Hello Friends I welcome you all to my kitchen at Healthy Kadai

Today we will be making one of THE Healthiest Brownies. These Brownies are eggless, sugar

free, fat free, oil free and even we have not used refined flour or

whole wheat flour. You will simply love it. Let's see quickly see how to make these

healthy Brownies.

Firstly we will combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Here is 1 cup of Oats flour.

To this add 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder. Here goes 1 tablespoon and here goes second tablespoon.

Add 1/2 tsp baking powder. A pinch of Salt. Mix everything.

In a blender jar all wet ingredients along with dry ingredients.

Firstly we will add 1/3 cup of curd, ¼ cup jaggery. You can even use jaggery powder,

Brown sugar, Maple syrup, which can replace white sugar. And we will add half banana in it.

Add 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence.

Add dry ingredients.

Blend all the ingredients together.

after blending here is my batter ready. Transfer it in a greased moud

I will be baking my brownie in airfryer

And we will tranfer the batter

Sprinkle chopped walnuts or any other nuts

Our brownie batter is ready to go in airfryer

We have already preheated our airfryer at 180 degrees for 5 min.

Bake the brownie at 160 degrees for 12-15 min. Do not over bake these borwnies else it becomes dry.

Check after 10-12 min.

In oven bake at 180 degrees for 15 min or bake in kadai for 20-25 min on slow flame.

My brownie got ready in 13 min. Cool it down, cut pcs and serve it.

Become a Pro Selena After This Tutorial - Best Build | Mobile Legends (Eng Sub) - Duration: 12:17.

Hey everyone, It's Betosky here Welcome back to another Mobile Legends Tutorial

This time is going to be about the new hero: Selena

This assassin/ mage has two forms, similar to Roger and Kagura

So it might be a little bit confusing or complicated for some of you guys

I will try my best to give you a basic idea on how to play her

If you use Selena in middle lane, then take the small camp first, by putting two traps

before the minion spawn

She is one of the best 1v1 hero early game,

so you can play her very aggressively

Make sure you put traps in both, top and bottom bush

so you can tell when the enemies try to gank you

By the way, this was my third game with Selena, so please go easy on my gameplay

These are the current builds I am using for different situations

And this is how I set up my mage emblem

The spell I use is flicker for extra mobility

and since I can farm very fast even without retribution

Selena uses a lot of mana, so taking buff is crucial, also the demon shoes a.k.a. blue shoes will help a lot

So let's go through her skills first

Like I previously said, this hero has two forms: Elven and Abyssal form

But for easier understanding let's call them Pink and Blue form

When you engage in a fight, you always want to start with your pink form

Because in this form, you have the skills to slow and stun the enemies

And all your skills will mark the enemies (Up to 2 marks)

When the enemies are marked, your blue skill will consume marks and will deal more damage

The first skill in pink form, it's a trap that it's really helpful to reveals enemies

hiding in a bush And when they get close to it, it will mark

the enemy and slow them down

You can place three of them in total, and it doesn't have expiration time

The second skill it's an arrow, similar to Moskov ult, but slower

So you have to aim and predict the enemies' movement

You can use the mini-map to help you aim When it hit the target, it will stun them

The stun duration and damage increases the further the arrow fly

The arrow can also absorb the traps along the path.

Her third skill will make you change form, and every time you change form you will reset

the skills cooldown You will also gain some movement speed for a short time

The blue form is the form that you use to

either get kill or escape from danger When you are in this form, your basic attacks

are melee and will deal additional magic damage Every time you use a skill in blue form, you

will consume a mark Her first skill in blue form, will make your

next basic attack deals a lot of damage, and it also provides you a shield

Our First Flow Hive Honey Harvest 2018 - Duration: 10:24.

All right, Today I should be able to harvest some of the honey from the flow

hive I'm pretty excited about that I'm gonna take a peek inside and just

make sure everything is capped and ready so let's take a look okay I took this

window off just a peek and I found something very unexpected this one on

the side is almost completely capped I thought I would just be harvesting one

frame today and it looks like I might be harvesting more than one frame of honey

I hope we're ready for it don't count your chickens before they hatch right

I'm gonna open this up and take a look at the side but I'm getting nervous

because they're the blackberries are on or the blackberry flowers are blooming

right and bees produce honey really fast during that time and I don't want them

to fill this hive completely full and not have any room to expand so I need to

rob some of this honey and I thought I'd be harvesting one so area one frame and

it looks like there might be more so looking at the back here this one is

completely full you can see that there and this is the one that I was expecting

to harvest today this one is completely full - wow this one's nearly full and

it's probably full enough to harvest so I I was just going to pull one of those

out when I lifted off the top but it looks like I might want to peek at a

couple of them and maybe I'll get some smoke ready I didn't get my smoker ready

but I might go grab a smoker and then come back the bees are just barely

starting to go this morning

so I'm not really interested in putting on a lot of smoke

I'm gonna try the J tool today

the propolis isn't nearly so sticky I

really don't want to bother then the one of the biggest reasons why the flow hive

is cool is because it's low stress honey harvest is almost always a stressful

thing and with the flow height you can get into the the hide and get the honey

and not stress the bees out so much

and I might find out that this is really hard to get out

opening this up was a good thing there's a big hole in the middle where they've

been eating the honey looks like they feel like they needed to

cut into some of their reserves or something then there's a empty spot in

the middle here on the one that I was going to harvest that's telling

everything that's in this one would be ready and ripe it's all ripe and honey

but it looks like they're eating it for whatever reason this one kind of looks

the same maybe they have a lot more room than I thought

okay so that one is pretty right I think that one's the one that can go it's full

but all the honey in its right

that one's actually good to go to that one's heavy so I learned that you can

get those flow frames out of there it is kind of tricky but once you get it you

get it I next time I need to figure out a good way to hang them you know some

sort of apparatus to to hold them I need to get one of those for my other frames

anyway and they can actually have hollow centers so I I think because of the

stress of what had been going on earlier in this high they'd eaten out the center

of some of them main honey stores but now it's filling back up again I want to

make sure that there's enough room for all of this nectar flow that is coming

on pretty hot and heavy right now and to do that I've got to harvest some of this

honey so I'm going to put this all back together let the bees settle down and

later this afternoon when it's a little bit warmer I'll harvest those two frames

we'll leave the rest for later

well that's really a good feeling to harvest honey this way what I like the

best about this is the bees hardly seemed to notice activity out front of

the hive is the same best I get is one be coming

around from the front to wonder what's going on in the back and no aggression

no big cloud of bees this batch of honey is a really beautiful color it's darker

than the last batch the last batch was a little more golden this one seems a

little more red

it's flowing out really fast probably because the days warm I have a B here

that's trying to reclaim the honey coming out the end see if my flip camera

will focus here

I'm really nervous I've got my hand here below it got my hand here below it

trying to keep it from falling she's got a good grip I'm worried

they don't have

don't have anything right here to cover things one back leg is slipping there

don't fall the fall well I'm hanging out as the last little bit drips in I'm

about to go and work on a couple of more projects it'll probably be another 30

minutes before I turn it all back off again looks like I've got just over a

gallon of honey that would be 12 pounds off of two frames there so not what I

got last time about what I expected to get from full frames it's really cool
