What is Love? (Collab. Kind of!) - Duration: 10:17.The English subtitle starts from 0:21
Hey guys, so I recently met up with a youtuber in Korea and his name is Sharoon.
And on his channel
he mainly deals with the topic of relationship and love. I'll put the link to his channel in the description box.
Anyways, we met up and we sat down and we talked for hours and it was really fun.
And we had a really good time.
But the video did not turn out to be you know that much
satisfactory for both of us so we decided not to edit it
but there were some parts that I thought would be pretty fun to share with you guys
So what I decided to do is in this video
I'm going to talk about what is love alone and
I'll put some parts of the conversation that we had at the end of this video.
So let's get started!
My straightforward answer to the question what is love is,
love is when the happiness of others is more important than yourself
and I understand that what I just said is very much likely
to leave room for misunderstanding and
misinterpretation, and it might even sound like sacrifice
you know giving up my well-being for
another person's well-being, whatever that well-being means.
So now I want to share some of what's written in the book called The Road Less Traveled
which is a book that's amazing. I recommend that you read when you have free time.
It's a book about
spiritual growth and love both of which are mutually inclusive. So the first part it goes like this:
I define love tha's the will to extend oneself for the purpose of nurturing one's own or
another person's spiritual growth.
And I think before we even understand what love or a loving relationship is,
we need to first understand what happiness and spiritual growth is
which I believe go together.
um
There's a novel that I read a few years ago, and it's called by the river Piedra
I sat down and wept written by Paulo Coelho and it's a beautiful story about love between two people who fall
deeply and madly in love with each other
and deepen their spiritual wisdom and understanding through that love.
But at the end of the book, Pillar, which is the name of the female character,
and by the way, the man's name is nowhere written in the book. So I'll just call him the man.
So pillar makes a voluntary choice that is painful for both him and her
which is to give up their relationship
for the sake of what she knows is important for him.
So it would be safe to say that she gave him up for the sake of love and it was a perfect love.
To understand why their love can be considered perfect and beautiful,
I want to share another part of the book The Road Less Traveled.
It's a bit long, but it's more interesting
So it goes like this:
Love is not a feeling. The feeling of love is the emotion that accompanies the experience of cathecting.
Cathecting is the process where an object becomes important to us.
Once cathected, the object, commonly referred to as a love object, is
invested with our energy as if it were part of ourselves.
And this relationship between us and the invested object is called a cathexis.
The misconception that love is a feeling exists because we confuse cathecting with loving.
This confusion is understandable since they are similar processes, but there are also striking differences.
First of all, we may cathect any object animate or or inanimate with or without spirit.
Thus a person may cathect the stock market or a piece of jewelry and may feel love for these things.
Second the fact that we have cathected another human being does not mean that we care a whit for that person spiritual development.
The dependent person, in fact, usually fears the spiritual development of a cathected spouse.
Third, the intensity of our cathexis frequently has nothing to do with wisdom or commitment
Two strangers may meet in a bar and
cathect each other in such a way that nothing is more important for the moment than their sexual consummation.
Finally, our cathexis may be fleeting and momentary.
Immediately following their sexual consummation the couple may find each other unattractive and undesirable.
We may decathect something almost as soon as we have cathected it.
That is not to say though that the partners in a stable and constructive relationship do not cathect each other.
They do.
What it does say is that genuine love transcends the matter of cathexis.
When love exists, it does so with or without cathexis and with or without a loving feeling.
It is easier and fun indeed to love with a feeling of cathexis or
with a feeling of love
It is possible to love without cathexis and cathect without loving feelings
and it is in the fulfillment of this possibility that genuine and transcendent love is
distinguished from simple cathexis.
The key word in this distinction is will.
I have defined the love as the will to extend oneself for the purpose of nurturing one's own or another's spiritual growth.
Genuine love is
volitional, which means voluntary, rather than emotional.
The person who truly loves does so because of a decision to love.
This person has made a commitment to be loving
whether or not the loving feeling is there.
True love is not a feeling by which we are overwhelmed.
It is a committed,
thoughtful decision.
So Pillar and the man's love was
beautiful from the beginning because it was mutual and it was committed
and the cathexis was there as well.
But it became even more
beautiful and genuine at the end, because pillar loved him perfectly.
I won't go into details because it could be a spoiler
but she gave up herself,
she gave up her need and want of him or the fear of pain after the split
because she felt that
protecting the man's spiritual power and the influence that will have on others
is way more important than her fear and her desire.
So their love was made perfect, even if they didn't end up together and
because of that love both of them were able to continue on with a spiritually growing self and
recognize and rejoice the true bliss that come through that love.
So that's all I want to share in this video and I hope this video reminded you or at least made you think about
what true love is
if you ever dreamed of you know genuine and true perfect love
I guess like everybody else.
Bye.

BIG RISK ONBOARD A JET SKI WITH LUCA SALVADORI - Weekly Vlog [English Subtitles] - Duration: 15:17.I'm going
in the water
Hi everyone! I'm here with Luca Salvadori
In Calabria. In Calabria. We're in Palmi
in Tonnara di Palmi, you're probably wondering why
because we were invited by Alessandro, a friend of ours, a biker
so he's like "why don't you come
here too for 5 days, as my guests?" So we're like
"Why not?!" And that's why we're here
We're at the Sunset Beach
a beach rental place, and we'll show how two riders spend 5 days of vacation
This is the face of a guy who knows he's about to day
Everything you'll do to me, I'll to do you 3x harder, later
the real aim of the day is to throw Luca in the water
Ladies and gentleman are you ready to watch the atomic explosion
of Luca Salvadori?
I'll make you pay!
it's the right moment
piece of s**t
we tipped over
you could have waited a second
how are we gonna get back up? From the rear, you always get up from the rear
how to tip over a bike. You get up from the rear
let me drive. No, no. I'm done with you yet
I don't wanna fall anymore
I'm done with you yet. I don't wanna fall anymore. Bring your weight over there other wise we'll fall again
ok. Over there not here
what a villan
you can't go anywhere without the key. Shit, you're right
looking for this?
No I'm scared. My balls are worn out after 10hrs of sitting behind you getting hit by the waves
So now I'd like to drive a little
a****le. Now we'll do the scorpion movement
OK so. Oh God. Stay on that side
otherwise we'll fall. Oh come on
Just to be clear, I've never driven a --
what do you mean never? You told me you had! I lied
I never did
Go slower. If you hit the waves like that we'll die
You're crazy!
no no no not that fast
I seriously thought my time had come
Ok now with the owner of the watercraft we're entering a cave
Ready? Awesome!
Oh God
it's beautiful
AND NOW I'LL GO A BIT CRAZY
OK the truth is that the athletes' vacations are never really true vacations
I'm not hearing a thing 'cause I'm listening to music
basically, we need to train. The boat trip is over
and now we're going running. 3 minutes of warm up
and then 30 minutes of fartlek
How do you fly?
DJ Luke is listening to music as he runs
we're almost halfway done, lost in the middle of nowhere
36°. Kill me
After two hours of jet ski, it's the end
32 MINUTES LATER
We did it
I'm going
in the water
fully clothed. I'm talking like Luca Giurato
with the shoes
the training is over... 'cause you know in Calabria
I don't why but there are pieces of cars
put together. We're on a smart that when you turn it on
look at this
you have to remove the reverse gear, otherwise it won't turn on
"hummer". The important thing is to believe it
we're headed to the hotel now
shower, dinner, then kart race
this is the track were unspeakable things will happen
river kart track of Polistena
they stole my victory!
Oh God look he's dying of envy
Ok I'll edit out the parts where my engine was working better than yours
I'll cut them out. What a race
I've never seen a battle like this one
look how much we're sweating
I've never felt such a tension
when I got those 3.5 meters
If I did the lines a bit better, to try and give him those 3 meters
yet nothing, the kart wasn't working. What a race
Awesome
such a balance..
Ok guys sorry, post-race interview
and also today the fashion blogger ends up behind
it's noon and Luca is over there, mixing
he's ready for the night, he's getting the playlists ready
I managed to get burned in only spot
in my body: here
only on the left side. Guys it's so weird
Look, look!
welcome to gioia tauro
Congrats to Davide for the showroom
beautiful
We're back at the sunset beach
as you can see I'm wearing a white t-shirt 'cause I have 3rd degree burns, so...
yesterday was devastating, because 2hr of jet sky
plus 30 minutes of fartlek plus the kart race
we're dead, so today
total relax and rest
So since usually I'm the one with the bad ideas
I decided to climb
up there
What do you think? It's pretty tall, where the hell do you? I mean there? You die
I have faith in me
He has no experience whatsoever in climbing
but he doesn't know that, and he climbs anyway
like Aldo, Giovanni and Giacomo would say: he can't go up and can't come down
he can't go up and can't come down
"now I can't go up and I can't come down"
Oh God!
oh s**t
We did it! Oh gosh
Wanna know something? I'm afraid of heights
It's the scariest thing ever for me. I did it!
How can people dive from up here?
I can see Luca from here
How do I get down now? I'm scared
Thank you guys for your help. No problem, good luck for the channel! Thanks!
Oh god
Here is now full of people
and Luca is now getting ready
to make them go crazy with his DJ talent
meanwhile DJ Luca Salvadori has started
Good morning. Oh wow look at this beauty
we met the owners of the bikes
Hello! He wanted me to try the R1
It's his. The R1 is mine
it's your? Yes so
If you want.. just don't crash it or anything
a small wheelie out here...
I don't know how to do a wheelie
why?
why?
just give one reason. Look,
Let's not comment on your day so
let's stop here. Ok let's stop
After 4 days of eating here I keep saying
that the food here is the best
awesome
it's my 3rd day eating sciala- I can't pronounce it
scilatelle
Here's the autistic kid. What are you doing?
the green with the food
it's my favorite color but not with the food
I can't stand it. You're saying you can't see green in the plate? I don't wanna see it
but that sauce is good. No, no. I don't like it
So I take it off
It's not that he doesn't like the taste, he doesn't like the color of the green
all off
so to keep you away I have to do like this
that thing, gosh
I don't even -- grass is for goats. We're
more developed beings, so you can have that
Can I eat my nice pasta without it being
immersed in that green sauce
we're ready to train
FOR 5 TIMES
training is over, I did 37 minutes and Luca 32 minutes
I'm dead, it's so hot. Look how much I'm sweating
Kill me
OK we're back at the hotel. We can watch the autistic kid
trying to edit the video
how's it going?
I have to act like an autistic kid?
It's the 15th time I hear the same sentence
I'm having a hard time over here, 'cause
the kid with autism is watching two videos
a picture, and other video,
and is like "this picture doesn't fit", so I watch it like 57 times
to see if it's better to put only 3 videos
in overlay, or that image in the middle
if it's annoying or not.
The question is: "did someone understand a word he said'?"
OK it's fine
Let's leave him alone
Bye guys.
Lady: "Excuse me. You're nice guy, but I have no idea who you are"
I could be your mother
We race with the motorcycles
forgive me, I'm a bit...
old fashioned.
We're from Milan.
We're from Bologna
You're not from here, the accent proves it
No dear, I was born here
but you know.. My name is Concetta, what do you expect?
Ok we're here for this special video
Last vacation day. We're lost in the Calabrese steppe
The idea is that yesterday while I was climbing like a crab up the cliff
a kid comes up to me and says "wanna come try my kart tomorrow?"
of course we didn't turn down the offer, so today for the first time
I'll try a race 100 two-stroke kart
Look at that track
is he dangerous? he's good with me, I don't with strangers
ok we're at the "Pista del Sole"
As you might have guessed from these images, Luca and I today tried karts that were very fast
Since I never tried anything like this I wanted to
make a special video
so get ready because in the next few days I'll publish a video entirely
dedicated to our two-stroke kart race
where Luca will lose
I hear him laugh but I don't see him
And now that the kart race is over we're back at Sunset beach
for the final goodbyes
we want to thank Ale very much
thank you guys.
For the whole vacation
5 awesome days
Cool. Very cool. You had fun?
Very much. I hope to see you again next year
he said it
"next year", he said it, he said it
Bye Ale. Bye Albe
Thank you Alessandro for the invite
and thanks to the Sunset Beach staff

5 Reasons Why You Should NEVER Exercise - Duration: 3:50.Maybe you're sick and tired of hearing about all of these exercise benefits.
That's why in this video I wanna reveal what the media has been hiding from you.
And I hope that my arguments will convince you to never even think about exercising again.
First of all, your body is designed to sit all day.
It's vital for your health to understand that the human body is a fascinating organism
which obviously works best when you lie down and relax without any physical activity.
Right?
It's not like humans had to run from predators or explore new lands
That's a total lie; undoubtedly they were enjoying their time, talking to penguins,
and cracking a cold one with them.
And let me ask you the ultimate question.
Why do you think pizza, ice cream and all the junk food taste so good?
Allegedly, science says that calories were scarce, so taste receptors evolved to reward
you with that sweet flavor whenever you find food that is packed with sugar, fat, or extra
calories that are important for survival.
But common man!
It's 2018!
Do people really still believe in science?
Sugar was ubiquitous in our ancestor's time.
The sky used to rain muffins and doughnuts constantly.
Calories were available everywhere.
Therefore the body definitely had to adapt to eating lots of sugary stuff.
So please continue shoving your mouth with many unnecessary calories.
This is the way to go healthy.
Which brings me to my most important point: Exercise is exhausting; you shouldn't get
tired at all.
Keep your heart rate at the lowest level possible.
There are lots of rumors that say exercise is good for the heart and all.
But you don't like feeling sore after a workout, and you prefer to lie down and scroll
through Instagram.
Great!
Keep it up.
The best thing that could help you through your depression journey is to look in front
of a mirror and hate your body image.
Cool.
Ignore the researches that say exercise will make you feel happier by releasing endorphins;
NO! This is the last thing you want.
I'm telling you from experience.
Depression is awesome.
There's no better feeling in the world than being miserable all the time.
But maybe you're a busy person.
You have to study, you have to work, and taking care of your body is something that would
absolutely crush your soul, and kill your productivity.
You're right.
It's not like you can devote half an hour every day and think that this would be helpful.
That's insane.
Clearly, everyone who went running reported afterward that they felt less energized and
less focused right?
Now despite all these convincing arguments, maybe you're like: "I still want to exercise,
but you're afraid that you might see some good results"
Well, I have good news for you.
If you worked hard and if you committed to a workout routine you definitely aren't
seeing any results, ask people who exercised for six months.
They would all tell you that exercise is fake news.
So please avoid it at all costs.
And don't even get me started on entering the gym
All 7 billion of us will be watching you, analyzing your weaknesses and judging your body.
We don't have our own lives, we're obsessed and waiting for you to mess up.
I hope I've convinced you to never even think about exercising again, take it from
me, I used to be very healthy
But as soon as I started working out, I became homeless and lost all my friends.
Obviously, this whole video was a joke; the purpose is to make you think about the opposite
of your goal.
(Reverse psychology amirite?)
And how much-underrated exercise is.
We could talk all day about exercise benefits, and everybody knows that.
But I wanted to offer a different approach to illustrate how much you're missing out
and how easy is it to get back on track.
No pill comes close to what exercise can do, and if there was one, it would likely be the
most valuable pharmaceutical ever developed.
Share this video with someone who might need it.
And subscribe for more animations.

What Makes Great YouTube Content? | YouTube Content Tips - Duration: 4:42.- You're here because you want to learn
how to make great YouTube content.
I'm here because I want to rid the internet
of bad video content, or what I call video vomit.
So, I'm happier here; let's go
make some YouTube magic together,
and that is coming up next.
(percussive flourish)
Welcome back, it's Tracy with VideoScriptSuccess.com
where I help you take your brilliant but scattered ideas
and turn them into marketing videos that convert.
So, I need you to hit that subscription button
and that notification bell so that you get
all of my tips, tools, and tricks
for making great online videos.
Okay, today I want to talk about
making great YouTube videos.
What does that entail, what do you need to include,
and what are some ways you can do that?
So let's dive right in so you can
make great content right away.
Okay, so the first way you're going to make great content
is by creating content that people
are actually searching for, so you have to do
some research, right?
So, YouTube is a search engine,
it is not a social platform.
It is owned by the biggest search engine, The Google,
so when people Google a how-to
or "I don't know how to do this"
or "I want to learn how to," it will take them
to YouTube first, because it ranks the videos higher.
So do some research, and if you're unsure
of where to research or how to figure that out,
I want you to hop back and watch my video
"What Does Your Audience Actually Want"
after we're done here today.
Okay and the second way you're going
to make great YouTube content
is by staying on point.
What do I mean by that?
Well, a lot of times when you're educating people
or doing Facebook ads or you're doing
opt-in videos or something like that,
you kinda have to give people the why
so that it drives them to the click.
You want to say in the video structure,
"You know you need video,
"it's the most important way to make a connection."
You don't need the why in YouTube.
You want to give them the what and the how right away;
you can skip the why.
You want to give it succinctly
and you want to give it quickly
so that they can take action.
Okay, and sticking with that theme,
I want you to make sure that your content is step-by-step,
so easy to digest, easy to implement, right?
So think tutorials, think educational.
Think, I can write this down and do it
as soon as I leave here.
That makes great content; it also sets you up
as the authority so that if they're searching
for something else in your niche,
they're going to go back and say,
"She was really helpful before, maybe she can help me
"with this new thing I'm searching for."
Okay, and the fourth way that you're going
to make great YouTube content is to be human and likable.
What did she just say that?
Yes, you need to be human and likable
because you're building a rapport with your online audience,
you're building a relationship here
and you're trying to make a connection.
So show some personality, right?
Just because you're teaching does not mean
it has to be a lecture.
Have fun, be engaging, smile!
And the fifth way to make great YouTube content
is to stand out.
Well, the first thing people are doing to see,
the calling card on YouTube is your thumbnail,
so make sure that your thumbnail really pops
and title is something that they're searching for.
This is a great SEO trick, is to make sure
that your title matches what they're searching,
because remember, we're going to go back to
"The Google," the biggest search engine;
someone's looking for it, they're going to type it in
and up comes your title because it matches
exactly what they're searching for.
And then if you want to stand out, see number four
where you're likable and human and smiling a lot.
Okay, and the last, the sixth way
to make great YouTube content is to be consistent.
Listen, this is a relationship we're building
so please don't be a tease and please don't be flaky.
So show up, every week.
It gives them a reason to come back
and a reason for you to keep nurturing that relationship.
And speaking of relationships,
if you found this video helpful, and I hope you have,
I would really love for you to hit that like button,
leave me a comment, and hit the subscribe button
so you know when my next video comes out first.
And I'll see you right here next week.
(upbeat pop)

Someone shot from the bootcamp.
A car is coming! (Can't hear anyone inside of here.)
Nice. (???) 1 down by the water.
He died.
Dropping some healing. (??? already.) ((Uhm, I got knocked.))
From where? (I have no clue.)
Close to trif! (I got him. Instant death.)
There's another 1, there's another! (Yeah, but that's not the same squad)
Had to get into the storage building again or?
Yeah. Both are inside the storage building.
Uuuhm. I'll run around then.
Yeah, try holding the edges so we can..
I got spotted, so I won't be running around. I'll hold the angle instead.
Try to get a frag into the door
Are you inside the building? Oh, no you're not, you're on the other side.
Knocked 1. (Ooooooooo)
Well.
Congratulations <in swedish>. (Nice.)
And I got a kill, so I feel, I feel useful.
4 kills, not the best, but not too bad either.
