Waching daily Feb 11 2018

Strength and hops! A while ago I was contacted by the brewery of

"Abbaye des rocs" in Belgium to do a video !

Frankly I am invited to the country of the beer or there was more brewery than

of churches, I run for it! Beer abbey or not abbey is not the subject

this brewery is an exception and if I went there to enjoy

the sun of the Belgian pampas ... arh, it is especially to tell you his story.

I mean, it's the first micro-brewery in Belgium

EVER and they started 40 years ago with washing machines they pimped!

And next to that they have a project: the "Rocs beer factory"

It's a collaborative micro-brewery and eco-responsible that they would like to install in

the mill of the old abbey! But I think the best is

still to go there for you show all that. Are you ready? Let's go !

So quickly we realize that we arrive in the NORTH, then in Belgium and that's fine

already better then to Montignes-sur-rocs where located the brewery.

Before going to meet Nathalie and Margot I will make you visit quickly.

It is Sunday then obviously there it's all calm but normally there is

five people snapping nonstop to go out to 2/3000 hectoliters / year

We are far from the 170,000 Chimay ...

As you can see a great Part of the gear is of another age (a

little bit like their tags) there are more authenticity and tradition here than

in some breweries where you are makes believe that there are monks.

Since its creation 79 finally in "september-nine" has been a lot of people who have been here

whether to do spying or just to train. In any case

as she will explain it to us it is a historical place loaded with memories of

yeasts on the walls and surprises ...!

Every weekend my grandfather

basing my father with the fact that do beer it was a difficult job

After a while my father got tired of it said to himself, "Well, I'm going to try

because ... he's starting to annoy me what! " So he inquired at Chimay Abbey

to see if anyone could not give him information, and Father

Louis who was the brewer, the master brewer at the time bah he proposed himself

kindly invite him to come to Chimay to learn

to brew with him. So as he had put his recipe to the point but that it was

always to make beer in his pans, it was not very practical so

he wanted to create a micro brewery but for that he had to ask when

even permission to the state because at the time in 1979 it was absolutely

forbidden to brew less than ten thousand hectoliters! He asked for permission

he had the derogation. He had to do with the means of the edge. He recovered

old tanks washing machines from there he created the vats

materials, filter tanks, boiling tanks, all based on recovery equipment.

It was a kind of Mac Gyver yeah! Good and the brewery had always

no name at the time. And as he did that with a friend, that we live in

village of montignès-sur-rocs and that in the brewery street there was a

old abbey his boyfriend suggested to him Ben: montignès-sur-rocs, there is an abbey,

ben "rock abbey" just stupidly what. So, the name comes from there.

At the time so craft breweries in the 80's it was not very good

It meant change of taste ... So we had to turn to export.

Like others leit motivates to do a truly artisanal product, and without

chemicals, and pure malt, that makes a accumulation of yeasts and a

flocculation in the bottle. But to United States people when they saw

that in the bottle for them it was catastrophic. It's ... they were going to be beings

poisoned, it was "dirty". By cons in France

maybe because of the wine I do not know but people thought it was great

there is yeast in the bottle. They found that it was a pledge of quality, a pledge

of natural products. But we are absolutely against putting

additives to stabilize. It was not our goal from the start and that's not the

will never be even if we do not have to to become gigantic.

Even though beer is greatly appreciated and demand increases,

the size of the brewery will remain reasonable:

no more than 10 000 hectoliters a year!

The industrial it does not really dream Nathalie but it does not prevent to evolve

a whole concept around his brewery!

If I turn into an ice cube during the interview ... how's it going?

Since its inception, the brewery has been promoting a

production that is respectful of the environment. That's why there is a

continuous improvement of equipment since 1979, with the purchase of

three new vats we will reduce our water needs by one

quite a considerable way. It's really important for us to offer

our customers a quality product but a product also natural that wants

healthy. This artisanal quality we want really local since our suppliers

whether malt or hops are local suppliers

We want to increase our productions but we do not want to exceed ten thousand

hectoliters to stay a microbrewery and offer our customers

really this natural quality and artisanal

we want to keep what. Here in Audreniès we are on a site that we named the site

0 waste on which is organized all Sundays from 11h to 13h apéros

bucolic, and behind just behind you have the waterfall that actually

is there Honnelles and that's why we call our white beer the

"Blanche des honnelles". On the 0 waste site is also present the store

Ariane: on the trail of the yellow elephant. Who is a store that promotes upcycling

so she reuses old furniture etc to give them a second life

as we can see here. It is also Ariane that will allow us

to do all the furnishing of our future collaborative pico-brewery that

it too tends to register really in responsible and sustainable values.

It was the conclusion!

And this famous pico-brewery will be the "Rocs Beer Factory"

The objective of this project is to reinvest the same site of the old

mill of the abbey to create discovery and initiation workshops

brewing. You will be able to spend day with Nathalie for

brew a custom beer from A to Z and in addition to the gear of the time but

there is work to put all this in state then if the heart tells you you

have a link in description for participate in their crowdfunding campaign!

Come make a beer with we, even if you know not brew

on the contrary, it is even more interesting we are here for you

to learn, to pass a good day by making beer and

especially do not forget in the gouttant all during the day

"Work while being drunk" I'm crazy!

In addition we are the first in Belgium to have

started, and me it would really make me pleasure to share this experience

with you then do not hesitate, come to us to join, I will spend an excellent

day with you. See you soon, I hope !

Okay now if you want to brew and not with anyone

Or even travel your senses and travel

in time you know where to go. Anyway, I'm there

will surely be for the inauguration. I have some funky beer ideas to

to do in group. And then they have still tons of stories and

anecdotes to tell you I've told you not everything says there!

They told me there was a club Japanese who drank exclusively

their beers but who had to know to advance the size of their barrels for

to know if they could return at the same time so their local was small!

I hope this video with the colors of Belgium will have pleased you, there is

many others who arrive then to not miss them and then to support

chain, remember to subscribe but do not forget

that beer, even if it's GOOD, you have to abuse with mo-de-ra-tion!

Wear well, Strength and hops!

From BELIZE to Guatemala //Vlog48 - Duration: 8:59.

Hey guys!

I arrived in Belize

I've been two days in San Ignacio

but there was not much to see

and all the jungle tours really cost a lot

identical tours that can also be done in Guatemala

so I said

it is better not to throw away money

I will do it when I enter Guatemala

instead, everyone spoke to me well

of the Caribbean beaches of Belize, they are all very special

they told me that I absolutely must see them

so today I took a bus

and I arrived

I stopped in three cities

I changed three buses

I took a taxi

in the end I managed to get here

this is Hopkin

a town, a small town, a village on the beach...

very typical as you can see

there is not

there is not turism

the only hostel is where I am now

there are no others

I want to walk around

and see how these beaches are

we entered Guatemala

we are in Livingston now

and

very characteristic village

also because it is not touristic at all

I'm almost alone

Legends say it is almost exclusively populated by hippies

who took refuge here

to make a chill and peaceful life on the sea

today is not a beautiful day

but I take a nice ride

let's see what the sea is like and how beautiful this country is

I made a great discovery in Livingston

there are no roads

that is, Livingston is immersed in the jungle

and there is no road that crosses the jungle and arrives

in the rest of Guatemala

so the only way to get out of Livingston

is to take a boat

a boat so to speak, a glass resin raft

and cross the Rio Dulce

for two hours, in the middle of a jungle canyon

and arrive in the homonymous country Rio Dulce

from there there are a lot of buses, you can go wherever you want

the price is the classic price from the transport line

I paid less than 10 $

for two hours of boat

and the coolest thing in my opinion

do not sleep in Livingston

but sleep in the hostels or hotels that are along the Rio Dulce

you're practically alone in the middle of the jungle

you can also swim in the Rio Dulce, there are freshwater dolphins and lots of animals

it's really a good experience

and if I return to Guatemala I will do it

I was not aware of this thing

I saw it while crossing the river

now I arrived in Antigua

it was the old capital of Guatemala before an earthquake shaved it to the ground

colonial style, it has maintained its style, it's a little...

reminds me San Cristobal

to see surely

the must to do here are: spanish courses

everybody are here to learn Spanish

because it's very cheap and obviously they speak well

and

and for food

especially coffee and chocolate

fantas .. they are crazy, absolutely delicious!

when you think to be good

and you do not care about the wind

in 7 months two Gopro Hero 5 destroyed (only looking at it)

instead the Mavic does not give up despite the falls!

COMMENT DEVENIR RICHE : "PÈRE RICHE, PÈRE PAUVRE" DE ROBERT KIYOSAKI - Duration: 2:48.

Too many people out there are offering ridiculous ideas on how you can become rich. Many of those ideas are about cutting back. I can promise you that will not get rich by skipping your daily latte. Look, if you don't have income, then there is no money to save. Don't let anyone give you the idea that you need to skip your Starbucks coffee and save $5 a day and that will somehow turn into a fortune. Maybe you can skip spending $5 at Starbucks every day and save $10,000 over the next five years, but if you think $10,000 is going to change your life, you're not just broke, you're being stupid. Of course you should spend less than you earn, but if you make $50,000 a year with a couple of kids, what money is there left over to save? If you are serious about getting rich, you need to get your mind focused on income. Increase your income enough and you will be able to save something substantial. Here are five non-fiction tips you can use that will actually get you to millionaire status: 1. Invest in you Successful people invest time, energy, and money in improving themselves. A man told me once, "The best way you can help people in need is to not be someone in need." Help yourself out so you are in a position to help someone else out. This means investing in yourself to become great at something. I invested in sales training when I was 25. That made my income-producing ability skyrocket. Investing in yourself is the best investment you can make. Use this trick to get rich, says self-made millionaire Use this trick to get rich, says self-made millionaire 2. Find the right job The rich are able to get in with the right company where there is opportunity for growth. My VP of sales Jarrod Glandt started working for me over seven years ago for $2,500 a month. Still, he was in the right vehicle. He grew his skill set and was able to multiply his monthly income many times over because he knew I was looking to expand. Too many people just look for a job. You need a job, but you need the right vehicle. All companies live from this thing called revenue. Get commissions rather than just a salary and you will finally be in control of how much you earn. Getty Images Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz greets employees and others at one of the company's locations in Charleston, S.C., June 19, 2015. 3. Get great at what you do Commit to being great, not just average. Any industry can be a painful profession for average and bottom performers, but massively rewarding for those that are great. Those that live, breathe and eat their profession, those that are obsessed, become great. I have never met a great who wasn't all in and completely consumed by their trade. Have you? The fact is, if you aren't great, you are average. The rich get great. Rich people use these 6 mental tricks to make more money Rich people use these 6 mental tricks to make more money 4. Get multiple, connected income streams flowing You won't get rich without multiple flows of income. That starts with the income you currently have. Increase that income and start adding multiple flows. You want what are called symbiotic flows. Do not just add disconnected flows. Instead, find other ways you can add income to the job you already have. My video guy does advertising for me — and after proving himself, he started making advertisements for those connected to me. He didn't start a doughnut shop. Too many people go from one flow to a second flow, resulting in two flows that do nothing. Your flows should always be connected. "Saving $100,000 shows that you have an ability to make money and keep it. Most people can't do either." 5. Hit $100K, then invest the rest First, try to save $100,000. Why? You need to prove to yourself that you can go out and get money. If you only have $10,000 saved, your only priority should be increasing your income so that you can save more. Saving $100,000 shows that you have an ability to make money and then to keep it. Most people can't do either of those things. Once you can earn and save, then you can start building wealth. I'd recommend multi-family real estate if you are conservative like me. I never looked to get rich quick, but I did look to get rich. M1 Finance - Self Managed Roth IRA After 1 Month & Investment Feature Review - Duration: 12:29.

hello everyone and thanks for tuning into the financial investor channel my

name is Brent and today we're going to be talking about m1 finance once again

so I have been on the platform now for one month I started on 8 January created

my wife self-managed Roth IRA and it is now the ninth or 10th of February so it

has been exactly one month now the last few weeks have been pretty hectic

causing the stock market to fall by more than ten percent but it did recover

Friday you can see the indexes here at the top so the this this is underneath

markets on the m1 finance app to show you your top daily gainers and losers so

some of my or my wife's portfolio her winners for practice are Simon WP Carey

and then her losers were Walmart Blackstone and Kimberly Clark and then

it kind of goes into take a look at the watchlist now as far as our pies go that

I created for her we talked about we created her Roth IRA and when I

initially created this I set up the description this is an amazing dividend

portfolio of 15 dividend stocks seven with over 10 years of dividend growth

and eight that are very strong growing dividend stocks I haven't paid exactly

dividends for more than ten years and I said that the average yield when I

created this Roth IRA one month ago was 3.25 now if we click on her Roth IRA we

can see that it's holding 15 stocks the average expense ratio is 0% and now the

average dividend yield is three point eight zero so if we were to buy into

this portfolio again average in we would be getting an average yield of three

point eight percent due to the market going down and these stocks have drops a

little bit in price so if I were to buy into this portfolio once again our

average in with my dividends or contributions

I would average in with a three point eight average dividend yield so you can

see here the stocks that week we have within the portfolio we have

some pharmaceuticals some defense some real estate investment trusts telecom

and a few others here some very strong brands again seven of them have paid

dividends for more than ten years and eight of them are just strong contenders

for continued dividend increases so over the last month we have been paid out a

dividend so she was very excited to receive her very first dividend it paid

out five dollars and five cents now her portfolio has fallen by roughly five

percent and I get let's go ahead and cover that real quick so over just the

month that she's been on the platform the portfolio has fell by five point

four seven percent so that is half of what the S&P 500 has fallen which means

that this portfolio is pretty strong comparison to the index you know we're

trying to either beat or at least match the sp500 or while having a higher

dividend yield this portfolio was designed for that just by having some

very strong blue chip companies that pay out dividends and that's what it was

created for we're not worrying about the capital appreciation loss or gain

because we don't plan on selling these stocks any time soon these are all five

ten fifteen year old stocks that are gonna be around in the next you know a

couple years at least the next five to ten years if not longer now

the thing that we're looking at is just capital appreciation or return it isn't

a negative right now meaning that it would be a great time to average in one

of my mistakes over the last month realizing is that

when you fund your m1 finance app or your m1 finance portfolio the money that

you automatically deposit into the account gets automatically invested next

day into whatever portfolio you currently are investing in so I had a 15

stocks already selected for her to invest in when the money came in

it automatically bought those stocks at whatever price now what I would suggest

all of you guys looking to start your very own m1 finance portfolio is and

that's the minimum brought off about $500 is what you need to open up your

very own broth IRA and this is saving for your retirement this is your future

so start your Roth IRA it's self managed because it's owned it's managed by you

you're not paying somebody a fee to manage it for you you're doing this all

for yourself you can choose to invest in indexes such

as the S&P 500 ticker symbol vous or you know you can invest in individual stocks

that you believe will beat the indexes so this is all for your future once you

have invested your first $5 fit $500 to get your Roth IRA or IRA started you

know I believe you guys should start your own Roth IRA because it's a tax

shelter to count all your dividends your capital appreciation your interest it's

100 percent tax-free after you have hit fifteen and a half so after my wife here

hits 15 and a half regardless of whether the stocks you know if it's sitting at

over you know five hundred thousand or a million in the next 10-15 years she's

only 27 right now so she has another 30 years or more you know over 30 years

until she hits retirement so that's quite a while for this portfolio to just

compound and build year over year so again start with $500 that's gonna leave

you with 5,000 remaining for the year so if you put 5,000 and you want if you

have X amount of weeks left so we're in week

work we're a month into 2018 so 54 or 52 - for weeks we're just gonna say we have

50 45 more weeks remaining in the year we would need to pay ourselves a hundred

and eleven dollars for the remainder of the year and then we would have our

total fifty five hundred dollars in the account if we need to add a little bit

towards the end of the year to make it that full fifty five hundred dollars

then so be it but you are paying yourself think of this as a a bill for a

vehicle and investment vehicle for your future instead of paying for you know

whatever kind of car you have that three hundred four hundred dollar car that you

have sitting in your garage you're paying a hundred dollars towards your

retirement that'll benefit you in the future and that's a great thing so one

thing we didn't cover was the dividend so one thing that you should know is

that if you get paid dividends within your portfolio I was paid out or my wife

was paid out five dollars and five cents from AT&T but it does not invest

automatically unless you meet the threshold of ten dollars so that's why I

go back to start your portfolio with five hundred dollars set up do your

estimate how many weeks are remaining in the year you can just Google let's go to

Google how many weeks are remaining in 2018 so this will tell us okay you'd

have to do a little bit more research there but however many more weeks are

going into 2018 you take the five thousand dollars remaining and you

divide it by the number of weeks then you set your schedule you set it up so

you deposit a hundred eleven dollars that you're investing in yourself and

for your future and then every single week it captures the dividends from the

prior week or the week that you were paid out plus your new scheduled

allotment that's over ten dollars and that's invested in your portfolio for

your future so everything is working week after week you're compounding your

dividends you're compounding your your scheduled allotments and

you're paying yourself for your future so think of it just like a bill or an

investment vehicle that you're buying month or per month you're depositing 400

dollars for your future so that is it for this video I hope you guys have

enjoyed it as you can see you know it's a great platform I talked about this in

my other videos it's 100% free to invest on the platform it's free trades partial

shares no fees you're managing it yourself I've created my wife's Roth IRA

over here and I also have her individual account which I just started with a

hundred dollars and just tracking the S&P 500 you can see that I bought in at

this position at a very low point I said you know what it takes roughly to about

a day or two for the funds to transfer in I believe the markets gonna continue

to have a little bit of downside I deposited $100 to into the S&P 500 and I

bought it where I'm only down point one five percent that means there's a lot

more game you know there's more room to gain than there's room to lose in the

way that the future you know the way that I am able to predict the future or

just kind of see the future falling out forward I suppose but um if you guys

would like to start your very own account over amylin finance there is a

referral link in the description below if you sign up through the link you and

I would both get $10 deposited into your cash managers account after you have

deposited your first $100 that is the minimum required requirement for your

cash managed account so you put $100 into your cash manage account you leave

that there you get $10 for free from the referral then you start your

self-managed Roth IRA deposit your $500 and then come up with how many weeks are

remaining in the year set up a schedule and pay yourself every single week for

the future and this is gonna help out your retirement this is gonna help

average in those dividends and your allotments week after week and it's

gonna compound in your bite you know if you have 20 30 years left in to

retirement you can see your account sitting at nearly 500,000 to a million

dollars in the next few years so this is great platform it's gonna be inside of

our cache man inside of a Roth IRA is the primary one that I'm focusing on

funding for the future so next year with the very first thing I'm gonna do 52

weeks divided by $5,500 that's gonna give me about a hundred and six dollars

one hundred and seven dollars I'm gonna set up a schedule to pay herself a

hundred and seven dollars every single week that way she's able to average in

week over week regardless of how the markets are doing and over the year

she'll have her $5,500 deposit into our account plus it'll be average in

throughout the year meaning that you know if there are downturns that take

place in the market if the market gets over you know it gets too high she'll be

able to buy in averaging points which whole you know the return for averaging

in it's much better usually than just buying a chai you know if I put in my

full $5,500 you can see that the market was not very kind and I'm we're down

five point four seven percent whereas if we had a virgin over the last six weeks

we may be positive or negative by you know much less or a little bit higher

than the average returns so again that is it for this video if you would like

to set up with m1 if you would like to sign up with m1 finance check out the

referral link in the description below and also I will have it linked in the

comment section to check it out again invest the other $100 into your cash

manage account or $500 into your Roth IRA and then set up your schedule to pay

yourself because this is your investment vehicle for the future so that is it for

this video if you have any questions about Emelin finance Robinhood Merrill

edge I used all platforms as you know and of course as a friendly disclaimer I

DO'S & DON'TS - How To Draw Realistic Eyes & Eyebrows 【Easy Drawing Tutorial】 - Duration: 10:43.

do you draw eyes like this yet don't know how to improve to the next level

well you've come to the right place in this video I'm going to show you the

do's and don'ts of drawing a single eyeball okay so I totally apologize for

the extremely cheesy intro I just had to but on a serious note in this video I'm

actually going to show you step by step it's gonna be rather quick intro and you

guys can find the real time video upon my patreon if you want to try this

tutorial out the materials you're going to need are a HB pencil a darker pencil

that has a darker value such as 8 B and a tortillion or a tortillion - y'all I actually

cannot pronounce it in English but something to smudge your graphite with

and an eraser of course in case you make mistakes now if you're a beginner at

drawing eyes I would actually suggest getting familiar with reference photos I

think this is extremely important and actually a pretty good step in the

drawing process especially if you're learning what I like to do is I like to

browse sites like Pinterest where I will literally just search for eyes and you

will get all kinds of results with the most beautiful eyes in the world and

you'll get different varieties and different shapes and different colors

and it's just a really great starting point so I check out Pinterest I find an

eye I want to draw and then I literally try to copy it as best as I can and I do

this for just learning purposes now if I were to do another painting or an

original piece of art I would of course modify this reference photo for my

liking and do something original but there's always going to be a reference

photo to start with and this has just helped me immensely with my actual

drawing process and drawing journey over the past couple years

I just want to briefly start with the don'ts of drawing an eye I'm just going

to list some of the most common mistakes when you're first starting to learn how

to draw an eye guys don't worry I did these mistakes too and here I tell you

one thing it does get better you just have to be aware of them and you've got

to actively try to improve upon them so I think one of the first mistakes that I

actually used to do a lot was I kind of fell for the whole idea of you know the

eye shape being this the shape of an almond and we're pretty much told that

but in reality when you look extremely close at your reference photo you're

going to see that an eye is actually much more asymmetrical than in almond

and it's also much more angular and there are a lot of curvatures that are

quite unique to an eye which is quite important why you need to refer back to

your reference photo another mistake is in regards to the just the general

eyeball itself the eye is not necessarily just a round circle right in

the middle of the actual almond shaped eyes this is one of the biggest mistakes

I'm gonna talk about how to how to fix this and the actual do part of this

video another mistake is most likely drawing too hard on the paper so you

want to avoid hard lines you want to keep it soft you want to build the

layers build the shadows and just gradually build this over the time that

you're drawing and the last kind of common mistake is actually regarding the

eyelashes you want to avoid the whole spider thing a good way to avoid this is

to actually really study your reference photo and look at the way that the

eyelashes move in which direction which thicknesses and which size actually so

I'm gonna talk about that in the do part just to give you tips on how to make it

much more realistic for the do's the first piece of advice I can give you is

actually regarding the general shape of the eye I typically start drawing the

upper part of the eye and I make my way down into the inner corner part of the

eye all of the lines that you're seeing me draw now is based on the study that I

did from a ref photo so I generally just take a look at

the photo first and I really really study to see exactly which curves appear

where and from then on I use that to build the actual shape of the eye the

next thing I draw are the details of the eye this includes the lower eyelid it

also includes the crease of the upper eyelid as well as the corner of the eye

again the general shape and positioning of these lines and details is all drawn

according to the study of my reference photo as for the eyelashes I typically

start on the outside part of the eye for example here in this case it's on the

right and I typically draw them in longer in a longer length as I make my

way to the inner part of the eye the lashes will become shorter and they will

actually move in the direction of the curved upper part of the eye the next

step is to draw the iris so as I mentioned in the don'ts part of the

video a common mistake is when someone will try to fit the iris into the center

of the white space of the eye and this is a common mistake the way that you

typically would draw an iris is that it would sit on the bottom part of the

lower eyelid and the upper part of the iris is actually covered a little bit by

the upper eyelid something that does help me with the positioning of the iris

is to use the crease of the upper eyelid as a starting point to know when to

start drawing the iris the next step is to actually start filling in the details

of the iris and to draw the pupil now the pupil is typically a round shape in

the center of the iris and it's also typically the darkest part of the eye I

start off with drawing a general kind of outline of where the people will stand

and I also make room for a highlight so I do indicate already where some of the

highlight will be by just not sketching this in now in regards to actually

sketching in the color of the eye you have to remember that the iris does

contain a variety of different tones and it's quite important that you do start

off by sketching rather lightly and you build upon that value with a darker

pencil for example generally an iris will be darker around

its edges and it will gradually become lighter as you go towards the center of

the iris something I do like to add additionally depending on the general

shading of your a reference photo is the top part of the iris could also be much

darker because there is a shadow cast down from the upper part of the eyelid

another way to bring a more realistic feature to your eye is to start

rendering these shadows within the eyeball itself there are shadows

directly below the upper part of the eyelid bad can curve around the corners

of the eye and by rendering these shadows it will actually make it look

like a 3d effect so it's really good that you just don't miss out on this

step because it does add another kind of realistic dimension to your overall eye

at this point in the drawing something I like to do is enhance my eyelashes by

adding some soft delicate hairs they are much lighter compared to the darker ones

and this will just add more realism to your drawing as well afterwards what I

like to do is to build some more detail and tone of the eyelid and the

surrounding area of the eye by just gradually shading the area

I will also start to use a darker value of pencil to start building the color or

the contrast and typically I will use my 8b pencil to go and kind of just redraw

on top of the outline of the eyeball itself like the the eyelashes and the

iris and I just want to darken some of the areas and this will definitely make

a huge contrast compared to your lighter parts of the eye the eye brow generally

starts a little bit before the inner corner part of the eye in this case I

will start sketching the eye brow hairs from the left to the right and just kind

of go along with a general outline shape that I do draw for the eyebrow the hairs

that appear at the very front part of the eyebrow are generally longer and

they shorten as you progress down to the end part of the eyebrow the trick here

to making a realistic eyebrow is to fill it in with actual hair type texture

is use your pencil and draw some short and curved motions to simulate actual

hair and of course you want to look at your reference photo in more detail to

see exactly the shape of the person's eyebrow and the way that the hair curves

because when you're drawing hair it doesn't always just go in the same

direction there's actually a curvature to it and as the last and final step I

do take my tortillion or a blending stump to just kind of spread around the

graphite and this just creates a lot more of a realistic look you can blend

the darker tones to the lighter tones of your sketch and yeah just make it look

much more realistic so I do typically use it a lot for the shadows as well as

for the iris and for the kind of spaces in between the crease of the upper

eyelid and the general areas around the eye and that's basically it I say that

like it's an easy thing but of course it's never easy to draw a proper eye I

hope that this tutorial did help you if you guys do like these types of

tutorials please let me know in the comments below also let me know what

other types of do's and don'ts videos you want me to cover I have admired a

Winter in a van - Vanlife Finland - Duration: 7:43.

So... this is our first real winter in Finland that we have lived in a van. And it's been pretty cozy

But we have done some things to winterize our van. And one of them is blocking the windows

Because windows are basically the most non-insulated thing in a van

We have made these kind of blocks. - That we made out of this insulated thermal fabric and there is also... - Yoga mat kind of mattress

So, we fit them here. In the window

- Really professional installion. - Yeah, look at this duct tape that we used.- But it's gray. - And it matches with the fabric - Yea

These are reflectives? (Yeah) So they mainly work in a summer time, but they are not enough for winter

So we use this heavy-duty thing there and then we just close it

And we do it to every window. And of course the heat rises a lot, so we have a thing

for the skyroofs also. So we block them

Just squeeze them here. And not the mosquito net

And we are doing the same thing for our skyroof windows

And now we have insulated all the windows. And as you can see in our back

This huge thing is the same fabric, seven layer fabric that we have just duct taped here and

And this works really good because before this, we both wanted to sleep on

the inner side of the bed. - Here next to the stove, very comfy

After this, we don't feel any breeze. It's basically same as in summertime

So its totally ok

So we lived in an airplane before, now it's.. - A space shuttle

This insulation helps a lot you don't get any draft here. Actually this is the worst part, when a draft comes

To the front front part of the van. And yeah... We are actually now using like a bungee cords here

To wrap it up, but we are going to put these buttons eventually

So we can just (put it on and that's it) - Snip it - Yeah it takes about proximity three minutes to put it on

And it's in this huge bag... that you saw, so... - It takes a lot of space but in

wintertime it's a blessing. - Yeah it's a blessing. And with these upgrades we don't

have to use that much LPG or we don't have to use so much power to heat our van

We cannot use a water pump and fresh water tank and grey water tanks, because in these temperatures

they will freeze. So we have a good solution for that. Fresh water tank!

And beside it, it's our gray water tank. - Yes. Simple and easy. This one even has a tap. So we just use the water this way

So during our trip we used like I think 18 litres per day water and now we are using what?

10 liters? - Yeah. We have a cassette toilet here and normally in the summer time and

fall time and spring time we use our toilet normally, so we flush it by pushing this

magical button here

But because we don't have any water in our water systems and we cannot use the plumbing

We have a quick solutions how we can use our toilet

So every time we have done our business, we just...(flush it) rinse it really good

And then close the valve

This way we can use our toilet all winter time and it helps really much

It doesn't freeze because the box itself is kind of inside here. So it always keeps

warm so we don't have problem with that

Yey, now we have some kindlings, to light up the fire

- So small. - And this is the big one

The best part of our winterizing is the stove

When we got the first, like the idea of the wood stove

I think back in.. maybe Bosnia? I was so sure that it it will look like

Sh*t

But yeah, it turned out really great and as winter wild camping this is really great

It's really efficient, it works really nice in this van. Actually I would

want to have a little more power from it. Maybe three kilowatts, because

In winter time we can easily consume that much

The fire goes out basically in one hour after we have lighten up, but it doesn't matter

If we go to sleep we have a LPG heater that kicks in with thermostate

If we don't feed the fire. That's so simple. If we feed the fire for once

in a one hour that's enough for the stove. And we are actually using

Eiher these big logs.. actually it's not that that big, but this size logs

Actually this is a one third of a normal log, so we have to saw them to the three pieces

And that's it. This fits just perfectly to the stove

And we bought also these are pretty messy... These press-to-logs

Ecofan. That helps lots to spread spread the heat around the van because otherwise it would be

some what lost... the heat. But it's really good, I like it

It's really noisy as you can hear but I don't care because our electronical heater

actually is more noisier than that. So it doesn't matter

Dealing with Jealousy: Overcoming Overwhelming Jealous Feelings - Duration: 3:01.

Dealing with Jealousy: Overcoming Overwhelming Jealous Feelings

Overcoming jealousy is not easy.

It takes courage and willingness.

However, once you know it, it should not be that difficult.

As a matter of fact, jealousy isn't necessarily a bad thing.

It's a human nature and people often feels it from time to time.

However, jealousy becomes problematic when we act out upon it or we wallow in it.

That's why we need to control our feelings and emotions to some certain point.

If you experience jealousy very frequently, here are some ways to deal with jealousy that

will help you out:

#1 - Realize that you are gifted

Jealousy starts from seeing other people having something that you cannot afford or something

that you do not have.

However, it is worth noting that it actually blinds you from knowing that you are actually

luckier than many other people out there.

You are gifted and you definitely need to be grateful for what you already have.

This way, you will realize that you do not need to be jealous.

#2 - Nobody has it all

Jealousy is usually all about something materialistic.

You are jealous because someone owns new car, new house, new job, new phone or anything.

However, you should know that you are just looking at the wrong person.

If you look down, you will see that there are people who only have their feet to move

from one place to another while you still can access public transportation, or bike.

If you envy people that is higher than you, you will be depressed so quickly since there

are too many people who are still better than you are.

#3 - Avoid people who value wrong things

Sometimes, jealousy is also caused by your relationship to others.

Your friends or colleagues judge people just from their possession.

This can be dangerous relationship because you are also unconsciously taught to see people

from the same perspective.

Meanwhile, we need to know that personality is something that matters.

If you look at people's good attitude or personality instead, you will see that materialistic

possession is just an accessory.

#4 - Spend time with grateful people

People who envy others so easily just do not know that they lose the meaning of life.

That is why it is better to meet new people who are grateful with whatever they have now.

This will also teach you how you should be.

All in all, that's some sort of ways that will definitely help you out when dealing

with jealousy.
