DIY Butter Slime! 2 Methods With Clay and Corn Starch | No Borax | How To Make Best Butter Slime! - Duration: 10:16.

hello beautiful people! I am diandra and today we're going to be making butter

slime. so we will be using Elmer's school glue and 1/2 cup measuring cup. first,

we're going to pour a half of a cup of glue into our mixing bowl. then we are

going to take half of a teaspoon of baking soda and mix that into our glue.

now we're going to add food coloring. we want to have a beautiful butter color, so

I'm using yellow food coloring. and we will mix that into our glue. now we are

going to be adding contact solution. I will be adding in two teaspoons of

contact solution to the glue and then of course we will mix that together. and now

the fun part...we're going to be adding in cornstarch. so the cornstarch is going to

give us that nice matte texture and that nice thick texture- kind of like butter.

so we're going to be adding about one cup of cornstarch into our slime. and then, of

course, we're going to go ahead and knead that in. it will take a while

before all of this begins to really blend in with the slime- but it will work

so just keep kneading and keep mixing.

and by the way, if your slime starts to kind of melt a little bit, don't worry

about that. that's just some kind of reaction that takes place. just keep

mixing- it will become the perfect butter slime in the end. so fun and messy. it's

like baking. so as you can see, I got most of it to mix in with the slime and I'm

just getting the excess out of the bowl. and for the remainder of the corn

starch, just make sure to get that off of your fingers- unless you like to be messy haha.

and I'm just going to keep stretching that out. it feels absolutely soft.

it feels so so amazing. I would love if you guys could feel this butter slime

texture. and there we have it. it is perfectly blended. and now we can go

ahead and play with it. it's just amazing!

it's so stretchy. as you can see, it maintains its texture and its mold, which

I really love about butter slime. so this would probably be my favorite kind of

slime- butter slime. and of course, we want to do the knife. we want to cut our

beautiful butter slime with a knife. look at it. it's so so so nice!

and even when I move it about, you can see how it just sits in place.

it's absolutely perfect. look at it. it's so nice and stretchy, but it maintains its

slimy texture and that's what we love. and that's what we want. so yes,

cornstarch butter slime is absolutely amazing you guys. but we still have

another recipe I want it to get ready to show you guys. so let's just stay tuned

for the next one. now, for this one, we will be using glue again and another

half cup measuring cup. so we'll pour that 1/2 cup of glue into our mixing bowl.

and then, of course, we're going to just take mixing sticks and get the remainder

of the glue out

we're going to use our baking soda and we're going to use a 1/2 teaspoon of

that baking soda and pour it into our glue. and mix that in.

and, of course, we're going to add in our food coloring. so I want to use yellow again

so I can get the beautiful butter color.

and we have this nice vibrant bright yellow which is great. so now we're going

to add shaving cream. for this one, you want to make it nice and fluffy. so yeah

go ahead and mix in about 1/2 a cup to 1/4 cup of shaving cream.

okay so that is all nice and mixed in. now it's time for the contact solution.

so we're going to be adding in 1 teaspoon of contact solution to this recipe.

and then we're going to just mix that together. now, it won't form a complete

slime- it will be very very sticky. and we want it like that on purpose.

and we are going to be adding in our model magic clay for this slime you

guys! so that's why we wanted it to be sticky. as you can see this model magic

clay is very very much like slime. but obviously more of a clay texture. so let's mix that into our slime.

it's very sticky but don't worry it will blend you after a while.

and there we have it you guys! it is now completely mixed together. and there

it is. beautiful butter slime with clay. and, of course, I'm going to just cut it

again- because it's absolutely fun. it's like, you take a knife and you cut your butter.

so yep, you can definitely play with your butter slime as much as you want. it is so fun.

the texture is absolutely satisfying you guys. that's the best I can put it.
