Action!

What steps do I do to build up my confidence?

What a great question.

Oh man.

Just before I go on stage, I start sweating and get crazy butterflies.

You get a little bit of nerves and you have to take a deep breath.

Before I go on stage, I just remember that there's always songs that people will sing along with me.

People are out there for you, so just go out there and have a good time.

My band will make horrible jokes. We will dance.

I just have to make fun of myself. I'm very self-deprecating.

To build our confidence before a performance is probably this right here:

Yeah!

We usually just bump Nicki Minaj or Kayne West just to get us hyped before we go on stage.

Just get the nerves out, the little jitters.

Goku's 3 Levels of Mastering Ultra Instinct- Dragon Ball Super - Duration: 11:39.

Ultra Instinct in Real Life:

Ultra Instinct is a state which allows one's body to act before their mind.

Users can automatically react to any threat without the need to acknowledge it and their

body can adapt while in battle on its own.

It's like if you go Ultra Instinct, it would mean your body in a way would become conscious.

Your hands, legs, fingers and so on will move on its own, instantly as per the requirements

in combats.

I find it fascinating how this is actually a real life concept, used by martial artists,

fighters, athletes and also even people of other fields.

For example, in martial arts there's a concept called Mushin meaning Empty Mind, which is

almost similar to Ultra Instinct.

It's defined as a point, when a person relies not on what they think should be the next

move, but what is their trained natural reaction (or instinct) or what is felt intuitively.

If you simply look at the likes of Bruce Lee or Muhammad Ali, and how they fought you can

see that principle on display, and they all talked about it too.

I love it when Toriyama includes such concepts in Dragon

Ball, Goku also used Bruce Lee's one inch punch previously vs Frieza, and that was also

fun to watch.

I'll talk more about Ultra Instinct and what we have similar to it in real world,

in another video, but in this one we'll go through the 3 times Goku used Ultra Instinct

in Dragon Ball Super till Episode 128, knowing that Goku will be mastering it with a transformation

in Episode 129.

So, let's check how he progressed in his 3 attempts.

The First Ultra-

Goku had used everything he had, he broke his then known limit by going Kaio-Ken times

20, he used Spirit Bomb, but all of that failed vs Jiren The Grey.

When the Spirit Bomb was countered by Jiren, and Goku had to deal with his own most powerful

attack, it turned into a blessing.

According to Whis, Goku accomplished this by breaking the "shell" (his utmost limits

to be exact) to his deeper potential, after his willpower collides with the Universe 7's

Spirit Bomb.

Anyways the form had totally boosted Goku's performance, while he wasn't even able to

touch Jiren properly before, It is after achieving UI he landed a clear blow on him, and was

able to dodge most of his attacks.

In this form, he was even getting stronger as he fights; his friends noticed how he changed

drastically.

I mean he had to, this is a Godly Level power, and even the Gods struggle to perfect it.

However, Goku eventually starts burning through this power, and ultimately gets put down by

Jiren.

What's interesting about him going Ultra for the first time was, he was absolutely

clueless about how he got it and what he was doing with it.

It was like a dream to him, heck Goku didn't even talk while he was in that state, and

he could barely remember it after gaining back consciousness, to a point where we see

Frieza explaining to him how splendid it was.

In short, Goku didn't know any specific method of gaining it back even if he wanted

to, it wasn't up to him.

Attempt 2- Ulta Instinct Reborn vs Kefla

As Goku breaks through his 'self-limiting shell' for the second time, and gains back

Ultra Instinct power he gets to understand it better.

First, when he awakened it again, he was more conscious than before, he didn't need as

much of a desperate situation with a spirit bomb as before, but still he wasn't able

to do it just by wanting it like a Super Saiyan transformation or something like that.

Contrary to his first attempt, Goku was seen talking this time around and also power up

signifying better control.

However, one weakness was exposed to us this time, which is although Goku had a good hold

of defense, in this form his attacks weren't as effective.

Because he was still unable to let his body take over his mind, when it came to attacking,

as he was thinking and strategizing how he wants to attack.

Although Goku was able to get the job done pretty well, with an ultra finisher Kamehameha,

we knew there was at least this one problem that had to be solved the next time.

So, basically in the 2nd time, Goku was more conscious, had better control off it, but

still he was yet to get full control over it or being able to access the form, absolutely

by his will.

Also lacking, like not being able to utilize Ultra Instinct to its full extent when it

came to attacking was highlighted.

Attempt 3- Ulta Instinct Mastery

Goku is totally out of his energy.

Android 17 sacrificed himself to save them, and then Vegeta took the stand for him, gave

him time to recover, and finally gave his last bits of energy to Goku before getting

eliminated.

At this point in time, Goku realizes all of his Universe put all their trust on him, and

he just can't let them down.

As he is cornered by Jiren, he starts hearing voices of his loved ones in his head, and

he knew there's only one thing he has to do to get out of this situation, and lives

up to their trust.

Ultra Instinct!

And he does exactly that, dodges Jiren's attack faster than anything, and connect a

brutal punch and giving a very rare look of pain on Jiren's face.

What's special about this 3rd time going Ultra in comparison to his first 2 is, this

time more or less he gained back access to the form by Will.

He was thinking of it, he wanted a power-up, and he fired up his Ultra power.

I wouldn't say he totally can do it by will instantly but he is pretty close to that.

So the biggest problem is already out of the way.

Now, he did this at the very end of Episode 128, but from multiple sources, revealed spoilers,

we know that this 3rd run will end up in him mastering Ultra Instinct; we even got the

first glimpse from Episode 129 Preview.

This is more like taking it to a transformation level, Goku will now unlock this Ultimate

transformation with perfected Ultra Instinct where he has this glowy white-silverish hair.

This will also eliminate the one problem that was highlighted in his second UI run.

Yes, I am talking about attacks.

Although Goku's defense and dodging was lit!

His attacks weren't up to the up mark, but this time around as he masters it, most likely

that one big problem will be solved.

And oh boy, it will be so much fun to finally see Goku giving Jiren a beating he absolutely

deserves.

We are going to see The Strongest Goku ever going full savage on Jiren The Grey, the one

who is blind beyond strength.

The deeper yet basic concept is, initially Goku's body felt the rush to dodge and defend

in order to survive, but as the Battle for survival is at the verge of the end, as they

are driving near destruction.

Goku's body realizes, survival now doesn't only mean defense or isn't limited to just

dodging dangerous attacks, but also attacking and taking down the danger.

The Instinct of Goku's body is now prepared to go full intense on the source of Danger

that being Jiren!

Well, guys that's about all for now.

How To Do A Slingshot - Duration: 3:47.

Today we are learning how to do the slingshot.

Whats going on?

Little dap!

Camps and Online Soccer Academy.

plus free videos and register for an OSA Soccer Camp near you!

The slingshot is an attacking move designed to slow down defenders and put them on their

heels as you blow past them.

Key Points!

Key Point One.

Push the Ball Back.

With your leading foot push the ball back towards your non leading foot.

Your leading foot is the foot that is out in front of you when you are dribbling.

When you push the ball back use the inside of your foot.

Your ankle should be locked and your toe up to increase your control.

Remember it's a small push towards your non leading foot.

Not a kick!

Key Point Two.

Pass the Ball Forward.

With your non leading foot pass the ball forward.

Your ankle should be locked, your toe should be up and you want to hit the ball in the

middle of your foot.

Hit the ball here, not here on the base of your toe.

If you hit the ball on the base of your toe that will push your toe back when you make

contact causing the ball to not have as much power in the pass forward.

If you hit the ball in the middle of your foot when you pass forward it will have more

power.

Key Point Three.

Take a Big Pass Forward.

Do you want a little pass or a big pass?

A big pass!

Not 50 yards forward!

Pass the ball forward five to six steps in front of you to create space between you and

the defender.

Key Point Four.

Change Pace.

Make sure to accelerate and run fast after the ball.

Soccer is a game of changing speeds.

Not fast all the time, not slow all the time.

At OSA we will like to say don't gansta walk it after your touch!

Key Point Five.

Turn Your Shoulders.

To help sell your slingshot turn your shoulders as if you are about to change directions from

forwards to backwards when you take your touch with your leading foot.

It should look like this.

You don't need to go all dance party on them!

But, turn your shoulders when you start your slingshot.

Exercise to Practice.

You will need two cones and a ball.

First lets start off getting your body use to how the slingshot feels.

Set up two cones a small distance apart.

From a standstill bring your leading foot up to the top cone, turning your shoulders

towards the side and keep your non leading foot at the back cone, then do the slingshot

motion and imagine pushing the ball back and passing it forward.

Now try it again.

Make sure you turn your shoulders.

Once comfortable set the ball up by the top cone and do the slingshot with the ball, but

from a stand still.

After you do your move, accelerate forward and start over.

After you've done a few do the slingshot from a light dribble.

As you feel confident, increase your dribbling speed.

Have some fun!

Whats Wrong!

If your pass forward isn't going forward five to six steps in front of you, you are

probably making contact near the base of your toe causing your ankle to be loose when you

take your touch.

Remember to lock your ankle, point your toe up and make contact with the middle of your

foot, not the base of your toe.

Bonus Tip!

Dribbling at a medium ish pace is a good time to try a slingshot.

I don't recommend being in a full sprint and trying this move.

It'd probably be called an ACL if you tried it going 100 miles an hour!

Options for using music in your videos - Duration: 3:43.

Hi, I'm Josh, and today I'm going to talk about an issue most creators face at one point or another:

how you can find music to use in your YouTube videos.

Copyright can definitely be confusing, and if you've tried using music before in your

videos, you may have received Content ID claims.

I'm going to tell you about how that works, and some of the different options you have.

First off, a little background.

Why can't you just pick any song, put it in your video, and upload it to YouTube?

Well, the artists who write and perform music, and the companies they work with, own the

copyright to their own songs.

That means that they generally have the right to control how other people use their music.

One of the ways that artists make money is by selling licenses to people who want to use their song.

Sometimes it's easy to find out how to purchase a license, but not always.

And there's no guarantee you'll be able to do so.

That's why YouTube created the Audio Library, to help you find music that's free to use

in your videos -- that means you can even monetize videos that include any of these songs.

The Audio Library also has free sound effects for you to use.

We're always expanding the Library to include more content in different styles.

There's lots of other music available online, from royalty-free tracks to sites that let

you generate an original song.

Whatever you use, be sure to read the terms and conditions very carefully.

Not everyone means the same thing when they say "royalty-free," and in some cases,

you could still end up with a Content ID claim.

You might also be surprised to receive a Content ID claim for music that you composed and performed yourself.

If you release music through a label or distributor, that company may use Content ID, or be working

with a 3rd party, to claim YouTube videos that include their music.

Check with your distributor to understand the terms of your deal and how you should

handle the claim.

If you perform covers of other artists' songs, you can often split revenue from your

video with the songwriter.

YouTube's Music Policy Directory will show you the policies set by the song owner for

many popular songs.

For instance, some videos may not be available in specific countries if they contain certain music.

The answer may be different if a video contains a particular track, or if you perform your

own cover of it.

But keep in mind that the information in the Directory isn't a license, and it's not

a guarantee: the owner's policy could change at any time.

Here are a few more things to know about music on YouTube.

Are you thinking of posting a walkthrough of your favorite video game?

You could end up with a Content ID claim, either for the game you're playing or for

any background music in the game.

Look up the game publisher's terms and conditions for uploading gameplay on their website, and

consider muting the game while you play.

You might also want to consider checking the Music Policy Directory or muting your video

if it includes music incidentally -- say, the radio is playing in your car -- even if

the music playing is brief and low quality.

In some cases, when your video receives a Content ID claim for music, you can remove

the song and the restrictions that come with it.

You can even replace the soundtrack with tracks from the Audio Library.

And if you're creating your own music, be careful about sampling other songs.

You can't necessarily rely on fair use here.

You'll want to learn more about how fair use works, and you may even wish to speak

to a lawyer.

Your local Bar Association may operate a free or low-cost lawyer referral service where

you can speak with an attorney.

If you're based in the United States, one service like that is California Lawyers for the Arts.

Thanks for watching.

I hope this helps you understand what to do the next time you upload a video with music in it.

this video I'll show you someone who started 17 months ago and how his

statistics are really fantastic so I started this 90 days ago making one

video a day I plan to do that for a hundred and twenty days and then go to

maybe four videos a week so let's have a look at the statistics on this first

page then this is my channel exploring avenues and I started it on 12th

November but I actually uploaded the first video on the 21st

so roughly 90 days ago and you can see that here the views have gone up to

about a hundred a day here the duration is about three minutes and watch time

has gone up to about five hours a day so that's actually five hours of video of

mine being watched each day so I'm pretty happy with that and it keeps

increasing so it's looking good if we come down I've got lots of likes here

132 likes I've got 40 subscribers and it's all going in the right direction

you can see the graph here the subscribers especially in the last month

has really gone up and the number of likes has really gone up so I'm happy

with all that the other thing I'm looking at all the time is which videos

are doing best and it seems to be the ones about stock photography there are a

lot of ones here this first one the third one and here's another one about

selling photos another one there so the ones about stock photography are doing

really well and the other ones about information about living or traveling to

Thailand seem to be doing quite well so I'll keep continuing with those but I'm

also going to do other types of video and you never know which one

is actually gonna do really well in the end so I'll look at the popular ones do

more of those but then add some other different ones in and then just keep

working on that if you look at this second page then this is comparing this

month or the last 28 days with the previous 28 days so 18th of January to

14th of Feb comparing it with December to January and you can see it's

just a lot more the graphs here this is the red one is the previous month and

then this is this month the blue one so the views have gone up from 469 to 1400

that's about three times the amount or more the average duration that people

watch your video has gone up from nearly three minutes to three and a half

minutes and the number of watch time minutes has gone up from 1300 to 5,000

so that's nearly four times the amount and you can see that on the graphs here

as well so I'm really happy with that that in the last month it's done really

well and you can also see that with the likes and the subscribers so the likes

have gone from 21 in the month last month to 93 this month that's about

three likes a day the shares have gone up from two shares to eight shares in

the month and subscribers have gone up from about one every ten days to one

every day so it's really going in the right direction it's all headed upwards

I want to show that these statistics are not a fluke I originally started this

channel here blogvisuals and I made 50 videos this was in September and

really September October I made these for two months and you can see here that

the same thing happened it really shot up but when I stopped making new videos

it just stayed the same and you can see here I actually got up to about seven

hours of video watched a day so it's not a fluke if you just keep making videos

then you get more and more subscribers and more watch time you can see down

here that even though I stopped making the videos

I'm still getting more and more subscribers and actually more now than I

did originally and the same with the likes the likes is going up as well so

let's show you where I got this idea from and it was from a guy called Miles

Beckler he's been doing this now for about 17 months and we can look at his

statistics here he made this video in about December I think it was or end of

November and he was comparing his statistics for September to November in

2017 to about the same period the year before and he started his channel about

end of July or August of 2016 so his first three months he was getting these

views and it looks like nothing on here but it was actually 25,000 minutes for

that three months if you look at his statistics at the end of last year the

end of 2017 this is for three months he got three million minutes watched so

that's over a million minutes a month watched on his channel another thing you

can see is that his watch time went from four minutes per video to over 6

minutes nearly seven minutes of video so everything's going really well for him

and he brings out these statistics about every three months so I'll update you

when he brings the next one out so in summary it's really all about making

more and more videos the more videos you make the more views you get the more

duration you get per video and the more watch time you get

Geocaching nybörjar info med Geovloggen - Duration: 6:06.

Welcome to today's geovlog

We'll show you what geocaching is all about

because I take care of another instagram account this week

Today we are in Åbyskogen

just outside of Norrköping

where we aim to find 2 caches

We go further into the woods

Away to a place called "calmness"

By the one who has put out the cache

hang on

To keep the mood up when children come along

Is it good to play games

We usually play hide and seek

or "under the wings of the hawk came"

As we intended to play now

are you with me?

Under the wings of the hawk came

What color?

Red

I have red here

I'll go

Do you have red?

I have a little red Then I will take you

Now I'll take you

Where are you going?

You succeeded

Using various apps or terrain gps

do you find out where to go

There is also a description, where it says what the site / cache is about

In this case, it is a place called "calmness"

At the bottom of the glotterns beach

There are also writings in the mountain

They are a little hard to see it

I'll read you what it says

(On the mountain there is something in old Swedish, I do not translate it.)

This is what I think is good with geocaching, you come to places you would not otherwise visit

You can read more about the location on the sign.

Now we will find out the cache that is about 12 meters from here.

There are caches in different sizes

Today I have a pet tube as an example

But it's fun with some bigger caches

then there is the smaller, (nano)

the one we were looking for today

was of a different size, and looks like this.

It's called bison

and we have looked everywhere for it, see here.

Honestly, I got a hint of CO (cache owner)

CO is the person who posted the cache

I called him, because this one was a bit clever.

We'll open this one

In this there is a small logbook

a small strip

where you write

your name and date

It is possible to write a little story about having been there.

we were here a cold february evening

searched for 20 minutes without finding anything

Now I have written in our username

and now we will go back to the car

or if we find something more

Once a cache has been found

You put it back in the same place as you found it.

where did you find it then? I'm not going to say that

When you sit there at home and plan what caches you should take

you do not see how the terrain looks, it can be difficult when you get out

The thought from the beginning was to take two caches

but we are enjoying ourselves with one

It took a moment to look for this

we go home instead

thank you

See you again soon

follow me on instagram or facebook - geovloggen

and please press subscribe and I will be very happy :)

bye!

ideas for recycled percussion instruments - Duration: 9:45.

Hello

so, I wanted to show you what we are preparing

for the Earth Week percussion workshop

of recycled instruments, in El Gouna.

Firstly, this is a spoon. Well, two spoons.

You have to put something here and fix with a tape, and do like this:

I love this because you can combine it with a shaker

Okay. To the shakers.

Because this is an industrial one.

This is a very easy one.

Just some beer caps

and a kind of stick

and a string.

It's cute, and nice to make. And has a good sound.

For the shakers, of course, we have several different ones

It looks quite good, even, because

you can use two different kinds of rope

This is something like a hard plastic

Just fold it and put something in it and sew it together.

So

for shakers plenty of different options you can use food cans like this and when you

When it's empty you can even replace this part with another material like plastic or something

And like that you will have different sound like this and like this

that I cannot show you but I guess you can imagine and

things like this tin cans

Even be the top, so easily you

can fill them with

small stones or anything, I'm using rice now

just put some in it

Depending on what you put in and how is your can

you can get like a soft sound

Or you can get

a really rough sound as well

For example with this

Typical alcoholic drinks' commercial box

and in these ones i put just hazelnuts

but you can do it with small stores or just

Whatever, small pieces of plastic, something we find for recycling

There is a really nice one that is natural from coconut you just have to take care,

maybe saw it

Maybe if you are selling or having

Cocktails served in coconut you can save a lot of them and

And then there are much more beautiful ways of putting this back

After putting something in it for example I put

seeds it in it, like big and

Hard seeds of some kind of tree which makes this nice sound

okay, so with the shakers we have infinite options and

I think they can be very great especially if you have a big variety of them

And the kids usually love it and it's easy to learn

And it's quite important

In a batucada band it's very important to have shakers

It's underrated and it shouldn't be

then, there are many things from the kitchen that we can use

This is a kind of baking form

It has a special form

Actually, it doesn't even have to be thrown away or anything

We can just borrow it as well because it can be used after

I'm going to try to get some used drumsticks that i will take

But if not, then pretty much anything can work

even a wooden spoon for example

this is great because of the special shape

but any kind of kitchen object can

make a good sound

just by hitting it

Apart from this, I was thinking that of course we need bass

For example something like this bucket

I like buckets because you can make a bass sound with the middle

And you can make some snare sound or other sound with this

I was checking a video of this guy Edward Black Rose

And he has a video of how to make a really nice instrument

out of coke bottles, but i am using this now.

The main point is that you have to apply a

Something for a bicycle from the tube

into the cap and

I will make these I will try to make eight of them so far I managed one

It's pretty hard to get all the things for it and to get it really tight

But I managed one so I will manage more

And then the point is that you can tune it so

Like now, it's it's pretty tight. It's full of air so the pressure is big

And you can actually tune it to different levels, so that's why I'm gonna make eight

where we are we have to just

get the coke bottles because coke bottles are maybe the best

they have a good shape for this probably as I saw any video

it works pretty well because it doesn't have this for example which might affect the sound quite much and

If we put more together and tuned them for a good scale

We can get a really good instrument, and how you tune it is that basically the tighter

It is the higher the pitch is so I'm just gonna

Let some air out, look

Can you see? now the pitch is going down

Yeah as I said, this is not the best but we will fing good ones

So I'm going to try to make these

And that's pretty much it so far

The spoons can be borrowed, they will not have any damage and

We need some tape some stuff between to make this make the

Distance I used coins, but we can use any kind of recycled plastic and so on

Thank you

What is Alpha - Alpha Finance - Portfolio Alpha - Duration: 2:31.

last week we looked at beta and how it can be used to help select investments

today we are looking at Alpha and how you can use it to help pick good funds

to invest in. stick around until the end because I've got an important warning to

consider when using alpha. let's get started.

alpha is used to measure performance on a risk-adjusted basis. what does this

mean? let's look at an example you have two funds fund one and fund two

the goal of both funds is to beat the S&P 500 and both of those funds are

taking similar investment risks fund 1 has an alpha of 2.5 in fund 2 has an

alpha of -1 let's imagine that the S&P 500 returned 10% this past year

the S&P 500 would have an alpha of 0 since it is the benchmark. zero is

considered the baseline with alpha. since fund one has a positive alpha we know

that it has a return greater than the 10% that the S&P 500 Returned. Fund 1 had a

return of 12.5% that 2.5% greater than the S&P 500 that is the Alpha created by

the fund meanwhile fund 2 returned 9% not a bad return but since the S&P 500

returned 10% and had similar risks the Alpha generated was actually negative

meaning you could have invested in the benchmark taking a similar amount of

investment risk and returned more you may have seen a website called seeking

alpha this is the premise behind the name if you generate alpha in your

portfolio it means you are generating more returns for a similar amount of

risk the warning I mentioned at the beginning of the video is tied to this

concept of risk you shouldn't really compare the alpha of two different TYPES

of funds because there are each tied to their own respective benchmarks so for

example you shouldn't compare the Alpha of a bond fund to the alpha of a growth

stock fund comparing these two would offer very little useful information you

want to compare funds that are taking similar types of risk then alpha helps

but if two different funds have two different risk profiles then alpha

should be used to compare to help with

investment decisions if you have any questions about the world of investing

any suggestions on videos please post in the comments below and please subscribe

as we continue to update with new videos every week thank you
