would like to recommend is 'Far From You' by Tess Sharpe. This is a mystery thriller
book following Sophie who has witnessed her best friend Mina being shot and
killed in what everyone else thinks was a drug deal gone wrong. Sophie was left
alive and the killer got away. So she is now determined to figure out why Mina
was targeted and who the murderer was. I think this book is an underrated read.
It was an emotional and compelling story that took me by complete surprise.
It is also beautifully told in past and present timelines. This book also tackles
a lot of different subjects from chronic pain, drug addiction, recovery and losing
a loved one. This book also has own voices bisexual representation. Overall I
thought this was a fantastic story and I hope you check it out.

voices diverse books because I myself am first-generation Syrian American. So I'm
always on the hunt for some good books with Middle Eastern main characters. So

'BooksMichelle'. On there I talk a lot about Harry Potter my all-time favourite
series but also about historical fiction and fantasy books. Basically everything
that I love to read. One book that I want to recommend is 'My Sister Rosa' by Justine Larbalestier.
It's about a boy who suspects that his younger sister is a
psychopath and she is very creepy. This is my all-time favourite standalone but I
haven't seen that many people reading it so far and that is why I would love to

time. It follows our main character Parker Grant, who is a blind protagonist
and she just doesn't want people to treat her differently because she is

rules up for herself, for people actually that she knows, so that they don't treat
her any differently. So yeah, definitely pick up this book if you're looking for

'When The Moon Was Ours' by Anna Marie McLemore. Anna Marie McLemore became one of my
favourite authors last year in 2017 and this was the first book of hers that I
read. I just think her writing is beautiful. It's not too purple or flowery
but it is very lyrical and very simple. Almost kind of like intoxicating. It just
kind of sweeps you up in the story and makes you feel like you're reading a
kind of fairytale. The main characters in 'When The Moon Was Ours' are wonderful.
They're complex, whilst also being like a little cinnamon rolls, which are my
favorite kind of characters. I'm very particular about how my romance is
written and hers just works so well for me. I think she builds up relationships
so, so well and makes them so believable and you so want to root for them. This
book in particular is very much about your identity and accepting all of the
different facets that make up who you are and it's just done it in a way that
is so powerful and I think so true to the teenage experience but it's also
very relatable just for everyone I think. If you haven't read this book or any of
Anna Marie McLemore's most books for that matter, I would really really recommend them.
They're so powerful and there's so many different layers to them. They are own voices
and magical realism stories. They're always very diverse and touch upon a lot
of issues that are present and prevalent in today's society and I just adore them.

This is one of my all-time favourite books that I feel is underrated
in the book community. I read this years ago and it's still one of my all-time
favourites. It's a simple love story between two characters Jacob and Trixie,
who are just finding their way through life. It has a really realistic
relationship and characters you can really connect to. So I definitely
recommend it to anyone who loves contemporary and love stories.

recommend is 'The Diviners' by Libba Bray. I don't have the first book with me
because someone's borrowing it but I have the other two in this series.

'The Diviners' in a story about a bunch of teens with various magical supernatural
abilities in 1920s New York and they are forced to go up against all
these different supernatural threats and essentially save the world.
It's wonderful, it's magical. The characters are wonderful and amazing
and beautiful and I just I love it and it's literally like me and my

that I would probably recommend to everyone and anyone would be 'A Wishing
Spell' by Chris Colfer. It's part of a middle grade series called 'The Land of Stories.'
It follows a set of twins a brother and sister that gets sucked into
a book of fairy tales and it's their adventure of trying to get back home. It's so
magical. You'll get to meet all the fairytale characters that you've grown up with.
I heard it's being in development to become a movie. So I'm excited but

parenthood and whether you can have total control over your child's life.
It's an absolutely fantastic book. I absolutely zoomed through it. It kept me

favourite go-to author is Susannah Kearsly. This is 'Mariana' by her, which is my absolute
favourite. It follows a woman by the name of Julia who moves into this house, that as
a kid she always promised herself that she would one day move into and shortly
after moving into this house, she starts encountering these haunting
remnants of a woman from centuries ago by the name of Mariana. And it's so rich
with history and romance and has a strong female lead and I absolutely love it.

and I carry around books and the book I would like to recommend is Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury.
I read it when I was a young teen and it was one of the first
classics that really resonated with me and really heavily influenced me and my
love for books and reading and writing. It really reinforces the idea
that information is not as important as knowledge and that free speech is really
important in society, even if we don't always prioritize it and it really
resonated with my belief that I could make a career out of reading and writing
and reinforce that for me at a young age. So it heavily influenced me and I would
