bit of drama in the past couple days I know

I did the video on Mary Mary the hi Mary Mary videos I did the one video we were

doing an analyzing video that triggered her she thought I was daxing she made a

tumblr post and said you know started throwing

accusations at me and other youtubers saying that we were daxing but but it's

probably a conspiracy and really I don't think that this the creator of Mary Mary

is a bad person we might continue to analyze the further videos because there

is art behind it and there are symbols that are just it's like a puzzle and you

know here we like to and uncovered the puzzles so no hate for Mary Mary that

being said and as interesting as this video is I am always interested in what

you think so why don't you go ahead leave your creative and responses in the

Bank of Japan keeps monetary policy unchanged - Duration: 0:33.

Japan's central bank is keeping its monetary policy steady.

At the end of its two-day meeting, the Bank of Japan announced it would keep short-term

policy rate unchanged at negative Point-one percent and the 10-year yield target around

zero percent.

That followed an eight-to-one majority vote.

In its quarterly outlook, the BOJ said it would continue with quantitative and qualitative

monetary easing policy until achieving its two percent inflation target.

The bank said it expected core consumer prices to rise this year by one-point-four percent.

Gimp: High Pass Sharpening - Duration: 2:44.

In this video we will apply High Pass Sharpening with the standard options in Gimp,

so there are no plugins required.

When we have opened Gimp, we go to file, open,

and here we search for our image and open it.

Click on the zoom icon in the top right of the window to maximize our image.

Go to image in the menu bar and click on image properties.

Here we can see the resolution of our image, this one has a high resolution as we can see.

Now click on close.

Go ahead and make two duplicates of the layer,

by clicking twice on the duplicate button at the bottom of the layers panel.

Go to colors in the menu bar and click on invert.

Now we go to the layer mode, and here we click on grain merge.

Then we go back to the menu bar and click on filters, blur and gaussian blur.

Go ahead and make the blur radius 40.

When we use an image with a lower resolution than our example image,

we can make the blur radius 5 or 10.

Click okay.

In the next step we right click on the top layer and hit merge down.

Again to the layer mode and now we change it to overlay.

Click the top layer off and on, to see the effect.

To make the effect stronger, we can make a duplicate of this layer

by clicking on the duplicate button.

Press and hold the shift key and when we click on the eye of the bottom layer,

we can see the difference.

We could add another duplicate to make the effect even stronger.

And that is it, an easy and effective way to apply

High Pass Sharpening without installing plugins.

U.S. to impose tariffs on Samsung, LG washing machines - Duration: 1:51.

The U.S. government plans to slap tariffs on Samsung and LG washing machines as well

as foreign solar panels sold in the States.

Kim Ji-yeon zooms in on how the latest decision made in tune with President Donald Trump's

"America First" trade policies... could put Korean manufacturers at a severe disadvantage.

The U.S. Trade Representative's office announced a list of safeguard measures that the U.S.

plans to impose on imports of Samsung and LG-made washing machines and solar panels.

U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer said on Tuesday that President Trump has made

his final decision on the issue, adding that Trump's decision clearly reflects his willingness

to defend American workers and businesses.

With the latest announcement, a twenty-percent tariff will be applied on imports of washing-machines

under 1.2 million units, and a 50 percent tariff on imports exceeding the quota in the

first year, with tariffs falling by 2 and 5 percent per year respectively for the following

two years.

On imports of products in the solar industry, the tariff rate will be set at 30 percent,

and will be reduced to a 15 percent tariff rate over the next four years, with the first

two-point-five gigawatts being exempt from the tariff.

The new safeguard measures, which come 16 years after the U.S. imposed tariffs on imported

steel products in 2002, are expected to deal a big blow to Korea's manufacturing firms.

Samsung and LG, two of Korea's major electronics manufacturers have been exporting a combined

1 billion dollars a year of large residential washing machines to the U.S., with Samsung

holding 16 percent, and LG 13 percent, of the U.S. washing machine market share.

(letterboxing) at the top and bottom of the video player in order to fit a 4:3 aspect ratio. YouTube 16:9 aspect ratio player then adds

vertical black bars (pillarboxing) to fit a 4:3 formatted video to YouTube player dimensions. The end result is black bars all around the video

(windowboxing). If you're uploading widescreen videos, you can

avoid windowboxing by cropping your video to the 16:9 format.

YouTube uses 16:9 aspect ratio players. The YouTube player automatically adds black bars to videos in the player so that videos are

displayed correctly, Without cropping or stretching, no matter the size of the video or the player.

If you upload a 16:9 video at its original aspect ratio (1280x720 recommended).The video will fill the YouTube widescreen 16x9 player.

If you upload a 4:3 video at its original aspect

ratio (640x480 recommended). The video will display in the widescreen player at the correct size and ratio with pillarbox bars.

If you add letterbox bars to the top and bottom before uploading so that the video fits a 4:3 player.

The YouTube player will add pillarbox bars so the 4:3 video fits widescreen. Bars will surround the video.

To fit the player perfectly, encode at these resolutions: 2160p: 3840x2160.

1440p: 2560x1440. 1080p: 1920x1080. 720p: 1280x720.

480p: 854x480. 360p: 640x360. 240p: 426x240.

U.S. Senators strike deal to end government shutdown - Duration: 2:03.

The U.S. Senate voted to end the government shutdown, following an agreement to debate

on the future of young illegal immigrants.

The temporary funding bill was passed by the House of Representatives on Monday and the

government will reopen on Tuesday for another fortnight.

Ro Aram reports.

Senate Democrats dropped their objections in return for assurances from Republican leaders

that they will soon take up contentious issues, especially in regards to immigration.

Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer said he got that reassurance from Senate Majority

Leader Mitch McConnell, but he still expressed frustration at the White House for not engaging

in talks.

negotiations over the weekend.

The great deal-making president sat on the sidelines...Despite and because of this frustration,

I've been having conversations with the Republican leader over the weekend about a path forward.

After several discussions, offers, counteroffers, the Republican leader and I have come to an

Tens of thousands of federal workers had begun closing down operations for lack of funding

on Monday, the first weekday since the shutdown, but essential services such as security and

defense operations had continued.

They will now all go back to work, but only for the time being.

The funding arrangement will only provide cash to the government for the next two and

a half weeks, stopping the shutdown until February 8th.

During that period both parties will try to find common ground on the issue that started

the whole impasse - the plight of about 700-thousand so-called "Dreamer" immigrants, who were brought

to America illegally as children.

If talks fail again over the next two weeks then we could see another government shutdown

that could go on for much longer.

Meanwhile, U.S. stocks soared after the deal to end the stalemate, with the Dow, S&P 500

and Nasdaq all rising to all-time highs.
