aggressive manner to make up for feelings of inferiority and low self-esteem.
Napoleon was considered a tyrant by everyone that knew him, who had with grandiose thoughts
and believed he was special.

It's seven-thirty maybe Yeah, its about 7:30
and I've already told Kath that she's got mud on her face Which is a change
because normally she lets me wear it all day so when she watches this later and
says can you edit out my face cuz I've got mud all over it Why didn't you wipe it off? That's what a good
wife would do good wives comment below when we were
first married and someone at work had to explain to me that it wasn't my job on
the school holidays to do all the cooking and all the cleaning and to wash all of
Kath's clothes it was my job on my holiday to have a holiday do you remember that No
so we are now leaving Banbury for the second time
we've been here for who even knows how long I don't know we
definitely overstayed you're only supposed to spend 14 days per month
in Banbury but we loved it so much we've been moored up for a week
outside Tooley's boatyard
And more about that later before that we did some time on a
14 day mooring just on the outskirts of Banbury
so there was like legitimate reasons we had to be in Banbury first of all Ru
who helped us down some locks you might remember her from a previous episode she
was going to be in Banbury so we were outside of Banbury and we turned around
and headed back to have dinner with Ru and at which point then she said oh you
should have stayed where you were it was only a five-minute extra drive for me
Took us 5 hours. And that awesome reversing you did yeah I had to reverse down
a whole section of canal past 3 moored boats
with an oncoming boat
so we headed back for dinner and
we thought I will just - we'll just go up to a printers we headed back for
a printers which you will have seen in the
previous through the hedge yep and then we headed up to Tooley's just to say
to Matt oh we've got a bit of a diesel leak could you have a look at the engine
And then the printers didn't get back to us so we were kind of stranded with the printing
and then Matt discovered that we had some that our fuel injectors were loose
also that the overflow arm had broken so we needed to order a part
well we've already been in Banbury for 14 days and so Kath called the CRT we were
on a 48-hour mooring and we stayed there for a week which is fine because they
will charge you 25 pounds per day but quite frankly 25 pounds per day is
massively outside of our budget yeah I rang them up and I said
we're officially broken down because our engine won't run
and they put a little note on our file to say that we were allowed to stay for free
which I think they'll do for any legitimate reason when you need to overstay
but we literally couldn't start the engine

power and giving boaters giving continual cruisers he said you're
officially broken down and I said :-o and then he said do you want some power and I was very excited

been any rain for something like 50-something days and if I'm coming up to a lock and there
is a boat exiting a lock then don't close the gates behind you and refill
the lock so that you can come down just leave the gates open and I will come
into the lock the water will fill up which you were gonna do anyway and then
I'll leave second point when I blow my horn to let you know that you should not
be closing those gates don't wave as though oh no we're still gonna do it and
then also thirdly when you decide to let us in by the good grace of your sudden
manners don't expect a thank you like seriously that lady was like aww you're
lucky aren't you I'm lucky that you're not moron but the world is lucky that
you're not a moron But she was a moron
But also if you are in that much of a rush shut the
second gate for us yes so then she watched me do all the gates by myself while she
told me how lucky I was I don't actually care about doing all the gates and
spoiler alert lady I did do them extra slow
so we have now headed out of Banbury we are going to stop for some water because
we've what happened was we had a heap of electricity but we had no water that we
had just a tank of water

what to call it the throttle The throttle will go forward but it won't go back
into neutral so Annamarie said so the next place to check is the weed hatch and
I've already got the weed hatch off because Annamarie didn't have the strength
to do it so true and I think it was just a ploy because she didn't want to put
her arm in but I haven't had to put my arm in very far because I can't even get
wow it's tangled I think it's a bed sheet No
so I'm gonna need a knife okay
because I can't even well or you're gonna have to go in into the canal yeah
your choice I think we'll go with the knife

in to the canal and release it from the prop

for about $11 at my local grocery store it's a little bit of skincare it's a

about eleven bucks and I got a lot of cool things on clearance so my Smith's
here is an affiliate with Kroger so first thing I got was some pride of the
West all-purpose batter mix and it was on
sale for a dollar twenty nine so really really good deal I do like to make fried
chicken so I'll definitely give this a go and see how this works and it's best
by July 11 2019 so it's still good for almost a year I also got a little quart
of strawberries and this was on sale for 99 cents so and I got some bananas so
they're a little bit right and when they're ripe they go on sale for 94
cents and they are organic so that's pretty cool
okay so guys that's all the groceries I got so I spent like three 23:29 on
groceries which is a bet okay guys and then I got some skin care stuff and a
whole bunch of skin care on sale first thing I got was some kroger brand
hydrating beauty lotion hey stop it Castiel loves those netted bags so
creepy okay so I got the Kroger hydrating beauty lotion broad spectrum
SPF stop it stop it anyway so this is like the old fashioned oil ballet and it
was on sale for two dollars and twenty-nine cents
so I can't wait to try this so um they also had some SEL knock it off you
little brat okay it also had some Gold Bond tone
correctors help helps to fade dark spots and it was on spit sell for a dollar 39
my mom's birthday's coming up she'll be 59 in August and so I did pick up two
because I'm gonna give her one she's got some age spots on her hands and stuff
she doesn't like so that's a really good deal so the last of it I also picked up
a this is Neutrogena all-in-one all-in-one acne control daily
scrub and this is on sale for 229 it looks unused which is nice so I'm
excited to try this out I do have some blackheads and I do breakout from time
to time so I'm excited to try this out and guys the expiration date is May 2019
on the scrub what about the gold bond sorry guys I am looking I'm not seeing
it the sticker might be covering it I'll just open the one I'm gonna be using I'm
not seeing an expiration date on this see but you can use this on your chest
neck and hands so that's pretty cool casting y'all and then guys finally the
the beauty lotion the expiration date is September 2018 but that's okay I mean
I'll definitely use it so guys I wanted to show you my little miss grocery store
haul spend 11 bucks I think I got quite a lot for that amount of money but I

Update: The PSN status page now lists services as up and running.

PlayStation Network servers are currently down, and the outage is pretty bad, at least judging by the constant stream of complaints on social media.
PSN is down, and so any Saturday night video game plans are out the window for PlayStation 4 owners.
It's not a good scene over at the PSN Status page at the time of this writing: there's a ton of red, with everything from account management to PlayStation Music.
PlayStation Vue still has a little green icon next to it, which is handy for those few with a PlayStation Vue. Here's the text from the "gaming and social" category:
"You may have some difficulty launching games, applications, or online features. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible,
and we thank you for your patience."
It hasn't been a good stretch for PSN users. Servers went down earlier in the month on the same night of Fortnite's Season 5 launch, keeping untold numbers of battlers from exploring a range of new map changes and features.
And that was after some less wide technical troubles before that. There's extra pressure on any service that charges an annual or monthly fee, and those paying that fee don't seem all that happy about that fact at the moment.

There's nothing wrong with thinking.
It helps us to make sense of the world, come to intelligent conclusions, and dive deeper
into ourselves and the universe.
The problem comes when our thinking gets in the way of our doing.
Thinking and doing need to be kept in balance.
Like all things in life, these human powers are best exercised in moderation.
In this video, I'm going to show you 3 cures for overthinking that most of intelligent
people sought after.

So, in order to keep your thinking activity at an optimal level, as well as doing the
action neccessarily to support your thought, don't become trapped in your own thoughts,
and don't give them the power to paralyze you.
Well, here are three ways to stop yourself from falling into a mental tailspin:
1.
Practice Mindfulness.
When you embrace the current moment, you become more physically and mentally present.
This can stop you from getting too far lost in your own internal world.
Engage with your environment.
Take it all in.
Use as many senses as possible.
Notice without judging.
Mindfulness exercises can help you to stay in the present.
They are known to reduce anxiety, increase happiness, and bring about a sense of peace.
Why not give them a shot?

Meditate.
While mindfulness connects your mind with the world around you, meditation allows your
focus to turn inward.
This may seem counter-intuitive.
How can sitting with nothing but your thoughts help you to get away from them?
It won't.
It will, however, allow you to connect with them, understand them, and work through them.
Meditation is easier than you think.
It benefits your body, mind, and spirit.
Engaging in this practice regularly can help you to overcome runaway thinking for good.
3.
Go Outside.
Spending time in nature can be therapeutic – and you don't have to commit to a full
weekend of camping to reap the benefits.
Engage with the outdoors in a way that makes sense to you.
Have a picnic lunch in the park.
Paint the mountains from a lookout point.
Swim in a lake.
Take your kids on a hike through the woods.
Sit under a tree and get lost in a good book.
Go for run with your favorite music.
The best way to experience the natural world is the one that connects with you personally.
Don't think your own happiness away.
It's all too easy to allow your mind to drown out your heart and your spirit.
Use the three exercises above and keep your thoughts and actions in balance.
Quiet your mind, and peace is sure to find you.
