What's up rule breaker?
Welcome back to my channel.
In this video I'm going to talk to you about the three key mindset shifts you can make
to double your sales and get twice as many clients.
The farther I get in business, the more it becomes clear that mindset is everything.
The reason you don't have what you want right now is because you don't believe it's possible
and everything you have right now is a result of your past beliefs.
So I don't know if you know this, but I run a program called EA for clients where I coach
entrepreneurs like you to create signature services and book out those services completely
so that they can make a consistent full time income from their business.
Now, we've had more than 150 students go through this course and through the last year or two,
I've been able to see a few patterns in the entrepreneurs who are successful and those
who struggle a little bit more.
It's not about your God given talent.
It's not about being cut up for success.
It's not about how much money or resources you have.
Resourcefulness is more important than resources by the way.
It's not about how old you are, how young you are.
It's not about where you live or your first language.
It has nothing to do with any of those things.
The people who are more successful are those who get in the right mindset and specifically
there are three mindset shifts that they're able to make in order to start getting those
clients coming to them on a regular basis and truly becoming a boss of their own business.
And that brings me to our first mindset shift, which is become a boss, not a freelancer.
There is a massive difference between the mindset of someone who is freelancing or basically
just being reactive to what gigs are coming their way and competing for opportunities
versus a boss was running their own business, deciding what services or products they're
going to offer, and is selling those products and growing that business.
Huge, massive difference.
We all start off, or most of us start off as freelancers, but at a certain point, once
you realize what industry you want to get into, you need to transition from being a
freelancer to being a boss.
This is going to require that you decide how your business is run, not your clients.
That you decide it in advance who you want to work with, not react to the opportunities
out there.
And that you create a signature offer that you're going to sell again and again and again
rather than creating custom proposals or customizing your services to the client.
I know that sounds crazy, but it actually helps you to get more clients at higher price
points and get more work done in less time.
So it's a pretty great mindset shift to make.
So do you need to decide that you're a boss?
If so, I want you to put "boss" in the comments below.
That's going to be your first step towards making this mindset shift.
The second mindset shift you've got to make is to start seeing selling as service.
Here's what happens to a lot of my students and other entrepreneurs.
They create a service, they go through the process that I talked about in step number
one.
They start seeing themselves as a boss instead of a freelancer, and then when it comes to
actually asking for money for what they do, they freak the eff out.
A lot of unresolved worries about unworthiness and money and limiting beliefs come into play
here.
The big thing is seeing selling as a negative versus a positive.
I've used selling as adding a net benefit to the world as a whole, and I always use
selling as a win-win situation for me and my client.
Ultimately I'm helping the person to get a result they desire and there's a price tag
on that and one thing I really want you to remember is that people who pay to play get
better results than freebie chasers.
I've had people who have watched my videos and consume my content for years and have
never taken any steps forward or made progress because they've never invested in themselves.
Now, I'm not saying that they need to invest with me, but I can see that this has become
a pattern of "I want more and more and more free content."
And that's fine and I love creating free content and making my trainings accessible to people.
However, until you really step up and make an investment, there's only so far you're
going to go.
No business owner has made it without ever investing in themselves.
By charging good prices for what you do, you are being of service to your client.
You're going to do better work, your client's gonna respect you more, and everybody's going
to get a better result in the end.
Now, if you're still struggling with this, that means we need to address a mindset shift
number three, which is viewing money as a limitless.
We are in a universe of limitless abundance, and if you're feeling like you're stealing
from people by asking them to pay for what you do, you have a lack mentality.
Totally fine, I also fall into this from time to time.
There is truly no limit to how much money exists in the world.
The only limit is the limit you're putting on yourself.
Now, this one's really hard sometimes because we've been so ingrained in the trading hours
for dollars scheme and viewing it as a having a cap on your income and it's just not true.
The biggest step here is to step out of that trading hours for dollars or looking at your
prices as an hourly wage situation.
So let me give you an example.
Let's say that you do coaching and in your coaching package you have a monthly call with
people for three months, so that's three calls, three hours of calls, and you decide that
you're going to base your pricing around the fact that there's three hours of calls that
that person is paying for and you think, oh well, I can only really charge $100 an hour,
so the max amount I can charge for my three month coaching program is $300.
When you price your services based on the hours of work you are doing yourself and your
clients a massive disservice.
Instead you need to look at pricing it based on the value that you're creating for someone.
Which also means that you can add other elements to your services other than just those hourly
calls, because let's face it, there's also prep time and post call time and organization
and an administrative work that has to happen to make those calls happen as well.
But in order to get somebody to pay you for that, they don't care how many hours you're
spending prepping for the call.
What they want to know is what is the net benefit to them?
In other words, what is their return on investment?
This doesn't necessarily have to be financial, however, I'm going to challenge you if you
think that your services don't have a financial benefit, even if it's not a direct benefit.
But also think about the other benefits of your service.
How is your client's life or business going to change as a result of working with you
and what is that worth to them?
Now, these three mindset shifts are going to get you willing to take the actions you
need to take in order to get results.
So once you've made the mindset shifts, then it's time to get your butt in gear and start
taking action.
Now, I've actually got a really great freebie for you, which is a checklist of 64 actions
that you can take to start booking more clients and book out Your business.
So if you'd like to grab your copy of that, just go ahead and scroll down to the description
box below this video and grab your copy.
I would love to know which one of these mindset shifts is the most important for you.
I already said, if you need to start seeing yourself as a boss instead of a freelancer,
write "boss" in the comments.
But I'd also love to know, do you need to start seeing selling as service?
Well then I'd love you to write "selling is service" in the comments.
Let's create an affirmation around that.
And if you need to start seeing money as a limitless, why don't you write that in the
comments below?
I can't wait to cheer you on.

What You Don't Know About Makeup Artist Kandee Johnson - Duration: 3:55.
There are a lot of makeup artists on the 'Tube these days, but few of them have had the impact
that Kandee Johnson has.
Johnson has been sharing her skills since 2009, and has become one of the most established
beauty influencers today.
As one of the earliest to jump on YouTube, Johnson led the way for other beauty gurus
to follow.
And while fame could have turned her into a diva, she's remained the best friend everyone
wishes they had.
Here's what even the most devoted fans probably don't know about Kandee Johnson.
Mommy blog beginnings
These days, Johnson is world famous for her beauty vlogs, but she originally started off
with a very different sort of online presence.
Before she transitioned to YouTube, Johnson started blogging in 2008 about what it was
like being a mom.
She slowly began branching out into beauty and style, but her first posts were all about
her kids.
Even after she had launched her YouTube channel, Johnson still made time to feature her children.
In a 2010 post, Johnson blogged,
"The greatest job you'll ever have is being a mom.
[…] Nothing leaves a legacy like a little soul that was loved, adored, and loved some
more."
We're sure her four kids would totally agree with their devoted mom.
Multi-talented maven
We know that Johnson can throw together incredible looks, transform her face into a famous icon,
and create an engaging YouTube tutorial, but it seems that Johnson has some other real
talents - including some musical chops.
She loves to play the piano, posting on Insta:
"Sometimes when my mind feels it has no words to make sounds from my mouth…my hands just
make sounds on the keys."
Johnson has even been writing her own songs, ever since she was a little kid.
Fresh-faced Fridays?
Anyone who has seen Johnson create one of her stunning transformations might expect
that the vlogger wears a full face of makeup all the time.
But when the cameras aren't rolling, Johnson often sports a fresh face.
When Celeb Secrets TV asked how long it takes her to get ready on a normal day, Johnson
replied,
"Some days I don't even wear makeup so it's like maybe five minutes...maybe some foundation,
maybe mascara, if we're lucky."
But she can definitely rock a red carpet look, in under an hour, saying,
"But like today, I mean I did it fast, it was like hair and makeup in 45 minutes."
A lot of celebs wouldn't leave the house without a full face of makeup - especially one known
for her beauty tutorials - but Johnson has fresh-faced days just like the rest of us!
No days off
A lot of people look at online celeb life as an easy job, but maintaining that YouTube
fame involves a lot of hard work.
Johnson revealed just how much time she puts into her brand, telling E! News,
"It's more than when I worked three jobs at one time.
I never get a day off.
I'm up editing until four in the morning.
It just never stops.
But it's amazing."
At least all that hard work pays off when you're doing something you - and your fans
- totally love!
Advice from a pro
Johnson never set out to become an internet legend.
In fact, she didn't even realize at the time that YouTube could be used to build a career.
These days, of course, there are plenty of people who are hustling to become social media
influencers.
But Johnson doesn't think they should be in it for the fame.
She dished some advice to those who are just starting out, telling Fusion,
"Make sure that you're starting YouTube because you want to help people, you want to entertain
people, not because you want to get free products or you want to be like YouTube famous."
She also advised,
"Talk like you're talking to your best friend or your sister.
When you start thinking like, 'This is my persona,' or 'I have to act cool,' you're
not likeable, and you're not relatable.
You're just being weird."
Hollywood bound?
Johnson has been adding to her resumé by hitting the big screen.
She announced her foray into acting in 2016, when she was cast as the voice of Mandy Sparkledust
in Trolls.
It seems pretty fitting that the brightly-haired troll would be played by Johnson, who frequently
sports bright tresses, herself.
"I get to be a voice in like a real giant animated thing, I mean granted I only have
a few little lines, but still I'm excited."
But she doesn't let that box office glamour go to her head, telling Hollywire,
"Like almost every moment where it's like a huge opportunity, like being here feels
surreal, getting to be doing a voice of a movie feels surreal, when I started YouTube
I had no idea."
Will the Los Angeles native transform into a full-fledged Hollywood screen queen?
For this rising star, anything's possible!

The Best Laptop Hardware Yet - Duration: 5:24.
- Hey guys, this is Austin.
This might be the nicest piece
of laptop hardware that you can buy.
Oh, what?
Oh that's cool.
As you open the box it like presents the laptop to you.
I mean, no one ever needs to do that,
you're only gonna open the box once, but that's pretty dope.
What's cool about this, is has Asus' new Ergolift hinge.
So when I open it from the bottom,
it actually elevates the entire laptop up.
That's, that's actually something kinda different.
Now this means that there are
some interesting quirks with the design.
So if you take a look at the right side,
in addition to having 2 full Thunderbolt 3 ports
you're going to find a headphone jack.
Pretty standard, except that
when you actually open up the laptop,
the headphone jack is attached to the screen,
as opposed to the body of the laptop.
Kinda trippy but it totally works.
As you would expect for a premium laptop,
it is going to be entirely made out of aluminum.
So I feel like this blue looks pretty nice,
especially with the copper accents.
What I really like is the red model of the Zenbook S.
I mean it's a little flashy, but, yeah.
Before we get too far into it though,
I actually wanna see what else comes in the box.
So we have a power adaptor.
This guy is going to be using USB-C,
although I assume it they will
probably work with other generic adapters.
You also get a USB-C to USB-A adapter.
As well as USB-C to HDMI a nice touch to include in the box.
You can also put the laptop inside
the carrying case that it comes with.
So it might not be super premium or anything
but it should help to keep this
from getting all scratched up in your bag.
So after spending some time with the Zenbook S
one of the things that is still jumping out to me
is just how solidly it is constructed.
So it is going to be about 13mm thick,
which is on the very very thin side.
However there's basically no flex to it at all.
I mean even something like the screen,
I mean you can really torque it
and it's not going to go anywhere.
And the same thing goes for the body.
I mean, this is not something we do with most laptops,
but I'm putting some serious torque on it,
it is staying very very solid.
It's nice to see in something that's going to be
just this thin, or thick,
depending on your marketing term of choice.
The keyboard is also terrific.
Not only are the key caps nice and large,
and it actually kinda looks a little
like a MacBook from the outside.
But you're going to be getting a decent amount of travel,
and importantly, because you do have that Ergolift hinge,
the entire keyboard is going to be slightly tilted up.
This is not something that's very common in well,
pretty much any other laptop.
But I really appreciate how it
just gives a little bit less strain to your wrists.
The trackpad is a little bit on the small side,
but it's going to be totally fine.
And you're also going to find a fingerprint sensor,
for Windows Hello support.
What's nice is that you're going to be getting
two full Thunderbolt 3 ports on the right side,
which are of course going to be able to support,
not only an external GPU,
but all of the different adaptors that can go off of that.
But there is going to be another USB-C port
on the left side of the laptop.
All of which can be used to charge, USB, video out,
it's a nice set up, even though
it would definitely be nice to have a USB-A port.
The main issue here is that while the laptop
is literally just too thin to fit any kind of bigger ports.
So.
- There's really a lot to like with a form factor like this.
- What there's not a lot to like
is with the speakers of the Zenbook S.
And that is a terrible transition but I'm gonna roll with it.
On the bottom of the laptop
you're going to find two speakers.
They sound okay.
But first of all, they're not going to be all that loud,
and second of all, any time that they're going to be facing
on the bottom of the laptop, it just means that
it's just sort of hitting the underside,
and kinda echoing out.
They're just not that great.
Thankfully Asus did opt to put the webcam
on the top of the display,
you know like where it actually belongs.
Now it's only going to be 720p,
but it looks and sounds alright
most importantly though, you're not looking
up my nose right now, so thumbs up for that.
The Zenbook S is rocking a 13.3 inch display,
with either a 1080p or a full 4K resolution.
Both are going to be touch enabled,
and the main difference is, that while the 4K panel
is going to hurt your battery life, as well as performance,
I have it here and it looks really really nice.
Not only is it going to be very color accurate,
but it also gets pretty bright
with a full 350 Nits of brightness.
Something that is very helpful when you take this outside
and can still see the screen.
Performance is not only solid,
but it's exactly what you'd expect
for an Ultrabook of this generation.
So inside you can choose between either a Core i5 or Core i7
both of them are going to be 8th Gen.
In this case, I've got the i7-8550U.
Now the actual benchmarks are, well, not exactly surprising
considering it's exactly the same performance
as basically every other ultrabook
we've taken a look at over the past year.
Totally solid and a big step up over the last generation.
If you opt for the 256 Gig SSD, which is the base model,
it is going to be a SATA based drive.
However if you go for the 512 gig version,
which is what I have here,
not only is it going to be a much faster M2 drive,
but you also get the option of going all the way up
to a full one terabyte of capacity.
This guy has a choice of either 8
or 16GB of DDR4 memory.
My 16 gig RAM option, does have dual channel memory,
which is helpful for the graphics performance.
What isn't helpful for the graphics performance
are the thermals.
Now it's not going to be that bad,
but considering that you do have this Ergolift design
which in theory, should help the airflow
and kinda cool things down,
it does run a little bit on the warmer side.
Inside this guy is rocking a 50 Wh battery.
Now it's not going to be that big, it's a little bit smaller
than something like the LG gram
and with the 4K panel, it means that
you're only going to be getting
around six to seven hours of fairly regular battery life.
But the screen is so nice, that I'm actually
kind of willing to give up a little bit of battery
in exchange for a nice, sharp, crisp panel.
If you stack the base model
up to similarly spec'd competitors, which is the XPS 13
it is going to be a little bit more expensive,
however once you start adding options such as the 4k display,
extra RAM, as well as a 512GB SSD,
it actually tops out at around $1500,
still a little bit on the pricey side,
but it's actually not a bad value.
My big takeaway is that it's hard to beat this design.
Seriously, props to Asus
for actually doing something different.
There are so many great ultrabooks out there
at that 1000-ish dollar price point,
that the Zenbook S with it's Ergolift
actually does legimately stand out.

Christian Eriksen vs. Casey Hayward | Tottenham vs. LA Chargers | Game Recognize Game - Duration: 4:59.
-You ready? -I'm ready!
What?
This is Game Recognize Game.
Today, we've got a one-on-one face off
featuring Christian Eriksen of the Tottenham Hotspur
and Casey Hayward of the LA Chargers.
...and that is picked off!
Casey Hayward with another interception!
Eriksen tries his luck... Oh, what a goal!
That is special.
We're taking both of these super-awesome athletes
into each other's sports. May the best footballer win.
Come in to the challenge today, I got my headband on,
that means I'm serious.
Let's see how serious you are.
We got footballs and soccer balls, so we gonna see.
Round one.
We're gonna kick things off in a big way.
It is called 1 VS 1 with a very large soccer ball.
The player that scores the first goal, wins the challenge.
Look, I might got a chance because we got a big ball.
I saw that, big ball. Yeah.
-Big ball. -Yeah, I saw that.
Fight!
You can't use your hands, Casey.
No, I almost used...
There we go.
Get it, Casey! Nice!
Christian's setting up.
Casey on defense.
Nice kick!
Goal keeper.
Free kick.
Come on! No...
-Casey, are you out of breath? -Yes.
-And it's a goal! -Yes!
Winning strike!
Soccer wins!
How are we both feeling after that?
I'm a little... I'm all right, though.
Do you have new respect for soccer players or football players?
I had it already.
He's not even breathing hard, he just finished a workout.
Normally, you'd have a normal-sized ball. This is bigger.
So how was the experience with the World cup?
Yeah, it was good, it was very good.
We could be proud. We played well against Croatia.
-France, they're still celebrating. -Yeah, of course.
I would be celebrating as well if we win the World Cup.
What? No doubt.
Round Two!
I am going to put footballs in a jug machine,
and you're gonna try to catch as many as possible.
So, when you catch one,
you must continue to keep them in your hand.
Whoever has the most points wins.
I did it in college before, and I dropped one.
My coach got me out of there.
All right, Christian, no pressure, but let's see how far it can launch.
Nice.
All right.
-Not a huge surprise. -That's one.
All right, nice.
Same length.
Got all three of 'em. Let's see if you drop one.
Perfect.
I'm feeling pretty good.
See what I'm saying? See what I'm saying?
I take my first win.
Come on, Christian! Nice!
I'll take that. I chested it.
That was definitely a soccer move.
Are you surprised that he caught two?
I'm not surprised, I knew I was gonna win, though.
Yeah, there it is.
-Nice. -Yeah, it's close.
It's close.
That was a solid attempt.
Yeah, he went for it. Yeah, he went...
That is way harder than what it looks.
Round Three!
All right, our final challenge is called The Egg Toss.
These players are going to toss an egg between each other,
and, of course, whoever breaks it first, loses.
He's gonna drop it.
And now, there is no practice.
All right, so how does it feel so far?
-Good, confident. -We're good to go.
You guys are doing a great job.
That had some velocity to it.
All right.
-Oh, man! -Oh, dear.
-Oh, my God! -What a catch!
Fire, flame!
Oh, I'm ready.
It doesn't break!
Okay, all the way back now, here we go.
Admirable competitors, and congratulations.
-Well done. -Good job. Thank you.
-He won, it's okay. He won. -What did I win?
You won the challenge.
-He won an egg. -I won an egg. I won an egg.
-You get to take the egg home. -I get to take the egg home, yeah.
You win!
It is so hot out here.
We should've been to the beach instead.
It is hot.

Top 10 Convicts Who Were Forgotten In Solitary Confinement - Duration: 13:02.
Solitary
confinement is often debated about whether it is to cruel of a punishment.
Cruel or not it's often use as a form of punishment in prison where inmates are isolated
from any human contact.
They are isolated for 22-24 hours a day with sentencing ranging from days to even decades.
In a lot of cases inmates became a high risk of harming themselves, and will go even as
far as killing themselves in order to escape the punishment.
Some of these inmates are able to outlive there sentence but there are situations where
these inmates are just forgotten about.
So lets get right into this list, this is the top 10 convicts who were forgotten about
in solitary confinement.
And here to help us today is Kelly and shes from the top 5 scary videos channel here on
Youtube.
Landon: You guys should check out her channel its really good, just click right here they
do a ton of scary videos and the channel is gaining a ton of subscribers lately.
Kelly: Ok lets start of this list at number 10.
Adam Capay.
Adam was imprisoned in an Ontario prison in Canada and held in solitary for over four
years, completely isolated, without a trial.
The now 25 year old first nations man was kept in isolation in a window less Plexiglas
lined cell at the Thunder Bay jail with 24 hour a day artificial light.
In 2012, he was charged for the murder of another inmate; a crime he has yet to receive
a trial for, causing many activists to cause a stir, demanding action and shining light
on the issue with Ontario's correction systems.
After 1,500 days in solitary, Adam reportedly began suffering from memory loss and had difficulty
speaking.
There has been a demand for the Ontario government to cap solitary confinement to a max of 15
days, and currently a petition is circulating online demanding for Adam's release from
isolation.
Landon: Number 9.
That was Stephen Slevin who was actually rewarded 15.5 million dollars after he was put into
solitary confinement at the Dona Ana County Jail in New Mexico.
Slevin was 59 yrs old who spent up to 24 hours a day inside a tiny dark cell.
He was often denied his 1 hour out of cell time.
This cruel punishment caused him to have delirium.
His mental state was severely compromised, he wasn't properly taken care of.
He wasn't even allowed to see a dentist so he had to pull out one of his teeth.
The worst part of this whole case was Slevin was put into solitary confinement because
of his depression issues.
It makes no sense, he will just become way more depressed.
He is being set up for failure.
Slevin was put into prison for allegedly stealing a vehicle and being drunk but he claims he
his friend let him borrow the vehicle.
He was never seen by a judge for his sentencing.
He was just left in prison and forgotten about.
Moving into number 8.
The jail Kalief Browder stayed at was Rickers Island we have often talked about this prison
on this channel many times.
Its notorious for being a horrible prison for its violence and for mistreating its inmates.
At the age of just 16 yrs old Browder was accused of theft of a backpack I kid you not
he went to prison because of this.
Its crazy I know inside the backpack was $700, a camera, credit cred and an ipod touch.
While awaiting trial Browder was imprisoned for 3 years with significant time in solitary
confinement.
It took 3 years to finally have a court case and when the trial occurred the prosecutors
case was lacking in evidence and the main witness in the case couldn't be located
so the case was dropped.
So why the heck did this teenager spend 3 years in prison.
This story gets really sad, just years after being released Browder couldn't adopt to
the real world so he took his own life by hanging.
While in prison life was very hard for Browder.
Let me show you a clip of an officer attacking him for no apparent reason.
Kalief will be seen in the orange prison suit and he is handcuffed and is unable to
harm anyone.
Kelly: Number 7.
Dean Westwood.
Dean's case is a really sad one.
For starters, when first arriving at the Coffee Creek Correctional Facility in Oregon, prison
employees didn't know how to properly handle an inmate with his disability; Dean is paralyzed
from the waist down, and was handled roughly.
He wasn't provided with his anti-seizure medication.
And he was placed into an isolated medical cell for seven days.
His wheelchair was taken away from him, and he was left flat on his back in the cell,
and was not given any assistance to help move around.
He was forced into tight fitting clothing, causing irritation on his body below his waist,
and because he didn't have his medication, he experienced severe convulsions.
According to the ACLU, despite the Americans with Disabilities Act laws, discrimination
against people with disabilities persists in prisons and jails nationwide.
Stories like Deans are more common across the Us than you'd think, and cases of neglect
have caused major physical and mental damage to prisoners nationwide.
Kelly: Number 6.
Thomas Silverstein.
Silverstein has been incarcerated since 1977 for four separate murders.
The alleged former leader of the Aryan Brotherhood prison gang, he's been in isolation since
1983 after killing a Corrections officer at the Marion Penitentiary in Illinois, and orchestrating
the death of another corrections officer via one of his gang members.
He was briefly released during the 1987 Atlanta Prison Riots by Cuban detainees; officials
were worried he would orchestrate the murders of more correctional officers, but luckily
that didn't happen.
The cell he's been confined to is a specially designed cell called Range 13 at the ADX Florence
federal prison in Colorado, and he's currently the longest held prisoner in solitary confinement
within the Bureau of Prisons.
He's also considered to be the most dangerous prisoner in the US federal prison system,
and has no human contact; something that Silverstein still argues to this day is a form of torture.
Landon: Number 5.
That is Damon Thibodeaux who spent the past 15 yrs on death row.
Because he was a death row inmate it was automatic solitary confinement for him.
I don't even think I can last 1 week in solitary confinement this guy was innocent
of his crime and had to spend 15 yrs forgotten about in confinement.
When Damon was just 22 yrs old he was sentenced to death for sexually assaulted a 14 yr old
girl back in 1997.
Damon always maintained his innocents but the justice system never believed him.
In an interview when asked about how did he pass the time in solitary confinement this
is what he said and I quote.
I didn't pass the days the days passed me.
Damon had to sleep on the hard floor at it was hot all the time.
He felt defeated and his freedom was gone.
Damon also said, after a while it gets to be one long day.
Everyday you wake up and hope you have the mental strength to survive another day.
Often times he thought of suicide but he was some how able to hang on till he was proven
to be innocent and finally he was released from prison.
Kelly: Number 4 Arthur Johnson.
Arthur Johnson spent 37 years in solitary confinement.
That's over half of his life in various prisons across the state of Pennsylvania.
He was initially confined to solitary after he made a series of attempts to escape prison
in the 70s and 80s.
Johnson has been awarded a 325,000 dollar settlement after launching a lawsuit, stating
that his time in isolation in a tiny cell was cruel and unusual punishment, violating
his right to due process.
Those 37 years were spent in a cell for at least 23 hours a day, with Johnson only being
able to go outside in a metal cage for an hour each weekday if the weather permitted.
He was not allowed any visits, and had not being able to make any physical contact with
other prisoners since 1979.
Johnson is still in prison, but his lawyers are attempting to appeal his life sentence
under the argument that he was a little over 18 years of age when first indicted, and that
he has a documented intellectual disability.
Landon: Number 3.
We have this guy right here who I feel so so bad for.
This is Juan Navarro and I actually can't give you an age or how long exactly he has
been in prison for but we have guesses.
Navarros age is between 76 and 78 years old, and he has probably been in prison for almost
40 years.
The reason why we don't have a ton of information about this guy is because he suffers from
dementia and schizophrenia.
He might have been in prison way back since 1976 and he was suspected for killing his
mother, but there hasn't been any trial dates or anything.
Navarro was just simply forgotten about in the justice system.
Kelly: Number 2.
Albert Woodfox!
He's the US's longest standing solitary confinement prisoner, who after over 4 decades
was finally set free in Louisana.
43 years.
That's absolutely insane.
So his story is that he was put into a 6 by 9 cell after he was put into jail for a murder
he allegedly committed back in 1972.
Woodfox has always proclaimed his innocence, might I add.
He was held in his cell for 23 hours of the day, with only a single hour each day to go
out to the exercise yard, which was a small fenced off area of concrete, all while being
shackled and pretty much entirely alone while there.
He was released in 2016 at the age of 69.
Now that he's out, he's committed his time to campaigning against the use of solitary
confinement on prisoners, saying, I quote, "I can now direct all my efforts to ending
the barbarous use of solitary confinement and will continue my work on that issue here
in the free world."
Woodfox is also known for being one of the Angola 3; three prisoners who were originally
held in Louisiana's Angola prison who, because of their affiliation with the Black Panthers,
believed they were framed for the murder of a prison guard a year after Woodfox had been
imprisoned there.
They collectively spent 113 years in solitary.
Landon: Finally at number 1 we have 23 yr old Daniel Chong who was at a 420 party with
his friend when the police crashed the party, and raided the event.
Daniel Chong was arrested along with 8 of his friends.
A DEA agent released a statement saying that they seized 18,000 ecstasy pills, marijuana,
hallucinogenic mushrooms, a Russian rifle, two handguns, and thousands of rounds of ammunition.
Is this real life right now what kind of party is this?
Well while in jail Daniel was actually forgotten about for 5 days with no water and no food.
Daniel Chong was forced to drink his own pee and fight for survival.
You would think this can only be a movie.
Well there you guys have it thanks so much for watching, and thanks so much Kelly for
helping
us with this video today.

10.
Jynx
Dig into Japanese folklore and you'll find the legend of the Yamauba, a type of yakai,
or supernatural entity, known for its ability to bewitch men.
Jynx has been connected to the Yamauab due to its flashy clothing and stark white hair,
a staple of the ancient yakai.
Jynx's icy abilities are thought to be a reference to Yamauba's home in the wintry and snowy
mountains.
Both the Pokemon and Yamauba are known for their alluring dance.
9.
Mawile
Japanese lore tells of a yakai with a very notable feature - a mouth on the back of their
head.
Said to be an insatiable monster, the two-mouthed woman, told through the story of Futakuchi-onna,
was a nightmarish monstrosity.
The Pokemon Mawile sports the same recognizable hairstyle - business in the front, huge horrific
mouth with sharpened teeth in the back.
A darker version of Futakuchi-onna that doesn't quite fit in with Pokemon's child-friendly
disposition blamed the husband for his wife's affliction, stating he starved her into forming
the secondary mouth.
8.
Ninetails
It's difficult not to make the connection between the Pokemon Ninetails and Kitsune,
the Japanese word for fox.
Kitsune were popular in Japanese folklore and, as legend has it, the more tails a fox
had, the older and more powerful it was.
One of the more prominent tails of multi-tailed kitsune was Kyubi no Kitsune, a nine-tailed
fox that was derived from Chinese mythology.
Fox spirits like Kyubi no Kitsune were known in China as huli jing.
These mythical four-legged beasts were known for their trickery, which may be linked to
Ninetails' "Confuse Ray" and "Imprison" attacks.
7.
Sableye
In 1955, Hopkinsville, Kentucky became the focus of attention when it was believed to
be troubled by a horde of 3-foot tall aliens.
The Pokemon Sabeleye seemed to be modeled after eyewitness reports, which pegged the
tiny creatures as having atrophied legs and glowing eyes.
The mischievous creatures weren't depicted as substantially dangerous, but the people
of the small town allegedly reacted by shooting at them.
None of the gremlins were hurt, however, as the bullets seemed to bounce off.
Not unlike Sableye's "Magic Bounce" ability, that reflects status attacks.
6.
Whiscash
It's all in the mustache.
Whiscash is a very distinct Pokemon with its large grin, but what's most difficult to ignore
is the mustache-like whiskers that just out from the sides of its mouth.
Where could one get inspiration for such a strange looking fish?
For that answer, look to Namazu, an ancient, giant catfish that, during the mid-19th-century,
was worshipped by the people near Edo after an earthquake decimated the area.
In a similar fashion as Namazu, who is said to predict earthquakes, Whiscash can use "Anticipation"
to sense an opponent's moves.
5.
Exeggutor
Legends of a tree yokai shows striking similarities to the multi-headed Exeggutor.
The Jinmenju appears to be an ordinary tree, until you get a glimpse at the fruit that
sprouts from it.
On the surface of each fruit is a human face that was depicted as either smiling or laughing
at travelers.
Though Exeggutor's abilities don't line up with the personality of the Jinmenju, it's
hard to deny the similarities between these two fantastical beings.
4.
Absol
This slick-haired four-legged Pokemon is said to line up directly with Bai Ze, a creature
first encountered by the Yellow Emperor Huang Di of China.
Huang Di described the beast as having a mane of white, horns, and multiple eyes.
Bai Ze wasn't a malicious force and instead bestowed Huang Di with knowledge about how
to overcome the many supernatural beings that live in the mortal world.
Absol also sports a white mane and though it only has two red eyes, it does have an
adornment on its forehead that resembles Bai Ze's third eye.
3.
Froslass
Froslass may look harmless, but if it's anything like its supernatural counterpart, the yuuki-onna,
then it's... well... actually still pretty harmless.
The ghost woman of Japanese folklore was depicted as having blue lips, snowy white skin, and
black hair that doesn't leave footprints in the snow.
Froslass may be missing some of those distinct features, but its floating movements and ability
to cloak within a snowstorm mimics the abilities of yuuki-onna, who hides within the snow when
she feels threatened.
2.
Manectric
The blue electrict-type Poke-wolf darts around on all fours, zapping opponents with a charged
bolt of lightning.
Looking through Japanese mythology, you'll find a similar-looking canine known as Raiju.
A similar color scheme and physical appearance link these two right off the bat, but they're
also bound by their electrifying personality.
Like Manectric, Raiju is wrapped in electricity and can also shoot off electrical bolts.
1.
Golurk
In 16th-century Prague, anti-Semitic attacks pushed the Jewish population to turn to their
God for protection.
Rabbi Loew used God's name to bring life to a protective clay figure.
Known as the Golem of Prague, the hulking figure appears to share similarities with
the hulking Pokemon, Golurk.
The most striking callback to the ancient tale, beyond Golurk's bulky size, is the band
across its chest, which mimics that of the Golem's trademark crack.
Like the Golem, Golurk was created as a protector through supernatural means.

BTS PROM PARTY : UNIT STAGE BEHIND - 땡 - BTS (방탄소년단) 🔱 Reactions Mashup 🔱 - Duration: 11:01.
The hook is in the beginning
There's too much (name of music term) in here
Still it's the later part but it's too dead
Yeah I kind've think that too
Overall I feel like the source is boring
What source changed?
The kick changed etc..
At this part there needs to be a part that goes "Pahhh"
I put almost no doubling so I think there needs to be some doubling
I wrote so people can pay attention to it but it could be boring
Your verse doesn't have a vocalist so you go first
Can you try taking the doubling out? What would it sound without it?
It might be that
It seems weird with air in it
This is perfect
I think its good with the woahwoah
The rest of it's ok for me
I think its too exaggerated since I'm the first verse
It's enough. I think its clean.
When we gather we should do "Ice, DDAENG"
Lets do it one more time
SO EXTRA
Lets do it again!!
I need to rap cool
