You know, we bury the Ena in the ground after a baby is born.
The first thing crossing the ground where that baby's Ena is buried,
is what that baby will be scared of.
Hachigoro: What on earth is an Ena?
Sankichi: An Ena is an umbilical cord everyone is born with.
By the way, what are you scared of, Hatchan?
Hachigoro: I'm scared of hairy caterpillars.
Sankichi: That's because a hairy caterpillar first crossed the ground
where your Ena was buried.
Hanchan, what are you scared of?
Hansuke: I really hate mole crickets.
They jump out from the garbage dump every time I dig it.
They have something like helmets on their heads.
It really gets on my nerve! I cannot stand them. Well, what is a scary thing for you, Sanchan?
Sankichi: Me? I am scared of centipedes!
What should I do if I were a centipede with so many legs?

to buy a heap of manju and put them by his pillow.
