you either eat everything raw, or you fry all your food.

Forever skipping the oats or skipping the quinoa?
I would skip the quinoa.
Because I do a lot of things with oats.
Like baking.

You attend a kickboxing training from 6 to 8 in the morning, 7 times per week,

Then I would choose dancing.
Because I love dancing.
But I hear music right now too, so that means I also have to dance right now?

I think Leonardo DiCaprio.
He is not as good looking as ten years ago.
But he does so many good things.
I would love to sit together with him and talk about food.
He recently launched a vegan burger.

He is really passionate about climate change.

What is your favorite cuisine?
I think the Peruvian cuisine.
Plus, I love curries.

That is very difficult.
But you can eat tempeh.

I would love to go see the elephants in Kenia.

What did you study?
I have a Bachelor of Social Work, and studied SPH (Residential Social Work and Pedagogical Services),
I wanted to get to know people.
Then I worked in an obese clinic.
After that I studied nutrition.
and hormonal studies.
That is all about hormones.

How did that transition go?
Yes, that is interesting to explain.
I would love to hear about that.
I started with the social studies.
I first lived here for a while.
Then I did the social studies.
And gained a lot of knowledge about people.
Then I started working at the obese clinic.
Then I really wanted to start a line with Kombucha.
So I started brewing Kombucha.
That went very well.
So I started selling it to restaurants.
Then I started blogging.
So I started my blog to promote the Kombucha.
But that went so well.
Then I started working for Glamour.
That is nice.
I wrote blogs for Glamour Magazine, as a columnist.
After that I started with my first book.
The book was so successful,
that I gave up the Kombucha dream.
It was also just too much work.
Then I had my own practice.
In which I guided people.
But I eventually stopped that too because the books were a lot of work.
So, yes, that is my whole story.
Interesting.
Now I want to build an empire. I would love to.
To help, guide and inspire even more people.
That is what I live for.
What is your favorite pizza topping?
That is a difficult one.
I have more than one.
But I think cheese.
I love goat cheese.
