We're gonna ask Japanese girls if they prefer a pretty boy

Who doesn't really take care of his personal hygiene

or a guy that's not so pretty but who has great personal hygiene

Because "Seiketsukan" seems to be a very important word to the Japanese girls here in Japan

I definitely prefer a boy with personal hygiene.

Personal hygiene is very important. He doesn't have to be handsome.

I might pick the handsome guy with bad hygiene.

Ugly can not be fixed but hygiene can be fixed.

You just have to make sure he takes baths regularly.

But ugly can only be fixed with surgery.

What is the thing that repels you the most, on uncleanly boys?

The smell, the beard, what is it?

With me it's the beard. Beards are so dirty.

I hate greasy hair.

I want a handsome boyfriend. Handsome boys are best. - Me too.

No particular reason. I just like it when boys look good.

But he has bad personal hygiene. - I would have to endure that...

What do you do when he is smelly, especially in summer. - What do I do?

Yeah. In that case, I would give him something to eat.

I would prepare a gum!

But body odor is the real problem. - That's difficult.

Body odor might be worst.

I think a man with bad hygiene is desirable... but he is ugly so...

Well that's a difficult choice now.

I think it's more attractive for a man to have good hygiene.

But then you think of the face and are like hmmmmm....

But better than bad hygiene.

If he is unattractive AND has bad hygiene that's the worst.

If he is unattractive but has great hygiene standards that's more attractive.

He can have a great face, but if he is uncleanly, he will have a beard and such...

That uncleanliness will show in his outside appearance.

That's why I pick the cleanly one, even if he is not so attractive.

Unattractive guys with great personal hygiene can look a bit better anyways.

You can see they are really trying.

What is the worst about men that are uncleanly?

I don't like thick beards.

Hair and beard? - Yes, all long hairs.

Smells are my problem. I am very sensitive to smells.

No matter how pretty a man is, if he smells so bad that I want to gag

I will think "Who is that weird person? Does he not know how to take a bath?"

No matter how handsome a guy is, if he smells bad... - NO NO WAY!

I want to date a man who has great personal hygiene.

If I can change his attitude towards personal hygiene, I would pick the handsome guy.

Like shaving when I tell him to shave,

or buying new clothes when I tell him to get some.

If I ask him to be more cleanly and he does that, THEN I would pick the handsome guy.

Cleanly but ugly vs scruffy but handsome. You could see,

how much importance Japanese girls place on personal hygiene and cleanliness.

Maybe more so than in your country.

I know that for example in Germany, it's totally ok, if a guy is not shaved

or something like that or stuff like that

But it's really really in Japan it's NO-GO. So not being shaved you barely see

generally all the businessmen and also the students they are all cleanly shaved

then scruffy like greasy hair also you don't see that and

... First of all smell: BO is an absolute no-go specially in Tokyo.

Any kind of BO is a NO. And any kind of too strong deodorant as well...

It's a big No, so you have to really step on your shower game when you come to Japan

Especially in the hot summers, because it's boiling here and also the deodorant

that is generally sold here doesn't really work our foreign men

So what I can actually advise you guys is when you come to Japan

and you really want to date a girl

A: shower as much as you can and B bring a deodorant from your own country

that you know works with you and that doesn't smell too strongly

Strong smells in Japan are a No-Go. Imagine the reason for example

I've tried to explain what to my friends as well. If your are in a train

and you squished in with total total strangers

A if someone has BO there that's like killing you, you might actually get sick on that train

and B if if you have to strong a smell again you can definitely place who

the foreigner in the cart is. Like literally Japanese people just manage to just

smell clean of soap or of nothing at all. I don't know how they do it

So really you have to step up your hygiene game if you intent of dating a guy

and a girl in Japan because those rules apply to both.

Also with girls, mentioning that, girls the shaving game you have to step that up as well a lot as well

I guess. So I wanted to make a video about

What I want to do with my life after high school. Um, I'm going into my second year of high school,

um...

I don't think I'm ready to go back to school honestly,

It's a little bit triggering for me to think about it. If you start making back to school videos,

I'm going to delete my channel.

So, I just want to talk about what I want to do with my life.

ShoCkEr guys, I'm gonna go to college. I just feel like going to college, as much as it is

expensive,

Tiring, and you have to be in debt for like the rest of your life, going to college will open up a lot of career

Options for you. I don't know,

I'm just not gonna take that risk of not going to college, because I want the college experience

honestly, I'm ready to get out of high school. and

I'm just becoming a sophomore. oh my god, that is scary. I'm a sophomore?!?!

So, let me tell y'all what classes I'm taking.

I'm taking all the core classes, obviously

But I'm taking every core class in the higher placement. it's not AP, it's called HP, where it's like a little bit

advanced version of that same class but not AP. so it's like

harder, but not AP. So it's basically just taking a harder class, and not getting any credit for it.

I'm taking APUSH guys.

Hold on to your wigs, because mine's about to be snatched off cLEAN.

I'm taking Art of Film and Life Fitness. Oh my god... I'm gonna have to freakin run?!11? *TRiGGERED*

Because, you guys, I want to be cinematographer, I want to be a director, I don't know.

It's just my entire life, film has been really interesting to me. I was introduced to artistic film at a really young age,

So I was kind of that one person who just, ok, like this sounds so annoying but whatever I don't even care anymore.

I just don't like the majority of a modern American movies. and that's not me trying sound like aRtsY,

I'm such a hipster,

That's me just be genuine. like I just can't stand the majority of modern American movies

Because there's never any artistic themes behind it.

the jokes they make, they're just not funny. and it's always really dirty, oh my god.

Today's movies always have dirty jokes. It's just so nasty.

Oh my god, if there's a comedy movie that's new, and out in theaters,

I'm not going to watch it. don't even try to get me to watch it. I hate

Modern American comedy movie. there's only a few that are genuinely funny. I know, Woody Allen is a crappy person

But his movies are good, and I'm not gonna deny that. so he's the only person that makes funny movies to me.

I don't know what it is. But American movies these days kind of suck. like they just stink to me.

They just don't toot my horn. the only movie that has come out in

The last year that I actually like, is a quiet place.

I am that person who's gonna watch A Hayao Miyazaki movie laying in my bed rather than

seeing a movie at the theaters. I never go to the theaters because I don't like anything that they're playing

It's all crappy to me. Sorry if that offends you but like I don't really care. I just love film,

I used to like direct a little plays with my preschool class, and I would make puppet shows and

ever since I was little I was picking up cameras and

Making little movies and making little music videos. for some people that might just be like a silly hobby

But it became this like passion of mine to make stuff like that.

And I love the editing process. Some people hate editing. I love to edit my YouTube videos. It's fun for me

I like to sit down and edit and see the options I have to make my videos better. I love making little films

I love making little music videos and I just want to do that as my career because

It's something that I love and I don't want to go into something i dont actually love because I never want to be that kid

Who doesn't follow her dream and has a miserable freaking life. Even if that means I have more money being miserable.

So I'm probably gonna buy this Olympus camera. I forgot what it's called because it has like a lot of letters and numbers

I don't know. It's like $500 which is okay for a camera. So I'm saving up money basically

I want to be a director and a cinematographer

Obviously, I do want to go to USC because they have such an amazing film school. when I saw Emmet in switched at birth,

He went to USC to do film and I just like loved i.t

But I also want to be a singer..

I also kinda want to go to Julliard which is such a stretch, because I'm not vocally talented and I stopped taking piano lessons

Which breaks my heart, because I was really good at it. I'm not gonna sit here pretend I wasn't

I was good at piano

I play like Bach concertos and Chopin Nocturnes. but, I also want to go to performing arts like a theater

I also want to go to an art school so I can be around my kind. so I can be around like people.
