I had so much fun, I prepared it. I watched all the music videos of all the nominees.

It was free time and I thought: we watch it now and why don't we film it?

So, there were several people in the room, I did not talk to myself,

I said 'we' after all ... And that was very funny and enlightening,

because our musical landscape is sensational and I apologize all the time that my

ignorance did not notice that before, because, yes, I discovered artists who just

took my breath away and one of them is Ankathie Koi. She's great,

she's sensational, she sings amazingly good, she makes great music and in one of her videos

she wears a latex suit, a red one. And I thought "Oida, pfffff",

love it, I want to have it, I want to wear it. And the Amadeus Awards were over and there was

the famous After Show Party, which was very funny. I also had a lot of fun there.

And suddenly she was standing right in front of me - Ankathie Koi - I couldn't hold back

my emotions, I was screaming hysterically. Because I've also gotten used

to saying her name like this: A N K A T H I E K O I

That's funny one time. But if you are Ankathie Koi and the Wurst is sitting next to you

and she yells this five times into your ear ... !!! I loved it.

The evening went on and eventually, I think I reconstructed it - at 04:30 am

the lights where turned off, no it was at 4 am - because at 04:02 I was in the taxi -

on the way to the next party, and this party was at Ankathie Koi's place.

And I come in and the joy is great and trallali trallala - at this time

I already took the wig off, but was still in full make-up. I think that

was very funny on the street. I say 'I think', because it was a very funny night.

Edo - Edo did the opening by the way, that's a friend of mine and he did

the opening sequence with 'Rock Me Amadeus' and that was sensational and amazing, and

we just thought we should celebrate this, and then we arrive at Ankathie Koi's place, and the boys

go to the balcony and I say to Kathi, "Show me your apartment," because I'm so curious. And she gave me the tour and then

André comes to bear, because he says, after half an hour, he thinks to himself: "Where are they?"

And he goes from the balcony into the apartment and ... walks past Ankathie's bedroom

and sees through the crack: me, standing in the middle of the room ... naked ...

and I was allowed to wear the latex suit. I swear,

there are photos that you will never see, never ... It was sooo funny! I lolled like a wet fish,

was lying on the bed, let myself slide down. Over the carpet and I have ...

Oil pulling or Gandusha,

so let's cut straight to the chase!

The mouth offers a sanctuary to a number of

bacteria, viruses and fungi

that pose a threat to our wellbeing.

Oil acts as a cleanser

by hauling out these nasties

before they get a chance to spread.

So how does oil pulling work?

Firstly, it frees up the immune system

by reducing stress and internal inflammation.

This then boosts energy,

prevents heart diseases,

allergies,

headaches

and acne.

And the best part?

It partly aids weight loss!

So how exactly is oil pulling done?

Try to start your day by doing this

before you brush your teeth or drink anything.

If not that,

do it a few hours before eating dinner.

Put a single tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth

and start to swish it back and forth

in between your teeth for 10–15 minutes.

If that's too much for you,

try doing it while doing something else,

like showering or working around the house.

Try not to swallow any of the oil while doing this

to prevent the toxins from getting back into your body

and make sure you spit the oil into the toilet

or a cup because it could clog the drain

if you use your sink.

After that,

immediately rinse your mouth with warm salt water

to remove the toxic debris.

When you're done,

brush your teeth as you normally would.

Now, which oils exactly can be used for oil pulling?

For this,

you can use unrefined cold pressed coconut oil,

olive oil or even sesame oil

to name a few.

For me personally,

I love using coconut oil as it contains lauric acid,

which has proven to be

anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial,

which basically means it fights off the microorganisms

that cause bacteria.

You can even enhance the oil by adding ORGANIC essential oils like

lemon,

peppermint,

or cinnamon

but make sure to use a single drop for every tbsp

of the oil you choose.

Essential oils get absorbed and protect your oral mucosa

that is the lining in your mouth.

There are no side effects

and this can be done by anyone

be it kids, adults, elders and even pregnant women.
