Ladies, what in the Gotta B Glued Gorrilla Snot is going on?

Hey Everyone it's Roshini, aka Glamazini, and I am here with a quick PSA.

I am actually about to have a girlsnight.

A night of comrodarie with the girls and things and such and I'm in the parking lot but listen,

this was on my spirit, this was on my mind, this was deep in my Shondo so I really had

to stop and get it out.

Matter-o-fact let me stop and take these shades off because it's important.

Did I miss another meeting?

Are y'all having these meetings without me?

Has the schedule on the meetings changed or something because when did we decide that

real hairlines are not a thing?

Was there a motion at the meeting for us to just ignore the fact that hairlines need to

look realistic?

We just out here unconcerned, unbothered, just out here living our worst lives with

hairlines that look THICK... thick and fake.

Thick and fake.

I'm not even talking about people missing hairlines because I understand that there

could be reasons beyond your control why your hair is not where it should be on your head.

I am talking about these lacefront (blink blink) Y'all know exactly what I'm talking

about, where the hair is thick like the Australian Bush one centimeter above the eyebrow.

Wheydeydodatat?

Because where I'm from a hairline is supposed to look like a hairline not a transition from

tile to carpet, not like you're wearing a helmet, just sitting there like a dead animal.

And nowadays one of my biggest pet peeves is this Gotta B Glued Gorilla Snot situmation

that people seem to have accepted as a real hairline.

From this point back hair is luxurious, they got inches, they got bundles, they got all

of it.

From this point down face is beat into submission, I mean perfected, highlight contour alladat.

But right in here they want me to ignore the fact that you have a full lace glued down

with fake babyhairs plastered and the glue is showing and flaking.

Like what?!

What?

*pause*

I'm tryna help y'all.

I, before my locs, used to be an avid wig wearer.

I preferred half wigs for two reasons:

One, yo girl got a big head and these full wigs never fit me, and the full wigs that

did some in extra large were old women wigs and I just couldn't be bothered okay?

Two because a half wig let me make the hairline look realistic.

(blink blink blinkity blink)

So I just need y'all to tell me, are we just not trying anymore?

It's probably even worse because I'm six foot one and so I hover above all y'all heads and

I see it all.

I see the glue, I see the tracks, I see the flakes, I see the pins, I see it all.

We can see that.

Well I can see it.

We can see it

and I'm not gonna pretend like I can't see it.

That's why I'm having this public service announcement for y'all because I just want

y'all to do better.

I want y'all to be better.

I want y'all to do better in 2018

because y'all gonna look back on some of these pictures in 2020 and y'all gone be BIG MAD

... BIG MAD at the fact that somebody didn't tell you.

Female spy killed Nazis with her bare hands - Duration: 2:23.

One of the fiercest, most deadly,

and most-decorated international spies of World War II

was a woman named Nancy Wake.

She could charm a man or kill him with her bare hands.

Dubbed the White Mouse by the German military

due to her ability to elude capture,

Wake was credited with saving the lives of hundreds

of allied soldiers from multiple countries

in the early '40s.

Starting off as a courier, she quickly became an escort

and guide for Allied soldiers due to her ability

to travel freely throughout Europe.

She said, "It was much easier for us

"to travel all over France.

"A woman could get out of a lot of trouble

that a man could not."

She was ultimately awarded some of the highest

military honors from England, France,

and the United States.

But maybe my favorite thing about this wonder woman warrior

was her class.

She had great taste.

Before the war, she lived in the south of France

with her rich, industrialist husband,

enjoying caviar, champagne, fine cigars,

and rose in the summertime.

But when the war broke out, she did not (beep) around.

On a mission to stake out a Gestapo installation,

a sentry spotted her and was ready to fire,

just a warning shot, but homegirl wasn't about that.

So she judo chopped him in the neck,

and snapped his head clear back to his spine.

She also used her wealth to help win the fight.

She paid off prison guards, purchased supplies

to support war efforts, and used her home in Marseilles

as a front to transit allied servicemen

from occupied France to safety in Spain.

She continued fighting and antagonizing the enemy

until 1943 when the White Mouse

finally got caught by the Gestapo.

She was interrogated and beaten,

but with the help of a Resistance rescue mission,

was able to escape just after four days.

There's that Mighty Mouse quickness.

She had to escape France, leaving her beloved husband

behind, who was later captured, tortured and killed.

(beep)

But she made it back to England by leaping out

of train cars, hiding among bags of coal,

and trekking for two straight days in the mountains.

And that was just the beginning.

Wake joined the Special Operations Executive in Britain

and continued the fight, parachuting back into France

in 1944 to help prepare for D-Day.

There, she trained troops, rallied allies,

and narrowly escaped death on multiple occasions.

After the war, Wake worked briefly

for the British government, tried her hand at politics

in Australia, and then retired back to London in 2001.

I like to think she spent her remaining days

with a Hendricks and tonic in hand,

reminiscing about all the hearts she broke

and the skulls she crushed.

so we're getting close to the first Avengers for official trailer but before

that happens we have to have the Captain Marvel trailer later this year then the

title reveal although I think the title reel and the first trailer for revenge

spoilers if you haven't seen the ant-man and wasps movie so at the end of the

movie we find out there's a time vortex being teased and also ant-man gets stuck

in the quantum realm confirming time-travel will happen in Avengers 4

throughout the time of vortex and there will be a time jump at some point within

this movie so did Ultron really survive well spoiler warning so red skull

survived because he was in infinity war everyone thought he was dead so why

couldn't all Tron returned Marvel are up for previous dead characters returning

they've said that before so most people think Tony will make his own Infinity

Gauntlet whilst time travel will affect certain things so let's say that time

travel could bring back Ultron so in the flash TV show when you change something

in the timeline there is a natural ripple effect that changes everything

and there could be an alternate universe say like flashpoint in DC so could this

be how Ultron accidentally returns by mistake logically it could make sense if

they went back to a timeline when he actually exists again in sokovia no

honestly I can't see that being happening

Ultron is a very powerful and clever in many ways he is the most powerful MCU

villain ever I guess you could say because after all he did kill before

Thanos no one really killed and it we can't really say black panther kill kill

manga because that didn't really happen so he started off by affecting the whole

of the internet so if Ultron is some consciously if his conscious is still

somewhere he could potentially return Ultron could have easily designed a

backup program and stored it somewhere on the internet for a fail-safe

in case everything went wrong and the evil genius could reboot and attempt to

wipe out the earth once again so Ultron could still be living inside vision

without knowing during infinity war when Faneuil snapped the mine stone of vision

did it kickstart Ultron inside of him being dormant what I mean by that is is

his consciousness dormant so when they tried to fix vision at the start of

Avengers 4 with a little bit of Ultron and Jarvis in his head could the

combination of bats do something crazy so Ultron's consciousness could be in

the mine stone but it's lying dormant think about it if the net of neutrons

that was in the mine stone was able to configure in such a way that it could go

cray artificial intelligence then why would the net neutrons be destroyed

remember this is the mine stone a stone which is basically a supercomputer

Ultron AI can inhabit eight technology and we could include the universal

supercomputer maybe in his last moments Ultron realized that he could enter the

mine stone in order to stay alive but in his desperation did not realize that he

would lose consciousness and be left in a dormant state also it's worth noting

nursing consider the fact that vision is sympathetic to Ultron noting that he

fears of not death having a physical form combined with his rapid

accumulation of knowledge created his refusal to obey Tony Stark

I would imagine that vision would destroy Ultron's physical form but

somehow absorb ultras consciousness back into mind so so just maybe he is dead at

least in that sense but his consciousness could be trapped inside

the mine stone with no way to get out so has Ultron got out by fan of taking

the mine stone off him and also you could make a quite strong case that most

of the villains related to the stone absorbed by the stone being destroyed so

Ultron is a link to the mine stone so vision could possibly turn into Ultron

yeah I know this is very far-fetched Bert

there is a lot of cat there is a lot of arguments for it so during a spider-man

homecoming biggest tease ever which originally when I watched it I thought

it was an easter egg so when Peter is locked in a damage control center room

and starts going through stuff he pulls out Ultron's head but what's interesting

is it has red eyes just like the Ultron army of robots had era dies so does this

confirm that his consciousness or mine is maybe stored away there there are

multiple scenarios where Ultron could return Ultron is key

Ultron Warren is all about Danice well actually if you go back and watch the

age of Ultron movie he literally did now we know Tony Stark

is stubborn we know he is smart but it's not too far-fetched and crazy to think

that maybe even Tony Stark himself could reform Ultron and tried to get Ultron to

take out Thanos himself Ultron has returned many times in at the Marvel

Comics so why wouldn't he return now after all Red Skull did return in

affinity war movie and the Ruffalo's how about she said they are not closed to

the idea of previous dead characters returning in the MCU so we could see

many characters return crossbones Ultron but do you think Ultron is key to

taking out phallus in Avengers 4 now I noticed theory is common and it's been

going around for ages but I just wanted to put the war Scheuer factor on it so

guys let me know about this video do you think Ultron's gonna return in Avengers

4 or if not in adventures for in a movie path Avengers 4 because we all know they

are going cosmic and Ultron is potentially the strongest villain ever

if you look into his backstory it might do a different video about why Ultron is

the strongest villain we've ever had after all he did kill not many villains

Developing a Clear Vision in Life - Duration: 7:13.

Hi, my name's Fr. Mike Schmitz and this is Ascension Presents.

So, I've been thinking about this,

and reflecting on this for quite a while now... actually it's been, well, a really long time.

And I want to lead this off with some really, maybe, harsh news... or downer news?

Something that could be a dash of cold water as you're listening to this.

But I believe it's true, and I believe that the truth is this:

most people who are watching this or listening to these words

will get to the end of their life and realize they wasted it.

And it's not just people who are listening to this or watching this.

I think most people who are alive right now will get to the end of our lives —

many of us will get to the end of our lives and realize "I've wasted my life.

"I haven't used it. I've wasted — I haven't spent it, I've just thrown it away.

I haven't given it away, I've tossed it away."

Why? Because we haven't chosen to live a life of meaning.

To live a life that matters, you have to have a goal, have to have a vision.

But so few of us have any sense of real vision of like, "Who is it that I want to become?"

Or an even better question, "Who is it that God is calling me to become?"

Do I have — have I spent any time, even within the last year, in the last six months,

with that question?

What is the vision that God has placed in my heart of who he wants me to be?

Not what he wants me to do, not how many people he wants me to help,

or how many people he wants to know who I am, how famous or successful I can be.

But what's the vision for the kind of person God wants for you to become?

Have you or I given even one hour's thought to this?

One hour's prayer to ''God what's your vision for my life?''

Because until we have a vision, we're leading lives of aimlessness

and ultimately meaninglessness.

Interesting... as I was watching — I don't know if you can tell from the video,

but the last number of months I've been watching a lot of YouTube fitness videos.

I don't know if it shows. *Laughs* Just kidding.

Well, not kidding, I'm telling the truth.

But I watched one that was on body builders, and it was fascinating.

Now you might think "Oh, that's gross" or whatever.

It's pretty cool because here's the deal: these people have a very, very —

whatever you want to say negatively about them — they have a very clear vision

for the kind of person they want to be or what they want to look like.

And then all of their decisions are oriented towards that vision.

Why? Because vision focuses our decisions.

This is so important for us.

Vision focuses our decisions. If I don't have a vision for my life,

I don't have a vision for the kind of person that I realize God is calling me to be,

I won't have any parameters or any principles to base my decisions on.

So vision focuses my decisions.

Just like for those bodybuilders, they knew what they wanted to look like —

they had a vision — and that focused their decisions.

And decisions are so absolutely important because decisions determine our destiny.

And here's the, kind of, the phrase is here:

while vision focuses our decisions, decisions determine our destiny.

And those decisions, if they're not oriented towards the vision that God has placed in your heart,

then if I don't make decisions like that — oriented towards that —

I'll get to the end of my life and realize I've wasted it.

And that's kind of basically what we do, isn't it?

I mean, some people say "I want more time, I want more time."

No, no, I don't think you actually do want more time. Why?

Because I have to ask the question, "What do you do with the time you already have been given?"

We all know ourselves enough to know that we waste that kind of time.

Every one of us has 24 hours a day, 168 hours a week.

And how much of that time do we use

making decisions that are oriented towards the vision that determines our destiny?

How much, how much of that time do we simply waste?

Here's the crazy thing: we waste so much time not pursuing what we OUGHT to do,

but we also waste our time not even doing what we WANT to do.

In fact, my buddy C.S. Lewis, he wrote in the book The Screwtape Letters,

the senior tempter Screwtape was instructing his junior tempter Wormwood

on how they could sneak into a patient's — you know, a person's — life,

and not disrupt it massively,

but just subtly take them away from the vision God had for them.

The Screwtape is telling Wormwood, he says, "If we can get this patient —

we don't have to get them to do these terrible, terrible things.

If we can just get them to dissipate their life, at the end of their life,

not living for the vision, not making decisions that determine their destiny,

we'll let them get to the end of their — at the end of his life he'll say,

"I now know that I have spent my life or wasted my life neither doing what I ought, nor even what I wanted."

How often are you and I in that position?

We don't even choose what we want, we don't choose what we like, we just choose what's there.

It's on Netflix, here's some of this, that, the other thing, and we just go to that thing.

We don't spend our time, we waste our time.

And if I'm just wasting my time, I will end up ultimately wasting my life.

And so here's the question: what can I do about it?

Well, the first is, I need to have a vision.

I need to ask God, "God, what is your vision for my life?"

Like, what do you want — and be really specific — "God, what do you want me to look like in a year?"

I always ask our students that when they come to the first semester or first week on campus.

How do you envision your life? What kind of person will you be, or do you want to be,

or do you think God wants you to be, at the end of this year?

Okay, so that's vision and vision focuses our decisions.

So now then the second question: what are the decisions you need to make?

It's like, "I don't know, I could do a thousand things."

Make it simple.

What are the things that are currently in your life that are preventing you from that vision?

You don't have to go through all the little details, but the obvious stuff.

What are the things in your life currently that are obstacles to that vision?

Things you do, things you've included in your life, relationships that are there...

What are those things that are the obvious "no's" that are keeping you away from that vision,

and to make a decision about those things that are obstacles —

in fact, saying no to them.

First thing: asking God "What is your vision for my life?" and being really specific.

Secondly is to say "What are the obvious things that are getting in the way of that vision?"

and to say no to them.

And the third is: what's one positive step I could take today that,

if I continue to take this step on a regular basis with consistency,

in a year, in five years, in ten years, at the end of my life,

not only will I not have wasted my life,

I will have become that person that God has created me to be?

Have that vision that determines, that focuses, my decisions

and decisions will determine your destiny.

anti-inflammatory properties that help us to calm down

any acne breakout then add a few drops of lime juice now place two spoons and a

half of plain yogurt which it will help us to tighten up our skin let's stir it

at the mix and if it gets a little bit dry at some rosewater

this is how the consistency should be like she said it should be a paste guys

I actually like the feeling of this face mask

it smells like bread please make sure not to apply it under your eyes before

you apply this face mask please do a test patch right here on the arm time is

up let's try that exfoliation part if you cannot get everything it's fine it's

just you know to remove as much as you can of the face mask and then you go

ahead and wash it off with warm water around here I have some red patches I'm

a little bit of redness all over my face every time I exfoliate my skin yes it

gets a little bit red my tests patch right here and everything was fine I do think

it's do the exfoliation it's a little bit harsh on the skin and I will

actually skip the last step which is the exfoliation if you have sensitive skin

please don't try this I don't get this sensitive skin that easy all the

products or all the ingredients using this face mask I've tried them before I

always like to ask myself would I recommend this face mask and not to

everybody to be honest not to everybody definitely not to someone that has

A Giant Underground Lake on Mars! | Breaking News - Duration: 5:08.

If you listen carefully, you can hear the sound of space nerds everywhere

jumping up and down and shrieking with excitement.

Because scientists just announced that they found

a giant underground lake on Mars!

This isn't the first time we've found evidence for

some type of liquid water on Mars.

But those were streaks of it, and they only show up seasonally,

and we're not even totally sure what they are.

We've never found a permanent body of water on Mars,

or anything close to this much of it in one place.

And best of all, there's a chance that if life exists, or ever existed on Mars,

we might find evidence of it in this lake.

In the new paper, published today in the journal Science,

a group of Italian researchers looked at data from MARSIS,

an instrument on the European Space Agency's Mars Express orbiter.

MARSIS uses radar to look below the surface of Mars.

It works kind of like the radar we use to detect planes here on Earth,

by sending out radio waves and measuring how they bounce back,

you can get an idea of what's out there.

With MARSIS, scientists can also use the data

to figure out some of the properties

of the stuff the waves passed through and bounced off of.

For this study, they looked at three years' worth of observations

of Mars's south pole.

It's covered in a layer of mostly water ice,

but about 1.5 kilometers below the surface,

the waves reflected off of something weirdly bright and shiny,

especially compared to the area around it.

Something big.

Turns out, it was exactly what you'd expect to see

if the waves were reflecting off of a boundary between ice and liquid water.

The researchers looked into a few other possibilities,

like that it was a layer of frozen carbon dioxide, but when they ran the numbers,

liquid water was the only scenario that made sense.

They found that this water stretches across an area about 20 kilometers wide,

and is either in a separate layer or mixed with some sediment

in what's possibly the most exciting sludge humanity has ever found.

But no matter what form it takes, that is a ton of liquid water!

Normally, it's way too cold at Mars's poles for water to stay liquid

it's thought to be around -68 degrees Celsius over there.

So for liquid water to exist, it must be full of salts that lower its melting point

so much salt that it's more like brine than water.

Which brings us to the question on everyone's minds:

What does this discovery mean for the possibility of life on Mars?

Well, first things first: even if life could survive in this underground lake,

that doesn't mean it's there.

This is not evidence for life on Mars.

But it does raise some fascinating new possibilities.

Liquid water is essential for life as we know it,

which is why practically all of our search for life on other worlds

revolves around water.

We've found evidence for lakes and rivers on Mars,

but until now we thought they vanished billions of years ago.

So finding a massive underground lake there today changes things.

A lot.

The problem is, the water would be an extremely harsh environment

it's full of salts, and freezing cold.

Some especially hardy microbes, known as extremophiles,

can live in places no other life on Earth could survive,

but these conditions are even worse.

So to learn more about whether life could survive in Mars's underground lake,

we turned to Nilton Rennó, an astrobiology expert at the University of Michigan.

According to Rennó, the water is too cold for life as we know it to survive

and probably also too salty.

But that doesn't mean there's definitely no life there.

If there's some source of heat below the surface that we don't know about,

it could mean the water is warmer and probably less salty than we think.

Maybe to the point that life could survive.

The other potential problem

is the chemical composition of the salts dissolved in the lake.

We're not talking table salt here

this stuff is made up of perchlorates,

chlorine-containing compounds that are toxic to humans.

Martian soil is full of them.

So if you ever get a chance to visit Mars's underground lake, do not lick it!

But just because something is toxic to humans doesn't mean it's toxic to all life!

In fact, there are microbes here on Earth that actually feed on perchlorates.

Still, unless the water is much warmer and less salty than we think,

it doesn't look like life could stay alive in Mars's underground lake.

Or at least … not right now.

Mars used to be much warmer and wetter than it is today.

And according to Rennó,

ancient microbes could be preserved in the water for millions,

if not billions of years.

Which means we now have a fantastic place to search for life on Mars.

Of course, sending a mission to Mars

to look for life a kilometer and a half below the surface is easier said than done.

But maybe not impossible!

EVANS UV COATED RED HYDRAULIC Snare Head Review & Listen - Duration: 8:57.

I tell you what man. This is one of those moments where you're just really, really

proud to be associated with a company.

Look at this thing.

Ain't nobody doing this!

I was really excited about doing this particular review

because when I first saw this head

I kind of freaked out.

Because you guys know me by now if you don't

I'll let you know,

I'm all about the UV technology.

When the UV one came out, I was freaking

and it's still to this day my favorite drumhead.

I put it on every single drum in my house practically. And I'm just a huge fan

of that new sort of UV coating technology.

Recently they took this

technology and they applied it to the hydraulic line.

This is the brand-new UV

coated red hydraulic drum head for snares. And I got to tell you man,

this thing is the bomb!

Now I know I'm an Evans artist. I'm sure this is gonna come

across as biased but you know what I don't really care. It honestly has

nothing to do with this. If I was a Remo guy, if I was an Aquarian guy, I would

still flip out over how cool his head is.

Now for those of y'all that are

unfamiliar with the hydraulics series from Evans, it's a two ply head. It''s a

thick two-ply head. Two plus a seven mil with drops of oil so you get the

muffling, you get the durability, you get all of that stuff.

The primary purpose for these thicker heads

is to reduce the sustain as much as possible.

A lot of guys that play metal and stuff they don't really like their toms to ring out too much

they dig the hydraulics because it says what it says and it just

gets out the way, you know what I mean?

So at this point this only comes in 14 which is fine.

There's no 13 yet. Maybe that's down the road I

don't know that yet but right now they only make 14s. And this comes in the

same colors as the other hydraulics. So there's a red one, there's a blue one

and there's a black one. So these are all available with the UV coating on it.

I haven't actually checked on the pricing but there's no reason for these

to not all be the same price.

So yeah, I spent a good week and a bit with

this particular head

and I got to tell you man it's the first hydraulic head I ever used

I used it on a gig that I was playing in the city

and I loved it right away.

So yeah man, this considering what it is

in my experience it's pretty freakin versatile and it sounds great so what

I'm going to do now is I'm just going to play through all three tunings so the

full tuning range. I'm going to start high and then take it to the medium one

and then drop it right out and you'll just hear how great this thing sounds in all ranges.

So there it is man. You heard it for yourself. Whether it's at the top of the

range or right down to the bottom of the range, this thing sounds great.

Onto the mics, makes it a great head for recording. It's very controlled, it's

consistent, it'll sound great in a live setting. It's just a really cool drum head.

Plus I mean not to mention, the thing just looks hot.

So I hyped this thing up pretty good for you I know but it's still up to you man

I still recommend it. You go out and check one out for yourself or

just order one up. I can guarantee you, you're not going to

be disappointed. If you get one for yourself, whether you use it on your main

snare or just keep it keep it for a future session when you need something

nice and fat, you'll have the perfect head to drop on your snare for it.

So that's my two cents on it bro
