Waching daily Jul 25 2018

Heya playa, do you want to wake up early and be productive in the very first hour that

you're awake?

There are a few habits of yours that you're probably gonna need to change.

So I'm gonna outline a few things that you should be doing if you want to be as productive

as possible.

For those of you that are new here, my name is Josh and every single Monday through Friday

I make videos sharing tips, ideas and stories teaching you how to be your best self now

a lot of people choose to have an alarm clock as their go-to way of waking up.

You set up your alarm clock next to your bed and when it goes off, boom.

That's how you get up in the morning but what ends up happening for a lot of people is they

pick up their phone, they see their alarm going off and they just hit snooze.

And yes, snoozing is only a few minutes here and there but if you want to be super productive

in that very first hour of you actually waking up, the very best thing for you to do is to

move your alarm clock, move your phone somewhere else.

A lot of people just plug it in next to their bed but if you plug it in somewhere across

on the other side of the room there's a higher likelihood that you're going to get up out

bed, you're going to go turn off the alarm clock and since you're already up you're just

gonna start your day.

Now I know, there's always a chance that you could walk over, hit snooze and get back in

bed but if you're already lying in bed and you're just turning over to press the snooze

button, I'd say you have a higher chance of not actually getting up in that moment so,

just that simple walk over to your phone could be the difference maker in you being productive.

Lots of people have asked me what they should set their alarm clock ringtone too and I personally

think it doesn't really matter.

What matters most is that as soon as you hear it playing, it triggers something in your

mind to get up and get active.

Sometimes people set things that they enjoy listening to like I did when I first started

college which caused me to miss my first actual class there so, don't make that mistake.

Make sure your alarm clock ringtone is something that amps you up, gets you ready and helps

you start being productive.

The next thing you should do within that hour is to spend a little bit of time exercising

and stretching.

Just basic stretches like holding your arms out, touching your toes, really just stretching

your body out after lying down for a bunch of hours is the best thing you can do for

it.

Most of the time we spend our time in a stationary position.

We're sitting at a desk, we're sitting in front of a computer, we're sitting on a bus

or in a car or we're just sitting in front of a TV watching it.

We don't really act as actively as we should be so adding in that exercise early in the

morning could be a good way to just get the blood flowing.

To actually say hey, I did some physical activity today and that's something I should be proud

of.

Even if they are the most basic of stretches, it's a really good habit to start working

in because let's face it, it's way better than just rolling out of bed, groggily going

to brush your teeth, get dressed, and just going to school not really feeling energized.

The next thing you're gonna wanna do after you've brushed your teeth and all that stuff

is to sit down at your desk, sit down on your bed, pick up a pen and start working on your

morning journal.

Now a few of you might not really know what a morning journal is and Habit Nest was able

to send me one of these so that I can start using it in my day and I gotta say, it's helped

me be super productive.

This morning sidekick journal helps me keep my goals in perspective.

It allows me to outline different things I want to accomplish throughout the day, how

it made me feel and what I should specifically focus on.

Each day really focuses on different tasks that you can accomplish.

You can outline the most important tasks for the day, what time you want to wake up in

the morning, what time you want to go to sleep, and what your morning ritual will be.

And I think by outlining something like this, it'll allow you to set better habits for yourself,

you'll be way more productive because you'll have a clearer vision of what you want to

accomplish.

Waking up and not knowing how you want to be productive for the rest of the day almost

guarantees that you're not gonna spend that first hour as productive as possible.

That's why planning is super important.

Yes, it takes a little bit of time in your early morning but if you spend that little

bit of time, you're going to maximize the amount of results you achieve by the end of

the day.

So pick up your morning sidekick journal, I'll put the link down there below, get it

guys, and get your day to be as productive as can be.

Now after you've outlined your goals, the next thing you're going to want to focus on

is getting your body prepared for that day.

And that includes eating fruits in the morning and drinking water.

Lots of people don't eat fruits at all or the first drink of water they have is later

on in the day from a random water fountain.

Instead, try to make it part of your morning routine.

In that first hour try to eat an apple or a banana or some grapes or some berries, drink

a glass of water because doing those things is going to give you the energy and fuel to

carry forward.

Don't just have your quick bowl of cereal, it's not going to give you the energy that

you need.

Hydration, fruits, those are the things that are really going to give you the substances

to be productive in that first hour.

Now within that first hour, you're going to need some time to get ready for school or

work or whatever you need to do but incorporating those four habit changing activities is really

going to make you as productive as possible.

You at least are spending time dedicated to improving yourself and that's the best thing

you can do in the very first hour that you wake up.

Improvement is not something you're supposed to look at upon reflection and say "Oh yeah,

I probably should have done that".

Start making these changes right now, but now I want to know what do you think?

What do you spend your first hour of the day doing?

Leave your comments down below and we'll talk about it.

On that note guys, thank you so much for watching.

If you enjoyed this video hit the thumbs up, and if you want to check out the Habit Nest

Morning Sidekick Journal, I'm gonna have the link over there on the side so you can check

it out, be as productive as you can be by really dedicating the time to improving yourself.

On that note guys, I'll catch you tomorrow.

As always, love and peace.

AIR JORDAN 18 GYM RED REVIEW (SNKRS APP RESTOCK) - Duration: 5:17.

What's happening everybody, I'm DJ shyboy AJ and we are the DNA show now sneakers out. They've been giving us troubles

But finally got lucky on something they did a restock last week and these bad boys came out

So, yeah

We got the CDP pack that came out in Norway and we have the gym red joints and we're gonna give you a comparison

Show you guys exactly

What the differences are and they honestly look like the opposite shoe really, you know opposite color laser. Looking good

So let's get into that review and we'll see you soon

So after seeing the comparison

Which pair do you like the most me personally this one grew on me a lot back in high school

But I'm digging the new booty things right here on the wild card on that but this is new job

So I'm rocking with the already pair which one you going with I'm going with the black pair man, honestly, bro

But there was a moment in time where the 18s

Were a hit yeah, like back when they came out. They're a hit. They had the white blue pair white red hair. Hmm

Black and blue black and blue hair right there coming out in October

Really? Yeah, I've just seen something

Yeah, let's see how they stand up for this period I feel like this pair is pretty similar to Dodge East right?

So but what was crazy was?

Your boy art Kelly in other parodies and like whenever these dropped back in the day

He had a pair of black and red joints on this stage. I think it was the Beatty concert

I don't know if they roll or not. I don't know but I wanted them since then and

And yeah, like they used to had a Gucci joint back in the day on cool kicks calm

They had the Sponge Bob joins the rainbow join the the rail white blue transfer here

But yeah these right here are very reminiscent of that time in that era

So I'm will go with the black joints outfit really adopt affiliate

So the next question is do you even like a teen do you like higher numbers? What is the number?

What is that threshold number for you where you're like?

I don't like any number past that a lot of people say they don't like anything past 13. That's what I hear a lot

What is that number for you? Me personally I Rocko the mall, but

What do you think about it? I feel like most people say they're not going anywhere near the 15 right and above, right?

but it's just

There's so much nostalgia for us because we grew up in that era where I came out

we saw all the colorways and we were able to feel and like be able to experience that so makes it

For me personally. I have an appreciation for a lot of the higher numbers where I understand a lot

Yeah, cuz the quality of the materials on those are pretty nice a one for sure. Yeah, so my question is

How do you feel about the box that they do the box the box needs to be burned?

Now this wall, especially done for the 2008 CDP peg makes sense. This one right here

They tried to imitate the box with the sleeve and everything in it

It came with a towel and has a Jordan logo embroidered into the towel to match the shoe

The box was the hope it had layers on the box was like plastic and this is like an imitate

In a horrible version of it. It just it doesn't this is yeah, it's smooth

It wasn't like this before. They try to re imitate the box. It's way too big for no reason

Hey, I'm just not rockin with it rough. Like now. I'm failed on that not who you I totally do the 21 is the

Italian leather

Already trained right or is it between two?

Yeah, 21. I don't have those

I know they they off like this pair definitely has a special place for you because it actually right there. Yeah, I think so

Yeah, that doesn't make sense you the material is actually pretty close to him. I have to check that out

Yeah, so what is it that you guys are thinking?

Were you able to cop on the sneakers at first off during the restock?

And did you get the 80s and do you even like 18s?

Is that how a pair of Jordans out there trying to search for numbers? Like what's it looking?

Like I felt like just iog has a rocking with these members

Yeah, I mean obviously you can try over every feet so, you know shorts wet stuff like that

But it's that one sure you pull out everyone swamp it like oh shoot. You guys are 18 zone

like I feel like it's that dope shoot a have most of

My crew Silas, this is our time to go guys. Alright

Don't forget the light comedy subscribe sheriff. Tell your friends to tell the friend attend afraid

Make money every second you're at the casino. Here's how! - Duration: 7:42.

Hey there.

It's ya boy, Mikey Slice, and today I'm gonna show you hot to make money at any casino for

8 hours straight, and I'm starting right now!

(MikeySlice.com) If this is your first time here and you are interested in making more

money make sure you subscribe and hit the bell so you don't miss anything.

So you hear it all the time, people making money at the casino, and it's not you.

Every time you go there you lose, but the first time you went you won.

Why is that?

Believe it or not the best thing that can happen to you when you go to the casino for

the very first time is to lose.

Because, you won't go back ever again, because you lost.

And you know why you lost, and you know that you're never gonna win.

So that's pro tip #1.

But wait Mikey, if we never go back to the casino again to play then how are we supposed

to make money?

Well, I'm glad you asked.

If you're playing slot machines, you're at a huge disadvantage the house is going to

take 85-90% and give it back to it's players, but they're going to keep 10-15%.

So for every $100 you put in that machine you're going to get 85-$90 back.

Pro tip #1 you can hit that slot machine 500 times in one hour.

Do the math.

How many hundreds are you going to go through in an hour?

I'll wait.

So if you're betting $1 a spin and you spin it 100 times.

That's $100.

If you're doing that for a whole hour straight that's $500.

Don't play at the slots!

The best way to make money in the casino is the table games.

And for a really good reason.

Some table games the house has a little over a 1% edge over the player.

So that means for every $100 you play you're getting $99 back.

So your money lasts a lot longer as a player.

Some games it's a lot worse for the player.

Three card poker being the absolute worst.

Stay away from that game at all costs.

But when you get paid, you get paid a lot.

So I guess it's up to you.

If you're more of a I want to win big if I win kind of person.

Three Card Poker might be for you.

If you're someone who likes to grind it out and is okay with winning $50-$100 at the end

of the day then maybe Blackjack or Bacarrat is more of an option for you.But either way,

the house still has an edge.So how are you gonna be on the winning side of it?

It's coming right up I promise.

Make sure you watch this whole video.

Now we have Routlette.

Roulette is a one of a kind game, because it's almost 50/50 if you bet red or black,

or even or odd.

But there's 0 and double zero that can really screw you.

But if you play on a European wheel there's only one 0 so the edge actually goes down

a little bit for the house.

Which means you might be able to profit better than let's say Three Card.

Here's a fun fact, if you add up all the numbers on a Roulette wheel the total comes to 666.

Is that really a game you want to play?

But that's not including 0 and 00.

Another fun fact about Roulette.

The guy who invented it spent hours in his basement trying to find out how to beat it.

Didn't come up with an answer, drove himself crazy and actually killed himself.

I don't know about that game. The very best odds in the casino, if you're trying to leave

losing the least amount possible and playing for the longest time possible is Bacarrat. The

house only has a 1% edge on the banker bet, and almost 2% edge on the player bet, but

if you win on the Banker bet, you have to pay a 5% commission if you win the hand.

So even when you win you have to give the casino some money back.

So again up to you, but I have a really big secret on how to actually make money guaranteed

at the casino and I'm going to uncover it right now!

BeforeI uncover it I want you to take a second in the comments below and tell me what you

think the best way to make money is.

I'll wait.

There's a few requirements.

You need to be able to count to 21.

You need to have a high school diploma or GED, and be drug free.

This is important and you're gonna be blown away when I tell you why.

All right all right all right.

I'll stop prolonging it.

I know you're dying to know.

I'm dying to tell you, but I really want you to finish that comment below so I'll give

you a couple more seconds so you can hit that submit button and then compare your answer

at the end of the video.

But first, check out that video!

After countless hours of being in the casino and not winning anything, consistently, I

had an epiphany.

Can't beat em, join em.

All right, here it is.

If you want to make money for 8 hours straight at any casino you need to go on their website

and submit an application to be a table games dealer.

Or any other position that you'd like to fill at the casino.

Because the house always has an edge.

And don't you want to be on the winning side?

Yeah I know, it wasn't the answer you were looking for, but I'm living proof.

I've been working at the casino for a little over a year now, and I love it.

I make money in the casino for 8 hours straight, and I don't have to risk a penny.

It's super fun, super enjoyable, and you start out part time, so what are you waiting for!?

Now I'm full time so now I get to make money in the casino for 40 hours a WEEK.

Now that's something I never thought was possible until I started working there.

So if you want to join all you have to do is go to their website, fill out an application,

nail the interview, and it only takes about 5 weeks to become a table games dealer.

You'll be glad you did.

I really hope you enjoyed this video.

If you did, make sure to give it a big thumbs up and don't forget to subscribe and hit the

bell so you don't miss anything.

Thank you so much for watching I appreciate it.

Make sure you tune in next week on Thursday so you'll see another video.

I upload every week on Thursday's.

Can't wait to see you then.

Have a good one.

Thanks for watching!

California's Registration Frustration - The Legal Brief! - Duration: 6:55.

Welcome back to The Legal Brief, the show where we CRUSH the various legal myths and

misinformation surrounding various areas of the gun world.

I'm your host Adam Kraut and today we're talking about how California required gun owners to

register "assault weapons" and then wouldn't let them do it.

Earlier this month, along with a few other gun rights groups, the Firearms Policy Coalition,

and three individuals filed suit against the California Attorney General, its Department

of Justice, the Chief of the Firearms Division and various employees.

The suit was brought in relation to the recent bullet button registration fiasco that left

thousands of gun owners in a precarious legal position.

In order to understand what happened, we need a quick bit of history.

Back in 2016 California passed a number of laws in what as known as Gunpocalypse.

The Gunpocalypse is here.

Americans need to know that this is happening.

The laws would not go into effect until January 1, 2017 since they weren't emergency measures.

Prior to July 1, 2018, Californians who had firearms equipped with bullet buttons before

January 1, 2017, had the option to either register them, take them out of state, or

re-configure them as "featureless" -- lacking evil features -- by installing work-around

compliance devices in order to avoiding having an illegal "assault weapon".

Simply put, "assault weapons" could no longer be legally purchased or assembled after December

31, 2016.

For those not keeping score, that's the day before January 1, 2017.

But in order to register a firearm, a person would have to go to a DOJ web portal and complete

the registration process.

This is where things start to get silly.

Those that wanted to register their firearms found that California must have employed the

same Canadians who created healthcare.gov because the damn thing just didn't work.

Now, there's a few points that are important to bear in mind for you Californians.

Firearms Policy Coalition stated that some people might find themselves in legal trouble

due to the registration.

Why?

Because California's DOJ is using people's registration information and pictures to investigate

if they had the firearm before January 1, 2017, among other things.

And DOJ wouldn't let someone register a "featureless" firearm, even if it was an "assault weapon"

before January 1, 2017.

Merely trying to make a gun "featureless" using different parts might not comply with

the law.

Not to mention, the regulations the DOJ has been creating were only in relation to registration

but NOT criminal enforcement.

And DOJ still hasn't updated its "Assault Weapons Identification Guide," so no one knows

how California's Attorney General and 58 county prosecutors will interpret or enforce the

new laws.

The week prior to the deadline to register, those who attempted to log onto the system

were shut out by technical defects and failures of the DOJ's systems.

For some, the system would simply "time out" while attempting to access it.

Others were able to fill out some or all of the required information only to have the

system "time out" and fail when clicking the"submit" button.

This resulted in numerous registrations being blocked at the last second, even though the

person sought to comply with the process.

One of the individuals in the suit attempted to access the website over 50 times over the

course of a day without any luck.

So he was literally trying to comply and California was experiencing technical difficulties.

You know, business as usual.

When he attempted to obtain help from California's DOJ, he only received automated responses.

On July 2, the day after the deadline, he was able to reach a live person, who explained

that it was his responsibility to have registered by the deadline and that no extensions were

to be granted.

Another plaintiff never had his email inquiry responded to.

So what do you do when the Government requires you to register bullet button and then the

website becomes completely inaccessible the week prior to the deadline?

You sue the Government.

The Plaintiffs' complaint sought declaratory and injunctive relief from the court.

Declaratory relief is an order from the court which defines the legal relationship between

the parties and what their rights are in the matter before the Court.

In this instance, the Plaintiffs are asking the court to declare that the state deprived

them of due process of the law by failing to provide a working registration system and

that the defendants failed to provide a working system as required by law.

Injunctive relief is a court order that requires a party to take action or refrain from taking

an action.

In this case, the Plaintiffs are asking the court to stop the defendants from enforcing

the penalties in the statutes relating to the registration of firearms until they are

given a reasonable amount of time to register with a working system.

Let's recap this nonsense.

FPC and a few other intrepid firearms rights advocates are suing the California DOJ, among

others, because of a complete breakdown of a system meant to register "assault weapons".

The California DOJ and its cohorts are terrible at their jobs

and no one is able to comply with a law that shouldn't have been enacted in the first place

because of, "technical difficulties".

Everything We Know So Far About Demi Lovato's Overdose - Duration: 4:44.

Demi Lovato was hospitalized at approximately 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 24th, 2018, with

sources telling TMZ that they suspect the singer suffered from, quote, "what appears

to be an overdose."

However, insiders close to Lovato insisted to The Blast that whatever she suffered from,

it was not due to use.

She was reportedly unconscious when paramedics arrived.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that Lovato was treated at her home with Narcan, which

is used for overdoses of opioids such as heroin or Oxycontin, the latter of which she'd previously

admitted to abusing.

The overdose reportedly occurred in her house.

Insiders also told TMZ that Lovato had partied with friends the night before and seemed to

be in good spirits.

The good news is that a few hours after she was hospitalized, Lovato's rep confirmed,

"Demi is awake and with her family who want to express thanks to everyone for the love,

prayers and support."

While we wait for more updates on her condition, here's everything we know about Demi Lovato's

troubles.

Musical confession

In her heartbreaking ballad "Sober," released in June 2018, Lovato revealed that she had

relapsed.

She didn't comment further on her slip from sobriety, except to say in the days leading

up to the song's release that she would soon reveal her, quote, "uncomfortable and shocking

truth."

Sources told Entertainment Tonight at the time of the "Sober" music video release that

Lovato had began drinking again, with insiders confirming to People magazine that her relapse

began with alcohol abuse, and that those closest to her saw her alleged overdose coming as

soon as she relapsed.

The insider claimed that over the last few months, Lovato felt that she was keeping her

initial alcohol abuse "under control," but unfortunately, that control didn't last long.

The insider added,

"Start using again and it's a slippery slope right back to rock bottom.

The minute she started using again, the clock was ticking down to this exact moment."

Risky friendship

A red flag for many fans was when Lovato was spotted holding hands with rapper G-Eazy during

a late-night outing to a Los Angeles nightclub earlier in July 2018.

Spies told Radar Online that Lovato and G-Eazy arrived at the club at 1:00 a.m. and left

together at about 2:30 a.m.

This news was concerning to many, as according to Radar Online, G-Eazy was arrested in May

2018 in Sweden after being busted with two bags of cocaine and a rolled up $100 bill

following a brawl in a nightclub.

Despite the hand-holding, G-Eazy later told Entertainment Tonight that Lovato was, quote,

"just a friend."

Six years

In March 2018, Lovato marked six years of sobriety onstage in a moving speech, saying,

in part,

"Yesterday, six years ago, I was drinking vodka out of a Sprite bottle at nine in the

morning, throwing up in the car and I just remember thinking, 'This is no longer cute.

This is no longer fun.

And I'm just like my dad,' so I made changes in my life."

Lovato also celebrated the milestone on Twitter, writing, "Just officially turned 6 years sober.

So grateful for another year of joy, health and happiness.

It IS possible."

"One of the reasons I've stayed sober is because I want people to know that it is possible

for you to get help and to recover."

Unfortunately, in June 2018, Page Six revealed that Lovato had unfollowed her sober coach,

Mike Bayer, who was also her partner at CAST Centers, a mental health clinic she had co-owned.

A source close to Lovato told Radar Online,

"[Demi has] gone off the rails.

[…] She's completely dropped her family members, friends and everyone in the sober

community, including all of the people at CAST.

And now she is cutting off her staff who have worked with her forever."

Suspicious fans

As early as April 2018, some fans were concerned that Lovato wasn't living a sober lifestyle

anymore because her friends got a little messy on social media.

In an Instagram pic from a night out with friends, Lovato is seen holding a plastic

cup containing a gold beverage.

But when another friend posted the pic, Lovato's cup appeared to be edited out, and followers

were quick to notice.

A miffed Lovato reportedly responded to one fan, "I don't have to defend anything, but

it was Red Bull."

In June 2018, before her relapse reveal, Lovato canceled two scheduled performances in London,

citing vocal cord issues and claiming that she was sick.

While this caused some speculation among her fans, it's unconfirmed if the cancellations

were related to her relapse.

Planning to tell all

Lovato has been open about her struggles with substance abuse, self-harm, bulimia, and mental

illness, and Radar Online reports that she was planning to tell all about her relapse

following the release of "Sober."

Lovato had intended to sit down with NBC Today host Hoda Kotb to detail her plans to get

back on track.

An insider added,

"Demi is ready to share what led to the relapse and what she is doing now to stay sober.

She has always been very open and honest with her fans about her struggles, so it's only

natural that she would do this."

"So many people feel connected to her in a way that I haven't seen before."
