project's forward and with that let's check out our top 5 picks for

Kickstarter February 2018 at number 5 the Lost Cave of the Ozarks first up for

February and looking to secure relatively modest sum of one and a half

thousand US dollars as this video goes to air it's well on its way to reaching

that particular goal line The Lost Cave of the Ozarks is a gorgeous looking

hand-painted puzzle platformer that will have you hunting for a non earthling

dark secrets from within a long-lost cave the game will feature an inter

Grip, Wrist and Forearm Strength | EP9 | [Home Workout for MUSCLE GAIN] - Duration: 5:32.

okay guys, welcome back to episode 9 of home workout for muscle gain, we are

using only floor and parallel bars to gain muscle at home, let's go.

ok, guys so the first exercise in this routine which will be for strength of your forearms,

wrists and your grip will be push ups on the fists, but what you need to do - you

have to squeeze your fists a lot, so let's do this ' it can hurt a little bit,

but with time you get used it, or you can do it on the carpet and you do five to

eight repetitions.

okay, after that you do the following exercise - so in this case I will use the

parallel bar, but you can also use something a bit heavier, but I will show

you how that exercise looks - basically you take something, in this case parallel

bar like this and you rotate it, you can rotate it in the air or you can also put

your elbow on something, so let's say I sometimes do it with a kettlebell and of

course in case of a kettlebell I would need to support my elbow with something.

but you can start with something lighter as this and as you progress you can move

on to heavier things, but basically you do these moves with this move which helps

you develop strength in your forearm, just don't forget to warm up your arms

and your wrists before doing this exercise, okay. the next exercise will be

for finger strength, okay. so you do pushups on your fingers,

also five to eight push-ups it will help your fingers get stronger, it may seem

hard or unusual at first if you don't feel enough strength you can simply hold

it, do holds on your fingers and then as you feel confident you will do the

actual push-ups and the fourth exercise will be the

following, basically you get into the plank position and then you

pick yourself up with a forearm.

it's similar to one of the exercises that we showed you before, but still this

one is a little bit different, because you have your arms together, so don't

forget to do ten rounds of these exercises and with the exercise

that I showed you for the wrists of course you have to do it for both arms.

Legs Routine - Cant Walk EP10 Home Workout For MUSCLE Gain - Duration: 4:28.

welcome back to the 10th episode of home workout for muscle gain and in this

episode we'll show you the second routine for legs and I promise you that

you will feel your legs a lot let's go.

ok, so our routine for legs will start with the following exercise, so basically you need to do the sit up and then

immediately you do wide sit up, so this is one repetition and you need to do 20

of this - let's go.

once you finish 20 repetitions of this exercise, then you do duck walk, okay, so

probably you are familiar with this exercise, you can do it at home, basically

you need to walk in the following order - let's say you can do three small circles.

okay, after you do it - the next exercise will be similar to the first exercise,

but you do sit up and then side lunge, okay.

so this is how it looks you do sit up up and then side lunge, sit up and then side lunge.

sit up side lunge, sit up side lunge, sit up side lunge, sit up

side lunge. so when you do sit up side lunge - it's one repetition, so you need to

do 20 repetitions total of this exercise. and then the fourth will be static and

you need to hold yourself in a 90 degree position for approximately 20- 30 seconds.

if you feel that is difficult you can hold yourself against the wall, but

obviously is better if you hold yourself just without supporting, so it will it

will be really more difficult this way. so, you need to do five to ten rounds of

this routine. this routine is quite intense, because sit ups the first and

third exercise include 20 repetitions, so if you feel that it's

really difficult do 5 rounds but if you can go for more I would suggest that you

do 10 rounds and then you will see that even in home conditions you will get

your legs to work a lot. and even with 30-40 minutes of time invested you will

get a great functional workout at home. ok, so I will see you in the next episode,

Peña Nieto cancels US trip over wall dispute - Duration: 0:53.

Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto reportedly called off a trip to the White House after

a not-so-friendly border wall conversation with President Donald Trump, according to

an administration official.

The Washington Post first reported that Peña Nieto halted the trip after Trump refused

to publicly state that Mexico will not fund his border wall during a phone call last week.

The Trump administration asked Congress for $18 billion to fund construction of the wall

last month.

But Trump still insists Mexico will pay for it.

Trump repeatedly promised on the campaign trail that Mexico would fund a barrier along

the U.S.-Mexico border, though he's also said that payment might come "indirectly" from

trade negotiations.

Mexico's Foreign Ministry has repeatedly said it won't fund a wall.

all right so back in November last year back in November of 2017 fellow car

photographer from really other side of the world by the way has a great

channel, Moe with fantastic tips you can check out his link below but he posted

10 car photographers that that he admires that he thinks you should follow

on Instagram here are 10 more photographers you should follow the

first photographer would be a William Walker his work fantastic work he is a

graduate of the Brooks Institute of Photography that's in Santa Barbara so

he is based out of Los Angeles but he has some great photos Ford GT photos some

of the new McLaren 720s so check him out

next up is Andrew link and Andrews work fantastic work and the first time I

discovered Andrews work was from some of the research I was doing on light

painting and light painting a car I did see a kind of found a video that he

worked with with Westcott to light paint a Porsche 911 next up is Philipp and I

believe it's pronounced Rupprecht Philipp Rupprecht he's based out of Munich and

his work very very very nice work he has some moody shots he has a quite the

variation and really of the autos the automobiles that he shoots from Zondas

the Mercedes W25 to F1 cars these photos are really really amazing

fantastic work

next one is Mark Riccioni he does have access to a lot of different cars and

that's probably from really being a photographer for Top Gear magazine and

with his work it's fantastic he does some great work and should really follow

on Instagram because he's very very consistent and has numerous new posts on

Instagram as well and also he owns a BMW e60 m5 wagon one of mine my favorites

next up Gil Folk Gil folk is from the United States is based in Reno Nevada

and really what Gil's work it is it's really you got to take a look at it it's

it's really really good and the work he's done without some exotics is

fantastic and what Gil he has done work with the McLaren p1 the Ferrari f40

has a nice series of and the laferrari as well next up is Stephan Bauer and

Stephan Bauer he has a couple of different series he did take a mclaren

570s to Iceland took a Porsche 918 to Vienna a Corvette to Croatia he does

have quite a series in quite a variation on his website so check him

out he does have a great series of photos so check them out on his website

and Instagram as well

next photographer would be Marcus and Wendler and Marcus whether he does

that's a lot of advertising work he does have a lot of advertising and editorial

clients he's based in Hamburg and he does a lot of work with Mercedes

but along with that he does have a unique style it's it's something I

really admire it's really nice but check out his work like I said a lot of work

with Mercedes but he does have a lot of different other other photos and other

examples of his work on his website as well

and now the next photographer is Andrew Trahan and Trahan is a United

States-based photographer he is based in Michigan he's done a lot of work with

with Car & Driver with Road & Track magazine as well but with his I guess is

geographical basis he does do a lot of work with Ford with Dodge and other

American manufacturers but check out his work he's not specifically a car

photographer he does have some awesome people work and some personal work as

well but check it out next we have a Roy of Richie and Roy Richie is also based

in United States and also in Michigan he does he does of course to work with some

magazines Car & Driver Top Gear magazine as well as automobile magazine

as well but nice clean site good variation of work on his website as well

Despite the freezing temperatures in Munich, some of the players were back outside on the pitch

while others worked individually in the performance centre.

As well as the training session, some of the stars had another, very interesting appointment today.

Deshaun Watson, quarterback for the Houston Texans,

visited the club's training facility as part of his European tour

and offered Javi Martinez, David Alaba, Robert Lewandowski and Jerome Boateng

an alternative kind of football programme.

For the Munich men, it was a welcome change

and an opportunity to discuss the differences

between the two sports. The FCB players also got to try out

some American football equipment and they gave a good account of themselves too.

From today there's a new exhibition at the FC Bayern Erlebniswelt

entitled 'mia san treu' (we are loyal). Fans of the record champions can admire portraits

of long-standing members of the club. The people depicted are between 55 and 94 years old

and all have one thing in common – long-lasting loyalty and love for their club.

The exhibition is open to visitors until 8 April and is certainly worth

a trip to the FC Bayern Erlebniswelt.

Weird Things Everyone Just Ignores About Hugh Jackman's Marriage - Duration: 3:53.

There are few actors these days who have a career quite like Australian A-lister Hugh

Jackman.

Not only is he an action hero who can out-muscle almost anyone, but he can also sing and dance

and has dramatic chops on top of it all.

In addition to his one-of-a-kind resume, Jackman also has a rather unique marriage to fellow

Australian actor Deborra-Lee Furness.

While there's very little that's out of the ordinary about the long-lasting lovers themselves,

the way Hollywood treats them is a little strange, and here's why.

Furness was first

Jackman and Furness met in 1995 on the set of the Australian TV show Correlli.

Getting hired for the show was Jackman's first big break out of drama school, but Furness

had already done almost 20 films at that point.

Furness played the title role of a prison psychologist, while Jackman portrayed a tattooed

convict who suffered brain damage while in police custody.

The show only lasted one season, but it would change their lives forever.

"It gets better and better.

I can honestly say that.

I'm kind of really grateful that I met before anything kind of happened.

Anything that happened in my career, and on-screen, off-screen, we've always done it together."

Despite Jackman's truly tragic haircut back in the early days, he had chemistry with Furness

right from the beginning.

In fact, Jackman has revealed that she was such a big star to him in those days that

he was nervous about approaching her.

"I said oh look I've got a crush on you I'll get over it.

And she went, ugh really?

And I was like, ugh this is bad.

Yeah I've got one on you too.

And I went (gulp), right!"

The two were married the following year, and the rest is Hollywood history.

The rumor mill

It's not unusual for men to date younger women in Hollywood, but when the reverse is true,

eyebrows seem to raise.

Such is the case for Hugh and Deborah, who got together when he was 26 and she was 39.

But the two also have to deal with what they call "chopped liver syndrome," with his career

emerging as the more successful of the two over time.

"It can be, 'There's Hugh Jackman and that person.'

I've literally seen her knocked away."

Worse still, Jackman has never been able to shake the rumors that he prefers the company

of other men to his own wife.

"I mean, you can't be a star without having a gay rumor out there can you?"

Furness herself has said that she finds the rumors offensive.

"It's a lie.

It's the bottom line.

It's offensive.

If he was gay, fine, he would say he's gay.

It has gotten so out of whack."

However, there are those who think the couple might protest a little too much, especially

when it comes to them sharing TMI details about their bedroom life to prove their undying

affection.

Stalker status

A lot of celebrities have had to deal with deranged fans, but few stars have run into

experiences quite as scary as Jackman and Furness.

From 2012 to 2013, Jackman was repeatedly stalked by an obsessed fan named Katherine

Thurston.

In one particularly disturbing encounter, Thurston allegedly approached Jackman with

a razor and told Furness she was going to marry her husband.

The stalker was later sentenced to six months time served and five years probation and ordered

to stay away from the Jackmans.

Setting boundaries

In 2015, Furness revealed that she's got one major rule about who her husband can and cannot

lock lips with on his screen projects.

"I've told his agent he's not allowed to work with Angelina."

"I'm sure she's very nice and I love what she's doing — shining a light on awareness

for adoption."

Though Furness quickly admitted she was "just kidding" about her Jolie ban, Jackman came

forward with his own addendum to that rule.

"Look Deborra and I've been married for 20 years and we have a lot rules - we're very

balanced.

She said that.

And as long as she doesn't work with Brad Pitt, we're cool."

So, either they're very guarded about each other keeping company with the former A-list

couple, or they've got a shared sense of humor about the whole Hollywood scandal cycle.

Hey, maybe that's how they make it work where so many other Tinseltown couples call it quits.
