Ok, a scripted video was needed.

Well, it is not a script, but an outline what I made.

You don't know what is that. You will be teached about it, in a beautiful school subject called: Methodology of Investigation, which you will like a lot, I am sure about that.

About freedom of speech, and how public figures handle them, basically.

We are not going to mention anybody. And, how did this video idea arouse? Well, truth is...

that another person, another YouTuber, Albert Shane...

made a video about it, and I wanted to make my own version.

He talked about a controversy of two YouTubers, but I am not going to be addressing that.

I am going to talk about the subject in general. So let's start.

(What is freedom of speech?)

Let's start with the basics, freedom of speech is a right consecrated into the...

Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948. (Article 19, to be more specific)

And it basically says that everyone can say an opinion through every media.

I mean, what I am doing right now, and what every YouTuber does is enjoy their freedom of speech.

UNESCO says that it is the cornerstore which permits that democracy exists.

Something that I learned at civic education and ethics is that every right has obligations.

Of course, freedom of speech, this beautiful right is no exception.

For example, you must respect national security, public order, health or public moral.

You cannot incite hate, bullying, violence or any illegal action against a person, or a group of people.

But, how does this affects public figures?We will see it right now.

Look, the actions of the followers of the public figure are not responsability of it, unless this person has incited it.

Well, guys. We are here at a QnA!

I will anscer questions that I never have answered before. This will be a very interesting and creative video!

Well, we are going to start with the first question which is asked by my own fake account.

And it asks: What do you think about people who wear white socks with black shoes?

Oh, god. What a hard question I asked myself.

Well, I will have to be honest, and give my true opinion.

I think that is not natural, I think that people should not dress themselves in that way, but I tolerate them.

Because God created us, so we can dress ourselves in a certain way, men and women.

I see disrespectul to our God that there are people who want to wear white socks with black shoes.

I mean, if you wear black shoes, you need to wear dark colored socks.

They are very mature, and the girls, more so than the boys,

become adults first.

When do girls in Japan do makeup and look so mature?

In primary school they do makeup and dress fashionably?

From as early as 12 they start it.

I couldn't even think of that.

I didn't wear makeup until recent years.

That's quite impressive.

Is there anything you don't envy them for?

I think starting makeup a little bit later isn't a bad thing.

There will come a time when they all have to wear makeup.

It's a waste to wear all of that when their skin is still so beautiful.

And the damage. - Lots of damage.

They use eye crease glue and fake lashes and that damages your eyes.

In younger years it's beautiful to have natural skin and eyes

It's a waste to already hide that behind makeup.

When I was in middle school I wanted to wear makeup too.

But that damages your eyes. If you keep doing that...

you get wrinkles from doing that so early.

It's a shame to do it early.

They should show their beautiful skin that they have in their teens and twenties.

Looking at the girls, they have so much freedom of fashion.

No matter what you wear, they won't point their fingers at you in Japan.

If you wear different clothes abroad, you stand out.

They have cool clothes.

But if you wear Harajuku like cute clothes, you stand out the wrong way.

On that note I really think youth these days has more freedom in Japan.

You can wear many clothes.

Well in Tokyo you can do that but other places...

In the big cities it's tolerated.

But if you go to the countryside, you stand out the wrong way.

I think it's great that they have that freedom.

What do you think of the young Japanese women.

Young women. They say what they want to say straight out right.

I am already over 80. If you lived my life...

Young people nowadays think differently.

The young people nowadays don't think so much about other people.

They only think about their own things, and I don't understand where they are going with that.

The way women women think has changed?

Yes. The generation right now is really different from the old generation.

Scholarly wise, the ones who get further are translators and such.

My children are in America right now.

So when the Olympics come to Japan soon...

those young people will be able to help everyone again.

So the young people should give their best during the olympics. - Yes.

Over there my kids speak about 4 languages there.

We actually asked this questions about young men before.

Which all seem to be more towards their character.

Many comments this time we got about girls and their appearance.

They are more mature, they wear makeup pretty early,

and they have a different freedom of fashion.

It seems to be less about girls character but more about looks.
