Waching daily Feb 14 2018

Well, the challenges definitely are that they are looking for a

future perspective of the Chinese economy that goes beyond the model that they have,

if you call it a model that they have applied in the last decades,

they think that, we all think that actually probably labor intensive export orientation

is not the way to go for the future.

Wages are rising, resources are becoming scarcer, but especially

it is also not prestigious enough.

The government really strives for moving up the value chain, to getting away from just producing

at very low profit margins for global markets,

but actually moving into the sections of what we call value chain

where they can earn more money, and also pay higher wages and create other types of jobs.

This is a difficult balancing act, because you have to have the human resources to do so

which is a big challenge on the side of the education system and so on,

but you also have to make sure that you don't move out the traditional sectors

to fast, so that people that do not have the educational level for doing something else,

are actually running into unemployment.

The idea is that they wanna shift the heavy industries to somewhere else,

maybe partly to the western part of China, but mostly I would say actually along the OBOR

One-Belt-One-Road lines.

And then actually concentrate on green and smart industries.

And smart is everything that comes with telecommunication

and make this into the big industries that carry China's economy into the next decades.

I would say, the Made in China 2025 more is kind of a

targeting of where they wanna where they end up, head to.

They have goals for 2020, 2025, and actually it goes on to 2049. It's not stopping at 2025.

So, and that is kind of something that we know from the past, that they kind of formulate the task,

but the crucial issue is that this is the strategy for being innovative,

and for creating China's competitiveness based on innovation.

And that is the game changer.

Because in the past it was kind of, ok, we look at industrialized countries and we know, where we wanna

head to, where we wanna be competitive, or maybe can be competitive,

but, I mean, always coming from this notion of catching up, that was probably not the word the Chinese used,

but you somehow always have the role model you follow.

The further they go along the line of Made in China 2025,

and also the targets of the two centenary goals for 2049,

the less they have a role model, because

they actually want to overtake the industrialized countries at least in some industries.

If you put too much emphasis on certain indicators that you can measure than you get what you can measure.

Because that is, if the incentives creating the system,

that you have to fulfill these targets, then people tend to fulfill the target.

We had that problem, that is not new. I mean, we have seen, that in the past.

What is perhaps more severe currently is

that really people are a bit scared of doing something alternative.

I mean, these kind of, doing something in a new area,

where you think, this is good, I just do it, regardless what the central government tells me.

I think this kind of initiative is currently

somehow subdued, because people feel that

taking too much initiative may actually create criticism from the top.

That is one thing. The other thing is that,

overall, that the innovation strategy of China often is just

different from what, let's say, we are used to in Germany.

It is not like, I mean, we have this example with the wind mills, that's a classic for me,

where people always said, oh, they will never do the wind mills because they are inefficient,

put up these, or set up these huge wind parks,

and then 50% of the mills don't run, and it is not connected to the grid yet.

But that was, we are talking about these things 7 or 8 years ago, and it was true. They had a lot of problems.

The German approach is to, ok, you put this wind mill into the laboratory,

you test it for, I don't know, hours, hours, hours, just simulate 25 years of use,

and then say, oh, it is working. Ok, then we can put it up.

In China it is different, you put out 1000 wind mills, and say, ok, some don't work, what's wrong,

and then you take them down again.

It is a completely different approach.

and they are pretty aware, that if there are hundred robot parks,

probably 85 will not work in the long run,

but 15 emerge that are really good, that's sufficient for them currently.

They have a long term strategy of first supporting,

via the 5-year plans, and the science and technology plans, certain

research, looking to there, ok, this is industry we can not yet compete,

we don't do that.

Solar is a good example. It was very clear that solar energy was too expensive for China,

first of all in the 2000s,

and that they did not have access to the core raw material.

I mean, being actually processed raw material, this purified silicon.

They couldn't do it, they didn't know how to produce them, there was an a monopoly globally.

They said, ok, this is not an option for us, we go for wind first, we don't go for PV,

but they catered, or they fostered scientific research on it.

And eventually in 2008 they broke the monopoly because they knew how to do it,

and suddenly the prices of the raw material tumbled,

and that, I mean, was a revolution for the gobal market,

but it was also for China, and that kind of created the basis for them then later

to say, ok, now we can also employ them in China.

The government was still hesitant because it was still expensive,

but eventually they supported it.

And now they are the most important, in terms of

new installation, in terms of investment,

they are the most important investor in China, but also globally they invest a lot.

And so from that perspective,

the industrial policies somehow work, but it is, again, it is another approach.

The real signal of the industrial policy is "go for it",

and make as much as you can and then we see what comes up.

Well, and the other thing is that there is a challenge for the future,

because renewable energies, especially solar, but also partly wind

is actually best used in a decentralized way.

And so far they were very good in the centralized programs,

but actually what is now growing most is decentralized renewable energy.

And that I think, that is actually our future research more,

than the past is, is really a challenge because that

creates challenges for the grid, for the management of the grid, for

for the local power play and so on, so, I am very curious how that will work out.

14 More Answers To Your Model Railroading Questions - Duration: 14:14.

like I said last week we got a lot of comments questions and tips to go over

here and only did half of them last week so the rest of us coming up right now

I'm Tom Kvichak and this is Toms Trains and Things this channel was

created to help other modelers who are in need of guidance in pursuing their

dream of building a model railroad now all these comments and questions in here

I go over them with you this way because if you watch the video when it was first

uploaded you didn't get to see all these unless you went back and read them all

later on so there's a lot of good information in here and I'm going to go

over them right after this message if you would like to see more videos like

this learning about model railroading go ahead and hit that subscribe button and

while you're at it ding that bell and that'll notify you whenever I have a new

video coming out and I'm going to show you a little short thing about here how

to find my playlist and how to find my videos because there's a lot of new

youtubers out there that are having issues with finding videos that they

need for the information that they're searching for click right below the

video where it says Tom's trains and things click on that and that'll take

you to my channel page and click on playlists and that will show you all the

playlists that I have I have them grouped into different categories by

topic so it's easy to find so if you're looking for something on soldering

you'll go find it if you're looking for electrical projects you could find it if

you're looking for DCC you'll find it I have over 40

playlists on there where the videos are grouped into categories so you could

find them easily so take a look at it here's a question from the tortoise and

hare video from SFC Rambo 60 I like that name can you wire more than one tortoise

together like in a yards and yes you can and it depends on how

you're wiring up up together now with The Tortoise and the hare

if you have a torte if you have a hair on each one of the tortoises you can set

a route for as many as you have on there up to 28 routes now if you're doing it

in another way like if you're just doing actual DC operation with the toggle

switch you could put as many as you can on that toggle switch to operate it if

you're using it with the say like a digitrax DS64 you could operate two on

each one of the outputs on the DS64 now as far as other manufacturers I'm

sure you could operate to switch machines on each one of their outputs

also because it doesn't draw that much current to operate the tortoise which

machine now on the same video I had one by Dwight Curley is tortoise only DCC or

can it be used for DC yes it can be used for DC it is actually a DC component and

you could hook the DC directly up to it with a double pole double throw switch

to reverse it going back and forth Robert swarm wrote in and he's an S

scalar and he wanted to know about wooden kids in s scale and how to use

force perspective in it and I gave him the links to a few of my playlists where

I have wood kits and told them even though I do H oh you could learn some

techniques for s scale also and the use force perspective all you have to do is

shrink down to the next scale and put some other buildings behind it say like

an H oh where I did H oh I put some N scale buildings behind it with s scale

you can put some H o buildings behind it so it's pretty easy to apply the wood

kits and use force perspective in any scale you just put something smaller

right in behind it to make it look like it's further away now Leonard

wrote in do you have anything on a lift bridge now this goes back to the same

old thing where I'm going to show you how to go through my playlists and my

videos now a lot of people new to YouTube don't know how to do that so I'm

gonna do that one more time I'm going to show you how to go through the playlist

to see what playlists I have in there or how to shut that and how to search for

the videos in there and even go on my video page and search for the videos

that way Sal Marino wrote in what starter set should I use digitrax or

NCE now I get a lot of questions like this

is what's the best such and such or which one should I use that is entirely

up to you to decide you need to do the research on whatever you want to buy I

mean I yeah I could tell you what is the best for me and if you ask people on

Facebook on the groups on there or even yahoo users groups I know you're gonna

get a lot of different answers on there what they would like but that doesn't

necessarily mean that is what is good for you you have to decide what your

needs are and then do the research read up on the different starter sets to see

what will fit in your budget and in what you want to do with your DCC system so

it's entirely up to you and that's what I try to stress with everybody when they

ask the same question it might not be a starter set but that they want to know

that even power packs for DC I've had some questions on that also do the

research on what you want to buy and that's the only way you're gonna know

what is the best for you I don't know what you need I don't know what you want

I don't know what your future plans are so I really can't tell you what is the

best possible equipment for you you have to do your own research on that Ray

Zachman wrote in a question about DC and he says he has a two cab

power pack and he wants to know if he could run a calm

ray'll through it the best way to do it is to separate it if you wonder if you

have two power packs you need to separate those sections to operate each

one of them individually otherwise you're just gonna short things out if

you have a common rail in between them so if you have a block over here and a

block over here and you want to run them on separate sections or separate

throttles you need to double gap that so you don't have any short from one to the

other you can run a common rail if you have only one power pack but with two

you can't do it because you have to keep them separated now here's a couple of

questions from the low maeín it's referring to the PM 42 now the first one

is how do you connect your wire from the command station to get four separate

inputs on the PM 42 you can do it any in any means that you'd like to if you want

to solder them together you could do it that way but the way I did it when I was

putting mine together I just took a regular splice and I crimped the wires

in there so I have one wire coming from the command station and four wires going

out to the PM 42 and he his other question was he has a 45 feet of track

and he wanted to know if the PM 42 was good for him now I have obviously more

than 45 foot of track but the reason I use the PM 42 was for troubleshooting if

there is a short anywhere that I can narrow down what section that is in not

because I need to separate it because it's so big but you know it's whatever

you want to use it for if you want to do it for that for troubleshooting that's

fine if you want to do it for another reason that's fine there's no minimum

there's no maximum do you want to spend the money to begin with to have the the

circuit protection in there that you already have in your command station now

granted you can with the PM 42 bring it down lower or you can have it more

sensitive than what your command station is but that's the only advantage of it

if you have a small layout then separating it for easy

troubleshooting Jim Smorter wrote in about the drop bridge video and he says

what did you use underneath the track and I told him I used a double-sided PC

board it had the copper cladding is on both sides of it

and I also use shims I think it was .005 shim stock underneath it just to

bring it up to where the tracks would be level with the ties that I used on the

approach to the where I soldered it on to the PC board and he also mentioned in

there that you must have sliced down the center of and I says yes I did you have

to you have to isolate each track and when you're using a double sided PC

board you have to do it on both sides otherwise when you put your nails down

through or put whatever you're using to fasten it it's going to short out the

opposite end so you got to put a slice in both sides of that PC board when

you're doing it and that's a that's a good observation right there on my easy

programm of CV's Jeff throwed in about he has a DSC210 with a DT 500

and he was saying that they digitrax it must have made some changes on it I told

him whenever you hit the program key you could continue to hit the program key

it'll scroll through the the different settings that you could use the

programming modes that you could use on your digit tracks throttle on my DC

reversing loop video Terry Lefevre wrote in and he was a little bit confused he

says if he has a big boy with all those wheels on there how do you avoid

shorting out the tracks on there when you're running that through there well

the way you do it is and I explained it in the video is when you're rolling over

the gap that's why I put the LEDs in there to make sure that you have the

same polarity if you're going from one section to the next and it doesn't

matter how long your locomotive or the train that you're using just as

long as your section that you're isolating is longer than what you're

running that way you run it in there you shut it off then you have to switch it

over for the back end I know it sounds confusing but if you go back and look at

the video you'll understand it now I have a couple of comments on here and

questions about on the red green LED wiring Jack Mason how do you wire with

AC he's a know scaler you can't do it with AC because the LEDs are DC but you

could have you could cut your track power on one side of the double pole

double throw switch and then use DC on the other side of the double pole double

throw switch for your LEDs I have my double pole double throw switch right

here and as you can see I have the red wires on one side and the black wires on

the other side so if you want it to run your AC and cut your power to your track

onto one side you could you do do that on half of the the double pole double

throw switch and then on the other side of the double pole double throw switch

use your DC on there for your LEDs now there was another one to buy gt500mike

since you're talking about reversing how about nce switching cat and the BD 20 I

don't have any of those items so I can't do a review on them or tell you how to

use them unless somebody gives them to me or else I go out and purchase them so

until that time it's not gonna happen and here's one from four brothers

journey Ben asked one about what side of the LED to solder the resistor and it

really doesn't matter because you have two diodes that are facing each

direction so it really doesn't matter if you put it on a long one

or the short one and even if you're using a regular one just as long as you

have the limiting resistor in there in that sir

it doesn't really matter if you put it on a node or cathode it's still going to

limit the current going to that LED that's all questions and comments and

tips we're going to put in this video here since I started this a couple of

weeks ago on my list I have a lot more comments and questions to go over so

there's gonna be another one maybe the following week or week after that I

don't know when I'll put it in there but I got some really good ones in there

model railroading for beginners it's coming up also and don't forget to watch

shoutout Monday evening and

we'll see ya

10 TIPS | Beginers/Iniciantes - subtitles EN - Duration: 9:30.

Hi everybody, let's talk about 10 tips to beginners

for you that is learning and taking the first steps

10 tips that could help you while you're learning the basics

I'm Leo Monteiro and that's Yoksutai chanel

and those tips gonna make your life easier

when you just arrive and still learning

I've been involved with muaythai for at least 15 years

I had my 1st day, my 1st fight, my 1st sparring

with experiences from Brazil now I've been living in Thailand

I'm going to share some of my experience and what I learnt

Let's start thinking that you did some research about a gym

googled the trainer, the team

what are the options around visited them

and decided that is the best gym for you

when you finally arrived at this gym that you chose

you have to trust the trainer that YOU pick

even if it's bad one, as worst as it could be

because yes, there's a lot of bad trainers

but this guy have more experience than you

better than you, knows more than you

fought more than you, maybe used to be a champion

is someone that at least knows what he's doing

teacher is there to help you, not to put you in troubles

Tip #2 - Practice

there's no other way to achieve results

as a fighter, as a teacher as a personal trainer

as a judge or referee

if you don't practice.

You'll need to know the sport, the rules, and train

and there's no other way, you have to train. A lot

and to train means to do what you trainer

asked you to do

run, heavy bag, shadow boxing...

you have to do it

those exercises can help you a lot

giving you body awareness

if you're shadow boxing, knows and understand why

check the rithm, walk forward or backwards

see the power and your stamina while in the heavy bag

every practice you'll need to run, stay some rounds in the heavy bag

to know and understand how your body works

Tip #4 - Repeat the basics

everyday

before you try to do spin technics

Saenchai cartwhell kick and those things

jumping teeps

flying knees...

first you gonna learn how to throw a jab, a straight punch

one-two, body punches, uppercuts...

how to throw a kick, a teep

the basic technics

because everything comes from those basic strikes

when you know the basics, you can do whatever you want

first step is keep your 2 feet on the floor

as my friend Leo used to say:

"If you can't do stuff with both feet on the floor

how do you expect todo with only one, or without any foot?"

Tip #5 - Knows your limits

some people will kick better

others will punch better, some the isometric power for clinch

some have better stamina, other good timing

some can't think

as beginner you'll need to check and realize what are your troubles

like: "Well, I can't do that"

"but that other technic it's easy for me"

"I hate to clinch"

"I don't know how to be aggressive"

Understand your pros and cons

if you have a better stretching, stamina, pure power

you gonna get it with the time, but you need to know yourself

Tip #6 - Practice is not competition

if you want to compete, you have to tell your trainer:

"Hey coach, I want to fight"

"Or I want to do some hard sparring"

but talk to your trainer

during the class is time to learn and help each other

maybe your partner had to work all day long, might be tired

or didn't have a good day

and then comes you and want to punish your colleague

please, don't

during the class is time to learn and practice

training is not competition

take it easy, respect your partner

you both can grow and learn together

Tip #7 - Ask the veterans

If you see guys that are more experienced than you

or if you saw some technice on YouTube

maybe you did watch a fight and saw that cool move

go there and politely ask your coach

maybe the guy did the technique on you and you didn't understand

be friendly, smile and ask

don't be cocky or arrogant

or this veteran could smash you later

but if you make a humble conversation people will try

to guess and help you out

"have you seen this technic?"

that's study and you need doubts to grow up

if it's a good question all your group will learn something new

and everybody wins. Just go and ask

Tip #8 - Understanding the fight styles

after you learn the basics

you need to know HOW to fight

and for this you'll need to study

maybe you could be lucky and find a good teacher

or you need to study by yourself. I have an old video here

what are the fight styles?

than understand how each style match and confront the others

how do they work

if it's a fighter that can only kick, or only punch

or can clinch, or be more deffensive...

go check the fight styles:

muay mad, muay khao, muay fimeau, muay boo...

you need to know this informations, it's important

thinking about jiu-jitsu you have the guarders,

the guarder passers

also on boxing, every fight have styles

and those styles complete each other

Tip #9 - Keep trying and don't give up

even if you have that limitation

and couldn't do this or that, keep trying

not like: "I can't do that coach"

Please DON'T

don't be that student pain in the *ss

just be quiet and keep trying

a lot of people will say that you CAN'T do

sometimes even the coach will say that you can't, but don't give up

maybe he's right you won't do on that class

maybe your partner, but keep trying

keep practicing: "I can't do left middle kicks..."

but TRY

go to the heavy bag and KEEP trying

insist that one day you'll be able to make it

Tip #10 - Don't be the bully at the gym

don't be the idiot of your gym

because everywhere there's someone with this character

the one that want to show he's the more experienced

he want to kick everyones asses

don't be that guy

worse than this guys are the ones that only bully younger people

but don't do against same level or more experienced partners

it's just an idiot that like beginners

you should train harder when someone is up to

and share the same goals as you do

please don't scare the newbies

if you realize this person behave like a bully, avoid him

tomorrow you have to go to work

not with a black eye or limping

because this *ss doesn't know how to train?

not everybody is a fighter, want to sparr to die,

don't be the stupid of the gym

subscribe, thumbs up (or down)

or if you want to support or sponsor, drop a comment

or send a message to Yoksutai at your social media

and suggest what kind of stuff you want to see here

Till the next time, see you later

Angel Message For The Week #5 - Duration: 2:49.

Angel Message For The Week #5

by Elise Cantrell,

Divine knowledge is not about learning, but remembering.

Consciousness is infinite but you have been conditioned to see only the finite.

When you begin to follow your intuition and awareness rather than the confines of the

logical mind, you are entering the doorway into the infinite in which all wisdom is found,

all answers are stored and all solutions await.

You have been taught to limit yourself to that which is attained by human learning.

Instead, let wisdom teach you.

Become open.

The rational, logical thinking that is so prized in your world is the false ceiling

that limits access to rivers of wisdom.

Logic is the cloaking device that has kept infinite truth hidden for generations.

Logic encourages limited thinking that blocks access to the unknown, using the illusion

of the known to keep divine wisdom just out of reach.

We are not saying that logic is bad. It is a necessary thought process in your

world in certain situations.

However, logic can be a limiting factor when it comes to accessing all other aspects of

consciousness, especially those that are not commonly known or yet understood.

How do you connect with streams of information that belong to the infinite sea of consciousness?

It is most accessible through silence, stillness, dreamtime, imagination, meditation, prayer

and the relaxed state between wake and sleep.

Wonder is the vibrational code that accesses knowing.

When you dance with wonder, consciousness flows.

Wonder, alone, is the frequency needed to connect the circuit between known and the

unknown.

When Jesus said You must become like a child, to enter the kingdom of God, he

was alluding to curiosity, openness and wonder as a doorway.

By thinking you know God, you cannot know him.

By stepping into wonder and awe, you discover for yourself.

Wonder allows you the opportunity to recognize and remember.

Consciousness is where you came from, and consciousness is who you are.

Everything else is illusion.

Remembering the way IS the way

Two Stars

Today is Valentine's Day

And I want to make you happy

I'm looking for a gift

But I lack money

I have to think. What I can do?

I will sing for him!

The people who will listen to me

Maybe help me...

And a girl passed

And when she listen my verses

There she was excited

Of her brown eyes two stars were born

She left some coins and goodbye

With those coins I bought

a nice gray scarf

I thought if he was going to like it

Suddenly I saw couples walk

With lots of gifts and

I felt very bad

I couldn't give something better

Suddenly he called me

He asked "Where are you?"

Because he wanted to see me

I told him I was complicated

"Today I see you at six o'clock in front of the fountain, sweety...

...I'll wait for you" he said and hung up...

And at the fountain he gave me

that leek necklace

And with fear I gave him this scarf...

From his sun eyes

Two stars were born

Saying "I love you, my love"

Saying "I love you, my love"

TRIATHLON Training for WEIGHT LOSS Pt. 3: Burn Fat While Sitting - Duration: 6:18.

- Hey, what's up, trainiacs?

Triathlon Taren here.

Over today, tomorrow, the last two days,

we have been talking about how,

if you're looking at making a change in your life, overall

and doing it through triathlon, odds are really good.

You're probably looking at getting healthier,

living healthier, losing a little bit of weight.

And we're giving you tips on how to incorporate triathlon

with a weight-loss program

and today, the role that intense strength exercise

plays in that, stick around.

(upbeat music)

So in today's daily triathlon video,

we are talking about the role of strength

and intense cardio as far as fat and weight loss plays.

Now if you haven't done it yet,

go to triathlontaren.com/weightloss

and that's the accompanying free download

that you can get that'll take you through

all of these videos that we've put together

and additional resources that'll help you dial in

your exact weight-loss strategy as a triathlete.

But yesterday, we talked about the role

that long, slow, steady workouts play in fat loss.

That's the traditional, just aerobic training

for fat and weight loss, but today,

we're gonna blow that all up and say,

"Forget everything that I said yesterday."

Strength training and intense cardio plays a huge,

probably just as big a role as the low-intensity work

when it comes to weight loss.

Now as a quick refresher, we're talking about this

on a scale of one to 10 for rater perceived exertion.

Zero to four is existence, standing, sitting, walking.

Five and six, that's your long, steady aerobic,

very typical, traditionally associated

weight-loss training intensity.

Your seven and eight is kind of like no-man's-land,

it's not low and slow enough to be

just purely aerobic and extremely fat-burning.

But nine and 10 is off the charts.

You aren't using any fat as fuel at that,

but that intense workout provides hormonal response,

and a body response that ends up burning a ton of fat,

even after the workout that can't be said

for those five and six intensity workouts.

So what I mean by this is that the five and six,

low, slow, traditionally associated

with weight-loss intensity workouts.

Those burn more fat as fuel during the workout,

because at those low intensities, our body can access,

it's got the time to access our fat stores to use as fuel.

At the high-intensity work, our body is having

to access muscle glycogen and liver glycogen.

But what happens is that during those low-intensity workouts

you're burning a lot more fat during the workout.

However, you're burning a lot more fat after the workout

for the rest of the day with those really intense workouts.

So here's how you incorporate those really intense workouts

into a weight-loss program.

Number one, strength training.

Strength training provides a couple of really

important benefits when it comes to weight

and fat loss for triathletes.

So strength training builds muscle.

The more muscle we have, the faster our metabolism is.

So we can consume more calories day-to-day,

without having to worry about gaining weight

and going into a situation where we're consuming

more calories than we're burning.

In addition to that, strength training induces

a hormonal response, namely testosterone,

that encourages muscle building,

but it also discourages holding onto body fat.

So just that hormonal response alone

is going to make our bodies more resilient to carrying fat.

More resistant, less likely, it's gonna hold less fat.

Now let's talk about high-intensity interval training.

Could be 50-meter sprints in the pool.

Could be 30-second bursts on the bike.

Could be interval runs, but when you start going really,

really intense with traditional endurance training,

you're actually training more for strength and speed.

What happens is we go into oxygen deprivation.

We end up consuming more oxygen

than we're actually taking in.

And what happens in geek-speak is a response called EPOC.

E-P-O-C.

That is Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption.

And this results in a boost of your metabolism,

long after, we're talking like half a day,

to a full 24 hours after your intense exercise is over.

So we continue to have our metabolism sped up

after those really intense workouts.

So whereas those long, slow workouts

are burning a ton of fat during the workout,

these are speeding up your metabolism

and continuing to burn fat after the workout.

So there are a lot of reasons to do both

the low-intensity workouts and the high-intensity workouts.

They both provide benefits.

This is why you hear about things like periodization,

where you're changing up the intensities

throughout the course of the year.

And things like polarization, where people are doing

all of their training at either really low intensities

or really high intensities and not that intensity

in the middle that is no-man's-land.

Now if you go to triathlontaren.com/weightloss,

I talk about how you can structure a training plan

to incorporate both that really low-intensity workout

and the really high-intensity workout

to get the benefits of both.

So go there, throw in your email address,

and accompanying with these videos,

Do you believe in the supernatural?

A lot of people and do and a lot of people don't- and a lot of people just believe

in certain aspects of it.

Some people are so into paranormal things that there are even games centred around it

and that's what were going to be talking about today.

Hey youtube im court mcginley and welcome back to the most amazing top 5.

Let me know your answers down in the comments.

And before we get started I just want to remind all of you to please subscribe to this awesome

channel if you havnt already- we bring you guys awesome videos 6 days a week.

And Don't forget to give this video a big thumbs up and let me know down in the comments

what other top 5 lists you would like to see me do.

Alright without further a due lets get started on our list of the Top 5 paranormal games

you should never play.

Starting off at number 5--Bloody Mary- A game a lot of people know of.

Now ive played some paranormal games in my time- im no stranger to a Ouija board- But

bloody mary is one game I have never and will never play- it legit freaks me out.

So if you don't know- Bloody Mary is a folklore-legend and its believed to be the vengeful spirit

of a witch.

Basically in order to summon her you go in front of a mirror- turn the lights off and

say bloody Mary into the mirror 3 times while holding a candle.

After you summoned her apparently Marys face shows up in the mirror and shes covered in

blood.

Mary then looks directly into your eyes and curses you- strangles you – or takes your

soul.

There have been hundreds of accounts of people sharing their experiences of seeing Mary.

Yeah I don't think id ever do this in my lifetime- just the thought of it freaks me

out way too much.

I do believe in spirits- but usually don't believe in this kind of stuff- like the silly

games- but this one I do.

In at number 4--Closet game- The point of this game is for you to summon a demon.

Yeah why this would appeal to some people I dunno.

So for this youre suppose to step inside a pitch black closet- hold up an unlighted match-

and say " show me the light or leave me in darkness.

Once you begin to hear someone whispering light the match immediately.

If you fail to light the match its said something will grab you from behind and drag you into

eternal darkness.

And the same thing will happen if you get curious enough to turn around.

If you manage to light your match then you open the closet door- with the match in your

hand and walk out slowly.

From this point on you have to make sure the lights on whenever you look inside your closet

since its now permanently haunted by a demon.

I don't get why someone would do this!

Whats the benefit?

Also it's a safety hazard- trying to light a match in a closet with a bunch of flammable

clothing hanging down- yeah not a smart idea.

Definitely don't try this one.

At number 3--One man hide and seek- Now this is one ive never head of until making this

list.

But oh my god is it terrifying.

This game originated in Japan and basically youre playing hide and seek against a possessed

doll.

The tools you will need for this game are a stuffed doll- some rice and fingernail clippings.

Basically youll need to remove the stuffing from the doll- then fill the doll back up

with rice and put a piece of your fingernail inside the doll as well.

You sew the doll back up with a red thread and wrap the rest of the thread around the

doll.

You then give your doll a name and put it in a tub full of water- and then you let the

games begin.

Turn off all the lights just leaving the tv on.

You turn the tv on so the static can warn you about any unwanted spirits wandering around.

Also you will need to take a mouth full of saltwater but don't swallow it and then

go to your hiding spot- oh my god this game has a lot of rules- but I guess if youre trying

to turn your normal doll into a haunted one it takes some effort.

So moving on.

After a few minutes you leave your hiding place and start looking for your doll.

Yeah that's right if this was done correctly the doll is no longer going to be in the tub-

shes moved on to a bigger and better hiding spot.

Once you do find the doll youre suppose to pour saltwater over it- allow it to dry and

then burn its remains.

Yeah you basically have to do this so the doll doesn't like try and kill you.

Coming in at number 2--Daruma-san- This is a bath game that also originated in Japan.

It basically involves you summoning a ghost which is suppose to follow you around all

day long.

Why someone would willingly want this to happen I couldn't tell you.

So to summon the ghost you need to go to your bathroom right before bed- take off your clothes-

fill up the tub and turn off the lights.

You then get in the tub and move so your right in front of the faucet.

You close your eyes- start to wash your hair and chant the words Daruma-san fell down over

and over again.

Oh my god- yeah that in itself is creepy enough.

After this an image of a Japanese woman standing in front of the bathtub will come into your

mind.

You will then envision her falling on a rusty tap which impales her through the eye.

Oh my god who would want to see this?

After this your suppose to continue chanting until youre done washing your hair.

Once you feel the presents of someone else in the washroom you ask outload why did you

fall in the bathtub?

After you ask this get up immediately- don't drain the tub- keep your eyes shut- get a

towel and leave the bathroom- closing the door behind you.

The next day you should feel like someones constantly following you.

In order to capture her gaze over your right shoulder and shout Kitta while doing a karate

chopping motion with your hand…yeah people are going to think your crazy.

Its says if you don't do this properly then she will follow you into your dreams.

Again…who the heck would want to do this?

And at number 1--Midnight Game- now this is probably the most popular paranormal game.

Its really extreme and apparently really dangerous.

This game is believed to be an old Pagan ritual used as a punishment to those who disobeyed

the religion.

For this game you can find the detailed instructions online.

But basically you have to summon the midnight man and walk around your house in the dark

making sure you don't get caught by him.

There are a few rules you have to follow such as always having a lite candle- if the candle

blows out you have 10 seconds to relight it- otherwise the midnight man will find you.

If you manage to avoid the Midnight man until 3:33am then you've won the game.

This is also a game that can be played with more then one person.

But be warned most people who have played this game have said to never try this game.

Some people say they've experience hallucinations and some were even left with permanent and

mental scars.

This game is so popular that it was even turned into a film- called of course – the midnight

game.

And there you have it that's our list of the top 5 paranormal games you should never

play.

Thank you so much for watching and ill catch you in the next one.

The Anti-Federalist Papers | John DeWitt 1 - Duration: 14:10.

To the

Free Citizens of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Whoever attentively examines the history of America, and compares it with that of other

will find its commencement, its growth, and its present situation, without a precedent.

It must ever prove a source of pleasure to the Philosopher, who ranges the explored parts

of this inhabitable globe, and takes a comparative view, as well of the rise and fall of those

nations, which have been and are gone, as of the growth and present existence of those

which are now in being, to close his prospect with this Western world.

In proportion as he loves his fellow creatures, he must here admire and approve; for while

they have severally laid their foundations in the blood and slaughter of three, four,

and sometimes, ten successive generations, from their passions have experience, every

misery to which human nature is subject, and at this day present striking features of usurped

power, unequal justice, and despotic tyranny.

America stands completely systemised without any of these misfortunes.

— On the contrary, from the first settlement of the country the necessity of civil associations,

founded upon equality, consent, and proportionate justice have ever been universally acknowledged.

— The means of education always attended to, and the fountains of science brought within

the reach of poverty.

— Hitherto we have commenced society, and advanced in all respects resembling a family,

without partial affections, or even a domestic bickering: And if we consider her as an individual

instead of an undue proportion of violent passions and bad habits, we must set her down

possessed of reason, genius and virtue.

— I premise these few observations because there are too many among us of narrow minds,

who live in the practice of blasting the reputation of their own country.

— They hold it as a maxim, that virtues cannot grow in their own soil.

— They will appreciate those of a man, they know nothing about, because he is an exotic;

while they are sure to depreciate those much more brilliant in their neighbours, because

they are really acquainted with and know them.

Civil society is a blessing.

— It is here universally known as such.

— The education of every child in this country tends to promote it.

— There is scarcely a citizen in America who does not wish to bring it, consistent

with our situation and circumstances, to its highest state of improvement.

— Nay, I may say further, that the people in general aim to effect this point, in a

peaceable, laudable, and rational way.

These assertions are proved by stubborn facts, and I need only resort to that moment, when,

in contest with a powerful enemy, they paid such an unprecedented attention to civilization,

as to select from among themselves their different conventions, and form their several constitutions,

which, for their beautiful theoretical structure, caught the admiration of our enemies, and

secured to us the applause of the world.

— We at this day feel the effects of this disposition, and now live under a government

of our own choice, constructed by ourselves, upon unequivocal principles, and requires

but to be well administered to make us as happy under it as generally falls to the lot

of humanity.

The disturbances in the course of the year past cannot be placed as an objection to the

principle I advance.

— They took their rise in idleness, extravagance and misinformation, a want of knowledge of

our several finances, a universal delusion at the close of the war, and in consequence

thereof, a pressure of embarrassments, which checked, and in many cases, destroyed that

disposition of forbearance, which ought to be exercised towards each other.

These were added to the accursed practice of letting money at usury, and some few real

difficulties and grievances, which our late situation unavoidably brought upon us.

The issue of them, however, rather proves the position for, a very few irreclaimables

excepted, we find even an anxiety to hearken to reason pervading all classes — industry

and frugality increasing, and the advantages arising from good, wholesome laws, confessed

by every one.

— Let who will gain say it.

I am confident we are in a much better situation, in all respects, than we were at this period

the last year; and as fast as can be expected, consistent with the passions and habits of

a free people, of men who will think for themselves, coalescing, as a correspondent observes in

a late paper, under a firm, wise and efficient government.

The powers vested in Congress have hitherto been found inadequate.

— Who are those that have been against investing them?

The people of this Commonwealth have very generally supposed it expedient, and the farmer

equally with the merchant have taken steps to effect it.

— A Convention from the different States for that sole purpose hath been appointed

of their most respectable citizens — respectable indeed I may say for their equity, for their

literature, and for their love of their country.

— Their proceedings are now before us for our approbation.

— The eagerness with which they have been received by certain classes of our fellow

citizens, naturally forces upon us this question: Are we to adopt this Government, without an

examination?

— Some there are, who, literally speaking, are for pressing it upon us at all events.

The name of the man who but lisps a sentiment in objection to it, is to be handed to the

printer, by the printer to the public, and by the public he is to be led to execution.

They are themselves stabbing its reputation.

For my part, I am a stranger to the necessity for all this haste!

Is it not a subject of some small importance?

Certainly it is.

—Are not your lives, your liberties and properties intimately involved in it?

— Certainly they are.

Is it a government for a moment, a day, or a year?

By no means — but for ages — Altered it may possibly be, but it is easier to correct

before it is adopted.

— Is it for a family, a state, or a small number of people?

It is for a number no less respectable than three millions.

Are the enemy at our gates, and have we not time to consider it?

Certainly we have.

Is it so simple in its form as to be comprehended instantly?

— Every letter, if I may be allowed the expression, is an idea.

Does it consist of but few additions to our present confederation, and those which have

been from time to time described among us, and known to be necessary?

— Far otherwise.

It is a compleat system of government, and armed with every power, that a people in any

circumstances ought to bestow.

It is a path newly struck out, and a new set of ideas are introduced that have neither

occurred or been digested.

— A government for national purposes, preserving our constitution entire, hath been the only

plan hitherto agitated.

I do not pretend to say, but it is in theory the most unexceptionable, and in practice

will be the most conducive to our happiness of any possible to be adopted: — But it

ought to undergo a candid and strict examination.

It is the duty of every one in the Commonwealth to communicate his sentiments to his neighbour,

divested of passion, and equally so of prejudices.

If they are honest and he is a real friend to his country, he will do it and embrace

every opportunity to do it.

If thoroughly looked into before it is adopted, the people will be more apt to approve of

it in practice, and every man is a TRAITOR to himself and his posterity, who shall ratify

it with his signature, without first endeavouring to understand it.

— We are but yet in infancy; and we had better proceed slow than too fast.

— It is much easier to dispense powers, then recall them.

— The present generation will not be drawn into any system; they are too enlightened;

they have not forfeited their right to a share in government, and they ought to enjoy it.

Some are heard to say, "When we consider the men who made it, we ought to take it for

sterling, and without hesitation—that they were the collected wisdom of the States, and

had no object but the general good."

— I do not doubt all this, but facts ought not to be winked out of sight: — They were

delegated from different States, and nearly equally represented, though vastly disproportionate

both in wealth and numbers.

They had local prejudices to combat, and in many instances, totally opposite interests

to consult.

Their situations, their habits, their extent, and their particular interest, varied each

from the other.

The gentlemen themselves acknowledge that they have been less rigid upon some points,

in consequence of those difficulties than they otherwise should have been.

— Others again tell you that the Convention is or will be dissolved; that we must take

their proceedings in whole or reject them — But this surely cannot be a reason for

their speedy adoption; it rather works the other way.

If evils are acknowledged in the composition, we ought, at least, to see whose shoulders

are to bear the most; to compare ours with those of other States, and take care that

we are not saddled with more than our proportion: That the citizens of Philadelphia are running

mad after it, can be no argument for us to do the like: — Their situation is almost

contrasted with ours; they suppose themselves a central State; they expect the perpetual

residence of Congress, which of itself alone will ensure their aggrandizement: We, on the

contrary, are sure to be near one of the extremes; neither the loaves or fishes will be so plenty

with us, or shall we be so handy to procure them.

We are told by some people, that upon the adopting this New Government, we are to become

every thing in a moment: — Our foreign and domestic debts will be as a feather; our ports

will be crowded with the ships of all the world, soliciting our commerce and our produce:

Our manufactures will increase and multiply; and, in short, if we STAND STILL, our country,

notwithstanding, will be like the blessed Canaan, a land flowing with milk and honey.

Let us not deceive ourselves; the only excellency of any government is in exact proportion to

the administration of it: — Idleness and luxury will be as much a bane as ever; our

passions will be equally at war with us then as now; and if we have men among us trying

with all their ability to undermine our present Constitution, these very persons will direct

their force to sap the vitals of the new one.

Upon the whole, my fellow countrymen, I am as much a federal man as any person: In a

federal union lies our political salvation — To preserve that union, and make it respectable

to foreign opticks, the National Government ought to be armed with all necessary powers;

but the subject I conceive of infinite delicacy, and requires both ability and reflection.

In discussing points of such moment, America has nothing to do with passions or hard words;

every citizen has an undoubted right to examine for himself, neither ought he to be ill treated

and abused, because he does not think at the same moment exactly as we do.

It is true, that many of us have but our liberties to lose but they are dearly bought, and are

not the least precious in estimation: — In the mean time, is it not of infinite consequence

that we pursue inflexibly that path, which I feel persuaded we are now approaching, wherein

we shall discourage all foreign importations; shall see the necessity of greater economy

and industry; shall smile upon the husbandman, and reward the industrious mechanic; shall

promote the growth of our own country, and wear the produce of our own farms; and, finally,

shall support measures in proportion to their honesty and wisdom, without any respect to

men.

Nothing more is wanted to make us happy at home, and respectable abroad.
