So my question is like, whenever I have to make any decision, I can't take decisions on my own.

I have to take consent of at least two to three people to get satisfied and to make my decision as a final one.

Sir, can you please help me out in it?

Thank you! That's a very valid concern and I think especially with women in this country.

You know especially for females in this country.

Boys are encouraged to take their decisions independently.

Girls are discouraged to take their decisions independently.

This is a social mindset which needs to be changed because of two or three reasons.

1. Economic Reasons: India's lagging way behind from China.

China is far ahead, in women's participation in the economy.

Most of the our females are not participating in the economy resulting in low rate of GDP and innovation growth.

From every field, qualified females, after their marriage choose to be a housewives resulting in quality loss in institutes and industrial houses.

We are loosing in every way!

Government and corporate houses need to make policies to encourage these women to come back into the workforce.

2. I would like to address especially parents, on this issue, before answering your question.

Parenting plays a great role importantly, to ensure your children, in their growth years to take their decisions. (This is my message for the parents.)

Regardless of gender, encourage your children to make their own decisions most of the times.

Make them much self-dependent!

Boys and girls both will make mistakes,

But the biggest mistake in our nurturing will be of not making them capable of taking their own decisions.

We, the parents need to perform the role of a mentor or a coach.

Where, when the child is likely to do a mistake, we should then intervene before and try to discuss to let them know that their path is wrong.

Or in the ideal situation, there must be self realization from within the child that the decision is wrong and I won't do it!

That would be good parenting!

But when, we as parents we take away the decision making power from our children about his daily chores.

Then this kills their internal initiative, internal entrepreneur, internal leader, be that boy or a girl.

But then boys are given much freedom, in our country, to commit mistakes.

And as they say, boys can be naughty but you know, for girls, different expectations are there.

And in that case, after some time our decision making power tends to get weak.

However, for females watching this video if you also feel your decision-making power is weak.

This results in such weakening decisions that during having food in a restaurant they check the menu.

And look at their husband or someone else that, 'what food should I eat! Please order for me as well.'

Not Good! Not Good! Not Good!

So start taking small decisions initially!

Right!

We won't say to take up arguments or fights.

But learn to communicate that you can also, if there is a certain thing, you can also take your decision.

And create that environment in the family where your decisions are also invited and they are welcomed.

So, step one is that there would be a mental block in your mind if your decision making power is weakened.

There'll be a mental block in your mind, which will say that I should first consult others.

This will increase with growing age and will trouble a lot later.

You know because for every decision you would count upon someone.

Firstly, have FAITH in yourself, that atmost what would happen, my decision would be wrong!

So what?

No one is perfect!

Every person, even the ones we admire the most, may have also taken wrong decisions in their life.

If Sachin Tendulkar is called the god of cricket I am sure, there are many shorts that he has played which were wrong decisions.

Michael Jordan says that, in my career, I have won so many games but I have also lost so many games.

Because of the bad shots that I played and that makes me who I am.

of the Moaraki boulder and into this shore their are over 50 of boulder that are spread around

and this are really quietly un usual and mysterious but according into science research

this boulders are form through concretions by layers of mudstones

in which they take 4 million years in-order to grow as big as this

So its crazy

alright guys right-now we are here into the light house of moaraki

which is over there thats the light house but there is a path

which is heading into the shore where you can find some seals and penguins

so hopefully will be seeing some penguins in there and some seals

so lets go over there

Im here right now ito the end of the cliff of the moaraki light house

and in here you can find the sea lions that are just pretty much

chilling because that is what they do, they just pretty much sleep for the entire day

and their really f*cking lazy, just like look at this guys over here

alright guys that dolphin is unexpected to be seen

and they say that is really un-usual in here because what only you can find in here

is just seals and the penguins but unfortunately i haven't seen the penguins because they only

come back an hour before the night time or at night because that is where they get to be

going back into their house so its just only the seals that we have just probably seen

and that dolphin

MY HOMEMADE TABOULI - Duration: 4:31.

hey guys this is gonna be fast and easy right now I'm about to make a quick but

homemade tabbouleh I'm tired of spending for the tabbouleh in the store and lord

knows what's in it probably processed this is the kind that

I use here this will be also the container I put it back in the fresh

tabbouleh which I'll probably need another container because this is a lot

of barley wheat so how I made this barley wheat was I took two and a half

cups of water and boiled it with some pink alayan salt so I wouldn't have to

season the barley later and I poured it inside of the barley that's about two

and a half cups next time I'm going to use a half a cup this is too much barley

and I'm gonna have to make a couple of tabbouleh salads with this barley but it

was my first time making it but anyway so I poured the hot water boiling water

that was on the stove into this barley and then I placed it in the refrigerator

they say do it for two hours I did it overnight so it's nice and chilled then

I'm gonna add a white onion I'm not gonna add all of that onion but a

portion of it and I might add three tomatoes maybe two I don't know how I it

out then one bushel of parsley maybe half of this depends on how much of the

barley I put in I mean bullguard sorry I'm calling it

bulgur wheat I'm calling it barley it's both are weak then I have two lemons I

don't think I'll go over two lemons I did put three lemons in my hummus but I

like my my hummus to be tangy so when I get this all together I will be back

this is the bowl I'm going to use I'm also gonna use my lemon citrus squeezer

to squeeze the lemon juice out of the lemons and soon as I prepare it I will

be back ok guys so the tabbouleh is done it was pretty much easy are you

all the tomatoes in this video I thought I was only gonna use what two of them I

used all three of them then I had two lemons I ended up using a lemon and a

half because it would round rather big lemons I like to have my salads tangy of

the tabbouleh and hummus so on because I just made my other video hummus so if

you have two big lemons I would think that would be all you would use for this

batch of tabbouleh salad and I used one whole bunch of curly parsley a portion

of white onion three plum tomatoes three garlic cloves and I use a cup and a half

of barley wheat and this is what the barley wheat looks like right here it's

Bert I keep calling it barley wheat is on Bogar week I'm sorry but you see what

I'm talking about so it's not like you lost in the sauce so this is whole grain

bulk our wheat and I use a cup and a half almost two cups so on two lemons I

think the most would be all you would need if you had a small lemon you could

use two wouldn't be a problem but two big lemons you can use two lemons or a

lemon and a half I wouldn't go over that unless you like it really zesty and

tangy but you really don't need that much and then I just I don't measure

salts and all that stuff so I use bacon and salt and I just sprinkled a little

bit on the top and then I mixed it in and then I tasted it to see if it was a

you know just right always under season first never put too much at the

beginning because you then you can't take it out so with all that being said
