Anyways, Peace bro. Our reporter RGV is now with the dead's brother. Over to RGV.

We got zero. We are the last!

Zero?! How come?

We genuinely present the un-genuine news!!

Exactly, that is why a zero!

Seems debates fetch high TRPs these days.

How can we have a debate without a genuine point?

Trust me, Let us put aside our genuineness for a while. We will reach sky.

Okay I trust you.

Baba Bradev ji, please bring intellectuals to the studio.

Now, we have with us finest, brightest, greatest intellectual of National Egg Corporation

None other than the watchman Ande Nath

Along with this Stooge, we have sharpest and highly educated illiterate 'Ms.' Murg Nath.

Sir, What the egg is this?

Do not ask me. Ask this Nolan Shetty!!

So my dear Naths, tell us

Which comes first? The Egg or The hen?

Egg comes first sir.

No, hen comes first.

Egg is first sir.

No

Hen is first sir.

Egg

Hen

Egg

Hen

Egg

Hen

Egg

Hen

Order... Order

So tell us Ande Nath, Why do you think Egg comes first?

See I went to Paradise, recently. I ordered a biryani there.

They put an Egg on the top and the chicken piece inside the biryani.

So it is crystal clear that Eggs comes first than the hen.

Donkeys hit!! Where did the egg come from?

From the hen.

So, hen comes first.

Dinosaurs hit, then where did this hen come from?

From the Egg

Enough enough…

Enough of your intellectual ferformance.

Sir, the nation still does not know the answer…

Nation should never know. That is the technique.

Amazing Yakitori in Tokyo's Piss Alley! - Duration: 1:54.

Omoide Yokocho, is a tiny lane way

tucked away close to Shinjuku Station.

The alleyway is known by many names,

like Memory Lane, and Piss Alley,

and is famous as an eating and drinking alley.

The venues inside the tiny alleyway

are also known as Izakayas,

which are traditional drinking bars that serve small bites.

The concept is that you stay at an Izakaya for a while

as you keep on ordering drinks and food.

What makes Omoide Yokocho so special,

is that the venues are really small and narrow.

They only fit a few people at the bar.

Most venues in the alley, specialize in yakitori sticks,

where you can order many different varieties.

From pork belly with leek to chicken hearts.

The look and feel of the place is really something else,

with red lanterns, smoky atmosphere,

and lots of people packed into the tiny bars.

It's so unique, that it is said to have inspired

the look and feel of Blade Runner.

The best way to experience Memory Lane

is to walk around and find an Izakaya you like.

Just find a spot where you feel the vibe is good,

and sit down.

Order a drink and some yakitori sticks,

and try to strike up a conversation

with the person sitting next to you.

It's easy to make friends in Japan,

when you're having a drink or 10.

Once your filled up on chicken skin,

definitely make your way to Tokyo's Golden Gai.

The world famous tiny bar area close by.

It's a perfect way to end your Shinjuku night.

Dealing with childhood trauma | Dr Kaylene Henderson - Duration: 7:43.

Childhood trauma is a really broad term, there are lots of different adverse experiences

that children can perceive as traumatic so for some kids, they might have had the unfortunate

experience of, say, a sudden overwhelming or frightening event

things like an earthquake or a car accident or a house fire can certainly be perceived

as traumatic for some children for others the adverse situation might be

more prolonged, so spanning a longer period of their development

so we might see this for example in children who've come from refugee families

or perhaps for children who've had really life-threatening illnesses and required a

long period of hospitalisation most commonly though the term childhood trauma

really refers to children's experience of relational trauma

and by that I mean the experience of a care-giving relationship that's either frightening, abusive

or unresponsive and sadly many children experience this kind

of relationship, they experience abuse, neglect, and family violence

sometimes further complicated by parents mental illness or substance use

and in these situations young children are doubly affected, not only by the traumatic

incidents that they've experienced but also by the lack of healthy, supportive

relationships during that really critical, early stage of their development

To know how best to help it's important that we first understand the impact that trauma

has on children and unfortunately there's no clear formula

for predicting this we can't say "this type of abuse leads to

this particular problem" because the reality is always much more complicated than that

instead we consider the complex interplay between many factors,

we need to consider the nature, the severity, the duration of the trauma - for example - the

temperament of the child and also the level of support and quality

of other relationships in the child's life there are also lots of other factors that

can co-occur in these situations so for example we consider whether the child

was exposed to toxins, say like drugs and alcohol while in the womb

or they may have experienced physical injuries or nutritional deficiencies

or the families financial hardship, these can all play a role on influencing children's

outcomes age matters too of course, during that first

year of life in particular, important brain pathways develop

making that first twelve months a particularly critical period

when infants experience trauma during this period the impact can certainly be much greater,

given the disruption to their early brain development

naturally, since there are a broad range of factors that influence the effects of trauma

those that care for or work with these children may notice a broad range of resulting difficulties

they may notice troubles relating to a child's overall development, or their ability to concentrate,

their learning, cognitive capacity, or their social skills

children who've experienced trauma may have difficulty problem solving, or have trouble

controlling their impulses they'll often find it hard to calm down from

big feeling states and may rely on physical strategies, such as rocking or head-banging

it helps to understand too that children who have been maltreated usually never reach a

totally calm state and may instead always be on the lookout for

danger because they're often on edge they can find

transitions particularly hard to deal with and may over-react to seemingly minor changes

in their routine or environment these kids may also struggle to read other's

facial expressions and intentions, and often demonstrate really challenging behaviours

for educators children who've experienced early trauma also

develop what we call a "negative internal working model"

and that means, they may have learned to see themselves as unworthy, or unloveable

they will have come to see others as rejecting or unavailable, and the world as unsafe

and these differences in how they see themselves, others, and the world, will naturally influence

how they interpret various situations and choose to respond

of the earlier we get in to help the better, it's important that we ensure children's safety

and make sure they get access to the professional help they and their carers might need to recover

that said, there's a lot that educators and others can do to help too

this is one of the topics that I cover in much more detail in my webinar series that

your educators are very welcome to access but essentially, the key to helping children

heal from this type of early childhood trauma is to build a strong positive relationship

with them this really is THE most healing thing you

can do, once we have this foundation we can then start to address

any of the important developmental tasks or skills that a child may not have gained

but they really need to feel safe with us in order to learn these

there are three important elements that you'll need to consider when helping children in

this way firstly, you need to reduce uncertainty, and

to increase children's sense of safety these kids need consistency, they need to

feel like they're in a safe predictable place with you

so that their physiological systems can gradually relax

try to preempt any transitions and make sure you provide enough warning and support

consider how you can provide that consistency and predictability in your physical environment,

in your room, in your mealtime, staffing, even in how you

smell even little things like wearing the same scent

or perfume each day can be reassuring to a child

and can really add to their sense of safety and certainty when they're with you

secondly, focus on building trust and to help children feel understood and accepted in their

relationship with you be honest and trustworthy, do what you say

you'll do if you tell a child that you'll play a certain

game with them after lunch then make sure you do

remember small things about these kids and let them know that you've remembered

help them to feel valued and special model self-control in your own words and actions

it's helpful too with these kids to use non-blaming language when responding to their behaviour

and to try to always avoid showing anger, both on your face and in your voice,

since this will often be perceived by these children as dangerous

you can see that just by focusing on these two areas: so reducing uncertainty, and helping

children feel understood and valued you're helping to positively influence their

internal working models that we spoke about before

over time with your help they can begin to shift from seeing themselves, their relationships

in the world, in a negative light to starting to see themselves as loveable,

others as reliable, and the world as mostly safe

and that's an incredibly healing shift finally, once you've established this foundation,

you'll be in a wonderful position to teach these kids

any of the skills and strategies that they're yet to master

so for example teaching them how to problem solve, or to read different facial expressions,

how to manage various social challenges, or perhaps to teach them how to calm down

this will become and important part of your role when you're working with children who've

experienced this kind of trauma it'll help to think creatively about how you

might teach these skills, you might consider using role plays, or storybooks, or structured

play activities for example of course many children will still need professional

therapeutic support, but ultimately the goal should be for carers,

educators, and, therapists to all work together so that they can each contribute to the child's recovery

educators are in a particularly powerful position to help through their ongoing daily interactions

by understanding the ways in which trauma can impact on children's development, we can

really start to see the best ways to help to those of you watching, I hope you

never underestimate the importance of your role and the truly lasting impact that

you all have on children's lives

HOW TO DESIGN A LOGO WITH THE PERSPECTIVE GRID IN ILLUSTRATOR - Duration: 10:10.

today I'm gonna show you guys how to use a perspective grid when designing a logo

in Adobe Illustrator you can move the timecard in the corner if you want to

skip the intro so follow along and learn how to use the perspective grid to

design this style of logo in Adobe Illustrator

what are up people welcome back to Satori graphics the home of graphic design

content right here on YouTube so I hope everyone is doing well today and that

you're ready to design a logo in adobe illustrator using the perspective grid

I left a poll on my youtube channel not

long ago asking why you guys prefer to see on this channel now love you said

you'd like all of my content which is really really great but most of you said

that you really like logo design tutorials so today I have a logo design

tutorial for you all to follow along and to recreate yourself if you new to my

channel here at Satori graphics go ahead and give me subscribe if you like my

content I post three to four videos per week on graphic design related topics

that can be tutorials graphic design tips on the business side of things and

much much more also if you enjoyed this video give me a like and share on social

media could it really does help out my channel but anyway let's jump right into

this tutorial on how to design a logo using the perspective grid in adobe

illustrator in a new document in Adobe Illustrator we need to first create a

perspective grid for the logo design tutorial you can show the grid here but

you need to locate the perspective grid tool to actually edit it it may take a

little bit again used to but for this look at as I'm you want to have a kind

of angle view looking down on the logo using the perspective grid

you can extend the length of the grid here but you also want to increase the

amount of squares like so

when you have you perspective grid ready press P to locate the pen tool and then

check the stroke option only in the color palette make a path around like so

in a kind of reversed L shape and then click the path at the very end

you can press me to select off of the pen tool path then again with the pen

tool draw another shape to the other side of the perspective grid you want to

connect the corner like so so it gives a good impression of a 3d shape and a good

perspective the circle icon lets you know when you can close the path

properly now flip the strokes of the shapes over to fills but make sure to

have two different colors but it doesn't matter what the colors actually are at

this stage in the logo design tutorial

then hold down the alt option key and click and drag to duplicate the two

shapes with them post still selected reflect the shapes like so and then

position them perfectly next to the original shapes as you can see the logo

starting to take shape finally use the pen tool to finish up the last shape

along the top and another third color to the shape I use to grid squares for the

apex of the right hub

you

you can then hide the perspective grid as you didn't actually need to use it

anymore in this logo design tutorial

now we need to adjust the colors as a shadow and highlights is depicted

properly you can use the eyedropper tool to help with this and the shark eyes eye

on your keyboard so once you have your shading highlight sections correct it's

a good idea to add the final colors I'm gonna use shaded blue for my design and

you can hold down shift to select multiple objects at once

you know need to hold down shift to select three shapes and then using the

alt option key duplicate them over to the right and perfectly align them in

place

then also duplicate the top section and if you have them perfectly in place the

logo design symbol is now finished on this tutorial on using the perspective

grid now to add some finishing touches

take the pen tool and create a shape like so you can use a direct selection

tool to edit the position of the anchor points flick the stroke over to a fill

and then send the shape to the back

you can then have agreed into the shape

you won the gradient to be 90 degrees and you want the lighter side to have a

0% opacity and the dark side should be a kind of dark gray judicata shape a word

and reflect it nicely on the other side of a logo design

so lastly you need to draw in a shape in the middle to finish up the shadow

section of your logo

and the absolute final stage here is to add some logo type to complement the

logo design in today's perspective grid tutorial I chose to use logo type of the

dark gray color as if it looks more professional than black the font I'm

using is actually a fun and made myself called Satori sans and it's a link in

the description below if you want to download it for yourself

and they have it this is today's tutorial on how to design a logo with

the perspective grid in illustrator

Tomapork Caveman style / Pork Tomahawk steak - Duration: 3:56.

Welcome at BensBQ.

Would you like to make Toma Pork steaks, like these?

Stay tuned!

Because we use the caveman style, we first heat the charcoal

And we will prepare these beautiful tomaporks.

I have wrapped the bones in foil so that they don't burn.

But believe me the fat on the tomaporks will certainly cause a lot of smoke.

We flip the steaks after 4 minutes.

We take the steaks off after another 4 minutes.

It's going to look good already

We place the grate and a drip tray.

Until we reach a core of 55°C / 131°F.

And if my steaks are on it

we do braaisout on it.

On this side.

Then flip.

And on the other side.

We close the lid.

when it reaches the right core

they go directly on the charcoal for another minute.

Then they can go off.

And if the tomaporks have rested, we will cut it.

And we will taste.

Juicy, tender, Toma pork

Awesome.

I would say until BensBQ.
