Hi, it's me again - Uli

In our last video I have shown you how to defend yourself against a headlock,

Today we have come with the most important post in Union Government,

which is known as Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India

No need to panic about the name,

because I will explain you all you need to know about this post.

Comptroller refers to a person responsible for reliable operations related to accounts of a government or a non-profit organization.

Auditor refers to the person responsible for examination and investigation.

So who is CAG and what does he do?

CAG of India is the officer of Union Government and State Government,

who examines the receipts and expenditures

The post of CAG is based on Article 148 of Indian Constitution.

He is the head of Indian Audit and Accounts Department.

His main responsibility is to make sure that the union or the state government

does not spend any money from the consolidated funds without legislative appropriation.

Now, what is Consolidated Fund?

The revenue that the Government makes through Direct or Indirect taxes

and the expenditures that it does, together form the Consolidated Fund of India.

There are a few exceptions, of course.

Who appoints CAG?

Just so that the CAG does not come under political pressure,

he is appointed on the recommendation Prime Minister by the President.

However, neither the Prime Minister nor the President can remove them from office, on their own.

CAG can be removed from office only on 2 conditions.

First that he attains the age of 65 or if he is 'impeached'.

CAG is appointed for 6 years and he is the secretary to government of India.

What are the roles and responsibilities that they make CAG such an impact figure?

Role and Responsibilities of Comptroller and Auditor General Of India,

in 1971 Parliament passed an Act, it has been mentioned

In which an amendment was made in 1976.

CAG audit the finance of Union Government and present the annual report to the President

and preside for later discussion in front of both the houses of Parliament.

CAG is responsible to ensure that

before spending public money from Consolidated Fund it must be approved by the Parliament

CAG also handle Trade and Manufacture, balance sheets, etc of Government Department.

CAG authorizes the audit of the government which gives grants or loans.

What special work have been done by CAG till now?

Recently 2G spectrum case, like Commonwealth Games scam,

Fodder Scam came in front after CAG

But now you will to be curiosity to know who is our present CAG.

The present CAG of India is Mr.Rajiv Mehrishi,

his tenure began on 25 September 2017.

He is 13th CAG of India.

Mr. Mehrishi is the chairman of United Nations Board of Auditors

and also an external auditor of World Intellectual Property Organization.

His Achievements

Mr. Mehrishi is in a senior position in public services for almost 4 decades.

Before the post of CAG, he has been the Home Secretary of the Government of India.

The list of their previous positions is long, such as:

Finance Secretary, and Secretary of Overseas Indian Affairs,

Chief Secretary in Provincial Government of Rajasthan,

Chairman of Indira Gandhi Nahar Board and District Magistrate and Collector of Bikaner.

He was also the Ministry of Agriculture, Cabinet Secretariat aur President's Secretariat

the whole weekend continues this time with a mailbag Monday let's start with

this one DIY prototype PCB board printed circuit board board I was wondering when

these it show up these are more more prototyping boards but these particular

ones are the ones that I've only well I don't know they're not that easy to come

by they are laid out exactly like that well not exactly because that Center

track as those two buses but almost exactly like that do I have any like

this so far no I've got these zero board type and I've got the ones with the dots

here we go I've got those ones and I got these ones but now these if I comp us

something on a solderless breadboard I can go straight to here with pretty much

a zero thinking involved just Transplant them right on because they are the same

pattern exactly that's cool and they get here it's like ten of them here we are

ten times DIY prototype paper or four-point eight by thirteen point three

centimeter PCB Universal experiment matrix circuit board but these ones from

2011 XS City that's not what I paid for and that's what they're going for right

now I paid $4.99 American which is 662 Canadian

they have much to say about these not really thickness 1.5 millimeters the

hole spacing is 2.5 4 millimeters or 10th of an inch which is fairly standard

yeah 10 pieces 1 set next in one time expansion board module one times for

different things that are labeled one times expansion board module it's always

exciting a multi pack from the same vendor oh hey let's just start right on

the top here we have a you know what you call a chicken stick kind of it is a

non-contact voltage detector all right that's what it theoretically is it looks

like a screwdriver don't be poking that in it should be able to pick it up via

inductive and you can do direct but don't do that that's dangerous let's

open it up and see if it has batteries included oh really

underneath the little pocket clip there is a screw that's annoying and it's a

Philips screw

huh does it even need batteries

it would have to if it's inductive it's not going to you what's that

let's just go in a little bit here that's a bit bothersome with that wire

lead coming around the back and maybe touching that screw is it supposed to

Nick man I was out of frame okay so we got two little chrome-plated plastic

buttons that make contact on two there on the board which means you're part of

the circuit inductively I've got what looks like a handful of resistors that

go on to

that little thing that little looks like an LCD hundred with five more zeroes

after it five six seven zero so it's like 10 10 Meg okay and twenty seven and

five zeroes after it thirty six and four zeroes after it

geez okay those are some ridiculously high value resistors all series up there

okay so at least I know that it's a low resistance path to ground that wire was

on the back of the board when I so vaguely touching this screw man I should

have actually tried this before it went in here but whatever odds are she's not

gonna work anyways I've got a better one regardless but let's just put the screws

back in and go off to the listing and check while I'm putting this back

together here 12 to 250 volt AC DC digital Electrical tester pen probe

voltage inductance detector got it from DIY box along with a bunch of other

stuff in the same bag and if he'd 99 America pennies or a dog they're doing

Canadian and not a lot to say about it

plastic shell digital LCD display mm-hmm all operation works like two buttons

soft handle right let's see if it works

and put that in there first of all whoo

okay so I'm guessing since it's the neutral wire that will lit up or what's

supposed to be the neutral wire and what's supposed to be grounded here or

to the neutral actually I'm not even touching the thing with my hand and I'm

still getting the inductive one off when I physically touch the neutral okay when

I touch the direct but and I touch it to there I get a really big number shows up

on there and it says vvvvvv voltage that's cute

it says it's good up to 250 volts since I do now have a source of that courtesy

my local goodwill

transformer isolated so I'm less concerned let's hold the inductive

button and see what happens when I pass it around in there not much okay hold

the direct button oh let me get my big number again let me just zoom in a

little bit here so I touch the contact and I'm holding the direct and it does

that when I'm holding the inductive yeah to my surprise it actually sort of works

am I going to use this to protect myself from getting killed if I'm working

inside a pan or something hell no but for 99 American pennies it's

sort of works right on to the next thing and the next thing in there is one of

these little little dome touch switches that goes out to a set of pins okay so

good for switches five wires five pins so one of those wires is going to be

common I'm gonna guess that it the common is going to be the one that's

different down here mmm

pause for a second didn't figure out how to test this I guess the obvious answer

is some header pins plug into there and ammeter with some clip leads so going to

what I assume is the common with the black and going to the first pin with my

red lead one no okay so the first pin is button to intuitively the second pin is

button one the third pin any bets yup before and the fourth pin

oh come on stop shorty button three right there the fourth penis button

three of course it is okay but still that's the kind of a kind of a thing you

would put on the outside of a project case and just run the wires in through a

slot and it would look actually pretty slick hmm what that cost me

stereo headphone audio jack earphone socket D for some reason from DIY box of

course cuz that's where everything in this package came from dollar thirty one

Canadian other things in that package you have this kit here is it surface

mount bunch of surface mount stuff ten geometers my only DS that ship there's

two chips that one is a five five five that one is I think it's just four eight

one so that's 401 seven aha it's this circuit again four five

five four oh one seven bunch of LEDs which will chase you know pattern like

that okay but it's a surface mount one I seem to be addicted to this circuit I

keep buying different versions of it as suspected five five five four oh one

seven chaser falling water red light LED DIY kit soldering practice kits another

buck Kitner dollar thirty one Canadian from DIY box and the last thing in that

multi pack of goodness what is this little guy here it says

viii I ground v/o my transistor we have a couple of what look a fairly capacitor

like we have a diode and we have an inductor booster or maybe voltage boost

converter and what does that say over there Cantillon power hmm

yep that's exactly what it is DC to DC point 8 to 3.3 volts to 3.3 mini step-up

boost converter module voltage converter ID we know so okay

oh and I won it at auction for 86 cents hmm specs input voltage 22 3.3 volts

output 3.3 volts 500 milliamps in various currents and voltages at

different ranges so it seems to a fix 3.3 volt output no matter what you throw

into it and it oscillates as all boost converters do and this particular ones

at hundred fifty kilohertz okay so just your basic little very basic

boost converter I haven't learned anything since the

last time I did one of these here's a package which pretend to have an open it

yet it's called expansion board module but in it is a set of test leads which

are banana jack on one end and clip bleeds on the other which see is having

to take a set of foot bleed wires and putting them onto your probes to go into

whatever circuit working on okay fine handy and I'm willing to bet that these

were cheap because there's not much to them really yeah they were cheap 99

Canadian cent which is probably in the 70 cents

centimeters plastic enclosure case DIY electronics project box electrical

equipment IBC a from intimate baby 0 0 hmm door 13 with 70 cents shipping and I

think the last thing for today it's another expansion board module it

really is a common description to pieces in there let's see what we got

couple of header pins always a good choice so what are we gonna back here

the clock has a square pin it's got some ITC pull-up resistor pads if you choose

to use them that's on this side you know six pin chip a couple of resistors and

some address pins for the ITC bus so it calls itself an MCP four seven two five

says in the board I to see DAC breakout development board module 12 bit

resolution it's a digital to audio no yeah digital to analog converter so what

this does for your average Arduino or other microprocessor microcontroller the

only when you do an analog write command what it actually does is pulse width

modulation but if you want a solid analog voltage nice and stable you need

a digital analog converter which is what this is so it's I squared C controlled

digital analog converter oh if you control it quickly enough you can make

sound right

so a 12 bit resolution which is higher resolution than the analog input on

arduino z' and other similar boards those are only a 10 bit resolution not

that that matters because this is an output not an input what else can we say

about it it runs on anywhere between two point

seven and five point five volts so it can work with the typical Arduino which

are a five volt chip it can also work with esp8266 series of chips and take

the chips which are a 3.3 volt and it can run on a slightly lower battery

voltage - so it doesn't really care that punch nice so here we have all our stuff

I like this assortment of things these boards are going to come in handy

although I just noticed a couple of them have pretty crappy itching job on them

I'll have to be careful when I use them

yeah it's a never played with digital and all converters before really audio

outputs I've got several boards and modules that could really benefit from

having a good audio output and it walks to put them in test leads are always

useful my favourite circuit the 555 and 401 seven very nice thanks for watching

Here Are the First-Week Sales Projections for Scorpion - Duration: 1:30.

///// Drake's Scorpion has already broken streaming records on Apple and Spotify since

it's release Friday June 29th, and the albums first week projections are looking bright.

It's no question that Drizzy's album will hit number 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, but

the numbers that he's pushing to secure that space are impressive.

According to Chart Data Drake will move 870-920k equivalent album units, with 275-300k coming

from pure album sales.

Those numbers are only a slight decrease from the 1.04 million that Views totaled in its

first week.

What's interesting is that Scorpion is one of the first albums to be influenced by Billboard's

new streaming rules.

Under these new rules, paid subscriptions hold a bigger weight compared to free ones.

Twelve hundred fifty streams equals one sale on a paid subscription platform, while three

thousand seven hundred fifty streams equals one sale on free streaming options.

Spotify revealed that Scorpion was being streamed over 10 million times per hour the day it

dropped meaning it shattered the record for biggest opening day with 132 million streams.

Scorpion has also taken over the top 25 spots on Apple Music and reportedly sold about 30,000

units overnight.

On Friday, Drake was also named the RIAA's highest certified digital singles artist,

having moved 142 million digital singles to date.
