Something interesting happened the other day in South Africa
that highlights some key aspects in the country
that we are not normally aware of.
That constant picture of black and white.
That there are some aspects beyond that.
There are eleven official languages
that is based on the different tribes
The most noticeable is Xhoza and Zulu English and Afrikans.
There are two European language amongst them.
English and Afrikans
On the question if the country is heading for a civil war:
My standard reply is,
It is not imposible,
it also depends on the definition of what constitutes a war.
But if it happens, then it is as likely that
it will be fought between the black tribes as between blacks and whites.
The violent attacks against the white farmers,
is being described by the establishment
as normal crimes
in some regards they are actually not wrong.
Because the violence between the blacks in South Africa
are inline with the violence on the farms.
the torture and murder.
is normal for many blacks as well
attacked by other blacks.
The only difference is
that the white minority have been
spared from this attack in a historical perspective.
Because we have answered for our own safety.
But after the fall of Apartheid 1994
did the whites become a part of the
society under new premises
With the effect that this crime have
entered the white community as well.
It is this violent nature in Africa that
makes African want to flee to Europe.
They flee from themselves,
But
Once you have it as a starting point
then it doesn't matter where you go
Because wherever you go - there you are.
We see it
in the victory of Africa
I mean the victory of France
in the world cup in soccer.
Africans in France celebrating the victory
in the same way they do in Africa.
The change of the geographical,
did not change their behaviour.
What I want to highlight with this video is
The dynamic relation between the black tribes
in South Africa is very much alive.

The political leadership will seize the white mans land.

It's not needed to find out why the block is there

How you work on it quite often is to develop processes around the block and in that you say the same thing

Why Older Workers Are Not Hired - Duration: 10:40.
When it comes to age discrimination, there's usually only five concerns that a hiring manager
or a certified HR representative has in the back of their mind.
In today's video I want to discuss those five concerns and how you can best address them
before you even walk into the interview.
I want to talk a moment about some of the research studies that have been conducted
in regards to age discrimination.
In one of the largest, 418 empirical studies examined the research that had been done on
age and 39 different variables, preconceived notions that hiring managers and HR representatives
had when it came to an older worker.
Of these 39 variables, five really kind of rose to the top.
These are five that you can actually address before you even walk into an interview.
Let me share with you some examples of this.
The first, and I've talked about this one in many times, many earlier videos, is that
there's a preconceived notion by many hiring managers and HR people out there, the older
worker is not going to have the energy or the drive or the ambition to do the work.
Now, by the way, of all these empirical studies, there was no evidence found on this.
I want you to understand this right off the bat.
There was a preconceived notion but there was no evidence that backed this up.
So how do you deal with this?
Number one, you probably know as well as I do that a lot of people out there in their
30s and 40s don't seem to have any drive or ambition or the energy to do the job.
I've seen people that actually seem like they're falling asleep when I'm talking to them, and
yet I've seen people in their mid-60s and even mid-70s be extremely energetic and I
wouldn't have any doubts whatsoever that they would not be able to do the work.
Your job is to make that solid impression within the first seven seconds of meeting
that individual.
How are you coming into the interview to present yourself?
One of the things that I often recommend to my clients is there is a really cool video
out on Udemy, udemy.com, and I'll leave the link below, by an individual by Vanessa Van
Edwards.
She's a body language coach and she has this video out there.
I think it's called the seven scientifically proven steps to increase your influence.
It's a completely free class.
I'm not affiliated with Vanessa Van Edwards in any sense, but she has some really good
resources out there.
Again, I'll leave this resource, a link to this resources in the notes section below.
Definitely one you want to check out.
The second concern that many hiring managers and HR people have is that the individual
is going to not have the willingness to participate in training and self-development classes.
Now, by the way, of all these five that I'm citing here in this video, this is the only
one that does have some empirical evidence behind it, that they have found when they've
done research studies, that an older worker often will not participate in these kind of
training classes, so you need to participate in these before you even walk into the interview.
One of the best ways to do this is through continuous online training and development.

The third is an element of distrust.
They feel that the older worker, the more mature worker, is not going to have the trust
that other, say younger workers will have.
This is what you need to do to address this.
You need to have your accomplishments there in your resume and when I say accomplishments,
a lot of people talk about ask related issues.
I want you to give bullet points of your accomplishments.
Some of these bullet points of your accomplishments, I want to be success stories, where you are
using words like collaborated with other team members or whatever it is, to show that you
worked with teams, other departments, because that shows that you have worked and that you
have developed trust with these other individuals.
Not only that, not only have your accomplishment statements there, but be prepared to talk
about these and the wins that have happened with the teams.
You're going to use star stories and sore stories.
If you don't know what these are, I have another video, the links should be showing up right
now, in the upper right hand corner, plus I'll put it in the notes below, of earlier
videos I've done informing star stories and sore stories.
It's a whole different video, but what you need to do, is you need to create some stories
of the accomplishments that you've had working with other individuals.
That's how you're going to address the trust issue.
The fourth concern that a hiring manager or HR representative may have towards the older
worker is resistance to change.
Oftentimes, a more mature worker is perceived as someone who is going to be more resistant
to change.
So just like the trusting issue, where I'm suggesting to have some bullet points on your
successful accomplishments that include a collaboration, I want you to have some successful
accomplishments on your resume, bullet points, that show how you either drove change, initiated
change or supported change.
But it doesn't stop there.
You also have to have some star or sore stories that show that you'll be able to discuss during
the interview when one of these bullet points is brought up, or even better so, if you're
asked a question, can you tell me a time when, or can you give me an example of, that you
bring up one of these star stories that involves how you drove or supported change.
You can eliminate that concern right off the table by a star story or a sore story and
with a bullet point of accomplishment on your resume.
The final one is health problems.
This is kind of an unspoken one, because it's not going to be asked about in the interview.
Do you have any health related issues, however this could be a concern of the hiring manager
or the HR individual.
By the way, again I wanted to talk about this and go back to this.
Of all of these that I'm citing, the only one that had evidence behind it was a lack
of willingness to participate in training.
Health related issues, there was no empirical evidence behind it, but it still could possibly
be a concern of a hiring manager or the HR person.
This is the only way that you can really address this because it's not going to really come
out in a question, but what I want you to do is I want you to go in to the interview
with essentially this mantra in the back of your head.
I am a professional.
I create no problems.
I have no problems.
I'm going to solve all of your problems.
This actually works for every one of those concerns.
I'm a professional.
I have no problems.
I create no problems and I'm going to solve all of your problems.
This is the image that you need to project out when you're in the interview.
By the way, I need to end this video on this note here.
It was your resume and it was the phone screen that validated your confidence.
You know, so many individuals, they go into the interview believing that it's going to
be a mistake if they don't hire me because I'm the most qualified for this position.
I'm 150% qualified for this position, but at the end of the day, the interview is not
about your confidence anymore.
Sure, you're going to be asked some questions regarding your confidence, but really what
it boils down to now is about compatibility and likability.
You see, the hiring manager, you may think that you're 150% fit for this position, but
when it comes to the hiring manager, he has three or four other individuals that he's
interviewing that in his mind are just as competent to do the job.
Who is he going to get along with best?
Who is going to be the most compatible?
Who's going to be the professional?
Who's not going to have the problems?
Who's going to not create any problems and who is going to solve all of his problems?
That's the image that you want to project when you walk into the interview.
I guarantee you, that's going to move you up to the top of the pyramid there.

the light in the dark balance is a metaphor for lower and higher consciousness a
Higher consciousness in jool will be one who treats people differently
There's more integrity. There's more honesty. There's more transparency a low energy consciousness is the reverse of that

as you start to reveal a higher consciousness and the light is turned on all the dark things that ever
Existed will show up
That's disturbing and
there will be those who will look at it and say
Look how awful this planet is. Look what's happening
we we see this and now we see this and now we see this and now we see this there's no hope and
They and the the whole idea there
for those who think that way is that the things that are showing up are new and they're not
None of them
Things that shouldn't be there between human beings
Biases that lead to disappointment and sometimes sorrow
In proprieties and then there's the horror
What's happening to the children the horror and
It's everywhere and dear ones it always has been
little by little one by one
The light is shining itself on the disturbing things on
this planet and
when they start to surface and there will be some you don't expect and when they start to surface I
Want you to have the maturity
To say to yourself. The light is so bright
That we now know this
We got them we
Got them. We got that low-energy thing
It can't exist in the light and it won't you see one of the attributes of exposing
Disturbing things is the solutions that will arise to get rid of them
Inappropriate things created by those with low energy and low consciousness
With no moral factors with no idea of right or wrong just to be greedy
We'll be there and be shown and we'll be with you for some time dear ones, but they can't escape
And what you will do is to eliminate what they have created not them they will have their choice of
Light and dark just like you did
But you'll eliminate what they created
Dear ones what has happened on this planet has been so horrific so far and so much in the dark
That there is so much to be revealed
disturbing things
How are you gonna react what are you gonna say?
When you find out this and find out that
Will you again have the maturity of understanding
That they were always there
And that these things in their own right in their own time
Perhaps were appropriate for a dark energy for a dark earth, but they're not now
Now what you do next is critical
When you expose something that is completely inappropriate
That many are involved in perhaps even worldwide
There is the tendency to use force in
Order to eliminate it
Now I want you to consider something else completely. I want you to use this. I want you to use media to
Expose it to every single human you can on this planet. So there's nowhere to hide
so there can be no secrets at all ever and
So that the very process of what was being done cannot be done in the light and it will crumble
But in the past the old method was to attack and to destroy instead of to shine light
So this is the first thing I'll give you of this nature when disturbing things occur shine more light
Show how disturbing they are and what that might mean and how long they've been doing it
Show the faces if needed
But don't use force
For some time we've told you that something is coming
It's something in your culture and every time I talk about it there are those who say when
It's getting closer
It may happen in a way. You don't expect it may not happen overnight
It may be gradual. But dear ones they'll come a time
When what you call Big Pharma cannot exist as it does today?
Because today it is based on greed
not on health
Some of these substances are miraculous
To be used in integrity ways and some are not
and that is the discernment, but right now you have
development and billions being spent
literally on keeping people sick
Perhaps even dying instead of something that is well known to replace it. That would not do that
That's unconscionable. It will be revealed
Not all of the pharma is bad
That which is inappropriate is what you're looking at and will be disturbing
Watch for this and this is the way it will it will be eventually revealed. There will be those who
Will eventually feel safe to come out and tell the story
Of what is happening in the inner circle?
without fearing for their life
In the past
There was an axiom that says you can never get past big money
Big money will always be in control of everything therefore
No, inappropriate thing that involves big money would be able to be revealed without
That which is what you would call consequences
Suddenly in a new energy that is lighter and fresher and newer
Those will start coming out of
that dark closet of
inappropriateness
They'll be able then to show and tell what has happened
Some will do it in the best media that you have some of you will buy tickets to go see it. That's a hint
It's gonna happen and
like so many other things on this planet, it will be planet wide in days and
It'll fall over
It cannot exist in the light
That's just one
think of any other inappropriate thing you can think of
Think of those in high places that would take money
For certain kinds of favors. Do you think that exists and the answer is everywhere of course in all governments?
Watch for a transparency to begin to change that and it won't be in
Necessarily one country. It's gonna be and many
altogether
Like it was infectious
The light spreads in a way
That you don't expect
these are the things we're telling you about and
the things that will make a difference on the planet but to some
Will be disturbing
If you went into a coma
Before the shift and you came out now
There would be some who say I want to go back in
Because you wouldn't like anything you saw
You'd say what has happened to our government what has happened to this over here. Why is this this way?
You tell me there was an evil army that showed up that all they cared about was evil and they didn't even have borders how
Did that happen?
What's going on on this planet
Look at all this dissension in religion. Why are these why are these Cardinals resigning? What happened?
What horrible thing? Are they finding out?
And you'd be right it would be disturbing but you didn't go into a coma
Instead you cross the marker as old souls
With banners that said we did it and
Then you drew your swords of light
because you expected the dark army and you expected that which would be
Anything that did not like the light
Would fight you and that is exactly dear ones what is taking place
As soon as something is exposed watch for reaction to the exposure being something worse
And that will be the darkness coming forward in all of its splendor of darkness
To try to cut down
What you discovered?
This is human nature
This is the old energy at its best or worst depending upon that which you believe
But dear ones this channel about disturbing things
It's about victory
This channel is about the things being solved
Because they were exposed to the light
and
that when you look in
Several decades from now you can remember the channel and
You can start to tick off the things
that happen that you solved and
Then are not even problems anymore
You'll be able to look at what you've accomplished and other things that still need work but
You'll see that there is a 10 didn't see

Starts to correct itself and come into the light
People treating each other better more transparency and the longest time the earth
has never had a war and
that is what you'll see and

Eventually, there will be believers
Who will say I didn't believe it then but I do now we really are shifting. Something is happening to humans

Is their prophecy about what's coming? Yes, there is is there something I should know that I don't yes there is

That's beautiful

The timing of it is
the critical question

That it'll be short or long with free choice and so many working parts of consciousness
There could be delays there could also be fast tracks
It will be up to the old souls listening to this to understand what's happening on this planet
Instead of resisting the changes to understand what the light does when the light gets turned on and the darkest
is shown
How much resistance will there be to the truth
How hard will the darkness fight back all of these things unknown?
But what is known?
Because you have shown it even in these years. Is that the trend that is upwards
benevolence is happening on this planet and
That is the plan of light and that's the core of God showing through you every single one

Authentic people will always have optimism about everything, even in the most difficult
of circumstances.
They are motivated to do anything because they have high morale.
#3 - Fearless to Rejection.
Likes and dislikes are common in life.
And both things are totally subjective.
Authentic people understand exactly that, so they will not bother people who do not
like them.
That's not a big deal for them.
#4 - Confident.
Confidence arises from the high optimism within them.
They know exactly what advantages they have, and how to use their advantages optimally.
Thus, they can rely on themselves, without being overly dependent on others.
#5 - Faithful.
As their confidence level is high, the authentic people will have faith in their selves.
They know that they have the potential to do something.

Authentic people are open to new things.
They do not close themselves to criticism against them.
#7 - Prefer Deep Conversation.
Because authentic people love conversations with 'heavy' topics, we'll never find them
gossiping.
They prefer silence rather than having to dive into a pointless conversation which has
no benefits.
#8 - Not Complaining on Their Problems.
This nature of authentic people is a chain reaction of their optimism as well.
As they face anything optimistically, they will see that problems are something common
in life.
They believe that the problems won't last forever.
Rather than complaining or even running away, they will face and solve it confidently.
#9 - Evaluative.
As mentioned earlier, authentic people are open to criticism, advice, and suggestion
toward them.
However, it doesn't mean that they will swallow the input from the outside.
They will always consider everything before making a decision.

In every case, authentic people will always have a solution.
When something goes wrong with what is expected, and when they can't do anything to fix it,

The problem is this is that you can't apply it to yourself
Is it possible you're receiving many messages at the same time right now

It's a desire of how you see yourself

This hero that you are has walked through many things in this life in order to get you to this room or

Magnificent and you are in the right place at the right time doing the right things

You are anticipating and awakening

Dear ones, this is not going to solve the problems of life. They're always going to be there
It's going to solve how you treat them and the reaction
That happens after they're gone after they occur and
Who you become?
Because you've changed how you perceive them
This is the difference
It's more than psychology. It's a new spiritual attribute of reality
Where you start to see a pattern of?
Acceleration of compassion of good things happening to you good things
In the field right now
There are wonderful things that can happen to you if you allow them to
Potentials that are lying there ready to you for you to see who you are
That's the promise and we've told you this before
There's a lot more here than you think and you've got a lot more help than you think
