Waching daily Feb 18 2018

Hello, my name is Yvonne Tousek-Renne.

I'm a former Olympian for Canada.

I currently work as an acrobatic talent scout

in the Casting Department at Cirque du Soleil.

You may have seen me on a previous episode of Athlete to Artist

as an uneven bar performer on Amaluna.

I have participated in two Olympic Games,

the 1996 Olympic Games and the 2000 Games in Sydney, Australia.

I think my best moment of the Olympic Games,

considering both Olympic Games,

was marching out in 1996 for my first Olympics.

I was behind a big, black curtain,

I had worked my whole life up until this one moment,

and for most athletes, this is our goal,

this is the ultimate pinnacle of sport, getting to the Olympic Games,

and when they opened up that curtain and there was a stadium full of 40,000 people,

that was my most memorable experience.

Becoming a Cirque du Soleil artist was always a dream of mine,

because as a gymnast, I was always trying to push the envelope

in terms of creativity and innovation,

and that, I feel, is something that Cirque du Soleil represents so well.

I followed a fellow teammate to an audition,

and following the audition process, I was called to be part of Corteo.

After almost 11 years on stage, performing in two different shows,

I decided it was time for a new challenge,

and I was very interested in becoming an acrobatic talent scout.

Going from an artist to an acrobatic talent scout was a huge transition.

I was very used to being on stage and now, coming to an office job

was quite a change for me,

but I find great joy in being able to help provide that opportunity

to be on the Cirque du Soleil stage to others.

I think I will be very attached to my TV

throughout this whole Olympic Game coverage.

The Trump curse hit leftie skier Lindsey Vonn yet again after she previously trashed the

President.

During an interview with CNN in December, Vonn said she does not compete for the president.

When asked how it will feel competing at the Olympic games for the United States whose

president is Donald Trump? Vonn responded with this:

Lindsey Vonn: Um, well I hope to represent the people of the United States, not the president.

Vonn was then asked if she would accept an invitation to the White House if she wins

gold, she said,

Lindsey Vonn: Absolutely not.

But you have to win to be invited.

Lindsey Vonn then promptly injured her back during a World Cup competition, finishing

in 24th place.

Now this

Sports Illustrated reported, In her first Olympic event in eight years, Lindsey Vonn

FORTNITE DOUBLE PUMP NERF - Duration: 4:12.

Yo what is going on guys it is your boy over here today I'm where you guys a

new fortnite video so that's today we're gonna be talking about the double

pump shotgun so you guys don't know most of you shouldn't know about this because

you know if you play for nine you you'll get KITT by this a lot but basically a

double pump shotgun our thing is basically where you hold two shotguns to

double two shotgun pumps and instead of you know having to pump the shotgun

whenever you shoot the first bullet you just switch between them so you shoot

and they switch you shoot and then switch shoot without having to pump the

gun at all and now this is very very deadly now first they didn't take this

out because they thought you know oh well there's a skill gap there but it's

find out today that there is gonna be a nerve so if you guys are interested in

the video and stay tuned but first we gotta roll that intro

alright guys so I explained to you guys how the double pump works in the

beginning of the video but now let me talk about why they didn't nerf it

earlier so basically the reason why I didn't interfere earlier is because

everybody thought that there was a skill gap between a the semi-automatic shotgun

and double pump basically the double pump would be a much more effective you

know thing to use much more effective tactic I guess you could say to use in a

game and rather than using a semi-automatic but really anybody can

you know just play for night for a couple of days and get used to doing

double pumps and it really gets rid of the semi-automatic shotgun nobody's

using anymore because everybody just grabs double pumps so sadly for me a

heavy double pump user and a lot of other people they're gonna be nerf in

this mainly because of a lot of other foreign I streamers saying you know it's

Opie and honestly I agree with them it's pretty Opie but I mean it was really

really fun to use as well I don't see in my opinion you still need skill to use

double pump even till now because you have good aim especially while jumping

is switching and trying to do all that I mean it's whatever but I'll show you

guys a tweet here so Eric Williamson replied Singh and just saying yes we're

working on changes to address the double pump and then on reddit Epic Games I'm

not sure if this is real or fake but he just said just to chime in here we're

trying to be careful how he fix this which is why it's taking a little bit

longer shooting reloading weapon swapping et

cetera were all critical gameplay systems or you don't want to

accidentally make other areas worse just to fix this one issue yeah yeah I'm

pretty sure that's real I'm pretty sure that somebody that's working at Epic

Games because his name is highlighted blue I mean I don't I don't see and the

other reason why his name will be highlighted blue so guys anyway so in

the next update maybe relator throughout the road or for night they're gonna be

you nerfing double pumps it very very soon as well so don't think oh they're

gonna wait on it for a long time is it either gonna be in the next patch or

maybe the one after that anyways guys somebody comment what you think about

this honestly I don't think it's that big of a deal what I'm gonna do is

personally I'm gonna grab a pump and a semi-automatic and yeah I'm gonna just

which I'm a hit on what a pump switch to the semi-automatic I just keep shooting

that's what I did before I found out about the double pump and if I have to

go back to that might as well I was still affected back then and it's still

effective right now so a guy sent me to come and switch out

thinking about this and I yeah I guess that's it for the video guys also guys I

gotta say something before they even nerve double-pump they need to increase

the damage on the normal pumps because sometimes I'd be shooting people from

like two feet away and the body ain't get like ten damage and that should not

be normal that shit should not do that I'm pretty sure in real life if you

shoot somebody two feet away from a shotgun they would be on the floor

bleeding and crying so yeah just saying they need above the

damage if they do know if the double pump they need to do something about the

damage cuz it's kind of inconsistent even sometimes I'm a little bit far away

and I should them in the head and it does like like 35 damage and I don't

honor and maybe maybe I'm just tripping maybe the game users trip it for me but

personally that's what's been happening to me so yeah so much death you know

yeah I'll see you guys on the next one

yeah not on one Shelby Drive look alive look alive

came up on this side other side oh well fucking dog we gonna see how hard a ride

I get rested by side and I split it with the guys we up on the other side niggas

actin lately ty I've been gone since night July

10 Most Inappropriate School Punishments Ever - Duration: 5:57.

• What student got arrested for working too hard?

Why was a 4-year-old boy forced to unclog a toilet with his bare hands?

Here's 10 cruel and unusual punishments that probably top anything you went through

in school.

10 –Class vote • You know when it's appropriate to have

a group vote to kick one of your group members?

On reality TV.

Survivor get to vote people off the island, and that's fine.

• You know where that doesn't really work well?

In KINDGERGARTEN.

With a SPECIAL NEEDS STUDENT.

• Seriously.

A teacher in Port Lucie, Florida actually thought it was a good idea to kick an autistic

5-year-old out of her class.

• Then she had an organized class vote in which a bunch of 5-year-olds ganged up to

vote on whether to allow him back into class.

• They voted no by a 14-to-2 margin, because the poor kid had only made one friend.

Luckily, the child's parents moved him to a different class, and the teacher was reassigned

to a job where she's nowhere near children.

9 –Eating off the floor • In 2008, a fifth-grader at a school in

New Jersey accidentally spilled a water jug while trying to refill the water cooler.

• For this TERRIBLE, AWFUL CRIME, a group of about 16 students were forced by the vice-principal

of the school to eat their school lunches off the ground for a WEEK.

• Some of those students WEREN'T EVEN THERE.

They were absent the day of the unforgivable "spilled water on the floor" incident.

But when they came back to school, they were also made to eat lunch off the floor.

• Years later, those students sued the school and the vice principal for 500 thousand dollars,

and won.

8 –Marking on students' faces • A school in Idaho set reading goals for

its fourth-grade students, which is totally normal.

The class got to choose its incentive to meeting the reading goal.

• Except they didn't choose a reward.

They chose a punishment.

And that punishment was to let students write on the faces of the students who didn't

meet the reading goal.

In PERMANENT MARKER.

• Nine students didn't meet the goal, and three of them opted to miss recess to

finish.

The other six got their faces marked all over – even on their eyelids.

7 –Monster closet • Parents tell stories about there being

monsters under the bed or in the closet all the time.

It's a pretty normal thing.

• But at a preschool in Texas, a teacher read the story "After School Monsters,"

about a monster who eats kids.

• And then, to punish a 4 -YEAR-OLD CHILD for misbehaving, the teacher locked the student

in a dark janitor's closet, and called it the "monster closet," where monsters would

be waiting to eat them.

• The teacher held the door shut with her foot for five minutes, while the child cried

so hard he threw up.

6 –Strip search • In 2003, 13-year-old Savana Redding was

accused of bringing a banned item into her Arizona school.

• What was that item?

A weapon?

Drugs?

• Nah, just some ibuprofen pills.

And on that suspicion, school administrators searched her locker, her backpack… and her

UNDERWEAR.

• This led to a Supreme Court case that ruled 8-1 in favor of that being totally screwed

up.

5 –Arrested for making a clock • 14-year-old Ahmed Mohamed wanted to be

an engineer, so he studied hard and became a bit of a mechanical whiz kid.

• So he took a pencil case and he built a digital clock in it.

He was proud of himself, so he brought it to school the next day and showed his teacher

– the one who showed him how to do it.

• Naturally, the teacher praised him for his excellent work as such a young age and

encouraged him to join the science fair.

• Nah, just kidding.

His name is Mohamed, so his teacher assumed it was a bomb, took it as a threat, and called

the police.

• He was arrested wearing his NASA t-shirt, and suffered so much harassment over the following

year, his family ended up leaving the country.

4 –Jailed for missing class • Diane Tran was an honor student at age

17 in her Houston high school.

Problem is, she also needed to help support her siblings.

• So in addition to keeping up her good grades, she also worked two jobs to keep food

on the table.

• Problem is, those jobs were forcing her to miss too much school.

She was still getting great grades, but she was absent a lot for her work schedule.

• After she missed too many days of school, the school district sent an officer to her

house to TAKE HER TO JAIL.

• She spent 24 hours in jail before truancy charges were dropped.

Local groups raised 100 thousand dollars for her in support, but she refused it, saying,

"There's some other kid out there struggling more than me."

3 – Therapy bag • Sandra Baker was called to her son's

school in Kentucky to pick up her misbehaving son.

When she got there, she heard her son's voice coming from a closed duffel bag on the

ground in the hallway.

• The teacher referred to it as a "therapy bag," for the child's autism.

• When she got him out of the bag, his eyes were huge, he was covered in sweat, and he

was too scared to speak.

So… apparently it wasn't very good therapy.

2 –Unclogging the toilet • Lots of four-year-old boys haven't even

learned to wipe themselves yet.

• But one boy did – he just clogged the toilet by using too much toilet paper, as

many young children do.

• But his preschool teachers thought that using too much toilet paper needed to be punished.

So they made him unclog the toilet by himself.

With his bare hands.

• He suffered cuts on his hands from it.

And none of the teachers even checked to make sure he washed his hands.

1 – Assaulted in class • In 2015, a 16-year-old girl was told to

put her cell phone away during class.

She did, but apparently not fast enough.

• The teacher ordered her to leave the classroom for not complying quickly enough.

The girl refused and continued to sit there, not disrupting anyone.

• That wasn't good enough for the teacher, who called the police to remove her from the

classroom.

The girl still refused to leave and sat there quietly.

• So the cop put her in a chokehold and threw her out of desk in the middle of class,

putting her in a right arm cast.

• And for that, the POLICE filed charges against HER that could have resulted in her

spending 90 days in jail.

Stuttering As in time to recognize in children from 3 to 5 years. Dr. Krasnov - Duration: 9:56.

Hello everyone today we'll talk about

stuttering stuttering is a very common complaint among

children and so which causes a special parental anxiety

The log of neurosis is usually 35 years and this Infirmity is more likely to affect boys than

girls are associated with emotionally unstable and more excitable

boys compared with girls in statistics of 35 percent of children

suffers from a meadow neurosis adolescence, most of the

they end favorably recovery of those forms which

begins with three years with reinforced speech development and during

timely neurological care usually favorably predicted and so

what is the cause of stuttering? highlights several forms of stuttering it

conical shape stutter when the cramp seizes

speech device and clonic form stuttering when the first

syllable and can also stutter wear mixed form

tonic-clonic also stuttering happens neurotic, for example, associated with

acute psychotraumatic situation frightened the dog

adaptation of the family to a child kindergarten

and also stuttering can be in addition to neurotic neurotic like it then

when early childhood disturbances in work nervous system arose even in the period of

pregnancy and the puerperium child development is all residual

organic pathologies perinatal shovel shops which

are accompanied by a tele theme or other factors of hypoxia here at the basis of

may be hypoxia intrauterine infection birth injury

when you were seen with a neurologist in The early period of development is most often

babies develop a delay and talk begins to sign a boom with half a year and

it is this breakthrough in speech that desire to actively communicate hyper

activity in three years of the child is just causes a breakdown in the speech system that

this is the hyper activity of the broker centers that is, the motor center of speech

so it is not smooth and often The speech filter does not have time to fall all

words and there is a repetition of either the initial word or stretching

the middle of the word is more often distracted from situation in such children

causes a smooth free speech also like free speech with familiar words

In addition, he also distinguishes between the severity of stuttering it can be easy

stuttering it can be stuttering mean severity and severe forms when

baby can not talk it is important to distinguish stammering from speech slips

in conditions of accelerated speech development often there is a stumbling block in the speech when

The child repeats the first syllable or can repeat the first word at the beginning

as if seeking a continuation proposals, that is, it can be

is associated with some accelerated development speech

early speech development in such children is accompanied by such symptoms as

loria, that is, a child per unit time says more words

than it is required by age therefore in he has a proposal

effect of duplication, that is, repetition the first word is that it does not have anything in common

stuttering to really distinguish Do you have a blog that is not easy for you

child or is it an ordinary Wreaths in speech need to appear

specialist and here the most important is the diagnosis that we conduct

at the reception first of all is a doctor's examination neurologist

this holding a cap electroencephalogram and in some

cases and an electroencephalogram of night sleep to exclude convulsive moments and

ep activity during procedures are performed auditory caused

potentials which are tested as well as speech development was formed in the early

age is there a conduction disorder sounds are cognitively caused

potential of cognitive functions such as memory attention

thinking also caused by potential can give us information about the

excitability of the brain and This is the basis for the diagnosis

between neurotic and neurotic-like stammering if this form of neurosis is like

this treatment is carried out together neurologist of speech therapists and specialists

which are necessary for the baby and if it is a neurotic form anyway

medication is prescribed correction plus classes conducted

psychologist and speech therapist It is important to remember that whatever form

stuttering was not primarily needed as a you can call a specialist before

because the long existence of the logo is not for facilitating the creation of

hearth in the brain and this duplication of speech may persist

for a long time if in 35 years the prognosis is favorable for the children

adolescence who retreated from the treatment system and for a long time

have made some kind of peace already difficult this problem to identify and treat and so

important and that remember the passion logo neurosis is primarily a protective

mode as soon as the child they began to stumble, we turn to

We try not to try a slow experimental speech ask the child not to look like

his speech changed the whole day try to speak slowly in a whisper to

chanting for two words as if slowing down and holding out his own speech

let's go eat toys do not encourage the child to communicate

there are in this period we take lessons additional classes with

speech therapist classes in all kinds of circles and

sections we try not to ask much questions because the baby's age

three years the frequent reason is fast The fast speech of the word speaking further we

create a favorable psychological The home environment should be off

phone TV computer must be friendly relations with family members

slow and calm speech between friend do not worry about not demanding

child does not show his excitement and interest in the problem often

parents of such children have hyperproductive properties

character, that is, they try to find the cause is expressed by the excitement of all the nevar

unreasonable doubts about We are afraid of casting, so this is hyper

protection leads only to the strengthening of stuttering stop worrying all this

Therefore, it is not necessary to terrorize his baby and so on that we

still have to take day mode sufficient sleep

ten to eleven o'clock timely walks enough

fresh air and help properly to the kid in dialogue not to talk it

do not say much to say for him and so for

taking care of the baby's speech seem neurologist neurologist will pick up

you are competent treatment then you visit speech therapist

a speech therapist passes you respiratory gymnastics teaches correctly

relax and breathe more hobby we use a session with a psychologist that

is a psychologist and an expert who just

removes neurotic manifestations wrong breathing is such a device

called logo boss with axis tax training

the correct rhythm is restored and free breath and a free sigh and

correct operation of diaphragmatic muscles the diaphragm of the musculature further we advise

Required hardware correction methods such as micro-polarization is

microcurrent reflexotherapy in zones A brochure with a calming purpose and audio

training song bright which also promotes a slow, smooth

relaxed breathing relaxation this is a complex therapy with and

friendly home environment and medicinal effects and

hardware correction methods using psychologist logopedic training

creates a favorable outcome and a quick recovery so if you

felt signs of wrong very fast talking or remembering immediately contact specialist

Thank you for attention

Myth 18: Period Apps Can Tell You When You're Fertile - Duration: 1:03.

Welcome back!

Today I'm debunking myth #18.

Period apps can you tell you when you're fertile.

The truth

Not all apps are created equal.

Did you know there are nearly 100 apps that allow women to track their menstrual cycles

and are being used to prevent pregnancy?

Well, this is what you need to know.

Only some apps use evidence-based fertility awareness methods

which is where you'll get the effectiveness that rivals the birth control pill.

Beware the predictions!

Apps that simply ask you to log when you get your period and then predict when you're fertile,

well that's just the good ol', ineffective, outdated Rhythm Method

disguised in fancy, dancy app technology.

The apps you want to look for don't predict your fertility

or at least they give you the option to turn that off.

And they allow you to record evidence-based signs of fertility

like cervical mucus and basal body temperature.

So don't rely on an app to do that for you.

You know your body best.

How To Protect Garden Beds - Duration: 3:50.

hi and thanks for joining me this episode of monster MTV today I'm

talking about a real simple one but it's often overlooked it's garden beds and

often people spend a lot of money and time and getting the right plants the

landscaping right and we forget about where things go wrong and often that

contributes to dampness problems inside the home either through efflorescence we

get that what that white salt staining that can happen on brickwork or in a

worst-case scenario that the salt dam from the dentist troubles inside and you

find it underneath your carpets or timber floors inside so what's really

important is that when you are planning your garden bed before you go in

landscape it look at sealing it first so you can see this garden bed here it's a

unique one but there's a tile stone finish on this wall and you've got a

brick face there so prior to this going down you would see these photos now

we're a product that's used to waterproof that foundation footing and

the wall surface pride to the tiles going on there so it's just a real

simple waterproof membrane that's subtle for the tiles to be fixed to it and that

membrane will stop any moisture that gets through the grout joints or even

underneath the tile and back into the footing to prevent any that's that

dentin as it can come inside because easier is obviously a lot of you

would have your timers with your drippers or your sprinkler systems on

top so they're always quite damp and when you've got retained dampness is

where you actually have people underestimate how much moisture is

absorbed through things like the pillory actually goes back into the brickwork on

that brick wall there where you've got the soil line you should always take the

same a similar type membrane you put under the tiles up to the height of

where the soil line goes with the brickwork you don't want that membrane

to damage or take away the the nice feature of the brickwork and above the

soil line you use things like make it seal it where you you would spray that

onto the wall surface and so you'll see that has that

curling effect you recall the video we did a few months ago but you'll see

those images now however it has that repelling effect on the brickwork so as

water hits it it dispenses off it doesn't actually absorb in and that's

going to stop that f4 essence that's staining because whether it's winter we

got lots of rain well you're the Sun months we always get these sprinklers in

your drippers on that's always going to create a pocket for moisture you know

people tend to underestimate dampness there's a lot of different products in

the market always when you're selecting these membranes or sealers think of

things like how hazardous those contents are because if you've got a solvent

based bitumen that you might be using it's not good with plant life because

chemicals are coming to the soil so use products that are non hazardous either

water-based or solvent free and make sure that they will not absorb anything

back into the soil that's going to damage your plants because sometimes

people look at their plant life sent this color it's not either growing or

it's not performing as they expected and it's things like sealers and membranes

they put around the perimeter that actually contributes it's like a water

tank where you've got water coming getting affected all around contaminated

and believe me that happens at the source or on earth so really important

then you plan that out before you go and do all this sort of great work with the

landscaping side you get it right and you're gonna learn lovely garden bed and

this is one little pop-up corner but I know you'll see these images now where

you've got garden beds go around criminals of home planter boxes the same

story think about that get that right and

you've got a garden bed for life that need EMS I'll see you next time

you
